Amazing app turns my Echelon into a Peloton!. This one app has amplified my experience on my Echelon Sport beyond anything I could have imagined. I now regularly do Power Zone rides and have all the data I need at my fingertips. This app makes me feel like a genius for not having laid out thousand of dollars on a Peloton. And on top of the app being amazing, the community is that’s formed around the developer Roberto is second to none. I never write reviews, but the app is on another level!

Fantastic App!. Bought an Echelon EX3 but was looking for rides that had auto resistance. This app allows me to connect to many other third party cycling apps with this feature and opened up so many options for rides. I am not much of a spin class person but I love a great challenging ride where I can see some scenery. This app allowed me that freedom. This app is fairly complex but the development team is phenomenal at helping with connection issues and settings.

Amazing App. Breaks the metrics/data “out” of my Echelon EX5 so that I can now use the bike with any of the common apps - zwift, MyWhoosh, and more. Fantastic work! On another note, what makes this app stand out is developer support. The developer is constantly on Facebook and GitHub to answer and address (endless!) user questions, kindly and professionally. It’s stunning! The best person to buy this: Someone who has a bike with Bluetooth metrics features (most do now) who wants to use the bike with Android/IOS (or more - Win/Mac) apps that aren’t from that bike’s manufacturer. If that’s you, grab this app quickly; it’s a bargain! It makes your bike “open”.

This app is a game changer!!!. This app is amazing and I’m so glad I found it and the online community associated with it to help me get my setup right. I am able to use it seamlessly with my Echelon bike and the Peloton app to convert resistance in real time and see all of my metrics including cadence, heart rate, power, etc. The developer is incredibly responsive and the others that use this app are so helpful when there are questions about how to pair your devices, what devices work best with each operating system, etc. I also love that you can send your data to Strava to maintain a history of your metrics.

Does not work well with Horizon AT Treadmill. I really wanted to like this app, but there are a number of things that are problematic. Firstly, it creates a whole new set of users on my treadmill (Aian, Megha, Darp, Ahona) erasing the users I already had configured. Secondly, it starts running the treadmill without me telling it to do so; it does so at a slow speed, but its unexpected and problematic just the same. Lastly, it doesn’t seem to automatically adjust the elevation while connected to and running with Zwift, which is the main reason I got it. Would raise to 4 or 5 stars if it didn’t change my users and didn’t automatically start running the treadmill after a few seconds.

Reliable Fitness App with Great Support. I use this app with my Schwinn IC4 magnetic resistance bike and it adds tremendous value and functionality to my fitness journey! When I ride with the Peloton digital app, it automatically converts the Schwinn resistance to Peloton resistance to enable me to follow the instructor’s call out. Using my credentials, it logs into Peloton and displays the required resistance and cadence settings, and also sends my workouts to my Strava account. The display is totally customizable, and through a Facebook group I have access to the developer himself for technical support. This is the best value anywhere!

A Must Have!. Recently purchased the Echelon Sport and this app is a must have to go with it. I use my bike with Peloton classes and it does all the converting for me. I’m already working hard enough, no need to be converting and worrying about extras on top of a workout. I made my viewing tiles (hr, resistance, cadence, etc. ) when working out minimal, but love that I can add in so many different options. Customer service is top notch if you need help too. An absolute gem of an app!

Sweet!. I use an Echelon Connect-S bike with the Echelon service. But I use QZ as a go-between for the purpose of collecting and importing the ride data into Garmin Connect. Echelon strips down the ride data and then will only export to Strava or FitBit. One of these days, I plan to use QZ to connect my bike to the Zwift service. QZ is one of the best supported apps I’ve used. Roberto does a hella great job maintaining the app and responding to questions/requests. The Facebook page is a great resource and Roberto responds to pretty much everything. I wonder if the man ever sleeps. Thanks for a sweet app and for all your efforts to make QZ such a versatile tool.

What IS this sorcery!? AH-mazing!!!. I recently upgraded bikes and started using this app. I am in love! My little brain can’t fathom how this is even possible, but I have AUTO-RESISTANCE on my Echel0N (can I say that word?) EX5! 🤯 like, I feel like people that purchase an actual PEL0T0N (can I say that word?) are kind of chumps 😆 this is SUCH an affordable alternative. The developer is very responsive and always trying to make his app even better. I don’t know where it could go from here, for improvement. LOVE. LOVE. LOVE. Alllllll the stars!!! Thank you so much!!

Game changer and $ saver! Awesome developer!. This app, the hard work of the developer, and the support he provides to a growing user community are all awesome! I initially bought the app to enable me to more easily use my echelon bike with the peloton app. Over time I found that I could make my own workouts work for me, and did away with my peloton sub in favor of keep stats with QZ only. The developer is super-responsive and constantly adding features and options for equipment to integrate with the app. The best!

Roberto is Amazing. Thank you Roberto!!! I have found that whenever something is easy for others, it has to be difficult for me. I bought a new Horizon 7.8 and was very frustrated to find it did not auto-incline as expected with Zwift. After buying and downloading Roberto’s app, I had some some trouble getting it working. Roberto worked with me directly to make sure it worked seamlessly. I cannot imagine how much work he puts into his app so that it can function with the numerous pieces of equipment and apps that are available. It is worth every penny and I am grateful that I am able to train again no matter what the weather is!!!

Saved me so much money!. I’m so glad I stumbled upon this app. I am a peloton app user and really enjoy it but a little bummed I was missing out on things like power zone rides. I also never knew what my outputs were like so I couldn’t measure if I was improving. This app solved all of those problems. It takes a bit to get everything set up but once you do, it’s so seamless. There’s an active fb community where the developer answers any questions or technical difficulties. I can’t recommend this enough - GET THIS APP! I’m so happy I found this so I can get even closer to a peloton experience without paying for the full price of it!

Absolutely Incredible! Worth Every Cent and More!. My opinion, companies like Echelon that makes a spin bike, but requires you to pay $40 a month just to change the bike’s resistance is truly evil (and won’t allow you to connect to other bike apps). Especially if you buy a used one on Facebook Marketplace and the company will prevent any functionality of the bike unless you have a receipt from the store it was originally purchased from. This app was able to make this once useless and greedy product functional. The developers are truly angels and deserve all the money that was made from Echelons greedy practices. Thank you so much!

L O V E this app!! Total Gamechanger. I’m using the app while riding an Echelon EX-3 and the Peloton app. I had previously been riding a Sunny bike with a cadence sensor and HRM. I love that I can now see all my metrics in the QZ app on my phone (I mount it to my handlebars) and cadence/HR in Peloton app as well so I still get that ride summary too. It took me a few minutes to set up and get everything working but the guide is very helpful and so is the Facebook group run by the developer. I had one issue with my settings and when I posted a question there I had an answer within minutes and was able to finish my setup perfectly. Highly recommend. UPDATE: Coming back to boost my review, I wish I could give more than 5 stars! The new auto resistance feature is mind blowing. I can’t help but feel a certain level of smugness for having this part of the experience of the Bike+ riders without the huge price tag. This app has leveled up my riding experience beyond my imagination, and the developer keeps adding new features.

Fantastic app! Game changer for Power Zone training. I cannot say enough good things about this app - connects to a lot of equipment and can control resistance. I personally use it for my Echelon EX5 and use the Peloton app. All rides are auto resistance, and if you use PZ training, you can enter your FTP and it will follow. Gam changer!!! Also the developer. This guy is amazing. He works so hard to ensure the app works against so much equipment. He is very active in the FB group and answers questions all the time. He goes out of his way to make sure he answers everyone and the community will help you get your equipment working. Highly recommend!!!

Love the App! Totally worth it!. I have an Eschelon bike & use the Peloton app. I don’t care that I’m not on the leaderboard but I wanted to be able to align the Eschelon resistance to Peloton somehow. I found a conversion chart online, but a woman in a group I follow told me about this app so I gave it a try. SO HAPPY I DID! I can actually participate and see the resistance & cadence in Peloton numbers! I feel more included in the cycling workouts. This little app does the job! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the genius behind this. VERY satisfied!…and there’s even a fb group to ask questions & get support. Very well done.

Huge appreciation!. This app makes a world of difference for me and my enjoyment of my Peloton app rides. I don’t have a Peloton bike, and this app tracks all the metrics I wanted AND converts my bike’s “language” to Peloton. Moreover, the app designer has shown so much care in building it, expanding it, and supporting users, in a true community style. It can be confusing sometimes, and it’s not seamless, but for a one time cost, no subscription, and genuine care from its creator and enthusiasts, it’s the app I have the most personal appreciation for out of any I've ever had. I can’t believe a thing so pure exists.

Game Changer. I was informed that my Proform TDF 5.0 was no longer supported by IFIT. So I headed down the path of searching for alternatives that may allow me to continue using this indoor bike. This app connects to my bike via the Wi-Fi and am now able to connect with Zwift and FulGaz. The bike will automatically change resistance based upon Zwift and this bike has a angle control which is also fully automatic. Technology changes, but why discard perfectly good equipment due to change? Any connection issues, Roberto is on top of it to get you squared away! Try it, what do you have to loose?

Awesome! Highly recommend. This app allows you to customize the ride on your spin bike. Using VZFit paired with this app mashes it like you are riding out in the world. As the incline changes it automatically changes the resistance. You can customize as well by changing starting resistance and resistance gain in the app. Roberto (the developer!) is awesome! (And patient!!!). He was a huge help to me in getting all the pieces to work together. I can’t say enough good things about him she the app. I highly recommend it!

One of the most useful apps for trainers. What Roberto has done is incredible. He has enabled functionality on many different bikes and treadmills that would otherwise not exist. I bought a used proform tdf 4.0 bike for $150 specifically bc his app has enabled me to pair it with any training app of my choice and have all the same functionality as a setup that would have easily cost $1k-$2k. His level of commitment to this app is second to none as is always willing to provide guidance, troubleshoot, and make changes based on user feedback!

5-star support & app does what it promises. I bought the app so that I could take advantage of auto-inclination with Zwift & my Sole F85 treadmill. Out of the box, no data was sent back and forth. I could have figured that one out on my own, but the app does have a ton of different settings that are not at this time totally self-explanatory, so it would have take some time. Working with Roberto via the Facebook group and then Messsenger, we were easily able to get the speed data transmitting. It took a little more checking to get the auto-inclination going, but we did it. Roberto was super-responsive and very quick and clear in his communications with me. The experience was great.

Wow! Thank you for creating this app. Purchased an echelon rower off fb marketplace and was so disappointed by the echelon app and that I couldn’t see metrics on the bike without their subscription. We already have a peloton bike and use the peloton app so this allows me to use the echelon rower with the peloton mobile app and lets me view metrics. With the amount of money people spend up front on these expensive pieces of equipment it’s soo frustrating how companies will often lock ppl into expensive subscriptions and mediocre apps. Roberto’s app has given us the freedom of options. Thank you for creating the app and being such a great collaborator with your users by listening/acting on feedback.

Outstanding. I have 2 different spin bikes 1 is a less expensive Poo Boo, and the other a Pelaton I stopped the subscription for the Pelaton and wanted to use Zwift with both. Spending a lot of time trying many different things nothing was working correctly with Zwift. Garmen Power meter pedals made my Zwift dude go way to slow. Magen Cadence/speed sensor just would not stay connected. And Wahoo Cadence and Speed sensors would make my Zwift dude go way to fast. I was about to give up when I came across the QZ / Zwift app. WOW!!! This is an Amazing app, and Roberto …. I can not say enough Fantastic things about him! He is extremely quick to respond to any questions I had, and keep in mind he is in Italy. He worked patiently with the issues I had and after a few tweaks he suggested and making sure I had all the connections opened and set properly We got the Wahoo Speed and Cadence sensors to work perfectly with Zwift!!!! 5 stars does not even come close to what Roberto deserves. It’s more like 100+! Thanks again Roberto!🤠

Great app!. So happy! Roberto was so helpful getting me up and peddling! I am the least tech savvy person ever! After asking the group users on Facebook for help they recommended I contact the developer directly. Roberto was patient and had me squared away in no time! Being able to see progress and having all the info from your ride at your fingertips is wonderful! I highly recommend this app! I am riding a flywheel IC5 bike that didn’t come with a monitor from Grocery outlet, it was only 499$! With this app and this bike it’s the best money I have ever invested in my health! T

This app is amazing!!!. I recently purchased the Inspire IC 1.5 bike from Costco and while I was looking at reviews for this bike I came across information that the developer currently is running a beta for their app in order to connect the Inspire bike to the peloton app. I downloaded the app and tested it out and it connected instantly. I will even say it connects to the bike faster than the Inspires own app to it bike. I tested out the app and the app works perfectly in conjunction with the peloton app. The developers for their app really created something awesome and to create a program that displays the cadence and resistance conversion to the peloton metrics as well. I ran a couple of peloton workouts with this app and it worked flawlessly. Thanks again for taking the time to make an amazing app!

Perfect!. I purchased an Echelon Connect 5s 22 bike to ride indoors during the winter months here in snowy Ohio but I don’t like their spin classes. I was looking for away to connect to Zwift and found this. This app is perfect. It grabs the metrics data from the bike and communicates it to Zwift as I ride. This app is pretty straightforward to set up. It works well, allows for auto resistance, and communicates my performance to Strava. It can also be tweaked as your strength and endurance improves. It is also well supported on Facebook with quick answers and instruction.

This app is crazy good. I just purchased a new spin bike. No bells or whistles. Just something to get me moving again. I just turn this app on, it auto connects to my bike, and in all its glory it gives me all the info I need to track while o focus and concentrate on my class. No need to purchase a separate sensor! Just connect it and get to work! Oh and the app created is genius and the kindest person you’ll ever meet. He is constantly making updates and taking suggestions to make it better. He’s doing this for a steal!

Game changing app!. This app is the game changing bridge that allows non peloton bike owners to get peloton metrics and ride with peloton instructors. . It converts the echelon resistance to peloton so you can follow along with Peloton classes. Also gives cadence, heart rate, output, calories. It connects so easily to your Bluetooth bike. Will also connect to your Apple Watch for heart rate. There’s even a Facebook support group by the same name and the app developer responds personally to anyone with a question. User error is almost always the problem😂😂 best $4.99 I have ever spent.

Must have app for connected fitness equipment. We picked up an echelon bike and rower for a hard-to-beat price with the thought we would be limited to “freestyle ride/row.” This app has completely unlocked the capability of both pieces of equipment even adding auto resistance support. The built-in map riding and workout support is super useful and doesn’t require a subscription! This app is 100% worth it and if you have a supported piece of workout equipment this app is a must have. Thanks for the work on this app!

Enhance your indoor cycling experience. I had an echelon bike and moved to the peloton platform. This app basically converted my ex3 into a peloton bike for a fraction of the cost! I was able to follow the instructors on peloton resistance without having to look at my cheat sheet (right on the screen) and the MOST amazing feature is that I also now have auto resistance on my bike for the fraction of the cost! It incredibly automatically changes the resistance on my ecehlon bike while doing a peloton OD ride. When I say that this app is magic - it is! Totally worth the purchase!! Highly recommend!!

Amazing. This app and developer made my echelon sport an amazing bike. It is even better than the peloton app because it is able to pull the target cadence and resistance levels from from the workout in real time. So even if I miss the verbal cues from the peloton coach, I can glance at this all and adjust as needed. It also automatically converts the numbers to equivalent numbers for the echelon, picks up my hr monitor and sends it to the peloton app, and sends cadence data to the peloton app. Overall could not be happier. Incredible service to the workout community.

Just what I need and more!. This app is AMAZING! The developer is incredibly responsive and strives to make the experience better by listening to feedback of users. I am able to use this app with my bike and it follows the cadence and resistance of my workout video. I love the autoresistence option. One less thing to worry about as I focus on keeping up with the recommended cadence of the workout (and trying to breathe) lol. Thank you for a great product!

Great app and responsive developer - worth every penny and many more. This app transforms a $400 Echelon with electronic resistance into a Peloton Bike+. Being able to focus on the ride and not fiddling with buttons was what I wanted, this app was the bridge. After using it a few times I noticed a minor bug and reached out to Roberto Viola and within a day I had a response and a solution. Great customer service and dedication. It will be the best money you spend on your fitness. Thank you Roberto!!!

Great App to substitute for manufacturer’s app. I can’t say enough about how I love this app better than the app my bike manufacturer has. First I can customize the screen to show only the values I want to see. Second they all fit on my iPhone screen at one time and are easily readable during a workout. It saves your workout results and even emails them to you. The support is fantastic. These are all things I couldn’t do or get from the manufacturer’s app. My only complaint is I went years without knowing this app was available. Get it now and ditch your current app, you won’t be happier

Level up your rides!. I was apprehensive of this app since I was comfortable with my Echelon/Peloton set up but this app is a GAME CHANGER as you can actually see your progress on the ride. My precious set up was completely manual by referencing a conversion paper I added on my bike. This app easily connected to my bike and my Apple Watch via iPhone Bluetooth. I connected my iPhone to the Peloton app via “connected devices” icon during the ride - it was able to track my heart rate and cadence through this app! Thank you Robert for creating this!

This app and it’s developers are amazing.. I found this app through the pechelon group on FB and am so grateful. It has been so great tracking information using the peloton app and an echelon bike. I wasn’t sure how it as going to work but as soon as I downloaded it , it didn’t need much instruction. What was most important for me was to see resistance on peloton vs echelon. Roberto one of the creators always makes himself available to try and troubleshoot, answer questions and continuously improve this app. Anyone who leaves a negative review has not taken the time to read through everything or try to reach out to Roberto. This is a terrific app. Kudos to Roberto and his team.

Best app ever. Best app! Now I can use my echelon bike with BOTH my peloton and ifit accounts! The developer has a Facebook page and answers you almost immediately with questions. He lives in Italy and will literate post when weather e and say there’s a bad storm and he might lose power and be unreachable, just so we know. I contacted him once thru the app store prior to joining Facebook group and he wrote back immediately. We have asked him to do things and we have made suggestions and he always makes the suggestions we have come true.

It works!. I bought this after reading up on a message board of echelon bike owners that use zwift. I bought a used echelon Ex-15 and there didn’t seem to be any free software to access spin and speed, etc. it all seemed to be behind a paywall. I couldn’t even connect to the Bluetooth. I downloaded this app and installed and as soon as I clicked the Bluetooth button in the app everything synced up and I had speed, cadence, not to mention average and current wattage. Great job!

Excellent App for Echelon Sport Exercise Rower. This app easily connects with Echelon sports rower I purchased from Walmart. It also sync data with Strava for maintaining my stats. My only concern is how it measures distance. Looks like there is a bug while calculating distance. For example for very moderate work out for 20 min it shows that distance about 18,000 meters that is impossible ! Hope developers fix this soon. Update: within two days developer (Roberto Viola) contacted me and provided access updated Beta version with this bug fixed. New app worked like a charm and developer also acknowledged to fix minor bug related to distance decimal places in chart page. So he deserves 5 stars !

Just buy it!. What a wonderful app! After using my tri bike on an indoor trainer for the past year I found myself getting bored and frustrated by my inability to really ride strong when out of the saddle. I decided to really consider the Peloton bike even though the price tag seemed over-the-top to me. When doing some research I discovered a really convincing community of bikers who bought the Echelon bike ( for 1/4 the cost) and were swearing by this app to essentially turn that Echelon bike into a Peloton. After a working through a few kinks, I am sold! This app provides all the metrics you could want for less than $5! Seriously, it’s worth way more than that. If you’re considering it, buy it and give it a go, you’ll love it!

Fantastic App!. This app is amazing - and the developer is totally engaged with the community to keep building on the features and functions. This app makes an Echelon Connect Spin Bike the best spin bike on the market! Imagine an app that takes a $500 spin bike from Walmart and unlocks potential far beyond what a Peloton bike can do. With this app, you can see and record all of the metrics that are called out in a Peloton workout (Cadence, Resistance, & Power) - PLUS, this app allows you to connect the Echelon Bike to Zwift so you can ride and train on another awesome platform. The Peloton bike can’t do that!

Amazing app. I have the zwift ride bike and wahoo kickr v5. I was pretty upset to learn that Wahoo and zwift weren’t providing virtual shifting to the v5 or earlier. So I found the QZ app and gave it a shot. Worth so much more than what they charge. I’m now able to use zwift ride and virtual gears with my v5 on zwift. The gears show in zwift and it functions flawlessly. I had several issues getting it setup due to user error as there are a ton of options in the app. I reached out to the developer and was shocked when I had a response in minutes. I walked through multiple steps and he responded to emails right away and had everything working flawlessly. I am NOT associated in any way with this app or the people who made it. I’m just an average rider who, like so many others, was completely disappointed with wahoo and zwift and just wanted a way to bridge the two without having to get a new trainer. Cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic!. This app is five stars all the way. It’s super easy to use and has transformed my indoor cycling experience. I use this to connect my Echelon Connect bike to Zwift. Initial setup is simple following the provided guide. After initial setup there’s nothing to think about, just turn it on and ride. An added bonus is the great community around this app including a Facebook group, Strava club and team on Zwift. The developer actively engages the community for feedback, suggestions and has even set up group rides. I couldn’t be happier.

Great app for Echelon and Peloton app. I use this app with my Echelon Connect and the Peloton app. I launch the qdomyos app to keep track of the Peloton targets (cadence and resistance) and match to Echelon Connect bike and my output to match. I run the Peloton app from the same device and screen share to my AppleTV. I am not able to interact with other Peloton app users during a ride using this single device configuration. The Developer has done a great job in a short time and is eager to listen and modify the application based on feedback. This app is money well spent and highly recommended.

Life saver for Zwift. I regularly support Zwift users trying to make use of bikes and treadmills that don't interoperate perfectly with the game, and QZ is one of the top recommendations I make to resolve their issues. It also helps riders using bicycles on smart trainers who have really low gearing, and people who want automated incline support for their treadmill. Roberto is always responsive and generous with his time helping users figure out the correct settings or adding support for new equipment that the app doesn't already support.

What an awesome app. We got an Echelon X-15 and were a little disappointed that you cannot even open the app without going to their webiste and signing up for a $34/mth subscription. There is no way we were going to pay for monthly subscription just to see the bike metrics. We have no interest in the workouts. There is supposed to be a free ride mode but I don't see any 'free' way to even access the app. This QZ app immediatley connectd to our exercise bike and has worked flawlessly so far. Thank you for making this app, I hope you get rich.! :)

Game Changer. This is a game changing app for my Echelon bike! I use this app in place of the Echelon app. I can now use it to participate in Power Zone training rides. It automatically connects with my bike every time I open the app. The developer recently added auto-upload to Strava, which really simplifies things for me. Speaking of, the app developer is engaged with the community and is super responsive to questions, suggestions, and requests. He’s made a lot of thoughtful decisions with this app. The purchase was totally worth it!

Essential App for all Indoor Cycles!. This app is very complex, but offers extreme levels of functionality when learned that completely opens the gates for your equipment. For example, you can have the app control your resistance as you follow along with a Peloton class from a non-Peloton bike, giving you the Bike+ experience for a fraction of the cost. No more fiddling with the resistance manually! Now, there are limitations that still exist. For example you can’t compete on Peloton leaderboards with this method because it’s cleverly following along with the workouts from the workout data published online, but cannot insert your data into it. So it’s a bit one way, however all of your workout data will still be tracked into your health app of choice, such as Strava, post-workout. Overall, you can’t complain for a cheap app with so much functionality. Essential purchase!

This app works. I didn’t want to spend a ton on a trainer since I’m just starting in cycling. I heard about this app and wasn’t sure how it interacts with Zwift so I gambled on it. One thing I was worried about did applying resistance interact with my power and gladly it did. The developer did an awesome job and deserves praise on a job well done. Fantastic app with amazing support. This is a fantastic app that unlocks the true potential of smart trainers (and a whole host of other devices). I bought this app to enable virtual shifting for my smart trainer. A common issue when using a mountain bike with a smart trainer (as I am) is that the trainer will “spin out” in its highest gear. This is because mountain bikes aren’t geared ideally for the road-based environments that most virtual cycling apps simulate. Instead of installing a whole new crankset or buying a new bike, this issue can be easily solved with “virtual shifting”, using software to shift the base gearing up a few notches (or even to replace physical shifting altogether). However, support for virtual shifting is limited to certain virtual cycling programs and smart trainers. This is where this app comes in. It bridges the connection between the trainer and cycling software, providing missing features to any device that has the hardware to support them. By using virtual shifting to shift up a few gears, my mountain bike no longer spins out on flat roads, and it’s gear range is now useful. It’s a perfect solution. But it doesn’t end there. The software has a multitude of uses for many different devices. In particular, I like that I can connect to my Apple Watch and turn it into a standalone heart rate sensor. I like the clean display of smart trainer metrics (speed, cadence, watts, incline, etc.), which can be viewed regardless which cycling software is in use. But most of all, I’m impressed by the support for the app. I have an uncommon smart trainer, and I wasn’t clear on how to set it up with the app. I contacted the developer via email, and within 15 minutes, on a Sunday, I received a reply with a solution that worked first go. That’s what I call support.

The Swiss Army knife of gear geek fitness apps. This app connects all the pieces between whatever wearable tech, heart rate strap, power meter, treadmill, bike, cadence meter, rowing erg or in my case, the utterly useless Whipr kickstarter fail that sits in my garage. It gets them to talk and puts the data in one file. It’s brilliant, has a very active, responsive and generous developer and a great community to help get through any issues. Highly recommend.

Game changer. In terms of features, the native offerings from Ech and Pel pale in comparison to what this app achieves. Full/real integration with Strava. Auto resistance really does work and then you will not be able live without it.

Top quality app with top tier support. This app has been brilliant! I’ve used it with both my JetBlack Volt prior to virtual shifting being released and more recently with my Nordictrack C990 treadmill. Good but issues with Kickr 6 and virtual shifting. The number of configurable metric tiles available looks good, but I only bought it for the virtual shifting and it doesn’t work with my Kickr 6 + Zwift on PC. I clicked on support in the App Store and it took me to your blog/articles, which doesn’t help with the issue. Could not find an email address to contact Developer.

Brilliant App by a hard working developer. Great app that transforms the way in which you can use a spin bike for exercise. You can use apps such as Zwift, RGT with Echelon bikes. Additionally, most of the Peloton experience is unlocked on many spin bikes allowing the saving of lots of money as the Peloton app sub can be used as well. The developer maintains an active Facebook group where he often will personally support users. Active members are invited to join the beta program for the price of a coffee to test new functionality. Given the low price of entry, this is amazing value and the cost saving over expensive subs makes it very worthwhile. New releases are every few months which is big feature releases. Excellent.

Brilliant. This app has been able to link my older proform treadmill to Zwift (and then onto Strava). Not only is the app available to do this but the developer was very helpful in stepping me through the process to get it all connected and set up.

So helpful. I have another bike but like the peloton app better. This app has helped me link my bike so I can still use peloton classes. I recently had an issue and Roberto was extremely quick to respond to my email and was fixed very quickly.

Support for treadmills not supported by Zwift. Update on Dec. 20, 2021 At first, this app did not support very well the Echelon Stride. But the developer contacted me and the upcoming version 2.9 will support it properly. I must commend the attitude of Roberto Viola who rapidly modified the QZ app so it can take in charge the Echelon Stride properly. Great work! Now I can enjoy Zwift on the Stride.

The perfect app for an Echelon bike w/ Peloton app. Wife and I can easily use this app to sync our Echelon bike with the Peloton app. We use the auto-resistance option which make the cycling class way more enjoyable and efficient. A must have. 5/5

iPad problem. Worked fine for 2 years but stopped working recently. I have an iPad Pro running iOS 17. Resistance now shows but everything else shows 0. Sometimes after 6 minutes it registers all other parameters but lately not, just rest since. Using with Echelon Sport. Same issue on 2 different iPads. HELP!!

Big thanks. I just bought a clock maybe to early for a Tacx flux 2 for compatibility. But after many exchanges with Roberto I actually having virtual shifter working on Zwift

lagging badly. worked well for 2years. Now it lags. Resistance shows right away. But all other fields show 0 for anywhere from 3 to 6 minutes. Not sure why. Happens to me and my wife on separate tablets.

Great treadmill solution. I have Horizon 7.4 treadmill that I wanted to set a workout on and just have an app that controlled the speed. This app does that (and more). Build your workouts in a third party Zwift editor, import to Zwift and the QZ app and away you go. QZ controls the speed throughout the workout. My runs will be much better now.

Amazing!. This app should be much more $$ than what he is charging. Was looking for a walk around for virtual shifting on zwift and I found it. Looking forward to trying some of the other features.

Excellent App. I've got a newer Zwift smart trainer with virtual shifting and wanted to try out MyWhoosh using the virtual shifting so I contacte Rober (the developer) and he set me up with a beta version to try out. After a bit of configuring all is working correctly. Definitely give this app a try - well worth the purchase price.

Takes the guess work out. This app convinced me to get my Echelon EX15. Echelon should hire this developer! I could not imagine trying to guess my resistance or looking at a chart during my peloton classes. Step by step tutorial on the web page. Facebook support group which the developer is constantly engaged with. Great work Robert!

Peleton experience for other spin bikes!. I'll admit, there was a bit of a learning curve getting this set up. I highly recommend joining the app Facebook group, where there are great tutorials and troubleshooting help. Once set up, I am thrilled to have ride metrics available in real time and saved in Peleton, and I'm excited to use it to start the Power Zone program as well.

Fantastic App. This app is absolutely fantastic!! It is the ONLY that works with all of my equipment (and I have tried many). The developer support is incredible. Pairs seamlessly with Echelon Connect. I just purchased the Echelon connect GT from Target and have a Peloton app subscription. I’ve been pelotoning at the gym but they are out on recall. Didn’t want to wait any longer or pay $$$ + $45+/month for the peloton. This app made it sooooo easy to use the echelon with the peloton app. I’m so happy that I found it. It’s brilliant. It just connected via Bluetooth, so seamless and simple.

Great app!!. I use a Echelon Sport and this app helps you get really close to the Peloton experience for a fraction of the cost. If you have upgraded models like the X3, X5 you can even get autoresistance like the Peloton Bike+. I don’t even use the Echelon app, just this app. Roberto is willing to answer all your questions. Great App!. This app will allow your Echelon bike to connect with the Peloton app to use the 4Peloton platform. It will also allow your Echelon bike to connect with the Zwift app with some limitations. The app developer is extremely helpful and very responsive if you have any questions. For the price this app is a must have for any Echelon bike owner. It just expands the features of the bike by allowing you to experience different platforms to exercise.

Combine Echelon or Schwinn with Peloton. This app is amazing. It can calculate and translate the resistance levels from various bikes to Peloton equivalents. It can connect your bike to the Peloton app so you get cadence and HR displayed in the Peloton app even if you are riding an EX3/EX5 or Schwinn IC4/Bowflex C6. And if you have an Echelon bike with motor driven resistance, such as the EX3/EX4/EX5 or higher, it can automatically follow the suggested resistance level from the Peloton app. Takes the home workout to another level.

Developer very responsive and fixes issues quickly. When the app started crashing for me, I knew to just give it a few days and it would be fixed. The developer is on top of it and fixes bugs very quickly. I have been using this app for years on an old iPad Air and I’ll continue to use it as long as this old thing will still work.

Made my Echelon EX5 feel like a Peloton!. Fantastic app that made my Echelon EX5 feel just like the 3x the price Peloton. This app is amazing!! I can’t believe it has the auto resistance that follows along with the class. This $5 app literally saved me from shelling out $2k for a Peloton. If you have an Echelon Bike and using the Peloton digital app, this is a must have app. It shows all your metrics and most importantly the real time Peloton resistance conversion. It supports lots of other brands so just double check as it will definitely enhance your Peloton experience. Great app for Echelon. If you are like me who uses peloton digital subscription with echelon bike this is the app for you. This app does the peloton resistance conversion automatically and displays all the metrics so you never have to use Echelon freestyle anymore. One request to the developer, it would be great if you could provide an option to rearrange tiles so I can order the metrics that matters to me, currently it is all over the place.

This app saved me $1900. I was seriously considering purchasing a Peloton Bike+, but bought an Echelon sport($499) and this app ($3.99) and feel I have the same experience riding Peloton app classes. The developer has been so helpful and is constantly improving the app for greater functionality. Download the app, connect it to your heart rate monitor, smart device, and bike and get fit for less!

An App that comes with the best support!. This is a great App. I am not very tech-savvy, but the writer of this app is SUPER responsive to questions on his Facebook page. Took me one answer to get it all sorted out with QZ-Zwift-TDFcombo. Get this app if you even think you might want to start biking indoors (you know, when it’s blowing 40k in Alaska and there isn’t enough snow yet for your fat tire bike…😊)

Probably the best upgrade to your smart spin bike. This app sits in between your smart spin bike and for instance the peloton app. Takes care of resistance conversions, and recently supports Auto Follow to introduced on the Peloton +. The app is supported by the developer and the ‘community’. It’s the best upgrade I made to my smart spin bike. Nothing bad to say about it.

Brilliant!. I bought a used echelon spin bike for indoor riding however I didn’t want to use the echelon program. This app lets you use whatever riding platform you want with your smart bike, I can use Rouvy or Zwift easily on my iPad while running the QZ app on my phone. It’s exactly what I wanted when getting an indoor bike.

A must Have App. I used this app to connect my Echelon sport to the Zwift app. It was a seamless set up and works like a charm. Today it would not connect. Zwift had an update that apparently affected my connection. I immediately got on the chat group and Roberto solved the issue and had me riding again. Great app great support. I only wish that auto resistance was available on my set up. But that is definitely not a dealbreaker.

This app is like magic. I have a echelon connect bike and this app allows me to access to a lot of data and becomes the point of connection to a lot of other apps like rouvy, zwift, fulgaz, etc. it allows for those apps to automatically control the bikes resistance. It has given my bike endless new possibilities. It is so worth the few dollars. And it has worked flawlessly. Kudos to the developers!

Makes my bike usable with apps. I have been using this app for over six months and it is such a stable app! The developer has thought of everything and has created a product that has made my bike usable with different fitness apps without doing the math!

Game changer!. Echelon EX4s is a fine spin bike but their app is just okay and integration to Strava is lacking. This app will integrate with Strava and provide all the detailed metrics available from Echelon but curiously they don’t send to Strava. The auto-resistance feature is crazy and eventually when my free Echelon subscription ends I’ll try Peloton app or Zwift, etc. This app makes the Echelon a smart bike. Lastly, the developer is very responsive and is constantly adding new features to the app. Six stars for him.

Just Awesome. I almost never rate apps. When I do, it’s to complain about a crappy piece of software that isn’t even worth the $3.99 I paid for it. QZ is different. Now I don’t have the use the crappy Echelon software that came with my bike. The auto resistance feature is fantastic when combined with Peloton classes. Great features, great support and great connectivity with my bike. Just Awesome.

App is great and developer super responsive. Bought an Echelon ex3 specifically to use the auto follow feature this app provides. Echelons own app doesn’t do this. Had an issue and sent an email and the developer sent a response within 10 minutes.

Great app with support if need.. This app is great! I use it to connect my Echelon bike to either Peloton or Zwift for excellent workouts with automatic resistance. All I have to think about during the workout is to keep the proper cadence(speed). This app has great support from the developer on social media. You only pay a small price one time when you purchase the app with no monthly fee. AAAA++++

Love this app. Finally figured it out!!! I’m rowing with Zwift! So only issue is when I stop rowing for a break it maintains my power and just keeps going. Is there a way to get it to stop when my rower stops? So awesome to be able to do this with my Lycan Fitness Elite rower so no more money spent on EXR or Kinomap. And unlike worthless EXR that disconnects over 10 times an hour this does not have a single issue. Love it!!

Great App Support. After a few glitches trying to get it to work, I have the QZ app running smoothly on my iPhone. I use the peloton app and a horizon 7.0 treadmill as well as a echelon row sport and the qz app grabs all the important metrics. Awesome App!. This app works amazing! Love that I can use the peloton app and have my heart rate and cadence showing while I ride as well as have the metrics showing on my iPhone instead of using the freestyle mode on my echelon app. So happy I don’t have to guess with my resistance anymore didn’t realize how much I was cheating myself on my workouts until I started using the app.

Absolutely amazing!. I’ve been using the app with an Echelon EX5 and love it!! The auto resistance is amazing during a class when I want to focus and the ability to see my exact peloton resistance vs echelon resistance is outstanding. Plus the fact that you can customize the tiles you see is my favorite thing.

Zwift Friendly. Using this app to connect with the Zwift community and train on an Echelon Sport Connect bike. It’s allowed me to take a $499 spin bike into the French countryside’s, byways of New York’s Central Park and the fantasy world of Watopia. This QZ Fitness app and its Developer ROCK!. I purchased this app to collect and transfer data from my new exercise bike. I had difficulty initially connecting via Bluetooth so I contacted the app developer who immediately responded by email with a beta update that flawlessly connected the bike! I am so happy to have purchased this app. It works great and the developer is EXCELLENT.

This app is amazing. I bought an Echelon ex5 on a Black Friday sale for $350 bucks and with this $5 app I turned it into a perfectly compatible Zwift/Peloton capable machine. I also have it synced to my strava app as soon as my workout is done the app uploads all the data to strava before I’ve included my pedals. I can’t recommend this app enough. It’s worth $50 not $5.

Just what I needed!. I opted to purchase an Echelon EX-15 bike, which doesn’t really have any bells and whistles. This app is just what I needed as a companion to other guided ride apps. The resistance conversion makes riding and following along very easy. Additionally, the QZ Facebook group is also a fantastic resource, which helped me adjust the settings to my preferences. The developer is incredibly responsive and involved in the Facebook group, which is a breath of fresh air. Thank you for all the great work!

This App is Great!!!. The QZ app does what it says and more. I used it on my Echelon ConneCT EX-4S+. Helped get me out of the Echelon App echo system which I really didn’t use but needed to connect to Strava and my Apple Watch Health to track my workouts. Down the road I can use it with Zwift or Peloton. It saved me a ton of Echelon subscription fees. I like the Echelon bike, just not the app. The developer is super responsive through his Facebook Group for customer service.

Awesome app for your indoor trainer. I got this app as I wanted to use Zwift with an older model ProForm bike trainer. From purchase to riding was about 15 minutes. This app is simple to setup, configure, and use. It just works without a whole bunch of fiddling around. One config question posted in thier FB user group was promptly responded to by the author. Super happy I got this app!

Thank you!. This app is amazing! I have an Echelon 4s+ and it opens up so many options like Zwift. Roberto is great and is always available to assist. I’m really having fun with the new feature of importing .gpx files from Strava. I can re-ride my summer routes, in the winter, on my Echelon. Really cool! Thanks Roberto!

Must Have App for Echelon Bike. This is a must have app for Echelon bike owners. I have had mine about 2 weeks and quickly discovered I wanted all the stats from the Echelon app, but didn't want to do a class every ride and didn't want to watch advertisements for Echelon classes during free rides. I've used this app with Zwift (which is a blast) and look forward to using with Peleton app as well. The Developer is very active supporting this app. I emailed yesterday about some interference and Roberto quickly responded and helped me solve the issue 3 messages later. He is also listening to the community and has enhancements to his already awesome app in the works. Echelon bike owners will not regret purchasing this app!

One of my favorite Apps!. I’m a peloton app user and this app has allowed me to get all the metrics and data from my cheaper equipment. I’ve been able to do power zone rides and everything. I’ve been able to send my treadmill data to the peloton app. The developer is highly active and has a fb group for questions and support and super quick to respond. If you use peloton, zwift, etc…..download this app!

Love. This app is the perfect companion to my echelon bike. It makes riding a seamless experience and allows me to focus on my workout without struggling with technology. The community is quick to help troubleshoot any issue. I use this in conjunction with the peloton app and appreciate that the qz app can supply cadence data to peloton so I can track performance with either app. Love it!

I have NEVER had BETTER support from any program or app. This is the best app for getting the most out of your exercise equipment. I’m using it with both a Proform bike and a Nordictrack treadmill. The developer Roberto is absolutely the best at helping with any questions and supporting getting it set up if needed.

Works perfect. I got tired of paying for the echelon subscription, all I cared about was the data. This app auto connects to the rower. Set up your Strava with it, and it auto sends the Strava data when your workout is done. It took less than 2 minutes from the time I downloaded to when I started the workout. Highly recommended!

Fantastic for Peloton workouts on Echelon bike. I couldn’t do my workouts without this app! Syncs up to my peloton app and Apple Watch with auto resistance so I can do Peloton cycling workouts without having a peloton bike. Tech support from the developer via the Facebook group is excellent. Highly recommend!

Great app!. This is a really awesome app. I have a bow flex c6 and use the peloton app and this really makes the integration much better. It easily shows the converter resistance and your cadence, heart rate, power, the list goes on and is pretty comprehensive. Integrates with peloton nicely and shows the target metrics all in the same space. Tons of different options for other customization and data tracking and well worth the price

Never had a problem and wouldn't worry if I did!. Been using this app with no problems. Saves me from FOMO with getting a popular bike. I also follow the app's page on social media. The developer is THE most responsive, most helpful person. He always fixes anything that is not working properly immediately. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

This app is amazing!!!. The developer is phenomenal and is active on Facebook if you have questions. He has made it possible for me to make my “dumb treadmill” setup smart enough so that my metrics are synced with the peloton app (note that I needed a couple additional cheaper-than-a-peloton devices to make it work but totally worth it). Highly highly recommend. HIGHLY.

Excellent. This app truly makes my non-peloton bike work as if it were a peloton especially with the auto-resistance feature. The developer of this app is very responsive to questions from users, and he is constantly working to make improvements to the app.

Must have for Echelon Bikes!!. This app is a GameChanger. Not only does it make your Echelon bike useful but you’re able to use some applications, like zwift and Peloton. the best part of buying this application is not the app is the support that the developer provides. She single-handedly worked with me to figure out my issues strongly recommended.
