Excellent. The content is great and the new interface is as well. Functionality is simple and intuitive. Well worth the money. My only gripe is that you can't "Quick Start" all questions, only within a category (i.e. Organ system, labs, etc.).

New look, not as good. Let me say first that the new interface looks great. However, it freezes almost every time I open the app. Please work on this, as it is currently not worth the money I paid. The old interface was not as visually appealing, but at least it always worked.

Better before the update. This app was better before the "update". Curiously the background is nearly identical to two other apps. I haven't figured out how to get immediate feedback on quiz responses(you used to be able to).

Improve my grades and time. I use these practice question during my didactic year to get a good sense of second order questions that will be asked of me in the future. It has greatly improved my scores and timing during exams!

Great study app. Trying to study with 2 children is challenging... this app allows me to do questions even when all I can find is 5 minutes to do so

Great for studying on the go. While the book has a bit more detailed answer explanations, this is still by far the best app for pance studies!

Great little reviewer. I use this like flash card when I am waiting in line or stuck in between appointments - it is as much fun as any game.

Invaluable tool. Wonderful tool for studying- specially when I'm short on time. Has been immensely helpful in preparing for my upcoming PANRE. Makes those few minutes here and there useful!

Review. As someone looking to get a better feel for the PANCE and the type of knowledge and questions the exam contains, this was a fun app to test my current knowledge. I am looking into applying to PA programs so I'm investigating as much as possible. This is a great app to get a feel for the field!

Great. I did the research for a while, and this review app is very good. I just hope they continue to add more questions and refinements. My favorite feature is how questions are explained well.

On demand with immediate feedback. This app is excellent, especially for a busy parent with only a few minutes here and there to study! Instant feedback and explanations. Easy to jump into study mode quickly (I open this rather than social media apps when I have few moments) Makes practice questions rewarding. Questions seem very well written, challenging and appropriate. Wish I would've found it sooner!

Good review material. I really wish this app had iCloud sync ability so that if I am on the phone in the morn, then iPad at night I could sync my quiz logs and statistical data. Other than that it's built pretty well. Keyword search would be nice also to hone in on specific items. Thanks RB

Great review questions. I just took the PANRE and the review questions really helped me. The exam had very similar test questions. The rationale for answers is excellent. I highly recommend this app.

EOR Studying Made Easy. Using this app to study for EOR testing, and so far I love it. I'm also using Lange's Case File books for additional studying.

Pa. I think the convenience of this is what's nice, any moment to run thru some questions. I haven't had it long enough to really critique accuracy etc but so far I like how they explain every question and gets u in that mindset. I do think its a bit on the pricey end however...

Where my subscription. Purchased this yesterday and was charged. My subscription will run out May 19th. (Still says this on the app and also says I’m on the monthly subscription). Says cancel anytime, so I canceled so I wouldn’t forget to cancel it (like I did last time). The app worked for several hours, but now it’s like I never purchased at all. No questions beyond the free ones and no explanations. I would like either my money back or access to the questions I paid for. I really do like this app and I will change my star review once this is rectified.

Great resource. I find this app v helpful. It's really handy to use during my train commute or when I am lying down and don't feel like opening my book, I use it. I totally recommend this app! Questions are hard but doable. Good explanations.

Greatly improved.... I've purchased this app to help prepare for the PANRE, and the question bank has been significant improved compared to previous versions. Furthermore, app support has been very responsive to feedback on the few questions that were self contradictory. Kudos to the developer/support staff. Now after going through the 1000+ questions, I'm going to go register the for PANRE.

Many errors. I vacillated between 3 and 4 stars due to the plethora of questions with rudimentary spelling errors or outdated information. The app also freezes from time to time. Four stars for great customer service, a beautiful UI, and the ability to do some of PANRE prep on my phone.

Great app!!. Love this app. Great to take random down time to study wherever I am. Has a test mode and a review mode for studying which gives the answer right away. The answers say why the correct answer is correct and why the other answers are not the best choice. GREAT STUDY APP AND WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!

Excellent review!. Great review. No problem with accuracy of questions yet. It works well on my iPhone and works fantastic on my iPad. Only had to pay the $50 once for it to work on both devices. You just have to restore previous purchases on whatever device wasn't used to make the in app purchase. Well worth the money. I recommend this to anyone prepping for the PANCE.

Excellent. I'm do for my recert in 6 months. So far, this has very aptly pointed out my weaknesses. Thank you! I see there's in app purchases, I've yet to come up to that. But I think it would be worth it.

Very helpful!. I used the Rosh review. Which is three times as expensive and a little bit too broad. I find this app to be helpful although I have yet to take my test. I passed the first time around he using the printed edition. I think the app is easier to use and plan on purchasing the full version.

A good start. The questions and format are wonderful. Quizzes are timed, and then you receive a percentage and intelligent question-by-question feedback afterward. The downside is that you only get about 40 questions before you are required to buy the 50$ question bank. Perhaps it is worth it, but I'm not sure Im ready to pay that much.

I like it!. I appreciate the variety of the questions. I like being able to modify the test format. The discussion of correct vs. incorrect is reasonable and logical. In general it is a use tool for studying. I would prefer a more straightforward way to move from one question to the next but once I figured it out it is easy enough.

Stressed? Need to focus?. This has been my best on the go study app. I’m stressed! But I’m focusing!

Great app. It is great for instant feedback and learning. Gives quick explanations of what you need to know.

Pa-c. I did the free version on my IPad and that got me interested. I got the App, though I didn't have time to do all the questions but it really helped me a lot. I just took the PANRE and I thank God I passed. I highly recommend this App, they did a great job, basically that's all I used to study.

Lange Physician Assistant Questions. Awesome review questions!!!!! This is a great way to study as now I can be doing something meaningful on my phone as opposed to just looking at Facebook or Instagram when I get bored!

Nice quick review. About to take boards. It is a good way to keep questions and examples in your mind when waiting or traveling.

Updating my Review. I am updating my review. With the purchased version you do not see any ads. Due to some glitch my iPad was not registering it as purchased. The questions are good and rationales are very well explained. I am an NP student and have tried some apps but so far this is the best.

Entire history LOST!. I'm VERY frustrated and disappointed in this app right now. I just upgraded my iPhone to iOS 6.0. When I re-opened my PAID version of Lange Q&A, the app required me to re-activate my purchase. Doing so caused me to lose the ENTIRE history of questions I had already viewed (over 700) and questions I had specifically flagged (over 100). Many, many hours of history...LOST. This app needs updated to work correctly with iOS 6.0 and not lose a user's history. Refund anyone? I'll be glad to edit my review if you offer a fix for this.

Nice app. The free version has 40 questions that are good and easy to do on the iPhone. I'm sure that the version for purchase has a good bank of questions to do. I had purchased the Kaplan review Qbank, so didn't purchase this one to do on my phone, however Kaplan does not have an app for the phone and it would have been nice to be able to do questions on the go.

Iphone. I like the fact that I could get it on my IPhone and test myself anywhere.

Great tool for studying!. I bought this app when I was in phase 2 so I could study whenever I had a spare couple of minutes, and I'm still glad I did. There are a ton of questions and they do update them. You can take a quiz by specialty if you're weak in one area, or you can shuffle the whole deck. Quizzes can be set for 5-25 questions. As soon as you answer one you get feedback on why the right choice was right and the others wrong. I passed the PANCE, but I still use this app occasionally just to test myself and brush up. I will definitely use it when it comes time to take the PANRE. I highly recommend this for any PA Student or practicing PA.

Good questions, several mistakes. For the most part, this is a pretty good question bank. But I have found several questions that have the wrong answer choice selected. The "correct answer" is in complete contradiction with the explanation below the answers. I think it would be helpful for the questions to be reviewed, and make sure that the correct answer is tagged as the "right answer".

Great study tool!. Love this app!

Good Resource. I just took the re-cert for the fourth time and this app was very helpful. Good bank of questions. You definitely need to buy the extra questions. The questions are a good representation of what is on the test. However, some of the answers don't correlate with the question. Needs s little better proofreading. Also, would be better if the images were of better quality. It is tough to see detail on the small black and white images.

OK. I too like that I have it everywhere to review. There are too few questions and it would be nice to have a lot more. Very repetitive shortly.

Great Study App. I've found this to be the best question bank I have come across for the PANCE. It has nice incorporated study tools as well. I can't yet speak to how it relates to the PANCE as I have not taken it yet.

Relevant questions and relatively difficult. These questions are worded well and the difficulty level seems appropriate. It's great for practicing test questions on the go.

Great review question on the go!. My only complaint is, if I skip over a question, I cant swipe backwards to review it. Could be user error, but would be nice to easily go back to questions I either accidentally swiped passed or already answered so I can review the material again.

Panre review. Great questions. Relevant and mimic what I have seen on boards thus far. Purchased the upgrade and it's well worth it!

Upgraded but it won’t unlock anything. Paid to upgrade after my free trial but I’m still locked out despite paying the monthly fee. Very frustrated and wish I could spend more time studying instead of trying to figure this out

No integrity. I bought the app in 2010 and when I upgraded to an iPhone it didn't work. Now they are saying I need to purchase it again for another $50. Seems dishonest and I am very disappointed

Good daily practice. The app works very well. I use it on most days. The PANCE is more than a year away for me. I mostly the app it to do pharmacology questions, since that’s my weakest area. I’m pretty sure that they recently changed it to be a monthly fee. I got it back when it was a one time fee. They honored such memberships, so I’m quite happy about that. My only complaint is that the daily goal has to be within the range of 20-100. It would create a greater sense of accomplishment for app users to actually achieve their daily goal. I never do 20 questions in one day. This is simply a small bit of supplemental learning that I use. I’m not sure why the daily goal forces users to choose at least 20 daily questions. Developers, great work. Also, please decrease the daily goal lower range value to 1. Thank you.

Question bank. I feel like these are very similar questions to the actual PANCE/PANRE.

Great "On-the-go" tool. Perfect for reviewing, questions are pertinent to Pance material, adds aren't really bothersome at all.

Excellent bank of questions. Update, 11/28/16: Took PANRE 1 month ago and aced it. This was the first time I took the test without touching a physical book. This app and some additional reading was all I did. See older review below. This app is pretty much all you need to pass the PANCE or PANRE on condition that you do SOME additional reading. I found that using the app and quickly googling/referring to my Merck Manual app/other resources right on my iPhone...was a perfect way to consolidate what I was studying and often to get better/more well-rounded information. Make no mistake, this app covers ALL the critical data you need to know for the generalist exam. It's your job to round off your understanding with additional reading. That additional reading added maybe 2-3 minutes for each question at most, given how blessed we are to live in the digital age with knowledge at our fingertips. Now for the cons. There are several minor typos but I haven't found any actual medically incorrect information. Perhaps I missed it, I don't know. Why use the app over a physical book? Because it gives you real time answers, tracks your progress, grades your work, shows you your strengths and weaknesses. It has a feature that maps and graphs your progress with data regarding your individual and overall scores along with scores for each section. It also tells you how much of time you spent on average per question. That's priceless. Regarding the errors, I've contacted the developer often and the responses were pretty fast. Use the "report a problem" link inside the app. It's buried under the icon on the bottom left that looks like a stack of pages. Highly recommended
