A tiny problem…... I love this game so much, but there is a tiny problem. So I have had this game for over a year now and still have not gotten bored with it. To be honest I don't think I ever will. But every time I play this game for more than 10 minutes it starts to lag, and I know it's not my internet bc it hasn't done that before. Also, another bug is that when I make a house it completely freezes and stops working then I have to get off and start all over again. That kind of irritates me a little bit bc I love this game and I play it on long car rides. So when it freezes and deletes my house I get a little mad not furious but just a little agitated. Another thing I think makes people mad is that when you make a beautiful house then you get off and it doesn't save bc you have to pay for it. I think you should at least be able to save like 2-3 houses that you make. Then after you make 3 you have to pay for it. But that's just what I think. Also, I wish that you could get above-ground pools and Kitty pools for free on the outside version. P.S. not trying to make people mad with being a complainer but this is just my thoughts on the game. ☺️Have a blessed day!

Better than you might think. The interface is intuitive and there are short videos to show you how to do each step and I’d recommend the first few that teach about rooms, walls etc. because they’re annoyingly challenging if you wing it. I’ve upgraded a few levels for a few bucks to unlock a few features specific for the project I’m working on and I’ve yet to come across anything that’s as good that’s as easy or inexpensive. UPDATE: Whatever was included in a recent update has made this app nothing short of frustrating verging on useless. I bought all upgrades save the last one and have had so many glitches and problems I’m looking for another option. The scaling and elevation features, for displaying something as basic as a stacked washer and dryer or a countertop that extends over a partial wall, reset to zero every time you touch them. And for the second and last time your app just shut down and deleted a project completely. Starting over I am, but not with this glitchy waste of time.

Almost perfect, just needs more customization ability. Overall I love this app and it’s pretty easy to use. I used it to redesign my hair studio. There are just a couple of minor things that are missing that would earn it a five star rating. When in 3D mode, I wish I could add the exam dimensions of the night of an object. It’s great that you can change the altitude with a slider, but it’s a guess as to what the scale is and I have to just guess. Another thing that would make this app complete wold be if there were a generic object(s) or shapes that could be used to represent miscellaneous items that are not included in the object list. Those two things would make it 5 star for me. As a bonus, more customization and objects would make the app even better! The app has more possibilities beyond just the home, It’s great for small bizz owners with space to design! Perhaps more packs to unlock by “ liking” or writing a review... or incorporating more objects when you pay for an upgrade? Otherwise, I do love the app!

Find another app. I wish I would have listened to the reviews. The description and trailer for this app is all glory, but when you try to replicate and design the house yourself it’s awfully complicated. I am very tech savvy and work in IT. This was just too much! I even downloaded the desktop version for my Mac, that helped because doing it on the phone was impossible. The worst part is that the tutorial videos are too busy trying to impress you instead of actually taking the time to help you. The mouse and trackpad gestures will have you selecting items at some times and zooming in at other times. I never to create a “visit” walk through of the house because it would only pan in one room, not how the demo gracefully shows the point of view of going through the entire house! Create a video on how the full “visit” is captured. Also, I built my complete floor plan and for the life of me could not add the tile. The tile texture keep going on the walls and everywhere but the floor! Please create on start to finish tutorial with a live instructor! Also, there should be a ways to type in the dimensions for accuracy. Pinching and dragging the rooms to get the size is annoying. If there is a way to do this I could not find it in the tutorial videos. I hope this review is long enough to get someone’s attention and do something about it. I was unable to submit a mock-up trying to figure this app. Get at me and hire me as quality tester!

A few weeks ago I would have given 5 stars!. Update to the review below. The glitch seems to have been corrected! Yay! Hoping my good luck continues! I've been using this app for several months to dive neck deep into a remodel project, however lately it continuously freezes up on me. I have been unable to do more than open a drawing, click on a task and that's it. Done. I close, clear history, reopen only to have the same thing happen. It's now pretty much useless. I've tried many times to delete the app and reinstall without success. I've got a lot of hours of work into my remodel layouts including accurate house measurements AND furniture measurements. I'm incredibly frustrated. I tried clicking on 'support' and got some nearly illegible message about 'maintenance'. And yes, I did purchase all the 'in app options'.

Perfect, but one thing. This is the best home design game ever. At first I wasn’t a big fan of having to build my own house with all of the measurements and stuff, but once I got it down I made a lot of my dream houses. Definitely download this if you want to push yourself and be creative. I’m creative and I don’t usually like to push myself but this is a really amazing game. A few things though. First, there aren’t many options in race and form for the family. I think it would be better if you added a family character maker so we can make our own family members. This would make a HIGE improvement. Another thing, after making one of my houses I noticed a button in the top right corner and I found something that resembled a feature to see it with 3D goggles. I thought it was the best idea to be able to see my house in 3D! But it was a misunderstanding. It would be really amazing if you could add this as a feature, I would love it and I’m sure others would enjoy this too. Last thing, indents, like if I want to have a hallway with indents in the walls to put pots or candles. In one of my houses the living room is an indented area lower in the ground but there is no feature for this, or if I wanted to indent into ceiling in a bedroom as a nice addition over the bed. Please add these features.❤️😄🥺😁

Just needs a few tweaks. Ok first of all I love this app! Let me tell you all the good stuff first. First unlike other apps for homes you like have to have everything on a wall and you can’t move stuff in many spaces not on this app in this app you can almost put all your furniture were ever you like! I also enjoy this app because evan if you don’t have the like pro version you still have a bunch of different furniture to chose from! I have been designing a house that I would want for my family on here and no you can not really make it real life but I does help me get a idea and my family a idea of what a ideal house looks like for me. Now the worst part when I tell you the bad stuff about it. Ok so first the bad stuff is not that bad I have still been making a good house with it but my big problem is how it is kind of challenging to get different thing in there place but I have been getting better at it and you will to thank you for listening bue

It’s a great game but I wish it was better. I love the game, but I do wish everything was available. I understand the game being used by professionals and they would probably not mind paying, but I got this game so I could relax and be creative. The game does not let you save your work unless you buy a pass. I tried to work around that and just delete one of the houses that the game had came with so it would have room to save the house I made, but they did not let me do that either. The game also does not let you use all of the decorations/ furniture/ building material unless you buy the pass. I did overall enjoy the game but I will be deleting it, because it makes me angry every time I work hard to make a house then it does not get saved and all my hard work is gone. Get this game if you are ok with paying the amount they ask for, but if you are planning to just get this game to relax and be creative I don’t recommend it. Other then the paying and saving problem I do enjoy the game, the design and variety of things is great, and I would keep the game if saving my creations was free. Over all good game though!

Decent, pretty great though! 🤔😁. You should definitely get this game, but, there’s something keeping me from rating it a five. One, the measurements are nice, but you can’t really see what you are doing. It’s nice if you build houses for a living! But 99 % of us don’t. The 3D feature is really great, you can build from an easy high up angle, but then see it from a persons perspective. The other thing bothering me is the space you have, but all in all, who builds an entire neighborhood anyway? The way that you can add texture is pretty great too. Another tip I have is the size of the rugs, you could make them bigger. But I’m not sure, can you even have the time to adjust small things like that? But you know what, my dad approved it, and if HE thinks it’s good, I agree. I’m not really the girl who uses a bunch of emojis, but this is an exception. Mostly great but could be amazing with a few tweaks. I have spent many a late night twiddling away on this. I use it to map out places for the stories I write and it really helps me orient my mind and makes it a little easier to work out a scene. But there are a few issues that frustrate me sometimes: 1) I often run into problems with the ceiling disappearing when hiding or deleting walls or when changing wall height (and sometimes when snapping rooms together, be it far less often). 2) Uploaded textures are automatically resized into a square with no cropping, causing it to be stretched and deformed when using 3)About half the time I attach land to the outside of a structure an overhang can be seen running along the top of the land boarder Improvements: 1) Ability to sort our imported textures into the pre loaded folders 2) Display the angle of a wall when we are creating or moving, especially if angle is not 0 or 90 3) Allow us to adjust altitude of all objects 4) Option to have light sources (lamps, ceiling lights) actually emit light 5) Ability to to lock objects into place 6) Option to delete certain items in a furniture object without deleting the entire object 7) An invisible texture for removing certain parts of an object or making parts see-through 8) An option to make rounded walls 9) Ability to set wall height for the entire project or floor

Need added features, especially for 2nd story. I bought the full version and I like it but it needs better textures/wall papers ... many look like they’re from the 80s and 90s. It’s hard to get a true white on the walls too. It always looks weird (either a glare or a shadow). A lot of the furniture is in a modern or sort of mid-century style and not a lot of craftsman or traditional decor options. There are loads of small issues with the way walls go together, working with second stories, scaling of objects to fit a space. My biggest issue is that there are two houses I’ve needed to work on remodels for recently that have knee walls / eaves on the second floor. There are no options for that. That’s a pretty common feature of several architectural styles, like Cape Cod and barn-inspired farmhouses. No way to effectively work on and plan for an attic conversion either in that case, which is too bad considering that attic conversions are one of the most popular home improvement projects.

There’s a bit of a problem but it’s awesome!!!. There is a little glitch and when your working so hard on the house it kicks ya right out I hate it I work day and night on my houses and BOOM there all gone it’s like seriously come on!!! But over all that it’s amazing I love it and I love all the things you can decorate it with its awesome. But if your not that patient then I wouldn’t recommend this game just cause of the glitch and stuff. But if your pretty patient and good with that stuff then it’s pretty cool I love it. One other thing that’s not that good is the prices to buy the cool stuff like come on like your parents or yourself is gonna pay that it’s pretty pricey I wish that they could lower the prices but it’s ok thanks for reading my review I hope it helped you bye!!!! Awesome Game!. This is one of my favorite apps to use because it’s easy to use and you can make great houses! When I first got this app I didn’t really bother watching the video tutorials because I thought this game would be super easy to use and it is once you start using it a lot. I didn’t realize that you could edit walls and make balconies. Everything in Home Design 3D is amazing! If you get this app, trust me you should definitely watch the video tutorials. If you don’t you will be able to do some things like pull out furniture and change the wall color or pattern, but if you do watch the video tutorials you can learn how to edit walls and put in openings and you can do so much more! My only complaint is that when I first got this app I was so excited to make my own house, but then I realized that you can only do that if you get the gold version and the unlimited floors one. If you don’t get those it’s fine because you can still make the houses super amazing! I love Home Design 3D!

Its good but it could be better. I love the app, you can make so many cool houses and plans but there are some problems i have with it. 1. you should be able to edit the size of the walls too, maybe i just dont know how to, but it would be really helpful if that was a feature, and i dont mean just adjusting the ceiling height i mean being able to draw a wall and adjust the height of it. 2. Its way too expensive. It doesnt need to be this expensive tbh, you could buy the sims and do more in the game than on this app and youd be getting something worth your money. This app is awesome and i adore it but its not worth 12 bucks, i bought it when it was ten dollars and even then it was still too expensive imo. 3. I already bought gold and i was excited about the feature for multiple floors but then i found out that you had to pay another ten dollars to upgrade to gold plus! Why should i have to pay another ten dollars if i bought the gold one already? The whole thing is already way to expensive but at least let those who already bought gold upgrade for 99 cents or less, another ten dollars is way to expensive just for unlimited floors. 4. How come there are no ethnic models? Im not a huge sjw but all of the characters are white, if you're going to implement people into the game at least add some variety.

Amazing app, but some issues. So, I splurged a bit and got the full premium; however, there are a few issues. Lighting: So, the shading can go a bit too extreme, because in some of my larger houses, some of the hallways are almost pitch-black because of the shading. That needs to be fixed. Texturing: I do the corners where it applies the texture to the whole room; however, if you create a room inside of that room (say, add a closet) it ends up not only adding it to that one room, but all the outer walls of that entire floor. This is obviously a big issue, as it makes it very tedious, and I have to then do each individual wall (and portion of some walls) individually. Performance: This app is great overall, and I like how it doesn’t hog the battery life (like some other similar apps) however, it causes my device to freeze, and I have to force restart my mobile quite often when using the app. Catalogue: I think the catalogue needs to be updated. Some suggestions include more contemporary items, like modern bi-fold doors, and other things like electrical fireplaces with TVs (like a marble façade, the wide and short fireplace, and a TV above it, you’ve probably seen it in modern homes), integrated fridges for kitchens, and other things. Design community: Hasn’t been updated very often. I’ve seen that townhouse as “design of the week” for almost a year now. Overall, I love this app, and would recommend it; however, like anything, there’s some room for improvement.

It’s good, but it got it’s problems. I’m going to be honest with you… I really do like the game, I have a lot of fun with it. But heres the thing… I have never EVER finished a house but ONE! And the one I finished was just a tiny little house with just one bottom floor. Do you know why this is happening? Because it will glitch. 😞 I don’t know how to explain the glitches is the worst part, But I can with one! I made a little bedroom with a bathroom on the 2nd floor… so I go to the bottom floor and I notice a big HOLE from the bathroom that you can see in the bottom floor sealing! 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don’t know… maybe I did something wrong, but I was really proud of the bedroom I made. I even showed my mom and she was impressed. I can’t have another one of my designs ruined. I really can’t do it! 😔 please fix this! Sorry for my caps locked earlier on some of the words but it’s just how I chat. I’m not mad because I understand that people make mistakes in there games or whatever! More improvements. This is my favorite home designing app, but some improvements would be nice. The first improvement is the ability to make curved walls. I think it would be cool to have curved walls to make towers and things like that. I know there’s already that curved wall item but it would be useful to have an option to place things on it. The second improvement is more railings and pillars. We do have a few railings and pillars but more options would be great. I often find myself making railings with the shapes and they don’t look as nice. A third improvement is half circle shapes. This goes for the hollow circular items the spherical items etc. The fifth improvement is pillows. I love using the shapes to make pillows but they are straight up and it looks weird so if there could be a way to tilt the shapes or make pillow items that would be fantastic. And the last improvement is new curtains. The curtains in the game are limited and need more variations like more sheer ones and canopy like curtains to make any bed a canopy. Thank you for an amazing game and please consider.

I expect much more from a paid version. It’s absurd that you can’t save even one project with the free version. So I paid a lot of money for the Full Version and the options are disappointing. Why are imported textures applied as a tile? Why can’t I chose to scale the texture on the surface? Why can you change the altitude of some items and not others? Who puts an orchid on the floor? Don’t they usually go on tables? Why can’t I change the height of walls? It’s impossible to tell how tall some items are. Why are there no measurements in 3D view? Why are there items like geometric deer heads but not stand alone TVs or books? No Microwave, or toaster but there is a globe. How do you change your layout from being on one floor and designate it as being on another? Why can’t I select everything in my design and duplicate it? I wish I could change the altitude of the camera in 3D mode and finally, there should be a quick snapshot that saves a picture to your camera roll.

Need some improvement. I overall really like this app but I have some things that I would like to see in the future. Like more styles other than just modern, modern is great and all but I feel like it leaves me making the same looking stuff over and over again. Another thing I would like to see is detaching items from its original thing, like for example if I really like the pillows on a couch but didn’t like the couch that was with the pillows it would be nice to be able to detach the pillow from the couch and move them to another one. Another thing I think could be added is pillows and throw blankets, I think they really give the space personality but because there Arnt any I find myself using the shapes to build a blanket from scratch. MORE KITCHEN SETS I don’t think I can say this enough but there is only one set that is complete and I am not a huge fan of it. I end up not liking the way my kitchen looks but I can’t do anything about It because the other sets I like don’t have a sink or something again I think this is where being able to detach items would come in handy I could just take the sink off another one and place it on the cabinets I like. But over all I like this game and think it has great potential I think with a few improvements it will take the game to the next level.

Great. This game is really great. I’ve had it for over 2 years and it’s still fun. I did buy the full version, but it was really worth it and it didn’t cost much money. There’s no monthly fee or anything. It’s really not expensive. There’s a lot of choices of furniture and paint colors and textures. There are great templates, though I also enjoy creating my own homes. Many times the furniture was too small, but you can make it bigger, which was really helpful. I’ve had this game for a long time and I really recommend it. The only problem that it has in my opinion is that, if you don’t buy the full version, it doesn’t save your progress and you don’t have a lot of options for furniture. I do wish you could customize things, or add decor. The couches have pillows but you can’t add or remove them, and you can’t add things like figurines and knickknacks.

Money Thieves. I love this app and have used it for years. I liked it so much that I upgraded to the highest version of the game a few years ago (I think it was called the gold version). I did this while being told you will receive all future packs and updates at no extra charge because you’ve bought the gold version. Now they have added a gold plus version that includes more things than the gold version, even though they said the gold version would include everything in the future. It really frustrates me because I spent the money to upgrade knowing I’d have all future updates and it turns out I don’t, and will have to spend $11 more to get a few more items because of the new “gold plus” version. Another problem I have with the upgrades is that if you spend $9 to get the gold version, you can’t decide to upgrade to the gold plus version in the future for a discount even though you’ve already spent $9. You would have to pay the full $11. So in total they would be taking $20 from you to get the gold plus version instead of just $11. If you’ve already spent $9 you should be able to spend only $2 more to get the gold plus version. I would not recommend this app to anyone for these reasons. Sincerely, An unsatisfied customer

I love this app so much. I absolutely love this app. It’s almost perfect. There’s still some UI problems, the searching is a little difficult and it’d be nice if you could see the names of furniture. Basements would be nice. It would be really cool if you could choose environments, like make the surroundings a city or forest. It could really use some pillows, maybe sone string lights, more furniture in general, but new stuff is added semi-often so I’m sure those things will come soon. The new loft and roof stuff is awesome. You can just get creative with the shapes if you can’t find furniture you want, so I’ve been doing that. Everything is just awesome and I haven’t found another app nearly as good as this one. It is totally worth upgrading, but even the free version is great! I’ve been using this app for over a year at least. I use it all the time to try out arrangements of furniture in my house irl or to just make up my own houses for fun. Great app, I can’t wait for the next update!!!

Love it!. I personally love this app! I love the features and everything! I like that I can customize everything and how each update gets better! But I would like to suggest some things to the creators. Personally would love of there were more decorations to all types of room, for example vases, little statue, pillows, more plants, more toys ,and other little details, specially in the kitchen. The kitchen need a lot of more modern appliances options for example refrigerators, coffee makers, toaster, blender and more. Another thing more furniture and more modern items would be great to have a variety of options! A big miss for me is baseboard. I think that would be a great feature to the app because it can make a difference when your designing your homes and other fun projects. There should be more light options, such as chandeliers, decorative pendant lights, and more. The roofing is good but would still like more options. It would be a cool feature to customize the ceilings and add pillars. Outdoors has a good variety of stuff but there should be more landscape options to make the projects outside look nice. Personally these are my suggestions for future updates but overall everything else is amazing I love the app I spend hours of designing and showing off my creativity. Tried multiple apps and this has been my favorite for years now!

It’s decent but some questions!. This app is absolutely fun! I truly believe this app was created for people who love organizing, decorating, creating, and OCD! This app helps me focus on designing than anything else! But I’ve noticed there are still some things that I hope can be a change one day. ( absolutely no problem if not just a thought!) I’m not exactly sure if it’s the app making my phone really hot or it’s just my phone and my storage? But sometimes it does glitch but mainly it doesn’t glitch like it used to. I would love to be able to at least save my projects if we can’t get new items. I appreciate being able to label what you want to name your project, and I hope maybe one day we could get some new items ❤️! This game is fun but there’s just a few basic things that I hope to have. I can’t pay for the plus or new items but I’m making do. This game is one of my favorite games. Good work Home Design Team!

Good app just needs slight improvement on glitches. I’ve been using this app for a while now and it’s worked great so far, but there is a very specific issue concerning multiple levels in a building. I bought the gold version of the app which was fantastic, except for when I begin to design the second floor, it completely randomly creates new floors that split up my previous designs. It can make up to four floors totally randomly I’ve seen, even though this app version technically only allows a few. Sometimes furniture I’ve placed on the second floor is moved down to the ground level for no apparent reason. Or, sometimes, a single room meant for the ground level will become its own floor, completely disrupting the process and causing furniture to move levels. For all other reasons this is a great app for design, however this problem has totally prevented me from being able to use this app for its original purpose.

I’ve been using this for many many moves!. I LOVE this app. We’re military and have moved many many times in the last few years and each time I find out the new layout of our upcoming home, I excitedly recreate it here and plan where to put my furniture or if it’ll even fit LONG in advance. We once moved it a home far larger than anything we’ve lived in so I had a a couple good months of buying new furniture to ensure I made the future house a home before we even packed up our old stuff. We’re on our way to our original home from many years ago and now I’m on this app constantly planning a massive renovation to make room for the extra kiddos. I’m SO pleased to have been able to plan in the past and continue to plan in the future with Home Design. More than worth it to upgrade to the membership to customize furnature size and much more.

Awesome but hope they add more. This is almost exactly what I was looking for. So many features. Easy to use mostly. But I do hope they broaden the options for both architecture and furnishings/decor. I can’t see any way to add a basement and that is crucial to my designs. As others have said, the general selection of furnishings/decor is primarily modern, almost ikea style. Better and more than that— but leaning heavily that way. There are a few options if you want a traditional style home with an antique aesthetic, but very few. Some you can sort of force to work for that because of how customizable things are (probably the app’s best feature), but it would be great if they added more. The ratio of contemporary to traditional styling options is probably 80/20ish. It would also be awesome if there were more options to allow for architectural features like dormers, gables, gothic rooflines, and more impressive staircases, etc. To be clear, I LOVE this app. I splurged on the gold package ($20) because I knew I’d want all the options and features or not bother, and I don’t regret it at all. But I do hope they add more. More traditional/antique aesthetics, more architecture. Oh and more trees!! More garden options!

Do not upgrade. Waste of money. I upgraded to gold plus thinking maybe some of the issues were just not available in free version but there are many issues… The import blueprint cannot be scaled as it does allow me to enter scale measurements it defaults to 3’ 3” and deleting that and trying to enter a new value does not work as it does not allow me to enter the ‘ or “ values. Tried different ways and it does not work and it is the same for other measurements. Cannot enter manual measurements of walls either. The icon did not change to the gold version either and maybe that is due to upgrading from inside the fee version. There are many limitations compared to other apps out there for a paid version. Apple will not refund the in-app purchase so I am out $20. Maybe I should have taken more time looking at reviews before purchasing it. There are better options and will be pursuing those. I suggest you do the same as Apple will not protect consumers when products they have in their store do not work as advertised and consumers lose their money.

I love it, but..... I love this game so much. The 3D view is good, and the decorations are cool. But I have a few questions and suggestions. 1. What is the difference between the gold in-app purchase in this app and the gold version app? They are both different prices for the same thing. Does the in-app purchase gold have ads? 2. The controls. Instead of going straight up and down the floors tho, you should make it so you could walk up stairs or drop off the balcony. 3. The objects. When I walk through them in the Visit option, you should instead make it so you can’t walk through objects or walls. 4. Interactive stuff. Going off of what I said in #2, you should be able to open ovens and unlock doors and turn on and off lights. Just make it a little more real. Also, you could make the people animated so they could be walking around and stuff. 5. You could make the outdoor app in the gold version, so everything is together. It saves a lot of time so you could do an outdoor and indoor on the same house without switching apps. 6. HD. The graphics look like it could be a bit updated to look more realistic. 7. UI. The UI is blue and everything but you could update it to look more simple and geometric. Note that all of these are just ideas. Love the game, and keep up the good work!

Love but need to add more items. I love this app!! I have designed multiple homes and all being different styles. They do have a lot of items but most of them are modern. They need to start adding more mid century modern, industrial, boho, and antique style furniture. Even if they are just add ons that you have to pay for I would be okay with that. They should also make add ons for certain activities. Like a clothing store add on where you can design a shop. More cat and dog furniture too that you could buy that way if you want to design a cat or dog room in your house you can. I was hoping you guys could add a hobby section even if you have to purchase the package. I was hoping for a surfing package. So surfboards, wet suits, skateboards, sex wax (this is wax for your surfboard nothing sexual despite the name). Stuff like that so I can design my surf shop. I feel like this would be very popular if you did hobby packages for purchases it will give you guys money and designers more options. So surf style packages, other sport packages, gym packages, coffee shop packages, and clothing shop packages, pet store packages, stuff like that.

It’s getting there...... I love this app, it’s fairly good and helps with my artwork, but there are several things that could be improved. The first is that there should be a wider range of styles. Most of the options are modern, which is great, but if you want a more traditional house (aka traditional staircases or fireplaces) you’re screwed. The second is that there are no roofing options that I have seen. You can change the texture but you can’t make slope roofs or skylights. This app is perfect if you’re modeling a one story or box home, but the individuality of old style homes is lacking. You also can’t create backsplash or walls with more then one texture. The third thing is that you can’t even save your work until you’ve paid the seven dollars to upgrade it. I can understand paying money for items, but paying money before you can do anything is a bit extreme. A better option would be to have a free trial and THEN pay the money after you’ve decided you like it or not. Another thing is that it glitches. When you adjust the walls the objects will move, and if there are hidden pieces of wall in a longer wall you can’t adjust height or width. I feel that the app is pretty cool, but lacking in character, options, and explanations. If the glitches were fixed, the free trial included, and the home options expanded to include more styles, the app would be worth the money. As it is now it’s slightly overpriced.

Excellent app. I have no words. It helps me every time I or a friend of mine moves, I space plan the whole house, it reminds me of google sketch up but much funnier and with plenty of existing patterns, objects etc. the interface is extremely easy to pick up and comprehend, you can create basic objects yourself in the rare case a type of furniture or fixture isn’t there, and most importantly you can import patterns, textures and images to completely customize your ending result. Guys i have created exact replicas of every house i and my friends ever been, it’s not just a time passer, it’s a complete project maker for a new move in. I literally first finished my home here and then purchased the furniture. My mom is a known interior designer and I have access to excellent graphic designers for 3D S max if I wanted and I still enjoyed this app more than anything. Congratulations for your product guys. It absolutely worth of its full price if someone wants the full version. It’s amazing ! :)

Love I but needs improvement. So, I love this app. It’s great for architects, or people who just want build and design houses. But some things need to be improved. So first, the pros. It lets you import textures, so if you don’t like the textures that they already have, you can go online, save a photo, and add it to your custom textures. It also has lots of great furniture, that you can change the texture by dragging the texture and placing it on the furniture. You can view your projects in 2D or 3D. There is a community social-media type thing where you can share your projects with other people. Go check out my page, REAGAN31. Now the cons. The lights don’t produce light, so if you put a light in, it’s just for decoration. If you want to make a big room, you have to accept that the room will be dark because the larger the room, the darker the room. But overall this is a very good app, but it needs improvement so that’s why I’m giving it 4 stars. Thanks!

Updates.... When I first bought this app the save function was deactivated. This meant that if I closed the app my designs wouldn’t save. Well, I updated to home design 3D classic, and it was amazing! I made so many houses and it was just great. So why’d I give it only a 1 star review? Well, after an amazing 2 months of playing it, it told me the save function was deactivated? WHAT?! AGAIN?! Not only did this mean I couldn’t save or edit any designs, the ones I already had just disappeared! It told me I had to update it to home design 3D FULL. But even if I did, my old designs that had disappears would never be able to come back. I was really upset about this. Especially... WHEN I FOUND OUT IT WAS 12 DOLLARS! UGH!!!!!!! I was screaming about this. I deleted it to see if I re downloaded the app everything would come back and I would be fine. No such luck. I always have the worst luck. But that’s a gazillion other stories. Well, I practically cried over this. And I assume that when I download the FULL version it will tell me to buy the GOLD version to save. Which is another, I don’t know... 20 DANG DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!!! Home design 3D I hate you, I hate you, I HATE YOU!!! So, never by this app. The End.

Fun but needs improvement…. I love this app. It’s probably my favorite designing app because most of it is free and it can be used to actually be productive. However, there are a few things that I feel like needs to be improved. First, when I first bought the game I was super excited to play. I built a house and I went to close it to eat dinner but when I got back on I realized it did not save. That’s when I realized that you have to buy the pack to actually be able to save your progress. That really frustrated me and I thought that was absurd. I did however purchase the pack but was still annoyed by the fact that you had to pay an unreasonable price to save your progress. Second things is that when I am playing a lot of glitches and small errors appear when I am building. It would be great if those could be updated and I think many more viewers and players would be more interested in playing the game if those updates were made. Thank you.

It’s good but has its problems. It’s def helped with my remodel of my house, love being able to see some different ideas quickly. That being said there is some glitchyness - for example your second story floor will have a massive hole in it u less on the first story you use the ‘room’ tool, this is counter intuitive because sometimes a room is not a square or rectangle but the room tool is only square or rectangles. So if you build a section of your home with just walls you will have no ceiling/floor on the second story. You still don’t have a ‘room’ according to the program. Strange... after you figure unexplained stuff like this out it’s easy. Also where is the scale textures function? I don’t want tiles the size of somebodies head. That should be a no brainer. Another gripe is how things are scaled. It would be nice to be able to scale and have a control that only effects the side you are pulling on, especially because most items are up against other items or walls. Also the textures/models are very low res, they look like an early 2000s game. And finally please add being able to select /copy paste multiple objects instead of having to drag the same item from a menu 59 times...

Mostly good but is expensive 😡😡. In the begging you do need the gold feature or else to me it was kinda like ehhhh or uhhhhh seriously. But I once I bought it it was so worth now it’s like a dream come true. But on the other hand I just wish it was all free. I would recommend this game if you love building and if your okay on spending money on a this gold feature other than that this is game is amazing. There is this bug that ticks me off this every time when I try to move the screen or look around me it freezes and it’s not my iPad it’s your game. I have to exit the game and log back in until the freeze stops you have to fix this now. A few congestion’s you should add different types of roofs like slanted or curved or pointy but Plz make them free. I don’t want to pay more money for a stupid roof if you add one and it’s stupid how you have to pay money for unlimited floors for $9.00! This is just crazy I really hate this game when it costs so much money. Seriously we would pay $9.00 just for more floors you guys are crazy. If you want people to like your game get rid of it and make it for free or just make it at least a $1.00 or 2. This is so stupid almost deleted it and would of gave you a piece of my mind but I kept it because I already bought something and I don’t want it gone for a waste of money. Pretty simple but needs a few updates. Okay so I know I said that this was rated three for me but honestly it is kind of difficult I would say that it is hard to control but scientifically I can figure out how to manage all of the things that I have to use to actually design and remodel on this game/app. But basically my first issue is the controlling. Honestly this can be quite addictive and fun but it seems hard to control I would like to try once again to verify this or mabye edit it. Secondly I would like everyone to notice how cringy this game seems😂 it is practically a game for helping with remodeling houses and it is pretty fun such like a game to some(sorry for my properness I’m not this proper in real life speaking)but my point for this game being CrINgY per say is just the way it was built I would suggest more realistic tech or models in people or objects for builds . Worthless. DELETE!!!. Useless unless you buy the full version. This is not a free app with in app purchases, this is a limited Trial version of a paid app. I understand paying for full version for a decent app, I like to be able to try an app before purchasing, but hate when an app is only a trial with very limited functionality and added to App Store as a full app that is free. They don’t disclose that this is a trial or a lite version. So I download it, create a floor plan, loose all my work because when I switched from 3D back to 2D the app got buggy and only half of if was there. Then I switched between projects and when I got back everything was gone. It doesn’t allow you to save projects, it doesn’t allow you to share. Long story short, you can’t use for the intended function as is downloaded from the App Store. If this was the page for the app with a price tag attached to it with full functionally, this review would be totally different, but this review if for the misleading free version that I downloaded from App Store.

Great app no buts just requests. A few things I know graphic design and implementing certain things takes time money and some motivation. A few things I would love to see: 3-ton and 4-ton outdoor air units, a reskin of the universal plug to include 110v standard American outlet for dual and quadruple outlets, a multifunction skin with a switch and outlet, a switch, a dimmer switch, a dual switch, a triple, switch, a quad switch, a wood slat door, ducts (only if possible). But one of my biggest requests is raised floors and basements. Rarely do we see a house sit flat on the ground most of them have a crawl space or basement to them. Half walls would be wonderful as well. And add a pool tool. There are some pool ideas in objects but for anyone who doesn’t like just the same old boring shapes and wants to see how a custom pool would look in their back (or front) yard would fit in and if it would be aesthetically pleasing. As for the raised flooring I think it would also go without saying adding some decking solutions to reach the raised doors. Thank you for the wonderful app.

A Grudging 2 stars. This app deserves more than two stars. It is relatively simple to use and has a decent selection of items. My problem is with my iPad version of the app. It is an Pro with plenty of storage fully up to date and yet the app keeps crashing to the point where I have to uninstall and reinstall it. My second frustration with the app is the color change tool. It is not intuitive and the colors don’t end up matching AT ALL - I thought this was due to the different textures however even the simple flat paint colors do not change correctly. Additionally features I would love to see would be to create a balcony/more railing options. Actually just more options in general would be great. I understand there has to be some limitations and again the app does have a decent selection but mores the better. I really want to love this app and it is a great price compared to other apps- but it’s not without its flaws and unfortunately the constant crashing is a major issue.

Changes Should Be Implemented. I adore this app! It has really helped as an outlet for my passion in architecture. However, there are some minor changes that I would like to see. First, it would be nice to have access to the roofs; options to change it. A close friend of mine has expressed that her favorite part of playing The Sims is changing the roof styles. I know that others would like to see this change, as well. That would certainly be enough to get her on this app. I also know that other users have shown disdain towards the Gold Plus version’s price. Ten dollars is too much on top of the ten already paid for Home Design Gold. It’s plain silly to put such a high price on one feature. Those are my only concerns at the moment, but it would be splendid if they were addressed. That’s my two cents.

Kinda good, Kinda Trashy…. Ok so don’t get me wrong, this game is good. But it has a lot more potential to become the best home design game ever. I will list pros and cons. Cons = Bad, Pros = Good. Con: can’t save projects. It’s just a waste of time because your going to lose it. Pro: Beautiful Graphics. Very hd. (Please add a option to turn off shadows) Con: Really glitchy and laggy. It also keeps crashing randomly.. Was this even playtested?! Pro: lots of options but all the cool ones are premium… Con: you can’t make a new project unless you pay.. is this a CASH GRAB?! Pro: there are pre-made builds and I can just snatch premium objects from there and dup it. Con: No tutorial or tips so your kinda clueless until luck comes in and you figure it out.. And that is all (for now) Was it worth the time and mobile data of downloading? Nope. It was not. I would rather play bloxburg on roblox! Update: this is probably one of the worst home design games I ever played! It doesn’t even say “are you sure” when you click another project because your progress would be lost! Okay but pay to play. This designing app is very simple and easy to use. This app can let out an imagination lose. There is just one major problem for if you actually want to design something, you need to pay to actually design anything! Let me give an example, say you want to add another project. On this app, you to pay to do that. I would get it if you made types of furniture styles, building styles (which is what you actually pay for in this app) and etc cost money, but to add another project for 6.99$ is insane in my opinion. End of story is that this game is pricy. I get that the developer needs to make a living, but some parts that you need to pay for are ridiculous. Besides all the bad news, it’s fun and can let your imagination run lose (if your wallet says yes to it)! I’m going to make the assumption that this game is for real architects, since it’s, not the best, but to the level that it could be used for architecture. I love this app but I have one request!. I super love this app! I am interested in interior disign so I have been trying out disign apps and games and this is by far my favorite one so far! There is a wide variety of textiles and patterns and colors and objects to choose from that you can disign! You can disign in either 3D or 2D with I think is really cool! There are only adds every once and a while and they are very short! It’s really fun to just be creative and have fun with it but if you wanted to I bet you could disign your house off of one of these it’s that realistic! It allows you do disign not just one room at a time but a whole house including landscape! I would DEFINITELY recommend this app for anyone! But there is one thing that I would definitely change and it is that it won’t save your progress wich really stinks because I worked really hard on a disign and I went back to look at it and it wasn’t there! So I would definitely change that because there is no point in making a disign if you can’t go back and see your old disigns! But besides that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS APP!

I love the idea but there is some problems. The app is kinda useless if you don’t pay for it it seems, I get if you want extra designs,furniture,unlimited houses etc that you would pay for that. The thing is it gives you pre made houses which is tedious to clear cause you have to do it bit by bit, you can’t just delete it and start from scratch cause it will pop up with you need to upgrade and pay for this app. Then when I start building the house after I clear the old one it mistakes the inside for the yard so it’s grass and I can’t put floors down or anything. Lastly (at least I think) it won’t let you save what you’ve done, I spend hours making a house to have it all go back the pre made house it had before. If you are going to have a option to have this app free at least give a option to save one house! I’m not asking for unlimited room,but what’s the point of having this app if it all goes to waste?

Lighting. I love this app! The graphics are for the most part lovely, but there are a few suggestions I have for the developers. My primary complaint is the lighting. Every room only gets one glowing spot on the ceiling (there’s no indication of an actual light there), and the strength doesn’t change to fill the room. So if you make a room too large or oblong, at least part of the room will dark. My normal reaction to the dark would be to put a lamp there, but the lamps don’t work at all. The only two light sources in the entire program: the sun & the middle of a room. Another thing about the lighting: sunlight can pass through a window, but the light from a room can’t, meaning that at night, there’s no glow around a house or light from the windows, it’s like the light just stops. So that’s just about all I have to complain about with this app though. I really enjoy the program, don’t get me wrong. It just needs a few more tweaks.

Nice app but glitches still exist. This app is interesting and very user friendly i like a lot of the features. they allow you to get a feel for the finished product in advance, and to make adjustments as you go. Like change wall colors if furniture has to be changed. Etc. however there is a glitch. If i click on a wall that was put there by mistake so as too delete it the app locks up and freezes. thankfully any changes made prior to clicking on that wall are saved. Its annoying cause the wall is not there in reality and i can’t remove it from the drawing for one, and secondly i have to remember not to click on that wall or in that area otherwise i would have to close the app and reopen it. If this problem is fixed it would be an outstanding 5 star app for the buck

Great! 1 small thing tho. I honestly love this app so much and can’t put it down. For me still a kid I love to be creative and design rooms. This app is just that and much more. Creating houses has been one of my dreams and now I can! But the tiniest thing bugs me. I really like going into 3D and exploring around what I have created but I can go through walls and can’t walk upstairs. I would like you to add a feature to be able to fix them but the rest is amazing

Good but lacks detail. I have really enjoyed this app and loved designing rooms. Love all of the objects and textures available. Big issues that I have noticed (even with the paid version) you can’t see the wall measurements clearly and you can only change wall height or thickness. Being able to set walls with accurate measurements would allow for the app to be more than just a game and become something that building designers could use with confidence in accuracy of plans.

Awesome app please add one thing. Love the app, always making and tinkering on it. Awesome for killing time or redesigning a room or even looking at how our house or apartment would look prior to moving in. Please please add the ability to rotate a room. If I want a a stand along room on a block or even a slightly askew room as a sections story I have to manually put in the walls and try adjust for 90 degree wall corners. It’s actually quite difficult. Would love to make a 5x4m room and then be able to rotate it like we can rotate all the items.

Says freemium yet 98% premium. I downloaded this app as an alternative to games for my downtime at work however, with so many items, furniture, nature, etc and the save feature being locked to spending money it becomes a boring and useless app. Ideally, if there was some sort of way to unlock these features for free (eg. Competition where you design something, etc) I would be much more enticed to spend money. Instead, I’m left with a stale app where I have to restart projects every day.

Really Good but maybe add... If you are lookin at this to see weather to get the app or not read this first. First of all if you are looking to get this and want this to be a good consider paying I payed for the Gold which was around $19 but it makes the experience better adding more stuff Now for my opinion: I am a very designer lover person and I also love playing Minecraft to build awesome things and so I also wanted an actual kind of designing app so I looked at this payed for it and think it’s awesome but if you are reading this developers can u maybe add some like life essential things like I was making my house and wanted to add a coffee machine but I couldn’t. Or maybe also add a few board games like a stack of board games that would defined be added to my house. Thanks for reading

Hmm.... It was very easy to use, but it could do with a little more help. Make sure your instructions are clear for kids the age maybe six and over. I loved it but I wanted to take a screen shot but I could zoom out a lot. I really, really loved it though and if you update it top what I have said about the downsides, I would be very glad. :D Thank you

🙂. I love this app! It’s really fun and realistic as well, and it’s great for people who are younger and just love to design things! I think the whole idea of the app is really cool, and it’s actually educational in a sense! I love the 3D and 2D features, as well as the range of textures to choose from so an object isn’t a set colour. I would like to change the fact that most items are locked. I understand that this feature adds to the appeal of the packages, but I think $18 to unlock all of the objects is a bit much. I also think that for a free game you should be able to save houses, because I want to be able to work on a project over a long period of time, not just an hour. I also want to be able to go back to houses that I have already made. Otherwise it is a great game, and with a few improvements it would easily earn a 5 star rating! 🙂

Generally good app, but could be better.. First off, this is a great app, I have used it for many design projects and works well. However, the Standard and Gold features are really too expensive. I have already paid for Standard features and do not want to pay the same amount for Gold features. It would be great if you had a discount for those who have already purchased lower tiers as it is too expensive. I also have a few suggestions for things you could do to improve. It would be great if you could add a curve to walls, other than the curved wall object. It would also be great if more roofs were included with Standard as there are only very basic ones. It would also be great if there were more options to alter the landscape.

Love this game.. I’ve had this game for quite a while now and love it! Ideal for people who enjoy building and decorating or simply creating houses themselves. I’ve had it so long now that I wish there was some new wall colours, textures and more decor as I’m a little sick of using the same decor all the time. Even an update where you can place items on shelves or benches yourself, to create more of a individual build. Other than that I highly recommend the game!

Scam, App changes options at will changing my existing projects. Firstly, I clicked on an upgraded version to check out additional features and it Automatically purchased it and charged me for it. Then while half way through a project when having already added additional levels it removed items already added because it locked the additional features of having extra floors above 3. This is a scam and a money grab. Before it was just the extra roofs then its extra floors would not recommend, you never know when the app will update and change your project and add a pay wall.

Needs tweaking (a lot of tweaking). I like this game but all the good and modern items are locked and you have to buy them... it REALLY annoys me when games claim to be free but to actually have fun and play it you have to pay. I would recommend Live home 3D it’s the same but nothing is locked (but live home 3D needs tweaking too). Please make everyone’s life easier and make us not pay because if I didn’t have to pay I would rate it 5/5 stars but I cannot with this issue. I don’t mind not being able to save projects but their should be a free style option where you can build the whole house without having to delete everything.

Love the app just two things. This app is so fun to use. except when you want to put trees in but you haven’t unlocked them. there are so many things i want to use but i cant because they are all locked. i love the homes i make but i cant save them without buying the premium version which i don’t plan to do .🙁 i am ok with some locked stuff just not the majority of the game should be. if more stuff from each section were unlocked for the free version and you could save the home you make that would make this game perfect

The best. This is one of the best games I have ever played some games it is boring but this one has 3-D and 2-D and it works on my iPad most things like this would not load but this does I love it I’m currently creating a world where there’s a whole entire Ginormous area which I am now calling the fun area there’s lots of Random stuff in there

Why this app is awesome. This is the best app ever it has only very little ads and when you just get on it’s a little bit confusing but it’s really awesome want to get to know it and it’s like it’s so cool and you get to do your own house you get to choose something that you start with like a house to start with and then you just change the colours of the walls and you can change the furniture and everything it’s awesome

Used to be amazing. This used to be an amazing app, but recent updates have become full of bugs such as not being able to move furniture in 2D mode or even complete deletion of the content of a file. Furthermore purchasing the gold version with a Promise to include all future upgrades was a dissapointment because the future upgrades are being charged/sold separately, so don’t believe the claim that it’s a one-of puchase. If they find their way back, this app used to have amazing functionalities

ALMOST PERFECT. Very easy to use and master. A great vehicle for bringing ideas in you head onto a page that will allow your friends to walk through your design in 3D with colour and texture. Building spaces in 3D allows you to move through them and understand if they would work in a practical application. One improvement I’d like to see is the ability to draw walls at 45 degree angles easily or even curved walls.

THIS GAME KEEPS FREEZING. This game is my all time favourite. But I want to delete so bad from the amount of times it freezes. Since you have to pay money to save your work, I spend 5 hours a day designing houses and on my 3rd hour it freezes, I can’t save it and have to loose all my work. I made the best house today, it froze and now it’s gone. Fix this please.

Not bad. I got this app so I could try out house designs for my new house. The free version is good, of course the payed ones are just that bit better. Overall great app and there isn’t much to say about it. The prices are a bit expensive considering what you are getting but you can just get the gold or classic if “best” one is too expensive. Not paying for something I already paid for. I’m very disappointed in this game I already had this game on my laptop which got broken and I paid for the extras then coz my laptop broke I downloaded it on my phone only there isn’t no log in or anything for me to sign into so I can get the extras like I paid for and all the work I had done I have to start all over again and re pay for it which I won’t be doing I ended up deleting it as I am not paying for something I already paid for which has really annoyed me as I absolutely love this game best house design game/ app ever a major let down

Great but....... The app is fun and very friendly but when I do a design it doesn’t save so if I do a really good design and want to keep going the next day it is all deleted so I don’t have the design anymore but I don’t know about you there could be a button somewhere but I haven’t seen it. The app is still really great🤩🤩

Great App....But.... Needs to be easier when creating rooms. Very hard to get them square once you change the points. Would be great if you could manually enter the length of the wall like other apps do. Need a greater variety of standard items. Like laundry bench tops over the washer and dryer, better cupboard selection and I cannot find a clothesline anywhere! Sporting goods, like push bikes would be great too. But otherwise, I can make what is available work for ‘vision’ purposes. Just after paying to use the app, would like it to be a little more user friendly.

Good, but free version can’t save. This app is overall awesome, however before you get it it doesn’t mention that on free version you can’t actually save. I spent like a day making a really cool house, and I was going to take a screen shot, but then it glitched out of the app and deleted my progress!😫🤬😱 so yeah. Other than that I recommend this app as it is really good and easy to use.

Amazing! But should change something.. I think that this game is amazing, it has almost everything possible that can be used on the inside and outside of a house, it has carpets, beds and bunk beds, bushes, trees and much more. The thing I feel like you should change is the price of the gold version. It is to expensive in my opinion. Otherwise I love this game! 😉😉😉

Great. This is a great app to use with cool features and I can really recommend this app especially for people who like to design things. My only problem is that I can’t save anything because you need to pay money so if I make a good house that I like when I go back on the app the next day my work is all gone and their is limited furniture and objects for me since you need to pay for that as well but other than that great app! Ps: pls can the creators of this app put more free things so more people can do more things.

E-gal. This app is amazing! I loved it so much that I even recomended it to my friend. The only thing is I can't get any type of tree so I think it should come with at least one of each item. Apart from that I absolutely love this app to bits. I am even thinking about getting an upgraded version! I recommend you should get this app to.

Very easy to use. This is a user-friendly app.; we were designing in minutes and it has an intuitive interface. There is an occasional glitch with the floor of our rooms sometimes disappearing. We upgraded to a paid version but there are still many objects to be unlocked, requiring extra packs to be bought or another levelled upgrade; this could be improved. Other than these issues, it's a very handy app that has helped our renovation plans greatly.

Really good game but needs improvement. I really feel like this is a good game to have for designing rooms and house and stuff like that but there are some things that I suggest the 1. 😏one is to unlock some more stuff for the free version because half of the stuff is locked and limits your design I say this because say if you wanted some decoration there’s only rugs and like 5 things more and in the master bed room category most of the stuff is locked I was looking for a nightstand once and there was only one free one , 2.🧐 Is to save designs in the free version because it’s really annoying if your design and stop and then the next day you go back and it’s not there like it would be good to save so you can keep working on them but all up it’s a pretty good app an I DO recommend it 😁🤪

Really good, but.... The game is really good, but you can’t save the houses that you work on. I myself am not an architect, however I aspire to be and want to learn all of the easy things. The app doesn’t save your work because you need to purchase the full version. In all, the app is good, but it would be a five star rating if you are able to save without the full version.

Pretty good. So I really love this game I have created 7 houses and am onto my 8th. I really want to be able to rotate rooms like you can rotate objects because I want one of my rooms diagonal and my house will look really cool. Another thing is that if you actually want to create houses you need to upgrade to gold version. And then you need to upgrade to gold plus if you want it 2-3 story. I wish it was also roleplay. Its really fun to decorate and design your own house but why cant we roleplay? When your done you could press a button that says done and you could roleplay and look around the house and walk around to feel comftable please like/rate this rewiew if you like my idea because i really want this to happen i would be so happy and play it way more! AWSOME. This game is awsome because I want to design and create houses when I grow up, this game helps so much! The only down fall is that when I want blinds or curtains it won’t let me because they are all locked but I don’t want the full version because I think that cost money 💰 so I am just sooo sad is there any way I can get some? Awesome, but one problem. I think that this app is great! Not only does it allow me to change the colour, but it is easy to work. Lately I have been designing a new house, but I couldn’t find an app! Well look at this! I found the perfect app. Only, I think that the upgrade thing costs a lot of money. So much for being helpful! :(

I can’t restore my purchases. I absolutely love this game! I’ve had it and used it for years, and even bought the gold version. I loved it even more and had no problems up until now. I used to have the game on my iPad but it is very old and starting to die so I tried to get the app on my phone. I freaked out at first because it didn’t restore everything I had done on my iPad, then I saw the ‘restore your purchases’ button and pressed that. I filled out the necessary information and pressed ok - and it did nothing. I really don’t want to have to pay to receive the bonuses again and also risk losing my previous work. Can you please fix this?

Disappointed.. Played on a friends phone, older version was better. No matter how much I enlarge the plans, still can’t read the measurements on the drawings. Without being able to read the measurements it is impossible to check scale. Would I have been better off downloading the gold pack directly, instead of using the in-app purchase option on the free version. At least I would have saved myself two dollars. Waste of money.

If you read through these, you will learn a few things, 1 being, people use too many emojis, 2 being that this game is pretty decent and 3 being people wanting things to be unlocked, ngl this is a good app for home design ideas and possibly a good learning resource, overall pretty good and I recommend

Great, just three things. This game is great but there is a few things that I think you can improve. It would like it if there was people involved instead of just like statues of them. Also I would love if things were saved because I Was making this house but I had to go to another world ( because I didn’t have the full version) so I could copy something but when I came back everything was gone like it was a piece of junk. My last thing I think you could improve (creator) is that you( reader) can’t unlock all the things unless you had the full version or you can’t get things because you have to like things or something like that. If we didn’t have these problems I would give it a five star rating.

My Online BFF. This game is my favourite game on my device and it’s free! I love building things and making houses online. The only problem is that some of the things that I want for the house I am building is locked and I have to buy it to get it. At least I could write this review to get some free stuff that were unlocked. Write a review straight from the game and you will get a clock, a couch and a chair. Even though the things that they give you might not be the best, it is still better than nothing. In conclusion, I think you should get this game because it is a free purchase and it’s fun (especially if you like building things). I rate this game 4/5 stars because in my opinion it is an amazing game but some things are locked and you have to pay to get them. Other than that, there is nothing wrong with this game.

Pretty great!. Generally speaking it’s a great app but At first you can not access most of the furniture and it doesn’t allow you to save your progress or get new areas to build on. However you can use a bit of money to get the upgrades and then once purchased it is absolutely ridiculously awesome and I love love love this app.🤗

Doesn’t live up to advertising but could be fun for some. Look, the app isn’t terrible, but for the price it is light on basic features (okay on gallery of items). I couldn’t get my plans accurate because it keep readjusting the figures or just would skip by a few cm at a time (not consistent in how it skips either). There is no way to set wall length (only thickness) to accomodate this issue. I decided to try and use my pc in case it increased accuracy but found that despite paying for the iOS version, you have to buy the pc version separately so there is no real cross platform flexibility.

Good. This app is a great time-waster! I could easily spend hours on this app, but I do feel it could be improved. The actual gameplay is very limited compared to what it advertises, and the premium version seems expensive for an app like this. There are a ton of glitches, though. One I experienced is one where my game kind of froze. Like you could go around and look at the place, but you couldn’t edit anything. I was in the middle on my project and had to start again. And this app uses a lot of your battery power. Overall, a good app.

Minimum room size too small. I was looking for an app to help me redesign an actual room in our house - the master bedroom - but was not able to create a realistic version of it in the app as the actual room dimensions were considered too small. Would be great if real life room sizes could be accommodated in future (the master bedroom in our house is our biggest bedroom and it is also bigger than both our bathrooms and kitchen so that doesn’t leave many other rooms left to design!) Will uninstall and try a different app.

Clunky. So far I find it clunky and slow to navigate. You should be able to edit the length of the walls by clicking on the measurement so you can type in the exact distance you want, you should be able to copy and paste rooms to make construction and design faster. And there should be one app with all features available, not three tiered apps with limits on capability. Essentially you lose customers if your budget app is not functional. Because you get poor reviews. So why would I bother spending any more money?It’s a marketing disaster because I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone who wanted something efficient or was a designer.

A Few problems. I would rate five star but to make your dream house you have to pay $17 and the maps you start off with if you want to get them in their original state you can't do it once you've changed them so please fix that because the only way to get them back to their original state is by deleting the app and reinstalling it but if you bought the stuff like I did you have to buy it again because you cannot restore purchases. Apart from that it is a reasonable app

Great! But.... Normally people come to the reviews of the game before downloading it so I’ll get to the point. This app is super fun and educational in a a sense. This app has all you need to start designing a home or others! I personally love this app for designing my future house/s and I hope you do too! But.. don’t get me wrong, this is a great app but the thing is that you can’t save. I get the makers of the app wanna get some profit but I think that saving is an essential. This app would definitely be a 10/10 if there was saving!! If I wanna go to take a break or I need to do something, when I come back to continue, I find that it can’t be saved and I have to pay $10! It isn’t a lot, I know but why can’t this be a free fun app that allows me to save my progress on building. Other than that, this app is so good and I find no other problem and if I do have a problem, then normal it’s just because of my device. Have fun with this app, have a great day/night. :)

Easy & basic to use. Very easy to use and fast. Awesome how you can zoom in and go 3D without doing anything more than a 2d floor plan. Would be great if you could do more, only a basic single story flat block is possible and there are a few objects missing like stairs going down to lower levels, balconies, balustrades. The furniture and windows are all a bit old fashioned, it would be great to have some more modern options! Would be great if you could do multi-story plans, sloping blocks and change wall heights.

The home starter best app. This is the best app to start designing your new house. Now I don’t need a new house but my future house still needs a design even if I’ll have it in 10 yrs. My future kids rooms as well. You can do it 3d or 2d. 2d is just normal 3d looks like a real house. I never get bored of this app. You don’t need a email 📧 a Id 🪪 or anything just download it. This is the best home starter app designer app in the business. It’s a free designing app and it’s just the best like. Download it it is the best of the best!

Now that I have it back on my phone i can’t get any of my old projects back and my full version is gone even tho I paid for it and it won’t allow me to get it back! So I emailed the support and they told me what I was already doing… no help… So frustrating.

Ads & Limited functionality. The free trial is difficult to use - You have to modify an existing floor plan - you cannot create your own. The ad placement ensures you constantly hit and open an external browser while designing which is annoying. I wouldn't be able to effectively trial this app as it is.

Only disappointment was having to delete my original “Gold” version due to a major glitch and not being able to restore my purchase with the new app download link. Had to pay for it a second time.

stole my money. a while ago I bought the gold version because I liked to use the app to plan the layout of my living spaces. I tried to redownload it today and it’s trying to make me pay for it again, even though i know i bought it for a fact and i used to be able to delete and redownload. even worse, it doesn’t let you save your designs anymore without paying. i would’ve just let it go if it weren’t for the fact that you can’t save anything. this is a huge waste of money and a scam and i’m very angry about it.

Paying money to be able to save my stuff. It’s fun and pretty easy to use but why do I have to pay like a bunch of money just so that I can save my stuff, I’ve left my iPad alone for a couple of minutes because I had to do my chores, I came back and all my stuff was gone. Anyone out there who wants this app, if you’re willing to pay money so you can save your stuff buy it, anyone in favour of not paying don’t get this. I’m still going to use this app even though I can’t save anything (literally). 😒➕🙄 I wish I didn’t ask my dad to let me get this app.

Used to be good. I used to have this about 8 ish months ago and it was good. I was using the free version and was able to delete projects that were pre done so I could save one I made, but that isn’t an option anymore. This has become garbage.

Ripoff. Great design and fairly easy easy to use. But the fact that you need to pay 27$ to be able to save your work and have access to multiple floors? RIDICULOUS! My eyes literally bulged out of my head when I saw the price! A few dollars is okay but TWENTY-SEVEN! Overall unless you want to pay TWENTY-SEVEN dollars not at all worth it.

Machocheese. Good game! I think that there are things missing. You could add triangular widows for people trying to built cottages or lake houses. More decoration like piles of clothes, a salad bowl, fruits like water melon and pineapple, different books or at least textures to change the design, staked plates, cellphone charging either with a charging cable or on a wireless charger, Kleenex boxes, cleaning products, throw pillows and blankets for beds and sofas, recipe books, router, bikes and helmets, stylish bowls to put stuff in, garbage bags, a toaster, wine bottles, cardboard boxes, dog cages, bowls filled with dog food and water, dog beds, individual shoes and boots, coats on hangers, etc… You should also had more plant choices. Cactuses, fern, raspberry bush, aromatic herbs, lilac trees, that’s only on the top of my head. Also, rain showers would be nice. Bigger light switches and charging thingy (I can’t remember what it’s called.) Different style kitchen cabinets and ovens. Don’t forget! More guardrails, and important, they need to fit with the ones you use for your stairs so that every stairs ramps and guardrails has their match. Oh and maybe you could had camping gears. Tents, camping chairs, little barbecue, an RV. You should also had brooms, vacuums, mops and the bucket that goes with it, you understand. I’m sorry for the person that has to read this. I just have a lot of ideas.

Pretty Good. It’s very easy to learn and use but misses some basic functions of other home building apps. There is no way to curve walls and you can only import textures, not objects. There isn’t much in the way of decorations either.

Scam. Bought this for almost $30 and have to pay for $9 for the new version. Too much for the charge. Having to pay $30 is already good if I can keep it but then I still have to repay for the full version after the update

Landscape. I wish we could manage also the 3 D landscape. Oder point is that it could be cool to have the option of video visiting the house as a presentation. And being able to be lower on the mode 3D. Sometimes 3D view is to high . I also still have to figure out how to control the roof and wall continuity. Thank for letting us better understand our visions that get really clear with this app and you guys that think that the app should let you save your work without paying you need to understand that the people that have been working together to achieve this needs to be payed for their work so put a 5**** cause I’m sure that you would like to be payed by your boss when you finish work. Amazing. This is awesome I love it even without purchasing there is more than to make a whole house. They also give you homes that you can fix to make it your way or you can make your own home. You can make a apartment family home or a mansion or a small home. I highly recommend

The update made the app worse. Before the update t would occasionally crash. But the update makes everything but make the out of the house difficult. There is no tutorial. I can’t even place a door.

Keeps crashing. I paid for the full version and enjoyed building my first home, however when I started the second one, the app keeps crashing when I switch to 3D view. Such a shame, and I hope they can fix this bug since Ive paid for the app.

New update. This has been a wonderful program for the 9+ years I have used it. It always had a good feel and was easy to use. (really user friendly) but the new 2023 update makes it a whole new app. The graphics are the same, but the function have moved. They are inconvenient and small to see. Things are under new categories in spots long term users aren’t used to. Some of the textures and furniture that I used often have been removed. AND you can no longer move while viewing the options! Maybe it’s me stuck in my ways but I wish there was a way to un-update. I will still use the app but it is less enjoyable and easy to use. I would still absolutely recommend this app to anyone and everyone but it was soooo much better before the update.

5*. This game I really enjoy creating my own houses and having creative ideas. So far out of all 11 of my games this is my favourite. I hope I can here back from you or get some information. 84 dollars-not worth it. I like this game and all, but if you don’t purchase the full version, the game deletes your process. And I’m still under 10 so I can’t spend money in games without parent permission, plus, I don’t really want to spend real money in a game. Sooooooooo, other than the fact that you have to spend money to get to save your progress, i say that this game is not bad. :) Annnnnnd another thing is that you don’t get all the furnitures if you don’t spend money. To be honest, when it first deleted my progress, I thought there was just something wrong with the internet and stuff, but after I made sure that it’s not the internet problem I realized how much you have to pay for only one game. And I don’t live in America so for example I have to pay for only 10 dollars in America, I’ll have to pay 70 dollars for the game here, and that’s a lot of money. Another problem is that if you don’t pay the game it only gives you 1/4 of the furnitures that are actually in the game, and you will get no plant at all, and that makes your design look bad because the architectures they give you for free looks terrible together :( no offense to people that like the game. So if friends That don’t live in America, you can choose to pay 84 dollars for just a full version of this game then download it but, I wouldn’t suggest doing it. Just a warning

Love the new update but can’t make more than 3 stories?. So the new update for the app is pretty good. i love the new items and the addition of adding stories/levels to the house, my only thing is that I am maxed at 3 stories. I have the gold version so when I found out I had to buy an additional gold premium membership, I wasn’t too happy since I paid for one version already... another thing that would be nice would be if they added a way to easily add floors on top of one another instead of me trying to shape a room on the second floor to fit nicely with that of the first floor. Maybe I just haven’t figured it out yet, but it takes me a lot of time to try and add the second level onto the first, and it usually isn’t exactly a perfect fit on top, witch leads to it looking kinda funny. But other then those things, I like the app.

Really nice, love that purchases are one time!. This app is great, really helpful for planning things out! In my case, building the set for an animated movie. I like that you can adjust wall height and set different heights for different projects, but I do wish the staircases adjusted accordingly. My main project needed high ceilings, and I ended up essentially building very short rooms in stairwells to ‘stack’ staircases to an appropriate height. Once you know how, that’s reasonably easy, though. My only other gripe is that I’d really like to see more antique and medieval furnishings, and more nature options, like more and bigger trees. That’s it. It runs great, has loads of features, great to help you visualize places for fiction or real life!

roofing and terrain. I would like to see some roofs being added to the game instead of just having a flat roof top. I want to see what my project ya are like with a roof to see if I like it or not adding a roof option would be really nice and adding some terrain features since not all homes are built on a flat surface some are built on mountain sides that contain different levels and slopes meaning driveways at an angle and different parts of the home being taller or short then others or having the back be on the edge of a mountain with the front being on the flat part it would also be nice if you added some features like this to improve on home building and design instead of a simple flat base home

Really good, but..... I’ve just gotten this app today and after some amount of time and I really love this app and I’m really happy with my purchase And there are only a few things that I don’t like. I can’t find out how to edit walls I have previously placed and it really annoys me and I really hope there is a way but the app should let you know how, it says to quote on quote, select the wall, but...............I’ve tapped the wall both in 2d and 3D and I literally does nothing. If the developers see this I want to let them to know that I love home design 3D but I want to know how to edit walls and rooms after I place them because that is a very helpful feature and one that I need. But all in all, I’m really looking forward to using it for the next couple of years EDIT: never mind it’s working now

Terrible Game. This game is fun. I mean you get to build and make your own house! But guess what, almost ALL the items are locked!! Which means that you have to get a game pass to unlock that but the game passes cost MONEY! Like come on I can’t build anything. I am totally considering DELETING this game!! I mean it’s not what so ever fun in anyway because you can’t even USE anything. Their is no use in getting this game ONLY if you want to spend YOUR OWN MONEY!! I mean like come on!! Guys I really can’t build anything those locks have to go! But guess what they only want money so they won’t take the game passes away way or the locks on the items. It’s pretty good. Home design is game where you can build and decorate houses. I personally think it is a really fun game, I really like interior design so this game was obviously for me. It could definitely use some improvements. One would be that you can’t make slanted roofs so that is a huge bummer. Also you have to pay to save your work and that’s really upsetting especially when you worked really hard. There are also some glitches and sometimes it even deletes all of your work. If you were to download it I would do it on an iPad because depending on the type of phone you have it is really hard to see the screen, at least for me lol. Overall this Home Design is one of of my favorite games of all time, it’s a little tricky at first but you will get the hang of it. I highly recommend for you to download it. Thanks😁

The problems that need changes FAST!!!. There is just a few things about this app that need change. My main problem here is the HD characters. If you have A crib for boy or a girl, most likely you are going to need a baby to put it in the crib. There is no option to people sitting down and there is no other older female teenager characters that don’t have headphone and their hands covering their ears. They also don’t how many pets and that bothers me. If you have a horse stable, most likely you need a horse. These so far are the only things I recommend a change. If you’re going to do this, I suggest do it quickly before people start deleting this game writing bad reviews!

Best home design app I ever played. This is a really good home design app. I really love this app because you don’t have to pay for things in the app for real money and even for fake money in the app. And you can do your own design in the delete things that’s what I really love about this one is you can delete stuff so it can match your Home Design style. I really like this app because there’s a bunch of different designs of like windows and furniture and you can do it in 3-D style. The thing I don’t really like about this app is because there’s some things that are locked that you have to pay money for and I can’t do that but it’s still a great app and you can try it yourself!

A Fav. This is my favorite app to “play” with since I love designing layouts. Overall I love how simple it is to use and there’s enough variety to get the basic look I’m going for most of the time. I’d love to see some additional features though. In order these are: the ability to build mezzanine floors or levels, skylight options, roof options and the ability to build roof lines (& subsequently room lines) that aren’t just flat, and the ability to create curved walls. Beyond this I’d love to be able to create backsplashes, use more than one color or pattern on the walls, and see some more variety in items such as showers, bathroom sinks, curtains, stairs, fireplaces, trees, and plants. It’s a lot to ask really. But this app has a great starting point and I can imagine it getting even better if the developers want to add some more of these elements.

Could Use An Improvement. At first this game seemed really cool, but that was before I saw all the locked items that you had to spend a lot of money to get your hands on, If you were to lower your prices and take away the fact that projects don’t save in the free version maybe my rating would change. However, I did like how you didn’t have to pass a level. But the fact that it didn’t have any old fashioned items was kind of a bummer. As a person who loves design games, I definitely am sure of the fact that you need more stuff that isn’t just modern, a couple virtual improvements could go a long way! Also, I’ve found it difficult to add new doors to second and third floors of the houses I’m working on. I’m not sure if this is a glitch or an on-purpose thing, but I think it should be fixed.

Just post the full version. As soon as the app opened it had an ad saying the SAVE feature was deactivated and in order to create unlimited projects I would need to purchase the full version. Mind you I haven’t even gotten to USE the app yet. I went to delete a template that was already there so I could start fresh and I was prompted with to BUY the full version. Listen folks if the app is only free just so people will download it then just post the full version. It’s nothing to get our money back if we don’t like it. I will be deleting this app seeing how I have to pay for it without knowing if it’s really worth the 5 stars. I’m so sick of being ripped off. If I have ever paid for anything in an app I’ve gotten to actually USE the app first. It’s 2018 find a better way to make money. You don’t even offer this app on the MAC which would give me more real estate to use the app.

Frustrating!!. I paid for the Gold Plus access. I love the app, it is exactly what I have been looking for! The designs, architect is nice, wish it had a few more options but I figured that will eventually happened. I would love to give this app a full 5 stars but I have had so many issues. I go into the 3D view & I am unable to zoom. I usually have to completely close the app to fix this issue but now, that doesn’t even work! I had a floor plan I was working on & was 3/4 of the way done & suddenly the floors and walls messed up to the point I couldn’t fix it & didn’t know how to fix it. For the price I paid, was hoping the app would work better. Hopefully they will have an update soon that will fix these problems.

Suggestion Updates. You guys should have a update we’re you can play family in the house you designed . Another thing you should have is baby bottles, baby formula, and more baby toys. You should put food in the game and be able to use everything. Examples: sit on the couch, get food from the refrigerator, cook on the stove, cook in the over, use the shower, use the sinks, use the toilet, in family mode be able to open doors instead of walking through it, sleep on bed, and etc. In family mode the kids should have school and the baby’s should have daycare. You should but baby’s in the game and more kids and black people and black kids. You should be able to carry your baby’s. You should let us watch tv and let us play video games.

Horrible. I am only giving this a one because I can’t give it a zero if you don’t get the full thing and you close the app it will delete your whole thing I worked on mine 4 hours just to have mine deleted it cost $ to get the whole thing there isn’t even roofing without buying anything and you can only build 3 floors it doesn’t even put the windows in the right spot half the time and they are really hard to readjust I was a little disappointed when they don’t even let you use some of the decorations they showed including the types of stairs and interior designing stuff not only dose it make you buy things for the whole app there are different sections you have to buy not just 15 or 20 for it all, you have to pay for them separately I am really into architecture and interior design if you are willing to buy things this would be a almost perfect app but if you are not this will be a really disappointing experience if you get the app

Fun but needs touch ups. This app is great I spend approximately three hours a day on this app. I love to design, Create, organize, and arrange things it’s one of my favorite hobbies to do and since I can’t do any of the things every single day I can do it right here on my iPad. It certainly does need some touchups maybe not so glitchyAnd add some more features. Other than that this app is great I showed this to my mom she thought it was awesome especially for me since she knows I love these kind of things. I tried looking up some more home design apps but couldn’t find any better than this one. And even if there were some home design apps that were better they cost a lot of money and I just don’t want to spend money on these kind of things. But I love this app it’s the best! Thank you!

Is this game getting us to spend money?! 😡☹️. The game is really good, but I didn’t download the premium version, because of how it costs money, and it stinks. Like for example, yesterday I worked for HOURS to finish a super good project, and the next day——it’s GONE! The fact about how you can only do unlimited projects is If you download the premium isn’t the thing that annoys me——it’s how you can’t even CLEAR SPACE for other projects! I tapped a project and it said something like “get the premium version to do unlimited amounts of projects”——but I used the Patio House, deleted everything, started on the project. So you’re letting me suffer, right? If it’s me who can’t get the deleting thing right, then I’m sorry. But the other bugs I reported-please fix them immediately or I rate this again and I am forced to give you some greatly poor ratings. 😡🥺

Becoming an Addiction. As a little girl I used to imagine building houses for a living. As I do not do that professionally now, I do still take great joy in designing houses. It’s like a game to me! Super easy, fun to use. I see the benefits of a professional having this equipped to their phone, iPad or desktop as well. You can send the blue print right from the app via email, airdrop, message or to a social network. I paid the $10 for the full gold version, it’s worth is and can be synced easily between devices. One flaw I would mention is that it still gets a bit jumpy when not on WiFi. The precision device can move between rooms if you’re not careful or working with multiple floor plans. It also does not allow you to build a “bottom floor” below floor 1 (like a basement), or lift the first floor to add a porch like area. Over all 5 Star app for me.

Love it!. Hey! I am Shaylee and Sophia me and Sophia love this app it is so much fun! I love how you can go in 3D mode!!! I am just in love with this game and I want a number 2! It’s just amazing how you can turn a regular home into a dream home! And how fast it is And takes! I would take forever doing this but it is so quick and easy! All you haft to do is take all kinds of decor and put it in a lovely home you choose although it spent some time because of all kinds of crazy stuff happening, I still managed in 3 days! LOVE IT... but needs improvements. First off, I love this game!!! I am totally addicted, and love designing. Though, I do have some problems. First, I have a big problem with glitches, I had to start over my house because of one. Second, I would love to be able to make curved walkways. It adds a hole other feel to the home. Third, I would love to be able to add dog beds and other animal items. There are a couple, but not enough. Fourth, I really want to be able to create characters, instead of just having to choose from a list of them. Also, I get having people pay for some items and perks, but having to pay just to be able to save changes is a little much. Finally, I would love to be able to add back splashes to the walls. Overall, I love this game, but it could use some updates. Great job, Home Design Team!!!💕

Needs more configuration options. Zooming and moving around in 3D sometimes behaves strange. There really needs to be a "recenter" button to recenter the 3D or 2D image. It is also difficult to place or adjust the sizes (or scales) of objects and walls with any degree of precision. When changing a dimension it would be nice if you could tap on the dimension you are interested in and enter the exact value you want. Another suggestion would be the addition of more "Project Options" or global settings. For instance, the wall thickness always defaults to 8 inches. This is a something that should be global setting. I should be able to set wall thickness to 5 inches or any other value as a global default. Another is measurements, you have the choice of imperial or metric but imperial should have two options. Either feet and inches or inches only.

Great Re-Decorating Tool!. I downloaded the free version of this app when I started working on ideas for redecorating my bedroom. I was so impressed with it that I didn’t hesitate to purchase the full version. I really can’t say enough about how helpful it has been! I can try out different color schemes and furniture arrangements. I found it quite intuitive to use and when I couldn’t figure out how to do something the instructions were easy to find and use. Perhaps best of all, working with this app is FUN! I actually let my 6 and 8 year old grandsons try it and I was blown away by how quickly they took to it! They made dream houses and fantasy worlds, apparently it works in a similar way to games like MineCraft! ...This app may be “pricey” but it is absolutely worth every penny!

So now this app WAS a great app: different styles, cool houses to make, all different people, lots of colors to choose from. but now you have to pay $7.00 to get your work to save! And the app only includes modern items. So if you don’t want to pay the $7.00 you can’t play! It may say free but it’s not! This one time I made a awesome house and was super cool but had little furniture since you can’t add as much furniture without buying the game, but I logged out for lunch and when I came back the whole thing was gone! This game is super cool if you have the money and want it for fun play or for your job, but that being said I don’t really play it anymore, once I bought it I was like eh I’ll play something else 👏wow I know but once you have it the game is pretty much a old game I wanted to make a nice old looking house but that wasn’t an option so I was bored. Game takes me out, and saving my work.. Hi, the game is good and i like to plan out houses. But i don't want to pay the full version for it. Why not upgrade the game and allow saving in this app. This is a good app although it logs me out a-lot. After I finally finish a house it takes me out of the app. When income back in my work is gone. I just wanted to see the finishing touch. Please add a save button so us who have this app could be able to save our work. Maybe we could do our own projects w/o having to buy the full version. We should be allowed to at create 3-5 projects and be able to save them. I am continually being taken out of the game even while im adding things to my house and i loose all my progress when i come back in the app. Please fix this, and if u add a save button i will rerate this app 5 star. Please read this!!. This game is so frustrating.😡 it basically forces you to buy the full version. I’ll try not to take too long with the story but once when I finally left my house it’s froze and asked me to buy the full version I pressed no but it kept popping up. And once I just finished my kitchen that took an hour long it kicked me out of the game several times. It forces you to buy the full version by locking everything. They are careless about what customers think. I only gave it to stars because it’s really fun but it needs to stop with the forcing I’m glad you read this because if you uploaded this you would be really disappointed without warning. it says it’s fun and the pictures don’t prove anything. Please don’t buy this app there are so many different apps that you can get but not this one. Oh yeah and don’t forget to download Magic Tiles 3😺

Good, but needs..... This is probably the best app I have in the home design genre... however, it has lots of room for improvement. The textures and colors that are available are limited, and if you chose to use the color wheel to pick a new color it turns whatever texture chosen into a more fluorescent color than what was intended. Not really useful for interior design due to limitations such as color, texture and availability of decor, but good for those who want a general idea of what they’re going for as far as a house plan. Also, there are some bugs that you have to learn to work around which can be a little annoying. One, the walls can take on a life of their own and create diagonal walls if you choose to try to make them a little larger or smaller. Also, items in rooms can disappear if you remove a wall or will be dragged around if you want to expand or decrease a room size. I’d love to see more textures/colors, the ability to put decor items upon tables and counters and more decor items in general. More wall art, appliances like coffee makers etc, and more patterns. It would make this app much more useful for those who are looking to design their dream home, use it for interior design or just for fun. If you’re considering buying this, I’d say do it. It’s worth the $8.

Not Worth It. I’d just like to start by saying I don’t often write reviews at all. That being said I wanted to save anyone even remotely interested in this game from downloading it. While mildly interesting and fun at first it becomes clear that the free version of this game is simply a tease for the developers to try to lure you in to buying the full game. I was working on a cute little house that I had already put a few hours into and was feeling really great about when randomly the app crashed. Once I returned to the app all of my progress had been erased. This was very upsetting and the game doesn’t even allow you to save one project, therefore, making the purchase of the paid game necessary to get anything out of the app. If they were to fix bugs and at least allow one saved project free then I would rate above 2 stars, but as of now my review stands.

Like but some things you should know before downloading. This app is good and easy to use but here are some things you should fix and things ppl should consider before downloading : 1. You can save the house your working on without downloading premium 2. It’s hard to get the buildings wall straight 3. Most of the things like adding more floors saving projects or doing more projects is not possible without getting premium 4. Any time you open a new project or the one you were working on it gives you an add and all your work that you did before closing the app is deleted until you upgrade to premium I am not going to pay for an app that I can afford , it’s like ten dollars each month and than means you have to pay like 100 dollars a year. This is not affordable for people who are about to redo their house and need an app to figure out what they want. The costs of redoing a house is ATLEAST like 50,000 dollars , plus new piping , PLUS the 100 dollars for this app , and all the other costs plus taxes and having to pay the neighborhood and people who work on your house +materials. That’s at least like 100,100.(something) dollars. That is NOT AFFORDABLE especially for middle class and lower class citizens

Amazing. Hello people who make this game. I thought this would be fun but you have to pay for most of it.😭😡 when I can’t pay for stuff one games. I wish you could add some more houses and I can see better. There are a lot of buttons and it is confusing. Just don’t have everyone pay for everything and make it like you have customers and they pay you. That is how you can buy furniture and other things. Love it but NEEDS more. I love this app it’s helping me a lot but the one thing I want in this next up if and when there is one I want different roof options like a slanted roof option and many others we have to use shapes to make roofs and that’s not cute it looks very ugly when I try and it never turns out right and another thing I would like to see are many options for furniture I end up using the same kitchen set living room set bathroom set and bedroom set I and I’m pretty sure others would like many options for furniture, decorations, and etc but other than that I love this app. We need more kitchen decorations. We need more of everything in each and every category. We want more modern, classic, and contemporary kind of furniture with more wall colors like cream white or neutral kind of colors this apps need to be updated frequently with more design features.

Great app! Just wish there were more object options. I’ll start this off with the fact that it is now 12:45am and I’ve been designing a room for my store since 9:30pm. GREAT U.I. And easy to learn how to use. I would like to see in future updates more items and objects like computers (not ones attached to desks. But one I could manipulate and move that looks like an iMac or just a monitor for 3D views. Another set of options I’d like to see is for gym equipment. I’m in the fitness industry and it’s be amazing to have just pre loaded basic shapes like a basic treadmill, bike, elliptical and home gym. Dumbbells and racks would be stellar however I understand those are more nit picky. Other than that, it’s awesome! I got the $7.99 package and I can’t wait to see what else this app brings :)

2 years on this app. I would have given this app at least four stars a couple of months ago; as I’ve used it quite a bit for work. It had done everything and more that I expected, until recently. The app has started to catch several bugs the more they update it and now when building a home, the app does NOT help me with 90 degree angles like it has done for years. Now, if I want to make a design for a customers home; I have to spend about 3-5 minutes trying to get the wall to be completely squared. I messaged the developers and they sent back (in a language I am not familiar with) a link to their FAQ site… literally nothing on that site guided me in a helpful manor. If the bug is fixed: 4 stars. If not: this is just a toy.. 2 stars max. Hopefully it gets fixed soon or I’ll need to find a new software.

Okay. I downloaded it because home design is so much fun to me and I was a bit disappointed. I’d wanted to create my own houses but it turns out without paying any money you can only edit pre-made houses. Also, all the design options (most of which you’d have to pay to get, and I never spend money on apps) are mostly modern-style, and I like cool traditional architecture and stuff more than that. The controls are a bit awkward (at least personally) as well, and I find it a bit hard to move the screen and design. Also I haven’t seen anyone mention this but in the advertising for the app on the App Store it mentions being able to see other houses and buildings around you or something? But you cant as far as I can tell?? Anyways, not a terrible app, but not something I’ll be using to entertain myself in the future :/

APP DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY SAVE. I got this game cause I’ve always been interested in interior design. I didn't want to buy anything, so I got this one, and I knew it had in-app purchases, but I avoided buying anything. When I opened it, it was a little overwhelming with all the measures and things, but I got the hang of it. I loved placing my furniture and organizing every room. Eventually I finished my first house in about 2 hours, and I tried saving it. Well apparently you can only save it if you buy the upgraded version of the game, which is super lame and frustrating. I spent 2 hours working on a house I was proud of and it didn’t let me save it. Like predicted, I closed and opened the app- everything was gone. So unless I’m really stupid and the save button is hidden somewhere, you cannot save your projects unless you buy the upgraded version. If you have that version, I’m sure it’s a great game. But I’m done with this, I’ll find another interior design app.

Anti-consumer practices. They allow you to download the free version with the expectation that it can at least do something. However, after opening the app, waiting the load time and watching an ad, you’ll quickly find that the demo version is nothing short of a glorified screenshot. It tells you that you can’t create a home without buying the unlimited saves upgrade, yet they also prevent you from deleting any of the 10 default homes, effectively preventing you from using the app for even its most basic functionality. At this point, they hope that you’ll fall for the sunken cost fallacy and decide to buy the full version in lieu of all the time you put into searching for, downloading, opening, and trying to work the app. They set up your expectations, and then ask you for money when they fail to meet those expectations - meanwhile cluttering the memory on your phone, wasting a lot of your time, and delivering nothing. I don’t care if the app costs money, just be up front about it for God’s sake.

More Realistic Please.... So I’m young. I enjoy designing. Not much more but this app is AMAZING! I honestly don’t think that I’ve used something so productive. This app is amazing when it comes to sizes and other items but it doesn’t include some of the realistic features people like. When you are putting a wall in or windows, etc. it automatically puts it somewhere else. You aren’t able to put in a straight wall or make your windows level and even on the walls. And the sizes are sometimes a little large or smaller than real life. Like bathtubs, for instance. The tubs are soooo small. Not normal size small. Please fix this. As a future interior designer, this app is going to be installed on my phone for a while. Thanks for creating!

Not Worth Ur Time. Firstly, dis app is a demo app which they do not say that in their description. in their describtion they tell U about their full version and not say anything about the demo making it seem like U get everything from this app for free in the describtion, just so to get you to download the app. I was supprised to find out how limited the apo waa just to figure out it is a demo app! Y didn’t they say that in the describtion? wat i mean by demo app is that this app is not a full version of what it is in the describtion. it is not worth downloading dis app unless U R willing to spend on the full version! U don’t even get 50% of wat they describe in their describtion. Lastly, there is problems wit this app. it has bugs. certain settings are not working properly. Most of all like 50% of the time the app wont let me edit objects once they’re put in place. I have to delete them then put in new onces. Also some walls won’t delete and i don’t know Y.

A few extra features would improve it. I do like the app, it’s pretty easy to use, but I find a few things lacking that kind of irritate me. 1. Better measurements! I’d like to see a measuring tape tool so I can more accurately place objects, and mark measurements where I want them. Particularly the height! There’s no height measurements for placing wall cabinets or knowing how tall I’ve scaled things. 2. Rotate and size textures. In placing what appears to be subway tile on a wall - a real life setting would measure each tile around 1x3 inches, but instead the pattern is stretched and tiles measure in feet and look quite out of place. Same thing occurs with textures like plaster. I’d also like to place textures on the diagonal or change from vertical to horizontal and vice versa. 3. Rotate objects on different axis. For example, I was looking for an open horizontal cupboard with vertical shelves. The opposite is available in the objects, but I couldn’t move it to the position I wanted. 4. Basement/foundation options or the ability to build below grade. 5. Broader color palette. I love that I can change the textures to different colors, but I’d love to see a more diverse color wheel. Overall, the app is serving my purpose of designing a rough estimate of a future home, but I’d love to see improvements.

Love it.... I love this app but here are some recommendations. One, I always love my designs and I want to save it. But I can’t. Either you have to pay for the save button, or you just can’t see it. Two, almost everything you have to pay for. All the nice beds, outdoor furniture, even people. Three, I want to be able to make my own furniture. Like, if I want a bowl of fruit on the counter right now, I can’t get it. Four, you should be able to stack things on top of each other. Five, I have to delete everything in a house to make my own. The add button asks my what I want my house to be called, then just goes back to the choose a house page. Hope you can add a save button! Thanks.

HORRIBLE.. I downloaded this thinking that it wouldn’t be garbage! But it was. If you didn’t choose to spend 20 flipping dollars on unlimited projects, you couldn’t create any without having to take the precious time to delete the already built houses wall by wall. SO ANNOYING! I was mainly tempted to download this app by the lack of tiny text by the Get button saying In-App Purchases, but the scammer developers just said to the people putting this app on the App Store, “Oh yeah, our app has NO in-app purchases. We didn’t make one that made you spend 20 flipping bucks on 1 PROJECT, and we TOTALLY put a button in the app that let you restart the entire project without it taking an hour. Totally.” LIES! Don’t download this game if you don’t want to spend money on a single house, that ends up looking horrible because you have less tan half of the items at your disposal. But if you do, why don’t you hit that stupid, undeserving five star button.

Almost perfect. A few things that would give this a 5 star are HAVING LIGHTS THAT WORK!!! I love this app but my rooms always have an odd shadow or are dark and eerie. I add many windows but it is still dark. I thing if you're lights actually gave off light that would be very helpful. Also adding roof options. I dont want all my houses to be boxes. And finally objects like lamps, books, pillows, and more should be included. Say I dont like a table but I would like the lamp on another table. I would want to move the lamp/detach the lamp from the table. I think that would be nice. And one last thing, add more items for people who dont have the up grade. I have the up grade but when I didn't have it the app was boring and my houses were lacking personality. :)

Review After Completing A Project. The application is generally very easy to use as a basic sketch tool and to produce initial 2D/3D designs. It should however be improved in many areas, with the following two being the most egregious for users. First, the application lacks the capability to enter a precise dimension for the length of a wall. It should have the capability to type in the exact wall dimension and have the wall conform to that dimension. The current drag and drop method lacks the ability to draw exact lengths, especially with the snap feature interferes. Second, the application is severely lacking in the object furnishings, such as counters, cabinets, and generally the lack of furnishings available to select within the application. I do realize that this application is not a professional architectural design or BIM program that costs thousands of dollars. However, it should have more basic furnishings selections than it currently has, or the capability to import standard objects for manufacturers. I would like to say for the purchase cost, I purchased the most expensive version, that the application is very versatile and has a short learning curve. As with all application, it can always be improved.

Why?. I have some questions. Before the update, I stopped playing, but kept the app because I was terrified of losing all my purchases. After picking up the phone and playing the game again, I am still in love with the game. I love the way the content looks. I love some of the extra furniture we were given. But some things are just a no. After reading other people's reviews, I strongly disagree with sons of them. I think it would be nice if there was a way to get free stuff, furniture, people/animal packs. And one other thing, how the hell do you use the stairs. Even before the update and I looked into every pack known to man for this game. I am still falling for this game. Even though there are some kinks it's okay. I like to design so this game is really good for me.

Best app ever!! Just one thing. I literally LOVE this app! It is the most amazing design app I’ve ever came across and the updates just keep getting better! I can go on and on but I do have a few suggestions that will make me love this app even more (if that possible lol) I would absolutely LOVE if the lights would be able to actually give light. The lights are pretty nice but they just don’t give light. And if you did that I would love for you to add the basic ceiling light. Also even if you won’t be able to make the lights actually give light it would be absolute incredible if you would be able to dim the lights or something. Just like how you can make it day and night. But overall this app is the best thing ever!! Thank you

Worst Game Ever!. If you have the regular version where you don’t have to pay it’s absolutely useless and not worth your time unless you buy the app! You can’t save anything you do on there so everything you do is just a waste of time. I think that even if you don’t pay for the app you should be able to save things I mean that’s ridiculous! Also, whenever I’m using the app it glitches so much and I know it’s not my phone because my phone works just fine and it’s things like this ; for example , when I was looking at the holiday house (that’s already built I just wanted to re arrange a few things and fix it up a bit just for fun) out of no where the wall will start turning different colors and it will glitch so much that I try to delete the wall and it deletes either the whole room sometimes or the whole house. You have the regular version all you can do is build off of other houses and when you get off the app it doesn’t save anything! This app is the biggest waste of time!

Roof design is limited. I have found the roof design part to be extremely limited. It would really be nice if triangle roof sections were available and if the edges of roof would snap together to assist in lining up everything. I have designed rooms on the corner of my house with 5 sides and can not put an appropriate roof to match the shape of my building. Plus I intended to have 2 balconies come out of the roof to add more to my dream house. Yes, I am aware that the balcony in the roof will make things very interesting for ensuring water can’t enter the house, but I have ideas for that as well and it should not be a problem. Please add adjustable triangle shaped roof sections into your program to allow for more flexibility in designing roof sections.

Terrible. Hi! I just want you to know that this game is terrible. My daughter who has always wanted a home design game was excited to find this one. She started playing and immediately she saw that you have to buy everything. (with real money) you have to delete every part of the house they already give you, and you can only have about 6 houses. Then we found helpful videos to find out how to save your work. What shows in the video is not what the game looks like. The menus aren’t the same and you have to purchase a new level of this game to save it. The videos they show you are not correct nor helpful. The saving part is ridiculous. You have to email it to yourself and buy a new level of the game. Why can’t we just hit “Save” and be done? The game crashed for my daughter a couple times, and she had to start all over again. She then found that the work doesn’t save, overall this is a terrible game that is very frustrating.

Nice app but needs some improvement. Desperately needs a tool for exterior siding. It’s in the demo video but the closest thing I could find in app is brick. Needs to be able to display roofing and porches. Desperately needs an option to change wall height for an entire floor, make stairs auto scale to the wall height & when you draw walls it should automatically create rooms base on the walls you make. It doesn’t do that currently. If you start with your exterior walls and draw more inside, working with your space, most of the time it doesn’t recognize rooms as you create them with intersecting walls. Also, upon removal of an intersecting wall, the intersected wall should return to one piece rather than leaving a bunch of little wall segments when you are trying to find the right fit for your space. I purchased the gold package in app.

Pretty good!👍🏻. I really love how you can go to like the upstairs and all the options of furniture and how you can change the look, size and shape of every piece but there’s just one itty bitty thing that I personally think could be the slightest bit altered... you see you can have most all the furniture and all the paint colors and as big or as small of a house you could ever want but you can’t save it and personally I’m not one of those people who spend $9.00 just to save it and have a little more furniture I’m never gonna use! There’s always room for improvement in everything but over all this is a great and fun game for when your bored or when your passing time but I don’t think you should spend to much time on a house unless you can save it.

Do not understand. Seems like there’s a good program in here, but there are features missing that would make it much easier to use. I could not build my various rooms to be the exact size I was looking for. I suggest that in the next update, you guys add a feature whereby people can enter an exact number (say 100 square feet) and a room exactly that big will appear. Having to pinch and fuss with the rooms was very stressful, and upgrading to one of the more advanced versions did nothing to improve it. I realize this program probably works great for some people, but for now at least I feel like I wasted my money. If you want to make a house design program for simpletons like me, you need to include stuff that makes it really easy. This app was not really easy. Not terrible, but far from excellent. Hope I can write a more positive review in the future.
