Fix the sign in / sign up function please. I try to sign in and it takes me to the sign up all the time. I already have an account! Regarding the food, i love it although many different options should be added. Can’t be eating the same thing everyday.

Great Wraps!. App works great. The rewards system isn’t great, it takes way too long to earn anything, but I don’t mind since it’s already a cheap and tasty lunch.

Food is five star. App is zero.. The food is honestly some of the most delicious you can find. Highly recommend eating here. This app, however, is one of the buggiest, second-rate garbage apps I’ve ever used. It’s so often a coin flip to impossible for whether or not I’ll be able to actually successfully order my food with it. I can’t give zero stars for the app so they get away with one.

Best Falafel out there. Experience was so easy to order my favorite Falafel wrap in the city!!! Also so amazing I earn rewards with every order - excited to become a loyal user!

App not working. Waiting in the store for 10 minutes and the food is the app wasn’t working. I would have been better off standing in line. They have no idea when food will come.

Can’t order via app?. I have tried so many times, deleted and redownloaded and it just keeps saying “Dining Option Must Contain GUID or External ID” can someone fix this??? I have my payment added so no idea what is going on

Falafel. It’s too crunchy like my teeth will crack. Not sure why that happens with Naya’s falafel. Otherwise ok.

Good app but orders code as “catering”. The ordering function works well and this isn’t a gripe about the app necessarily but the purchases on the app code as “catering” and not dining. When a bowl and a drink cost almost $20 it would be nice to have it correctly code. As a result usually go to order in the restaurant instead or go elsewhere. Would order more if this were fixed.

Great food, terrible app. The app doesn’t recognize the street address I’m trying to have food delivered to which makes it literally impossible to place an order, and my last order (of a significant amount) placed through my account over my computer is not registering rewards in the phone app. Glad it’s working for everybody else, but personally it is a worthless app for me thus far.

Terrible Back end. I’ve been trying to order over and over but if your phone number is attached to another lunchbox account your only option is to buy a new phone. Terrible back end, terrible developers.
