Poor customer retention approach. While I understand the developers need for financial return on the app development and maintenance cost the strategy they’ve chosen is kind of insane. Peppering new users with ads every 30s before they’ve even been able to decide whether they like the game is a recipe for poor customer retention. A better approach would be the frog in the boiling pot approach. Start the ads at a lower frequency for at least the first level to allow users to develop an attachment to the game before forcing them into a decision to pay for an app that is priced double its competition. I don’t have so much of an issue with the price if the game is engaging, but I’m not going to pay that before I’ve even been able to decide if I like the game. Decreasing ad frequency in the first level might help improve your paid subscriber count. For me, the strategy you’ve chosen is reason for an immediate delete and I’ve paid for other apps of this same type.

Great game to help calm and focus my mind. This game is so relaxing. When my thoughts are running rampant, I can put this game on and give myself a break. I love that it is not timed. The music is soothing. And the different scenes are adorable. I never get tired of looking at the drawings. After playing the free version for only a few minutes, I immediately purchased the full version! Also, I had a question and reached out to the Facebook page for this game and got an answer back right away. I can’t recommend this game enough!

Good game, some bugs. The Theme Park chapter seems to not show 3 items and I’ve gone over each vignette 3 times, zoomed all the way in. It’s not showing the last Archery Target, Headband, or Paper Airplane. I’ve played your go watch an ad game several times in other chapters and refuse to do it with this chapter. So where are the 3 items? Hmmm. I’ve tried letting the app load with my browser open and while in airplane mode. And I just updated the app before writing this. Please tell us this is a bug, not a watch ads ploy. If it’s the latter, I’m done with your game.

Best game ever. So I really love scavenger hunt games so I had downloaded scavenger hunt and then I updated it and my progress was gone so I deleted the app and looked for a new one and let me say this was my very first option and I downloaded this game and this is so much better than scavenger hunt. The ads aren’t as insane as scavenger hunts, the things are better hidden and way better maps this is the best scavenger hunt game ever. I’m glad that this game actually has less ads.

Luv this game. I luv this game but hate all the extremely numerous and long adds that make it hard to play the game. And I would prefer all the items be placed upfront instead of adding a few at a time. It takes too much time looking for items when they may not even be on the game yet; It’s frustrating. But I noticed all those types of games are the same way, although some adds on other games aren’t as long or as frequent.

Good game BUT I will not pay $10 for each person to play it. No family share. My Autistic daughter want to play this but I am NOT shelling out $10 or MORE for each peso. Who tris it on my ipad to have it on theirs!!!! No. Now they have but this upgrade, and this tool… all separate. Ohhhhh a monthly plan. Nope. Update: I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS. Now, they say you can have your game on a single account BUT YOU CANNOT USE THE GAME ON ALL DEVICES THAT ARE SIGNED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT!!! I feel ripped off. I cannot restore the setting iPhone (to keep the game progress) because I lose my progress on iPad. I really am disappointed with the developers for not stating this before you commit $10. That is just basic ads removed. Upgrading in the amount they WANT doesn’t event let you do this.

It’s a shame…. So just took a scroll through the most recent reviews and I cannot believe that they haven’t reduced the number of ads for this long. It is extremely baity that this game was free of ads for so long, so they gained a large number of positive reviews so now they have decided to spam everyone with ads. Well, watch how fast your game’s negative reviews outnumber the positive. I am giving one star. Because that is what you deserve giving ads every 90 seconds. This game used to help me feel calm and go to sleep. Now, I feel anxiety as I race the 90 second timer and then my phone vibrates at 10 seconds left. So awful to take a beautiful game and completely ruin it with ads. Totally use ads to make some money. But Please let me know when you reduce the number of ads so that I can play this game again. I do not play games that give me anxiety.

No ads??. Second time to submit this with absolutely no feed back. Really!!!It says no ads, that is why I downloaded it and what do we have…. ADS… so not true to its word. Its fun. But would be better without them. There are games without ads like Royal match, so I know it can be done. If you are going to advertise, please be truthful, I kept the game for now, but you could lessen the ads as well as have ALL the hidden objects on the screen without having to go watch another ad to place more objects on the board. Ive actually taken screen shots of the board to locate all objects and they are NOT all on there at the same time. Please make it somewhat easier because this game is fun but tiring with ads. Thanks.

1 minute 38 seconds. I love a similar app to this so I wanted to try yours since it has more worlds. I’ve seen other reviews mention the ads being out of control. When they started popping up, i started a timer after I clicked out of an ad, then stopped it once another popped up. 1 minute and 38 seconds was the time between ads. I’ve seen your responses to people who criticize this, basically saying you need revenue. It seems like if you decreased the frequency of ads, you would have more people keep the app. Sure, there is a remove ads option, but $10 is a little steep considering i could put that money toward food or gas. Your app was on my phone for an hour before I deleted it. If you truly want revenue, I suggest decreasing the amount of pop up ads AND what you charge for the ad free. You will actually make more money that way.

To developers. I absolutely love this game, I love how often you update it and I enjoy the graphics as well as the different themes. BUT- I really do not like the use & portrays of the devil. When I come across it I no longer play that level.. I don’t want those things coming on my phone or filling my mind. I am hoping you can make levels without it so I can continue to play & spend money in your app. But if I continue to see it I will discontinue my use.

Tooooo many ads. I think the game itself is BEAUTIFUL and fun. I think one of the best hidden objects games out there but the amount of ads it’s way too much. I think you get an ad every 30 seconds or something. And if you want to get rid of the ads you have to subscribe to $9.99 —> which is VERY expensive for a game of this kind. I am very close to uninstalling it and it’s only been a couple hours of play because it became annoying. Also, most of the times, the ad takes you to the game it’s showing you to install it and it took me a bit to figure out how to find the “x” to go back to the game. Previously, I was just closing the app and reopening it again. Very dissatisfied with the frequency of ads. If it wasn’t for the ads, I would give this game a 5+ Star rating!

The scenes are the best !. I don’t care for most hidden object games because the scenes are static. I came across Find Out and not only are the scenes moving, they are full of Easter eggs!! Just accept that you will never score a speed round because you will get caught up in looking at all the characters. From an “Ursula” lurking in the underwater scene to the everything you could imagine dragon scene, it’s the hidden gems that make this game so special. I am not one to spend any money on games. I just refuse (yeah, I know) but I hated how the ads interrupted my exploration of the scenes. So I actually paid to have the ads removed. It’s been worth every cent. I can just explore and play. It was a nice treat for myself. Give it a try and if you love the ads version, just go for it. It’s worth it. (Sincerely, a cheap small gamer mom)

A lot of Potential but…. I was excited when I saw an ad for this and immediately downloaded. It’s actually quite fun and I like that even though some are easy finds, others can be challenging. The problem comes with the ads. I know a lot of other reviews said the ads were crazy. As most do, I needed to check for myself and look at the numbers. I downloaded and it allowed me to play a few minutes with no ads. After that initial part though, I played for 30 minutes. Within that 30 minutes, I had 16 ads, all of which I timed. All of the ads ranged in lengths with the average ad being a little over a minute long with the shortest being a little over 40 seconds and the longest being about a minute and a half. But back to the numbers. After timing the ads, within the 30 minutes I played, there were 16 ads for a total of 18 minutes. That means over half of my play time involved sitting and either watching or having to interact with ads. I only was able to actually play for 12 of the 30 minutes. Which is absolutely wild. The game has a lot of potential and I genuinely enjoyed what little I was allowed to play but sitting through that many ads WITHOUT having to buy the ads free version is a little too much. I understand needing ads, but when you’re hindered and unable for play your game for about 20 out of 30 minutes, that’s excessive.

Fun game. I really enjoy playing this game, even with the constant ads. BUT there is one big problem. Sometimes the ads freeze and the only way I can get back to the game is to totally shut down my device. Way too annoying! I usually just play a different game at that point. Kyoto City is Beautiful! I love all the details - especially all the foods. Ads for Project Makeover are totally demeaning toward women and very offensive.

Ads every 1:30 seconds if you find anything or not. I don’t mind ads and understand when a company has ads to allow them to provide “free” content. But when ads are so close together that anytime you get on a roll and start to enjoy an ad pops to slow you down and kill progress for at least 30 seconds. And to those who say oh turn Wi-Fi and data off. I play these games to pass a few minutes while waiting on something, someone. So turning that off hinders me. But 1:30 seconds on the nose. I used the clock on their app to track it. 1 star. Not fun. Who would want to do anything where you are stopped that much until you pay. 1 or 2 ads per level should be enough. I guess greed presses it up to 20 per level because they discourage you from wanting to play. Deleted.

Ridiculous Ads every minute. I love this game and don’t mind the ads if they are reasonable, but this app is absolutely, insanely outrageous with the constant ads. I can’t play the game for a minute before another ad pops up! It’s so unnecessary to have so many ads in such a short period of time. I have decided that I am going to forget this app and move on to something else that’s more reasonable. Having all these ads is not going to get me to pay for an ad free game, it’s just going to make me go somewhere else to play a matching game. It’s a shame because I really like this app with its animations and scenery, but I can’t handle all those ads just to play a game that’s supposed to be relaxing, entertaining and fun, if anything it’s stressful because I am rushing to find things because I know I just have under a minute before another ad pops up. Hopefully you will do something about this, but if not, I will highly recommend finding another seek and find game.

Ridiculously good value, best of this genre imp. This was an almost immediate purchase for me, so I don’t know how intrusive ads may be, but for seven bucks I’m delighted with this exquisite, witty (really!), loaded-with-extras app. Only possible drawback for other players may be that the level of difficulty is relatively modest compared to similar games, but I play for relaxation (and cuteness), and don’t like having to e.g. click every single thing that might have an object inside or behind it. I haven’t tried all of the extra challenges but they’re clearly more than tacked-on “bonus” content that doesn’t reach the thoughtfulness of the main gameplay. Currently two hours past my intended sleep time. Thank you so much devs! (really)

Slight disappointment. Really enjoyed the game overall. Till I reached the cruise vacation level. With one item left that I could not find I have watched six ads now to win a free magnifying glass to help me find the one last item. Every time the magnifying glass disappears and does not show me the last item. I’m convinced that there was a malfunction and I did complete the level/ find all the items and this one was not counted. With no way to restart the level I will never be able to complete it or move on in the game without completing restarting my progress and uninstalling.

WARNING Ads Galore. I used a stopwatch to time the frequency of ads in this game due to how surprisingly frequently they were appearing. You're interrupted every 1:30 on the dot which is RIDICULOUS! I understand the purpose of ads, but that's above and beyond feasible if you want a person to keep your app and continue playing your game. Otherwise the game is enjoyable and the perfect level of difficulty. Ad frequency is ruining it. Probably will delete. Literally you are betting on pestering players and strong-arming them into paying to remove the ads. Makes me want to go out of my way not to and remove the app altogether.

Are you kidding? Don’t waste your time! UPDATE!. I understand the need for ads to make money but to play for not even 30 seconds to watch an add is disgusting. Greedy app developers at their finest. Have ads for coins, or to get hints but only play for 30 seconds to watch a minute ad? Atrocious. Don’t waste your time. There are PLENTY of other similar apps to play!!!!!! There is not a single chance this app got a 4.7 rating. They must be creating their own reviews! UPDATE: your generic response is barely laughable. Here we have apps with no ads or ads after a level. My review stands, to play for barely 30 seconds to watch an ad is disgraceful. How anyone plays is beyond me! Greedy developers once again!!!!!!!

Love this game!. I really love this game. I’m playing it way more than I should lol. They have been adding new maps often and they are getting more & more creative with each one. It would be nice to have the objects move on each map after you complete a level. For me - after the second level I start losing interest on that certain map bc I basically remember where everything is hidden. I am paying the monthly fee & I’m debating if I should continue - if the objects re-shuffled every level - game changer!

False advertising, yet…. I downloaded this app because I enjoy this type of game, object searches and so on, but the ad slated this game as one ‘without annoying ads’ which is very far off the truth. I got through one map before the ads popping up every 30 seconds or so drove me insane. However, the option to purchase ad free for $10 exists and is so worth it! The maps are delightful, full of little nods to pop culture and so much imagination. Attempting to enjoy the app with the ads as they are was impossible, but I’m glad I purchased the full version:)

PLS ADD THE RADAR TO IN-APP STORE. I absolutely love this game it’s the only thing I play now!! An improvement to me would be if you guys added the radar, that pops up when almost all the objects are found for the price of watching an ad’, to the store that is in the app and have the ability to buy the radar with coins just like the magnifier. I personally prefer the radar that helps give you the answer because it still makes you look for it which is more stimulating to me than just getting the straight answer (a little boring to me). Just a suggestion, I will continue to love and play this game anyway.

Favorite “Search and Find” App. I’ve downloaded a fair share of this type of game app over the years and this one is my favorite. I play them to relax and unwind and for me the ones in this app have just the right amount of challenge - not so easy that it’s over too quickly, but not so difficult that I get frustrated. I did pay for the ad free version and I have chosen to watch ads when it’s offered to get extra coins or hints. It’s not been a big deal for me since I use it multiple times a day. They come out with new scenes pretty often, which is nice. The most recent one, “Autumn Forest”, is my favorite so far, absolutely adorable and beautiful graphics. Hopefully they’ll continue coming out with new scenes for awhile to come.

Find out. I downloaded your game about a week ago and I love it, but (there’s always a but isn’t it?) the ads are a bit much. I understand that you need the money the ads bring to you, but your going to wind up with a bit of money but you’ll no longer have anyone to play your game! I timed the seconds were between ads and it was a few seconds before a whole minute. That’s not being fair to your users. I’m sure there are a lot of people that will uninstall your game out of frustration. You just get into the game and are really concentrating when here comes another ad! I guess some people like the money but not care about your customers frustration at the constant ads. As much as I really like your game, I’m uninstalling. Sincerely An unhappy customer

Fun but…. It’s super fun and funny looking at the people doing the most. The finding isn’t overwhelming or super hard on your first attempt. But what was overwhelming was the ads, I felt soooo rushed and would lose my concentration once the ads started and when they finish. It was just constant anxiety for me to find the item before the ads come up. You can pay for the ads to go away but still there are too many ads to begin with.

Wayyy too many ads. As someone who loves these types of games, I find the design and ambiance of the whole game so appealing. I find myself enjoying the calm music and the gameplay itself: it is a great, relaxing experience. Although, my reason for one star is because of the amount of ads and pop ups that occur COMPLETELY ruin the game. About every 45 seconds a prompt for an ad pops up, which to me is ridiculous. To further add onto this, I was considering buying the package where I could get all of this removed but: TEN DOLLARS. This is unreasonable, and for this reason I would really consider bringing the price of this down to at LEAST five dollars if possible. Until then, I’ll have to say goodbye to this game

Very Fun Game. I like that it’s not timed because you can take a moment to appreciate the creativity of a scene rather than rush through it. The items are a little tricky to find which makes playing the same scene more interesting because it’s so big. The scenes are very clever which I really enjoy. I also play the Scavenger Hunt by Popcore. This one is very similar but it’s not quite as difficult which I like because there’s a better chance of finishing a scene without using too many boosters. It’s also appropriate for adults; it will very easily hold an adult’s interest for hours. This is is one of my favorite hidden object games and I look forward to more colorful and interesting scenes.

Relaxing, but adds are annoying. I really like this game. Nice to play if you’re in a doctor’s office waiting, or can’t sleep, or whatever. Other reviews are completely correct though. Adds pop up way too much. I know adds help make things free. I get that. However, they should be more like every 3 to 6 minutes. Not every 3 to 5 items found. It would also be nice if we got a choice of what adds we would like to view. And I’m not just talking about this app. I’m talking others too.

Ads are ridiculous. This is a fun game with lovely graphics. I understand the necessity for ads. Most apps run the ads after you have completed a level/section, or when you earn a reward. The ads in this just randomly stop your game every few minutes. Maybe you need to make the maps in smaller sections so player can finish the map a smaller piece at a time. Then you could run your ads in between sections. I have only had the app for about 30 minutes and will be deleting after i finish this review its too annoying to have the game just randomly interupted…so sad

Amazing Game, Way Too Many Ads. This is THE scavenger hunt game you’ve been looking for if you’re like me & have been playing Two Dots just for the scavenger hunts! The graphics are so fun and clever. Free version has wayyyyy too many ads, which quickly ruined the game for me. You can pay to remove them for $10, but that’s a bit more than I’m willing to pay for something like this. Too bad, because I really did enjoy the game besides the continuous ads.

Never got to find out.... Addition: frustrated that the game places the "hint" button exactly where I put my finger to scroll vertically. I have blown through all 3 free hints in about 20 minutes by clicking accidentally. I do think this is the best game of its type. After a minute of play I thought I would finish up the first level then buy the game since it was a lot of fun and the graphics are interesting. Then the tsunami of ads hit and I'm not willing to continue or buy the game if I can't even complete the first level. It's impossible to get into an enjoyable rhythm when so many long ads are shown in the first level. This is an odd approach by the developer. Ads are fine and everyone understands why they are used. But to ruin the experience right out of the gate is not good marketing. You have to give people a chance to love your game first.

Nice app but too many ads. Updating to add that like I figured, I received a generic response that didn’t even make sense to what I posted. This company is lying and saying they are a start up, but they’ve been around since 2014! There is literally no justification for the high cost other than greed. With all of the people reviewing and saying the same thing, you’d think you would make efforts to change it. ——————- I see them commenting about needing so many ads because of the high cost of running the app, but that’s still not a smart business move. More people would stick around longer with less ads, but this way people are finding out how annoying it is and deleting the app. You’d have more players long term with less ads. Also $10 for no ads is absurd. Maybe $5, but $10? There are similar games with cheaper no ad options. It doesn’t seem like these developers are trying to be competitive with other games, just seems like they are greedy.

Cute but frustrating. This is such a cute and fun hidden object game. But as others have said, the advertisements are beyond what I have ever seen in an app. They pop up for me every 30 or so seconds and despite what others have written, you can't close out of them after a few seconds. If you look at a game like Best Fiends where the ads are reasonable, it makes it even harder to play this game no matter how much I love it. Forcing me to buy the ad free version actually forced me to delete it after 30 minutes. :(

Great Game with Tons of Content. I downloaded this thinking it would be like every other “hidden objects” game, but it is way more than that. This is clearly a team who cares about the user experience, and actually updates their app frequently!! I paid for the “ad free” experience, and I would urge everyone to do that as well. I’d gladly pay for this type of experience, letting the devs get enough capital to create new maps (which is about once every two weeks or so, so you never get bored!) Long review short - buy the ad free portion, and enjoy a very well put together app with tons of updates and a great UI experience!

My Favorite Hidden Items Game. I absolutely LOVE this game. I play a few of these hidden items games, but this one is the best. I like the moving animation, the super cute themes, and the option to receive extra coins. My only complaint would be that, since I’ve completed all of the puzzles, I need to wait for the next puzzle to be uploaded. Other than that, I highly recommend this game.

Best Find it Type Game. This is the best scavenger hunt game on the market. Do yourself a favor and pay the one time few bucks to remove the ads. The maps are a genuine delight to explore, with cute pop culture references all over. Sometimes I get to the end of a list of objects to find and I think “no way. no way it’s actually here. I have looked at every inch.” but it’s there. Frustrating and very satisfying when you find that last item. 10/10, can’t wait for more maps.

ADS EVERY 20 SECONDS!. The first 10 minutes of the game was so much fun and I was really enjoying it! After the game prompts you to open a New World, which happens very quickly, you will get an ad every 20 to 30 seconds!! And they are very lengthy ads that you cannot escape from. I got a double Ad and had to suffer through almost 2 minutes! A HUGE DISRUPTION! I have never in my gaming history seen an AD pop up so many times in such a short amount of time! It’s completely ABSURD! I understand they need to insert Ads to make money but this is absolutely insane and the worst I have ever seen! There are definitely other games like this out there and I intend on deleting this one and downloading another one from a developer that is not so greedy and one that is not infested with ADS! What a shame! This game had so much potential, but their greed sickens me! At least let us play it for a bit without an Ad every 20 seconds and I would’ve paid for Ad Removal. I will never download another game from this developer simply because of this fact. Ads have destroyed the entire gaming industry. Games are designed to play, not watching ADS 90% of it. Not everyone is in a position to pay for Ad Removal. I would have gladly paid for it, but I refuse to give my money to someone that is so greedy. Remember, your players make you or break you!

TOO MANY ADS!!. UPDATE—I was able to overcome the insane ads to play this occasionally. Since this last update, the ads have doubled in frequency and amounts. I am not sure why these developers take a very good concept and ruin it with so many ads. I understand the need for some ads. But an example of too many ads….i opened the game one morning to pass some time, the game opened to the game board I was playing, I moved the screen to start searching and an ad comes up. I was very frustrated but let it go. I searched for about 30 seconds and the little timer starts clicking, another ad shows up. That process was possibly a minute and a half at the most, more accurately it was probably less than a minute…trying to give the game the benefit of the doubt. Thats just a little extreme in my opinion for ads. I’m positive your game doesn’t need 2 ads in one minute let alone 2 seconds after I open the game for the first time one day. I would’ve given this 5 stars but because you play an ad literally every 30 seconds, I just couldn’t. The game itself is wonderful. While I understand the need for ads, every 30 seconds is a little extreme. I finally just stopped playing simply because I couldn’t do the ads. I came to the conclusion when I’m seeing more ads than I’m playing your game, it’s just time to stop. Thank you for the wonderful game but I’m done playing because of the ridiculous amount of ads.

Fun at first…. I’ve been on a hidden objects game kick for a bit now and I was so excited when I started playing this one. It was great… until it wasn’t. I totally understand the need to run ads to keep things free, and I usually don’t mind because most apps run them between turns/after completing a level. It’s natural to place an ad in those places. But LONG ads right in the middle of game play, probably every minute or two, is just NOT it. Far too frequent. Like I said, the concept of ads: totally understandable. The sheer amount of ads in this app: totally unnecessary and annoying. Do yourself a favor and don’t get addicted to it just to be disappointed like me.

Deleted after just a day of playing…. Seemed really fun at first. Graphics and art really stand out. However, the number of ads is pretty ridiculous. Also the apparent lack of care from the development team about this issue and other critiques from fellow reviewers is disappointing. It is understandable, and expected, to have ads to make the game free. But a game with this many ads is incredibly distracting and frustrating, especially because they come so frequently (~every 90 seconds) during levels. Couldn’t stand more than a few hours of play. Paying to get rid of them isn’t worth it either, because the price is far too steep and frankly this isn’t a game I’d be inclined to give money to anyways. What a bummer. I hope they listen to these critiques in the future, and I might consider downloading again if they significantly cut the number of ads shown in a level.

Great app, just started showing offensive ads. I have been playing this game for months, I really enjoy it and I’ve played all levels multiple times. This app has the most in number as well as the most creative maps I’ve seen out of all scavenger hunt apps. It’s a real shame I’m giving it two stars. There’s a couple ads (happy match cafe asmr, and some happy hospital game I don’t know the name of) which this app just greenlit to show ads through this app. These are disgusting; showing pimple/wart popping, open wounds (cartoonish but still), and pulling things off of infected feet. This has caused me to throw away food and vomit multiple times. I’ve already uninstalled all other apps which show these specific ads, and I’m very sad this one will need to go too. App managers need to ensure the ads they display on their apps do not contain offensive images/animations and need to take responsibility. Very disappointing to need to delete another great app to protect my health because of these disturbing ads.

Unpleasant. I love scavenger hunts. Unfortunately, the way you have designed your app has made it unpleasant to use. Adds every few seconds are ridiculous. I play several other games that have ads, but they don’t interrupt until you have finished a level once you have finished a level You watch approximately two minutes worth of ads and you go to the next level. Also, I have played other games where instead of having ads every level you watch ads to earn bonuses to help you with each level. Either version would still support your goals, but make your app much more pleasant to play. Because of how you have it designed I’m going to delete your app. I hope you work on designing this to be more pleasurable for your customers.

The ads are insane. I’m perfectly fine with ads. I play plenty of mobile games with ads; I’m happy to watch an ad every now and then, or have ads on the screen on the top, bottom, or side while playing a game…but forced and timed ads every minute is ridiculous. Sure, you can skip them, but there are so many! I spent more than half the time I played this game skipping ads. I played for 30 minutes and I spent more than half that time skipping through ads. That’s a lot. I was going to pay for ad-free but $10 is crazy to me to pay. I’ve paid anywhere from $1 to $5 for ad-free play but I’ve never seen $10. In the end, I deleted this app after 30 minutes because while trying to find the last few hidden objects, I spent more time skipping through the ads than I did moving around the image. Beware: you’ll wait her pay $10 for ad-free, a subscription price, or you’ll just have to deal with more than half your play time dealing with ads.

Amazing! No issues whatsoever. Edit* To the people complaining about ads, you realize this is a company and developers need to get paid right? You are playing a free game. Also, ads can be skipped after 15 seconds, some you can skip after 5 seconds. This is a small annoyance to enjoy a high quality game that gets new maps added so frequently. My wife, who rarely plays any games, loves this game and steals my phone to play it It’s a simple find hidden objects game. Some objects are in plain sight, others you have to really look for. But the best part of the game are the different maps and little Easter eggs you find in each map. You see references to all sorts of things, as well as see the people in the maps do silly and funny things. It’s like a game within a game. For example, you can find Star Wars references in the space map, as well as marvel references. In terms of gameplay, it’s straightforward but also very difficult. Each map has about 175 items (maybe some have more?) but the map is huge. The early parts of the game are easy, you can spot most objects pretty easily, and you don’t even need to look at the objects on the bottom. However, when you get to the last 10-20, you really have to start looking, and the real fun (and challenge) begins. Anyway my wife and I love this app. Thanks for making such a wonderful game!

Experienced with similar apps. Happy to stumble upon this app the other day. I’ve been playing scavenger hunt, happy find and other similar apps for a long time now, so it was refreshing to find this one with already so many levels created! The similarities are dead on to the others, but this app over the others seems to be the most invested in generating user experience, so thank you for that! As for the ads, turn your cellular and Wi-Fi data off for the app and only turn them on as needed for purchase, daily challenges, etc…. Then turn it back off, close the app and re-open with no data connection and all the ads go away until you turn them on again…… it’s a way around paying for no ads………. So far very happy with what I’ve experienced…… I did pay for the nomads on my cell phone just because I know I’ll be on this app a lot, so long as they keep up with creating new levels and content!

Really fun play, sad lack of energy. I paid to remove the ads because yes, they were INSANE. But I enjoyed the game play enough that I went ahead and paid to remove them. Now I’m seriously regretting that decision because you never get enough energy to really play for longer than a few minutes. It’s ridiculous. Requiring energy to find an item is just dumb. I really wish I could go back in time and just delete this app instead of giving them my ten dollars. Because I can’t just sit and play this casually for longer than a minute or two, I’m unlikely to go to this game when I need to pass time. So odds are good I’ll forget this app even exists before too long and it’ll eventually get offloaded from my phone. I guess nice work on the devs for sneakily giving tons of energy up front and then bombarding you with ads to coerce you into paying them thinking aha! now I’m free to play for ages. Nope. Think again.

Update to my review. I really wanted to play this game, BUT I just can’t stand having game play interrupted by ads. In this app they call it “taking a break”, & yes, the “breaks” are shorter ads, but they kill my concentration. You can only play for a few minutes before the endless breaks start. My personal policy is Delete any app that pops up ads during play & while I wanted this game I just can’t play long enough to enjoy without an ad every few minutes interrupting the game. So sad, a good game , but not worth the aggravation.

ADs every 60 seconds & asking $10 to remove them?!. You have WAY too many ADs. Its ridiculous that you think charging $10 to get rid of ADs is acceptable in ANY way. Theres an AD every 60 seconds! The game is cute, but I will never pay $10 to remove ADs. At max I would pay $1. This is why I don’t tell anyone about the game. The time wasted on ADs is beyond frustrating. Reduce the ADs & charge $1 to remove them & it would be 5 stars. fun game when you aren’t watching ads. i’ve played this game for awhile now, it’s quite fun & one of the favorites i had on my phone. lately the ads have been miserable. i’m watching more ads then i am playing the game. great download for ads with a 30-45 second break for game play. why $10 USD for no ads?? other apps have it for way less. if the devs care about retaining their users, they should lessen the ads. we all understand if there is some, but my god is there so many. you got an extra star for the occasional gameplay. it is a fun game.

Looks great but…. I’d love to buy this game as I have a similar game that I bought outright and enjoy. Unlike them however, these devs want me to pay a large ongoing cost. It’s like so many “free to pay” games where you first pay too much to lose the ads but then can’t play it without power ups etc so you have to pay ongoing costs on a regular basis. i find these things stressful no matter how sweet the game is. It seems deceitful to ask me to review before you dump all that on me. You’ve got a nice, relaxing game which I would’ve enjoyed playing without any of the power ups or whatever. A Great Game Ruined By Excessive Ads. What a great game - engaging gameplay, lovely and comical/cool sub themes all over the game. Could play for hours.. BUT… I timed it and there is a compulsory ad every 1 minute, 30 seconds. Nobody minds ads to pave the way for a game and they are a source of inspiration for new games to try. The more people and the longer they play, the more ads the developers will receive revenue from. Sadly, I will be deleting this game.. having a 30 second ad every 1.5 minutes is 25% of my leisure time spent watching ads. Daily finds now impossible. I’ve been playing this game for ages and really enjoyed it - but the recent update to making Daily Finds an extra few levels and almost impossible is not great for the user. Since it’s the main way of getting coins it really shouldn’t be so hard, please change it back to the way it was. I’ve also noticed there is a time lag since the latest update so things run a bit slower - this makes the daily finds or time tasks even harder!

Great game - crazy battery usage. This is a greatly game but in addition to the adds popping up at exactly every 2 minutes, the battery usage is crazy. I have an iPhone 13 and don't wanna waste the battery on it. Sadly, uninstalling it now.

Giving this only one star. I get it. You offer the game free if we watch ads for your revenue. I’m happy to oblige. However, I timed these. For every one minute of play, I had to watch a 30 second or more ad. Was so excited. I love hidden games like this one. I was so excited when it popped up as a suggested game on social media. However, I was soon extremely disappointed. The ads on this game are ridiculous. The longest you can play the game is 30-60 seconds before an ad pops up. The ads are 45-60 seconds long and it just continues in that loop. I hope that the creator fixes it, but it’s seeming like there are a lot of reviews that are untruthful. Possibly paid reviews or totally fake ones.

Ads and pricing are ridiculous!. Updated: The developer quickly responded to point out a remove ads option, but it was still more than double what I would be willing to pay. Bumping my rating from 1 to 3 stars. A very fun hidden object game, but ads pop up constantly. I went to pay to have them removed. I figured it was worth 3 or 4 dollars for the game. Then I discovered it was a 5 dollar a WEEK subscription? Insane. No game is worth over $200 a year to play.

Great but struggles.. Good game, great thing to sit down and play while taking a break. I just wish it was more optimized for the iPhone screen. I can't click certain things that sit in top corners or down below due to the drop down feature iPhone has in the center and because of the clickers on the screen on-top of the game. Hopefully this helps developers with future plans on the screen lay-out.

I’ve never seen so many adds. The first few minutes of the game were a Lot of fun. And then I got ads every twenty seconds and the ads are around a minute a piece. I never write reviews but I had to on this bizarre experience. I think it would be better to have to watch 5 ads to unlock a new section or something than to get an ad every 45 seconds. You can pay to skip ads but for a game I would play infrequently just to pass time, paying $10 doesn’t feel reasonable to me. The game itself is fun! But I’ll keep looking for similar games that don’t have an unreasonable amount of ads.

Great potential. The game has great potential. However, the amount of ads that you get are insane. I get that the purpose of the app is to make money but I get full fledge games on my switch for way less than 9.99 that have wider concepts that finding objects. I’m not even against paying for the full game but I wasn’t even able to enjoy the part that I could experience without being bombarded by 19 ads. I have subscriptions to plenty of apps/games both monthly and yearly but I never felt so forced to make a purchase as I did In this game. Also why must I find every single object in a map before another map unlocks. I literally experience 30 ads trying to find three objects. I would have rather the game just been 4.99 to download without the ads in the first place. Completely insane.

Too many ADS Way too many. I can really get into this game but it seems like I have a ad every 2 to 3 minutes. So as soon as u get in a rhythm and are finding items a ad pops up. You will be getting into the game n really wanting to finish a map but seriously there is an ad every 2 minutes. If frustrates me so much I just quit playing. I don’t have a problem with ads all the games I play have them but when you have too many it really pushes you away from a game for sure.

I love this! It’s my favorite!. I love this because so much detail has been invested and the designers have a streak of fun. I love all the different cameos that appear. Love it! And love the art gallery. I really enjoy seeing my favorite works of art and characters. This is such a loving homage to so many great things. Thank you.

Overall Good App. I caved in and paid the $10 for no ads.. I love the game and the difficulty of it rather than everything being right there to find. However, the ads were way too frequent and $10 is definitely way overpriced for no ads. I’ve gone through every map in 2weeks so i’m hoping for more to continue coming.

Too many ads. You really liked this game, its difficult at times to find the items making the search fun. But they ads are wayyy too plentiful. You get am add almost every minute. I deleted the game because of it but it wasnt fun having to sit through an ad every other minute even if you cam skip some of them… i totally understamd ads but this is unplayable with them. They basically want to annoy you into pay for no ads because the game its self is really fun

Irritating. This was a very addicting app and one of the better scavenger hunts UNTIL it updated and now it says energy depleted every 20 seconds (timed it) where you have to watch and as or back out and restart. And as free 15$ a month?!?!?! Its not worth all of that. Sometimes you have to wait a week for updated maps if you’ve gone through the first 20. (That’s all they have approx). It was worth the disruption every 1.5 minutes to a degree but now this energy depleting every 20 seconds?! Not worth it.

Bummed by the dailies. I used to love to open this app in the morning and jumpstart my brain with the daily challenge. I’m not sure why you changed it to 5 levels and didn’t add more time before you lose stars. Just that extra bit takes away the fun challenge and instead annoys me because I can never make it. Otherwise it’s a fun game and helps me when I’m having trouble focusing, I guess it kind of resets my brain.

Solid app, okay dealing with ads except some. App is well made and works great. As many say there are many Ads which i understand since it is a free App. I'm cool dealing with the Ads intermittently as there are present Unfortunately lately there is a super-disgusting Ad playing repeatedly which is so bad I'm actually considering deleting this Game from my phone as a result. I wish there was a way to report completely inappropriate Ads without having to leave a review of the whole App.

Almost good. The game is ALMOST good… instead of asking you to look for 3-4 objects that appear 20 times each, the game ask you to find 20 different objects that are repeated 3-4 times. I swear I advanced an entire level by just clicking on random objects without even knowing what I was supposed to be looking for Besides, the ads part it’s just ridiculous… i get that it’s a business and all but… ads every 1 MINUTE??? And they take about 6-7 clicks to close those ads

Great. This is by far the best scavenger hunt game I’ve found imo. Not only are there so many to choose from but it’s easy to click quickly. Just turn off wifi/data before opening to play so you don’t deal with all the ads

Back to Back Ads. I understand some ads I do every app has them I know there is an option to pay and not get them as well, ads coming in hot every 1 minute on the dot as soon as your getting good and into it I can’t even enjoy it and find out if I want to spend money on extra clues or whatever in game purchases are available due to me not being able to feel the game out properly.

App thing. This app is amazing, I truly love looking for objects, but the amount of ads they give in less than 5 minutes is crazyy. I understand that you need to promote other businesses or put ads in order to gain publicity but I think u guys put wayyy too many ads in less than 5 min. I will continue to use this app because it is honestly really cool but the ads just throw it off

Ads. The game is great! The ads are so ridiculous that after playing for a week I am deleting the app. There is another review and it’s true. The ads pop up almost every 30 seconds and it is quite annoying. It’s like I have an app of ads not a game. So sorry to not keep the app. I really enjoy this one the best for the game snd levels. I suggest skip the download unless you want to buy it. Developers……find a better way to to develop the app.

Ads at least every 30 seconds. This is a great game if you have the patience to have pop up ads nonstop while you’re looking for the hidden objects. I tried playing it for 10 minutes, and I never was able to finish the first set of objects because the number of ads were extreme. I have never played a game with so many disruptions. I definitely would not recommend this game to anyone. It does have a lot of potential, but not the way it’s designed. I have uninstalled it with no intention of trying it again

Too Many Ads - I’m following the Ads. The game is fun but the ADs are ridiculous. I can only find 1-2 items before an ad comes. It takes the enjoyment out of the game. But then the ads you show… I started switching over to the other games and leave this one for 2-3 days to play the games with the less ads that you advertise. Should limit the ads so that we can enjoy or else lose to the ads that you’re promoting.

Love it, but what happened???. I’m a HUGE fan of this game. And what I really loved about it was I was able to play on my iPad or phone when I was not connected to the internet (like on a plane ride as I travel quite a bit). I just noticed that feature is no longer available. Is there a way to have an offline feature to still be able to play when not connected to the internet?

The ads are ridiculous. I was very interested in this game and downloaded it right away. Unfortunately, I couldn’t complete the first 2 maps without seeing over 20 ads!! There was literally an ad after I would find 2-3 objects or scrolled through the map looking for more than 30 seconds. I play a lot of free games that have ads but this is so ridiculous that I am deleting it already. I’ve only been playing for a few minutes! Too bad bc the game is fun and challenging, with cute animations. The amount of ads that you have is beyond anything I’ve seen while using a free app.

Ads. I had to purchase a new iPad and this game didn’t download correctly on it so I downloaded it again from the App Store. This version has ads every few minutes. A real bummer. I enjoyed the game immensely and was pleased how quickly they would bring out new maps, but now I just find it extremely frustrating.

Don’t download. I downloaded this upon seeing a 4.8 rating but 5 mins into playing, I spent 3 of those minutes getting constant ads. Read the reviews and what do you know, the recent ones all state the same. I’ve read the developer responses too and they aren’t phased by it. I don’t mind ads but it’s seriously less than a minute till the next one which completely loses your focus on the game. That’s a delete from me.

Huge disappointment. I am so disappointed in this game app. I have never seen so many ads - about every 30 seconds. I considered paying the $10 fee for fewer ads, but that still doesn’t get rid of all of them. The game also is constantly freezing up for a few seconds so it is not a smooth game to play. Love the graphics and the game but will most likely delete because there are too many other options that don’t have the issues this one has.

Too many interruptions!. This game stinks! I just installed it a couple of days ago because I like ‘Look and Find’ challenges. I was able to play for a long time when I first started playing, but before I found everything I was interrupted with a ‘Take a Break’ notice for an ad. Then I could only play for a few minutes before I got the ‘Take a Break’ notice again. It just keeps popping up! It totally ruins the enjoyment. If it wasn’t for that, I would keep playing, but as it is, it’s more aggravating than it is fun!

Nice. My favourite level is Sky City! Also, I particularly appreciate the Challenge Mode... players are given a limited amount of time to find all objects, which adds an extra level of excitement to the gameplay. This Find Out game requires careful observation and attention to detail!

Too many ads!. I found this game from an ad on another game I was playing. First, it is nothing like the ad showed, BUT I still really like it. Not sure how long I will continue playing it though, as the ads are infuriating. Sometimes they are every 30 seconds, sometimes every 90 seconds. And it doesn’t change whether I find 20 items or 0 items in the picture. I understand the need for ads on a free game, but the amount of ads in this game is driving me away.

Too many ads to enjoy. I believe I played another on of these hidden object games from this developer and it was a lot of fun but the ads on this one are excessive. The game itself is fun, but it truly interrupts the user experience by having so many ads shown. I get why there are lots of ads but it’s frustrating enough that I’ve just decided to search for another game that isn’t so disruptive.

Fantastic!!!. I absolutely love this game. There are so many areas to play and it is one of the most clever games out there in terms of scenes. The closer you dig, the funnier the little scenes are. It’s brilliant all the things they have added for each theme from cartoons, movies, characters. Couldn’t recommend this more

OMG - SOOOOO much content!!!. Wow - there are SOOOO many maps, each with super charming and funny animations and vignettes. Pro Tip: just pay the $9.99 and eliminate the ads right up front - you’ll thank me later. This is a delightful app, literally bursting with creative, engaging content. Kudos to the creators - it’s obvious that this is a labor of love for them!

So much never ending fun!. I have tried a few of the scavenger hunt apps on the app store but this one of by far my favorite! I personally paid for no adds and it’s worth it to me! I love that how frequent new levels come out and with the match mode and time mode it’s a great way to pass time or just challenge yourself! 10/10!

Are You Kidding Me?!?. I have NEVER seen so many ads! This is going overboard. The game is interrupted every 30 seconds to force another ad down your throat. And I see from others with the same issue, the responses from the developers are all the same (copy, paste, copy, paste). And I say to them that there are many great games out there that are ad free or with far less ads. The ads take the fun out of it. And if there is no fun and all I am getting from this game is elevated blood pressure then why play it? Delete…

Addicting but going downhill. I love this game. They update it every Tuesday with a new map. However, I’m noticing that when I watch ads to get a hint, it freezes and while I watch the entire ad, it never actually gives me the hint because my phone freezes. I’d give it 5 stars but I can’t because of that reason

Totally Worth Paying for Ad Removal!. With over FIFTY incredible maps to date, each with around 175 objects to find, and new maps being added every few weeks… Seriously. This is so much game play that it boggles my mind to see people objecting to paying $10 for ad removal. It’s beyond worth it.

Updated review. UPDATE: the developers responded right away to an issue I had with the game, and if/when the issue occurs again I will send a screenshot on to them, and I have no doubt that they will be extremely responsive to any concerns. The game is super fun, and the customer service is top notch!

Great app but the ads ruin it. I love the app but had to delete it, I’m not paying to remove ads and it’s ridiculous to have ads every 90 seconds. Literally there are ads every 90 seconds, it gives you a countdown timer of 90 seconds as you search for things and then an ad pops up. If it had no or at least less ads then it’d be fine because it’s actually a fun game.

attractive game, ruined by ads. I don’t mind paying for a game after a few free levels. I don’t mind watching ads between levels. But this game is SWAMPED with ads that interrupt the gameplay. I only made it about half way thru the second level, after I figured out that I was getting about 30 seconds of game time between ads. Totally crazy. Probably would have paid the (pretty high) $10 if they’d done a better jobbof hooking me on the game.

To many Ads!. The game itself is great, however I can’t go a full minute without seeing an Ad. I get that it’s to make the app free, but there has to be a different algorithm to these advertisements; they’re stress inducing because I can’t enjoy the game and I’m so close to deleting this app. I spend more time watching Ads then I do playing the game. The developers also copy and paste they’re responses to these reviews; I don’t think they fully read them.

Too many ads and glitches. This is a really fun game but there are just WAY too many ads. Like…..a ridiculous amount. Unless you want to pay money to get away from the ads, best to play this game on airplane mode for as long as you can. Also, there are glitches. I just tried to use my 1700 coins to get magnifying glasses but they never added the magnifying glasses to my account. Took all my coins of course though.

Thought I was gonna love it……... I love this type of game and haven’t played this type in a long time, so I was happy to download it from an ad. I haven’t even finished the first game after starting. I completely understand the disclaimer regarding the ads but……..come on, there are waaaaaayyyyy too many. They disrupt the flow of the game and they’re piled up on each other , two, three in a row. Too, annoying for me to keep this one. I’m normally not bothered by ads in games but this is….again……waaaaaayyy too many. So, sorry….I’m out.

best scavenger hunt game in the app store. i LOVE THIS GAME!!! the fact that they put new maps out regularly is awesome!! my only complaint is that the premium maps are so expensive. i wish it was like a one time fee for access to the premium maps like the other scavenger hunt apps… $5 per map is too expensive.

Awful game. They do not populate the maps with everything. They want you to subscribe or buy hints. And they are not cheap. And ads every 30 seconds, even in the middle of a search. I am deli g it after I submit this review. There are way better hidden objects games.

Vile depiction of alcoholism &unhoused. I absolutely love this game! I actually got it to play with my kids. However, I am unwilling to do so because the vile depiction of alcoholism and what appear to be unhoused individuals. This is so gross and only perpetuates negative stereotypes about a demographic of community members who suffer enough. It’s tacky. Do better. Not to mention the ads. Woof. Non stop and very long.
