I used to like this game. This has been one of my favorite games for years. Not any more. Not since they started inserting ads right in the middle of the play! Sure it’s only a match 3, but having an ad unexpectedly pop up in the middle of play destroys your concentration. And how do you get rid of these annoying ads, you ask? Buy something from the gems store. That’s right: you now have to pay for something that was free a few short days ago. I am not happy. I may not play this anymore.

Customer support. I have played this game for a long time and like that you can win bonus snow flakes very 24 hours. However since the last update, every time you start a game you have to get through 9 or 10 ads for other games before you start and when you do finally get to the start screen another ad breaks in. I was getting notices that if I made an in game purchase the ads would stop. I did but the ads didn’t. I contacted customer support and they said the ticket was closed because they didn’t deal with game play. So I submitted another ticket 4-5 days ago and have had no response. Don’t waste your money trying to get away from the ads It doesn’t work.

Love this game!. Normally, I would rate this game 3. I came to the end and have been waiting for it to continue , but, I got a new phone and it started me back to beginning. I’m enjoying it so much. Still freezes up when I use gems to continue. But, THANK YOU, for giving us all that free time to play. Being stuck at home is not fun, but being able to play without having to wait to recoup lives was wonderful. So, 5 stars.

Too many ads. Every time I start the game it forces me to go thru too many ads before I can play. I am not interested in those ads. If I wanted those other games I would get them!

Waiting for new levels.... I enjoy playing this game, but I agree that the adds are very annoying and now I’ve been stuck at level 1560 a very long time.

Things need to be fixed. Love this game! But hate that you have to wait on extra things to help you! Plus you almost to next level to get extras and than they won’t give them to you! I do not purchase anything because last time I did wasn’t able to use them all! Over all game is very addictive!!

I wish my rating was higher.. I also agree with others that we enjoy playing this game. My problem is that I make it through a level and have to wait for months for a new level. On top of that, you take away the most fun games, and then I am stuck playing games I don’t enjoy. Please don’t take them away if you can’t provide new levels.

Too many ads freeze the game. Too many ads. They frequently freeze the game and I have to restart the app. This is especially annoying when I’m watching an ad to earn more moves and it freezes the game and I lose my progress and have to start the lever again. Annoying when I was within a couple moves of beating a level. Also way too many ads just to play.

Way too many Ads!. I really love this game, but often I have to suffer through SO many Ads to keep playing that I wonder if it's worth it. The most frustrating part is that I usually CHOOSE to watch the ads offered to get extra moves or the Event Snowflakes each week....and then immediately they are popping up MORE ADS that I didn't choose to watch!! If they offered a paid version of this game with No Ads, I would probably just buy it.

No hand off on iOS. Too many ads/UPDATED. This is the third time that I’ve started Frozen Frenzy over! I started this game right when it launched. Had to wait for new episodes to be developed. New phone, did not transfer my progress in Game Center. Started over...just upgraded my phone and AGAIN, had to start all over!! All my other Storm 8 games transfer with no problem. Now, after starting over for a third time, I now have all these freaking ads!!! Come on!!! I’ve been loyal from day one, I don’t think I need to be seeing all these ads. What about the purchases I made prior? Update. Since writing this review, Storm 8 fixed my problems!! I no longer have the ads. I didn’t regain my previous progress, but I’m really happy with the “fix”!! Thank you!!

Totally Addicting. I was looking for a challenging game that I could actually enjoy playing and found this. I’ve had it a few months and absolutely love it!! I don’t have any issues or freeze-ups (as other reviews may have mentioned). You will end up paying for more lives eventually because it’s so addicting. Lol

Frozen Frenzy Mania Freezes Maniacally!. When I first downloaded this I really liked it…to the point to where I even made a purchase. That was supposed to stop the ads. I upgraded my iPhone and the game got reset. I started getting the ads back-plus. They pop up after every third game played and often disrupt any audio I'm playing on the iPhone. Now when I launch this game I'm getting no less than six dialogues prompting to download various games. Then there's one more game and I can finally play one round of Frozen. At the end of the game the app is freezing. First off, I feel ripped off because the in-app purchase didn't carry to the upgrade. Secondly, the insane amount of interruptions gets very disheartening at best. And now I'm having to dismiss a ton of requests to download apps that are already either on my phone or in my iCloud account. Fix your app!

Freezes a lot and tons of ads. I have had to X out of upwards of 17 ads just to start my first game. And the. Between games at least 2 more videos. Freezes ALOT. I have also used at least 40 or more loves to get through a level. Usually it’s 3-4 hard levels that may take you a week or month to get cleared then one fairly easy level. Then back to the using massive amounts of lives. There is no fan page. No support. Nobody to contact. None. I think the game makers have abandoned the game.

Ads Keep Hijacking. I like this game, and have been playing it for quite some time. However, I’m just about to give up. It has happened toooo many times that ads have hijacked my level and then frozen the screen so my only choice is to leave the game and either restart my phone or come back much later and hope the ad is finally gone. Either way, I lose all of my progress on the level. It is such a waste of time, I don’t know if I will playing any more unless this is fixed. I get that ads support free game play, but it ceases to be fun under such conditions.

UPDATE: Bugs. Update: After several months, still seeing “processing” while trying to play the game and it never goes away. Submitted a support case for on 1/26 and included evidence of the bug and Storm8 immediately sent me an email response with “closing my unresolved ticket”, stating the the following: “ Frozen Frenzy Mania | Thanks for contacting us. We have limited support services for Frozen Frenzy Mania and will not be able to respond to individual requests. We apologize for the inconvenience. Storm8 developers, why should I pay another dime for a game that’s barely supported?? Hard to play when “processing” never leaves the screen... Tried reinstalling the game and restarted the iPad. Still, “processing “ never goes away. Very annoying....

Too many ads. Updated the game and now ads pop up every few seconds which is extremely annoying. Even when you close an ad another one comes up. They come up in multiples. Also after you watch ads for extra moves game freezes and won’t restart so have so force close game. And after a certain level they just repeat previous levels

Glitches and excessive ads ruined game. This used to be my favorite game, but it has started freezing between every level and I have to restart game and go through all of the pop-ups again to get to the next level. When you watch a video for the bonus, it will often get all the way through the video and then tell you the video did not complete, so you’ve watched the ad for no bonus. No recent updates, so guess it is time to find better games.

Finite # of Levels, Very Glitchy. It’s a decently fun game but has issues. Honestly, I wouldn’t bother with it if you’re looking for something new to play. Once you reach about level 800, the levels are all just repeats. I’m on 1240 something and can’t remember the last time I played a new level. Some repeat two or three times within 15 or so levels. While you can technically watch ads to earn more moves, at least half the time they don’t load or freeze the game completely. The ads hardly ever load between levels, and you just get a “Processing” message overlaying the level….that you can still play. The ads will maybe load halfway through the number of moves and then take over. And lastly why can’t you hand off between devices without starting over? I don’t really think the company supports the game anymore.

Too many ads. Love playing this game but turns it off as soon as it starts processing the ads- just too many, many ads. Imagine, had to watch 13 ads before you could start playing. One or two ads is okay but not one in between lives. So please minimize your ads!!!

Ads are annoying, but game is fun!. The game is super fun, but clicking through the ads is very annoying. Being able to watch ads to earn extra lives is fine, but the pop ups at the start are excessive.

One star because of all the pop ups!. I already have several of their games, who has time to play the 15 pop ups for games? I also hate the 3 days or longer you have to play get color blue for the team and then 3 more days to get the color for yourself. Those never amount to any wins. You should play the tournament more days (2) days vs (6) I just don’t play as much any more. I play angry birds because they have one pop up and that is to watch for a bonus. When I sit down to play a video game, I WANT TO PLAY NOT GET BOMBARDED WITH ADDS AND POP UPS.

Constant freezing now with ads. I’ve been playing for awhile and enjoy the game however with the new updates and all the new ads the screen freezes and you have to restart frequently. Also when you watch ads for more plays it freezes constantly and have to restart. It’s so annoying that I want to stop playing. No longer worth the time investment and way too many ads. I realize the money aspect but sheesh! It’s wat too much now.

Great pass time game. I have reached level 1800 and the next level says “coming soon” It’s been over three weeks now. When is the next level coming for 1801 and up?

Crashes too much. I have been playing this game for years! I’m not sure what happened but there are way too many ads which take FOREVER to actually load. It’s so bad that I frequently force it to end and forfeit lives. If it actually opens the level, usually the ad doesn’t play right away but my screen will freeze for 60-90 seconds then it lets me play the level! It’s bad enough there are way too many ads but the lag in playing these said ads just makes me not want to play. Please fix these bugs

Too many ad. Eh. Just like others have said - way too many ads. I have to click through 15 ads before I can play the game. & in between levels - more ads. So annoying! & yes. I have the little gummy that gets stuck on the screen as well. It’s a fun game but it may be worth finding a game where you can play the game rather than play click out of the ads game.

Freezes every time. The game is fun when it’s working. But every time you opt to watch an ad to get more moves or more lives it crashes. It works just long enough to make you watch all the ads. But when your done and go back to use your earned moves the game is frozen. EVERY TIME. This has been happening for years so at this point I can only assume that’s their intention. They just want you to watch the ads and have no intention of giving you any extra moves, or they should have been able to fix this bug in the many years it’s been happening. What a scam.

I would give it more stars but …. I would give it more stars but it’s glitchy sometimes during gameplay if you use bonuses it freezes up! And it takes an inordinate amount of time to get to the games when a person has to “clear” a number (6-12) advertisements to actually get to the game. Sometimes by the time I get to the game I have run out of time to play. Support is, for the most part, nonexistent! One reply I received stated that this game is no longer supported.

Don’t make a purchase to stop ads!!!. I have been playing this game for 6+ years, I have had to start over for various reasons. Obviously by far my favorite game even though I have been screwed over a few times with in game purchases, the game freezing up after I used an extra life with my purchase . My final draw is the ads are out of control, I made a purchase so I wouldn’t have to shut down 14 ads before I can play...guess what? Still all the ads!!! Once I use up my diamonds I am going to quit cold turkey!!! This is fraud to the highest degree!!! So freakin disappointed with this company! Don’t be dumb like me!!!!

Technical difficulties. It is very rare to be able to get the videos for bonus points on the left of the screen and even when you reach the end the videos rarely come up to give the extra turns needed to reach the gems. Most of the time I have to exit the entire game after winning a step to get to the next level. Love the game but really annoying.

WAY TO MANY ADDS!!!!!!!!. I’ve played this game for over 4 years. I changed phones and had to start all over. Ok, dumb but whatever. Then it says to stop adds, make a purchase. Ok, well I guess I’ll do that. Update the game and now I have so many adds, it actually ruins the game play. To start the game I just had 12 adds before I could even play 1 round. Then I play once and 2 more adds. I used to enjoy this game. It didn’t carry over my progress or my purchase. Now I play hit the exit button instead of the game. Shame!! Real shame!!!!

Buyer beware: They take your money and give you nothing!. Game was fine for a few weeks now there are so many ads you can barely play. They have a popup that claims making any purchase will remove the ads between plays. I caved and spent 99¢ so the ads would go away. NOTHING CHANGED. I got the popup again and nowhere did it specify what you had to spend in order to get the ads removed - just a purchase from the in-app store. I tried to contact customer service for the app and instead get a response that my ticket was automatically closed since they cannot support this app. This is FRAUD! I’m going to report this app however I can. Deleted it and other apps from the developer immediately.

App is buggy as hell!. From stray graphic sprites that won’t go away to random freezes to losing items you’ve won, there’s really no excuse for the lazy programming and quality control on this game! Now to add insult to injury they recently started forcing you to watch advertising videos at times simply to continue playing the game. Of course they then pop-up a handy reminder that if you would just spend some money with them, they would make the pop-ups go away. So glad I haven’t bought anything in app as laziness and greed should not be rewarded.

Fun game but .... The game is fun but it has a ton of advertisements and video ads that you have to watch. It gives you an option to make a gem store purchase to remove them but don’t waste your money, It doesn’t remove the ads. I’ve contacted support and provided them with my purchase receipt and they told me to restart my device. After that failed they told me sorry, they have limited support services for this game and closed my ticket.

Too much Ads!. Seriously this game has too many advertisements and some of them make the game crash! I understand that they have to have advertising but it’s way too much!!! Please fix some advertisements that crash the game. So annoyed!!

They do not support this game according to email they sent me. Don’t spend any money because they do not offer any support for this game. I submitted a bug ticket and received an email from them stating that they do not offer Individual support for this game. They only support their most popular games I guess. Although they want you to spend money so you won’t have to watch ads, they don’t offer support. Doesn’t seem right. The game itself is fun but buyer beware

Great game but it has issues. Love this game!! Its addicting, however many times now when I'm so close to beating the level I've been stuck on for a while I will buy additional moves. When I finally beat the level with the additional moves I've purchased it freezes up and won't let me advance to the next level. Very frustrating when I wasted my money and end up still on the same level.

Done with Storm8. There was a bug that caused me to lose all of my in app currency. Storm8 said they couldn't recover it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been a long time player and would play to relax, the bugs started happening more often and now they are getting worse. I saved up my currency for 600 levels, being told they won't help me get it all back is incredibly frustrating because I spent so much time saving it all up. I don't think I will ever play another Storm8 game again, and I encourage you not to either. They have too many bugs but what's worse is they do nothing to try to make the errors caused by their bugs right again.

Great game. My favorite until it started cutting out almost every game. Now I don't get any star credits or a chance to finish a game. Too, too many ads. How many times must I tell you I don't want to download 9 games every time I have to reload the program. Fix the darned thing.

Game keeps freezing up. This has happened to me several times. When I get close to beating a level. I go and purchase extra moves but after I purchase them the game freezes up and I’m not able to finish the level. So not only did I lose my money but I also had to start that game over again. I sent support an email with a screen shot but they don’t seem to want to help resolve the problem or refund me my money. I will look for a different game to play. So frustrating.

Updated review: they fixed the issues we complained about. I’m so happy to be able to play my game again. The crazy number of ads at startup are back down to a very reasonable 2-4 ish. The game play speed is perfectly normal and relaxing. Thanks for responding to our reviews and bringing my favorite game back to its former glory. Previous review: I agree with the other recent reviewers. This game was relaxing but now the pieces move after each move REALLY REALLY fast. It’s disturbing. Please developers, fix this fast! Also the million ads right at the beginning are pretty annoying. 3 or 4 is ok. 14 is ridiculous.

My game is frozen!!. I just started playing this game I love it!! But now it froze I can’t contact the Support Team because now I can’t get in the game. I’m highly disappointed Also when I watch video for extra moves it freezes then I lose my progress It’s near impossible to contact the Support Team

My favorite Match-3. This game is consistently fun. My only complaint is that when I got a new phone, I had to start all over, even though I was connected through Facebook. Very frustrating.

Not appropriate for Children. Despite the ridiculous amount of ads I have played this game for many years. It basically a cute kids version of Candy Crush. Although this game is rated for 4+ it is NOT appropriate for children because of the very adult themed ads. The ads are very sexual in nature and the games in the ads are rated for adults 18+. So your child can be happily playing the cute game full of cute characters and up pops an ad with half naked women sexily sprawled over, making out with vampires or some nonsense. Seriously?! This is a game geared towards small children! I guess I have to monitor all Storm 8 games now 🙄

Poor customer support. I love this game but I bought extra gems to add extra moves and after subtracting the gems the game would not let me make any moves. This happened before. I contacted support and got a reply right away saying there was no way for them to reimburse the gems. So basically I was out of luck. It was easy enough for them to take my gems. I guess I just won't buy anything else from this game then. I've had other games replace lost items, don't know why they're unwilling to do so after I paid for them.

Too many ads and making a purchase doesn’t fix the problem.. I’ve played this game for years but it’s gotten a little ridiculous with the ads. Made an in game purchase to make them stop. Waste of time and money. Every update the developers do makes the game worse. Can’t recommend this game anymore.

Has Issues. Many times I make a major move which will win the level and it kicks me out of the game. I not only have to replay the level but I lose a life. Keep thinking there will be a bug fix, but it has been happening for a long time.

Classic game that’s long been OUTDATED!. After certain progress, this game becomes useless. I played until i ran out levels... waiting for updates. I left this game alone for over a year. When i came back, more levels were available but they are just recycled levels from earlier in the game. Once you get to levels in the 1,000’s, forget it - it’s all recycled levels with more difficulty (i.e. less moves). I enjoyed this game while it was fresh and new. It feels, long sense, outdated and abandoned. It can’t compete with the new format of match-3 games (like Fishdom and the Matchington series). What’s new is the addition of ads between level play. The ad system is quirky and pesty. It pops up between levels and often takes up to 30 sec. just to load an ad. All previous mentioned critiques considered, it just feels like a final cash-in run before they completely abandon this game.

Stuck. Love the game but I have been having a lot of trouble with it getting stuck since new episodes are being added. Most of the time it never lets me use play plus 2 to start a game. And it often gets stuck on processing and I just have to quit the game. Very frustrating.

Predictable. After you advance through the games it becomes very predictable whether or not you are going to win or not. Halfway into the game getting matches is at a crawl and each match doesn’t result in much. However when the game is set for you to win just about every match results in big payoffs. Becomes boring waiting for game set points to advance.

Lost Progress. I was up to level 1228, but had to start at the beginning when I upgraded my iPad. Every other game and all my other stuff transferred to my new iPad through Cloud wlo any problems. I still gave it a 4 rating because I really like the game.

GET RID OF THE ADDS!!!. The game was fantastic until the adds were added? I don't know if any other match 3 game that has in app purchases that makes you watch adds!! There is no choice to watch them, no incentives! Just bam you have to watch this rediculously long advert in between each level! If you don't remove them I'll be deleting the app. Nothing annoys me more.

Latest update lies about ads. Do not install latest update. It does not disclose a new ‘feature’ where ads appear between games. And despite your sound settings ( ie no sound in game) the ads still yell at you. A message says to buy gems to stop ads. Its a lie. You buy gems and you still get the ads. Deceptive approach by Storm 8. Shameful.

A bit of a con.. In and of itself it's a fun app but far too often I find myself 1 move short of clearing a stage, no doubt the developers are licking their lips thinking I'll buy credits to continue. Well no more. Keep treating me like a fool and I'll be deleting this app quick smart.

ADS KILLED THIS GAME. It was awesome, loved playing it but recently they started making you watch so many video ads that now I feel like I turn my phone over to avoid the ads more than I actually get to play the game. Don’t bother downloading it until they stop being greedy. They have in app purchases as it is.

Can't open world. I can open every world except the one I'm up to, can open the ones before and the one after, but just sticks on the download screen on the world I need to get to :( I love this game but this is getting so annoying. (Over 2 months since problem started) still unable to open worlds, I truly don't believe it needs 2 months to download a world...come on

Frozen Mania. The game is great and because of that I have spent a lot of money with in-app purchases. The frustrating thing is is that often I spent 9 gems to continue and then the game freezes and I have to shut down and restart and I have lost the the gems! I have tried without success to find a "contact us" to report the issue but cannot find one! I have probably lost over 100 gems!

Too many ads. Was a great game but too many ads now, 17, before you can even start. Have not been getting purchases either.

Adds. This game is not suitable for children anymore with the pornographic adds of MyCafe being shown all the time, you need to do something to protect children!!!

So disappointing. This was also one of my favourite games until the ads suddenly appeared after each level or failed turn. Outrageous and completely unnecessary. Hopefully this will be fixed very soon with the next update.

Okay but....... A rip-off that you have to spend so many diamonds to get only few more turns. The regeneration time for lives is too long as well. It also freezes sometimes and takes hours to reset.

New update crashes app on opening.. With the latest update the app now crashes 2 seconds after opening without moving past the initial logo.

Too many adds. You have to go through 13 adds before you can start a game!!! Then another ad straight after you play one game, it states ad will keep playing unless you have purchase in the game, I have done that and the ads are still playing..I used to love this game, but greed is now killing it!!

Awesome game. However you can't send lives to other people so they need to fix that then a lot more people would be playing it

Board Kings. The add for Board Kings need to be removed from the bonus snowflakes ect as it doesn’t pay.

Too hard without purchase. I can’t get past the mid thirties level, it’s too hard and I keep running out of moves then lives. Don’t want to purchase. A chance to win a cumulative daily prize would be good. Deleting now as too frustrating.

Game. Please fix. Since last update game freezes. Losing lives without playing grrr. Why do you need 15 install apps interfaces before you can actually play the game. REALLY annoying. I do love this game but not so much atm

Death by ads. Every second game requires 30+ secs of ads, sometimes more. Beyond frustrating and I wish the developers would take notice of feedback and do something about it.

Gift box. Hi, this is a great game with challenging levels which is good. The only thing is that when you go to redeem a gift that a friend has sent, you can't do it because it won't let you. It keeps coming up saying that I have redeemed too many gifts today, and can't redeem any more. This needs to be fixed as I haven't been able to accept any gifts for a few days now. For this reason, I am giving this game only three stars. Please could you fix this as soon as possible?

Why????. Sometimes when I watch a video to get moves on a level, when I’m done watching them, the music and probably the sound stops. The reason I said “probably” is because I wouldn’t know, because I can’t even move!!!! It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, it’s really, really annoying that I spent that time watching videos for my game to not do what it’s supposed to do. Other than that, I really like the game!🙂

Freezing screen. I love and enjoy the game, but it has been freezing for couple days on “processing” mode sometimes at the beginning of the game or in the middle if I had to pause then its brightness darkens and remains on “processing” mode or does not reflect updated game. I already have the updated version. Please fix it

Too many ads. I am ok with the occasional ad but there’s just way too many which greatly takes away the fun of this game.

Not happy with support. Constant glitches. When you ask support for help, the just reply saying it's closed and don't bother fixing it. I've been stuck at one level for over a week. Freezing. I really enjoy the game but lately game has been freezing and I have to shut down phone and restart to continue game.

Lose the damn video ads 😡. I absolutely love this game. But when those 30 second video ads interrupt and start blaring, and no way to cancel it like you can other still ads, I immediately turn off the game and go on to something else. No way I'm sitting through one of those. I'm very close to deleting the app because of these video ads.

Storm8 Customer Service Sucks. So I've spent some real money in this game, and now it crashes every time I attempt to play. I sent a ticket in and it was immediately closed saying you don't offer support for the game. What kind of customer service is that? I will NEVER buy ANYTHING in a Storm8 game again.

Difficult to pass levels. This is a very tough match game but very well presented visually and aurally. The prompts to download and install another game by this developer is very annoying at present.

Poor cust service and EXCESSIVE ads!. I really want to rate this game higher but just can not. The game itself is great. Very fun way to pass the time. My issue is with the ads. If you run out of moves, you can watch an ad to get 3 more moves, but it NEVER works! It will play the ad and then say something went wrong. You often have to watch 10+ ads before it registers. Really makes me wonder if it’s intentionally set up this way! It didn’t used to be like this. It was fine until a few weeks ago and has been awful ever since. Also, the customer service is quite poor! I had an issue where the game crashed, after I had spent a bunch of premium currency, and lost what I had spent. I emailed cust support, explained what happened, and asked to be credited back exactly what I had lost. The response I received was “We do not offer any refunds”. That was it! Um,....I wasn’t asking for a refund. I was asking to get back what YOUR broken game stole from me! As a customer that has spent real $ on your game....wait, sorry,....As a FORMER customer that has spent really money on your game, you may want to consider treating us a tad bit better. I will probably keep playing your game, but you will not make any future revenue from me.

Too many ads. 14 ads to X out is 13 too many. Also watching videos to get extra moves isn’t working out-sometimes I watch a video 6 times and still don’t get the bonus 3 moves- that’s over 3 minutes of more ads and still no moves. Also freezing and having to start over happens too often-get my bonus moves, then when I watch one more video-everything freezes-frustrating. The game itself is ok.

Game is fun, support is garbage. The game is a lot of fun, but it lowers the volume on my phone when I switch to it. I have music and sounds turned off in the game, so this is beyond annoying. I sent in a ticket to find out how to remedy this, and they just closed it. No help at all. I’m furious. There’s a forum, but you can’t log in without a magic ID you create in the app or some nonsense. So, I take a star off for their volume-adjusting nonsense and a star off for their shoddy support.

Inescapable ads. This game is fun to play, but many times I have had to restart the app because there is absolutely no way to get the ads to clear the screen!

Really gone down hill. I am so aggravated, I literally watched 23 ads in a row to beat a level and then at the end it made me pay 9 gems just to continue with 5 moves, then it crashed on me! I have been a loyal player to this game for a very long time but at this point I am done.

Bug. I love this game but when I made it to 2400 it didn’t give me my 2 hours of unlimited lives. The next day when I completed a level it didn’t move me up.

Freezing. I love this game but it has frozen MULTIPLE times right after buying a boost or using additional diamonds to gain more plays, which has caused me to lose the boosts, the life, and the money I have spent. I am EXTREMELY disappointed, especially since I have written to support and never received a response. They are taking your money with no care for their service and responsiveness!

Too many advertisements. With a recent change to the game, i now have to click through as many as SEVENTEEN ads just to get to the game. This happens daily. It is highly annoying. Some days it’s only 14 or so...

Too many pop-ups!!!. I had to update to the newer version of this game and now have to delete 14-16 pop-up ads for more games every time I try to play a game. Also, too many ‘words’ popping up during the game ( awesome, great, etc.) every few seconds while you’re playing. Very distracting and almost seizure inducing!!!

What happened?. You guys just added more levels, 2000 and more, but when you finish a level, turn or want to watch a video for more moves the game gets stuck and you have to totally get out a no go back in to play. Used to be very fun game. This used to be a great game, but now you have to go through so many ads before playing and during that it is more annoying than enjoyable. I did enjoy the option added that you could watch a ad for a few extra moves.

Where’s the videos?. My rating for this game would have been five stars but I hate one thing. What happened to the videos you could watch to get extra lives? Not all of us have the extra money to spend on lives and gems. Please bring it back.

The freakin ads. Some ads can’t be exited out of after watching the entire thing unless u exit out of the game completely and relaunch it, and by doing so u lose ur “play life”. This is extremely annoying!

Too many ads to download other games. Enjoy Frozen Frenzy but when I want to start playing there 13 ads (yes I counted them) to download other games...what gives? This is annoying. And I have made purchases in the past but now get lots of ads.

Freezing too much. The game is constantly freezing when an ad plays. You need to fix this glitch because it’s unplayable. You need to hard close the app to start again and lose a life in the process. You can’t add add extra moves with an ad because it gets stuck and the ad doesn’t play. Please fix!!!!

Fun - if you can make it through the ads. The last update was a bad move on the developer’s part. I just had to go through FIFTEEN ads before I could even play a level. And almost every level is now followed by an ad. It’s ridiculous.

Fun but annoying little bugs. Fun and cute match 3 game. But it routinely has little hitches that are annoying. It's pretty generous in ways to win power ups without purchasing.

Great way to unwind. This game is perfect for chillaxing in the bath or turning your brain off at night. The only complaints would be coming from my man because I'm OBSESSED!!!!

Keeps freezing. After playing one or more ads to get more moves, the game has been constantly freezing up and must be restarted. Not sure if there has been an update in a while, but hopefully this can be fixed soon.

What’s up?. Until the last couple of weeks I really enjoyed playing this game. Now I have to scroll through 15 ads before my game level is opened. So annoying and is making me think about deleting this game and finding something more enjoyable to play. Whoever made this decision needs to rethink it!

Fun Game Too Many Ads. Fun game, been playing a while now but all of a sudden now I have 14 game ads I have to exit out of before I can start to play. Cut the ads down and I would play more often.

Freezes up. The 4-5 ads are one thing but the game freezes up & ads won’t either load or take forever to. I like the game but freezing up is ridiculous.

Addictive but not well built. When the game works it is awesome. Often I watch videos for extra moves or use gems....and then the game freezes (the title of the game is apparently an inconvenient bug as well). Will I keep playing? Probably. Crafty candy.. I’ve played this game for a long time! Imma give it ONE MORE SHOT! In high in the levels and this level I’m on-has me stuck installing-uninstalling same day cause you sure as hell got it down with FORCING to spend on this game! And THAT-I will not!! Frozen frenzy mania. Awful customer service. The game should be able to be synced on all your devices but it’s not. Had to get new phone so it wants me to start over. Reached out to customer service it’s over two weeks ago. The game is getting deleted. Zero stars would be my rating but it will not let me send unless you have at least one star.

Frozen is frozen. Be careful when earning moves to complete a game. After you’ve watched 3-4 commercials you get back to the game and it’s frozen! You’ll have to forfeit and start over. Real bummer!

Why am I playing the same levels again as “new” levels. Thought this update for more levels would be that. Yeah it’s more levels but it’s the same exact ones I played already like maybe 40 levels ago. Why are you not putting out any NEW content.

Good game, NO support, bad updates. The game itself is a lot of fun. Unfortunately, the developers do not support it. If you try to buy extra plays it crashes, and tech support flat out admits they will do nothing for you. So, no more $ from me. Love this game but new Update is AWFUL. The new update is horrific. All of the game pieces now move extremely fast when you press on them. It completely changes the game experience and is horrible.
