Fix ur website and app. Old one was mich better. Why signup to place an order? No forget your password sign in section? Cant sign in hence cant order. Very confusing UI both web app and phone app. When i put my number , the app says it is already associated with an account. But no way to sign in. You lost urself an order

Life Changing. The world where we had to order pizza through a prehistoric web browser is finally behind us. Science along with Lord Zenu have gifted us the miracle of being able to use an app for placing an order to receive delicious Zalat Pizza.

Shut down. App shuts down when trying to order certain pizzas.

friendly, service, Outstanding Taste & great price. As soon as they opened up on Holcombe, we tried it, and instantly fell in love. The marinara sauce is not overpowering and has great flavor. The prices are very reasonable. Easy to customize . The late hours on the weekends are great!!! 👌

Great App!. Great App! Super easy to use and the fact that it allows you use your apple account to login and use Apple Pay makes it that much easier! The perfect pizza app! Also, the pizzas are absolutely amazing! Fantastic app and even better pizza! You can’t ask for more

Kind of works. Order placed but windows are in 15 minute increments. That’s a big window for a pickup time. During payment processing tip was rest to the default when I chose payment method. I luckily caught it but could have easily missed it. I had a promo code and discount in my cart which reset after logging back in. App has salad option even though there are no salads. On pin confirmation for signing up, there was an issue where I couldn’t tap a box to add. I had to use backspace to clear what was there and that is not what people do on a phone.

Zalat Pizza. The UI of the app is fairly far behind. Getting ready to have the pizza for the first time. Hopefully it gets delivered in a timely fashion and the pizza is good. GO ASTROS!!! Go Zalat!

Not the app but lunchbox. Did not let me “log in” forced me to sign up multiple times

Location. It won’t let me order from a location here in Dallas, and I am not driving to Houston to pick up pizza. I deleted it within 15 minutes of downloading it.

Reward points retroactively. Please add feature to retroactively award points for previous purchases

Crashes 99% of the time. This app is very unstable. The only way it works is if you scroll the menu VERY slowly. Otherwise, it crashes every time. Even if you look at it wrong, it crashes. If you breathe a little too hard, it crashes. It’s really frustrating when trying to order using the app, as Zalat’s pizza is amazing. Too bad the app doesn’t match the quality of their pizza.

Why change the website?!?. Was the hardest thing to use, have to answer 20 questions before you can place an order. Old online ordering system was 10x faster and easier!

App constantly crashes. App constantly crashes and you must start completely over. Just ordered through FB DoorDash is an extremely better experience.

App is fine, pizza is always late. App is fine, however, I’ve ordered through the app 3 times and each time I wind up waiting 10-20 minutes after the app tells me it’s ready. Fix the order times or something because if it keeps happening I’ll just go somewhere else.
