Completely useless. I'm giving one star because there's no way to give zero stars. I gave up and just ordered by phone.

App will not download. App will not download. Not functioning. 0 star. Old app worked perfectly. Terrible

So convenient. We love the Teddy's Bigger Burger app. It makes ordering and paying so easy. Our food is ready within minutes of placing our order! Good job Teddy's Kaneohe!

App very user unfriendly. The app does not contain full menu available in store. App will not allow me to order from the closest store to my home.

Needs a “plain” burger button option. Review is for the app not the restaurant. Tried to order a kids burger meal. I can ask for any options but there is no plain. Teddys has good food but the app needs a little refinement.

Needs work. I lost all of my rewards from the previous loyalty system because the points migration feature is worthless. I spent an additional 15 minutes in store trying to figure out how to input a military discount only to give up hope in frustration. The app is not user friendly period.

Wrong location error. The app keeps randomly changing which location I am ordering from without notifying me. It has done it 3 times and places an order at the wrong location. Then the refund process is not efficient.

App does not record Rewards. Scanners in stores do not work & no staff member can ever figure it out. Transaction history does not work. Have spent hundreds of dollars with this company and no rewards to show for it.

Not what I ordered. Asked for xtra crispy fries. Got cold fries Asked for coke got diet yuck

They did not make it. I placed an order, paid, and arrived at the estimated time it would be ready only to find out they never put in the order and just started now I was there. Best to call instead I guess.

Trouble ordering online. Could not place an order to Kailua location

Bad app. Tried to order through app. Says it can’t make my order in time which is usually 15 mins or less when I walk in. Get there in 15 mins and they take my order. What a waste of time this app is.

Broken. Please fix. Order defaults to no lettuce, tomato etc. This is fine, have plus and minus signs to add what you want. But when you add, they don’t reflect in the order. I had to put comments on to say I DO want all the normal stuff. Let’s hope they figure it out. Bad 1st experience.

New app is a mess. The new app switched my lifetime points and current points so I literally can not reach any new rewards. My account shows a negative amount of points.

Used to be so much better. Took out the ability to customize. Very disappointing.

App needs work and workers are overwhelmed. App is very difficult to navigate. The first time I ordered using the app, they got my order wrong. The second time I used it, when I went to pick up my order 20 minutes later, the order was sitting next to the register and hadn’t been handed to the kitchen. The poor kitchen seems overwhelmed. Efficiency through this digital method of ordering may be adding demand beyond be capacity of this restaurant. Now that they do not take orders over the phone and require customers to use the app or website, the experience of ordering should be more accurate and user-friendly but it’s the opposite.

New website - lost all my credits. List all my previous purchase history and credits. Big bummer

Apple Pay????. How come it doesn’t support Apple Pay?

Cant complete order. You cant order on the app, it says “item none is not available” and prevents you from checking out. It’s been like that for months.

Doesn’t work. It’s a crap app, it won’t let you order or pay for your food.

Would be good if it worked. I can select my store, select my food but when I go to review order it just tells me something went wrong and to select the desired pickup time. Except you can’t select a pick up time so you can’t order your food.

Only ONE Payment Method. Really irritating that it’s IMPOSSIBLE to use this app/ complete an order without using a card. Teddy’s needs to seriously consider including a pay-in-store option, it would likely get a LOT more business for sure! The loyalty rewards system isn’t that great as it is…

Not letting me order. I have use this app and in numerable times… But in the last three days it won’t let me get to the view menu or new order section… On my phone on my computer it will let me get to the sections but it won’t actually let me place a order in food saying that my discount can’t be applied… And of course I didn’t have a discount I just had a credit card… I’m guessing it currently has a bug

Worst performing restaurant app I’ve ever used. In the time it takes me to order food for pickup through the Teddy’s mobile app, I can drive to the nearest location a mile away, order in person, and pick it up before completing the order on my phone. This app is a much more frustrating customer experience than being able to just call in an order, like I could 2 months ago. Every time I try to view my order total, it takes atleast 5-10 attempts, to place the actual order. The app displays a disclaimer at the top of my cart that “Something went wrong, please check your desired pickup time and retry again”, although I’m unable to enter a pickup time prior to placing the actual order.

Teddy’s University Misinformation / App Fail. My girlfriend and I were not happy with our experience at Teddy’s University in Honolulu, HI. We were told the old points program had been discontinued and replaced with this app. We were also told that if we downloaded the app we could transfer prior points over but that feature wasn’t working or isn’t available yet. We were rushed through our order and then told that our $5 first visit reward could not be applied. Also my points for the purchase were not applied to the app. One of the soda machines was not working and it’s been that way for months. It’s the only side that has Dr. Pepper which is my preferred beverage. I hope these issues are resolved soon because we usually enjoy our visits to Teddy’s but this one was not enjoyable due in part to this new app.

Incorrect order on BOTH BURGERS when only 2 ordered. Very disappointed as we continuously were calling in to place an order but the line was busy. Ended up having to place an order online, and even with the written online order, they got the order wrong on the only TWO burgers that we ordered. Fortunately we checked our order before we left and noticed the error. To make it worse we had to repeat our order at the counter THREE times before she got it!!!

Confusing. I don't know if I'm coming or going with this app. It's easier just to order online. Too many menu bar options. Simplicity is best.

Not Military Friendly. Can’t figure out how to adjust settings to apply military discount. Does Teddy’s no longer apply military discounts, as they had in the past?

What about Maui?. Locations doesn’t list Maui locations.

Amazb___s!!. Look, I don’t care what you think about those “mainland” franchise guys, with their in and out or whatever burgers. You came to Teddy’s. If this doesn’t reset your standards on what it means to have a burger, we cannot, CANNOT be friends. Short of having a burger here with added heat/fire/hot sauce, I have enjoyed EVERY burger they have on the menu. Don’t forget to try a shake if your at the right location. Cheeeeeeee-hooooooooo!!!
