Best travel app!. The Robotaxi app is super easy to use with a clean design. You can get a car in like 10 minutes, and it’s way cheaper than Uber and Lyft. The cars are always spotless. Highly recommend it!

The future is here!. Took the ride 4 times already. I have nothing to say. Because it drives just like a real human! The future is here! I took Waymo in the past. And I can tell you Waymo is just not on the same level as Tesla. Waymo is just a toy compared to Tesla Robotaxi.

Already Better than Uber. I mean, this is only been going for like six weeks and the app experience is already better than Uber way to go. Tesla. Love it.

Truly the future!!. The app and service keep getting better. I was able to test it and provide feedback that was welcomed and implemented. Near perfect hailing to pickup to drop off. Pricing is lower than competitors (and also in a nicer vehicle). I cannot wait for the service to expand so more of my friends and family get to experience it.

Great service! But Needs improvement. I love the idea of self driving taxis! Such a great Tesla service and has a bright future. However , needs a BIG improvement like accepting Dogecoin for payment… that would be the best thing ever and make the service much more exciting and fun. The idea of paying with the crypto that was invented as a joke would be ideal in a futuristic world.

The future. Seeing cars drive themselves is absolutely insane. You really need to try it to believe how smooth and natural these things are. Also way way way more comfortable than the back of a random dudes car. Maybe they're only able to keep them so clean because it's a new service though. I wonder if they'll be able to keep up the quality when they're more cars in a larger service area... Assuming Tesla can scale when they're ready and don't run into some type of "wall" when it comes to the AI driver, I'm confident these robotaxis will change everything about how we view driving and car ownership in the us.

First Time. overall experience was excellent. The app was a little glitchy to start gave multiple different ETAs. I had to continue to click on the option to restart the search for multiple times noticing that it will say that there were no cars in my area. After I clicked on it repetitively, it was able to connect us to someone. The driver was very pleasant did not talk much. The car was extremely clean overall experience with flawless

Much better than Uber. This costs one fifth the cost of an Uber ride, plus no need to tip and you get privacy once safety operator is taken away!

I loved how i cant do anything. The best part of this app is how it offers no services that i can use. I find this not strange and useless at all.

Not accessible for blind users. I love the service, the app is just not accessible at all for people that are blind or visually impaired. Will not pick me up at the right destination. Very difficult and tricky to ping audibly. I love Tesla and I'm excited for more updates but the app is just not quite there yet. I also cannot figure out how to connect my music

cheap but shaky. Love it for an MVP. what a great deal and I love Tesla entering this market. The driving has left me feeling a bit seasick which is annoying, but the price is unbeatable. if the price was the same as Waymo, then I would 100% not ride with Robo taxi, but as long as Robo taxi is 20% of the price of the competition, then I think it’s a no-brainer and the best case scenario would be if you could get the driving to be as smooth asWaymo. One of the things I don’t like about Uber is how the Driver always wants to talk to you and I found it a little bit, annoying that the driver here had a lot of talking and question asking for me but every single question I asked Back he said was a secret. With all that said I’m still very impressed and it was still a five star review.

First Review of RoboTaxi. As an owner of a Tesla and using FSD Supervised, this app will be a gateway for many people in the near future to experience the benefits of autonomous driving. Lives will be saved, time will be regained, and we will truly move to an age of abundance for all.

Great service. Didn't have any trouble, great alternative to Uber and Lyft, Waymo is kinda of behind considering they use all kinds of different sensors while Robotaxi is solely camera based

Great Service & Prices!. I’ve been using the Robotaxi App to request rides in Austin. Love the simplicity, convenience, comfort, quality, and how great this service is with better prices than the others.

Tried 1st time and love it. Nice brand new Tesla model Y. Smooth ride. Cost only 1/3 to 1/2 of Uber. Hopefully it will expand soon (deploy more cars)

CHEAPER THAN UBER. Great app and easy to use. Hoping they would put more location names and labeling on the map. And Need more fleets on the ground.

Disappointed. I installed the app the evening it was released to the public. I registered and shortly after I was given full access to book rides. The next day, I go to use it…and Tesla moved me back to the waitlist. I’ve seen many people dealing with this problem. Also, Bay Area does NOT get the $4.20 pricing like Austin. Why? On top of that, The Bay Area rides aren’t that much cheaper than the competition and the competitors can go to the airport, etc whereas the Robotaxi cannot. I had a lot of hope for the Robotaxi but pretty disappointed at this point in time. I’m a Tesla owner at that and that’s how rough I find the current offering from the company.

Always says offline - try again. Have deleted and reinstalled app multiple times. Can login with my Tesla account but then just get a pulsing Tesla logo. Close out the app and then restart it and just get offline message. Have tried with WiFi and just cell with same result

The Future is here. Just did my first ride and was impressed. Although it does take a bit longer to get a car vs Waymo, uber & Lyft. The pricing is beyond fair and seems to avoid surge price. I’m pretty sure Tesla eventually will have more fleet soon as they begin to take over the future of transportation.

First ride. Very smooth, I felt very safe The safety driver was very aware and it just made the ride better all around. It was a great experience.

Good first attempt. The first ever robotaxi app is easy and intuitive to use. UI is clear and functional. May lack some features at the moment but looking forward to further updates to improve it

Needs a way to see the other cities. I really like the app. However, it needs little dots on the bottom or top of the screen when you’re on the cities map so you know that there are other cities available. I did not know you can scroll right and left there and see Robotaxi maps for other cities. Normal iOS has a dot for each screen. You can scroll right and left with some people know they can do it. That’s all you guys need to add right now..

This Is The Way…. I recently tried Robo Taxi, and it’s hands-down the best ride-hailing experience I’ve had. The cars are far cleaner than any Uber or Lyft I’ve taken—spotless interiors, no lingering odors, just a fresh and comfortable vibe. The ride itself? Incredibly smooth. Compared to the often jerky or inconsistent driving I’ve experienced with Uber and Lyft, Robo Taxi’s autonomous system glides through traffic with precision. It’s also noticeably smoother than Waymo, which I found impressive. Safety is a huge plus. I’ve had some downright scary Uber and Lyft rides with reckless or distracted drivers, but Robo Taxi eliminates that worry entirely. Unreliable. I’ve had it for 3 months and have still yet been able to get a ride. Always says demand it high come back later or when I get the opportunity it cancels on me. I’ll stick w Waymo, at least they show up and are actually driverless. RoboTaxi isn’t driverless, there’s someone in the driver seat.
