Literally a copy of the USCG book. I have no idea why this was ever rated above one star. You will be spending your money on a set of calculators. For the money, they should have created their own original content with graphics and illustration videos.

Awful UI. Lots of handy info, but getting to it is clunky and at times very annoying.

This app provides visualization tools such as images of boats with lights that can help beginners understand the rules and how to apply them on the water.
