Howell Branch Location. We LOVE this place!!! It has become our favorite coffee, tea, ice cream shop. They serve the coffee and tea in real cups, a sign of attention to detail. Oh, and they have beer on tap and wine!

Friendly (to dogs too). Newly opened. Glad to see they had breakfast items (along with treats like ice cream, banana bread, and chocolate croissants!). I saw they have Lunch items coming soon too. It was nice to be able to bring my (well behaved) dog with me. 😄

Wow. I love Foxtail and now it’s even better with this app. I used Uber Eats a lot but will now start using this more. I had no idea about the rewards and over the last year I’m missed out a lot, that’s the only bad part !

Can’t purchase. I had an account prior to downloading the app, but there’s no option to login when purchasing on the app. Just to create an account. Haven’t been able to buy anything in advance.

Thank you for an alt to mobile site!. Foxtail really put effort into their mobile ordering site, but it was lacking. This app is great just simplified my life ordering from my favorite local coffee shop!

Privacy?. The app doesn’t allow you to register if you don’t provide a valid phone number. I thought its goal was customer loyalty not SPAM.

Not trustworthy. In order to register, they need my phone number? Lol dufuq? Great coffee, though. Uninstalled the app.

Love their coffee. Great location, coffee and amazing staff! App makes it super easy to order in advance if you’re in a rush. My only request for an upgrade would be to allow digital gift cards or the ability to add a gift card to the app.

Love their coffee but don’t like the feeling of the forced tip. They have great coffee and I choose it over the national brand that’s across the street but sometimes it gets annoying with the forced tip that they put on you

New to Riverview. Brand new to Tampa. I work from home so I was very happy to find a cute local coffee shop with yum coffee and nice place to get out of house and work a bit. Staff very friendly

Great coffee. Great atmosphere. Love this place. I’d go every morning for my coffee if I could. People are so nice and I love sitting outside doing my bible study while drinking my delicious cafe latte.

App menu doesn’t reflect food availability. When ordering from the app, you can purchase items that are not in stock at the location where you were picking up. It’s happened to me multiple times and there’s also not a way to easily get credited back on the credit card associated with the app.

Unable to Order. Every time I try to login, it says “no need to create a new account”. I’m not! Just logging in. & you can’t place an order until you login. Frustrating!

Won’t let me create an account. The app won’t let me create an account due to an error with my phone number. It should accept all numbers regardless of carrier.

Go to coffee spot. We love the staff and the coffee. Now our favorite breakfast spot as well, the breakfast bowl and egg sandwich are our favorites!

Great Coffee, Poor App. Does not accept Apple Pay (a much more secure payment method than storing your card on your account). Does not allow you to add Foxtail gift cards to your account.

Love!!. I love this app. Easy to use, great graphics and I love how I can completely customize my drink.

Can’t add giftcard to balance. It’s really annoying that you can’t add a giftcard to your prepaid balance and have you submit a receipt to get account credit.

Excellent Coffee. This is our favorite coffee stop in Gainesville. The coffee is always great and the service is quick!

Goodbye Starbucks!. Hello Foxtail! I was a big Starbucks fan but lately their service and coffees were subpar. I found out about our local Foxtail through a friend on Facebook. Once I visited and tasted their coffee, I knew I had found my new coffee spot. I’ve been buying their half gallon cold brew and besides the great taste, I can bring the glass jug back and get a discount on the next one. Thank you for the great coffee, great ambiance, and even your cool products.

Payment Struggles. It kept declining. I swear I had the money. 🙄

Prepay gone. Since the most recent update (June 2021), I can no longer see my balance nor add to my balance, only add or edit a card payment. Also, my points now show no reward balance. Can we get these back so the app isn’t otherwise useless?

San Marco Location. We love coming here! Hoby and Lizzy are two of our favorites they are next level with service and will actually talk to you. (Everyone is super nice though)

App is horrible and so are pastries. I should not have to place an order through the app to get reward points. It is stupid.... I am literally in a foxtails store.... if you care about customer service allow people to order directly from a barista and still get points ... it is easier faster and believe it or not people actually like to interact with other people. Your pastries are too limited and entirely disgusting. What you have as a chocolate croissant is not one... it should be what the french call pain au chocolate. You should outsource ALL your pastries and get a greater selection from the Buttermilk Bakery in winter park. They sell wholesale to other cafes and their products are excellent and taste great.

Beautiful app! Ordering is a breeze.. With it’s beautiful interface and wide selection, ordering my favorites through the Foxtail Coffee app couldn’t be easier. Love it!

Good start…. Good start for an app, but need to add the option of adding your gift cards as a method of payment. Otherwise the app is subpar. I can’t order ahead when I’m gifted.
