App Crash. Had to go through the app 4 times because it kept crashing. Finally worked on the last try.

Terrible app. I quit going to this restaurant because the app is too glitchy and is not efficient. I waste too much time trying to place an order.

Yummm. Absolutely love this place! Their food is outstanding, super balanced, so fresh 😉 and healthy and ordering through the app is a breeze

Worst app I have ever had. I ordered thru the app a couple of days ago. When I submitted payment, I received a text from my bank that the payment went through. But I could see that the order was not submitted to the store. I tried again and received the same text from my bank but no order was sent to the store. I was close to the local So Fresh so I went inside to check my order. They never received it so I ordered at the counter. The manager told me to reload the app since the app had been updated. Tonight, I’ve tried to sign in, delete my account, reload the app, recreate my account… then I started receiving error codes.. I could never get the app to work. Sigh.

Love the Food. This place is awesome. Love the food here.

Best healthy takeout option. My family and I love SoFresh. We are able to make healthy options an enjoy a delicious meal.

So fresh 5 stars. I love so fresh they are the best tastiest and healthiest food chain online pickup and delivery that you can order I been ordering them for so long time I feel happy when ever I have it 5 stars.

Go to spot for healthy food. When I need a quick healthy meal on the go, this is the place. I wish it was a bit more affordable or that they had specials or coupons so I could go more often. The base price of the bowl or salad is already expensive, but then to add protein on top of it for an additional 3 to 6 dollars just makes it overly expensive. The app is easy to use, but I wish the pictures would enlarge because they’re too small. I also wish there was more variety on the sides, such as soups. The one downside is ordering at the end of the day on the app because when I arrived, they didn’t have part of my ingredients, and it was already paid for.

So Fresh and So Delicious!!!!. This place is my default, it meets my dietary needs, it’s tasty and fast.

Good app, could be better. No option to have sauce on side, at least for pick-up.

Clean and I don’t feel terrible later. Not a whole lot of healthy fast lunch selections in town. You have simple Greek , so fresh and maybe one other. So fresh is definitely the best. Skinny bowl double chicken is my go too.

Oreder confirmation horrible. There is no correct summary for what I ordered! I substituted the dressing and added chicken. In my order it says No herb chicken and no dressing yet it doesn’t verify what I did order. I have no idea if I’m getting what I want.

fire the developers. hey to whoever is in charge of app dev-- try making the app not constantly tweak out at each step (checkout, applying coupons) saying "Your order can't be placed at this time" and that the team needs more time to make it-- i'm assuming you programmed it to have a 15-20 minute gap in time for the workers to make the food but if i selected ASAP it means asap from the point AFTER checked out, not from the second I chose asap. Stop using stack overflow or chatgpt for your homework and learn to make an app or take a logic class. This messed up my stuff multiple times then removed my 5.00 promo. Clown ahhh 🤡swe getting paid too much bruh hope AI takes your jobs or the market pay drops lower than the SoFresh store staff from over-saturation.

Used to use this all the time. Now it’s unusable. Can’t make any orders. They updated with bug fixes but I can’t even use this or build up points anymore.

False. Got an email saying I could get a free lemonade. But when I tried, the code was only for new users like…. If I have an email with y’all, I obvi have an account so sending the email to me in the first place was dumb.

What the heck?. We love SoFresh, but, the new ordering app, is questionable! It has never taken an hour to get our food after ordering.

Outstanding. I have been to SoFresh a few times now and it has been very consistent. The food is healthy, which is good if you are trying “eat like your life depends on it“ like I am.

Bad app. Don’t like new app, more hassle, food still good

Gift cards don’t work in app. The app is fine for ordering and paying for food. But it will not allow me to check a gift card balance or add a gift card to my account which is a pretty big flaw. :(

SoFresh. Clean food that energizes the body!

Excellent food. Easy to navigate, but there is bug that the app keeps crashing and closing. We finally made through the order and check out. Food was delicious. We’ll order again. Please fix your app though.

Westshore location. The Westshore location is the only so fresh I will eat at. I ordered lunch here five days a week. The manager is super helpful and polite.

Painful password reset. Got kicked out of login so needed to reset password. App doesn’t let you enter full phone number, yet it is a required field … took 15 minutes to finally work

So Fresh!!. OMG, This place is AMAZING!! I ordered two days back to back, & will continue to order in the future.

Sign in process is not intuitive. I got an error message that I didn’t need to register on the app because I have ordered from So Fresh, but there wasn’t a way to go through the process without registering … so I used a different phone number so I didn’t have to create my order again.

Excellent Food and Service. Excellent taste of the power bowl with Salmon and also the chicken. Excellent customer service from the front desk to the cook. Thank you!
