Horrible, incompetent develop team. When you can't get cross-platform login to work, that's a fail. Registered on the website and it confirmed my registration. When I immediately logged out then back in, it said my password that it just accepted during registration was wrong. Repeat for the apps (Thai Chili and Thai Chili 2 Go [TC2GO]). Two websites for the same outfit? I did all this parked in front of the restaurant in Phoenix. Naturally, after I as approved sharing my location, it suggested a shop in Atlanta. Nice going.

Ordering through app-TIP IS COMPULSORY. If you order through the app, you have no choice but to leave a 10% or higher tip regardless of whether you’re driving to pick up the food and wait in line. Just increase the price of the food. Dumb.

App will not send my order. This app will not send my order to any location. It’s absolutely frustrating. I’ve tried re-downloading the app and still happens. You’re loosing business from me because this is how I order food 🤷‍♂️

Promo Code Didn’t Work. Promo code for Thai Dumplings didn’t work and deleted my order

Won’t allow e gift card to be added. I purchased some e gift cards and it will not allow me to use them to pay for food!

Screwed over. They made you download a new app promising your points would transfer over and you’d get a free dumplings voucher. Neither happened and I can’t order off the old app. To make matters worse none of my purchases on the new app are turning into points.

Clunky and kinda sneaky. Kinda clunky but “okay” - tries to slip a higher tip in when you review/edit your order

Decent. Pretty decent app. Had some issues with points coming across from the old system when app first launched (never recovered them). App is pretty nice and easy to use. Just had what I assume was a cloud hiccup with certain features in the app erroring out but was finally able to get order to go through (wasn’t on my side; I’m a cloud data engineer so my end is guaranteed working). For the SRE people that may be reading this review, seems like a microservice was down or overloaded at ~19:10 (-7 utc) 2023-05-19. One point off review for almost not being able to order tonight and my unrecoverable reward points.

Used to be easy. Lumchbox ruined everything. The old system was so much easier. Why do they want all my information just for freakin pad Thai noodles. So they can sell all my personal information. Screw lunchbox they ruined my favorite restaurant

Worst. This is the worst online food app I have ever seen. Asks for your birthday. Auto tips. Login is so temperamental. Go back to the drawing board.

Skirmish. By the time you put in different things, the cost is going up in hopes that you just hit place order so if you double don’t double check your order before you press order you might get charge for things that you don’t want. Yeah but I’m giving them a horrible review.

Can’t use reward. I can’t use my birthday reward

Google voice phone number not supported. Open up phone verification to more carriers. I shouldn't need to provide my phone number for rewards. I do not trust any food apps with my real info

Rewards disappeared. I have used the app several times and have earned rewards I just tried to use the app again and it told me I needed to update the app which I had previously done I contacted Apple support because my rewards disappeared and never heard back from them now I’m trying to use the app again and it showed my rewards but would not let me order because it said I needed to update the app so I update the app and my rewards disappeared

10/10. The delivery guy waved at me and it made my whole day! on top of delivering my food earlier than expected

Info didn’t transfer. I used the app before and nothing transferred to this one. To make matters worse, the email said I’d get free dumplings for setting it all up and I don’t even have that.

Stuck with login on that app. Not sure where the gap is… but I have trouble with this app every time I try logging in. It says my number is already registered and does not say how I can get to next steps ☹️

The BEST pad Thai!. Love Thai Chili 2 Go! I eat it at least once a week and it’s my favorite! The pad Thai is great, I get the mild version.

Doesn’t work. The app never registers my purchases… it used to say it would give me $10 for every $100 or so in purchases and the new system will give you $3 off after $500 in purchases… because it doesn’t work right it isn’t even worth the hassle! Love the food but the app leaves much to desire…

New app. New app is so much easier to use then the old one! As well, the rewards turned into dollars & it helps out so much to have credit!

Employee Don’t know what this is. Company needs to actually teach this app to there employees. Every time I go to the restaurant employee don’t know anything about this app. Never ask to scan your points.

App won’t let me log in so I can’t order. It keeps saying I don’t need to create a new lunchbox account when I’m just trying to log in, and I can’t order without logging in. Can there be a guest checkout so I can just order without all the hassle?

Tip is annoying. I tip in cash at the location if I have it. Ordering through the app, it automatically adds a 15% tip. You’re able to delete it, but it adds it a couple times when you’re ordering so you have to watch your order.

Ate my gift cards.. When I go to the gift card screen now, I get two messages about “could not redeem this card to this account.” I had either $150 or $200 in there. DO NOT USE THIS APP; IT WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND ALSO CLAIM THAT YOUR STORE “CANNOT PROCESS THIS ORDER” WHEN YOU CHECK OUT. IT IS A MONEY-TRAP FOR TC2GO. YOUR MONEY GOES IN, FOOD DOES NOT COME OUT.
