Must have boating App!!. Must have boating App!!

Literally a copy of the USCG book. I have no idea why this was ever rated above one star. You will be spending your money on a set of calculators. For the money, they should have created their own original content with graphics and illustration videos.

Very useful. Good app.. It takes a bit to learn your way around, but accurate and very detailed. Nice work.

Good app. Great for keeping up with the rules, or for studying for the tests that we all hate to take. Highly recommended.

Great app!. Very easy to use and the quick guides are so useful! You can email yourself the PDF version for a quick guide on any of the topics. I will recommend this app to anyone! All it needs to be complete is the questions (embedded with explanations for each answer).

E-Book Better!. This E-Book is handy for commercial hands also who want to study or refresh: 1.Lights and Shapes 2.Rules of the road And much more. The search will create a list of each page with your keyword and highlight it yellow upon selecting that page(s). iPad version even better.
