Borderline Criminal. I understand the goal of the casino but the navigation path within this app is a disgrace. It should be illegal to make it this difficult to withdraw my money. These are lame, low-rent tactics of small time swindlers. Use any of the fantasy draft apps instead.

Fraud. Owned by bet mgm I want 100 K on that site they didn’t pay. this site three blackjack in a row I got a blackjack we pushed again and they got two more blackjacks in a row never use this site, they will cheat you out of money

Worst app ever .. I deposited $75 after downloading the app . Didn’t like it so I decided to withdrawl it . My money has been stuck in my account for a week. The first woman asked for a picture of my ID done . Secondly they asked for me to upload a picture of the front of my debit card done … I figured these are security checks for whatever reason then they ask me to upload a picture holding my id … ok ? Done . Now after being left in a chat for 50 minutes they ask for a picture of me holding the front of my license ..

Avoid this shady sportsbook!. My FB feed is littered with promo offers from this group. So I joined and took advantage of one of their promos only to find that they had no intention of honoring that. Even though I opted in and joined under that premise, they weaseled out of honoring the promotion. When I brought it up to them, expecting good people to honor what was obviously their mistake-they shot me down. Then when I asked to my withdraw my deposit, they denied it!! After another request for them to honor the deal-they cancelled my account without notification while retaining my money! Only after a couple weeks did I find out my account is cancelled and I was able to successfully request my money. What a sham! Avoid at all costs. Seriously, I use two other books far more easily without a single hitch!

Broken. There is a required location download that no longer works even in NJ. The file that downloads is a dng file which is for a MAC not a mobile devices. Three devices, two accounts, all dead in the water. I assume Borgata will see they are not getting bets and figure this out. Meanwhile we will bet somewhere else.

Absolutely worst site ever. STAY AWAY. I was promised my welcome bonus for first deposit never got it. Called up and they told me they would add it. Never did. Then called again and they told me I never called and then lied and said they can’t apply. Worst site very. Worst customer service. stick with fan duel.

Sketchy practices with promos. I was offered a $10 bonus bet for placing a $10 casino wager in my inbox. I was not able to claim the promotion so i reached out to support who had told me I had the promotion claimed on their end. I was not given a bonus bet after meeting the wager requirements and the support told me I have to claim it EVEN THOUGH I EXPLAINED I CANNOT AND SHE TOLD ME THEY SAW IT ON THEIR END AS CLAIMED. Anyway out money on a fake promotion on my account and lied to by support. Be weary of promotions.

Promotion offer issue. I use to enjoy this book until they took my earnings that involved a deposit match offer. I placed a wager hours before the expiration time, which was the stated requirement, and the event was over the same day. I was told that the wager didn’t settle until 2 hours after the event which was outside of the expiration offer. No one can explain to me why the event wasn’t settled after the game was over and I continue to ask several individuals the terms and conditions and do not get an answer.

Bad function. A few of the parts of the Sportsbook don’t work, the cash out feature does not work some of the time; cost me 100 when I wanted to cash out, said it was eligible and the button didn’t work cause if some tech issue; there’s better books out there with better lines and better apps

Problems signing up. Trying to sign up and it won’t verify at all. Then called up and they have us do all these different things to verify. Just a major pain and they were not helpful at all. Tried to get in for a promotion and spent several hours and ended up missing the promotion due to their side.

App won’t load. Unbelievable, I drive to NJ from Brooklyn to make a bet 2-3 times each month. This freakin app sometimes won’t load. I ended up spending 45 minutes without placing any bets and then drive back.

Great. Online support is always helpful and the app is easy to use. Just wish u could change the lines more than what they offer. Like rivers you can change a line 10 pts either way.

More bonus bets. The other sites continually give no sweat nets, odds boost and other props that give back to the loyal participants. You guys can do better with those types of promotions

Bogus. This app is bogus. The casino games (slots), preferably, you can barely win. The glitches are noticeable when players are about to win.

Useless. This app is useless if you already have the casino app. The only difference1: is the color. Why even bother putting it up. I rated it a 1 and it should be a zero.

Would not suggest. The Borgata site has issues. Not up to par with competition. Waiting 2 days now on a withdraw compared to an hour on other sites. Tried it and it failed me on a couple fronts.

Scam. You deposit money with no bonus and as soon as they see you’re winning money they apply a bonus without you agreeing to it and they you can’t withdraw your money. Probably the worst app. They’re thieves

Con artists. Absolutely terrible app. First time promo is good but the app is terrible to navigate and atrocious to find your free plays. Withdrawals are morally bankrupt. Worst. This is the worst sporting app out there. The sports lines are not in line with others which are available. Not that you look for or root for a push but lines are never +/- .0 always has a hook that you can never buy down. Their casino app is no good. Save your money. I get a casino and sports app is going to make money for the house but there is no winning no matter what game you play. Blackjack...be prepared for having a 12 over and over again against a face card. Or better the dealer getting 21’s 3 out of 4 hands consistently. Stick to other gaming sites as Borgata is behind other sports books available.

Horrible Set Up. The option to make a deposit is so bold; I tried to withdraw my money and accidentally made a deposit. The withdraw option is not even highlighted just plain text; and it’s under the cashier option. To deposit money it’s instant; they’ll take your money in a heartbeat. But if you wanted to withdraw; if you manage to find the option. You can only do it by check which takes a month. Horrible sports betting; I’m gonna stick with fanduel which allows me to withdraw my funds quickly and don’t trick people.

Still yet to receive my $50. They fooled me. Told me I’ll get $50. Then it says “we put $50 in your wallet” it’s not there, I downloaded the app and sign up and didn’t receive my bonus. It’s not right to mislead people so they can download your app. Not spending a single penny tho so you getting nothing out of me asides the sign up and a now deleted app. Worst part is the customer service. Oh yeah they have it dont they. But you can only pick out of their options and have to just accept their answers. You can’t even directly talk to someone or submit a ticket for a later conversation about the problem. This app shows no mercy and is just money hungry.

VIP account associate Ryan W. I’ve been using the app for about 2 months now and haven’t had any issues. I’ve done live withdrawals at the Borgata that got approved in hours and only took 10-15 min to get my money at the cage. Ryan W has been assisting me and my account and has been great. He answers questions immediately and thorough and helps in anyway possible. High recommend site.

Nice promos.. Getting better. I like this promos and odds are not to bad. They have gotten much better with costumer service. I think there should be less clicking to get to some of the lines.

Zero stars. Let me tell you about this horrible sports betting app. It got 1 start cause I couldn’t give it zero. The odds are way off. The app takes forever to load. Try and bet during the games forget it. You betslip changes and you’re stuck with half the bet you were looking at. No confirmation that the odds changed while placing and still wanted to continue. Stick with a reputable betting site like DraftKings and Fanduel. Don’t waste your money here at Borgata sports.

Horrible customer service. They have my money kidnapped for weeks. Due to a phone number change I can’t receive login verification. Each customer service rep says they have limited resources and they will escalate the issue expect an email within 24-48 hours. It has been over 2 weeks. I have dealt probably close to ten customer service reps at this point tells me the same thing like they are robots. I have gotten so fed up I expressed I just want the menu out and I’ll gladly close the account and never look back. instead they deemed me an irresponsible gambler for demanding my money. Which is very far from the truth, creating another layer to this awful experience. Aside from the completely inept customer service the app lacks betting options and doesn’t compete with some of the other sportsbooks out there. Stay away!

Promotions and Customer Service. The website is slow. The promotions that they place don’t even direct you to the proper screen, to place a bet for that given promotion. Their customer service is extremely poor, and needs improvement greatly. Highly recommend not using this sportsbook.

13 survey pop-ups in 5 minutes. Notifications of “expiring” bonuses when no such reward exists. “Support” services that argue instead of assist customers. There are options, look elsewhere until they do better.

Only works IN New Jersey. They don’t tell you when you set up your account and give an out of state address that you have to be within the state lines of New Jersey. Then they hold your deposit hostage and yell at you for trying to place a bet outside of state lines and threaten to take “executive” action against you.

Frustrating sign up process. After a very frustrating 30 minutes trying to sign up and get my information verified, I gave up and deleted the app. I know it’s me, unfortunately borgata doesn’t know it’s me. Bye.

Horrible app. That steals your money when you deposit!!. Wow I have every sports book in the app but this is the worst and a scam. It takes your deposit and then shows a 0 balance in the system! You call for their customer care and they say u have to wait days for a response!!? What a joke. The attorney generals office will like to hear about this if it keeps happening. Company lies. Bait n Switch!!!. I logged onto the app and it said 100% match bonus and $20 free bet w new members. I never got my bonus!!! After talking w them and numerous emails they refuse to give me my bonus. I even had to send them a screenshot proving it!!! And they still never gave my bonus!!!! This company is a scam and illegally baited me!!!!

Read the Fine Print. Overall the app and performance is good. If you are just getting into sports betting, it can easily be learned on this app. The problem I have is with their incentives for signing up. I signed up before the Super Bowl under the impression that I would get $100 in free bets if I bet on the game. I did, and Borgata Sports gave me two $50 bets. When I used the first $50 free bet, I won the bet and was not returned the stake + profit, only the profit. This was a classic bait and switch move. I was disappointed to find out that Borgata uses this tactic. Draft Kings and Fan Dual always pay you the stake + profit on free/promotional bets. I will no longer use Borgata for sports betting.

The app is terrible freezes constantly. It freezes constantly there is no search feature so you will have to scroll through a whole Saturday lineup of college games to find what your looking for instead of having a search option also logs you out all the time

Needs work. The location services don't work half the time and I'm in Montclair NJ area... Not like it's THAT close to NY to be confused with another location close by that's non NJ... Please add TOUCH ID option to login and or at least add option to REMEMBER user name. It gets annoying having to login so often and type username every time. **UPDATE**: I'm in the app, ready to place a wager, yet the app is telling me to download the app ! So ridiculous. You guys need to re do the entire app. It's pretty bad .
