One Call Now is a great system.. Our church just signed up and this app is a great resource. Did a test run today and it worked beautifully. I'll give it 5 stars.

Group ID?. Says I have to login with the group ID but there is no where to get one or sign up for one things are described very well need better description

Very appreciated ap!. This ap solved several problems that the web version had… 1) The quality of the call made through this phone ap, and phone, was actually superior to when I recorded a message in garage band, encoded it in wav format and uploaded it. That resulted in a scratchy sounding, low quality recording I was too embarrassed to actually send anyone. The quality of the call made through my iPhone and this ap was very adequate. 2) This ap remembered my log in information. 3) The interface was SO much easier than the phone dialup method and the webpage method of making calls. It was an exceptionally clean and easy to use interface. Thank you very much for the ap. I would have opted out of my free trial with One Call Now if this solution didn't happen when it did. Garry

Love this App. As a minister some days are very busy with hospital calls, home visits, and getting from one place to another. The One Call Now Mobile App, lets me send messages to our congregation on the go. Thank you so much for making ministry easier!

Easy to use and extremely convenient !!. My company and church both use one call now for notifications! I get alerts from my son's school with reminders, prayer requests and school closings. I use the app for testing emergency notifications for the company and have also sent event and volunteer reminders for church. It is a blessing to have such a reliable and easy to use service at an affordable price. we love one call now!!

Fantastic update. The team did a great job. Very easy to use and with the features that we have been looking for. The quick send capability is great and I can send multi-modal messages without seeing each one.

WOW!!. I didn't think sending a message could get any easier, but One Call Now found a way to make it happen!! I love that I can send a longer text message now!! So many new cool features! Thanks One Call Now...great improvement and worthy of 5 stars!

Stopped Working. The One Call Now app stopped working on all of my devices. Everyone loved the service but now it will not upload and send voice messages. This defeats our purpose for having this service. So, we have paid over $500 for a useless, nonfunctional service. Sad.

Great Possibilities. This is a great idea but it’s not quite there yet. Just today, I sent a message and my wife’s went straight into her voice mail, mine restarted three times before I received the whole message. I have had complaints from others who are getting the call, but no message. I’m running out of answers for the usefulness of app. We’re paying for this!

One Call Now can go with me anywhere. Glad to have this great app with me everywhere now. I can send messages to my group wherever I am. I don't have to go back to my desk any more. Thanks One Call Now!

Great improvement.. The app now supports sending saved messages created on the website! Much better interface and the ability to send phone, email, and text without having to send three separate messages. Great improvements!

PLEASE FIX!!!!. This app used to work fine--nice and simple-- UNTIL last spring when they decided to make everything "new and improved" now it doesn't work half the time -- I've tried to complain but it's useless-- I have a message to send to my church and it won't go through and I can't save it-- real nice-- I wish they had competition because this service is too expensive not to work!!

4 stars because they keep improving!. I am updating my review another star better as it is working well in the new format now with latest iOS. Thanks for staying on top of things as this is a major part of our interaction as an organization. Feature requests: 1. Can you make make it compatible with apples password login system? This way I can just click and be in if I need to. 2. It keeps asking randomly me to add email header. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. 3. Any hope for a sign in system that is self directed? It’s a lot of work as admin to have to manually input each individual and then have them approve etc when we are in the hundreds. A Leaders must have tool.. This is a must have for leaders. I can reach a large organization in minutes. Our entire organization is informed, inspired, and moving in lock step unity because we are all on the same page.

Major improvement. Hats off to ONE CALL NOW. The update is great and provides compatibility with the survey/polling which easily lets me get feedback from my groups. Much easier to send a call from iOS devices. Looks beautiful on my iPhone 6!

This app is terrible!! Stay away!. It crashes constantly. Every message you send needs to be recorded multiple times before the app finally uploads it. We used this app for our church for years, but not for long! We will be switching soon.

A GREAT App for an Outstanding Service!!. I purchased One Call Now a few years ago to easily communicate with my son's T-ball team. This service has been a total timesaver, I don't know how I ever lived without it and now the One Call Now App is saving me even more time! I can send a call from my iphone at any time, anywhere with ease. A great FREE App!!

Great App. I use One Call Now for all our church calls, sometimes sending multiple calls a day, and this app makes sending those messages even more convenient. However, I'm not sure how to delete the list of recorded messages in the app. If it is not possible, I'd like to see that feature. If it is, and I just can't figure it out, let me know!

Great ap. Really works. This is the perfect addition to One Call Now. I am out of the office more than I am in, and this really helps when calls need to be sent immediately. It even shows the subgroups already set up through the online interface, something the call-in interface does not do. The only thing missing is the ability to manage the roster and subgroups. I'd really love to see that feature in an update.

New and Improved!. Easy to use and more convenient than the website. Better reporting and makes it easy to see who has responded to messages. A must have for any scenario when you need to communicate with your group.

Cannot see who is sending text message in the app. As a group administrator, before the update, you could see who was sending the messages out on the report screen. After the update, you can no longer see this. Please bring this feature back.

Pastor Mark Cottrill. Our church uses One Call Now 2-3 times a week for major announcements.? It's a major part of our communication process. Saves me literally hours of time in phone calls for prayer requests, cancelations , promotions, reminders and bragging on The Lord

Frustrating text opt in. This would be great if the text opt in worked. The voice message for the text opt in feature called and hung up without leaving a message three times for one of my employees. Another employee tried to text to opt in and was denied. Frustrating.

Remember me. Hate how I have to keep entering my group ID and password every time I open the app.

Five plus Star App!. Read ALL the reviews - this is a great app! Retains all the on-the-go features of the call in and online versions but puts it right in your hand. Ever had your team in 18 cars in a parking lot in a monsoon? Had a message out within 30 seconds of decision. No more looking up the pin and id or trolling thru menus... Just launch app and send!!!! Love it!

No pricing info. to be found.. I couldn't find pricing info. on the app. OR web site, which destroys my trust - why hide the cost of subscribing to this service? I shouldn't have to send an email and wait for a phone call to get info. I shouldn't have to make a call. It should be readily available for all to see unless you're ripping folks off. I'm going with IfByPhone for now - they have a free app. and offer 100 free minutes per month.

The best app ever!. Now no matter where I am within seconds I can call everyone in my group without dialing.. Just when I thought it was fast already. We are talking warp speed! Awesome !

Sure saves time. Great app This is better than trying to find a laptop and send a message or use the old method on the phone. I also wish there was some way to delete old messages from app July 15--can finally deleted old messages. just like you deleted text messages and anything else....just swipe your finger across it and the delete button comes up and it's gone Thanks Call One Now

Convenient. I Find the app accessible when you want a way to send a message visually and a workstation (web site) isn't convenient. It would be great to record messages that populates the audio library for use by other messengers in my organization.

One Call App. This app really needs re-worked. I am an elementary principal. I have a lot of contacts and subgroups. My full list of contacts is not available in the contacts list. Without a full list, the app is not useful. Also, I find the app to be clunky and time consuming to use, rather than a time saver. Rather than use the app, I use safari to log in to the website to send messages. I am disappointed. I had hoped that the app would be more convenient and save me time when I am on the go. Please re-work!

Great service, horrible update.. This new update is awful. Before it was updated the app ran great, the interface was very intuitive, and you could save your login information so that you didn't have to enter it every time. Now you have to enter your user number and password every time which is a pain. The new interface is very hard to follow, is not intuitive (it took me forever to figure out just how to record a voice message and I'm pretty handy with technology); it is not an improvement on the old one which was very good. I don't really understand why the changes were made, but the one call service is still the best thing for a church or other organization.

Broken on iPad Pro. Got the brand new iPad Pro and there’s a huge black line running down the middle of the app and the app icon isn’t even right. Works fine, just annoying.

One App, One Serviice, One Call. A clear, easy-to-use interface; quick and powerful notification tools; fast, comprehensive reporting to help me keep track of my calls and rosters. The fact that I can do all of this from my iPhone is icing on the sweet, sweet cake of awesome that is this app. Easily the best app for notifications out there today. FIVE STARS!

Best messaging app!!. This new app is awesome! I love that I can send a single message all three ways! It's fast, and trackable, all through the app. Plus, the ability to send text messages with up to 320 characters...that's a win!

Best of both. This app combines the benefits of sending One Call Now messages by phone with the visual reassurance provided through their web site. You can see what you're doing and have the ability to make a recording in your own voice.

My most used app!!. I'm a Pastor and onecall has been great for our church! The app is fast and effective... I love it! One thing that would make this app even better is if I could schedule the one call for both DATE and TIME... Or even if you could use a calendar to set up future onecallnow messages. Many churches and Pastor use this app and for us a scheduled prayer chain call at the time of a surgery would be PRICELESS!! Thank you for listening to our requests!

App was better. Before this new upgrade i can’t even log back in to one call even though I’m using correct password and login says invalid

Recommendation. Please add the send now button the app used to have. It was very functional.

Why charge for update?. I utilize the One-call service for emergency messages to our ambulance squad. I find the iPhone app convenient at times, but don't recall having to pay for the download of the iPhone app a few months ago. Now I see that there is a charge for the new/updated app, as well as the iPad app. Why? Seems like this should be free for people that already subscribe to your service. Please reconsider this monetary charge.

Fix Your App!. We pay to be able to send out alerts. Every time I try to go into the APP, something is messed up. It should not be this difficult!

Easier done than said - like new tools and texting to groups. Great tool for my business and community service club to get a fast and accurate message to everyone in just a few seconds. Love that it starts and stops voice recording when I touch my face to eliminate dead air. The system dialed everyone and delivered my recorded message in seconds. My message report was instantly available on IPhone with fast summary and full details available. Great addition to the One Call Now Notification Service.

Fast and easy way to send messages. I used this for my PTO group and loved how quickly I could send updates, reminders for upcoming meetings, and requests for help. It certainly is not perfect, but worked perfectly for me and is a great time-saver!!

Best Thing Since Sliced Bread. The app is intuitive and very easy to use. I love the quick send feature, making it a breeze to send a message fast. This amazing service just got better with the One Call Now app.

worst app ever... makes random calls. the app used to work fine until someone had the brilliant idea to unnecessarily update it. now it makes random phone calls when you choose to send only an informative email to clients. not only embarrassing but totally unacceptable. once in a while my clients get to listen to some lady read my entire email. yeah the app is free, but I pay dearly for the service. $350 per year. FIX THIS!!!

LOVE one call now app!!!. I've always loved using one call now for sending messages to my students, but this app made it even easier to do so on the go. I hit the app and i'm automatically logged in - i can record and BAM - out goes my message! Amazing product and the one time i needed to ask for help (of course it was on a Sunday afternoon!) - the support person answered right away - i was really impressed. Any one call now users out there - take note and use the app!

Love it!. I love this app! I use one call now to page a group of emergency responders and this app shaves 4-5 minutes off the callout system!! Love it!!

Serves some people but a lot of missing functionality. This is ok if you want to simply send a message and dont care about a) the results or b) polling. 2.1.0 was buggy and some of it has been fixed but for an emergency organization that is looking to use this and want polling to know who is responding you will find its simply not there. They will have a great app once all the functionality of the system is available via iPhone

I don't like the changes. I don't like the way you can't see who answered or did the machine pick up. The worst part is you can't have saved messages and just send them one you want. I use this app with my camp and I would send messages at night from the hotel but now I can't just use a generic message because I can't find a way to save it. So I have to redo one every time I want to leave a message. I hope other people feel the same way and they change this back. I wish I can go back to the old app

Very Good Companion. Great app. Actually has become my main method of OneCallNow use. Would love the ability to access my iPhone voice memos to use, so that, for example, someone without the app could MMS me a voice memo which I could then send to the church.

Resident Communications. What a great way for property managers and their teams to communicate with their residents! The One Call Now Mobile app allows you to communicate with all or some of your residents in minutes!

TIME for an update. Although I really appreciate this service, the App is a little lacking. Can't set start time in App + can't delete scheduled calls in App = 12am phone calls to all employees :-( Aside from this major defficiency, I'd say the App is a decent companion to an awesome service.

Where it's at. "Where it's at"as Beck says. Two thumbs and an iPhone and we are in touch with our kids sports teams, school stuff, or friends. A+ app. Use it all the time.

Not great. Well the app launched and I entered the message but now I'm stuck in perpetual "send message". Must be an issue with this newest version...

Dhsnsjspabz. This app is giving me problems when I got it won't let me log in and I make a pin and ID and it keeps saying wrong ID and pin can somebody tell me what to do please

Login. I love the idea of this app. It is useful when I'm on the road. The frustrating part is that I need to keep logging in with my password. It takes so much time to login every time I use this app. No other app that are use requires this constant logging in.

New App is awkward.. Really don't like new app. Old one was bad and it got worse. Should be more straight forward. Should be able to include text and email all in one message. Should not have to do multiple messages. Other companies have much better apps. Still like One Call. Please make it more intuitive. Thanks
