Super glitchy. I’ve been trying to order pickup on the desktop and the app for the last 30 minutes. I’ve tried via Apple Pay and entering in my credit card and each time the system just logs me out. No Maman for me I guess.

Inventory failure. I’ve ordered twice with this app and both times o arrive and am told the items I ordered were sold out. Will not bother with this anymore until they can keep a proper inventory update of availability of items.

App is completely useless and does not work.. I have money loaded on the app but it constantly crashes. Every time I try to place an online order an error message pops up saying the app is not currently able to process orders. When I try to scan the QR code in the store the same error message also appears. This has been happening to my friends as well, and the employees are unable to resolve this issue. I want to be able to use the money I already have on the app ): (this has an issue for over an month now and the company hasn’t made any progress to resolve it.)

Won’t let me login. Won’t send a PIN code to my established account. Not sure how I’m supposed to place an order when I can’t even log into my account. It keeps telling me that an account already exists but then the website just puts me in an endless loop of logging in and verifying my phone number with no next step, and then app won’t send me a pin code. Total failure.

App is fine; service is an F. I’m a loyal customer, and I had my first experience at the Lincoln Center location. I ordered my usual- iced matcha latte with unsweetened almond milk. The app asks you to tip at time of order. When I picked up my order, I took a dip and noticed the almond milk had sugar; again, I’m a loyal customer. I asked the barista if it had unsweetened almond milk; she wasn’t sure. It became obvious that she was new. A more experienced barista was there and said they ran out of the unsweetened almond milk. She was a bit defensive. Instead of apologizing that they ran out and making me aware, I was treated as a nuisance. And for this I tipped. Never revisiting that location. I was asking for bare minimum service; nothing extraordinary. That experience was a blemish on an otherwise gorgeous Sunday in NYC.

Good but they need to do better. App is fine, def use it. BUT , the pick up process is non existent and broadly disorganized. Painful for no reason.

Substracts points rather than increasing the amount. I love the place itself, but the points system of the app stopped working correctly. For several orders on different days, it subtracted the number of points from the total in my account rather than adding them - this is unfair and frustrating

The app is a total mess. Provide wrong store for delivery, oops on every single action. A mess

This app is horrible and so is their website.. This app is horrible and so is their website. I had to submit my order 3 separate times trying to get a gift card to work and when it finally went through it didn’t use the gift card.

Needs features to order gifts. This app is not set up for gift ordering where the recipient and payee’s names are different and when the customer would like to include a note.

Best Cafe in Brooklyn. Woah! No words to describe how amazing this place is except…..delicious and fresh. Legit all the food and drinks are fun and light enough —- all the above. All greatness takes time! Grateful for this gem here in Brooklyn. Keep up the beautiful work. Thanks Maman!

Be aware, cannot be used for dine in. We were told last minute that the app can NOT be used for dine in at Maman Jersey City location and can be used for takeout only. We find it very unreasonable.. the technology excuse made us disappointed and left a one star comment here. If the owner/developer saw this message, could you make the app work for all your services at Maman please?

Great food and beverages but app is very limited. Love the food and coffee at Maman but the app only really works for pickup orders. Baristas don't know what to do is you try to pay at a location. Also no way to print out a receipt if you ordered through the app - for your eyes only!! Web version is also a mess - and also no way to print a receipt. Does not work for business travel or dining.

on desktop, verification doesn't work. The lunchbox app for Maman does not work. I installed it on desktop and went through the trouble of ordering and then trying to create an account to pay. The last step, verification, does not work, at least not on desktop. It's a stupid, maddening, 20 minute waste of time.
