Terrible. I just updated my user ID and my password on my laptop but the app will not recognize them says they are incorrect. I have had this problem from day one with a light.

May be ok. Used this app 1st time today. I need to submit my 2021 receipts. I had 12 to do. When I saw the ratings for this app I started to just print my receipts and fax the info. I decided to give it a try because it has the potential to be very useful and convenient. Signed on with no problems. Easily figured out how to request reimbursement. Was on a roll putting in information and taking pictures of my documentation. Submit and move on to the next. I on #10 and I noticed I have messages. 8 of the 10 were flagged as needing documentation! I just spent 40 minutes submitting documentation. What happened? I eventually called customer service and she couldn’t explain it. She suggested that I fax the information. I decided I wait a few hours, maybe there is a processing lag. I checked 4 hours later and everything appears ok. Hopefully I will receive my reimbursements.

NSURLErrorDomain error -1012. The app worked for two days, now I am unable to login. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling the app. No luck, I still get NSURLErrorDomain error -1012. This error happens when I just try to look up my company (after reinstall). There doesn’t seem to be any tech support to help with this issue - that’s why I’m posting it here.

Login and passwords can’t be accepted. I have the correct login credentials since they work perfectly fine on the ATT benefits site, yet this app won’t allow accept my login and password. Useless. Update: deleted and redos loaded the app and I can now log in. Let’s see how long this lasts.

Alight needs to hire competent IT professionals. They don’t seem to have a capability to fix issue with login and passwords. I’ve heard this app works great, if you’re ever able to login.

App not working. The reimburseme app will no longer accept documents. I’ve used this app for a long time and never had problems Fix it

Hate This App. This is one of the least user-friendly apps I’ve ever used. I’ve tried to use it for the last couple of years but it is virtually worthless. Can’t find even the most minimal info easily ( such as a mailing address for ( gasp!) paper claim forms or how to download & print a paper claim form.

Update Needed. Can an update be given as to why there is no access after credentials have been entered?

Quit working. Quit working after the latest iOS Update

Not helpful. This app does not send monies to medical services directly. Instead it sends the monies to your account for you to makes the payment. This is not good because in the current economic climate it would be nice for them to make these payment utilizing the FSA/FSA account you have.

Good. Very flexible to use Some suggestions 1 ) show the submitted claims somewhere 2) while uploading documents j only saw photos options and my files were not accessible Rest worked very well for me

Password reset process is horrible!. This app has the absolute worst password reset procedure of any app I’ve ever used. Also, if you want to use Apple Face ID, you have to install a second app!?

A different app?. I am rather shocked to see the negative reviews for this app. My former employer used to use this app, and it worked great. Easy to use, quick and effective. Then, they changed to “Ez Receipts” - what a nightmare! ReimburseMe was sooo much easier. Seeing all the bad reviews makes me wonder what happened, because I liked it so much compared to what I have to use now. It almost sounds like it was sabotaged. I still wish I was back on this app…

Worst app ever. This has got to be one of the worst apps I have ever used in my life. It’s ok that I need to change my password every six months, but TELL ME MY PASSWORD EXPIRED and then LET ME CHANGE IT IN THE APP! Don’t simply say “There was a problem logging in, contact us for help” then you call the phone number and are on hold for 45 minutes waiting to talk to someone, just to find out your password has expired and needs to be changed. Unbelievable!

CAMERA ACCESS IS BROKE!. This app has started to not be able to take a photo of the receipts! The only way I could attach a photo was to take a picture with the phones camera and then choose the picture from my photos. I have not used the app in a while but there were no updates in the App Store!

Horrible App. The app won’t allow me to login and submit my receipts. I’ve been trying to submit my receipts on the mobile app for over 2 months now. Because the app is horrible I have to manually upload my receipts on my desktop computer. This is such an inconvenience. I hope my company changes providers because I will never use this app again!

Not dependable app. When the phone app works it is quick and efficient. Difficulty is the app works intermittently and nice people at help desk cannot correct the issue. I am going back to the paper forms and US mail.

Good enough. We only used it to submit and track expenses. It was pretty simple and easy.

App downgrades images and so they constantly deny claims. They’ve admitted as much to me after many calls and hours of hold times to speak to someone, but they refuse to do anything about it.

No app support for problems. App seems responsive this year. Good! However, when making a resubmission I needed to correct the original data. There was a button offered to correct the submission. It just sent me back to the accounts page. Was I supposed to start over? I cannot find a proper way to get support for app problems, so you get this negative review instead.

Frustrated. Plz fix this. I have been using this app for years but after the last update it’s not working ok my iPhone 11. Plz fix.

Not working. Keep getting an error message. It has been like this for some time now. It goes as follows… The operation couldn’t be completed (NSURLErrorDomain error - 1012.)

In Dire Need of Update. I’ve been using this app for several years and it doesn’t seem to have improved at all although there are many negative reviews that could be used as constructive criticism. Developer must not be paying attention. Face or fingerprint recognition should be a part of any app of this type in 2023. If the app had face recognition, the ability to add remarks (not to solicit a response, but to provide explanation when needed) and the ability to make corrections to claims already submitted, I would rate it more highly.

Useless. I can’t even log in to the app. After changing my use name and password numerous times as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Nothing works. Beg your companies to use a different app. I know I will.

Doesn’t Work. I have tried multiple times logging into my account and it doesn’t.

Garbage. Haven’t been able to use it in nearly 2 years. Every time I try to login it gives me a message stating “Due to technical problems, the app isn’t available. Please return later.” I gave up on it long ago and just go through a website, but I do try once every now and then and get the same results. This app really needs to be pulled and fixed.

Errors. It will not let me do anything on this app only getting a error 1st time I used it no problem… now it will not lay me login at all

App not working. For some reason app does not work i cannot log in to the app i keep getting and error message NSURLError Domain error -1012 which cannot be found anywhere. ERROR MESSAGE IN FULL: The operation could not be completed (NSURLError Domain error -1012)

Doesn’t Work. Instructions I received through my employer are complete and specific. Unfortunately this app refuses to honor the appropriate login information. Useless.

Needs to be better. Very easy to use but there’s always a problem logging in. I am constantly having to go to the main website due to app problems.

Joke of an app. My company use this app but now it doesn’t even let me reset my password saying my password has expired but when it direct me to the website to reset the password the website itself is down…

Technical Difficulties Error. Every time I try to login it tells me “Due to technical problems, the app isn’t available. Please try again later”. This has been happening for over a year. How do we fix this?

Dated. Clunky and impossible to follow. Cannot review documents submitted. Cannot uploadDigitally stored receipts. There is only an option to take a picture of a receipt reducing clarity leading to denied claims and a vicious cycle of rework.

As bad as can be.... Can’t log in with good credentials that work on the website. Just like so many others have reported. Goodbye.

Log in issues. I am locked out every time I try to log in. I have to go on my computer and reset the password every time. There is no point in having an app if I have to go on my computer every time to reset the password.

Horrible App. By their own admission, the app is useless. You cannot upload documents via the app as they are all blurry. What the heck is the point then? I called them and they said anytime docs are uploaded via the app your claims will be denied. They asked me to FAX in. Are you kidding me? FAX!!!! It’s 2021! Not 1987.

Horrible experience. I have had this app for over a year and have never been able to use it every time I reset my password and logon. It says my password is incorrect. I’ve tried to do it three times this morning and every single time I can login on a computer with my new password I go to this app and it says my password is incorrect. completely useless

Unable to use.. This mobile App has never worked on my iPhone or my husband’s. We’ve called, deleted and reinstalled and still nothing. Are you intentionally making it difficult to access our money? The desktop version works but is inconvenient for those of us that don’t have them.

No longer works. I’ve had this app for 2 years and now all of a sudden it doesn’t work. There’s no update and no where to submit and issue

Disappointing. I have used this App for a couple of years now and the 1st year it worked good. Don’t get me wrong I did have some poor experiences with it the first year but month after month it just keeps getting worse and worse. You need to log in on a weekly basis otherwise it locks you out and you have to use a desktop/laptop to get it corrected otherwise you won’t be able to log in and it’s frustrating. I use my iPhone for everything but when I’m not logging in weekly and need to log in to upload my documents I get locked out with an error message. So frustrating so if you can’t use it weekly don’t bother because you’ll spend more time on your computer then uploading the documents to get reimbursed. There has to be something better than this?!?

App is horrible. Not using it anymore. If you are here for the childcare account then it’s been. Moved to alight mobile app.

No Password Reset. Very annoying, no password reset via the app. Had to log into my work computer and go to Worklife/Total Access and reset my password there to get back into the app.

I never can sign w app. The app worked fine for a little. It stopped working I opened a ticket, the IT support never followed up and the app still doesn’t work even after removing and reinstalling it.

Not In Service Anymore. Tried to log in today but kept receiving an error that my user ID and/or password was incorrect. Called Alight helpline, and they tried to help by suggesting I change my password. Called in a second time and was told that the app isn’t being used anymore.

Needed to reset my alight password 2 use this. Now that I’m in - the app seems to lack any settings to access my phones mobile data in cellular apps - it does not show, nor are settings an option in app menu. This seems to show now only stale info from date app installed - outdated balance and no recent activity. Will try to find an app FAQ page to see if something else needs to be done to get this app to correctly work.

Can’t even login. Yep can’t even login anymore. It doesn’t even search for company names. Keep getting NSURLError Domain Error -1012

Only gave it one star because you can’t give none. Bad company bad app.

Never remembers my password. This app is terrible. The log on does not persist, so I have to log in every single time I use it. I went there today and the password is not accepted. Password reset refers me to my company’s health care benefits page where I can log on just fine. Now I am stuck in a inescapable loop where the app says my password is wrong and sends me to my company site, where the password is just fine. I don’t want to submit expenses on the site, I just want to use the app because when it works it is faster than logging onto the main site.

Disappointing login, claim process, spelling errors. The login is disappointing. The app should support saving credentials and using Touch ID but it does not, leading to having to enter a password whenever your session times out. Document attachments for claims should allow files from cloud file services like Dropbox, not only photos. When providers send invoices by email, it's impossible to fit it on one screenshot and another app is needed to fit an invoice email on one screen for a screenshot. Otherwise, an email has to be printed just to take a picture of it. At this point, just let me submit the text of the invoice in a text input since that's all that the provider supplies anyway. I want to paste a number copied from the iOS calculator and paste it in the claim amount. It doesn't work. Similarly, I want to paste the provider name in the claim form but that doesn't work either; at least that one is remembered so it doesn't have to be typed every time. Spellcheck the strings in your application. Start by spelling "Service" correctly on your new claim screen.

KM. This system is NOT user friendly. It needs a major overhaul.

Makes my life easier. This app gives me quick access to my balance, pending and complete transactions, and allows me to submit a claim. Before this, I had to fill a claim out on the website, copy all my receipts, and fax everything in to follow up my online claim. This app let me take a picture of my receipt and upload it with my claim. It was super quick and I can see that it's already pending with the attachment received. So much faster and easier - I'm really pleased.

Terrible, Would rate 0 if I could.. The world has has large screen iPhones(6+) since September 19th, 2014.... that is almost 5 full years to design an app that’s graphics that match the screen...but no. Aside from the obvious lack of maintenance or updates, the app does not allow you to stay logged in, use a pin, or use Touch ID. This makes it a real hassle to use every time. But what really makes this app useless is the ability of it to take high resolution receipt photos from my phone and upload them in such a low resolution that they are not legible. It’s absolutely pointless to use the app because the claims get denied due to “non legible” receipts. These receipts are literally screen shots of a pdf on my phone.

Outdated and Weak. I’m able to logon and see my transactions. But as another review mentioned you can only submit a photo not attach a document like a pdf so quality is not good. Also when I submit my document (photo) on the claim it then creates a duplicate claim for the same thing! They have now partially denied a claim because they think I’ve used all my funds but it’s because of the duplicate claims that get created. As another mentioned just use the web and avoid this antiquated app.

Do it online! This app is garbage!. Don't waste your time downloading this app. The app has several floors that need to be fixed including adding touch ID and the option to save your credentials so you do not have to continuously into that every time you file claim. Application times out and have to start all over again. App has several bugs that need to be addressed and fixed! Not even sure what my company sent me an email telling me to use this to make my life easier, it's very obvious that they did not do their research before requesting it's employees use this app. I gave this a one star rating only because you can't continue without at least choosing one star. -5 stars is what I have rated this app.

Poorly maintained. I need this app for reimbursement for medical payments, but it has flaws where it can’t be used. The latest flaw is I can’t log in. The green bar with the words “Log on” doesn’t highlight once you’ve typed in your password, so you can’t log on. It’s the correct password. Went to online health reimbursement account and click “show password” when I was logging in there. The app tells you it’s the same password as that, besides, it’s the one I was using when it was working. The toll free number takes you to what ever your place of work is or was, and they tell you to contact the app developers. HOW? Supposedly 8 moths ago they fixed the bug for “users who weren’t able to log in”. THAT that was and continues to be a frequent problem makes you question who the developers are.

Didn’t work for at least a month.. Just like other reviewers, this app gave a popup explaining that there was a technical issue. It did this every time I tried to login for at least a month, maybe 2. I tried maybe once a week or so. Then today I was going to write a review complaining about it and found that it now works. So far so good. I could see my balance and see reimbursements that had been made. I don’t know how well the claims process will work. While the app was having “technical problems” it said to call an 800 number for help, but calling that number just got you into telephone menu hell. If you managed to reach a person (not easy to do), they know nothing about the app.

Broken links. For Boeing users the links are broken and passwords don’t work.

This App/Service is Epic Failure. I was locked out of my company sponsored account 3 months ago, I have called the customer support line for assistance and spent hours on the phone trying to get access but they are unable to figure out why there application does not work for phone or PC. Customer service is not interested in seeking resolutions to customer needs and they always offer to have someone call you back and always fail to do so. I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to resolve my reimbursement request over the last several months. I have been waiting for thousands of dollars in dependent care spending account for months with no offer to correct the situation. I filed a complaint with companies HR department as a result of their gross negligence.

Unhappy. This app worked for about 6 months. Now I’m unable to submit documentation required for reimbursements!! No stars

10 years outdated. This app is pathetic. It basically lets you see your balance and account activity. Most of the rest of the functions don't work. For example if you click pay bill, contribute, or get reimbursed- all it does is take you to a giant pdf legal statement. It's like they didn't actually try to build any functionality or usability into it. It looks like an app from the year 2005. It also is all stretched and doesn't fit the screen of an iPhone 6 which came out a full year ago. Try a little harder developers, maybe just a little at all.

Convenient but some enhancements needed. Submitting claims and checking status is simple. However an edit/delete feature prior to approval would be helpful rather than waiting for a denial due to an input error and losing reimbursement time. Also, "Service" is misspelled on the claim submission page. It's driving the grammar geek in me a little nuts. The website link is also dead and an email address is needed on the contact pass. It may be company specific which is where the email address would come in handy. In all, the concept is great, it's user friendly, but a few small tweaks are needed.

App Info. For those of you having difficulty with the app... This app now requires you to put in a company name and will go to second screen for company option. You can still use the same user ID. The password now must be the same password you use to access your benefits site. Hope this helps.

Login and App are horrible. Every few months get stuck in a loop where password on Benifits site is fine but the app does not accept it. Going on over a week now with open tickets and no solution. Was told to find a form on Benifits site and then fax it in I clearly explained there was not cover sheet or instructions on the site. They then opened a ticket for that... this is a joke should not be this hard to get reimbursed every time.. and yes tried three different phone all less then a year old. This is your only option to do it make it work!!!!

Frustrating. Started using in February 2020. It seemed good only for a while. After using only two times, all of a sudden I could not use this damned mobile app., only because it was unable to accept my user ID and password prompting that one of them was invalid though both of them deemed 100% correct and current. I tried calling the number provided several times with no avail. I followed their instructions several times for nothing resolved in 2 months. They said they know that the app. had issues and flaws and they have been updating it. However, until April 1st 2019 I found the app. still useless. I don’t give even a star to this Reimburse Me app.

Can't Log In, Worst-In-Class Support. Similar to other reviewers, I'd love to use this app but am unable to log in. There's a phone number for support right on the app's landing page - I've had many conversations with many of their support people and while they are all pleasant enough, no one knows how to resolve this. There is seemingly no escalation path and no way to follow up other than having them call me back at random; then when I inevitably miss the call I have to navigate a massive phone tree to get someone on the phone again, each time a new person. There is no email or other electronic means of support available. It's a customer support process incapable of solving anything more than the most basic of issues.

Does not work. I have used this app for over a year now it doesn’t work. Company name disappeared.

User Name and Password Issue. I’ve been trying to log on and keep getting a message that both a wrong. I just got off the phone with my company and they had me log onto the benefits portal separately from my company site and it seems my password had expired which is why I had a problem logging into the app. I now am able to log onto the app. I suggest this remedy for anyone else having problem logging in. Thank you to the awesome guy I spoke to at my company!! He was amazing!

App not working at all. Every time I open the app it says user domain error. Please fix

Frustrating. I've been using this app for about 2 years. All of the sudden it tells me my user name or password is wrong. My options are to call us out Try again. I've tried multiple times with no success. I've called a lot and continue to get people who know nothing about the app. They tell me it's the same login and password as the website, which it is NOT, but they don't believe me. Then I get shuffled and transferred to someone who doesn't know anything about the app... Repeat. I've been dealing with this for 2 weeks now with no resolution. There is no forgot password option on the login screen. It tells you to go to benefits site (which had absolutely nothing about the app or resetting the app password) or call a number (which is the same number I've called multiple times now. Sooooo frustrating!!!

Super convenient!. Love this app. It is super convenient to enter and submit claims, and reimbursements are so quick. I'd give it more Stars if I could see more than just the last 90 days of claims and payments. Why arbitrarily only 90 days? If like to see all of last year, and all of YTD. This would help me track spending and verify which claims have been submitted. I’d also like to be able to see ALL transactions, including funding (deposit) transactions. Can’t imagine why one would not include such an obvious capability. Also cannot edit a claim immediately following a submission. If you make an error, the only option is to submit a duplicate claim, and hope they pick the right one to process, since there is also no way to add comments! Also, why no "feedback" option? That's where this input should be...

Poorly Implemented. While it is desire able to have mobile feature for my account, this is a poor attempt at providing these features. Although I can take a snap of receipts they must be altered to meet the upload size limitations. And although the app provides a form for inputting data specific to the claim, the form does not work well on the older iPhones with smaller screens. And I found it most difficult to input the claim dollar amount, and impossible to make corrections to incorrect input. This app is only marginally useful for viewing your account

Version 7.0 doesn’t work on iPhone 11. Cant sign on. There app has bugs that needs immediate fixing.

Reimburse Me is a joke. App isn’t functioning. It will not accept my CORRECT credentials. And no one can explain why this isn’t working for AT&T retiree!

Worst Service. As other users, we are not able to log in. The stated hotline in the app is the general benefits number, which after you screamed 5 times „English“ and then „Yes“ into your phone, the IVR still does not know what you want, connects you to someone who is not responsible for the app and does not know about it either. You get transferred 4 times, authenticate yourself 4 times, state your problem 4 times, to get to know that the app „has some problems and is not working“. All after an earlier agent told you, that the app is the „ONLY way to submit your claim“. But it seems corporate America has no better choice than that.

It’s a nice app, though not pretty. 3.5 stars - 4 for current functionality, 3 for visuals and enhancements needed. Function: The app does what it’s supposed to do - it tells you your balance, let’s you submit claims and update direct deposit information. I rarely interact with the website, except to see my balance, submit claims and check status of claims. Almost all I need here... Enhancements: I wish I could view and edit claims submitted online. I can’t see the status of a claim submitted on app or website. Also there’s a red 1 on the home icon, which I can’t get to go away. Touch ID would be nice, so I didn’t have to type my password in each time I open the app. Visual: Visually it’s behind by about 5 years. It feels like an app from iOS 6. In fact it doesn’t remotely resemble the website. I thought I had the wrong app to start with.

Worked OK for me. First you need to have credentials to login directly to the Hewitt site and you must verify they are valid before using them with this app (i.e. my acct was locked). If you login using credentials supplied by your employer it most likely will fail. BTW, I installed the app and sent in 2 of my claims while on hold waiting to talk to a Hewitt rep :-) The app made it easy for me to submit three spending acct requests and my requests were processed in less than one day. One was rejected due to an illegible attachment. The camera / attachment interface needs work. Pictures are low contrast & dark. There is no way to select a PDF or non-picture attachments so I had to use the website to resubmit. Nevertheless this app is worth it to get receipts paid ASAP without too much effort.

What Happened???. Last year app worked fine. This year, I see alerts but can't access them. I found out from web site that I needed to submit documentation for a payment - but no longer any way to do that on the app. Have only the option to submit new claims. Last year the item requiring documentation would appear on app, I could click on it and send photo of receipt. Now those items are not appearing on app at all and no option to submit receipts for payments. Same phone, same everything. Also, called flex spending provider, they have no tech support for this and couldn't even steer me in the right direction.

Efficient. Informative. Time Saver.. This is such a handy app. They have the info present for your current year enrollment. Submitting claims is super easy because you take a photo of a receipt or snap a photo from your online accounts, attach and submit. Turnaround quick. The app updates with payment info and balances. FYI: Once submitted, you must check if all went through or they need additional paperwork. Note: if moving from HP to HPE you must update the company. I did this by deleting the app then immediately downloaded. You might be able to update without downloading but I didn't try.

Not working. App is currently down with no solution or anyone to contact.

Upgrade = Downgrade. Why does EVERY upgrade of this app result in a downgrade of performance???

After 5 years, app is useless. I’ve been using this app without an issue. Since March 2019, this app no longer lets me log in. Tells me Incirrect Password or Login ID. I can’t find anyone who supports this app who can troubleshoot. Like another unhappy User reported, I was told the mobile app login is the same as the online version. I have no trouble logging in on my laptop but using the same Login/password on the mobile app clearly has broken ode in the login module. FRUSTRATING AND IRRITATING that no one claims to know anything about their mobile product. Also, telling me to delete the app and reinstall does not resolve this issue and I’ve had to tell support who does not believe me.

Password Issue. My password stopped working even though I knew it was correct. Here’s how I fixed it: - The app wouldn’t let me log on. But it had a link to my benefits website. - Clicked through to the benefits website via Safari and it showed that my password had to be changed. - Changed my password and made sure that my device was saved for future access. - Relaunched the app with the new password and it worked.

Had no issues until now. This app has been great for 2 years and all of a sudden the last past months I’ve been having issues. At first my password was not correct and I changed it and it worked, go back to log in the password I just changed wasn’t correct that time again and I had to reset it. Now today I’m trying to log in and the app says its having difficulty to try back later, please hurry and iron out all the kinks. This app really comes in handy.

Technical Problems Won’t Let You Post. I downloaded this app with no problems. I thought things were going great. All of sudden, I was having issues. At first it said the picture couldn’t be captured. Then I received a message there was technical problems! I couldn’t get back onto the app to finish posting. Not even sure if what I did post actually processed! Guess I’ll have to go back to the website which is such a hassle because I have to go and fax the documents now! Fix problematic issues and I may come back! I should have paid more attention to the negatives reviews and ratings!

Huge time waste. After getting kicked out of the website 3-4 times and losing all the claims I had previously submitted (which was not as easy as it could be) I decided to call. Waded through the robotic menu and finally got a live person. He suggested I download the app which I did. After numerous tries submitting claims and more lost uploaded receipts and a second call. I have given up. I Have spent 2-3 hours on something that with previous other providers took 15 minutes. All to get my money back from my FSA account. Very disappointed.

Works but could be improved. I have been using this for 2 years. I like the ease of getting reimbursed. Usually have no problem with snapping a quick pic of a receipt and submitting a claim I would like the app updated to support Touch ID. Also would like it to change from portrait to landscape. I would like the app to support paying the provider directly like I can do online.

Literally Garbage. Who are they paying to create and maintain this app?

So convenient!. So far, I'm not having any of the issues reported by other reviewers. I was able to submit 3 claims in about a minute each. Submitting on the website has always been cumbersome. This was extremely easy! Also easy to come back and check the status of those claims. Love it!
