Badge enable under Settings > Inside Tesla. Badge can be enabled under Menu > Settings > Inside Tesla. Just FYI if anyone else struggles with that.

Crash city. The app is confusing to use and crashes or fails in use. What should be a simple wall connector install is a nightmare to commission. Older web versions so easy

Password-username. Won’t let me login because the username or password is incorrect, but i haven’t changed either.

Journeyman/tesla certified. I wasn’t a fan with the app at first but giving the app a chance. It’s definitely improvement from the wizard.

Trash app. Can’t setup my wall charger using the app. Barcode scan is nightmare even succeeding that can’t proceed further. Disappointing experience with the app however can be expected such from Tesla.

Horrible- What happened to the web?. Wall Connector. What happened to the web interface where I, as an owner / user could go in and change a setting? Such as changing what vehicle can plug in. Before I could connect, go to the wall connector’s address and make the change needed. Go to that address now and it says to download this app. What a waste of my time!

Clock ins. They’re doing a huge switch to this app for clocking in and out, Here I am doing the course.. can’t even get the app to function to play with it and go along with the course to set up things. App is not functioning / refreshing on Tesla WiFi or my Phone data. UGK is down due to this app switch. Got nothing else to say, very irritated over this switch and nothing even works to begin with

This is junk. Freezes when I try to commission a wall charger. I have to keep going to super chargers until this is resolved.

Clock in issues. Not able to use mobile badge. Also not able to punch in on app. I have updated app, deleted it and re downloaded, and set it as the home page just to see if it makes a difference. No change. I can see my time but not able to make adjustments.

Installer Academy videos are a game changer. Talk about dummy proofing with these videos for the installers, only thing that’s missing is the art of troubleshooting video and it will be perfect.

"upgrade" not friendly. as the homeowner, this seemingly mandatory "upgrade" is useless. there is no carryover from the older, already setup account/equipment/history info. this app is for intallers who get training on how to use it, not for endusers. another reviewer states same thing.

The Everything App. Forget about X, this is the One!

First run. They removed a lot of tools we use daily. Hope there are updates asap

Mobile Badge Not on iPhone. They specifically told us to delete the previous app to use the mobile badge through Tesla One and there is NO mobile badge or Inside Tesla connection/option. Great rollout.

Useless app. Freezes every second trying to add a wall connector and set amps because they like to cause fires. Had to go on Reddit to figure out this app. Awful awful awful

This app makes no sense. I used to be able to login to my TEG to read info about my install. Now it redirects to this app that does absolutely nothing!

If I can give this zero stars I would. This is the worse app. All I want to do is connect my wall connect to wifi, instead the IP address is telling me to download this app that don’t help me in no way.

Great rollout team. Love the new app, very sleek and works great. Some crashes here and there but give the devs some time to work these out

Cannot sign in. I’m having the same problem, my ID password won’t work even though they are correct.

Mobile batch feature does not turn work. The instructions provided in the email doesn’t work. Ended up installing Inside Tesla again.

What is the point of this APP?. My wall connector is no longer connected to wifi. I go to see what the issue is and was told to download this app. Once you do? Nothing happens! Why did tesla do this?!

Mobile badge issue. Exactly the same as the inside Tesla app but, I have a issue with badging in on my mobile badge, when I’m not connected to WiFi. I believe there should be at least a offline mode so I can badge in and out when I don’t have a good WiFi connection.

Cannot log in. Get unexpected error when trying to login as a partner. Call Tesla and they are no help. Extremely frustrating when you are trying to commission a customers charger

Not able to get into wifi. I am not able to connect wifi . I find my wifi SSID when doing search . Even I put the modem next to Tesla charger . Still not able to connect

Why?. What a useless app. This could be added to the actual Tesla app but no…. You have to actually deregister the charger every time you want to use the app, and you sure as hell have to keep the box for it. Honestly useless.

Not finctional. App freezes … select product … power wall .. app freezes and useless. Can’t setup a power wall product. Can’t believe the App would not be tested for such a simple feature!

Unable to use. Tried using the app to setup a universal wall connector. When I attempt to enter the setup the app freezes as soon as I click on the unit. Close and relaunch only to have the device not saved and have to try again with the same reesult.

Not able to commission. App is garbage

Useless. App freezes on the page asking for Face ID. Tried everything (deleting/reinstalling, iOS is up to date, restarting my phone etc). This is super annoying when I am installing my wall connector.
