Would give zero if I could. The magazine itself is great. But I cannot see how Apple allows this app to still be sold. It crashes CONSTANTLY! Every time I try to download the latest issue, the app freezes and I have to delete it, re-download it and attempt to re-download all the magazines I previously paid for. Just a few minutes ago I downloaded the July 2013 issue and when I tap to read the magazine, it crashes. This has gone on for months. The app was last updated in 2012. I will be getting my money back.

Not worth it. This app has not work since I loaded it, does not display old or new magazines. I purchased a subscription, want a refund ! I will go back to the newsstand copy! Don't waste your money,,,,,

App is broken in so many ways. Foolishly, just renewed my subscription. Every month brings a new app problem. An issue won't download, the app refuses to connect to the internet when a good connection exists, app forgets I'm a subscriber. I enjoy the magazine during the rare times I can get at a copy. The app is poor and dysfunctional. Web link to app support wasn't even working to complain. Based on the reviews here, not sure why nobody at the magazine seems to notice how this reflects on them.

NOT COOL. i pay for mags that i cant read....just sort it out already...how do u charge me a renewal fee os 19 dollars when I dnt have the app as its absolute crap...REFUND MY MONEY

Poor App, Great Content. Great info and worked great until 2 months ago. Actually never got to read issue 20. Emailed them and they said that person responsible for uploading the magazine had left the company. Can't download issue 21 still today. Will be asking for refund or paper subscription with several free copies.

Rip-off. Managed to successfully use the app for about 8 months. Now it says 'no internet connection' which there is clearly a connection and I can't get any new or back issues. The support page only leads to a 404 page.

Good Looking Mag, Awful App. The magazine looks great, it has good writing, and is informative. The app is absolute trash and since it is digital only, it’s very difficult to actually enjoy the magazine. The articles will rarely actually download. There doesn’t appear to be a good browser based option to read it on a larger screen.

Virtual mag. This freezes on me. I want My money back, please.

Subscription. I recently got a subscription and I'd like to be able to view it on my iPad as we'll but it wants me to buy.

Epic Fail!. Love the magazine; Hate the App! This is the third update in the last month and they have failed to fix any of the previous bugs. It looks like I can download my previously purchased issues, but I can't view them because the program crashes upon trying to open them up. Very disappointed because the app used to work for me. No customer service available either, this seems to be the only place to register a complaint.

Don't waste your money 👎👎👎. Paid for the subscription and could not download any issues. Nothing would work. Good luck trying to get app support. Thank God Apple refunded my subscription.

Don’t buy this app. I wasn’t able to download any issues, just like the other reviews state. I contacted the publisher who then forwarded me on to the help desk. I never heard back from them after reporting problems twice. I asked apple for a refund and deleted the app. Great magazine that deserves a better app.

Subscription. The very best women's body building magazine out today. I started with Shape magazine and Rachel McLish (who is still my all-time favorite woman bodybuilder to this day)! Then I loved Oxygen, now Train for Her is to me just what it says it is...the bodybuilders Bible... Now, the app is bad. I wanted digital and it doesn't explain things very well. Hire me and I'll organize everything from your app on up and send the sales through the roof! The mag is already perfect so I'm your woman! Now give me my digital! Sincerely, Susan Gray

What the heck happened??. I downloaded the latest issue, but every time I try and open it, it crashes. If you can't fix this, I would like a refund. I have tried to reinstall it multiple times.

App.waste of time. This app. Doesn't work. I can't believe in this time and age someone can't make a app. That works. Love the mag. But the app. Is crap.

Subscribed and still wants me to buy issues. New issue won't download. Sad that such a great magazine has such a terrible app.

What a Shame.. I subscribe to TRAIN magazine and I LOVE IT!! The fact that I have to pay again to have it on my iPad is a joke. Even if I wanted to buy it the screen would never update. What a shame it is that a great magazine has such a terrible app.

App Doesn't Work. So, against the advice of other people purchasing this app, I did and purchased a back issue, for which I was charged. However, the app shows the magazine continuously buying, but never downloading. This is such a shame, because it is one of the better training magazines currently printed.

Garbage. The app for your tablet is worthless. Most of the time the cover picture isn't available or the price is updating. It's easier and quicker to buy a new stand copy but with crappy customer service and an un-willingness to fix the issues which apparently many people complain about (for some time)why bother. The company obviously does not care.

Just installed the app and downloaded the Condit issue. App does not work! Thumbs down to Fighters Only for putting out this junk.

Unable to download latest issue!. Every time I try to download the December issue I get an error message. Looks like it's time to cancel this subscription. Don't waste your time with this app.

Smh. I like the magazine, but the app keeps crashing!!

Still broken. I downloaded the app cause I saw the magazine in a store and it appealed to me. The app however just says no internet connection when there is internet. Anyway obviously it is garbage. What kills me is that I see a review that someone made back in 2015 saying the app is broken yet here it is in 2016 still broken. Hey apple, why clutter the universe with broken crap? If they don't care to fix it, then remove that darn thing.

Rip off on digital purchased horrible customer service. I used to subscribe to the magazine thru the mail so honestly I never had a problem until i decided not to renew and purchased the digital copy only to find out there was no women's content in it. I enjoy reading the men's content as well but I am a female and needed that more. Emailed customer service and never heard back.

Do not buy. Downloaded app and bought a subscription. App would not allow you to download magazines. Contacted the publisher who forwarded me to their technical team, who never responded. Just asked apple to refund my purchase. Save your time and money.

Awesome magazine but they lie right on the cover. The app was broken for a year... but then they made good so that was fine... but right on the cover it tells you that the free women's body bible is inside... and for quite some time it was... but now it isn't... when I inquired I was told that you had to go to train for women and subscribe ( it is free)... but I am female... so the female part is the main draw... so i am out a subscription again... PLEASE GET THE WORDS "FREE!FLIP FOR YOUR WOMEN'S BODY BIBLE" OFF OF THE COVER OF THE DIGITAL MAGAZINE... IT IS A BALD FACED LIE!!!!

Awesome mag; unusable app. Great mag, but the app crashes/freezes so often that it's literally unusable. I agree with the review left by another user--I'd purchase every issue if this app worked. I haven't purchased one in months because the app simple wont load the issue. It's the same problem with the Fighters Only app. You guys are losing money from people who will gladly buy your product, but simply cannot. Fix the app or you'll continue losing revenue.

Terrible. Keep losing my previous issues and want me to pay again to veiw them. Current issue keeps freezing and have to uninstall and reinstall and that doesnt always work. Tried contacting several times but no help or replies. Dont waste your money on this. It will only frustrate you.

Content is Great, App is Not. The content of Train is very good; however the app and lack of updates / support are sad to see. If you really like the magazine I would recommend a print subscription. Until the publisher decides if they want a functional app, very few people will be able to get the content they paid for from the app.

App. Many updates later and the app still doesn't work. The magazine is very good and I will have to go back to buying it. The app crashes when trying to open an issue. Wold love to support this, but I can't spend more money and not be able to read it.

Waste of money!!. Don't waste your time or money on this app. Funny how the app will let you purchase a magazine but not download it. I believe that is called theft.

Do not download. This app doesn't remember the page you left off at, loads images painfully slowly, and doesn't allow you to disable auto renew subscription in settings. It took a week waiting for customer service to get my purchases restored after try to reinstall to fix the page remembering problem. Do not get this app.

Never works!!. Same problem!! Never works ! Always takes ages to load, paid good money for something that don't work!! Sort it! As love this magazine....

Not very stable. Since it has been moved to newstand ive had nothing but problems.

Full of glitches. I have nothing but problems with the app. It freezes every time I load a new copy. Constantly deleting app from news stand, then re loading . It may work fine for a while then freezes again. Can't get any support, please help sort out.

I'm about to go mental. Please please sort this app out its driving me mental I bought a 3 month subscription only to waste my money as once I downloaded the magazine the first time it Let me view it no problem, but once I closed the app and opened it again it would not let me view my purchased and downloaded magazine it just kept freezing after trying this a few times i deleted the issue so I could try again downloading it,after waiting for it to download again I clicked read then it started downloading again this has happened four times so far and is driving me mad I want my magazine to work as fast and easy as the UFC one does, or at least my money back so annoyed plus there is no customer support so how the hell is this ment to sort itself out it's ridiculous!

Great Magazine Average App. I really like the magazine and have bought a 12 month subscription and the magazine itside the app is great...but the newstand portion notification is constantly telling me there is a new issue to download even when there isn't and when I go into newstand and there is a new issue, the app says that i have to pay for it untill i click on restore purchases and go through the whole downloading thing again, and then I finally get the option to download the current magazine, and have to go through the downloading again. I've done that for the current issue 8 volume 2 and now the app is telling mw that I need to buy issue 7 volume 2 when I already should have it as part of my subscription, and everytime I tell it to restore purchases it never comes back.

Server connection issues in downloading new issues. Ive been a subscriber to Train for more than three years, however in the last year.. I have been having problems downloading newer issues from the Train magazine server... I have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times to no avail... I've contacted Train, who were helpful in sending me some hard copies of the magazine... But this doesn't solve my issue with downloading onto iPad. Great magazine but if the issue can't be rectified, I'll have to cancel my subscription... It don't want to have to carry around hard copies.

Missing issue. I really like this magazine and was looking forward to having issues on my iPad. That being said, the app seems to have some glitches. I purchased an issue but for some reason it didn't download. I thought I might have messed something up with the purchase so I tried to buy it again. It said it was already purchased but hadn't been downloaded. The app though, doesn't have a download button showing for this issue. I tried to use the app support website but it's a dead end link. I would recommend avoiding this app.

Paid for it but can’t access it. Paid for a paper subscription when the app was buggy. I enjoyed the magazine. Recently got a note in the mail that said they were going all digital and I would have Digital subscription instead. I can open the app just fine but can’t log in and the forgot password button leads to a blank screen. I emailed address on the card I received in the mail and never heard back.
