Disappointed. I've played this game for 2 years and I thought of how fun to decorate and bake on days I needed to past time. Since the letting go of your many employees, I'm disappointed that the 'Wednesday Updates' every week no longer exist. I thought the idea behind firing people is to better your games? At least its what I read. I didn't mind so much on expensive crates and decors to purchase but that you got greedy by taking away free diamonds. I have purchased a lot on this game and now as one of your loyal customers I feel that you don't really care about the service you provide. I stop purchasing due to this and the fact that you recycled the same oven and food to bake from your Restaurant Story. Really?! You didn't think we'd notice?? I didn't realized how unimaginative the Storm 8 team had become. I have stopped playing consistently and probably won't be playing as much or any until the game has improve to each original thoughtful and creative teams that made me excited from the beginning. 😐👉🤦‍♀️ Sincerely, Dissapointed.

I love this cute simple game:). This game is the perfect game to spend free time. It isn’t stressful or overwhelming at all which i personally love, and it doesn’t take any skill either. I used to play bakery story many years ago but I got it back now and I love it even more. My favorite part is designing my own bakery with all the different options and decor I can choose from. There is also so many various dishes to make and some I’ve never heard of. I found myself googling some and learning about different cultures dessert dishes. Another part of this game that brings me joy is my wall where ppl write sweet messages. You may have heard people say before that it’s the little things that people do and the simple “tipped! have a good day/night” proves that to be true. So overall, if you are looking for something fun but not stressful, cute, addicting, friendly and much more i recommend getting bakery story. :)

I like the bakery story. But it keep going into processing after it does that stays in processing and it doesn’t come out of processing, when it do that I can’t do anything in the Bakery store, so I have to delete it and re-download is back to My IPhone This has to be done three or four times a day. Also I’m having the same problem with the Restaurant Story, so if I’m going to keep it on my IPhone I have to proceed to delete and re-download both stories the Bakery Story And The Restaurant Store three or four times a day until you fix the problem. Yes I only like these two Stories, Another thing..when the restaurant Store finally stop processing the food that’s spoiled I can replace it, but after I do replace it the image of the last cooking is still there. This is what takes place after the processing is done, Thank you

Relaxing. Hi! I have been playing this game for a loooooong time. I love it to pieces and if it discontinued I would be very sad. I only rated it 4 stars because I feel that to changes should happen in the game, one very major one. I feel that when you give your neighbors a gift, they should make a select all button so you don't have to click one by one on a nbr when gifting. The major problem I have is that, I am an African American girl, and almost all of the characters that enter the bakery or that you can buy are caucasian and maybe some that appear Spanish. They won't even let you have a profile that is my race! Its either white boy or white girl...Can you please change that because I find it very crazy that some bakery have to put there name as ”BLACK GIRLS KITCHEN” or something like that to show that there are black. Just please allow a black boy and girl AND Spanish or whatever race to the profiles at least. My bakery id is atbeautycakes101 if you want to see my bakery look. Thank you

Bakery Story. I have been playing since 2008 when my husband won an Ipod and gave it to me!!! I love this game!!!! I wind down from work playing it and I absolutely love the fact I can put it down for months (Usually Summer Months because I am too busy enjoying life to be stuck on my cell), I can pick it back up without a problem. Whats very annoying to me is some of the players who always play who try to guilt-shame you and constantly come to your comments warning you that if they don’t see you playing they are going to delete you or the ones who say do not comment on their wall for some odd reason. But other then that I enjoy the game and have been for years! I will suggest that if you have people who don’t want you to comment in their walls if you could have a disable comments feature. By the way the players who come to my wall warning me if I am not a “everyday” player they are going to delete me, I’m glad I can delete them. Its only a game and not real life. Like I said they are so annoying.

Love the game but I have an issue with Gift Back. I have recently rediscovered this game and forgot how much I enjoy it. I find myself playing it all the time. I do have two issue that I think should be considered for a change. First, why is it that only the golden knob can be sent when the gift back button is selected in messages? Why can we not hit this same button and select from the multitude of options like when you go to a person’s bakery to send a gift? The golden knob is not the only item people need or want. It would be helpful to all of us if we got to choose what we send from this function. Second, why does it take so long to be able to add appliances to the bakery? I don’t remember it ever taking this long to get an oven or drink machines. I do not like that I have to wait 3-4 levels or pay a high price to have another oven do that I can move up in the game. That is dumb in my opinion.

Love it!!!!. I’ve been playing this game for years. It’s the only game on have on my phone. I’ve downloaded several games but I end up deleting after a couple of weeks. This game has been on my phone for years now it’s crazy how a person can get attached to something. I know some people that download the game and delete right away. They say it’s to time consuming. I don’t see how haha. I mean all you do is decorate your bakery, tip your friends and bake your goodies. Then wait for your “cha-ching” bell to ring and go collect your food and $$. I guess people have different taste. Lol. I have about 200 friends I play daily and gift and play all goal parts. Only bad thing about me is I don’t post on other’s walls I tip their tables but won’t let them know I do lol 🤷🏻‍♀️. I gave this game stars but quickly deleted it and gave them only for the reason is they need to make a “ select all “ button. I have to many friends to be clicking them one by one when I gift them. Soooooo creators of this game. Make my gaming a little easier by adding a select all button when gifting items. Please pretty please lol. Other than that this game is awesome.

Full of ads and super outdated.. I used to play this a long long time ago but now it’s just rampant with ads, video ads that suddenly pop up and you have to sit through for 30 seconds and a tiny exit button at the end so you almost always get sent to the App Store. It’s also still in 2013 basically. The keyboard was never updated for later phone versions so it’s tiny, there’s zero accessibility options for anything. It takes forever to load neighbor lists, walls, community. It’s clear the developers just forgot about this app, and it’s just so tedious to play with slow loading on everything and all the unwanted ads. The only thing they seemed to change were the goals, and they’ve intentionally made it harder so you have to spend actually money to get by. Instead of 12 & 12 parts for a new oven it’s now 28 & 12 or whatever the numbers. I have seen countless neighbor and community messages complaining. The developers just don’t care about this app, and it’s so sad to see something I grew up with die like this.

Not The Same Game I Started With. I’ve been playing this game for years and overall, it’s not a bad game. I’ve always liked how slow-paced the game was, and they used to add new content almost every week. But, I guess with new management, it has gone through some changes that I don’t particularly like. For example, they shortened the goals from 30 to 15 days, which really wasn’t too bad until they later increased the need to have more parts to build appliances than you receive in gifts and requests from neighbors. I hate the change they made in the Bonus gems where they have these offers to sign up for stuff to get gems, instead of just viewing ads or trying games. Don’t know if that was an Apple thing or what but I don’t like it. Also, they don’t seem to care about fixing the “Processing ...” bug when the game will just get stuck “Processing..” and hang there until you force-close the game. This happens most when you return to the game that has been “minimized” and running in the background. Now, with this recent update, they force you to watch an ad when you try to serve your food. It hits you the moment you open the game and begin to play. That I do NOT like one bit and will try to reinstall an older version of the game. So, a decent 4-⭐️star game is now to 2-⭐️ game, thanks to indifference and maybe greed. I don’t know but I wish they had the old Teamlava crew, instead of this Storm8/Zynga(??) bunch.

Expensive. Okay, I want to start saying this game is great, but honestly, everything is seriously WAY too overpriced. I saved my money up for an ice cream maker and when I bought it... guess what? I need to spend like 70 gems to actually craft it. And the “free gems” thing is a total fake. It doesn’t give you the gems afterwards! And the only way to earn gems is by completing super hard quests that only give you like two gems. And there should be a confirmation button when you purchase something. I’ve accidentally spent so much coins and gems I can’t even count. Most things take way too long to bake. Sure, cookies, brownies and muffins don’t take much time but they only give you like 110, 130, or 140. Which isn’t much compared to how fast the customers eat. And the quests? Well, most of them make you spend a lot for only a little in return, for example, one of my quests wants me buy something that cost 40,000. But it only gave me 3,000 as a reward. I mean, come on people!

Corrupted. I’ve been playing this game since I was a kid and coming back to it…let’s just say I’m disappointed. At first, I expected maybe a visual update, more recipes, etc… but I think the only new thing about it is all the unwanted advertisements!! Wow is it hard to find a game that won’t spam ads in your face constantly. Along with other reviewers, I received non stop ads just trying to load the game in, to which sometimes it’s just impossible to escape them, evidently showing how much they would rather you play the other games they have developed. It’s even constantly glitchy. I never buy gems but now that I’m older I could spare a few for some gems, I wanted to spend on decor. I tried to buy a neon heart sign, to which the game ate my gems and the sign doesn’t even show anywhere. I remember getting gems as a kid was such a pain, and now that I am able to buy them, they can just disappear? It’s not easy to get gems and they are still pricey. With the option to get free gems through ads, you’d think they’d leave it at that but no, you still get unwanted ads constantly just to get nothing in return. It’s disappointing that something that had been loved by many just seems like a cash grab now.

Done. After playing for at least 5 years, I am done with this game. First off, they shortened the time frame for goals. They used to be 30 days and are now 15. I play this game in my FREE time so it takes me about a week to just gather all the parts I need let alone even start on the goal. I also noticed that the prices went up on all the goal items. Since I am maxed on levels and have millions of currency this is not really an issue for me, but to players just starting out or on lower levels it just doesn’t seem fair. Also, the “free gems” button (lets you watch 10 ads every 24 hours to earn 10 free gems) idk what kind of rig y’all did to it but I can never get past watching 5 anymore because it tells me the video could not load or something. So there go my free gems. And on the subject of gems, the final straw as to why I am deleting this game...There is a button for “Bonus Gems” that has other ways for you to earn gems. I picked the Lords Mobile one and the terms were to ‘reach castle level 12’ in the game and i’d be rewarded 167 gems for my bakery. Well I reached castle level 12 and got no bonus gems. I sent Storm8 ‘tickets’ (because apparently they do not resolve anything through emails) to try and resolve the issue and they kept closing my tickets. I just wanted to let everyone else know incase anyone else has any of these problems. And I also wanted to say how crappy the customer service is. & rant over.

Please fix this!. First of all, I do enjoy this game. I’ve had it well over three years and have played on and off during that time. However, like I’ve seen many people pointing out, it just isn’t the same. The whole pop-up ad situation is quite annoying. I can be in the middle of serving my food and my game freezes and then proceeds to play a 30 second ad for a game or app. Which I can live with that, 30 seconds isn’t that long, I might be annoyed for a few moments but then I can exit out of it and go back to playing. The thing that really irks me though, is how I’m brought to the App Store to download said advertised game. I never click on anything but the ‘x’ so why am I being brought here to download it? Also when I go back into the Bakery Story app -after exiting out of the App Store- the game freezes and then kicks me out to my home screen. I then have to go back into the game wait for it to load, and go through more pop-up ads and videos. This is extremely annoying, and time consuming, especially when I’m just trying to check the game real quick before getting back to whatever I may be doing. PLEASE fix this!

Stop the videos!. I have been a fan of this app for a few years now. I have always loved it. It took me a bit to figure out how to time everything to finish the goal but somehow I have learned to master it, most of time. This past year I started counting how many pop up screens would show up when first accessing the app. The most has been 7 before you can even start playing! I think that’s a bit much. But while you start playing, some more promoting the game of the week pops up and if you are in the middle of something the next thing you know you’re on your way to the App Store to not download an app. What happen to the days where you saw the app on the side of the bakery and if you want it you click if you don’t, you don’t? Now things are way worse where as your starting to clear your baked goods you are forced to watch the same ad for the same app every time you are clearing the baking items. Why? I sometimes only have a few minutes to play on a break and i am stuck watching videos of an app that I don’t want and waiting for 7 pop ups to pass before I can do anything. Make it stop! I understand that the company is probably paid for advertising but must we watch it every time we enter the app? Every time? Ugh! I think it’s a great app but there are some things that are not enjoyable and I don’t know if anyone is really going to read this to do anything about it.

Pretty good game but could use improvements. I really enjoy this game but often, it’s slow in loading, because of the process issue. Also, I would prefer it if there was more time to complete goals, especially because not everyone has the time to play each goal of this game and complete all of them. Seriously, most people are busy and just living their lives and it’s nearly impossible to finish a lot of the goals in this app game, unless someone decides to spend real money from a credit card or something like that, so that’s my personal opinion and also, problem with this game. Although, it’s a pretty good game, I like the fact that I can earn gems by simply watching videos, makes it a lot easier, I feel like. Anyway, I really enjoy this app game, overall and it’s a lot of fun. It’s good for passing the time, so, for the most part a good game, just needs some improvements and adjustments, however, I like it overall.

Awesome App, Fun to Play...One Glitch!. This app is really fun to play, making food and all, adding neighbors and stuff. Once you get going on the game you save up a lot of money if you get active neighbors and customers get to eat food while your away. But there are a couple frustrating glitches! Say I am playing this game and I am collecting tips from my tables. I get to the third table and then the “processing...” message comes up. You would think it would eventually go away but nope! This causes me to have to restart the whole app which gets really annoying because I just want to play!!! Another glitch, when you have served you food you baked, it shows the final steps to completing the food, then transfers it to the counter where it can be eaten. In my situation, it serves the food, but still shows the image of the cooked item on my oven and it won’t go away unless you bake something else! Fix it please!!!

PLEASE sue the game makers if this is happening to you!. I never write reviews but my account was permanently banned when I contacted customer support. I complained that I was watching ads to receive x2 coins and was never receiving them. I explained that this is fraud, and highly illegal as they are cheating players like us to receive money off of watching useless ads. They responded back a couple days later asking for a screen recording but unfortunately there is no way I could have documented that in the past. Just to give them what they want I attached a video (which unfortunately did give me the x2 coins). Moments later I got an email back from them issuing a permanent ban on my account. Somewhere along the lines it said I was “harassing, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, and hateful”. Overall they threw a bunch of violations at me which made no sense because they still did not acknowledge the situation at hand and banned me so I can’t prove them anymore. If this is happening to you as well, make sure you speak up. Game makers like this should be sued. Instead of providing support and care like any other customer care team, they refuse to acknowledge fault and will BAN you if you speak out.

I love this game however.... This game has been a favorite of mine for years. I loved the creativity of others and how cute everything is. However recently the app has become annoying. The ads used to bug me but now I feel like I’m not always bombarded by them. I’m happy to say that the app no longer crashes for me. The major issue I have right now started with the recent update from a few weeks ago. Full screen support was added. This, I had no problems with. Except for one thing. When you visit a neighbor, the star rating bar used to be in the bottom center of the screen. Now it’s been moved to the bottom left. This wouldn’t be an issue except that now the star rating bar covers the Menu button that is in the bottom left of the screen. Idk if that’s just a problem for iPhone users but it’s quite aggravating and it makes tipping neighbors a hassle since it’s so hard to click the menu button now. I hope the developers see this and fix the problem. Everyday it bugs me and I’m just about ready to quit the app. It would be sad for me to leave since I love the app but this problem is very annoying.

NO LONGER HAPPY WITH GAME SETUP. I really loved this game when I started. It didn’t take me long to reach level 99. I’ve been playing a very long time, but in the past year, I have lost over 30 neighbors. They get fed up w/ the game and quit. I have thought of quitting, too, but I’ve invested a lot of $, time, and have made some wonderful friends on here. My 2 major complaints are: We’ll never get to build the beautiful ovens that we all looked forward to building. Instead we build ovens that require too many parts, you end up spending real $ to buy diamonds just to finish a goal. The other complaint I have is: In my opinion, the new company that bought bakery story is greedy and doesn’t care about their thousands of players all over the world. They won’t answer emails or help anyone who has a problem. And just food for thought, it would be awesome if we could get rid of the stupid ads that keep popping up @ the most inconvenient times. Other than this, I love my neighbors and enjoy interacting with them on Bakery, and love decorating my own bakery throughout the year.

It’s fun but needs work. I really enjoy the game but there are way too many ads and there’s no option to pay to remove them. It would be amazing if the makers of the game allowed us to pay like a dollar or something to remove the ads. It really needs a good update as well. I went like 3 years where I didn’t have the game and I downloaded it back a few months ago and it still looks the same as it did. I also think the amount of gifts you can send and receive should be higher. You should be able to gift and receive to and from all of your neighbors. Not just 20. It makes goals take so long. Another thing that’s really needlessly time consuming is having to search through a loooong list of items to gift. I love that the new goals are right there up front of the list but then after that there is zero organization. Even if they separated them alphabetically that would make it a bit easier.

Needs work but fun!. This is a fun game, I’ve played on and off for years! People of all ages play this game and even seniors. However, they need to integrate the ability to send pictures. They can set up a way to block anything explicit. They get millions, if not billions of dollars, but can’t do this for us?? They most certainly can. They need to make it so we can send longer messages and pictures to other players! I meet kind people across the world, and even here where I live, yet I can’t send pictures or long enough messages, a common complaint from players. Why won’t they spend some money to make this a 5-star game?? And the way they set up the pop ups as soon we get onto our bakery to get our fingers to accidentally press them really shows the character of the app creators or whoever is in charge of that, so shameful. But anyways, it’s a great game and very addicting!

Needs Improvement. This game is so nostalgic for me, I used to spend lots of time playing this game to escape the stress of my life and it hold a special place in my heart. That being said, I can’t even play the game because it crashes every 2-3 minutes and this is a serious problem. The crashing bug needs fixed FIRST, and secondly there need to be renewed old events to unlock recipes/etc. Those are my main concerns, but there are also bugs with getting gems and shortened event times which make it hard to obtain the prizes and goals we want. This game is so fun when it’s working properly and I hope a developer will take the time to read this and fix the game. Don’t lose your long time players of years and years just to try and “keep up” with new games. There’s a reason people keep playing this game after all these years and if you change the fundamentals of that, it’s not the game we know and love anymore. Sincerely, Bittersweet Fan

Addictive but Glitchy. I’m one of those on again-off again players. Recently switched to iOS and decided to give this game another go after some years off. Still has that lovely addictive and calming effect. Issue is that the very reason I stopped playing is STILL AN ISSUE after YEARS. So like, a few minutes ago this little quest thingy pops up and says something along the lines of it being April but did I do some April fools something and takes me to the buy 18 tiles with like two other parts to this quest. Cool—no biggie. I’ll just buy some of those cute swirly paint looking tiles. Buy quite a few of them and then “processing” pops up with the little spinny-thingie. Hmmmmm... what do you know that the tiles I bought aren’t even available until level 12! Fine, I’ll accept that. But then it removes the tiles as if never bought BUT the coins used to buy them at 800 each is never returned. Love that you can earn diamonds watching vids but those glitches remind me to never EVER spend real world money for in-game purchases.

Needs big improvements. This game can be very frustrating because it seems like you don’t get anywhere because your gems are always used up by accidentally pressing ONE button and if you email them about it, they do not return your gems. So I can only save up my coins to expand my bakery.. very time consuming & frustrating because it costs so much.. thinking about quitting and I’ve been a loyal customer (yes paying real money to them) and playing for years. They need to fix their many bugs, make it to where neighbors are able to press the “send to all” button about any gift - not just the golden knob, make it to where we can see when our neighbor was last active(to see who still plays), make items less expensive *** and especially make it to where there is a “are you sure about this purchase?” button if I click on an item to purchase because I keep wasting my gems and also make the length of goals longer.. *** I could keep going! PLEASEEEE read your reviews & change something!! The people have spoke.

Great game lots of fun. This game is a success. I like building and baking. I love the ads and interactive play game it should be real in my city. Great for all ages. Thanks. More of everything is better. You could add a way to earn prizes to buy online. Like a sweepstake. I’m lucky to find this game years ago on Tagged. I wish I CREATED this game. This my favorite and I have a second favorite. I do software. This is a great thing you did. Bakery Story is exactly what it is. Sims is fun game but unpredictable like this. Virtual Family is my favorite but they changed the name. You guys have Bakery two but I have play limited. I hope I can get to 99 it goes through technical issue but this is new. I’m kind of new being USA country. You tell us what your looking for because I want to be a winner. What is my success as a Bakery Story game player. This is inspire me to have a Bakery Story. I used to love it. This game was fun and relaxing at the same time. The goals and the time to complete them were good. Now, they give you half the time and ask for many more parts to build appliances on the first goal. The second goal is impossible achieve with neighbors gifts alone. They offer a $4.99 purchase to help with parts, but that has also changed, now the reduced the number of parts you get. I loved it when some of the short term goals were to buy the tables, chairs, counters, and other attainable items. Big problem is that not all the neighbors respond to your requests. Some of the players just download the game to receive the gems that are offered in other games, and they never play again. Another problem is that you can only receive 20 gifts a day, while you might have hundred plus to visit and to give gifts. I know the primary objective of these games is for the owners of the company to make money, but it’s just too much.

No longer so much fun!. I have been playing this game for many years. It used to be fun, and I made many friends in the game. There used to be enough time to complete the goals. Now, however, we are given multiple conflicting goal to complete before we get the prizes. Although the creativity of the recipes is great, it is outweighed by the sheer numbers of items needed to bake, and the long hours required to bake them. I stick around because I enjoy talking to my friends, not because I care about meeting the goals. To be sure, the goals can be met by spending lots of money, but it’s sad that it’s no longer enjoyable. I did try, once, to see if I could complete the goals, but after doing so, it wasn’t worth the money I spent. From all the comments, it seems that I’m not alone in how I feel about it now. I wish the developers would listen more to the players and make it fun again. I compare what’s going on in my other game to what is happening here, and there really is no comparison. The developers in the other game take their players seriously and listen to them. In this game, they don’t listen at all!

Updates please. The “gift back” button should gift the exact same item back like it does in restaurant story. The news feed should keep all activity for who is tipping, not who responded for my request for help when that info is already on the page for gifts. I should be able to decide if I want comments on or off without blocking people or at least be able to do a “delete all” for the comments wall. Listen to your players: the parts need to be sectioned off in the gift section as food, goal parts, and basic parts. It’ll make it easier to find what you need. AND/Or even better, when you click on an unfinished oven in yours or your neighbor’s bakery, the parts menu can auto scroll down to the parts necessary to build that particular oven. Also, don’t like how short the goal time is. I’ve missed 2 goals and have a wall full of neighbors who don’t play daily. Because if this, I’ve declared myself a non-goal player and will delete the game once I am unable to expand anymore.

Forced to restart too often. I’ve been playing this gam for yrs and I’m not sure what kind of glitch it has. I have emailed and written about this before, but I am forced to restart my phone several times a day when I go into the game because it just spins and my popularity drops while doing so. I have no choice because I’m not able to do anything because the screen is just spinning so I have to restart because nothing else works. Oh and the ads that we are now forced to watch, really! Why? The game is boring it’s the same stuff over and over new recipes and ovens and expensive wallpaper and flooring along with tables & chairs. Instead of forcing us to watch ads, add many games or something. The energy that you all tried to put in the bakery story 2 it could’ve been put in bakery story and made it better. It definitely needs more work than new recipes. Maybe an option to tip and gift all, its time consuming. How about an option other than cooking to earn some of the items that’s needed for the appliances. How about a way to earn unlimited gifts? If nothing else please look into the issue that causes me to restart. It’s not my phone, this has happened on all my devices.

Theres nothing free about this game. Let’s start with in order to expand your bakery you need to get your apple cash ready as is almost impossible to buy it with your bakery coins. Also, the price for the expansions increases, making it now impossible to Expand. The free coins for playing daily is a fake, I play daily and it always keeps me on day one. When you’re away and return back, it gives you the opportunity to watch a video and earn double, so I wait a couple hours to get the most coins, and it just happens that the video “failed to play” when I earned the most coins, this happens every time, how convenient! The challenges gives you unrealistic timing to complete, and have to spend tons of coins to buy useless ovens that cost a ton of parts. All challenges required you to spend tons of coins for a fraction of the return. The pop ups are ridiculous, you are baking food and “boom!” You’re in the Apple Store downloading and app you don’t want. Earning diamonds are almost impossible to obtain, you have to spend real money to get them. Hope you understand the tittle now

Great game but 1 complaint. I’ve had this game for years and its still not boring to me! This game is a game were you can expand your bakery, decorate it, and you can bake things. You can also friend people and they can tip you and you can tip them. Tips are $20 each and one star for leveling up. As the more you level up, the more things you can bake and decorate with. There is so much to do and it never gets boring. Now time for the little complaint… something that is always happening to me is that the food always get expired so quickly. I’m not sure if its my timing and I don’t pay attention to the time but everyday my food gets expired and it’s annoying and a waste of my coins/money. Other than that this game is great. For other people they may not like the fact that some of that the foods takes hours of days but to me thats not a problem. Like the pumpkin pie takes 2 days. For me it gives me the option to watch an ad to skip 2 hours of waiting. Also you can watch ads for free gems! You can also decorate your bakery very nicely. You can change the floors, walls, tables, chairs, counter, coffee maker, stoves, and everything else they offer. Some things are a little pricey but you can always save up. This game is so amazing and it never gets boring to me. Download it now!

Fun game, but ads make it nearly unplayable.. I gotta be honest—I only downloaded this game initially because my girlfriend wanted someone to tip her café every day, but ended up legitimately enjoying it. It’s simple, relaxing, and even fun. Until you take into account that you probably spend half to two thirds of the time you’ve got the app open watching and clicking out of the endless stream of ads it forces down your throat. Normally, you only open it to collect and set out your baked goods and pop a couple more into the oven, which ought to take all of fifteen seconds. Nice little idle game. However, every time you open the app, you’re greeted before you have the chance to do anything with the same four ads telling you to install the publisher’s other games, etc. which take at least as long to get through (not to mention the other random fifteen to thirty second ads that pop up right before you do your last tap, meaning you can’t just close the app and call it done). It’s legitimately infuriating when you just want to play the game and instead of tasteful ad placement (not to mention tasteful ads—heaven knows the things that are advertised are not at all accurate to what you play in their little “mini games”), Storm decides that you’re not allowed to play until you go though every ad under the sun. If you’re fine with that, then this is the game for you. If not, don’t even touch this game—it’s fun, but it’ll just make you as mad as it made me.

Lazy updates, no service, tons of ads. I’ve been playing this game off and on for at least 5 years. I stopped for a while but started again 6 months ago (pandemic boredom). I was dismayed to see the game had barely changed, still very cumbersome to find any decor in the different item tabs/interface, still buggy and tedious to select friends when sending gifts or requesting help, still very little support presence. It seems like this is an old game that storm8 just doesn’t care much about so anything wrong with it they’re never gonna improve. But THE LAST STRAW was that after recently completing a game update there are now 3-4 kinds of pop-up ads, ads that you have to interact with to get them to go away, ads that are timed so you can’t just close them, ads that it’s hard to even find the X to close them, full-screen ads. It’s obnoxious and makes the game unplayable. Tbh even if this game were better (meaning decent updates, less recycling of old content, bug fixes, support) it wouldn’t be worth playing because of the friggin’ endless ads.

Calming. Honestly I don’t ever write reviews but I just played “Dancing Line” and after deleting it and then opening back up my bakery story account I felt a new appreciation lol. I used to play bakery story in 2013 when I first got an iPhone and I loved it but I stopped playing it and any other game I had downloaded due to wanting to spend less time on my phone and needing more storage space. I downloaded it again recently and it’s exactly the same as it always has been which makes me happy. The reason why I mentioned the app dancing line is because the ads on that app suffocate you. Bakery story is nowhere near as bad. If you get an ad it’s not a video you’re forced to wait through for 30 seconds every single minute you spend on the app. If you watch videos they are by choice. Ontop of that, dancing line made me feel really stressed because I had to keep repeating levels to progress forward. Bakery story isn’t like that, you can move at your own pace and continue and not be stuck in a loop. There are neighbors to socialize with, cute details, fun goals... overall I just love the setup of bakery story and how calming it is to play. Hopefully it continues being on the App Store for a long time.

I like it,...but. I’ve been playing Bakery Story off and on for for a while now, I’m back on the bakery wagon...currently at level 84. Here’s my issue. Every now and then there will be a way to get more gems by completing tasks by downloading and playing other games or completing request. I downloaded a game that promised 136 gems when I reached the requirement. When I did, I didn’t receive my gems. I filed a ticket and the company “Fyber” who just gave me the run around and never came through on their end. I sent them everything they requested, and nothing, when I said I was reporting them as a scam, they blocked me. I made a complaint through the BBB. there are many other complaints about the same thing that happened to me from other people. I’ll continue to play bakery story, but I won’t bother with trying to get extra gems ect. Also just an FYI...they’re are too many “ get later” pop ups, that interfere with the game. Please give an option to disregard them instead of clicking “get later”

Great game, but. I’ve been playing this game for years. I’ve always loved how slow paced it was. And with achieving goals you get rewarded significantly. There are changes that I am not happy about and it will eventually cause me to stop playing altogether. When trying to achieve goals we would normally get 30 days now you get 14, at best. You barely get a reward when finishing the goal. For the appliances you have soooo many parts to make them so it’s almost impossible to build more. Bc you don’t always get those parts from your neighbors. The ads are out of this world! They pop up so much I can’t steal away from my mom life to play bc I spend a lot of time watching ads. If I do not get to complete a goal that opens up more dishes, it doesn’t seem like we get another chance to complete that goal again. It’s frustrating bc these changes make it very hard to play. Also it takes away the fun and ease of playing. Why all these extra changes??? Please change it back or be prepared to lose more players

Funn !!. Ahh bakery story . I’ve been playing bakery story on and off for over 5 years . I love this game and would recommend it to anyone !! I love that you get to choose to watch ads for diamonds , to speed up your food , or for extra coins . It is so fun to decorate your bakery . Some things are expensive and you have to save up for , but that’s part of the game ! I love that you can add neighbors and visit there bakery’s when ever you want . It’s a little frustrating that you have to go through and tip every one , but once again it’s just part of the game . There is also goals you can do with a short amount of time , so when ever there is a goal you find yourself always on the game . But the goals are just an option . I love bakery story because it doesn’t require constant play . You can play whenever as long as you cook your food for the right amount of time . One thing I would love to see is more foods with higher coin worth . Most foods give you about 4 coins per serving . It would be helpful if foods had higher coins so you can make money faster . But overall I love bakery story !!

Processing... PLEASE FIX! Otherwise, Will soon delete after years of playing. More and more the game freezes with a “Processing...” Even if I go out of the game and come back into it, most of the time, it takes restarting my phone to fix it. Unfortunately, it means I lose most of my dishes if I don’t want to restart my phone just to get the game to work. Just going out of the game and coming back in does nothing. I have tried staying out of the game for several days to no avail. If the glitches were fixed, I would give it four or five stars, but it is getting to where it is more frustrating than pleasure. UODATE: I have have been playing this game for years. I have started over with each new phone and have never had this problem. It has been going on for several months, now. The issue had been posted and nothing has been done. I see others are posting similar issues. This is getting old. This game may be going from one of my favorites to pass time to DELETED very soon. I hate that. I will miss the game.

I use to love this game..🥲. Years ago I use to play this game on my tablet, Absolutely loved it. It’s a great game. However now the ads/pop ups they’ve added have completely ruined it. I don’t have issues with watching ads for speed ups or even their own personal game ads that I can close out but when I’m in the middle of baking an item and a pop up comes up that I have to fully watch the and sometimes will even freeze the whole app so I have to close and restart it THAT is incredibly frustrating. Please scale down the pop up ads I understand this is a free game and you need to make money. I’m not saying get rid of all the ads, but when the pop ups are literally crashing your app (I have an updated new iPhone other games don’t do this) it’s not worth it. I’m sure it’s caused people to uninstall because it’s the exact reason I haven’t bought crystals and am currently debating removing the game. I have some nostalgic love for this game but these ads seriously make me question if it’s worth playing.

Declining gifts don’t matter. People playing this game need to be more considerate. If there’s a goal going on, most people want goal parts NOT cappuccino. It’s annoying seeing people say they only gift cappuccino and if we don’t want it to max out gifts then delete it. What people either don’t get or don’t care is that the system only registers daily amount of gifts you RECEIVED NOT ACCEPTED. So even if you decline the gift, it still counted towards gifts you received. I’ve proved this to be true with my own bakery and people I know that play it. Most of the food/drink gifters do it right away at reset which screws a lot of people over from getting goal parts. This sets people back in building machines because it now takes more parts to build and instead of people purchasing gems and 10 of each part (which is nothing to the 40 you need of one piece alone for one machine) they just leave from frustration. What is even more irritating is how some of these people say to gift them goal parts when they “mass gift” food/drink or basic parts because it’s convenient for them or one of their neighbors requested it so everyone else gets it too. I always take the time to see if a neighbor is doing the goal when leaving tips or read their wall to find out, I won’t ask. Because of how long it takes to get parts, the most people that accepts neighbors to help with your bakery rating when tipping are the ones gifting drinks/food and I see why.

I’ve always loved this game, but I have a few suggestions.... I’ve been playing bakery story since I was a lot younger, like since I was 8 or 9 years old. Now I am 15, and I decided to open up the game again. And can I tell you, I played it so much, until recently when there started to be a few bugs/annoying things that have been happening within the game. The first thing that I noticed is that once you are in the game and click on a few things, the music just stops playing. The sound effects are still there, but the music just goes away. One of the main things that was really calming to me about the game was the music, so that Is really disappointing to me. Also, the ads. The ads can be really annoying, especially since once you go to click on a stove to bake something, an ad just immediately pops up. So, overall, I know that I didn’t list a lot of stuff wrong with the game. And that is simply because there is not a lot wrong with the game, it’s a great game, but with a few bugs. I hope that the team sees this and can go to action to resolve these issues.

It’s my favorite, but can we see some new changes?. I have been playing this game on and off since 2013. Some serious updates/additions would be wonderful since it truly hasn’t changed much in all the years I’ve played. I’d like to see an improved menu for viewing all of your prizes/decorations. Once you collect so many it’s very tedious to keep pressing the arrow to find what you need. Perhaps a full screen viewing of that would be an improvement? Also I think it would great to be able to have your own messages prioritized and thus listed at the very top of your wall. That would allow each neighbor visiting to stay updated with your needs or etc. Without each person commenting about their visit further pushing your information down below. I would be delighted to see some new changes! I love this game and plan to play for years to come!

Keeps Crashing and won’t go online.. Normally I never write reviews but this was needed. I love bakery story and I’ve been playing for many years, even restarted a new bakery for fun. But since I’m restarting I’ve noticed some bugs since I’ve been on iPhone. At times the game will randomly crash, freezing my phone for a second then exiting. Sometimes it won’t register some of the things I did in the past minute before crashing making it worse. Now this is the only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because the game won’t connect at all to the server. I start the game get a screen of the need of internet although I’m connected. I tried using data, during my phone off as well as deleting the app and reinstalling. It didn’t work and it’s been a full 24 hours since then. I saw this only a couple of times and all I needed to do was do the steps I tried earlier but it won’t work now. If there’s anything you can do to fix it I will change the review to 5stars since I absolutely love this game. Please, help this bug.

Good but could use some improvements. If at all possible, I would add a way to “turn off” the ability to receive goal parts for players who do not want to receive them. Like an auto-reject feature that we get when a player has received the maximum gifts for the day. Many neighbors will complain about not getting the gift they want but don’t bother to communicate on the wall of their neighbors. I also agree that the goals require a lot of effort yet the reward is not even close to covering the amount of currency spent participating in the goal. In the end, I just acquire one goal oven for the recipes and reject any goal parts I get afterwards. Unfortunately players rack up more neighbors than they can manage and “mass gift” to all. I do my best to send food to those who don’t communicate their needs with me and visit neighbors to see if they are doing the goal or have finished. Otherwise I read their wall if I have time to check what they are asking for. I have my neighbors write on my wall when their needs change. It’s a pretty fun app if you don’t have several commitments like a full time job or family obligations. I got back on it when quarantine began.

Storm8 Lazily Drops the Ball. After losing in game currency and items to a BUG in THEIR app, I reached out to customer support via email. You know, the OPTION they give you. I’m immediately met with an automated email response, they do not accept email requests anymore. You have to fill out a form. Okay? Would’ve been nice to have known that. So I fill out the form, missing items and currency due to a bug. Another automated email response: they cannot retrieve any lost currency in game. So you’re telling me... you, the developers who oversee bugs, glitches, etc... cannot recover currency but also won’t even allow my request to go through because it is labeled currency... you also allow us the option to send for missing currency but reject it with an automated email claiming inability... Y’all I’ve lost in game currency in other games, items, etc. Devs and customer support were more than happy to give an apology package and promise they were working on the glitch. Storm8 just stops you before you even get to the door. If you’re thinking about spending money on this game, forget it. If their own BUG causes you to lose something you paid for, they’ll make no attempts to satisfy the customer to get their items/currency back.

favorite app but needs improvements. I started playing bakery story when I was a kid and now as an adult I still love the game. The game however needs in-depth updates. 1. The social platform - adding friends and knowing if they are active or not should be made easier. Having friends vital for moving up your bakery level and utilities. -when sending and requesting gifts/items there isnt a provided updated list of who you haven’t sent/requested items. you only get it updated when sending gifts. -i can understand why there isn’t direct messaging so I won’t complain, but there is a good fan base for this game 2. His/her bakery -updated profile, there are plenty of statues of people of all colors and job titles but why can’t they be our representative for ID too? - I don’t have the math but I believe my products I’m selling are selling way too cheap:(( I’m a small business owner I could use some help THESE ADDS ARE TERRIBLE!!!! I will gladly watch and download the advertised games for a diamond each BUT these pop ups are no bueno. Hell I will pay money for no adds I swear, y’all make them soo annoying I will pay with my soul. Other small things but I will silently suffer, I just want the ball rolling. Update has been long overdue... I finally came back to the app just a few days ago and it’s been kicking me out, or just freezing at the “Processing” page. It was stuck like that for over *30 MINUTES* I waited that long and for what? To just restart the app and it doesn’t even load in?? It kept telling me that I needed wifi to play/try again later..blind you I have 2 Wi-Fis in my house and they’re both over 5gb. It’s not my wifi. If I was able to play this game at my school (no wifi and only data), it is DEFINITELY NOT my wifi acting up. I forget how old this game is but if you’re going to keep it out, keep up with it. How hard is that?? If you ask me, the developers became lazy. Do you guys even keep up with the 2nd baker story?? I never played it because I like my classic bakery story, but seriously did you guys just give up on it?? I used to love this game and now we have ads, app freezes. Please for the love of puppies please update the game.. you guys are going to start losing your og players and then overall lose money from the game, please get back to managing your game and being in top of it.. I miss having fun on it but this- this is aggravating and just pitiful.. can’t even get on without it crashing or getting hit with ads.. you know a game lost their way when they have ads now.. please get the passion back to manage your game again..

stressful, rushed, and no longer fun. I played this game for the first time about ten years ago, and I loved it. Designing the bakery and the fun food and stuff. I had some complaints then and most of them are the same ones as now. Gifting takes too long and it’s basically impossible to find the items you want. Food can’t be moved to different counters so you have to keep ones in even if you want to change them. Once you get to level 99 you might as well quit because you will never get the 100 million xp to get to level 100. Through the years you had more time for goals, the ovens were less parts to create, and you didn’t have to make as many things during the goals. Unless you spend real money to buy gems you basically can’t complete the goals anymore. Thats super lame. Whats really annoyed me is that while all the problems are bad, they have been around for years, and storm8 has an active forum where people have given these complaints for years and nothing has changed. They heard all the problems and don’t care what the players think they just want us to watch ads and pay money. I’m really sick of it. 1 ☆ for nostalgia, 1 ☆ because designing your bakery is still pretty fun, otherwise this game has really disappointed me. I think I actually have to quit, it’s just not fun and relaxing anymore. Don’t download this game you’ll just waste your time and it won’t even be entertaining.

abandoned and ads. this game is abandoned as it has been for almost a decade. there are no real programming improvements made for the users-the interface is the same ancient one it was back in 2012. the only improvement i have seen, done for players, is when they allowed single taps after a double for things such as collecting so-called 'tips' and the serving from appliances. If you have an issue your support ticket is auto-responded as "closed" because the game is not staffed. what a joke. And don't forget the down right wicked and sadistic nature of the developers with how they slam ads in your face and do things in ways that cause accidents to be done, from tapping an ad that slapped on the screen right before you meant to tap something else, to wasting gems/coins buying something the same way. This has gone on for almost decade and no fix, it is how they are. evil maniacal and intentionally so. there needs to be simple to program things that actually help players-things like a select all button to yes, come back. why you take it away? Search function for the insane-and-growing lunacy of parts? heck, at least have the food tabs here like in restaurant and working correctly-unlike like the breakfast one there. how about not auto-unselecting selected neighbors in the first few seconds of selecting? Remember, storm8/team lava-money gained dishonestly will dwindle away and when you wonder why you now know. Also, wealth won't deliver a single soul.

Extremely addictive & fun! ILOVE the game.. The game has many unique & creative options for accessorizing your bakery, which I love. I enjoy the challenges to a degree, but they can get somewhat monotonous, extensive & repetitive by encouraging downloading/playing other games from the game designers. Whereas the “game focused” challenges are quite fun and worth in conjunction with goal of the game itself. But I can’t give 5 stars as there a number of aspects of the game that are quite annoying, and ofttimes frustrating. For example, it is ridiculous that any product you purchase can only be sold back for 10% of the original cost, it’s downright rip-off and only get worse with you consider the sheer numbers of challenges that “require” purchases of items I wouldn’t have otherwise purchased. Not to mention the ridiculous accumulation of floor tiles & wall paper that cannot be sold back, it makes zero sense to hold thousands of dollars worth of useless tile/wallpaper only because the game doesn’t have/provide this option.

Fix please. Love the game but when I come back after a few hours to play I always have to force close the app because it doesn’t work. It just shows “processing” loading page and I can not play unless I force close the app. Also way to may pop ups and ads. Especially after I have to force close app to play, the ads just never stop. I don’t want to purchase any other games. Also the missions you offer I never ever complete with to little time and my neighbours never send the parts i need.

What I cook just disappeared. It does not make any sense because I tapped on the food I’ve done making but an ad appeared and the food is gone after? Also, it does not sync with other devices smoothly and bugs still exist. It would also be so much better if the developer could add a feature such as double confirming when player tap on the food because sometimes we tap on the food accidentally but we have to pay extra to change the dish? It’s awful that way we have to spend. I hope there would also be some system rewarding gems and more free gems per day.

Fun but lots of bugs. It is fun but it have a lot of bugs that makes me dont want to play it anymore. For example, I just served 2 dishes when I go back to the game in 2 seconds cause it freezed it was gone and I have to make it again.

Boring and Monotonous. I have been playing this game for about 6 years. The first 3 years were great, but the last few years the game is boring. The fortnightly and weekly challenges are monotonous, it’s the same thing over and over again. The programmers have gotten lazy. I loved Cafe World by Zynga and this is a very poor substitute. I’m still looking for a game that is as good as Cafe World. I’m only staying for the friends that I have made over the years but even they aren’t going to keep me playing this game. A game is supposed to be fun but this one isn’t once you reach the op level of 99 and expanded your bakery to the largest it can go. Also redecorating is a nightmare. Most times once you’ve placed an item it goes back to the beginning and you have to scroll through all the pages over and over to find the same table, chair or decoration, or just to get bs into where you were to get the next item. This latest update is ridiculous that has made everything huge on the page and that in the middle of loading stoves it goes to an ad which you have to watch all the way through because there is no way to turn it off. Fix it and get more exciting challenges or I’m gone. At the moment I don’t recommend this game.

Good game. I used to play this game a lot as a kid I still do but I’m only giving it a 3 star because of the time it takes 2 days to make a pumpkin pie witch I hate I think they should change it and make it go for less than 3 hours for bigger things they could really improve the game with the time but other than that it’s a really good game

Nostalgia 101 Great game. I totally recommend this game for people who don’t like difficult games. You can create your dream restaurant and visit others. The theme song brings back memories when my parents used to play it years ago. I remember it being a very popular game all around Facebook and nothing has changed. I mean that in a good way 😊. The food is very appealing once you see and bake it. The amount of time to bake certain foods may take a LONG time but that gives me an advantage to do lots of important things within the time range. Luckily the daily goals, coins, exp and gems keep me entertained for more. What can I say? I’m a simple person. Thank you Storm8 for changing my gaming life with this old but good game.

Best bakery game. I absolutely love this game. So much fun, easy to play, don’t have to think, super relaxing. Only down side is I have had a couple of Glitches wear I had to hop out & back into the game! Other wise I would have rated it 5 stars

Bring back the free gems!. I love playing this game & enjoy the aspect of decorating the bakery. I wish they would bring back the free 10 gems per day, as it makes the game so much more fun & allows you to buy more decorations or to expand. The price of the gem packages are way too expensive for what you get. It really makes it hard for people like me, a pensioner, to afford it, often. But, overall, as I said earlier, a most enjoyable & people friendly game.

Could be better. Ive been playing this game on and off for years. I love the whole concept of designing your own bakery and it helps me kill time HOWEVER sometimes the screen freezes when i try to buy something and i dont have enough coins and then itll take my gems in exchange for coins when i didnt even press anything because it FROZE. best game with flaws. it’s a great game. super fun and addicting!! although, the stuff like how it costs 20 gems for things and you make 1 gem a day if that! i had to spend real money just so i could extend my bakery and it costs 6 million dollars to extend as if that’s reasonable. you will be using it all day getting tips, making food , getting rewards and you’ll manage to spend it on ONE thing. brownies take 1 minute and pie takes 2 days??? the price of food is so expensive and they pay barely anything for it. although it’s the best game i feel as though things should be changed in relation to prices of things

Makes you download other games. The games good but for tasks to complete they want you to download and play other games they have created. For example I have 4 tasks currently and 2/4 are to download and play 2 other games until I reach a certain level. I did this with 2 games and then my next 2 tasks were to keeping playing those games until I got even further. Waste of time and storage, need better tasks that don’t involve downloading other games 😠

Love it but....... Its really good!!!!!! I am at 49 levels but I don’t get why I have to reload the app 3 times a day, it says processing and then comes up that I burnt all of my things, that’s why I reload the app so many time it driving me nuts

Improvements. I've been playing this game for years & it's becoming less enjoyable. The tasks are too short & can't be completed without having to buy gems! Not everyone can afford this, what happened to the challenges being 30days I think it would be good to bring this back! & the gem dispensers I want one but I can't get one because I have an iPhone! You need to bring back the gem dispenser to iPhone players. I've sorta given up on this game due to these reasons & I think a lot of others have to.

Ok but ummmmm........ I didn’t know it took 17 hours to make a hot chocolate. And I didn’t know it took 1 minute to make brownies and I didn’t know that when you went to bakeries you only had to pay $1-$4 for a coffee and all the rest of it. Look I’ve got nothing against this game except that to complete challenges you have to use coins and gems. Can we get free gems by any chance? And free coins? Like I know those things when you first log into the game at the start of the day and u get a certain amount of coins but we get no coins really. Also, all the tables and chairs are like $ 30,000 each. I definitely didn’t pay that much for my tables and chairs at home. Oh, and one thing that TOTALLLLY confuses me is when you go to design and u press on the expand ur plot thingy and it says u need 7 neighbours to do it so u go get new neighbours and then when u get 7, it says u need 10 neighbours. I don’t know what the deal of that is, but I’m on a challenge thing right now that involves expanding the bakery and I don’t have $200,000 and I don’t have any gems and I just think it’s stupid how it said 7 neighbours then just literally changed so randomly to 10. Overall, this game is fun and awesome but read above to get that all in your heads please. Thank you

BEST GAME EVER. Bakery story is the best and I play with my mum. I think it is the best baking game ever and I’m sure my friends would like it, because I sent them that link. If I were to be against something in the game I have a few. Firstly, the fact that You have to watch a video to speed up the food and how you can’t get an oven when you’ve bought an extra coz it says you have to reach level and then it has a specific level! That’s all though. Oh I’ve gotta go to get my peach cobbler out of the oven!

ads?? where are my gems?. Normally, gems can be earned by watching ads. I quite like that option, but now, ads are popping up after a dish is ready to be served. Ads keep coming up, but there’s no reward tied to them so really, it just interferes with game play. Either stop these extra ads, or provide gem rewards with them.

Yawn!. I downloaded this game about 5 years ago. I have fount that it no longer interests me. The Bakery story 2 is a better game for me. I haven't updated this game in years and by all reviews I wouldn't bother as the ovens and gems are a necessary part of the game. I will not pay for extras in any game. Sorry I am not that stupid or rich so not going to happen.

Pretty Good but.... I really enjoy playing bakery story. It's fun and it's a great baking simulator but, a few things. First of all, the pop-ups. There are a lot of them and they make it very difficult to play. Secondly, The Notifications. I didn't play for a couple of days, and guess how many notifications I had! 150! (I have screenshots to prove it) next, I would like to address the baking times. Why does a brownie take a minute but hot chocolate takes 16 hours? The pumpkin pie takes two days, and that's crazy. Now, the cost for stuff. Some of the prices are unfair - customers pay $1 for brownies but to make some other food, it the cost for the food is RIDICULOUS. And what about the cost for gems? I saw a package for gems that costed $50 (which you can spend in two seconds flat) whilst there is a game that I really want that is also $50. Okay, I'm done ranting, but it's a shame that such a great game has such bad flaws. And I LOVE the multiplayer feature that the game offers. It makes it fun. Anyway, thanks for having the time to read my review, because I would love to see a few changes.

Don’t play this game. I have been playing this game for many many years. I understand that every game is made with intention to make money. However, out of all the games I have played, this one is by far the worst and tries to trick people into buying gems for the game. Every single time you open up the game and starts to play, a purchase screen would pop out while you are playing and I cannot count how many times I have accidentally tapped on the button to purchase! Not to mention all the other places that they hide the purchase button. It’s simply unavoidable and makes playing unenjoyable! Furthermore, the game itself has remained the same and did not improve over the years. All that I have tolerated for years but what made me eventually give up the game is their game support. It’s hard to find support page or even try to contact support. If you manage to find out how to contact support, they simply come back with machine response and close the ticket! I once lodged a request and within literally 2 seconds of submitting the request I received an email denying my request! I doubt any human is that quick at reading a request and then responding. This company simply does not care about game players and have no intention of improving the game whatsoever.

Incredible Game!. I love everything in this game. Some of the other reviews complain that it’s really hard to become good without spending money on the game, but that’s not true. I’ve never spent any and now I’ve got an amazing bakery that I’m really proud of. You don’t get good at the game from the second you start, you have to keep playing. The only improvement I would suggest is with the doors. Maybe an ‘in’ door and an ‘out’ door - the customers in my bakery walk right through each other when going in different directions, which I find really weird, but if I put in 2 doors, customers still come in through both. If there were specific doors that customers could only use to come in and others they could only use to go out, it would really help to make an organised path for the customers to walk through my bakery. But overall, an incredible game. 👏🏻

Used to love this game. Used to love this game but now it keeps going out of the app at random times. I hate how you have to ask friends for the tools. It should just be the money without the tools section. We should be able to create our own characters and we should be able to change our name for free without having to give up 10 gems for my name to be spelt wrong. Again I used to love this game!!

Opinion ate it😄. I've been playing Bakery story, Restaurant Story, Fashion Story, Home Design Story for years. I've played most of the Storm 8 games to be honest. I've stayed with the above games because I enjoy them the most. I've sadly lost my home design game due to updating it beyond my IPads OS I'm going to try and get it back on my new phone. Just a warning to others to be careful with the updates. Anyway, my review of Bakery story is positive, I enjoy the creative aspect more than the baking. I don't like the recently added way of f getting the stoves etc for the quests? There's way too many items to get. The cost of gems is too high, even at sale price. Students and teens play the game and it's unfair to have the cost so high. Overall a great game, needs price of gems lowered along with the amount of items needed to make stoves for quests etc. Please consider doing this as I believe that you will ultimately benefit from it with more players and loyalty from the current players.

Peppermint Patty. Loved this game. Met heaps of people over the years. Dislike the continual pop ups so have taken long breaks. Game needs some new changes to maintain interest please. Also use some of the old gifts. Long term players have heaps and it would be good to get rid of some.

Good Game, Fixes Needed. I love this game, I have been playing it for ages. There is very few adds, it is easy to get gems but I do have one issue. Lately when I try to open the game, it will stay on the loading screen for ages, until I give up. I have checked and I have a strong wifi connection so that isn’t the issue and every other game works so it isn’t my phone. If you could please fix this that would be great and I will get back to enjoying this game

I love this game. I have been playing this game for years and absolutely love it. My only suggestion to this game is the order of the gifts you can send, when the goals are finished all of my neighbour’s request basic parts , so do I , is it possible to move the old goal parts to the end of the gift line so it’s much easier to get to basic parts. If you can do this this game would be absolutely perfect, in my opinion. 🥰

Well.... It’s very strange but it’s been freezing every time I open it up, I have the latest device and version. I don’t understand why this is happening and was wondering if this bug could be fixed. My friend had the same issue and threw her phone she broke it. I understand that’s her fault but the point is this bug should be fixed.

Frustrated. I am a long long time player, I am getting frustrated that every time I open the game it takes forever to process and then sits there. I have to delete and reinstall. Also the time it takes to search for previous parts, can’t they be catalogued, sorted, filtered whatever to make it easier to find when requested instead of searching endless parts . The main challenge is ever so hard to complete. Unless you buy gems and that is not an option. I’ve yet to complete part 3 of second oven cooking, and not from lack of trying.

Great game! Data saved from six years ago!!. Played this game when I was child, six years ago, and was able to recover it after forgetting our password!!! We contacted support through email and they got back to us in five minutes. After that we went on Bakery Story and our old account was there with ALL of our data saved! The game is unique, fun, relaxing and nostalgic! But there’s just a few very minor bugs. A lot of times when I try to load ads to earn a gem or double our pay, it doesn’t work. And sometimes, things don’t load right away. There's also some things I wish the players could do like to earn gems more ways, to sell wallpaper and tiles like we could to the other objects and to move the door. But my main issue is with the gems, how it’s so hard to earn them!! Other than that, it’s a very good game! The concept is brilliant! There’s a reason why I came back to it after all those years! It’s very memorable! The production company just needs to upgrade it! Also, it would amazing if they could add in a feature where there’s a description of the food after we click on a button below it! 😊

Good But…. I enjoyed this game when I got it I still do but I think that when you are trying to make different foods they might take up to 1 day! When I least today all my food that was cooking got ate by bugs! So disappointing. I suggest that when you are playing you can serve the food to the costumers and turn on and off a setting so you can serve the costumers. I’m on level 12 I think and I have to get to level 14 to get more things to cook with! I don’t know how to level up! Overall it’s a pretty good game just needs a few edits!

Improvements. Good game but you should extend goal times since I never seem to finish them within the time limit, and I never have enough diamonds to speed it along. Overall it is a great game. I hope you do fix the time limit.

It’s ok but has many bugs. The game is ok but it has many bugs such as not rewarding players with bonus in game money when they complete watching an ad for 2x bonus money especially when it’s that my bakery story ad - very frustrating especially when a gamer has around 25,000 coins and wish to double the amount. Please fix the bug and please lower the gem items in the decorations because some of them are such ridiculous prices! Otherwise it’s fantastic and they need to have more convert coins to gems options because I no longer wish to purchase gems 💎 x

Good. Have played this game for some time now and even though I still enjoying, I find it's getting a little boring, not enough variety in the recipes on the ovens you can buy without having to shell out for diamonds

Good game but too many pop ups.. This is a great game, but there’s so so many pop ups and ads. When I first log into the game, I get atleast 6. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME... it makes it very very difficult to play. I used to play this when I was a bit younger, and there were never this many pop ups or ads. I had to uninstall the game and ended up moving to a similar game called ‘Fashion Story’ which had a lot less to no pop ups.

Its better but needs improvements. This game is very fun once u get used to it, but you have to wait soooo long for your meal to be finished sometimes, I hope they make it shorter. Also it is fun because you have neighbours that u can tip and gift and its fun to interact with others. I recommend this game to anyone who is... Patient. Lol.

Greatness is obscured by pushy advertising. I want to love this game, sure, it’s a bit challenging accruing the funds to begin with. The challenges always seem like they’re setting you up for failure but it’s a good game, if you ignore them. One thing you can’t ignore is the incessant ads. Look, I can understand it’s hard to make money off such a game. I doubt many would spend so much for little value in the way of in-game currency. But the amount of advertising is beyond stifling. To speed up cooking? I can understand. Getting us to complete offers for diamonds? Absolutely. Pushing ads for thirty “different” games every time I log in every five minutes to check on the progress of my muffins? Not cool. I can’t even look at my cafe without a billboard for any other game. The other issue I keep having is constant glitches. Some haven’t been so bad, maybe to odd customer appearance changing every too seconds. But then I have had glitches where HOURS of progress of cooking is lost. Items just disappear off the counters between the two seconds I complete them, leave the app and return. Items stop cooking. Items get replaced while cooking. I can’t keep track, items just disappear. For such a simple game, there are so many issues. I want to love it, and not going to lie, I will probably continue playing it. But who’s to say how much longer?

Gems. I really enjoy the game although once it updated to have free 10 gems per day from watching videos, That was the only thing making me keep the game, Please bring back the free 10 gems per day as it is both unrealistic/crazy to expect everyone to pay for the gems with no alternate way. Ledderloan to pay for gems to get coins. As every other realistic creator of the millions of other apps have that option. If your worried about making money them either include a download fee or make customers pay for EXCESSIVE amounts of gems not a minor proportion. Or update the app that way you’ll see a greater number of downloads and realistic/decent reviews. It only make me more tempted to delete the app and all other apps by this creator. Please bring back the 10 free gems per day, I think majority of downloaders would agree you can’t expect someone to keep forking it their personal bank savings for gems as they have both common sense and a right state of mind.

Don’t bother. Too many ads. This game was fun years ago but it’s garbage now. I used to play it with my daughter when she was in primary school. She’s an adult now and we thought we’d play again after many years for fun. We downloaded the game and managed to remember our Storm8 IDs and passwords only to be bombarded with numerous ads one after another. There never used to be so many. This does not encourage anyone to purchase gems or download their other games. It only inspires one to uninstall Bakery Story. Doesn’t seem to be as many active users either. It’s sad. Like an abandoned shopping centre that used to be busy and full of life but is now run down with tumbleweeds blowing through.

Issues. Great game but it’s annoying whenever I load the app there’s a stupid amount of pops ups I have to cross off in order to play. Also for 2 days now, I have tried to watch videos to fast track cooking but the videos don’t load and in order to finish some of the tasks, I need to cook things that take over 12hours to complete.

Could be great.... If the developers would ACTUALLY LISTEN to fans! I mean, they set up a forum, ask players for suggestions, but then don’t even implement the most basic fixes that would bring the game in line with its “sister game” in Restaurant Story, ie tabs organising gifts when sending. Mind you, this is a company that doesn’t even respond to official support channels, so we can’t really expect to much now!

Great game until. I played this game years ago and recently discovered it again. I like it a lot, it’s so fun, I like designing my own bakery, but some aspects I actually cannot stand and it makes me close the game. Firstly, the amount of ads that pop up EVERY SINGLE TIME I open the app is nauseating. Why do I need to see the same thing over and over again??? Secondly, when I’m trying to manage what I bake and I’m stopped halfway because of an ad. AGAIN. It’s ridiculous. Also, the fact that I’ve been playing this game for ages and only have 2 gems is so weird to me. Also, I don’t like wallpaper choices. They’re not that great. Also, some of the foods and drinks take sooooo long. And it’s such a hassle to build your own machines. Overall though, I have nice neighbours and this game is fun so I guess I’m going to have to deal with it.

UPDATE YOU COWARDS. I played this game for years and spent sooo much irl money on it. I was extremely proud of my bakery and the little community I was a part of. But ever since I updated my phone, every time I try to open the app it crashes. We need BUG FIXES, and PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENTS. You guys stopped caring about your loyal players. Okay. Too many adds, often the add crashes the game. There was a glitch and I lost the “money” in the game. Made a complaint and haven’t heard anything since. The adds are inappropriate for kids who sometimes play. Disgusting really. The same is set up where you have to spend off your credit card just to succeed in the game. The game progresses too slowly, it’s not very enjoyable the further you get into the game. Takes forever to do any real decorating or expansion. Unrealistic goals. Too many pop ups. Shame because it could be a much more enjoyable game.

Great game, but could use improvements. I want to start off by saying that I've been playing Bakery story since I was a young kid, now 20yrs old, so I have love and history with Storm8 games since my childhood. However, there are some things that I think would make this game even better, probably more popular and relevant these days (2022). - When gifting a neighbour, there should be categories so that it is much easier to navigate the menu instead of using the L and R arrows, for example; food, goal parts (name of goal), etc. - Fix the music bug. Every time I open the app and I have my ringer and sound on, the theme song plays for about 15-20 sec and then stops completely. I would love for it to be more consistent. (doesn't have anything to do with my phone, I have an iPhone XR and I've never had that problem with other apps) - Monthly or quarterly during the year, I think that there should be new releases and updates in terms of designs for walls, floors, tables and chairs, counters, etc. I wish there was a bit more variety and updated content for the year that we are now in. (2022) - Easier way to get gems or more 'watch video to earn gems'. A lot of the times it's very difficult to save up 4mil to expand your bakery just a bit bigger. I don't think the ratio is very fair for value vs price. Gems are harder to come by. Yes, you can earn them by mastering recipes, downloading Storm8 apps and leveling up, completing goals, etc, however, not everyone has time to put effort into goals and just want to play leisurely on a regular basis. - Implementing more customization in the game would be awesome. Maybe having a character that can be dressed and made to look like the bakery owner or whatever, anything along the lines would be nice to see. Even seeing your 'character' stand at the cash register to serve the customers is a great idea. There are some other things I would recommend but they are the smaller issues that aren't too bothersome and I can live with. I really appreciate if you've read this far and have taken in my feedback and input in a positive way. I want to thank Storm8 for an excellent game that influenced my childhood in a good way and allowed me to live my childhood dreams of being a bakery owner (virtually, ofc!). That's all! Great game overall. :) Endless possibilities and potential as well!

Challenges. I am finding out to finish the last challenge that there is not enough time for the last one . You need to use your gems. 10hr quests and have to get 40 of that item.do the calculation. This is not fair at all and I am not buying gems each time for every challenge .

Don’t buy gems. After I bought gems, the game took away the feature to watch videos for gems. Very greedy!

Positive / negative. I have played this game for years and love it. I have some amazing neighbors. That is the positive. The negative is that this game inevitably costs gems, so far I am in for about $3 to $ 4 thousand dollars, 2022 has been more demanding and you end up using gems just to complete goals. More goals, more recipes to fill, more parts, more expensive…Everything in life is more expensive but the game has definitely gotten greedy.

Bakery story. It’s amazing game but I like how it has rewards so you can get diamonds and spend them in Exchange for money in the or watch 30 add and two hours one item per I suggest add a future for the roof of the restaurant it would make it more real like a restaurant Great :) I love playing this game it is my favourite

Gone Downhill. I’ve been playing the Story games off and on for about 10 years and I have noticed, when re-downloading Bakery Story in 2022 that things have changed for the worse. The app takes a while to load into, and it is RIDDLED with advertisements the second you open it. There’s always a good 4-5 pop-ups that I see continuously. Me seeing them often just makes me angry and frustrated - not encouraged to buy anything, which I wouldn’t purchase anyways. There are things that also need to be fixed and worked on. The music cuts out and sometimes doesn’t even play. The furniture and options all have stayed the same since I first played in 2013. When sending neighbours requests, when you start checking their boxes they sometimes become unchecked, so you have to do it all over again. Also, for gifting, why aren’t there categories or at least a search bar for items? I don’t send gifts unless someone sends me a request because I refuse to go through over 50+ options to find the one they want. Moreover, why am I getting a pop-up video ad after only playing for maybe 30 seconds? It’s getting to a point where I’m most likely going to remove the app again and probably not come back because I can’t stand the ads. It’s too much. Oh, also, the goals are basically impossible to complete unless you have maybe 50+ neighbours that are all active or you want to pay for gems. Not enjoying the pay to win aspect. Really disappointed in what this game has become.

Fun in the beginning. Fun in the beginning but then when you build all the new ovens etc. there’s hardly any options to buy stuff. More buying options should be available and stuff shouldn’t time out that’s kinda gay

Many locked oven and recipes that discourages new players. For some reasons they made the previous released ovens unavailable to new players. Perhaps those are the expired goals that are no longer available. However, You can still send those ovens parts that are useless to new players as gifts so I don’t understand the point of this, it strongly discourages new players to play and it’s pretty annoying, especially those locked ovens and recipes are much more beautiful than the ones that released in the last few months. They could simply periodically make those ovens temporarily available in a limited time to give a chance to new players to own them but I don’t think they will ever do this, quite a disappointment. Also, please add word search when sending gifts, it sucks when you have to scroll all the way to the right to skip those useless oven parts if you want to send foods or basic parts as gift.

Bakery Story. Don’t like the game anymore. Play for the friends I have made on here. Too many pop ups. Too much money gouging. Even the new ovens in the goals are so hard to obtain now without spending money to finish ur baking or acquire the ovens.. along with the little time to complete them. The game is a good concept, but the manipulation is downright disgusting.

Greyed out recipes!. I paid gems or coins for new appliances and some of the recipes are not available .. I paid for ALL the recipes. Just because I didn’t play 10 years ago shouldn’t mean I can’t make all the items. It wouldn’t matter in the slightest if the game masters made those available. Not a happy baker 😡 The algorithm for getting collectables to build goal appliances has been changed since new company bought it. You can’t complete goals without buying gems. Game is no fun anymore. I’ve bought gems plenty by choice .. I’ll be dam*ned if buy for PTW. Uninstalling game is easy.

can’t stop, won’t stop. i am addicted. i set alarms to let me know when my bakes are done so a) i don’t get mold & flies and b) so i can bake new items and have beautiful counters full of tasty lookin’ foods for those fat heads to eat.

Almost unplayable. Riddled with ads everywhere. Most of the time the ads glitch the game and make it unplayable.

Great game but is in serious need of basic updates. I’ve been playing this game for so long, I can’t even remember. Maybe 15-20 years. Nothing changes. Some basic updates are still needed. The gifting of neighbours is so frustrating. You have to scroll through probably 75 to 100 gifts to find the one you need. There is no organization at all. It would be easily solved by categorizing the gifts such as food, basic parts, new goals etc. Should be able to unlock old recipes with gems. There are so many posts in the forums asking for gifts to be categorized better and nothing. Restaurant Story, their other game has this categorization. So it can be done, they just choose not to. It’s very frustrating. The game is riddled with bugs and it’s takes forever to load or go from neighbour to neighbour. Lack of updates or attention to this game is frustrating

crates. why does it not ask you for a confirmation when buying a crate? that’s really stupid and it’s clearly so that you all can make extra money. i wracked up 24 gems so i could buy a crate i wanted, but then i accidentally clicked another crate and it took my gems without even asking me or anything. unhappy. and disappointed

Tori gates not aligned. I like the game and to play it with my friends and watching humans with bottomless stomachs and eat until they are poor, but when i put the tori gates for paths this gate is not centered with the floor tiles which it ruins the sight and doesn't let customers go through, please fix this bc its giving me anxiety.

Too challenging for a game like this. The game is really nice and cute but they have to make it extremely hard to finish the goals by increasing the amount of materials needed to build just one oven. Overall, they just want you to spend more gems. I lost quite few neighbours cus they can’t play this game with these ridiculous requirements

I LOVE IT. It really is a great game, I love playing it! Here are some things I would like you guys to update even if I never see any update? • be able to see what oven other bakeries are using, like what it is instead of what recipe they are cooking, it might be interesting a while but now I don’t really like it. • be able to move wall decoration, it’s really annoying but maybe we can and I don’t know? • be able to see what floor or wallpaper other bakeries are using; • have the gifts in section (ex: food, constructible, event, etc) I wasn't able to find the food at first and after a bit of research I found it! It may help you… • customize clients? They are almost all the same so I thought that we could customize them? It’s just a thought. • customize the main character? There’s like two options and maybe it would be fun to customize it even if it doesn’t change anything to the bakery. Just an idea… • this is just an other idea but CREATE YOUR OWN RECIPES! There would be a maximum but choose how long, what cost, how they look like, how many they do, these kind of thing. Of course you could put a maximum because it would be strange to have something of one minutes giving 3000 part 😅 I think it’s a little crazy tho. • have a “select all” button so when I send gift it’s faster. Gift limits bigger? • dark mode? • be able to turn my phone when I send message on peoples wall it’s a little hard. Those were ten things I would love to see! I’ve been playing this since I was little and I’m now 21!!. The song is so nostalgic and the quality is comforting. I just wish that it was easier to get gems and expand your cafe.

Iconic Game but needs updates badly!. I’ve been playing Bakery story for what feels like half of my life. This is a game that brings me great joy and I love almost everything about it! My major gripes are the fact that I often have to close and reopen the app when I first open it due to it getting stuck “processing”. My other issue with it is the inability to buy old ovens and unlock old recipes - there should be a way to do this, especially when you’ve reached level 99. All that being said, I play the game in a daily basis and enjoy seeing the new recipes come out biweekly.

Recruiting friends is a deal breaker. I expect this review to be deleted because only 5 star reviews are displayed. I was really enjoying the game and then hit a wall. In order to expand my shop I needed to recruit more real life friends to the game. NOPE. Uninstalled. I am playing other games by this publisher a and I hope it doesn't end the same way.

Facebook. Why bother offering to connect to Facebook if you’re not gonna let us do it? There’s like two or three parts of your apps where it offers to connect to Facebook but then when I click on the Facebook icon, it brings me to a Facebook page and says that there is an error, please fix it.

Trash. Closed an ad forcefully and came back to the game where all my dishes got Deleted. F this game and their money hungry ads! BYE

Cute but. It is such a comforting game but has some serious glitches. It will always stop playing BGM if I play more than 5 minutes. And recently I completed a quest and the pop up boxes don’t stop popping up. Every 5 seconds the same messages popped up even though I hit “ok”. I had no choice but to delete the app because it was impossible to play

Fun but the adds…. Adds,adds, adds. I’m patient but there is a limit. When you open the app you get four regardless. When I’m trying to pick up food or delete expired food add pops up and I have to watch for a bit before I can skip. I get them if I want to speed up time but just to choose a food to make, edit the bakery, or to visit a neighbour is too much. And as soon as I close one add another pops up. It’s getting to much I deleted before a couple years ago then redownloaded. I knew there was a bit but it seems like there is even more now. It’s 1/3 game 2/3 adds. I don’t recommend it. Gets frustrating:/

Glitchy but fun. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren’t for the glitches. If they fixed that issue I feel a lot more people would play and want to keep playing.

How to stop the spamming publicity while playing?. It’s a lot of spamming publicity while playing to be honest. Is there any ways of stopping the publicity or at least less frequent?

No music. Everything’s great but for some reason the music doesn’t work? The sound effects and everything are fine it’s just the music, and dam I loved that music.

Expired goal recipes. Storm8, Could you consider implementing expired goal recipes that can be unlocked with gems or something or other. I have stoves of long ago in where I was not present to fulfil the goal requests and I see these recipes in the stoves cookbook that are no longer attainable due to the goal challenges for these recipes are no longer active. Please consider somehow unlocking these items. Thank you.

App improvement. Hi there, I played Bakery Story for a few years but then dropped it due to frustrations. I recently came back to see if there are any improvements and I was sad to see none. Please consider the following: 1. Include a search box for gifts so we can search, for example, “sunset” and only the sunset parts will come up. This will make gifting specific parts easier. Maybe consider bigger categories like “basic parts” and “food”. 2. The gift limit should be increased to at least 25-30 per day. I realize goals shouldn’t be too easy but as a player with 80 very solid neighbors, I’d appreciate receiving at least 30 gifts per day. Thank you for your consideration. Regards, Edele

Annoying ads, Not same game. Like everyone else! I have been playing this game for years! At least since 2015 or even before that! I used to be addicted but now I can’t wait to finish goals to get a break from it! The ADS are ridiculous!! You can’t do anything without 50 ads popping up, then it constantly processes and a lot of time it will refresh and not even count your goal parts. Like say you currently are on 8 of 16 during the goals, and 3 more of your dishes are done, you serve them, which should make you have 11 of 16! On SEVERAL OCCASIONS it will randomly start processing for minutes at a time and put you back at 8 of 16 instead of the 11 it’s supposed to be making you have to start over again! I’m starting to get get real annoyed by the changes and have considered deleting bc of this and excessive ADS after all of these years! I wish they would go back to how it used to be!

Kinda not really user friendly. i’ve played this game since i got my first ipod touch (deleted and reinstalled a couple times since then) and the game has not changed one bit since then. it overall isn’t very user friendly. why? let me tell you. 1. the pop ups at the beginning for all the quests/ads/just stupid things in general need to get reduced. if i want to play a quest i will go to that menu. 2. when i gift people i scroll through SO many different gift options, which most of them were only relevant to special holiday quests and will never be needed past christmas of like 2010. organize the tab how you organize the cooking options. for example, create a tab for each of the following: food, building items, decorations, special events/quests, etc 3. a “select all” button when gifting/requesting materials would be nice rather than clicking on each person individually 4. an easier way to remove neighbors / access someone’s Storm8 ID to add them as a neighbor would be SUPER nice as i would loveeee to have more neighbors but i can never find their ID anywhere overall this isn’t very user friendly especially for a game geared towards younger children.

Fun vs Stress. I started playing over a year ago as I was having multiple surgeries. I enjoyed the game and met some wonderful people I had to take a break for more health related reasons. Now I'm back but I find the goals and their time frames a bit unreasonable. People come and go in this game and to require more than 20 parts for one appliance is a bit malicious when you know it will take multiple appliances to reach the goal in the time allotted. Now you add an extended goal that you have as an option but the number of items required within the timeframe you set is mathematically impossible. So either you are trying to force players to buy gems for fun or you just want to add stress to the game. Either way, not sure if I will continue. I'll wait to see your next goal. Really used to love this game

My favorite game!. Overall yes I love the game. My favorite game that I play, just some few things that I think can be better. From somebody that use to play it back then and somebody that does now Iv noticed some things that are better and some that are worse. Gems are really hard to come across in the game and the little videos you can watch really help when you want to expand and not use your coins or when you want to buy decor and such. Iv noticed lately that when I watch those videos that the app will glitch and then I have to kill the app and lose that gem. This happens quite often and really frustrating however the game is great there just needs to be some glitches fixed!

Zero fun zone. Don’t play this game! I’ve been playing this game for several years and it used to be fun. It’s undergone many changes and it gets worse each time. I’ve had so many neighbors quit because it’s no longer fun anymore. This game is like a job you hate lol. It’s a little outdated because you still have to rely on neighbors for parts to build stoves & they keep upping the number of parts & recipes you have to make. The worst part is the nonstop goals. People with jobs, families & other interests can’t keep up without buying gems to help complete goals. I guess that’s the point, to generate more income but I stopped spending money on this game a few years ago. There are far better cooking games! I recommend Cooking Fever. No neighbors, no building stoves, play and advance at your own pace. There are daily quests and a tournament every month.

Love this game &the nostalgia!. I have been a nonstop player of Bakery Story since 2008. I absolutely love the game and feel so happy that it hasn’t been shut down and that the character design and layout hasn’t been updated. It gives it the older comfort feel that all of the other games now don’t have. Everyone else on here is complaining about the ads, I really don’t mind them as long as it keeps the old Bakery Story still up and running. The day when Bakery Story decides to shut the app down forever is the day my childhood will be over. Let’s hope that day never comes🙏🏻😭 Thank you for creating the best game on the market and please NEVER SHUT IT DOWN!!!!!!

Time …. The past few days I’ve been playing , I prepared and cooked food and when I come back I have to do it all over again.. that’s aggravating cuz I choose foods that take 2+ hours to cook & time them perfectly to come back & put it on the counters. This has happened several times. This is my nice & patient way of saying please , fix your app … I’m wasting my money and gems on food that I have to recook when I get back online. Another thing is with videos to speed up cook time. I was able to watch at LEAST 10 videos a day and now I’m only down to watching 2 videos before waiting another 24 hours to watch 2 more videos. Come on now , I’ve been playing bakery story since it came out and have been getting off and on for YEARS (along with Fashion Story too). I want to be able to watch 100 videos if I wanted to in order to speed up the cook time on my food.

Ads are a problem. The game itself is really nice and a fun game to play for a bit every day. I used to love playing this game but now, the ads are excessive. I completely understand watching the ads to speed up the time for baking something because that is normal in these types of games, but the ads when you are just trying to serve something is just annoying. Not only that, but when you open the app you’re bombarded with a whole bunch of pop ups for other games I am not interested in. It makes it a lot less tempting to even open the app because at some point, unpredictably, you’ll be forced to watch an ad or close 7 pop ups for other apps. If this weren’t a problem, the game is extremely addicting and one of my favorite games actually, but the ads take away from the game itself.

Solid Game. This is a mindless game that you can log onto for a while and do pretty much everything. You can decorate, bake (obviously), visit other bakeries and leave tips, and you can receive tips. There are a couple things though that could be improved. It’d be really nice to have a “select all” button for gifting. Also when actually giving someone a gift, there are way too many pages of just three items a page—you need to go almost to the end to send food. I think the display for gifts should be changed maybe to six per page. Also there’s a glitch so we can’t see which page we’re on based on the dots. Last thing is whenever you level up a recipe and that screen pops up, everything is glitched over each other so you can’t read the writing. Overall a fun game that you can leave for long periods of time.

Too many ads. I’ve been playing this game for more than 10 years now. I love this game and appreciate the longer lenient time to serve food before it spoils. However, I have two complaints. First of all, I hate how I’m bombarded by ads right when I open the game. I’m just trying to serve my food, but it’s really annoying when I have 5 of the same ads popping up right after I close the last one EVERY SINGLE TIME I OPEN THE APP. If you’re not gonna get rid of the ads, can you at least reduce it to playing the same ads the first time I open the app… at least for that day? Another complaint I have is that you are unable to move foods to different counters. Why is that not an option? Overall, this game is great but please stop with the constant ads.

fun, but has its cons.... i really love this game, and i’ve played for years. but, i will say in all honesty that this game requires commitment. the food you make can rot very quickly if you don’t serve it within a certain amount of time after it is done cooking. this is a waste of in-game money and your time :( . it’s a very time consuming game, as you have to plan what food you want to cook around your day. if you aren’t careful, your life and daily activities could revolve around what food you make...food runs out quickly when i leave my bakery open when i’m offline. i love that i can design my own bakery, but aesthetics are quite costly, and gems are extremely difficult to earn...it’s a time consuming game that you can lose hours to, which could be spent with friends and family. it can be very addicting, especially when you are determined to serve as much food as possible to make an excellent profit. overall, it’s a fun game, but you have to be careful not to get addicted. earning gems could be easier and decor, wallpaper, and flooring could be cheaper...it’s a cute game but i’d love to be able to decorate my bakery the way i want, without going broke or making in-app purchases :):

Can we please have big cakes and no more of the two plates with the oversized tray , honestly the game is soo perfect now with the wide screen but it would be sooo better without the oversized tray hanging off the counter, another thing can there be events we can buy maybe the locked ovens yes it does sound unfair to other original people that has them but I see no purpose of the ovens locked showing up in the cookbook when we can’t even do anything to them but look at them with a thing that says goal , also I realized 15 days for a goal is honestly not enough some people really don’t have neighbors like that and it is hard to earn the collectibles when you only have 1 or barley 2 ovens we should have ads to play for parts or more money !

Used to be fun until the ads ruined it. Man I used to love this game and restaurant story because it was something you could do from time to time and the overall design of the game is great. However every time you open the app (usually the start of the day and end of the day) or whenever you haven’t opened it for a while, you get bombarded with 6 super repetitive ads, and multiple videos, which tends to mess up collecting items and making sure something is cooked/prepared. Like I said I used to find this game fun, but I deleted it because YOU guys ruined it with ads. On top of it, you need to have friends to build certain appliances and expand your stores, which is rather stupid being that you can only go so far before you plateau in your ability to have more tables/dining area etc. All in all, fun game until it was ruined with relentless ads. Hope you guys can fix this in the future because it’s ruining your games.

Fun game. This is a fun game with new things to bake coming out often. It is simple to play & not time demanding, except when working on timed goals. It's also fun to design the bakery & decorate for the seasons & holidays! Update: Since employees were let go, there has been a definite change. I liked it better before that happened. Now the goals are not as reasonable time wise for the amounts. However, this is still one of my top 3 fave games. Don't be fooled by Baking Story 2; that's just another Restaurant Story in disguise. This one is far better! However, if I were just starting to play it, I'd have an even harder time meeting some of the goals. Don't be deterred from playing it, though. Leveling up didn't take long.

Update please!. I started this game a while back and have recently started to play again. I really like this game, but I would like for something’s to be fixed/changed. 1. I bought gems and now the Earn Free a gems by watching videos is just gone. Now, I have to either wait for forever to reach level 3/4 on a recipe to get a gem or buy them. I don’t have the much money to buy gems. So now I’m stuck on that. 2. the ovens that have goals should be unlocked when the goal expires. Like I bought ovens and a lot of them only have 1 recipe and the rest are goals. I was not playing at the time of these goals. Maybe they can be unlocked after reaching level 4 of these recipes would be nice bc it’s annoying owning almost all the ovens and be limited... 3. We should be able to delete things in our gifts.

If you love pop ups and ads you’ll love this game. Ok look. I love the substance of bakery story. I love knowing I have something to check in on and it’s a great study break. I’m rating it one star because the amount of pop ups and ads they include is disgusting. And stupid. They’re mostly ads for their own games. Are you even making money off of those ads, Storm 8? You’re shoving your own merchandise down our throats. Do you realize I am less likely to download one of your other games every time I see an ad for it because I hate the disruption associated with it? 7 windows I have to close out of before I can play the game. 7. Great game but please change one thing. I’ve had this game for years and I love the aesthetic, creativity, community, missions, and features it has. HOWEVER, when an item is not sold anymore and gets placed, it brings you back to page one. For example, I have 115 tables I stored, and want to bring back. It is not purchasable anymore, and when I place the table, it brings me back to page one. This table is on page 43. It’s ridiculous having to press the arrow 43 times in order to place this table, and I have 115 of them. For other tables, it does not reset what page I am on. Just the ones that aren’t purchasable anymore. Additionally, having a search bar option for items, foods, gifts, etc would be nice too. I know this game is older, but please don’t stop developing. It’s good but has the potential to be better.

Great game. I had played this game for 6 years on and off to the point I finally reached 99. I loved this game. It's simple to play. It's worth to reach 99. It's better than restaurant story, and bakery story 2. Neighbors are very nice in this game. You never ran out of money especially when neighbors tip you. There are variety food and designs. The game needed to updated. Why it need 1 billion xp to reach level 100? That's insane. It needs a "select all" button when you try to give gifts to all your neighbors. You should try to give us more goals on level 99 in order to reach level 100 faster This game is awesome. It just has few issues. I recommend you to play. Update: When I open the game, it says “processing” for a long time. I keep having to refresh the app.

BE BETTER MY DUDE. The game glitches a lot. You used to be able to watch AD videos for gems and now you apparently can’t. Things that would make this came good: 1.) Being able to delete gifts AFTER you have accepted them. You can get rid of food but appliance parts you’re stuck with even if it was for a goal that you can no longer even buy the appliance?? 2.) It lags a lot. Even with good wifi it takes a lot time to even tip people 3.) Better messaging board. You should be able to pin comments so they don’t get lost 4.) Add a function that you can see what people want sent to them as a gift instead of having to ask or send the wrong thing 5.) Bring back the AD videos to get gems. Even on sale the gems are not worth buying. That’s just some, also the admin really needs to update their bakery it have been the same boring theme for YEARS, dude.

Disappointed.. Hello, my name is Mariy, I’ve been playing bakery story for about 6 years. Usually during my free time or whenever I’m out and about and I enjoy the game until recently I’ve been having problems with purchasing gems and I don’t purchase gems unless there’s a sale, and once I do, GOOD GOD, there is always a problem. I don’t receive my gems, they’re not on my account and I’ve contacted costumer support and they weren’t a big help. Please fix your servers and your staff members when helping your loyal customers to this game, I had 300+ neighbors being completely active to bakery story and that dropped to only about 30 to 20 people continuing to play this game. Please update it, and give me my moneys worth. I shouldn’t have to constantly contact customer support and receive nothing in return. I am infused with how irresponsible you have been with this game, please listen to the half of us that are frustrated with what has gone down hill with this game. Thank you.

Nice pass time. I’ve been playing this game for about 6 months and it’s been a good diversion during this crazy year. It took a little time to figure out all the different features of the game, but I had a friend who helped me along. The goals are fun, but it takes too long to get enough parts to make the ovens. There should be a better way to earn gems also. And it would be helpful if somewhere it would let you know what parts are needed on the different ovens before you buy them. You collect a lot of parts that you never use. You should be able to trade them in or sell them or something. Overall it’s a fun game but it does take some time and there could be some improvements to make it more fun.

Love it,BUT put more ads to get gems or coins!. I love this game! Been playing bakery story since 2009. I've spent some real US cash on this game therefore, I'll never uninstall it. However, I do wish they would let us complete the other goals at our own pace. New goals can stay the same(complete within 14 days) I wish you would put ads to let us collect gems and coins. (Other games like the MySupermarket lets you) other than that all other things are awesome. Do wish we can change the lady for the bakery story profile to customize into the Baker we look like. Pretty nice game but..... Ok, so bakery story is a pretty good game. I just downloaded it again and I think that it’s still good👌 but..... I wanted to restart but I can’t!😕My friend also wants to but he can’t. He messed up and made a lot of mistakes and wants to restart. He cannot do a lot of things and now he does not play it anymore. These are two thing that should be added to the game: 1, make a tutorial so people do not mess up and then they can play the game better and have fun. 2, make it so you can restart just Incase you accidentally mess up even with the tutorial, or you want to restart cause u re downloaded the game and want to start over fresh👍. Please add these things to make the game more enjoyable I will definitely rate it five stars if you do. Thank you🙃

Great! Just one major problem. 😣. Okay, I rated it four stars. You’re probably wondering why it’s not a five. There’s just one reason for that. 😔 The problem is, I want to buy some gems, and I realize, you’re paying $1.99 for NINE GEMS?! That’s ridiculous! Most of the items that cost gems are 10 ~ 20. That wouldn’t really get me anywhere. Another thing is, 200,000 coins for a BOOKSHELF?! That’s kind of WAY TOO HIGH. 😒 I mean, I only have about 20,000 coins, not interested in spending money on in - game currency. I understand this game has been going since the iPhone 3GS, and that’s amazing people still play it. But seriously, PLEASE change your prices! Used to loved……. This game used to be fun but ever since the new owners bought the game it’s been near to impossible to finish goals. We used to have 30 days to finish a goal now we have half then that or less it has been multiple times I’ve reached part 3 of the goal half way thru part 3 only to run out of time. Goals used to be achievable now it requires you to buy gems with cash. The actual game hasn’t been updated in so long!!!! No new items. I used to be able to get holiday items with coins/goals and now I can’t it’s impossible. I’ve spent money on this game many years ago. Now I am over this game and the new buyers. On top of that I completed multiple bonus goals to earn gems and they have yet to give me any of them!! I will be deleting this game the creators fail to listen to the people in what needs to be improved. The game is no longer fun.

Longtime player (Lvl 99)/BUYER BEWARE. I’m a longtime player & have 3 bakeries on 3 Apple devices. Once you reach Lvl 99, (as high as you can go) the developers change the quantity of just ONE part to complete a multi part oven to achieve goals👿This has become a J.O.B. to harass your nbrs to send you the CORRECT part to get that oven built in enough time to get the rewards & Goal prizes. To explain in more detail: in prior play-some ovens may require anywhere from 5 to 8, or 10 of 2 diff goal parts; to some requiring 4 different parts & the quantity of new goal pieces has gone up to a WHOPPING 28 pieces!! So unless you’re willing to take on a job collecting all these pieces from your diligent (or oblivious) nbrs. Come on TEAM LAVA.... this game is no longer fun bcz you’ve made it too difficult to get the EXTREMELY HIGH # of just one part for multi part goal ovens & cooked/served bakery items hoping players will buy gems (in-app purchases) instead to BUT/BYPASS these ridiculous quantity new goals!!!!

Fun. Fun but it is almost impossible to expand your bakery I say this game is fun and relaxing but again it’s hard to expand and earn coins I would get it if I were you because it is a good game it’s very very fine don’t think it’s one of those games where are you have to click it put in the bowl and whisk it it’s not like that. It’s fine we don’t have to make it very much so my review very good. But I don’t think I’ll be playing it for more than five years just because I kind a got boring after a couple months but after I got more money I redesigned my bakery and I felt to play more so I will get this game is a good game and honestly I don’t listen to any of the other reviews but listen to mine because I didn’t listen I got to figure out this amazing game thank you for showing me this amazing game.

PLS IS IT STILL AROUND?!. this game has been a huge memory for me for like forever and I remembered this game at 3 in the morning…I’m so happy to be able to play my childhood game! There was a club tycoon type game in the same type of style as this game and I’ve been trying to find it for the longest. As a child it was my favorite game for some reason and i really want to play it so if somebody could tell me if the game got deleted or just the name of the game that would be awesome. Anyways back to this game… when I heard the theme song I had a big smile on my face it’s an amazing game and I feel the whole world should know about it! i first played the game when I was at least 7 or 8 and now I’m 14… time goes by for the good and memories stay for the better <3

Love this Game. I’ve been playing bakery (and restaurant and fashion) story ever since my first iphone, the 3GS. This game has only gotten better over time. I love that there a so many options on how you design your bakery and on how much each of the times cost. I also love that we can watch videos for gems and coins which makes it a bit easier to complete goals, expand and buy new items for the shop. I think it’s great that there are goals to complete as it makes the game a bit more fun! The only complaint I have is that sometimes my app will crash when watching videos but it doesn’t happen too often so I’m not too bothered by it. Keep up the great work 💖💖

SUPER FUN! But never anything new. I played this game a lot several years ago, and recently started playing it a lot again. While it’s nice to see that the game has stuck to its roots, nothing has changed at all over the past several years- no new features or graphics, just new ads and things you have to pay for. It would be helpful if the game were updated to make things more efficient. For example, a “select all friends” button for sending or requesting gifts. Or a way add someone as a friend without having to search for their ID posted on a wall and then type it in manually. Why isn’t there just an “add friend” button when visiting someones bakery? It would just be refreshing to have some changes made, and it would show that the creators care about the users’ experiences.

I used to love this game until I found this out.... THEY CAN TRACK YOU!😱😠. I used to LOVE this game but I just found out something.... THEY CAN TRACK U! Yes they can get you location, address, phone number, contacts, name, even sites you look up! 😱 If you don’t believe me right under the comments where it says stuff about privacy it says it in big print! I think this is very upsetting. 😠 So please especially parents READ THIS before you consider getting it or letting your child get it. It is a very fun game and looks like it would be but now finding this out I’m not going to get it. There isn’t anything wrong with the game except THIS! Like this game, but can be annoying. On the last east version, when my counters have food on it and I go off, than check back in like an hour later, all the food disappears and normally when I leave in an hour I might’ve only received like 5,000 coins from customers. I’m kinda upset and annoyed because I have to make a load more things about it. Is it a glitch or bug or just something wrong with my device? I’ve read the other complaints and I agree with what problems they wrote about. I also think that you should add a thing where u can sell floor tiles (unless there’s already a way to do it) because when I buy a an extra floor tile that I don’t want, I can’t take it away or sell it. Same thing with the wall paper. Something else is that my game sometimes never saves, but sometimes it’s a good thing.

WAY TO MANY ADS!!. I love bakery story don’t get me wrong. BUT there is so many ads! you will open up the app and right before you can touch the screen add’s just start popping up! I get it you have to sponsor stuff but when you press the X to get off of the ad 10 more pop up !Some of the stuff is to get the mystery boxes or new items for your bakery,But slow it down!!There is so many!!Besides the adds, bakery stories is such a fun game!I love that you can name your cafe it’s such a blast! It’s also so fun to decorate your café into what you want to look like! So much cool decorations to!! Something else is I wish that you could do is customize your character to look like you! That would be awesome!! But overall this game is so fun!!Il totally recommend!!😌

Love this app…but adding this would make me less stressed. Okay to start off this is a great app I use it all the time to message, tip, gift, and visiting my neighbors but sometimes I’m on vacation or just sleeping I get notifications on Bakery Story at night which keep me up and I want their to be a closed button! That’s where you can click on the button then your place is closed, the reason is normally I have to tell my neighbor I am not full anymore on all their walls (I have more than 500 neighbors) and the closed button’s also for in case you don’t want messages to be on when you enable it and you can disable it to! Don’t do this if you don’t want it, I just wanted to give a suggestion!

Buying Goal Appliances past the goal date only give one recipe ):. I’ve only been playing this game for about a week but I’m really disappointed that there is no way of obtaining all of the recipes when you build an appliance past the goal date. A lot of people have been complaining to Storm8 in the forum for years to bring back previous goals so that we can unlock these recipes. I spent 60,000 on the Cocoa Maker to only get one recipe. It seems more worth it to just have the basic oven or drinking machine instead. Not to mention it’s very unsatisfying seeing that there’s two recipes I could have gotten if I downloaded the game at an earlier date. Storm8 please bring back the previous goals! It seems to be something most players would be interested in. What is the point of adding more and more new goals and keeping the previous goals and recipes locked away forever?

Been playing this for Years. I’ve been playing this game since the first iPhone came out— enjoyed it as much then as I do now. Though with the way they have the new goals set up to get 12- 28 or more for any one part is ridiculous, promoting to spend more gems and such — and even at max lvl, I barely complete everything by the last 3 days of the limit— but the ever frustrating problem that keeps on coming back is the: You need Internet to play Bakery Story... And so on... when I’m sitting at home with good internet service where the game was working just fine earlier in the day, wasting all the food I have on the stoves just waiting for it to rot. PLEASE FIX THIS STUPID ISSUE!!! Thank you Storm8 for having so many good games out, but this problem always comes back.

Keeps me entertained but has issues. So I used to have this same game about 8 years ago. Unfortunately I lost my old account and had to start again. Just got the game 4 days ago. Here’s what I like and don’t like: 1. I like how diamonds are more easily accessible whereas before it was nearly impossible to get them. You can watch 10 ads for diamonds per day 2. I DONT like how the game seems to have This problem with “processing”. It happens at any given time and usually once processed sets back a tiny bit of the progress I made before 3. I don’t like the game glitching. I’m okay with dealing with a couple ads (which is few and far in between) but when I put something up on the wall it kinda disappears. Like the item I bought doesn’t show up where I put it unless I move it to a different wall. Maybe that’s a feature of the game but I doubt it. Conclusion: overall, not much has changed. The community isn’t toxic thankfully as far as I can tell and people are pretty nice. But the things I mentioned above should be consideeed and fixed as I’m sure other players have faced similar issues. Glad to be back tho!

DISHONEST, DISREPUTABLE COMPANY. I’ve been playing this game for years and enjoyed it when it was owned by Team Lava. Now it’s run by GREEDY incompetents at Storm8. Goals are difficult and frustrating and they throw them at you so fast, they’re riddled with errors. During the recent “back to school sale” they briefly sold gem dispensers in error, and subsequently removed them from the sale. I was able to legitimately purchase some and less than a week later, they removed them from my account!! So their solution, instead of making them available to everyone to make everyone happy...was to confiscate them from those who legitimately bought them and make everyone unhappy. I don’t know what dunderheads are running this company, but their business practices are slipshod, dishonest and GREEDY. This game now is just pure frustration and disappointment. Do yourself a favor and download some other game worth your time because this one is worthless.

Bakery Story. I am giving it a 4 star for now because it has been crashing on me and I can’t play the game at this time. Frustrating thing is I have pies cooking and I am afraid that they will spoil. Hopefully you can fix it soon. When I am able to play it I will give it 5 stars. Update: I am now giving it 5 stars because it isn’t crashing for me now. I love the game!!!!! I don’t feel stressed out like I have playing other games. Yes you have to get certain quests done in a allotted time but if I don’t get it completed in time I don’t care. The only frustrating thing to me is in order to get more stoves you have to be at a certain level. Other than that I love the game!!!!!!

Surprisingly fun and addictive. I've been playing this game for a few years now. I wish we could advance above level 99. The recent chances to get requested items are impossible unless you buy gems; there isn't enough time given for the tasks and I'm not allowed to have more than a certain number of appliances. You also end up with a lot of useless appliances and it's hard to check quickly if you can do more with them. So I find that a bit frustrating. On a positive note, my brief interactions with my neighbors has been positive and fun. You can take more time to play and keep up your stars or you can let it go and simply decorate and bake. The games loses a star for some of its quirks but it's definitely worth it.

Excellent Therapeutic Game!. My daughter introduced me to the Bakery game while vacationing in Savannah, Georgia over 5 years ago. I live in St. Louis and she’s retired Air Force who resides in Georgia. We meet at various places. I love playing the game because I like decorating, meeting new people, baking and buying furniture. I get to do all of those things playing the Bakery game. It offers opportunities to challenge yourself and for me it is therapeutic. I am intentional about everything I do in my bakery and again I love everything about it. I am glad that I listened to my daughter to start playing because I do not do social media games very often. I am a proud 75 year old owner of “Mary’s Bakery.”

Bakery Story. I’ve been waiting for this review to pop up and there’s no way that I can remember everything that I want to say. At first, 8 or 9 years ago, this was exciting, fun, everything. That was when it was Team Lava but now it’s Storm 8. They are the most ignorant programmers that I’ve witnessed. They misspell from 1 to 6 words on every challenge. Add recipes to existing appliances and then charge 100,000 coins for said appliance. They screw up almost every challenge with either the food items not counting up on your experience level ,, or the stove is a white square unless you think to turn it so it can be seen as expected. Or, the flooring you purchase goes on the walls or the wall paper goes on the floors. No one there seems to care. I’m addicted to spending my precious hours on this crap. If it weren’t for the neighbors that I’ve had for ever, some of which turned into real friends I’d have quit long ago. This was 2019 I believe

Cute, but forced ads, hangs, and very difficult goals. Loved this game for years. Like the cute decorations and being able to visit other bakeries. However the ads are very annoying. Used to have no ads. I get money has to come from somewhere but they always pop up in the middle of trying to do something. Wish the ads were only the optional ones for perks. Also the app sometimes gets stuck loading something which I only assume is another ad and I’m forced to close it and reopen it. Additionally, recently they’ve made their goals harder and harder to achieve and on a huge time crunch! You would have to perfectly time everything and even then I’m not sure you could reach some of these goals without diamonds.

Love this game!!!. I have been playing Bakery Story 1, Restaurant Story 1, Farm Story 1, Fashion Story, Dragon Story, Campus Life, and Campus Life Christmas for years!!! Storm 8 has done an incredible job at creating these amazing games! They are so fun and, I have made lifelong friendships through them!!! Storm 8 has stopped supporting Farm Story 1, Fashion Story, Campus Life Christmas and most recently, Campus Life. I am so very sad and know many people who feel the same way. I am so worried that they will discontinue Bakery Story 1 and Restaurant Story 1. I would truly be lost without these two games and all the incredibly wonderful friends I have all around the world through them!!! I would LOVE it if they'd bring back Farm, Campus and Fashion Stories!!! It would be better than Christmas!😄😄😄😄😄

Problems that make no sense. I have been playing this game for a while and the processing screen hasn’t gotten any better. It will appear at random times and last for several minutes. Before I finally decide to just close the game and reopen it again. It’s rather bothersome when they appear at the most inconvenient times. Also why do I need two doors to move one? I find that decision ridiculous as I am not trying to put one in my inventory just simply moving it from one spot to another. Honestly this is the first game ever that I have in countered that has this option. On a separate note money appears too slowly in the game can there be an increase of customers when you level up. Or even level up a few stars before getting an increase would be fine. And it would definitely help getting more money then it is right now.

it’s ok!. so I had this app about two to three years ago, and it was a really really good game and I loved it, but about a year ago I deleted it, so I would have more phone storage, but I just got a new phone two days ago, and it’s a very good working phone, so I downloaded bakery story again! And I’ve been growing my bakery, except something really weird has been happening since I’ve downloaded the game again, so I currently have one oven and one coffee machine, and every time I try to buy another coffee machine or oven, about one minute after buying them my game says “reconnecting” and then the oven or coffee machine I just bought disappears, and it’s not stored, and I don’t get my money back. which has caused me to lose at least 50,000 dollars due to this glitch, but other than that the game is wonderful and very fun and I have no complaints! -paige

It’s time to update your avatars. I love this game and have been playing on and off for YEARS! It helps to pass time at work and I love building on to my bakery. Lately I’ve noticed more adds which are annoying but it’s not super overwhelming. I recently reactivated my account and have noticed the avatars are still the same. I’m sure many people from all different backgrounds play this game so the avatars should reflect that. Let’s give the app some representation shall we? Also I think it would help if neighbors could be sorted between active and inactive so we know who to visit,gift, and tip. Also it would be helpful if the could see who you’ve already visited, tipped and gifted for the day so as not to waste time cycling through bakeries that you’ve already visited.

New challenges. I have been playing Bakery Story for many years and can admit that the game has lost some appeal since I have completed almost all the recipes but the new challenges are not even fun. I have never loved the fact that you have to depend on your neighbors to give you the items to build the ovens, or that you can only receive a certain number of gifts in a day. But now you need over 40 items to complete ONE oven and you need THREE ovens built to even complete the first stage. It’s a good thing that each recipe only takes an hour at that level since it will take three whole days just to build the ovens, providing that you have helpful neighbors. This is the third challenge like this in three months and if this is the new norm, I might have to hang up my hat. I love all my neighbors but this was supposed to be a fun game. I don’t need to get stressed out about not being able to complete the challenge. So sad...
