Fantastic App & Excellent Customer Service. I teach liberal arts mathematics and have been using this app to help my students become prepared for their financial futures. This app provides a range of financial calculators that are all easy to use and accurate. Besides the financial calculators, the app also has a built-in normal calculator that allows you to backspace and stores entries line by line. Best of all though, their customer service representatives are open to feedback and are quick to implement new ideas. I requested an additional feature be added to one of the calculators and the team worked to make that happen. The new feature was added within a week! Also, in the past I found a minor mistake. One of the answers produced by the app was inaccurate at the hundredths place when compared to the answer calculated using the actual financial formula. I contacted the company and they were quick to fix the error. I know it was just a penny difference in the answer, but they helped make it right so my students wouldn’t miss questions on the quizzes. Lastly, I love this app because it also has the online version which enables my students to use an alternate version if they don’t have enough storage on their phones for another app. Highly recommended!!!

Only calculator you should ever need for household. This is a fantastic app. I use it almost everyday for household, and some business, needs. Had a question regarding RMD’s and received a prompt, and correct, reply from the developer. You can’t go wrong with this app.

Wonderful app. I love this app. I use it regularly to run my retirement numbers to see if I’m on track. Easy to use.

What happened to rate?. I just downloaded this app today and was using the TVM calculator for some homework. Everything was fine until I had to calculate the rate. I got the error message “There is a calculation error! Please check inputs!” Even it I put in a rate and got all the other number calculated, then removed just the rate and tried to get it to calculate the rate, I still received this error. I finally figured out that this was my error because it is absolutely necessary to use a negative when money is being spent.

401k contribution limits. Please update the allowable 401k contribution limits to match the 2023 irs updates. The retirement calculators are not accepting inputs over 27k for contributions. The number is 30k for people 50 and over

Intrusive ads. I was just trying to use ez calculators and the ads were disgusting. I have used this app since it came out and loved it but the ads are becoming so intrusive I may have to delete the app and find something else. Is there a small pay fee that can shut off all the intrusive ads?

Won't stay on one page. Used to be useful, but they need to fix the glitch.

Best financial calculator app out there. I use this calculator almost daily. It’s awesome with so many different features and financial calculations you can make. Whether you’re paying a mortgage or trying to calculate compound interest it’s all here. My favorite and only financial calculator tool I use.

Ad intrusive. The ads have become very intrusive. It’s now pushing ads for games that stop you from using the app for short periods of time. I’d honestly prefer an option to pay but there is none so I deleted the app.

Clean and comprehensive. I am a finance professional and hadn’t find a compact and yet comprehensive financial calculator suite till I found this one. I almost use it daily. All calculators are intuitive and easy to use. I like the clean designs. I used to have to use some power calculator with multiple functions built in in a single interface and such calculator was much harder to use. The EZ financial calculator’s approach is different. I would term it as divide and conquer, with each specific function having its separate calculator and this make calculations a much easier tasks to accomplish. Great product and would like to recommend to all users, both professional and casual users.

Multiple adds. This app has multiple pop up adds that stop your use within seconds of each other. Very annoying and inefficient! Just deleted it.

No rental calculator. Add advertisements.. This version increased the advertising area and could not find the new calculator. I would stay with the old version pending clarification from the publisher.

No Decimals. I would give it a 5, but the Loan calculator doesn’t accept rates with decimal places. I wanted to enter 2.86% but can’t.

Excellent. Does exactly what I needed and has many other capabilities. Actually, the most helpful app I’ve ever come across.

Glitches. Worked great for years, now I can’t even use the app because of the glitches

Great App. I’ve had this app for years now. It’s nice to be able to do some quick calculations when thinking through purchases or planning for something in the future. I think it’s way better than the free calculators you can find on the internet. Simpler to use and you know right where they are. I put in a suggestion for a new calculator, and their customer service team responded right away. I definitely wasn’t expecting that, but it shouldn’t have been a surprise with how well this app is organized and maintained.

Ads. The ads are obnoxious. I wish they offered a paid version with no ads. Edit: they have a paid version!

A LOT to offer for free. I’ve been using this for a few weeks in a grad level Finance class and it keeps getting better. The small advertisements (because its free) are not a bother. I like that I can add & rearrange the icons instead of having to click thru a few to get ones we use a lot. E.g. ERR, Non constant growth stock. Thank you.

Excellent product though wish descriptions were clearer. For example, it should be clearer what I am buying when I pay for pro vs the free version. Other than this, I love the calculator and will be upgrading to pro soon.

Responsive developer. I had suggested that when you set up a loan you should be able to save that loan so you can compare various scenarios. They actually listened and did it rather quickly. I have emailed with questions as well and gotten answers within minutes.

Great app - responsive creator. This is a straightforward and great app that has a WIDE variety of financial calculators. I’ve found the retirement calculators really helpful and the different uses help me be my own financial planner, rather than spending money on an advisor. Thanks!

Liking App. I really like this app. I found inside the app a date calculator. I was trying to find another app regarding work days to retirement. No such thing. However this one had one inside all the other apps. So now I know how many weekdays I have until retirement. Oh joy! But recently there’s been a lot of ads. I tried to see if you needed to purchase it which I think is worth it. But I can’t find if it’s a separate app to purchase or purchase it within this app. But it is worthwhile and it has everything you can think of.

Now plays video pop-up ads. While developers of free apps are entitled to use advertising as a way to earn money, this app was updated to play pop-up video ads each time you perform a calculation. It's kind of insane for something as simple as a calculator. Please find another app.

Don’t download this app!. Worst financial calculator app available. Taking a class, and this thing repeatedly gives incorrect answers. My 4-year old could probably get more correct answers than this thing.

Won't update. Have had this app for a few years now but for some unknown reason would not update just recently. It's a good fincalc for basic and not so basic computations. I'm a loan officer at a credit union and have used this for work on my iPad.

Full screen ads before even using it. Open the app, get a full screen ad with redirect to the app store to install another app. Immediately uninstalled this crap.

Ads with sound!. After about 30 seconds of using it I got a full-screen ad with really loud music. On top of that, it does nothing when you hit = after the first calculation.

Doesn’t calc anything without your email. This is not a calculator. This is an input tool that requires you to have the results emailed to you. No thanks.

TVM calculator inaccurate. Flaw in TVM calculation (primarily in the PV/FV/pmt calc for a given interest rate and no. periods. Validated using another credible source. Fix the calculation error and add an amortization option in the TVM calculator tab and it’d be a 5-star app.

Used it for years now. This is an excellent financial app. I’ve used it for many years now. Sometimes I need something a bit more detailed but I’ll use a spreadsheet for that. For good quick calculations, this app will likely be able to help you.

TVM doesn't work. Terrible app, TVM answers are way off...got embarrassed in class when I used answers from this thing...plug the same numbers in BAII plus and the answer is different and correct

Does what it says it has. Many utilities in one App. I use this app and updated it to-day. I had a problem finding something and I had a REPLY within 1/2 hour to tell me were to find it. Now that is super service. This is an app that does many things, and does it well. H.

Start screen glitch. I’ve always liked this app, and would have given it five stars, but now it slides through all screens until getting to the final function. Scrolling back screen by screen works, but as soon as you get to the start screen, they all slide to the end again.

Don’t get it. I had very much trouble using this app I highly don’t recommend you use it. This app sucks

TVM issue. TVM calculator seems to not be working at all. Doesn't calculate periods with any data.

Tip Calculator Error?. It contains useful calculators. The tip calculator includes the tax in the tip calculation - which makes me doubt the other calcs. The layout and controls are intuitive though.

Very good calculator. It really is all you need in one easy to use app, very convenient . I use mortgage calculation, car lease calculation . Tvm and bond calculations . Overall very good minus the occasionally flash quits. If the paid version is without the flash quit, then it is worth buying.

Very useful. I use the loan calculator and compound interest calculators regularly as a quick reference while working on financial plans. I of course use specialized software for making the plans but this gives me a quick way to show clients a ballpark estimate of how different rates of return affect them and how making larger payments can drastically cut down the amount of interest paid on their mortgage.

One of the most useful apps I’ve come across. I’m an accountant and sometimes I need to do quick calculations while I’m away from the computer. This app is one of the best I’ve come across. I’ve been using it for almost 3 years now. Worth paying for.

Great for learning!. This app is amazing! I'm learning to use the Texas Instruments BAII+ and sometimes I'm not sure if I'm inputting information correctly. This app improves my confidence using the BAII by allowing me to double check my answers. It is slightly buggy so I hope they'll update for iPhone 6!

Amazing. I never write app reviews. This thing is amazing. If you're into, or wanting to get into some financial calculations, and you don't want to use one of the full blown finance class type texas instruments or hp calcs, this is great. Tons and tons of different calcs in one app. Highly recommended. You still may want to learn a little about tvm calculations on the web so you dont get frustrated using the calculator. You usually want your present value and payment figures to be negative numbers. This will give you the correct positive future value numbers.

Amazing calculator!!. Makes my finance class so easy! Professor wanted us to buy a TI84 but think has all the functions I need and lays it out in a simple way! Highly recommend!

A Truly Advanced Tool. This app can be used in so many ways for a bunch of different scenarios. It's perfect for my Finance course and I don't have to pull out any calculator to make complex stock valuation calculations that might otherwise require to bust out a paper and pen to compute. I'm not a math major and I truly love this app because it save me so much time.

Awesome. This calculator is awesome. It can create advanced calculations and makes it simple for the everyday user to input. It has simple calculations and complex ones that financial planners use. I am an accountant and finance major - love this tool. I can e-mail anything to my clients as well.

Great tools but.... This app needs to be optimized for iOS 8. I use it all the time but when it comes to inputting numbers in the fields, it hasn't been programmed to have a number keyboard appear so for each digit, I have to click "alt" then a number. Very annoying.

Great App. Really great app for finding restaurants! I especially like the map with all of the pinpoints. The one thing I do wish though was that all restaurants everywhere had a pinpoint. In other words, when you scroll away from your current search area, pinpoints for restaurants currently aren't shown and I wish they were. Thanks Urbanapoon!

Planned obsolescence. With Apple’s planned obsolescence for iPhones, this app is slower than a Cupertino traffic jam. Terrible. 1 star is too generous.

This one does it all!. Wow! Wonderful app! Does all TVM applications and common business calculations. Coolest feature: ability to email results (including amortization schedules in CSV format) from right within the app. Terrific job and FREE! *deletes all OTHER free calc apps* (don't need them anymore)

The Best and Life Changing Calculator. I am a financial professional. I heard this calculator from my colleague two years ago. Per her recommendation, I downloaded it. I am glad I did it! This calculator has so many useful and convenient features I use them every day for my job. Before I have it, I have to google a financial calculator for my business, now I just simply open my iPhone and quickly get what I need to calculate or convert via this calculator. I can't address enough how good this calculator is. I recommended this calculator to my friends all the time. They all like it and appreciate my recommendation. Trust me, you will like it.

Excellent utility. I find myself relying on this more and more. It's always worked great, even when my previous phone was out of storage and very resource constrained. If I had a wish list, it would be able to hide the least used calculators from the selection list so I don't have to hunt. Amazingly useful in ways I hadn't even thought about until I started using it.

Wow. I work in the financial industry and yes, of course everything can be manually calculated. But this is quick, intuitive, accessible and easy to share. A Must Have if you care about your Financial Health. Sadly most Americans, too many Americans, are for all intents and purposes financially illiterate. We have a retirement crisis coming to this nation not to mention people purchasing cars, buying houses, computers, and all sorts of items they really cannot afford. This app helps to demystify the often complex world of finance and for an individual or their family really (financially speaking) "does it all"; from calculating future retained earnings, figuring out what the best terms of a loan for a home or car could be, showing you in simple numbers why you want to stay away at all cost from credit card debt. This app will simply and clearly help you understand how inflation impacts your earnings and future earnings, etc. This program is absolutely essential for good financial hygiene and health. Do yourself a favor; if you can afford the latest song from Jay Z or the latest shoot em up video app, then do YOU and your family a favor and purchase this simple to use app in full. I highly recommend you buy it.

Don't let the price fool you. I answer mortgage questions all day long. The simple inputs and added feature of the amortization schedule is by itself a great application. Throw in all the other clever gadgets and this app is a real winner. Currency conversions and countless units of measure conversions are fun and will come in handy. Overall, this is exactly what I've been looking for. Did I mention you can use as a calculator too!

Email harvester and advertising machine. You cannot get results unless you have them emailed to you and while you wait enjoy the wonderful ads. I'm in IT and work with marketing firms. Those are data dollars sold to firms who offer loans, credit cards, credit repair services. So this may be great to have someone contact you about a loan for example. Not for me though. I wanted and actual calculator like the name imp(lies).

BEST APP EVER!!! - Every math-ment use!. This app, not only is free, but is definitely worth the money. YOU WILL USE IT EVERYDAY, whether it is to add 2+2, figure out a tip amount because you already know how to use a regular calculator to calculate percentages, or amortize a car loan. It is useful for every financial situation. I love this app!!

Perfect-All listed calculators are working. I tried various other financial calculators. All of them tell you they are free but NOT all calculators are free. They enable only few calculations free and ask you buy paid version. This one allows you use all types financial calculations free. Excellent and happy to use this calculator.

Great loan calculator!. Very useful loan calculation and investment calculator tool. Auto loan and credit card payoff tools too. This is a must have calculator - better than many of the paid apps. You won't be disappointed!

Easy to Use, Easy to Understand. I have never used a financial calculator before (I grew up on Excel), so I was looking for something intuitive; this is it! With time value calculations, you simply enter the data for the fields that you know, then press the button on the right for the field you are seeking: answer given. The beauty of it is that you can tweak your data without having to start all over again (as with a regular financial calculator). NPV was very easy too.

Is there an update?. In General I really like this app. However it freezes and crashes pretty regularly in the credit card payoff calculator that I use frequently. I would buy the pro version if I thought it was any better reviews on that say it's not different. May I recommend having a Calculator that you can compare pay off for two options side-by-side?

Very good and easy. This app does many things, and it does them well with a simple, clean, and clear interface. What's not to like? Don't forget that you can reorder the many calculator tools on the front page to put the ones you use most often at the top of the list.

Everything You Want. Have been disappointed by several financial calculators. This one does not disappoint. It has everything and is intuitive. I was surprised at how much is packed in! Thank you!

Not useful. Disappointing. You can't set which variable you want to solve for, if you want to know how long it will take for you to make a certain amount of money on compound interest you can't do that, all it tells you is how much money you will have given all the other factors.

One more thing.... I like this app the best of others I've tried, except 1 thing...could you add a step for "percentage/down payment". I have to use a separate calculator to figure the loan amount. Purchase price - down payment. Seems petty I'm sure, but when working with clients it's nice to get info figured quickly.

Absolutely loaded with calculators. This has more calculators than you can imagine, and ads aren't too intrusive. I write spreadsheets so I can have all my calculators together. Now I don't have to. And if you have a problem or question, feedback is amazingly fast and personal. I finally moved to Pro, not because a few ads bothered me, but to support good software (with free version for try-before-you-buy) plus great support.

Great collection of calculators!. More calculators than most people would ever need. But the one you do need is sure to be there.
