Great game but one issue!. Hello TeamLava, I'm Graciela and I play ''Home Design Story'' I wish to recover my old and first account named ''Aesthetic''. I tried contacting Storm8 Support Page but have not yet been assisted with help. I changed my old phone (iPhone6) for a new iPhone 7 plus and I downloaded the game again and was not able to recover my old account so I started a new one, I did not know I could recover my old account until a neighbor of mine could and explained to me that I had to write to Storm8 answer a couple of questions like my level, name, and I could get my account back. I really love this game and I am a committed player. I was in level 81! Hard work and process. Now I'm ''Aurora'' ID ''aurora404'' and I'm in level 25. Please help me this time Team Lava. Do I have to delete the app and downloaded again? What can I do to recover my old home like my neighbor did? Also since I wrote to Storm8 Support, and did not get any support or help at all, how is that my account had a lot of sparkles and suddenly they were collected?, I demand an explanation. Pretty fun game but... I really enjoy this game. It’s really addicting and fairly easy to make a decent amount of money within the game as long as you have a ton of neighbors and dedicate time to sitting on your phone and just doing a bunch of 2 min jobs. Things I would love to see updated or changed: 1. Easier ways to get gems. Loads of decent items that cost gems. And I get it, you do it that way to make a profit but have us watch 30 second ads or something to earn gems as well. That way, you’re being sponsored and us broke people can still earn gems. 2. I would love to pick the front of my house. I don’t like that the main room can’t be moved. 3. Also, I don’t need doors to every conjoining room. Some rooms I wish to just share a wall with, not a door. 4. Someday, if possible, I would love to be able to rotate the view. So I can see the room from a different perspective. Other than those minor things, I still really enjoy this game!

Great, Except.... Home Design is overall a great game! 5 stars! True, it may be a little too social for 4+, but new features include be able to block comments and messages! So, it could be anti-social as well. The only thing is gems. They are hard to get once they are gone. You start with 50, but soon, oh no, they are gone! I suggest don't use them on a lot of furniture. Save them on other things like adding space, name changing, and any other time-consuming build. Home Design is definitely a 5-Star buy! Just take my words: Save your gems!

Awesome Game. As a person who loves interior and home design, this game was really enjoyable and easy to use. It also had a more chill feel than some of the other home design 'games' on the app store. Getting gems and waiting for furniture are probably the 2 biggest complaints for the game. I'm on level 20 and so far I really like the game. Unfortunately you have to wait until around level 9 or 10 to get decent looking furniture for your house unless your fine with peach walls and snot green couches. Some rooms and furniture are a little pricey, but if you wait a certain amount of time your able to get coins without doing anything which makes the game more convenient. Overall I do enjoy the game a lot and I would recommend downloading it.

I love love love love love it!. This is the best game in the whole wide world! I was on a trip to my grandpas house and I got this! And my cousin was there and so he got it too and he loved it too! He became my neighbor and we both love it! Keep up the great work! Keep on making great games! I can’t stop yelling!!! Because this is the best game ever!😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰but, I have one problem with this game. So, whenever I’m hooked up to Wi-Fi this thing comes up, and it says I’m not connected! But if you can fix that, then this game will be like the best ever!!

Really disappointed. I had purchased gems on the sale around (Black Friday) When going in to purchase things I wanted, it would let me purchase but the app crashed I'd go back in and look to see if my purchasesd items were in my stuff and they were not, but it took my gems! It did this at least a good 9x that night! Also I went back in and it had purchased this goofy looking pond worth 320 gems I had never even looked up to purchase! I turned a ticket in and they asked me to provide my purchases from the Apple store which I did! They then tried to tell me a list of things found I had purchased! But what they aren't understanding is I have no items from the things I purchased just my gems are gone! They then terminated my ticket! I have never once and it will show turned in a ticket, never complained once, but when you mess with money I spent then told me you can't give me back my gems or money I'm done! Don't waste your money! I am out $30 bucks! They have terrible customer service and don't treat their customers good!

Updated review. Update 2: I got a new iPad for Christmas and I went to email who helped me before and TeamLava no longer accepts emails. You have to fill out a "ticket" with your request. I did that and I got an automated email with my ticket #. It has been almost 2 weeks and nothing. My game still isn't transferred, there is no one to contact. It says in the email to reply to the email with any questions but when I do, i get ANOTHER email saying they do not accept emails. 😳 The automated email also says I can check the status of my ticket by clicking on the ticket number but when I do that it takes me to their website with an error message. They must really want people to NOT play their games. Update: I contacted TeamLava and they were able to teansfer my game for me. The customer service was great! Although I do think the game needs updating with a login so you can transfer data yourself and maybe a few more challenges, I am very happy now 😊 I was very invested in this game. Then I got a new phone and nothing carried over! I was up to a $1.6 mil home and had over 50 neighbors and now I'm back at square one. I emailed about it and the only thing I received was a link how to login in to every other game they make EXCEPT Home Design Story. Trying decide if it's worth the time to start over.

Relaxing game. This is a fun app that allows even the least creative amongst us (like me) to construct a unique home. There are plenty of decorations to choose with several ways to earn coins relatively quickly. Some people complain about the wait times, but it is an effective way to avoid spending too much time on the game. That being said, my major criticism has to do with its in app purchases. If you want to speed up time or purchase some of the more interesting furniture, you need to pay in gems, which are remarkably difficult to get. The demographic for this game seems to be 10-12 year old kids, so making gems so expensive seems like a poor decision on the creator's part. I'd make in app purchases if they weren't so overpriced. Otherwise, it's a great app.

Pretty Amazing. This game is pretty cool, some people say that the update or whatever does not let there builds transfer for downloading the app again. I have not had any problems with that, and I'm actually glad that it transfers because I built a lot of things and I broke my phone, it did not work anymore and Apple could not fix it. I'm so glad when I got a new phone that I realized data transfers. One problem, gems are way to hard to get, you can only buy them with real money (or at least I think) and things are way to expensive with gems. The pink couch is like 2k and the orange couch is like 46 gems! What if I don't like the color pink? I have to save up lots of gems. Please fix the prices, some things are just to much. Thank you for the wonderful game, but you should probably find a way to send private messages to your neighbors, not worldwide or public. Thank you for this app and all your good work!😘🏘👩🏻‍💻

Needs an update. I’ve been playing this game for a while now and I think it needs an update of some sort, although it seems highly unlikely. The game is good, requires patience but a good game nonetheless. An option of having multiple houses (even maybe in a different location) should be added. Once you finish your house, meaning buying every piece of land and furnishing it how you please, then you are done and there is nothing else to do besides maybe re-decorate. Different ways to get gems should also be added, not just buy or download other apps. The app has potential to be so much better but it seems like the creators have given up on it which is a shame.

This will help!!!!!!. This game is kinda fun. I play this game pretty often, but there are some things that need to change. (These are the only things wrong, the game is great.) 1. All the cool/good stuff you can only buy with gems. (gems are really hard to get) 2. When I click one of the things that gives you money in a certain amount of time every now and then it will glitch. For example, I’ll click the one that gives me $3,000 in eight hours, but in eight hours it only gives me $1,500. When I can get $1,500 in two hours. 3. It sends me notifications telling me I have money to collect, when really it just wants me to come play the game. 4. My friend and I both got this game so we could play together, but she didn’t like her house. So she deleted the app and the got it again. But it keep her account. She tried many other times (through the App Store, through the link I texted her), yet nothing worked. So she just deleted the app for good. The creepy thing about it is, it still shows her as my neighbor.

LISTEN, LINDA!!. Okay, listen, I like this game. I wouldn’t have it for three years if I didn’t like it. It’s a pretty good game, I’ll admit that but... it could be wayyy better. 1. THE BULLYING!!, UGH!! It’s so annoying!! Three people I know have gotten bullied either but stupid teenagers who are on this game to roleplay and mess with people or just, are intentionally annoying. They are arrogant!! My friends don’t deserve to get bullied. You’ve just lost one star because of that. 2. I can’t even say the word cheater. I was trying to be funny bc I was playing a game with my friend and I wanted to say she was a cheater bc she cheated.. I CANT EVEN SAY CHEATER!! Some of these words aren’t even bad words but they are banned!! I can say them in fonts but not on regular. Gosh!! You lost ONE star bc of that too!! 3. Why is it so difficult to kick the people off the game if they bully or say bad words? The teenagers are on here to bully. Have you seen them? No, you haven’t bc your too busy not even looking at these freaking reviews. LOOK at them IDIOT!! Everyone needs to see all of this!! It’s really bad!! You need to change a lot of things and you still haven’t!! LOOK at my review! AND change these things. Good day now!

iOS updates. I have been playing this game since 2014 after Facebook cut out SimsSocial. This game got me through my divorce and kept my brain sharp. Every time I had to get a new device, the game would not carry over. I have like 4 DHS profiles and I worked very hard to get into the 70’s. The latest IPhone update makes me want to throw the phone into traffic. HDS will not start. It flashes and closes. There is no more support or updates for this anymore. And the prior comment indicated many hoops to transfer all progress to the new device. I realize this game is 5-6 years old but is my game play finished? :(

Love the game but the problem is the diamonds. I absolutely love the game and I play it every day but the problem is the diamonds. If you accidentally click on something that costs diamonds, it takes the diamonds away from the amount of diamonds you have, even if you didn't mean to. I strongly feel that they should ask you if you actually want the item. I accidentally clicked on something that costs 9 diamonds and I want my diamonds back. I will stop playing this game if this problem isn't fixed.

Pretty great. So I actually did have a problem with the updates and stuff once. I deleted the app I think I dunno why I did. But my name was Simonsen Home and so I deleted it, I think redownloaded it and got a new home called Lululita Homie and then I got my new iPhone and it saved it and that’s the one I’m with today! But I don’t like how allot of good stuff costs gems 💎 . But that’s not my biggest complaint. U know I wish that you could like dress up a character or do their hair and like kinda make it a life simulator. Like what I’m trying to say is, make the game more fun. Cause I mean, I like decorating the house but what do I do when I don’t want to decorate it right now? Sit and stare? Watch the visitors say stupid stuff? I wish there was like a city kinda. Maybe sorta like animal jam! I also wish you could get little pets. I know there’s a dog in a bed and it has food and stuff but here’s the thang, it doesn’t move. I want a moving pet. I also want where people interact with stuff. On the ads it looks like people can like sit in chairs and stuff, it doesn’t do that at least for me. But other than that I like the game allot! Bye bye!

Can I transfer my ipad game to my phone?. I’ve had this game on my ipad mini for over a year now, and I’m very happy with how my home has turned out. However, I’ve recently discovered that every time I try to open the app on my ipad, the app crashes. I’ve been trying to open the game for weeks and nothing works. The game is up to date, so is the ipad, i’ve restarted the game and the ipad multiple times and I don’t know what to do. Is there any way I can transfer the game onto my phone? Thank you.

Some improvements needed.. Hello! Marvelous game. The only downsides? Bullies, swearing, and inappropriate language. Other than that, it’s a great way to get to know people! It was a WAY better game a few years ago. The world has changed. Could you possible make a way to photograph your house without the heads up display (HUD) getting in the way. Thank you developers! The good side: There are many ways to get gems including people leaving sparkles, completing jobs, and selling items! I’ve saved up coins and gems for a month and now have 500 gems and 1,000,000 coins! There are way less items that cost gems which I really appreciate. You did an awesome job developing this game. Maybe make a way we can take a photograph of our house without getting the HUD in the way.😊

Fun game and you make new friends!. What I like best about this game is when your neighbors ask for gifts, you can give them what they need without spending your money or taking from your own inventory. So, every time you open the game, the first thing you have to do is go through a list of gifts your neighbors have given you, neighbor requests, and gift requests. And, you know, it's always fun to design stuff to your liking. Ways to make money fast: place lots of rugs around your house, and click on the smallest coin earner while you’re working in the game. Once you leave the game, of course, choose a big coin earner. Keep returning to collect coins from things people have liked. Also, don't forget to visit your neighbors for 20-60 coins each daily visit, and everything you like in their house gives them money, too! :)

Could be better. You can't buy stuff for the exterior of the house except for garden and plant items, I don't know if the game has changed at all, I used yo play it, but then I deleted it and I re-downloaded it loaded it. But I agent played it in a long time. and another thing, you can't restart the game or reset your progress, and the quests are all the same, because I remember when I was playing all the quests , were just mainly download their other games. Or buy stuff from the shop. And I remember when playing there were even ads like billboards near your lot for their other games. So if you're thinking of buying this app for your electronics, like for your kids, I don't recommend it, this all is a money machine, they want your cash, and with the ads it could trick kids into wanting their other apps. Because considering how half the quests are "download our other apps!" While the rest are "buy furniture and decorative and outdoor items in our shop!

I love this game but I have a suggestion. The suggestion is at the end of the paragraph, but still please read the whole thing. I honestly like this app, so I had it a couple times, but every time I get a new phone or iPad I have to make a new account and I had an iPhone 6s and had this amazing account named UnicornHouse92 then I got my XR and I wanted that account back because I got up to level 41 and I had a perfect home. My mom also had an account, and she reached to level 30. Then she got the Xs Max. So we wanted our same accounts then realized that you couldn’t log in. A year or two before that my mom had an account where she reached level 70 or 80 something, and it was amazing then she got the iPhone 7 and gave me her old phone. We wanted her old account to be on my phone so that I could play, because after a while I kind of took over her game and she was working so she had no use of it. And it of course didn’t work, so I’m asking the creators, please make a button in the game where you can log back in and your game could save automatically on ur iCloud. Like on the KK game. Could you guys please do that because it’s really a great game and I think a lot of people would love to get their old accounts back! -AP

5 stars but badly needed an update!. Okay. So I seriously hope you read this review. Its quite funny actually bc before I wrote this review, I just really wanted to see when was the last update and I am writing this review exactly a year this app was last updated. I REALLY REALLY LOVE THIS GAME. I'm on level 31 but I really wish u give this app an update. I wish there was an easier way to communicate/add neighbors. And also please add a lot more furniture. This is the only game app I haven't deleted cause I really love this! Wish we can move the door and the main room. And wish we can have challenges where we can earn gems (cause they're really hard to earn) Please have an update! This app is really great! More power to the team! Happy holidays!

Needs MAJOR Update. I’ve been playing this game for years now, redownloading it each time. I love the idea of the game but as the years pass by nothing about the game changes. 1. The whole design needs a fresh modern update. Maybe some more realistic features, new music, overall look. 2. Furniture and items in catalog need to be changed. I like the idea that every season there’s always something new to look forward to. Not just the same old stuff. 3. Personally I would change the way you can rotate furniture. Instead of tapping “rotate” ever time just simply tap on the price of furniture and it will change directions. 4. I think that in the community when looking for new people to play with it should be limited to the level range that you are currently in. Not 40+ levels above your rank. 5. Create more task that you can do to earn coins. Some examples would be cooking meals, or cleaning or repairing the house. 6. Create more true to life task and jobs that would come with owning a home. Like paying off the mortgage, things about the house break or need repairing. Being able to host little house parties and invite other friends to join. I would appreciate if a lot of features they have in the Sims were added into this game because I see a lot of potential but nothings changing. I’m sure a lot of people can agree and with these changes could bring more people to play and actually enjoy.

Still a mixed bag. I recently redownloaded this app after not playing for a few years. I had grown bored and frustrated with it for various reasons. Getting gems is HARD but they’re required for the most desirable items (and most of these cost A LOT of gems.) I’ve tried to download the games that will give you a few more gems, but the app just shuts down when I try. Besides being the coolest items, some gem items are the only way to have matching furniture in a room. (Chair=coins, matching sofa=gems) For a while, new items, both gem and coin, were offered regularly; this seems to no longer be the case, and, really, it hadn’t been for a while before I stopped playing. I’ve only been back for a week or so and I’m already considering deleting the app again. I’m getting bored using the same, old, cheesy combinations. On a more positive note, I received fantastic customer service that allowed me to recover my level 100, >$12 million home after several years away.

What an awesome game!. Especially for those who appreciate interior design, this game is really fun and I enjoy spending my time working on my dream home.. and it's great for any age group. For those who don't know, gems are not too hard to get. Downloading the other games that are presented in the goals sheet on the top left, is an easy way to gain gems and points to help you level up! Playing those games also provides you with more gems and such. I do agree however, that the material can be a bit pricey at times. All together, this is a great game, definitely my favorite! 👌✌️👍🤓🤗

Expect to spend real money. At first I enjoyed this game but the only way to move forward is spend real money and/or annoy your friends to invite them to play which I refuse to do. I was so happy to finally have found a game where i can decorate a home without the bejeweled aspect to it, but I’m not dumping real money into a game. Maybe if the deals offered were better... And you should be told that if you purchase more property and want to build onto it, you’ll need to wait weeks or spend money. Also, it’s been months since Christmas, Halloween, and Thanksgiving and they still have pop ups encouraging you to buy things for those holidays. Someone got lazy and hasn’t updated this aspect of the game. It’s March! Also, when you purchase anything you have to wait for it to build. So you may have to wait 18 hours for something to finish up! Annoying. Where are the instructions? Can you not build more walls? The faq don’t answer enough questions.

Pretty good, but... I would give it five stars for all the social interactions and items you can be very creative but the catch is that if you get a new device it makes you start over again. We should be able to make accounts, then I will add five stars. Also saw a review talking about how bullying is a reason they took a star off, pretty stupid if you ask me, it doesn’t have anything to do with the developers. It’s not like they can catch them with the thousands of players, but overall nice game.

Listen!. I've had the game for quite a few years and at first it was great fun. New goals to reach to get certain furnishings. Great rewards for trying other Storm8 games, some of which I've kept. I know a lot of people who have played for years. That says we players are pretty loyal to you (Storm8) but you're not reciprocating that loyalty. You have your hand out for us to buy gems but what have you done for us? • It's been over a year since you have intriduced anything new! Come on! It's getting very hard to remain loyal. I stay for the friends I've made and the fun we've created for ourselves! • Y'all need to pull your act together and start acting like you care about your players! Straighten up and fly right!!

Terrible. It just a plain waste of time, and the prices on EVERYTHING are rip offs. Ex: fruit bowl is priced higher than a trash can, and gingerbread house is priced higher than a table with decorations. I can’t even stand it anymore. Anyone who’s reading this comment, don’t waste your time buying this game like I did (on actsident). 1 star for effort. BTW, those pictures up there that show all the pretty rooms and all the things you can do, is when you get to level...hmmm....100,000. You can’t buy it right away, in fact, I didn’t even see 1 item in those pictures except for a flower vase. And I was on level 109. Don’t get this stupid app. Take my advice and don’t spend you money and time on this piece of junk. Thank you -Me

I like the game, needs improvement though. I really like the concept of this game. I do think it is a rip off when it comes to the gems. I think the game could have been designed better in general. Quarks with some smaller objects not fitting on many counter spaces or objects not fitting in other areas because of the big square highlighted under the object is way larger then the circumference of the actual object.I also wish it didn't take so long on construction of furniture, I only have one neighbor so it takes days to do things. Overall despite its many flaws though, I still find it fun and play it on a regular basis.

HOME DESIGN PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW. It is a good game I am obsessed but one thing that is annoying is how I want my old account as a neighbor but I don’t remember the ID so it would be nice if you can make something where you can search a name and names that are close to it come up so you can fine people easy. I have tried to do the ID many times I just don’t remember the numbers at the end it is a little annoying how I can NEVER get the ID right so please do something like an update to do it. You don’t even know how frustrated I am when I really just want to go to my old place I also look in the community a lot to try to find it I try on other peoples walls to try to find my other account but I NEVER HAVE SO PLEASE MAKE THIS UPDATE. It would mean so much to me if I could fine my old account please 😔

Fun game. This is good for relaxing sometimes, I enjoy the concept of this game. But just like other users mentioned, I find the price of furniture varies way too much. Some take a crazy amount of gems just to buy a sofa in a different color. And the amount of materials required to build some furniture is unreasonable. Takes way too long to get. The tasks are kind of annoying too. If I don't want to download any more apps, or I don't want to buy that hideous piece of furniture to put in my house, then I can't move forward and get any new tasks. I just ignore them now and do my own thing to design my own house. Isn't that supposed to be the point of the game?

Love this but.... Great app. Avid daily player. However, the app has undergone some recent updates and apparently now it functions a bit differently but there was no alert to the user. A new item appeared so I tapped it to see what it looked like. Usually when you do this with any item, it prompts you to press “accept” or “cancel” before you “purchase” the item with your coins or gems - gems cost real dollars to get. But the new item “gym crates” apparently do not work this way. So when I clicked it to see what it was like, it purchased it automatically! 84 of my gems are now spent and I didn’t want the item. I have been saving them up for an item I did want that is now out of my reach unless I spend real money and buy more gems again. But I’ll never spend my real money on this app again because of this. This puts me very off the app. The items should always function the same way or should clearly state to the user otherwise! Poor UX. Scam.

love love love. I absolutely love this app! better than ALL the house design type games out there. you can truly customize & decorate your home however you want due to the unlimited amount of choices of furniture & decor. it’s so cute & the pieces of furniture have so much detail when you zoom in, it’s ridiculous💖 what also makes this app amazing is you don’t have to use real money, they find a way to make earning large amounts of coins possible. plus it’s super fun to interact with other users & have neighbors come by & comment on your place. I love everything about this game.

Great All-around Experience!. I’ve been playing this game a long time and have changed to two new IPads. The directions on transferring from one device to another were easy to follow and when I opened my game my home, gem balance, everything was there just as I had left it on my old IPad! This game is very satisfying because not only does it satisfy my desire to create, but also has a very large community of other houses I can visit and enjoy. I’ve taken some good ideas and made them my own, and enjoyed looking at the vast array of creativity that is present in other’s homes. One suggestion: More furniture updates, please. Thanks!

Stuffier. I love this game; been playing for at least 4 years. The past couple years have been disappointing due to the lack of new items to buy. The last update finally came about a year ago maybe. I was excited to be able to expand my ‘home’ & to see a bunch of new items! I THOUGHT it was going to be an ongoing thing again but it was very hard to qualify to purchase the new items - I never did figure out what it took to open a lot of the new items. Anyways, there hasn’t been any more updates since. Very disappointing. For the first couple years of playing, I’d give a 5 star rating; for the last couple years, I’d give a 2 star rating simply due to the lack of new items.

Love this game. I loved this game up until I stopped getting new furniture options. Around level 73 is when I started realizing other homes have furniture that I don’t have. I would buy gems (a lot of money which was my choice) to make a “dream house” and I just now moved to level 93 and no new furniture. 20 levels and nothing new. I love this game but if I can’t unlock new furniture then why play? I have changed furniture and moved furniture and now it’s boring. I see there’s an onyx bedroom set that says I need to unlock and in 20 levels I still can’t get it. People at much lower levels have treadmills but I don’t have that as an option to purchase. Wish this would be fixed.

Customer care not helpful. Developers , I had many gems , and came back to play to see that 1/2 were gone. I don’t know if I accidentally hit the wrong button or my kids opened the app. But you SHOULD HAVE A FEATURE that asks you if you are sure you want to use the gems or not. Many people are requesting this so they don’t lose their gems. Why don’t you add this option for your players? That’s why I deleted the app over a year ago. About to do it again. There are other games that accommodate this. Update... ok there has not been an actual update in over a year I just saw. So I guess I won’t bother and just delete the game again. And keep it off

Great game💜just 5 things. 5 Opinionated flaws! 1: I wish there were easier ways to earn gems other then buying them with real money! And getting apps! Or have less items you have to pay for with gems. A lot of good items are gems. 2: I also wish there was a way you could move doorways and choose where you want them. ( if you want them) 3: and I love this game so much. I'm at level 15. Best designing game yet! I wish some of the items you buy didn't take so long! I'm not a patient person! 😳when I save up money and am ready to decorate my new room.... NOPE. I have to wait 16 HOURS! Seriously? 4: why can't we SELL or STORE unbuilt furniture. What if you don't want it anymore or your neighbors won't give you the materials you need!! Then you'll have like a million boxes lying around your house. So annoying. 5: (this is really annoying) so with couches and stuff you'll have a pink couch for coins and a green couch for gems. Pink one is $2K and the green one is 30 GEMS. What if I don't want pink and I don't get tricked into buying gems and getting apps😠 I think you should have like one kind of couch and be able to choose the color like for example an arm chair and you can choose from blue, pink, or green. Best home design app! One thing I’d change though.. I honestly LOVE this game. I’ve gotten so addicted to it, there’s barely any ads, and it’s the one home design game that is wonderful for me. A lot of other home designing games require you to play mini games in order to get furniture. I don’t mind that, but i’d prefer a game where you can earn money fast and spend it on furniture that you can rearrange. (Most games just have a specific place where you are aloud to put furniture.) Anyways, the game itself is what i’ve always wanted from a home design game. Although, as phones get old, it would be nice if i could carry the app from phone to phone. Which i can! But i can’t log back in to my original account. I find that very frustrating. Because my first home, i loved. I got up to a very high level. And now, I have to restart and work my way up again from level 1. So please consider changing that. Besides that one dislike, the game is amazing! I definitely recommend downloading it :)

Very disappointed after downloading app again. I got a new phone and was exited to get this game back to continue playing and I think I was on level 25 or further but downloading this game and can’t even log back in. And I was like oh well I’ll start over it’s a good bored game at work but I noticed every time you delete the app and download it again or download the game on any other device you can’t log in to your storm8 Id. It’s useless to have a password so why do we have to have a storm8 Id. This app needs an update so we can download app and put in our ID and PW to continue the level we worked hard for. It takes a lot of time to save money and to buy items for our house and to not get automatic access or even be able to log in this app is pointless.

Love It💙. I have had this game 4-5 years and still a fan, I love how much furniture, etc. there is it gives you so much options with what to do with your home. I would like if you gave us more gems in the beginning so we can actually start off better than with just 49 gems. Other than that, that's my only complaint on my behalf. I know how people say there's a lag but I've never experienced a lag but I did find a lag for more money and why would you complain about more money?

Totally an amazing game but....... This game is really nice but needs to be updated. It needs new features like 3D and 2D views, playing inside the game like cooking, watching tv, sitting on couches and other stuff like that. But my major issue is this: I recently got a new iPad and i downloaded this game instantly. I used my stormID to login in because I made so much progress on my old device. I was at about level 80 and ow I have to start again from the beginning and when I get bored, I can’t even play the game because I know I’m on a really low level with all my efforts gone and the annoying part is how it is impossible to login using another device and it is only a few games that that can happen and I really wanted to go back because at this very moment, the game on my old iPad is no longer in use because it was deleted and given out. Also, on my current iPad, it says that my stormID is taken when I am the actual bearer and it is sad that that will happen when other people face what I experienced and I am super demotivated because I have to make new neighbours again and some of them were my close friends that I haven’t talked to in a long time and all I am saying is for u guys to make provision to be able to log back in. And it isn’t everybody that their parents would allow them to have facebook accounts. Thank you for your time.

Love the game but. The game will get really boring at times. I play everyday and it keeps me entertained for like only 5 minutes. I don’t really get what the point of the game is unless it’s designing a house. I like the coins but not the gems because everything with the gems you want is way out of you price zone. That’s why I feel like they should have that spin once a day wheel or something like other games. And everything you can afford in coins that you want you have to build and ask your friends for the supplies. Over all the game is all right.

Great!. Storm8 if you read this I think the game overall is amazing don't listen to the other comments that think it should be better. Honestly if you did change it, it would be way too easy to play and get boring. The time wait for furniture is fine so is the price. I like the way you make certain things cost more money for the same product in a different color or even gems. It is a way to showcase what types of things you could afford. My only concern is I lost my house and didn't log into Facebook. Am I permanently lost from this house? It still exists if I type in my old ID. Thanks for understanding

Please Fix My Problem!. I love this game! It’s so addicting and fun! I love that their isn’t a whole match game, you can just create! Update: Hey! Love this game! But when you do the jobs, it kind of glitches. Like I set the 8 hours one and then the next morning I got the money you get for the first job! This has been happening a lot lately. And usually it always happens with the 8 hours job. I want the money I set up for, this has stopped me from making a lot of progress. It happens almost very time I set the job. Please fix it! At this point, any job I do, it only gives me the amount you would get for the first job. I press the 8 hours one, and the next morning, I only get $300!!! I haven’t tried the 2 hours one yet, but hopefully it won’t glitch out!

love it:). this game is so fun and i play it when i'm bored (all day everyday) and it's fun. i was reading other reviews and came across one i agreed on. this person had 5 things they wish were different. 1 of the ones i thought was very true was: i wish i could be able to move the doorway. this i agree on and i kind of wish u could because then u can make the house however u want and u won't block any doorways. the other thing i agreed on was: let's say there are two couches one pink and on green and the pink one costs coins and the green one costs gems, you should be able to have one couch with that style costing gems/coins and just be able to choose what color u want. i'm all in on this one. in the shop u should have one option for the style of couch and be able to change the color and have a different color so it would be the same price. overall i like this game:) keep it up

Kicked out. My sister can’t get back in the game! She will open the app and it will kick her right back out! Please fix this!!! Also, I think you should add a search bar so you don’t have to hunt through all the categories for a simple thing. And PLEASE make gems easier to get by earning them like you do with coins. It’s a decent game but frustrating sometimes, especially when I clicked on a piece of land to see how much it cost and it started working on it. Not to mention the fact that it also sucked all but 2 gems of my gem savings when I tried to see how much time was left. PLEASE FIX THIS I’M BEGGING YOU!!! I’m really frustrated now!

Good Game; But Decisive’s players. I love this game it’s so addicting! BUT it gives you the option to “earn” credits by doing a survey, or filling in your info and your email. I’ve purchased a few items thru the games in order to gain credits but never received them... I did everything I was suppose to do, ( it will literally tell you what to do to get the credits) now I’m out money for some crap I really didn’t want just to gain credits I never received! Very frustrating! But I’ll still play! Just won’t pay for anything else lol

Great with Fixes. I love this game. I am currently on level 66. I enjoy most things about this's game including, socializing, designing, and building. There are a few things that would make this way WAY better. 1. Allow users to add users just by visiting their home (like in castle story) without using their storm ID. 2. Users should be able to buy doors/hall openings and place them where they wish. 3. There should be way more items to decorate with. The items should also be to scale. Once you pass level 65 there aren't many more things to unlock. Which is very frustrating because there isn't much to look forward to anymore. 4. The items that you can buy should come in different colors so it allows the user more freedom in how they can decorate. 5. Allow users to pass level 100 and allow unlimited expansions. 6. Lastly, players should be able to choose the size of their room, such as a 12x12 unit room or a 16x2 unit hall. That way it would be more individualized and allow for a more custom look. These fixes would greatly improve users experience with the game.

ABSOLUTELY NO HELP FOR ISSUES WITH THIS GAME!!!. I contacted Support about Issue with Disappearing Cabinets after Purchase. 3 times I purchased a Cabinet, 3 times it Disappeared after it was ready and I placed it. On top of that, another Cabinet that was fine, Disappeared when I moved it. The Flower Vase that was on it is still there, the Cabinet is gone! I don’t know if that spot is currently, The Bermuda Triangle, in my House but, I DO KNOW, the UTTER LACK OF SUPPORT, for HOME DESIGN STORY, is HORRENDOUS!!! Being sent a terse email telling me, that there aren’t enough people to give Support for the Game, which you developed is extremely poor! The Icing on the Cake is, that the Cabinets don’t seem to be available to try and replace the 4 missing Cabinets! Why bother putting them out to purchase, having us go through all of the work of buying, designing, etc, only to have them Disappear, and know, not be able to replace them! Shoddy business work, S8, TeamLava! I’d go back to giving this game 5 Stars, if this were fixed, my Cabinets returned, and they are put back to Purchase more. Extremely Disappointed in a game that I love to play, and have played for Years!

Love it. There's a few things I'd change, like the front door and the perspectives but all in all I love it and so do my kids!!

It's ok. It is fun but it takes a long time to unlock things. It is hard to get money in the game as well. Everything is so expensive as well; eg: tomato planter is 150 bucks!

They don’t care about you. I spent 15 minutes doing a survey for gems, it’s obviously not worked so I’ve contacted them, they said they can’t retrieve lost currency but then ended there sentence with a link to go and buy gems 🤦‍♂️how can you not fix a mistake in you’re own game lol storm 8 in general is dodgy, all they’re games took 5 mins to make on unity and they make money from it? Love this game!. So addictive and ours of fun. Design depends on your imagination...so limitless if you love interior designing. I'm currently at level 76 and I'm still having fun. Only downside is I wish there was more spaces to buy. Time for a sequel perhaps?!?

Out of proportion. I started playing this game recently. The furniture is out of proportion. Need to make it more realistic and for goodness sake the year is 2019!! Not 2016 as you still have on the New Years cake you can buy! Is there anyone updating this game???

Great but... It's a great game I do recommend it BUT I dislike it how you can't pick where doors go, furniture and accessories are EXPENSIVE I spent ALOT of gems. Another down side is that you can't see it from sides on from the top.

Ok... but long term disappointment. Latest update completely wiped my progress... including credit I'd paid for. The game challenges stop after the 40th lvl so you can only buy new furniture if you want to mix things up and wait for seasonal refreshes. It starts out fun, but quickly becomes disappointing.

Good game. It's fun to place and choose ur own furniture, paint the house etc; but it is all really too simple. Also, you need gems to change the name of your house and to buy most of the furniture; and you never get free gems. It's easy to get coins, though and I am having a great time trying to make my house look like a beach house. I am currently on lvl 9.

Good, but ads for bonus gems don’t work. This app is quite good. You must have persistence to get up to the higher levels of the game. Some inventions of more matching items such as pairing cupboards and sinks would be good. The watching of ads to earn more gems to buy particular items is a ruse. Many of the ads appear to be finished, but when the ‘x’ appears to close the ad and is pressed it states the video was not finished and no gem is awarded. Storm 8 need to fix this, but perhaps they don’t want it fixed-so people might end up buying gems instead of earning them for watching ads (for free).

Good not good. I truely think this is an awesome game to play but the social part is dangerous. I hate that u can chat it is very bad because when I was visiting a house I saw that on a post she had a very mean message. Also it is not safe for kids to be wandering around social games because some adults might not know their a child and send mean things on their chat wall. Do not let your child play without adult supervision. Also to get free gems you need to watch ads and some are inappropriate for children. e.g. guns, zombies, killing and not very often swearing! Not safe for children at all! Also the people inside the house say stuff that is not connected with the game at all! E.G. did I drop something, I’m addicted to Bubble Mania! And so on. Expensive stuff. Hi love your game but lots of the stuff is expensive maybe lower the prices and lower gem costs cause I don’t have gems cause I spend it on wood,glue,fish,nails eg to build stuff like pools and the wait is to long but if you by it with gems it takes 5seconds anyways other then that it’s great👍🏿

Quest list should be left as a quest list, not an ad revenue.. The overall game is good, but the constant pop ups to download other apps which are left on the quest list can get really annoying, I understand ads are necessary but it shouldn’t be in the quest list. I also think that more colour options for furniture should be a feature.

I really like this game, but i think they should add this: Doors- instead of the game just randomising the door spaces, why not do a door function where there are different types of doors AND you can place them wherever you want, then you can fit more into the home I hope you put my update ideas into consideration, your doing a great job, keep it up!!(i will give 5 stars if this is added its a great game)

I like this app. I do quite like this game I think it's fun and entertaining to design a virtual home, although I wish that when u placed a new room u could choose where the doors go instead of a door being automatically placed. I also would like it if you could see your home from other perspectives. All and all I like the game, I just feel people who have played for a long time will eventually get bored. I want someone to make a game like this but where u can design every corner of the house a bit like sims but better, like patios, belconies and so on, idk I feel like all those young designers out there would really have some fun

Fun to build. This app is fun to design on although all my land is for sale and I cannot extend the house to fit in many rooms.

Designing Dreams. I have played this game for over 5 years and I still love it. The people who play this are mostly lovely and make it a pleasure to join in their neighborhood. You do get the odd rude one but we just laugh it off and encourage one another. I enjoy designing and building whatever comes to mind. I would love to have some new furniture and tasks to complete if that's in store for the future of this game I will probably play for years.

I like it but you can not have alot of freedom. Them game is really smooth and super addictive and fun, but you cannot do things such as have a two story block, or a patio. I also think it would be good if you could be able to see more than one angle of the house, and interact more with other people, It is a great game and I would highly recommend. Good job!

I’ve been on this game for a long time now and have enjoyed the time I’ve spent on it, the challenge todo well, the desire to look good, the need to control spending on buying gems, the competitive spirit of all other players and most of all the amazing images of outstanding inspirational designers. Mind blowing epics from young players, so thank you for having the chance to see all your homes and not so homely images. It’s time to stop now, for me. There’s nothing much new here, the furniture, walls, floor rugs, mats, kitchen, bedroom is all the same and has not changed for a very long time. We need to have people, animals, to use in designs. Please quickly upgrade, update and give new players some exciting things to entice them. Thank you.

Pricy furniture but good suggestion.. I know that the gems & coins aren't really real but the amount of gems you have to get to do something is unreasonable and I don't think that it's bad it's just really hard! But I think that if you are on say level 17 or under the prices of things you can buy with gems drop to about 1, 2 or 3 and that if your level is higher than 17 you have to pay the bigger price! Please take this into consideration, thanks! Amazing app.

Ok. It’s an alright game. In the beginning it was really fun. But it got challenging real quick, with earning the diamonds. Especially with the other games to make u level up on this game. The waiting for items n land is way to long for a game. And once you reach level sixty u stop receiving new items with every level up. Needs a fixing n make it easier.

Lost everything and no reason. I played everyday for 1year loved it very creative and time consuming but I loved it until I turned my iPad off and on logged in like always and it locked me out I had to delete then reload now no to recover my old home very upsetting after all my time and money from my working job then to lose it all for nothing and have no expectations or feedback WOW I’ll start again but BUYER BEWARE

Needs a update. This game is fun but it needs an update more items and cheaper stuff that you buy with gems.

Running a scam. Forget about this game and stay away from Storm8 games. Says it’s free but you have to spend tons of money for gems or you can’t do anything. It is limited in what you can do even with the gems. And customer service is atrocious. There is a serious flaw in popups that randomly show up while you’re in the middle of a function causing you to click on it and taking your gems so that you have to keep paying for more. And they won’t fix it and refuse to give you the gems back. I guess that’s how they make their money. No wonder everyone complains about customer service. And now they don’t even give support for this game because of “limited resources”. They just automatically close your support ticket! What a scam. Save your money and look for a legit and better game. There are a lot of much much better games out there.

So addictive 😅. I LOVE this game. I’ve been playing it for almost 3 years and it is so addictive! I can’t put my phone down once I start playing. You can text other designers and visit other’s house to get inspiration. BUT, at a moment, I had to delete it because it took up almost half of my memory. I couldn’t download anything else because this app took so much space. Please do something about that! Overall, it’s a great app. 🌈

Slow but decent. Not the worst but not the best

Video not finish playing bug. It’s nice to get free gem after watching a video but a lot of time it say video not finish playing even after watching - this is annoying! Also, need updates please, it’s getting very boring.

Not the best, but okay I guess. I down loaded this game because I like organizing and designing, and had good reviews. But after down loaded it was really boring, and like who are these random people walking around my house. Also needs more of a challenge with opstivals

Good but..... I played for days before knowing there was a daily bonus as it would give me a message that the game in online only when I would sign in even though I was fully connected to my wifi. It has stopped doing that, but there’s now a new issue where it doesn’t show the hearts to let people know how active of a player you are, it just shows the number 4 and nothing else. Also, you should be able to block someone through their home, you shouldn’t have to wait for them to comment because if they don’t, you have no way to block them. There’s a lot of bullies on this game and blocking would be a bonus. Please add this option.

Home design Challenge. I have loved Home Design from the moment I first used it. I love the challenge of trying to design a home in as many different ways as I can come up with. I also love the holiday challenge of designing my home. I love experimenting to create something that I did on my own. Top notch for me! Thank you for years of fun creativity.

I changed my mind. It’s a good game only because you don’t have to play mini games to earn coins. The only bad thing is that the notifications I get when my couch let’s say the notification says Come your couch is ready but the movers put it in the tub like can you make that an actual thing that would be so funny please also add me: habinski EDIT: hi this is me again umm so I backed up my phone and now I somehow logged out my original house and my house was at level 99 I was so close to my goal 100 it took me 1 year to make it that far please let me get back in please

Ok. It’s a good idea, but I find it kinda boring. A few minutes of playing, and almost all I can do is wait for money. I wish we could actually do the challenges instead of just waiting for our characters to do them and earn money. And maybe you could add a few mini games? Like I said, it’s a good idea, but you just made it boring.

Not going to lie the game is addictive and nice but we should be able to sell wallpapers and floor tiles they are getting too much in our storage + there should be other ways to make money than waiting an hour or 8 hours for a little money or doing actions off the tasks bar that makes you spend more than you gain (example: buy a 2000$ couch and build it to gain 300$) it is literally impossible to make money without having to wait and yet it’s not enough. For the gems subject, I watch the videos and after being done it says “video not finished” and it is frustrating because I wasted 20-30 seconds watching FULLY without being rewarded. Wallpapers and floor tiles should be updated, with new interesting colours for every player’s desires and also we should be able to sell them.

Can’t access previous accounts. I have spent lots of time playing this game and I love it but every time I get a new phone I have to start over since you can not access previous homes you’ve designed which is disappointing and why I no longer play home design.

Neighbor trouble. The game is fun but it’s impossible to complete goals without neighbors and they aren’t easy to come by. The forums I found are from years ago. I spend an hour inviting people from old forums and not one has responded. There needs to be a better way. Why can’t there be an invite option when visiting other homes??

Pretty fun. The game itself is really fun but I wish when you re-downloaded the app it would give you the option to start a new home or have one that was saved before. Right now it just saves the one you had before and I want to start a new game. I also wish you could download a game from another device. I had an amazing house on my old phone and the phone broke and now I can never work on that house again. Again the game is rly fun

Crash?? Wifi??? Me???. Hey y’all...I totally LOVE this game!! But,, sometimes when I go onto the app, it just goes back to my home screen. Is this a crash?? Or is it my iPad?! Also, I think I would like this app ALOT more if it wouldn’t require wifi. I’m all ways on road trips, and always wishing I could play this game IN THE CAR!!!!! Oh well. Love this Game!. Love this game & have been playing for 6-7 years+. Provides many opportunities for creativity. Nice to interact with other players. I like that you can advance without having to pass difficult game challenges. I love that the game attracts many kind people who like to encourage others & “play nice”. HOWEVER, I DO WISH Storm 8 would put more time & effort into upgrading the furnishings on a regular basis! They are incredible the pictures they can design with the furniture is unbelievable!! I can spend hours just looking at all their designs. I tried doing it a few times but it really is an art to it. If i could ask for anything to change about this game it would be if the creators could organize the items in our storage. It is a royal pain to look for certain items you have stored. Cutest fun game. I love this game I’ve played it for years! It’s the cutest game. I love that I can visit other players homes and see the amazing creativity that people come up with! The only thing I wish was different was they used to have new furniture each week but there hasn’t been anything new in a while. I still give it 5 stars it’s so fun. And customer support is reliable as well.

Pros and Cons. I love this app but it definitely has its cons. It glitches out a lot and always forgets what I purchase with my coins. Sometimes, it even glitches out and gives me more coins but that is a good glitch Lol. Yesterday I ran into the problem where I only am able to watch one video a day to get gems. Usually, I can watch about 8 and get around 17 gems from the videos. I am extremely disappointed in some features in this app and I have really built a love for it also. It definitely needs an update ASAP

It’s good but.... This game is really fun and let’s you have endless possibilities to design your home unlike most games. YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS, ALL OF THE GOOD FURNITURE IS BOUGHT WITH DIAMONDS AND THE ONLY WAY TO GET DIAMONDS IS BY BUYING THEM!!!!! Also, you need to wait a lot to get permits to expand your house. I filled my house and can’t do anything else because I don’t have enough permits to expand why! Another thing is the wall paper comes in little strips and you have to buy each individual strip witch is pretty annoying.

Highly recommended. Played this game a few years ago and lost it when I purchased a new phone. Started over and love it as much as the first time. Furnitures. First I love the game. I played regularly. Second why we do not have any update on furnitures any more. We use to have new stuff every Thursday now it's like every 1 or 2 months. I wish who ever updating the game was more creative and give us new stuff to work with at least every 2 weeks, I'm a level 100 and it gets pretty boring after a few minutes cause there is no more excitement !! 😒😏. Please we need more excitements.

My Opinion. I love the game. I have been playing it off and on for about 3 years or so. New items are a plus. What I don't like is there isn't more and or faster ways to earn coins and some furniture items are over priced, i.e...a china cabinet, pool and fire pit cost less than a rug . Also, earning gems seems to be a lot more easier than before but, why do I have to spend gems for coins??....the amount of gems for coins doesn't not seem fair to spend on the amount of coins offered.

Fun app but a few problems. This is a fun app it helps me in real life to get organized and gives me inspiration however I wish there would be more people to choose from because I fit with none and it's kind of weird/awkward it would be cool if we could have a choice to create our own or maybe even just download a pic from our pictures or have simple images. Right now I don't play much and I don't want to delete the app because it really is fun.

Just a few suggestions…. I think this is a great game and I really enjoy playing it! I do think though, that you could make a few changes. Such as, I think you should be able to choose where the doors go. Don’t you find it odd that to get to the bedroom you might have to walk through the living room, the kitchen, the bathroom and the garage?! Well, I think that’s all I have to say for now. Thanks!

Missing my Home Design Story. Since the latest update in September 2018 my Home Design Story crashes and I haven't been able to get in. TeamLava directed me to their forum after their automated message reply said they no longer support it. Others in the forum have mentioned the same crashing issues. Is it over for us long time players without warning? I have been playing Home Design Story for years and enjoy the creativeness of it. Hoping for a remedy.

Great game... but needs improvements. I have had this game now for about 2 years and really enjoy it. However there has been no updates in a while and they have posted featured furniture in a long time either. They should so updates with my furniture and room size options. New challenges wouldn’t hurt either. I’m definitely a fan though and that’s why I want more ideas to keep me interested!

Concerns. I give this game 1 star but it would be zero if possible because I don’t like the fact that people are telling other people to commit suicide on this game! I understand that kids deal with a lot nowadays but this isn’t the place for it! This game should also go past level 100 and get gems more often! It shouldn’t have a limited number of gems and gifts you can send either! I would like to see more up to date decorations,appliances and furniture items to be used for this game! It’s 2018 not the 60’s and 70’s! Also the land is the same size everytime so I’m not sure why the price and days keep going up!

Stuck/Needs Improvement. Either this game is not well thought out or I am missing a piece of information. I don't have neighbors and can't seem to get any, leaving me unable to complete a task. One thing this game should fix is being able to get gems easier. I get the wanting to make money but give something at least. It would also be nice to change the name of my Storm ID or name of the house. Storm ID once made is set and done, house name you have to pay with gems that you hardly get (at least from my experience thus far). Not sure I want to continue with game, but we'll see.

It's ok…. I haven't been playing this game for very long but already I'm unsatisfied. The description says you can create the home of your dreams yet the rooms come preset. I'm a big fan of open concept but I have figured out ho to make that happen. Also the furniture is very flat looking. Furthermore you aren't started out with many gems and lots of the cooler furniture cost more gems than your given. Overall the game is pretty good but there are just a few things I would change.

Needs a new update. I’m currently a die hard home design fan. I’ve had 5 houses due to not being able to have my old account with a new device. I’ve spent $100+ on gems for furniture and other items. I feel I deserve a great dope update I have my time and money invested! And I speak for the other home design players who have been with y’all for years. We love love the game and we show it! Show us some love back 🥺 it would be nice and fair.

One think that would be nice is if you didn’t have to request things to expand. It just doesn’t see fair because it’s like the the person you request something of gets to choose if they want to give it to your or not. So yes I would like expanding to be easier. Anyways, I do like designing the home! It’s sooooooooo fun with all the items! I mean seriously this game is awesome!

Love the game, but.... Ok I truly love how the game just lets you decorate with no mini games to interrupt the fun. The only problem I have is that you can’t save your progress. I suggest that saving progress, with email, would help so that the game can be transferred to different devices. Also the way how you have to wait for a permit to expand the land kinda takes up time to do. Paying a high amount of coins would work just fine or one permit = one ad. Thanks for listening. 🤗

Iike it, but can get bored with lack of newness. I like the game, but please make it where you don’t have to make a new account when you get a new phone or iPad. There’s no way to login using a stormID, so it’s pointless to even have one really. plus if I have multiple devices, I can’t play on them. The items need to be updated as well. I’ve been playing on and off for abt 4 years... have had abt 8 diff accounts, and it still has the same furnishings other than the gym equipment that came out a few years ago.

Not getting my diamonds after watching ads. I’ve noticed that after watching ads for the 2 free diamonds the counter goes back to what I already had. I’m not getting any diamonds at all. I don’t know if this is happening to everybody. Please fix this, you already owe me a lot of free diamonds for all the ads I’ve been watching without getting rewarded. Some improvements and updates needed. I love this game, but it would be great if we could buy more land or a second house. Once you purchase all the land there is basically nothing else to do. Plus it would be great to get more stuff regularly. I mean there are plenty of tables for example, but it won’t hurt to add one more once a month or so. Otherwise, love the game.

Cant redeem my coins. If I could I would I would give this game 4 and a half stars. There is just one little problem I think should be fixed. I love how with a click of a button you can earn more and more money. But recently when the time is up and I could get my coins it acts like I did not push "start" in the first place. It doesn't add my coins to my stash either.

Awesome!. Love playing it a lot! Needs new items & less time to 'build'. Also I added the stylish hallway and it doesn't open up to the living room, it just looks like a really longggg room. Arghh! Good but there are bad people. So I am 13 and I was playing this game I was minding my own business when this guy starts swearing at everyone at we where saying stop then he gave a lot of people his phone number and it was so creepy and I know u can’t swear in that game but he was doing it like the g o o d he was using spaces to swear if people are going to get this game the make it be +12 not +4 the last time it happened people started calling the cops and deleting the game so plz for my saying fix the game good this time

Love this game a lot. I really love this game. The only thing I have a "problem" with is that I wish you could expand even more. I have so many ideas but I have no room to add more decorations. I hate having a cluttered space so if you could PLEASE add an update with even more land expansions that would be really good. Also, please if you do add more land expansions please make them less expensive. Thank you so much! 😀

I like the game. I like the game but there are some things I would like to be different, I would like if you could build your house upward so it would be a two story house instead of just the one story, I would also like it better if money was more easy to earn because a lot of the furniture is expensive but if I want to do a job to get like $1,000 I have to actually wait for 4 hr. There are other things I would like to have changed but for now I like the game and keep playing.

Home design. This game is pretty fun, but it would be better if there is an undo option when it comes to making purchases. I accidentally bought something I didn't mean to, and now I'm stuck with a piece of furniture that I don't want and I have to ask my friends for the materials to build it. Also the option to invite friends via Facebook is glitchy and does not work. I would also suggest that you be able to expand a room size to make it bigger rather than just having to purchase a whole new room.

Glitches. The game is really cool! I love talking to my neighbors. I've had this game for two years, but I'm sorry to say that my game is GLITCHING! I have no idea why, but starting ever since, the game won't let me log in! I tap on the game, expecting to play it– but not this time! It keeps on kicking me off of the game. What's really bothering me is that I have ALOT of saved data on the game! I have about 292 gems, bestie posts, links, and very important files! I'd hate to lose such an important game! This has been happening for about two months! Does anyone have a cure? Otherwise, I'll delete the game in addition to starting over.

No Customer Service. Have a problem with a game that glitchs, will take real money and has you go threw hoops to write customer service? Don't worry get a letter to research forums that don't have the answers, waste your time and then tell you they have limited support ( meaning they send you a letter telling you to waste your time at a forum that people not their staff run) then this is the carpools game for you! Sorry, I don't care how good a game is, if you can't play it because of glitchs which happens with all games, then it's not a game to play is it. Goodbye Storm8 and all your other games, if this is how you work with any of your games then your not a company with integrity and I will have nothing to do with you. Cheat someone else.

Fuuuuuuuuuun. Doesn't necessarily require money. Based on your level of patience and attentiveness. I'm a busy parent with my first child, so I keep earning "money" by walking by and hitting the 2 minute money making option constantly throughout the day or the longer options if I'm going to be away. But if you love decorating and can't seem to get the budget to do what you want in real life, this let's you play out that desire to nest.

Most Relaxing Game. I love this game because you don’t have to play other games to earn things! I hate games inside games! They are always ones I don’t like doing. This game is very straight forward. The only thing I dislike is that they haven’t added any new furniture items for a long time. Please add new things!!! It would be cool to have people and animals that we could buy or earn. If things are added I would definitely give this 5 stars.

This game is great. I love interior design so when I found a game that has something to do with it and was free I was ecstatic. I love how you can make it to your own personal style and add your personal touches. However the only thing I find annoying is how some of the really nice items are only available to buy with gems. Sometimes you won't have enough and it's hard to get gems without purchasing them. Otherwise I love the game and would recommend it.

It used to be great. Okay, I have been playing this game for almost two years and have LOVED it, I played it on my phone and iPad. So ever since I bought it I would delete it and it would come back the same, but until like two months ago that stopped working, so I had to start over my 70 leveled house which quite a few diamonds. Sigh. Okay so I understand that, but when I took my iPad from one state to another to visit family I changed wifi and it RESTARTED MY WHOLE UNTIRE HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so mad😡😡😡😡 fix this ASAP and I will give you the four other stars, well five because if I had a choice I would give it zero😡😡😤😤😤 Other than that I love this game☺️🤗 it's safe and clean...except for what I said above

Good game :). First of all, this is a pretty fun game. You can decorate a home, that you buy and add on to. Second... it’s only one floor. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a house in this app with stairs or a second floor. Also please make it so that you can get gems more easily... with the current situation you either buy gems or some times you can get the option to watch a few ads. There is multiplayer, so you can visit houses in your neighborhood. Overall this is a good game but please add a second floor in the update :)

Fun if you have the time. I love it! It's super fun to play, definitely a game I'm addicted too but it's had it slow times where I don't wanna download apps to get gems and when I do it takes my time away from this one. (Wish I could buy gems with coins and not be able to buy coins at all since you can just wait 2 minutes for them). I also wish you could store or sell unbuilt stuff cause I was definitely dumb and couldn't see the hammer on the bottom clearly enough. But other than that it's really fun 😊

Great game!. I love this game! You get to design the home of your dreams at your own pace. You earn gems to get the nicest things for your place by making neighbors and by watching a couple of advertisements each day. Very easy to do. I personally have used my own money to buy gems but just because I’m not patient enough to wait. Try it and I’ll bet you become addicted too it too!

Requests. Could you please make a marble green kitchen sink/ fridge that matches the green kitchen cabinets you already have. The rustic tree, sectional couches and more are smaller than they should be. Please unify the sizes. Also would like to request making doors so we can add them on the walls. They don’t need to be functional. It would be cool to have a 24 hour rotary time setter so we can choose how little or long we want it’s to run for. Thank you! p.s. LOVE the app!

Good game but…. I’ve been playing this game on/off for the past 5 years. It’s really fun but there are some issues that really bother me so that I stopped playing this game: 1. Why can’t we move/remove doors? Maybe I don’t want a room to have 3 doors but it does because it’s attached to 3 rooms. It’s really annoying and it takes away from the “designing” part of the game. 2. I wish we could add wallpapers/wall decorations to rooms that are in the middle of the home. Also takes away from the “designing” part of the game. 3. I haven’t played this game long enough to reach higher levels to know. But I wish we could add multiple stories to the home. Again, I don’t know if you can do this once you reach higher levels, but from what I see, you can’t. Please update this game! It’s very outdated and disappointing to come back after years to see that the same issues that drove you away are still there.

Longtime run on this game!. I really enjoy this game - playing since 2014. A lot of us wish new game items would be available, purchased with gems and especially coins. There are a LOT of longtime players. We now design other things rather than just homes. Someone posts a theme and then a lot of us combine items to build it - such as people, animals, etc. My home is currently jukebox. My other home is a snowman made out of white chairs. (Yes, I have two homes.)

Too Confusing. This game is definitely not the best house decor game and I wouldn’t recommend. I don’t like the fact that you have to wait for you’re “ordering”. It’s annoying that you have to wait for a piece of furniture. There also aren’t lots of options and that Ceci recommends furniture and decorations, which then brings you to that item. It’s hard to move around the home. It’s stinks that the movers put stuff in the house already that you have to move. Other than all of that, it’s an okay game. Once again, not one of my favorites. Please think of changing some of the stuff I talked about.

Player of game. I love playing this game. The only problem I have is getting friends to approve of items I need to finish building the furniture or whatever I need to complete the product. Some items with gems I would really like to get but have to pay to get the gems for the furniture I would love to have. It would be nice to play a strategic game of some sort to be able to maybe win the gems also. But otherwise love the game.

Fun game, but...... This is a really fun addicting game, however, there are a few issues that, resolved, would make it a great game. The first would be to allow players to add "neighbors" by inviting them in game. I don't know anyone's Storm8 ID, so I have no neighbor's! 😑 Also, I would be willing to spend REAL MONEY in this game, but the cost of jewels to money ratio is outrageous, making simple bigger ticket items around $7 real money. Not going to happen Storm8. Fix this and you'll make more money. By the way, my STORM8 ID IS NobleRori and I need active neighbors! 😜

I barely write reviews but this game is fantastic. Had this game a few years back and I was absolutely addicted to it. I loved it. But time passed and I eventually deleted it. Fast forward to present time and I’ve been missing this game. I remember the sparkly things you’d get and tap on when someone liked certain things in your home and the feeling I get remembering that and the sound is so nostalgic. I’m redownloading this game and hope it better than before!!!

UPDATE. I’ve been playing this game on and off for many years. I really enjoy it but not much has changed. Prices on the furniture need to be lowered cause they are way to high, especially since it’s extremely difficult to make money and gems. There should be an easier way to make money. Also there should be a login where your data is saved cause for my self I hate restarting the game whenever I get a new device. TeamLava needs to update more and change the game for the better. I would like to know what happened to the weekly updates.

What happened???!!!. I’ve loved this game for so long and I’m on a really high level but I updated my phone to ios 12 and now the app keeps crashing every time I try to go on it!! I thought maybe it was just my phone that wasn’t working till I was hanging out with my friend and the same thing happened to her after she updated her phone! Please fix this because I love the game so much and would hate to stop playing the game:(

Seriously annoying 😡. This game is really fun when you have waited 3 days to save up enough money to buy a $10,000 dollar pool and added on to your house for $8,000 but the wait time for everything is little ridiculous and not to mention how expensive everything is and how you can't complete some task without having to bug your neighbors for permits or other things to expand your yard or build furniture pieces. For all those annoying things I rate it a 2 but if it wasn't for that I would give it 5 stars bc other than those things it's fun.
