The new update is even worse than the last. This new update totally stinks- it is much harder to see my schedule when looking at the calendar view. When the app had the scheduled shifts in orange, it was much easier to see when I worked, now, it shows which days I requested off and which days I work- I don’t need to see which days I requested off, I just want to know when I work. Also, the new update- I cannot see everyone who works the same shift as me. The charge nurses come in at 6pm and I come in at 7pm, so since the charge nurse has a “different” schedule than me, it doesn’t show whose charging, it just shows who else comes in at the same time I do. All I want is to be able to see when I work, who I work with (all people scheduled at night/day, not just people with the same exact shift start time as me), and who works on days/shifts I don’t work so I can see how short staffed we are to make picking up shifts easier. I do not need to be able to pick up shifts on the app because the manager of the floor needs us to get it approved through them anyways. The “shifts needed” is not helpful whatsoever because it might show that 2 shifts are needed but they are for PCTs not RNs. Just show us what days we work (with easy readability), who we work with (all team members working during the night/day, not just people with the same exact start time), and who works on day shift/night shift on the days we don’t work. Please and thank you!

New update. This new update should be thrown away. Why change something that’s good. When the work shift was on n Orange, it was easier to see. Now you put it in pale blue, can’t hardly see it. Also available jobs or job posting should part of this app. It is too difficult to search for jobs within the hospital you work for.

Some bugs. Cannot use self scheduling feature on this app because it doesn’t calculate required hours properly. The app often forces me to select extra shifts to meet weekend hour quota even though 4 weekend days are already selected. Shift needs and other scheduled persons also does not show. And trying to swap shifts with someone is a nightmare. It only shows option to switch shifts with employees on the opposite shift which obviously is not typically desirable.

Updated to 4 stars. I am now able to view my schedule , which is the only reason I have this app, so updated my rating to 4 stars. Still gets glitchy at times but otherwise the app is working much better

Slow. There has been several times I am unable to view my schedule due to error message reading “Schedule unavailable at this time”. Loading times in the app have been very slow lately as well. Not sure if app needs updating or what.

Schedule Not Working. I used to love this app when it worked and showed me my schedule. For some reason now, I’m able to login in, but I cannot see my schedule at all. The app says “schedule is not available at this time.” I’ve deleted the app and logged off and reinstalled it, but it still doesn’t work. It’s frustrating.

App update. This app used to be Phantastic, but with the last update now it’s only by schedule and not by month, I can no longer see anyone who is on my shift as I am now a CNC and cannot snyonr else scheduled that day. Please change it back, most of us are feeling the same way

So slow. This app is pretty useless for anything that I need. It takes forever to load and get into the schedule and to even look at any of the days I’m scheduled to see who else is with me. I also can’t see the other days to possibly switch with someone. I can log into the scheduler and have it all done through there by the time this one even loads up. They keep giving us “improvements” with technology that only make us more inefficient.

This app is terrible!. While it is convenient to have the app that shows your schedule, the app keeps saying that “ The data couldn't be read because it isn't in the correct format.” It does not matter how many times i deleted at app and reinstalled this message always pop up

Inspiring!. This app has been fun for me to use to recognize my nursing staff and the people that I work with. I have several times tried to leave recognition and gotten an error message. This seems to be almost a user specific, when I try to leave recognition for specific people. Additionally, education upload are not translating into badges. My bachelors and Masters degrees are still not showing up under my badges. I love the idea Of this app I look forward to seeing it grow!

Something is off. I downloaded the app and was able to see my schedule. I totally loved it.......Then I updated the app and the schedule went away. I have been unable to get my schedule to load since I updated the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a few time. Still no luck 😞

Needs a lot of improvement. App won’t open half the time. When you can open it, the schedule won’t display. It won’t load or refresh a lot of times. Good concept, but needs lots of improvement. It’s not reliable if you need to check your schedule from home.

App stopped working, crashes instantly. App was ok. You could view your schedule, but you couldn’t use it to put in your schedule requests for upcoming months. In the past week, the app completely stopped working. I deleted the app, reinstalled, updated.. still it won’t open. As soon as it opens it crashes instantly.

Pretty good!. This app is helpful to see my schedule. I don’t really use it for mentorship. I would like it to be a more “all in one” app where it links Kronos, estub, & scheduler all together. Also I wish it had the ability to link the work schedule calendar w/ my phone’s calendar.

No thanks. This new version is not user friendly at all. I would like to see my shift members, sometimes they are viewable, other times not. Also, they layout is not intuitive. I didn’t particularly like the last version, but this one is worse. At this point, it’s easier to print my schedule from Facility Scheduler. Definitely a downgrade. Please address!

Need overview. This app is not doing what they showed it should be doing. I can’t see my schedule, no new update on my schedule day. Someone needs to check this app and make some changes. Where it says view your post in highlight, you can click on it forever you will not be able to see anything, it doesn’t change.

EDIT: schedule works now!…Not showing schedule. Edit form original post: This app has been restored and the schedule works now! Great app. This app is pointless now because it doesn’t show your schedule. That’s the only reason why I downloaded it. The support team has been contacted many times by pretty everyone who uses it and still no resolution. When it did show your schedule, it was great. It’s been well over a month, and still doesn’t work.

Awful !. This app is absolutely awful it never works, you have to delete and redownload the app numerous times for it to work so you can actually see your schedule and even when you finally get to see it it doesn’t show everything you need it to.

RN needs app help!. My app is one day off on the calendar, as if there was no leap year. It shows August 6, 2020 as a Wednesday. I deleted the app and reloaded it, same problem. My peers’ apps do not have this issue. I logged on to the app website for support, typed a note explaining, and when I hit Submit it gave me an error. Any help?

Update. I updated to the newest version & I can’t even open the app anymore. I restarted my phone, deleted the app and redownloaded it and I can’t open the app. It’ll load then automatically close the app. I hope you can fix it.

Can’t see my schedule anymore.. I can no longer see my schedule. The only available thing is the home and notification tabs. If I try to click on the notification tab and open the “view my schedule,” it doesn’t do anything.

Better before update. It was working better before the update, now I have no way of opening up my schedule. The app itself won’t even open. It’s completely useless after this update. Don’t even bother with it.

Could be better. I like being able to see my schedule but it takes way too long for app to load, often times requiring multiple attempts.

No schedule. Could you please put an email contact to fix your webpage the HCA email account is not a deliverable and called a demon account I really would like to be able to get my schedule when I’m not at work especially since I take four or five sometimes seven days off or the schedule comes out when I’m at my other job could you please fix your app

Fix this, please!. I have come to depend on this app DAILY for managing my schedule, but the update that happened 2 days ago has rendered this app useless. It won’t open. At all. Just crashes before it even loads. My phone is fully updated, so no issues there. Prior to this update, it was a solid 3-4-star app, losing stars because it never had full functionality. But the functionality it DID have was indispensable. PLEASE fix this ASAP.

Notifications. Haven’t been able to swipe right or left to delete multiple duplicate notifications

Unable to view schedule shifts. For some reason after the update I am unable to view my schedule.

Recent changes. Disappointed in the recent changes. Previously I was able to see my scheduled days and who I was working with on those days. Now I only see when I am working. Also I was able to put in a request for time off before and that has been taken away. Not sure the rationale for these changes but I hope these can be brought back.

Slow. Just started using this app as we’ve switched to online scheduling. It’s extremely slow and takes multiple minutes to load. So tired of starting at the rotating hour glass that says “loading”. This it’s a complicated app and should download much faster. Also it’s a bit buggy and has randomly crashed a few time. Lots of room for improvement here

Worse than before, zero stars. What happened? The calendar has become tiny, there’s half a page of wasted space I am unable to see who I’m working with in my scheduled days I used to be able to see my PTO hours, that’s gone too. How can this be considered an update when you keep removing useful features that are so unique to HCA

Won’t even let me sign in….. I type in my ID and password and the page loads and then refreshes itself. It’s a constant cycle of refreshing and won’t even let me access the app. I know I entered everything in correctly because I purposely entered my information wrong and it told me that it was wrong and to try again.

Needs More. This app has only been okay.. when it wants to work. Constant network error, doesn’t load, or will show the calendar but can’t click on your day. Also, you can only see the days you are scheduled to work. It would be SO helpful to have access to view each day of the week, and to see what shift everyone works that day to make it easier to swap shifts (If needed). Instead I still have to go to the scheduler to see whom I can switch with and vice versa.

Hate the updates. Hate the updates of the app. I preferred the calendar how it was before when it showed by the actual month now the calendars mix into each other. Yes it shows by the current months schedule but I prefer seeing all of January, all of feb etc all on a single screen. I also don’t like that we cannot see who is working each day and who is charge unless we are scheduled for that day.

Finally an app that can help nurses at work!!!. I been a nurse for a long time, and never used my phone other than texting and calling. Now I can schedule my hours, check on my PTO and be on top of my work calendar allowing me to manage my day to day better between work and life.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Not enough info. Now I can’t see who is on shift with me on my unit. Before this update I could not look at other shifts to see who is on and if they need staff. I don’t need mentor features or hospital news feed. I just want to look at the schedule.

Update. Don’t like the new update. It does not have the schedule on it. I used it quite frequently to check my schedule with ease without having to log in to the facility scheduler. Very disappointing it’s not there anymore.

Honest feedback - Please READ. After spending sometime reviewing all features within the app, I don’t understand why there are so many low reviews from people who cannot access. This app is amazing, I can check on my schedule, block my PTO days and have a better understanding of my working hours at any time with the click of a button. I been a nurse for over 15 years and this is the first time I been offered a tool that can help me at work at the tip of my hands. IGNORE the comments from those who can’t access it yet, cause they don’t know what their missing once your able to get in and play with this tool. Thank you for your efforts, and stay safe everyone!

Schedule is gone?. Not sure where it went but the schedule tab doesn’t even exist in the app anymore. I’m unable to access my schedule at home completely. Also can you bring back the old schedule view that was highlighted with orange the days you worked? The small calendar makes no sense and is confusing to read. The new calendar shows open needs and days worked all in the same color so it’s difficult to discern the days you actually work…

Love this!!!. I love this app!! I love the access this gives me to my schedule and my information. I now can see who I’m working with and can track my career.

Schedule not available. I use this app for the sole purpose of checking my schedule instead of logging in online. Doesn’t even do that nowadays. Please fix this bothersome error UPDATE: Although I was not formally contacted personally from the HCA Inspire app developers, after I received an email from the Apple App Store about my original 1 star review, the app magically worked after many weeks of not being able to review my schedule. For this reason, I have changed my review to 4 stars and hopefully eventually 5 stars once this app continuously keeps working and updating my schedule

Update. After updating the app today, I can no longer view my schedule. This was the only reason I was using this app. It’s extremely frustrating as I have lost access to facility scheduler so this was my means of looking at my schedule and putting in PTO requests. Hopefully this is a temporary malfunction, but I’m very disappointed.

Login failure. WasWorking just fine up until mid May. Now I cannot login at all it just sends me back to the login page. If I put in the wrong password it tells me “invalid password” but if I put in the right password it loops me around back to the login page again. I cannot login. I cannot see my schedule! No one is fixing this.

App “update”. The latest update to the application has resulted in not being able to view my schedule at all-which is the only real reason for this app. I have a conversation in process (for a few weeks now) about how they’re trying to fix this problem and so far to no avail. I will update if and when it ever gets resolved. Really no reason to have this app if I’m unable to view schedule and/or view and request PTO.

Update error. I liked this app before and found it useful, but ever since the update, I’ve been unable to use this app successfully. I am unable to see shift members, sometimes the app itself will not load. I am anticipating the new update, because this is not at its best.

User friendly!. Even with the Limited Computer Knowledge, we can use this app easily. If it’s not working ,it must be internet connection. I love the schedule page ! I can access to it from my phone itself. It tells you who you are working with too!

useless. I do not understand why corporate is really pushing this app… it does not work like it is supposed to. I am not in nursing, but still a part of the health care team at my hospital. Nonetheless, I cannot view my schedule, ANY SCHEDULE, for that matter. I can simply read posts and see pictures. It was not like this one n the beginning—something changed, and not for the better! After reaching out for help, I was contacted by someone and told they had been working on things; he instructed me to delete the app and download it again, which I did… NOTHING HAS CHANGED FOR ME—still no shift calendar, not able to put in PTO requests or look at possible shift trades. Will delete permanently and continue to work off paper shift schedules.

Cannot even log in. I only use this to check my schedule. This worked fine until the most recent update. The app sends me to the medcity login portal to enter my ID and password. As soon as I hit the login button my ID and PW clear from the boxes and the login page refreshes. I’ve reinstalled the app 5 times and restarted my phone, but it still doesn’t work.

Subpar. This app services thousands of HCA employees. You would think that it would be free of glitches the majority of the time. The whole MyScheduler disappearing without warning and putting a burden on very busy nurses to scramble and log into the website (which takes forever by the way), just to glance or request days is unacceptable. It has been days since we got a “we are aware, sorry” and the schedule is still not working. New developers need to be hired and glitches like this should be fixed immediately.

Poor Support. As a new employee of HCA, I’ve been trying to use this app for almost two week. Many of my fellow employees have connected with no problem. However, I’m still getting a message that says, “I’m not a authorized user.” My manager had contacted HCA Tech support. I have contacted HCA Tech support. Unfortunately, all I have is a trouble ticket # and told someone will contact me. As of today, still no connection, no one contacted me, and no support. It has not been a smooth transition with this company… Specially, the West Florida Division.

I’d love to write a review if it would let me log in. I’ve never been able to access this app once. Uninstall, reinstall, doesn’t matter. Every time I’ve ever tried to log in, and sometimes before I even reach the log in screen- it tells me “You are not authorized to use this application.” Ridiculous.

TERRIBLE. I’m annoyed I have to even give this a 1 just to leave a review but it’s literally a pointless app. Doesn’t open 90% of the time and when it does you can’t even see your shift because it “cannot fetch shift members at this time”. Legit most useless app ever.

Can’t get access to my schedule. I only can see news and notifications . But I don’t have access to any other features. I downloaded to see my schedule and total hours .

App Doesn’t Load. The app was working fine a few weeks ago but stopped loading. Now when I try to log in it starts to open then crashes. I can’t see my schedule.

Schedule Not Loading. For the past few weeks the schedule has not been loading on this app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it has done nothing. I rely on this for my schedule but it’s pretty useless now. This should be fixed ASAP

Schedule. Ever since there was an update, I can no longer see who I am working with. I don’t like that it’s no longer color coded which makes it harder for me to distinguish what days I’m working or off

New Update Makes the App Useless. The only reason I have this app is to check my schedule and who I am going to be working with each day. Without the schedule, this app serves literally no purpose for me. I will be deleting.

Unable to see schedule. This app almost never works. If I get lucky to see my schedule, I know I have to take a screenshot. Sometime it doesn’t even let me log in, says the data isn’t supported. Honestly, truly irritating.

Schedule removed. The app no longer shows the schedule, which is makes it useless at this point. Nice to see all the recommendations and recognition but really wish the schedule was still there

Slow. This app is ok. Extremely slow. Takes too long to load. Each selection made within the app is slow to load. The app doesn’t allow for all hospital employees to access their schedules. Seems to be only nursing staff.

Do not update!. With the newest update I am unable to even see my shifts anymore, let alone request to pick up. An error message appears on the schedule tab stating that I am unable to view it because the data is improperly formattted.

Update is horrible. The new update is awful, makes everything worse than it was. The schedule is never on the right one and it’s very glitchy with actually showing the schedule. Please go back to the old version!

I would like to use it. I would like to use it but it says I am not authorized to use it because I am a ob tech. I would like to be able to see the schedule so much easier on my phone.

Terrible Update. The latest update removed the best function of the app… being able to see my work schedule quickly. Please bring back the schedule to the app.

About as useful as a used diaper.. Loading lags and sometimes doesn’t load at all, it’s more of a hype app than anything with the opportunity to look for workers up and say something nice. Over all meh.

Misspelling in a main part of the app. My only complaint is that the career path link says “carrer path”

Not good. Updated the app and now it doesn’t work at all. Open it to see my schedule and it just closes. Doesn’t work. So disappointed because now I can’t even see what days I work, guess I don’t have to go in then. Thanks HCA.

Dates are wrong after new update. The schedule calendar has dates off by a day after new updates. I like it when it show A7 or P19 on the schedule calendar better.

Can’t see schedule. After this latest update I can no longer see my schedule. All that is showing to is notifications and home.

This app is terrible.. The new update is failing at life and is force quitting when I try to log on. Please fix this issue because I like to know in advanced if I’m getting messed over by not having adequate staff in my department. Thank you. :) Wish I could give this one star.

App not very useful. I usually check out the app when I want to see my schedule. Now, it is difficult to see. The app is not very useful.

Theory is great but doesn’t work.. Used to be able to see the schedule but now it never loads. Even deleted and tried to reinstall.

Crashed. New update crashed the app. It logged me out and will not let me back in. States that I’m unauthorized half the time and the other half says it’s unable to complete request. I’ve used this app for 3+ years now and it is constantly having issues

Schedule. I love the app when I am able to view my schedule. However, I consistently have problems viewing my schedule. It seems I’m only able to see the schedule every other month.

New update is awful. This new update wont even show my schedule. Whats the point of getting the app? Theres not a schedule tab down below anymore for easy access. I dont get it.

Closes immediately. The app will look like it’s going to open and after a second or two it closes.

Needs improvement. Schedule is not updated as it should be. My current schedule will end next week and there is no upcoming schedules posted pass next week. The schedule should show through at least to September.

BIG LETDOWN. I’m an EDT and I can’t login. I’ve also had unit clerks try and we all get the same message “not authorized to use this app”. I work a 0.8 schedule and was hoping this was going to be better than Facility Scheduler. Instantly let down. If I have a 3/4ID and I work in a department as a healthcare provider, I should be authorized to use this app.

Where’s My Schedule?. I only downloaded this app to see my schedule and now I can not even do that … as the new update took the entire tab away. I would like for this to be brought back immediately as it is a major inconvenience to me.

Staff. Please go back to showing the staff for the day instead of just shift because in the ER there are multiple shifts and potential to swap and not being able to see who works in the day is very inconvenient.

Useless app. This app has become absolutely pointless since I no longer have access to my schedule. It’s been going down hill with each update.

New update. While the previous update was worse than the one before that, at least it worked. This new “update” just causes the app to crash.

Schedule no longer viewable. I can’t even access my schedule anymore. Why is the focus on the “social media” aspect of the app? I don’t care what nurse Tammy in Florida is doing, I just want to know when I work. With the latest update I can’t even do that!

Update. Since the update I have not been able to see my schedule … I have tried logging out and logging back in etc . Deleting and reinstalling downloading the app. That was the whole point in this app .

Less Facebook please. I wish they could focus on having the schedule being reliable. I couldn’t care less about the Facebook type feed that is present.

Doesn’t work. This app used to be so helpful but now it doesn’t show your scheduled days anymore it just says “schedule unavailable” it’s been going on a few weeks now. It’s unfortunate.

Always broken. The reason I got this app is for the schedule. Fail to load, unavailable, etc.

Constant crash. This app is completely unusable for me. Every single time I click schedule, it loads for 3 seconds and crashes. I tried deleting and redownloaded, restarting my phone. Nothing works.

Recent update is crashing. I recently updated the latest update and it keeps closing. I can’t open the app. Please fix the recent update, it’s not working and keeps crashing.

Frustrating. Current version doesn’t allow posting a photo unless taken live in-app. Career development progression isn’t relevant - I’m a manager, so why would the app show me activities related to being a charge nurse?

An unpleasant surprise. Each new version is worse than the previous one! and you can't keep the old version! In the latest version, even the colors were spared in order to highlight the working days. Pale blue? Seriously? It is not visible on the phone screen.

Constantly crashes and signs out. This app is unstable, crashes, logs you out. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it several times and my phone is up to date but it still doesn’t work well. Not sure if This just a lack of developer support but it sure doesn’t give HCA a better image of quality

Schedule doesn’t show. Since Thursday July 5,2023, schedule has not shown up when you refresh it it says schedule not available and notifications don’t reset.

Hate the update. Ever since the app updated 6 days ago I can’t look at my work schedule! This is the only reason I have the app- please fix! Thank you!
