Don’t waste your time. I’ve never had the issue with an online casino that I have had with this one. I won money using my new user bonus and after the play through was met, have been unable to cash out the balance after a full week of contacting their “customer service”. What a joke.

Terrible overseas support.. I have been playing since the app was released. Never had a problem. Only when you do encounter a problem and contact support they give you some template response . Grimey!. Be careful with your bonuses, I received $5 bonus money with a $75 wage requirement, I activated the bonus and received the $5 in my account I proceeded to play games and after a while ended up with $140 by then I know I definitely wagered at least $75 so I went on the promotions page to check my wage requirement progress and don’t you know there was no progress, magically the bonus was paused, how could it be paused when I activated it , so now I had to wager another $75 and how ironic all the sudden I stopped winning every game I played so after wagering the $75 and losing every game I ended up with $39 when I should have been able to withdraw the $140 I’ve been playing for a couple years now and never had that happen before. Love the games - but app is too glitchy. Every time I try to play more than 1-2 games it says “voided due to insufficient funds” on every single game when it’s just the app clearly not working. I delete the app, restart the device, reinstall it, and it does the same exact thing over and over. I end up giving up. It’s so frustrating! I would otherwise give it 5 stars!
