Pro MailShot. Heard of this app just yesterday. I wanted to be able to send emails and files to my Google Groups from my iPhone. My larger Groups number up to 200 so involves working with a lot of addresses. I read this inexpensive app should really help and it did. The support was great. I sent a question email and got the answer within a few hours. I am pleased with Pro MailShot P. T. 4/1/21

Bad news. Stay away from this one. When the app fails tech support will tell you the problem is not the app but is with your email provider. They say this even though group mail is working great on your PC with the same provider.

It does a great job. It organizes groups of people to send emails to. It will create the email or copy all address les to the clipboard. The support is fast and friendly and the app is kept up to date.

Amazing. Easy to use... My NEW Go To for Group mail.. I can’t believe there is no easy native way to do this on iOS.. it is odd there isn’t. This app is amazing and easy.. Syncs across devices!

Best Group Mail App Available!. I'm not writing because I have a problem with MailShot Pro......on the contrary people who do good work don't get complimented enough so I take this opportunity to thank Mail Shot Pro. This app makes my email group mailing so much easier and efficient. I could not do without it. Robust, well organized, yet easy to use.......when it comes to group contacts this app is an Outlook killer. It is the best email application of this type by far and cheap at twice the price.

Great App. Overall I like the app it's great when you update something in your contacts the next time you going to the app and you tap on my name it gives you the option to update me more information that's a plus looking forward to the changes for iOS 10 as well.

Has helped tremendously!. What a fantastic app! I have Ben using this app for over 2 years. It has really helped with organizing the various work groups and volunteer organizations. It really makes it easy to put all the contacts into one spot. I use it constantly to send emails but also to keep count of “how many” we have in each group. Also an easy way to “check off” participants for volunteer activities by marking or unmarking contacts on the list. Another nice feature is having the emails that are incorrect or have changed from the contact list show in red. It helps to highlight the problem emails that will be kicked back if sent. In addition, you can manually add contacts that aren’t in the phone contact list too. I think that’s a great feature. Thanks team for making a great app!

Works Great. I’m on my second day using this app. Setting up my groups and importing contacts are very easy. Group mail delivery works great and trouble free with my email on IPAD.

App review. Love this App. Have not used it for a while but it us as good now as it was when I used it on a regular basis. Kudos to the creators.

Finally, a solution to maintaining Group e-mail distribution. This application is the best I have ever found. It works completely and fully meets my needs.

Excellent support. Started using the app to manage my client list. Then recommended to wife to install it on her pad to manage golf women’s club members, since she wants the list readily available when she is at the club, the app was added to her iphone as well. We then noticed the lists between the two devices are not in sync. After emailing the support, Peter promptly provided suggestions for us to try, with Peter’s help, we eventually fixed the problem, now the two devices are perfectly in sync. It is a hit and miss to get good software support even for pricy ones. The app is simple and easy to use, for a price of a cup of coffee, you can’t go wrong! Suggestion for improvement- a simply duplication check will make it even a better app.

Great app. This app is great for sending emails to several groups! It works sending several email recipients. Name the the group by attaching emails to the named list you create. The price for it is very affordable for home use with friends up to many grouping persons for contacting anyone in groups. I have been looking for an app like this for months and this is for sending several accounts!!!! Still Love it bunches 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Mailshot meets all of my vast needs. I used Mailshot every since I got my first Apple product, iPhone 4. I’ve since updated to Pro version. I like how a can duplicate or copy a group, check and uncheck and delete addressees within my group. Particularly I like taking two column of name and email in Numbers and pasting in Import into Mailshot, and immediately create a group. In Numbers I write a formulas that inserts a “<“ at the beginning of an email address and “>” at the end. With the contacts name in the first column and the addresses formula in the second column, I simply import and manually paste. This creates is one paste my whole list. Easy as pie. The formulas is created once and is copied down in Numbers. Sweet!

This app is great!. I love this app for managing groups. It is so user friendly; easy to add or remove members from a group. It also syncs automatically between my iPhone and iPad.

Great workaround in IOS9 update. July 2016 The latest mailshot pro is absolutely terrific. Peter added the ability to sort by first name/ last name which is the way I keep my names in the Apple Address book. Of the many utilities I have downloaded, mailshot pro is by far the most useful one. In addition writing any problems to Peter, one always gets a response that he will look into it and the support is absolutely tops. IOS9 I was very worried when I heard that the app no longer could select a group mail program as I send out a group of about 80 emails. The two ways to work around the IOS9 change are excellent. If I am composing an email to a group, I do it in MailShot, if I am forwarding an email, I copy the group list from mailshot onto the clipboard and and paste it into the blind carbon copy line in mail. A little extra work but hopefully Apple will shape up and allow the app to work as previously.

Email problem. I was having a problem having to change email every time I send Group. Now probably solved and works perfectly. Paul

Saves the Day. This app has made sending email to a large number of folks on Apple devices a possibility that I have not found elsewhere. And I tried several before settling here.

MailShot Pro. I have been using this app and TextShot Pro for several years and find them both to be extremely intuitive. I use these apps for many things (i.e. communicating efficiently with church members, team members at work, etc.)...

This One WORKS!. First, be sure to take a few minutes to read the directions, for it has a couple of very minor quirks, easily overcome however. But ... when you enter the Group correctly, it really does work nicely. VERY nicely in fact. And, technical support is all over it, and will answer your questions very promptly. If you need a work-around for your e-mail from an iPhone or iPad, this is one that will get the job done for you. And, spend the money to buy the Pro version. The Free version is so limited, you'll be frustrated. Pro lets the app do what it is really designed to do.

Awesome app. This app is perfect for group emails. I run a business that I email clients when there is availability and if there is an issue with the app I lose money . I have used several other similar apps with huge disappointment. This app on the other hand works seamlessly and I should also add customer support is real and available!!!! I had a question and they got back to me the same day and answered what I needed .

Took two weeks for an email to go out to group. The only reason I gave three stars is because this is the seemingly the only app to use with an iPad for email groups, which stinks that Apple won’t do better than that so you can make groups in your email and not have to use a third party app to do this. Which doesn’t work so well. Setting it up was easy enough, making groups and such. And maybe the first couple of emails I sent out to my group went out quickly, but now it takes two weeks, sometimes longer. I sent out an email that was urgent on Thanksgiving and it didn’t reach people until at least two weeks later. This is unacceptable as I paid for the Mail Shots Pro...

Easy to create and send to groups. Apple Mail is terrible for sending emails to groups. I can’t figure out why they have never addressed this—I can’t be the only one to have struggled with this, until I discovered this app. Makes it easy to import contacts from my contact list and into a group. Such a time saver! Have not had any problems in the several months I’ve been using it. Thanks!

Business Consultant. Did not like the sent default email address but I could copy all of the addresses and paste into the email client of my choice. Fun app.

Excellent Update! Highly recommended this app!!!. First of all, the developer is very responsive. Write him an email and he responds quickly. Provide him suggestions and he will follow through and even contact you after he implements the enhancement or bug fix. Refined and streamlined existing functionality, e.g. selecting contacts for a distribution list. Very stable update as expected from this developer.

Just what I needed. I have been using MailShot Pro for several years, and I love it. I started on the free MailShot app. and used it for a bit, but my need for lists got greater and the groups got larger, so I switched to the Pro version. Apple's IOS updates haven't always been the friendliest changes for this app, but the developer(s) keep finding workarounds for Apple's tendency to upset the apple cart of already existing apps' functioning. Very handy app and I highly recommend it. Great support, too.

Excellent program and support. I used MailShot Pro in the past on a second generation ipad and was very pleased with it. When a tried to load it on my sixth generation it would not restore. Apple appeared to be charging me again. I contacted the program developer and he was very prompt and helpful. The program is loaded and working correctly. I highly recommend it! I was “disgustedformermailshotuser”. Now I am “verysatisfiedmailshotuser”.

Smooth sailing!. MailShot Pro is terrific. When Apple changed it’s way to do groups it put me in a quandary ! I had to get a message to my Executive Committee the only way I could do it was contacting everyone individually. MailShot Pro solved that problem and I have been using it ever since when I have to e-mail a group on a regular basis. I have had this program for several years.

Most Used APP Aside from Mail. I've used this application for many years! Trust me that it's awesome. I've created numerous group emails to send to special friends who fall into one category or another. It's easy to build your groups and it's easy to update your groups. The technical support is really second-to-none. I did research for a long time before purchasing this application, so I know what I'm talking about herein.

Easy group email app. I have been using the pro version for a few years. Easy way to send out a bulk email to many recipients at one time. I add myself to the list of recipients so I know that the email has been delivered.

Excellent. It does what it says and makes up for Apple's pathetic attempt at group email. This is also the first of my apps to change screen size for the iPhone 5.

Tops. Nice to get an App that does what it says it will. Should be very useful to over the next 6 months.

Mail shot. Obviously not being that smart it took me a bit to get this sussed, but once I did its great. Sends attachments as advertised. Once I found the named group in my contacts I was away ...great

Works for group emails. I loved this app until Apple removed some features. I hate that it no longer updates a contact to my contact address book, as it used to. I didn't know it had changed so kept using that contact (thinking it was being updated) and unknowing have been using a non updated contact list for some time because of this. When sending an email, now from within Mailshot pro, instead of the Apple email client, it works ok, but once leaving the app and then coming back mid email, the keyboard would no longer come up to allow editing. So had to copy email, delete it and start again with paste. Just more messy for me now. Wish Apple would allow this app to work as it once did.

A Terrific App. This app is remarkably intuitive, simple and effective. Does exactly what it is supposed to do and tells you how do do it in the easiest way. I would recommend it almost unreservedly but caution users that the total bulk mailing may fail if the list contains any inaccurate email addresses.

MailShot Pro. Great App. When enter "group" into Mail, would like to see all contacts within group chosen, so can delete ones not wanted.

Sherry. This is a fabulous mail program for sending group emails....I have had it for a couple of years and I wouldn't be without it on my iPad! It is updated regularly, and support is fantastic! Simple and slick. I have used this for a few weeks and it has really simplified group emails and management of distribution lists. The learning curve is very manageable - for example, it makes sending blind copies to the list very easy. Making and editing lists is quick and easy. Support is excellent.

The authors are constantly updating the App in order to keep up and stay ahead of Apple's iOS versions. I am and have been using the Pro version of MailShot for a number of months and I highly recommend it! The Mailshot pro is great value for the $3.99us. It provides extensive, clear and easy to follow tutorials including an excellent short video to help get you started. I highly recommend this App if you have used grouped contacts in your desktop/laptop e-mail clients.

Mail shot pro. Of all the apps I have, few serve me as well as Mail Shot. I can send to multiple groups reports and updates from anywhere in the world by way of IPhone because of Mail Shot.

Used to be great. I've been having problems. I deleted the app and tried to reinstall it, and my pro account was lost. I thought maybe I misremember buying it, so bought it again, re did all my groups. Now it is telling me to 'start' and all my groups are gone!

Excellent App for Emailing to Groups. I have been using this app for over a year but I was not using it to its potential. I learned today how powerful it was when I started sending out a group email to numerous individuals. Awesome. You can sort, seperate and choose recipients. Well done. Highly recommend. Very good - finally. Gave up on earlier versions but this one works fine. Ui is a bit strange but you get used to it. Being able to copy to clipboard is huge as I don't use the standard mail app.

Great. This is a fantastic app for sending group emails. I'm not sure why Apple didn't incorporate this into the mail app, but this is a nice and simple app that incorporates what was forgotten. Send emails is much more efficient with the capability of adding groups.

Great group mailing app. One disadvantage of the iPad and iPhone email is that I can’t create groups and send a group email easily and quickly so I bought MailShot Pro and it has solved all my problems. Easy to use, connected to my Contacts list, and it shows up in my regular email program “sent” box and improving all the time. The free app doesn’t allow enough group members for my needs so I upgraded to the Pro for a few dollars. It was well worth it.

Easy to use! A real timesaver. For years I've struggled with sending group email messages. This app is guaranteed to make your life simpler, to save you time, and frustration. It is definitely one of the top 10 apps that I have. Well worth the money if you need to send an email to multiple people.

Ineffective. This does not send to everyone in your group. Don't waste your money on this app. If you are using this for business it will cause you grief.

Not all of group getting email. Having issues where only the first members of each group are getting the email. Do not buy this if you are a business and have important emails to send.

Cannot send to groups only goes to one address. Sorry I cannot get this to work for groups. I use yahoo and it has failed for me.

A must have app!!. I went with this app so I could send group email from the iPhone and iPad, share those contacts between devices, and have the ability to create multiple groups. Initially I ran into some minor issues but they all turned out to be user error or server related. I emailed a request for support on a holiday weekend and received an immediate reply. Wow!! I followed the instructions I was given and the app works perfectly with all of my devices. This is a great app with amazing and timely service to back it up. Not so happy...Now very happy. The journey started with needing a group mailer since our groups did not transfer to ipad version of yahoo. Went to app store and tried a couple of others and they did not work. Found Mailshot and started using it and ran into trouble. Tried to self-fix the problem using help (which is pretty good), but failed. Finally, I tried a support contact not expecting much and was blown away. Pete is a most gracious and incredibly helpful tech. He is unbelieveably prompt in getting back with applicable solutions. Probably by now as you read you are thinking "this guy just can't say enough good things" and I can't. It is a program my wife relys on. You know...a happy wife is a happy home....!!!!! Now I am happy.

Great App. I got this app as a free one, but it would only hold 5 groups and 5 email per group. So I broke down and paid for it...I was shocked at how great this app works. I lead four different volunteer groups and I send about 58-80 emails a week to big groups of people. This app saved my life since some of these groups have 60 plus people in them. If you send a bunch of email to different groups then this is the app for you, and since I use my iPad as my laptop now I never check my mail on my big computer. :)

A must have for any business that communicates with groups of people. Without this app, the iPhone would be forever relegated to the world of consumer devices. The app enables me to communicate with business teams across the country by simply typing in the group's name (no need to manually enter multiple email addresses). It may seem like an obvious function, but it's one which is NOT standard with the iPhone's mail client. The design and use is simple, and I have not had a single hiccup with group emails. It's flawless. The icing on the cake is their customer service. They are incredibly responsive. All emails are answered quickly and personally (not some form email resonse, but a personal email from the app's developer specifically responding to any questions you have). Highly, highly recommend this app to anyone who communicates by email with different groups!

Wow! What a great App.. I have been looking for something like this far too long but now that I have it I can't believe how easy it is to use and wish I had it long ago. So simple to use, very intuitive. With so many groups to communicate with this App has reduced the time I spend on sending emails to the time it takes to compose and send one email. No more adding name after name to the email, just one entry and off it goes to the group.

Best Group Email App. I have this app loaded on both my iPhone and iPad. It is very easy to create groups. The new sync feature is working great. I'm pleased that I can create a group and easily sync it to my other device. I have used the app now for close to 5 years and when I had questions, the support was rapid and helpful. I fully recommend this app if you need to email large groups. I also use their text app for large groups as well.

AWESOME APP!!!. I rarely write reviews and usually only when prompted but I love this app so much that I felt compelled to share my enthusiasm! I like to share and forward emails to my friends and family. So I created several Groups on my laptop to make this a simpler task but most of the time Im on my iPhone or iPad. For some reason I've been unable to create and send Group emails on those devices without selecting each contact one by one...until Mailshot! This app is exactly what I've been needing and is going to make forwarding emails to groups of people SO MUCH EASIER! Well worth the $3.99. Read the instructions to learn how to create Groups quickly and easily. At first I thought you had to add them one by one but that is not the case. You can select them from your entire contact list and add multiple contacts to a Group all at once...it's AWESOME!

Do not download. This is a revision to my original 5 star review of this app. Worked great at first. Sent group emails with no problem and everyone received them. Now, it's turned for the worse. Doesn't work well at all after about a week. I began noticing spell check wasn't working when I'd send an email using one of my group contacts I had set up. And when I went to "sent mail" to check the outgoing email, the formatting of the words in the email would be messed up with odd symbols that I did not type such as equal signs in the middle of sentences. And the emails were not received by the other parties. I am going to delete the app and never look back. I love my iPhone 4S, but Geez, my old BlackBerry handled group contacts with ease. I would have thought Apple could have figured out how to do it too. Maybe RIM/BlackBerry are not "behind" after all.

Great App!!. MailShot Pro is a very user-friendly and efficient app. Since it works through your email program, you can send both email and text messages. I wanted to find something that is quick and easy to configure. And, at the same time, get the job done. I am senior pastor of a church. I send a lot of group emails to my congregation. I have been very pleased with MailShot Pro.

Mailshot Pro works well; I recommend it. On the iPad, you name a new group and hit the "return" key when using a "physical" keyboard. This took me a couple of tries to figure out. Otherwise, this app worked intuitively and solved a problem I had -- how to create an e-mail group on the iPad. I recommend this app to anyone who wants to create mailing lists on the iPad. The app can also import an e-mail address group from the Mac's address book, which is also a handy feature.

Format doesn’t work.. There’s no way to increase font size. I can’t format my email.

It's perfect!. This app does just what I wanted it to do and it was extremely easy to learn. Groups are created easily, edited easily and with just a tap on the group name you can see all the members of the group. I appreciate this app since it enables me to create distribution lists with no effort something I could not do before which was very frustrating. This app has saved me hours of effort when sending emails using my IPad mail.

Mary. This has always been my favorite app for sending group emails on my iPad. After I downloaded IOS9, I was experiencing some problems. I deleted the app then re-installed it. There are some differences in how it works, but it works. Also, when you open MailShot go to the QuickStart guide and there is a new tutorial video. This was very helpful when you need to forward an email to a group.

Wonderful App. Glad I found this App

Message only pretends to send but never really goes.... It makes the swoosh sound but is never actually sent. Then the email is just gone! No draft, no sent copy, nothing! My own email is on the list and I don't get a copy either! I bcc the list so no one sees everyone else's email and is vulnerable to spam. And every time I do this, the message just sounds like it is sent but then just disappears into oblivion. I have tried canceling the message once I am done composing it, and the opening the draft again and sending the draft. That is SOMETIMES an effective workaround, but I am super mad that AGAIN this month I lost the email I had just worked 45 minutes on which had all the pricing calculations and dates for a coop food order which I manage with a local group. I don't know what would be easier, just trying all the emails out of my contacts every month, or rewriting the message several times until it actually sends for real. There shouldn't need to be some bass akward workaround for a paid app.

Works. I was flabbergasted to find that my iPad could not e-mail to the Groups I've set up in Contacts (shame on you, Apple!) and set out to find an App-around. First downloaded and tried the free version of Mailshot. Buoyed by my success, I sprung for the full version. Easily set up a Group of 20 (unfortunately, Mailshot doesn't work with Groups you've already set up) and composed an e-mail to them. Sent it and it went nowhere (just as a previous reviewer complained). Looked at the support page which suggested that switching Apps after addressing (which I did) might mess things. Tried again, leaving the addressing to last, and all's well.

This is a Great App !. Greetings, I love my iPhone. It has made my life on the road a whole lot better. The only issue I had with it was its inability to develop Distribution lists. Then I found MailShot. Simple, perfect and easy to use. Recently I was attempting to figure out how to share a distribution list with a fellow employee. I could not find the answer so I sent an email to MailShot support. Not only did they respond, they responded on the same day and with a great answer! Great App, Great Support. And at a Great Price! Job Well Done!

Great Time Saving App. Finally, I send lots of emails each day from my iPad to various groups. Before this app I was using the iPad contacts and was unable to set up groups. I set up 10 groups, some with as many as 25 contacts, in a flash using mailshot pro. MailShot makes it easy to create expanded groups by allowing you to use an existing group to make a new group. The new groups you create appear in your contacts . It is suggested you add the group to your email by clicking on the plus sing in the new email. I found it works the suggested way but (unintentionally) found it also worked if you enter the group from the contacts directly in the "To: or CC" captions too. Editing the groups was very easyl. If you require groups and have been frustrated with the apple contacts, this is for you. Not much to say but simple to use and it works!

Wonderfull!. Finally, a way to make a group to send messages from my iPhone. My main computer, for whatever reason, isn't connecting to Internet. I need to send messages out to groups of people. I have tried all kinds of things, to no avail. I was just getting ready to make a note on my phone and then type in every address for every person in each group and hope that I could then copy and paste each group I wanted into each message. Luckily, I found I had purchased this a while back and hadn't used it. It is perfect. It gets a ten with me. I know the rating only goes to 5. Just thinking of all the time and effort I was going to spend and all the hours I have already spent trying to come up with a solution gives this app a Ten. :) One suggestion: Always have the Plus a new contact at the top of the list. I kept having to slide down to the bottom of my list to add a new contact. As my list got longer, it was harder to do.

Best Group Email. This is great. You can send multiple photos, videos, etc. you can select all of a group or part of a group and then add contacts one by one. You can add all kinds of attachments in one email. Save templates! Easy to use and always works with no crashes. I sent 34 pics so fast I couldn't believe it went so smoothly and rapidly. Great value app! Finally a real group mail app and the bonus, you don't have to leave the app to do anything. Also thanks for such rapid response to a question I had. Almost immediate reply from customer service....

Excellent App - A Winner. Been looking for an app like this since the iPhone/iPad hit the marketplace. Setting up distribution lists is easy. The app works with all of my contacts including those on my Exchange server. This app has made my work load so much easier. I know the use of the word "awesome"has become overused. But I do not know another word to you. Congratulate developers for a wonderful app. An update: A great app the anyone who has need for a distribution list. It JUST WORKS!!! I have had questions on using the app on my new iPhone 6+ and submitted my question to the developer. In no time I had a response and was able to correct the problem. What a great app with awesome support.

EASY to add Groups to your contacts list! Get the Pay Version!. Is EXACTLY what you need to add groups to your email contacts. I find it disgusting that Ipad makes you PAY for an app like this when this should have been stardard. The pay version of this app allows you to add tons of groups and tons of entries within the groups. The Free version is limited - kind of useless unless you have under 5 people in the group. Pay and get what you need. Very EASY to set up. My only suggestion is that I had to add each contact to the group in a separate action - couldn't select multiple contacts, then just add the selected ones all at the same time. Once set up though, you can email to groups right from the email program. Works GREAT! Thanks!

Best of BB in iPhone. Really not happy to pay for an app that should be there already. However it is well worth the money to make my iPhone email like my old Blackberry. Which was the only thing I liked about BB. I email several groups between business and sports and this app was the answer. Haven't had it long but so far it's been what it says. And making/editing groups is easy.

Just what I needed!. Easy to use!

Great work app. This app has already paid for itself after a few days of use. I need to advise key players from my company and vendor support of timely issues from my iPhone, and couldn't pull distribution lists from Outlook. This merges both into a simple, straight forward application that takes seconds to pull from contacts or adding ad hoc email addresses. Its worth the four bucks.

Perfect!. Installed in seconds, made 1st group in one minute, sent test email. Everyone received the test email. This app works perfectly. Although seems expensive as far as apps go, I can't complain as it seems to work great. What really stuns me is how this isn't a feature on the iPhone anyway! I just switched from a blackberry to the iPhone 4s. Blackberry had this feature, and it was quite easy to use. Now, if only this app applied to texting too! Then it would really be worth every penny! I highly recommend this app for everyone looking to email to pre-made groups.

MailShot Pro rating -- OK+. Took me a long time to figure out that MailShot put its "Group" into the Address book as a single contact ... No instructions in that regard that I could find ... and then when you click on the MailShot "contact" it shows up as one contact, and I haven't figured out how to see what names it contains. A much more intuitive interface would be to bring up the list of email addresses, and let the users delete some they don't want that email to go to.... and allow searching for names in the group, which Apple USED to do in Mail ... So far so good otherwise...

Easy to Use Group Email App. I am writing this review so that hopefully it will assist others in figuring out the best app for their task. I downloaded the iPhone pro version which works equally as well on the iPad. I have an iPhone 5 and iPad 2 with 8.1 iOS installed. For clarity, you can add multiple people from your contacts list one at a time to send out a mass email, but the problem with Mail it doesn't without some onerous steps allow you to create a group email list by name, add the respective email recipients to your group email and keep them for future or repeated use. This is where MailShot Pro comes in handy. It basically does all the work for you by scanning you contacts list it allows you to create and name a group email and then add, delete and rearrange emails in your group. Once, you are done hit update go to Mail and select the name of your Group email and you are ready to send your email blast.

Works Well. Just got an iPad and I found out pretty quickly that it does not support group emails. I use that feature a lot and found this application and it works great. It took a little bit for me to figure out how to use it, but once I did, I was very pleased. The one thing that took me a little while to figure out was that within the group you can select or deselect who gets email, and once I did that I was real happy with that option. So I'm very happy with my first app that I have blocked. Well worth the price for the convenience that it provides.

Exactly What I Was Looking For. This app is exactly what I needed. I needed the ability to email approx 60 people several times a month and was working on putting together a text file with all the email addresses in it when I stumbled across MailShot. Very easy to use and does the job. My only complaint (and maybe I'm doing something wrong), I wish the cursor/field would default to the email address field when adding addresses manually. It's a nuisance to have to select the field each time. Other than that, probably the best $4 I've spent on an app.

Fantastic. I have been trying to use contact groups on my IOS devices, but they didn't work. I just found this app that solves my problem. I loved being able to import my groups from Contacts. This is so easy to use and works perfectly. This will save me lots of time since I must write to several large groups of people. Thank you so much for solving a problem in an easy to use app.

Customer service. After a recent update something didn't work the way it use to, I sent an email and a request to put it back the way it was. Peter answered in a very timely fashion and although the explanation part didn't come through, for whatever reason, I continued to email and he continued to answer till it came. Not many customer services would be this persistent and thorough. Top notch !!!! Dick O An update to my previous review. After losing a feature in the last update, I contacted customer support and expressed my unhappiness with that situation. MailShot app. Great app for group email and easy to use!

Customer Service. I had a little trouble getting App to work properly, mostly due to my own fault. I contacted support and somewhat to my surprise, they got back to me almost immediately. They listed several possible causes for my issue & also told me how to fix each one. One of the fixes worked perfectly and the app works exactly as advertised. Very pleased with the functionality but even more so with the customer service.

Easy for this techno-idiot. Took me all of 5 minutes to make my group of 10 and send out my first group email. Worked perfectly! Follow the instructions closely and you'll be group emailing in short order and unlike another reviewer states, your group email will display all the individual members of the group....at least it does for my group of 10. Good app. and easily worth the 4 bucks.

Great app. This is an easy to use app which fills a real need for creating emails to set groups of contacts. I must admit that I am terribly disappointed that the functionality of this app is not included in Apple Mail. But since it is not, this app fills that void. It works well, and is well documented along with easy to understand and brief training videos. I would highly recommend this app to anyone who has a need for regularly sending emails to standard groups of contacts.

Simplified my life. I couldn't believe Apple hadn't included an option in the Mail program for sending to groups. I was told in my One-to-One Session this was because Mail is not geared toward business. Well, as a busy mom, I need group emails for everything! Emails to baseball teams, PTA members, neighbors. This app answered the need and does it with such a user-friendly interface. My only slight hang up was understanding that my "group" was now listed as a "contact" when I went to send the mail. No more cutting and pasting mail lists. Awesome app!

Lifesaver. I was ready to through my iPad out the window when I discovered I could not do group mail. I am new to the apple world and I thought they were everything to everyone-----well they are because there are so many great apps like MailShot Pro. Great time saver!. If you are tired of adding contacts one at a time to your emails this will make things a whole lot easier. Simple idea, well done. Allows you to send and reply to groups of emails fast and easy. It creates an contact in your address book with multiple email addresses quickly. The nice part is they of course sync nicely with iCloud and show up instantly on all your devices like any other contact. If you need to send out emails to groups daily like I do, it is a nice solution until Apple ever gets around to adding a feature for Group mail to iOS.
