Bugged. I’ve liked what I have been able to play so far but now I can’t progress in the story. When I get to the mission two sisters I get stuck in an infinite loading screen after I beat it. Please fix this, I would really like to play the rest of the game.

Bad AI and Missing a simple feature + more. Auto-play they don't ever dodge and stand still in one spot unless the enemy moves out of range. The Auto-Play also ignores all enemies on map and runs to the exit. I played other similar games and the AI there actually grinds for you. Auto-dialogue never stays on making he hit skip sometimes since the buttons are right next to each other. Think the budget was put on outfits and voice actors rather than gameplay.

Character story. The game is amazing but once you do the character stories it will kick you out after you finish one character level

I like it, but…. Game crashes or gets stuck in loading too much. I like playing it when I get to play it but dang… it just gets messy way too much. I’ll probably have to uninstall soon because the issues are just persistent.

This game. This game is so fun so awesome I thought there was no cool anime game on phone until I saw this

Love it but. Game keeps freezing and takes a while to load On and off wifi but when game if functioning properly it has the potential to be a great game in all aspects.

Good game. The games visuals are amazing, the 3d models are amazing, the voice acting is straight from the anime, and the combat is clean. My only thing that’s making me dislike the game is that it takes forever to load up the game and even to see your daily missions. Give it the game just released so it might be fixed in a few.

Not good on iPhone 13 pro max. I have the same problem as probably most people. My internet is good and the loading screen take a long time. I already spent a good amount of money on this game and I don’t want it to go to waste. I really enjoy this game.

Bugs. The game has potential and I’ll change my review hopefully at a later date, but at this point the crashes and glitches make the game almost unplayable. I am kinda disappointed they didn’t wait to put the game out until it was properly tested.

Review. Game is smooth and great however it’s brand new so there are problems the biggest one s that whenever I try to start the skull fairy arc once the skull fairy comes into screen it crashes and I cannot progress.

Issues with the game. I love how it plays. Love that you can customize the appearance of the characters and the battle mechanics are great. However for some reason when I try to play the skull fairy arc it keeps crashing the game and shutting down

Really fun!!. Used to be buggy when it was first released but it runs soo much smoother now and it’s really enjoyable! Highly recommend if you love edens zero ❤️

Too buggy for a 5*. Load times take WAY too long and the connection issues completely ruin the enjoyment of the game. The voice acting fighting and visuals are all great but fix the connection issues and load times PLEASE.

Please fix this problem!. The game it self is very good although it has a few bugs, my biggest problem is with the story mode. The game will crash before I can continue with the story mode so I’m stuck doing side quests and I can’t get the new characters. The game is good just needs a tune up.

Great Game but Major Technical Issues. Been playing since launch and this is everything I wanted in a mobile game as it has the mobile RPG feel without being a gacha game. Great story, fun combat, awesome costumes. Unfortunately there are major technical issues. Load times for everything are extremely long - logging in, dismantling equipment, menus, etc. The game also crashes and encounters errors very frequently, which only makes the long time to load worse. I’ve finally hit a point where I’m stuck on an infinite loading screen after a crash and have been for a while now whenever I try to launch the game. I also could not bind my account to anything as attempts to do so just took me to a page in Japanese so if I uninstall to try and fix this problem I would lose my progress and purchases. The game is really fun but the technical problems make it nearly unplayable in its current state and need to be addressed.

I Have a Small Problem. Your game is AWESOME It fun to play and I’ll like the game play style (personally) but I’m on the 3rd or 4th chapter where they have encountered another ship relatively near the start of the anime and game and when I tap to start it it loads but the game closes out before it actually dose anything

I like it so far. I’m so happy that I wasn’t expecting this anime game will come out and I love the way it make super duper good hope they will update more cool things and places dungeons thank you for bring this game out :)

Love the game but. Overall I love the game but it could use some huge improvements on the loading time it takes to get into the game so since I can’t give a 4 and a half star 5 stars it is since I love Edens zero anime work on the loading then you will have officially earn a 5 star review from me

Glitchy mess. In the part where you’re suppose to fight, illega, he decides to disappear into the shadow realm and is no longer able to be fought. This made me immediately uninstall the game. A frustrating disappointment

Laggy. I’m very happy to see we have an Edens Zero game and all. But the issue is when you’re in the fight sequence the game becomes unbearably choppy to the point where you’re zipping across the screen. In fact sometimes it pauses on one frame for a couple of seconds

Need help. Every time I try to start the Mission it gets to a cutscene where it shows the Eden Zero and then the game closes. Is there any way to fix this?

Anyone else constantly losing connection to the server?. It happens literally almost every load, none of my other games have any issues

Love the game. I love the game but when I set the characters to auto they jump past the bosses minions leaving my characters defenseless for an attack to the side and back plus the error causing the game to crash and close. Also when tapping optimize I need my characters with the best equipment and clothes to go against enemies.

Can’t advance in the story. With all the bugs that I’ve encountered on the iPad, the most egregious is at the cutscene right after the Norma levels when the heroes come across the stranded ship that’s revealed in to be the titular “Edens Zero”. You’d only know this if you’ve already read the manga or watched the anime, as the game will crash immediately after the scene ends. Every. Time. This needs to be fixed immediately.

Could be better. Game is decently good with the story and VA which are lovely. Only problem is the frame rate in this game which makes it stutter because its from unreal engine for older phones. There is also the issue with the “error 100” that happens after the start of each character story mode which makes you reload back to the main title screen.

Hermit arc crashes. The game is REALLY fun but it seems to freeze and crash when the cluster of enemies get hit from the character you're playing as in the 5th part of thee Hermit Arc. Doesn't crash when the AI fights them but as soon as you jump in the fight the game freezes. Also controller support would be fantastic to get

Paywall much?. It’s good and all but I don’t like the fact that daily dungeon and events dungeon requires special currency (i.e. gems for most apps) to access and those special currencies are hard to come by in game if your free to play you only get a small amount for clearing story quest the first time and completing dailies only gives you 5 special currencies it’s like the developers is forcing you to spend real cash to play this game…

Game crashed. My game crashed and lost all my progress, how i can get it back?

Issues. I was very impressed with this game because of the graphics and all the details in the game. However, the loading screen mostly takes 1-2 minutes to load up and other quests mostly take forever to load. It also appears crashes so many times in the game. Please fix it as soon as possible since I'm enjoy playing it.

Would be a better game. I love this game though there could be some improvements PLEASE make the autoplay dodge and not ignore all enemies

Nightmares. When I get back to playing this game, I’m not kidding when I say that I have nightmares that keep me up. When I download the game and load up my save, boom, nightmares.

Can’t level up. It’s sad that you have to earn these green orb things to level up. I can’t level up any of my characters because I simply don’t have enough and every mission you have to be stronger for. The game was great and the storyline even better but if I can’t play it if I have to pay to level up. I miss where you could level up by beating the missions

I love the game very much, but. Although I love the game a lot, I’ve noticed a bug in the game where a bunch of enemies attack and as I was fighting back, the game all of a sudden freezes. Because of it I can’t progress any further in the game, or in its events what do ever. Even with auto on it still does that

Eden Zero's first game!. Absolutely amazed by the work Konami did with this with Hiro Mashima's involvement this feels like a genuinely good mobile game and i am giving it five stars from the voice acting being redone for this to the gameplay being easy to pick up!

My dislike. I think that you should put a pause on adding events to the game and actually work on the min story last time I played the game finishing was 7 months ago and there’s still no new parts of the main story this is a 3 star review

Game is good, but. I can’t get over the ridiculous load times. I’m not playing this on an iPhone 3s, I should not have 3s load times. This loads slower than AOL dial up back in 1996. I literally close the game after it takes longer than two minutes.

Account complaint please fix issue 0 stars. Well never thought i would have to write a bad review but i have been playing since day 1 and i was rank 34 with all my character and rank 31 with 1 character and well i lost all progress due to my game glitched and signed me out and now that i signed back in its like everything was wiped now i have to start new and loose all my stuff please fix

About the story mode. I noticed that you have yet to continue the story mode on anime and mangas while you are too busy doing the events and missions but please don’t forget it. It was just a reminder so you don’t lose track in time.

Has potential needs a lot of work. Everything takes to long to load it’s ridiculous. App crashes all the time even in low mode in settings. I have to constantly close the app an reopen because it crashes or gets stuck on a loading screen. Also everything costs to much and we get a small amount of eg when we competed quests it’s not enough to do anything with unless you buy some. Another issue is with trying to disassemble/ sell items, 20 at a time is not close to being enough. If I have 800 items I want to get rid of doing 20 at a time is stupid just let me select everything I want gone at once. The auto battle just runs by all the enemies straight to the end why is that? I would like my team to fight all the enemies if possible not just run by them. Other than those issues the game is pretty fun and looks great and I enjoy the outfits and characters.

This game is good but needs to be fixed. Don’t get me ring this game is great it is one of my favorites but there have been multiple times when I would get on and my account was just gone. Would I recommend playing this, yes but don’t get to attached to you game.

Don’t got good wi fi dont play the game by Ryu.. Don’t use the game if you have bad wi fi it’s that simple teh game is great but it’s smooth to and stuff also make it easy to get more metal and stuff

Loading Issue. Overall I love everything about the game but the only issue I keep running too is that I get stuck to the loading screen for 5-10 mins long.

Really strange direction. This game is decent for what it is. However what is strange that it is set up to be a gacha game but doesn’t actually contain any gacha summoning or elements at all. Characters are pre-defined and equipments and upgrades are obtained through levels as a form of loot. A negative worth mentioning is that costumes that unlocks certain skills are locked behind a pay wall.

Bad UX ruins the game. So many things about this game that just doesn’t work for mobile. It’s a shame since it looked like it has a lot of potential.

Bug in the game. Tried to download the whole data in either wifi or data but kept getting stuck in the last 28mb, then i deleted the game and tried re-installed it but it won’t let me re-download it. I even tried to shut my phone off and turn it on but still won’t work

Not a bad game. It’s a fun game and surprisingly it works decently on my iPhone 7, but my god, the loading screens and the waiting. I think with the time I played 60% of it was just loading screens. I actually would like to play more but I just don’t have the patience for this.

BATTERY OPTIMIZATION IS HORRIBLE. As the title suggests this game is in dire needs of Battery optimization. It just completely killed my phone battery from 97% in less than 20 minutes of playing

Not to bad. Ok….. here we go. As a otaku (madd love for y’all making this game) and the game isn’t to bad I love the mechanics of the game. Being able to choose your type of not only who u want for party members but as well as power up style and skill choice(sweet). And I enjoy being able to choose between downloading voices or not for the next story levels. NOW There is to much u need to pay to play if I’m suppose to be able to go to treasure island to power up (ex.) I can understand first free but to go in again 100 cubes (holy sugar bob) you know how long it takes just to get to 50 y’all went a little to crazy on that. Then there’s the LOADING SCREENS (JEEZ SMH) I could take a nap wake up and its still not done y’all gotta fix that too as far as the events are concerned there nice… good anime memories but once again y’all think ppl got bank we play these games cause we don’t have bank to not be on our phones come on devs make it more friendly we do enjoy the game just some hiccups for y’all to fix OVERALL GOOD GAME!!!

too many bugs. easy to get bored with i played it for a week, got all characters lvl 30~ skills not maxed some stages will kick me out whenever i finish them the dissemble/sell speed is waaaaaay too slow, this is the reason i stopped playing, it takes 6 ~10 secondes to dissemble/sell equips, and we can only do them 20 at once everytime, when you reach 1000/1000 on equips storage, I'm 100% sure you will give up the game as well... if this isnt fixed, no one would to continue to play, anyway, I already sent a ticket to them, waited a week, still no fix, so i uninstalled it have fun I enjoy other games from this company though :)

Poor, poor, poor. Honestly, I expected some issues from a non-YuGiOh mobile game by Konami, but seriously? I couldn’t even start the game. After inputting my name, it told me an error occurred and that I should try a stronger signal (which wasn’t the issue; all my other apps worked perfectly fine on my internet). I close the app and reopen it, still says there’s an error. I try it again. An error occurred. I could not play the freaking game past the name choice! Talk about a crappy game.

Takes too long to load. Even after the games most recent update they seem to have fixed several game crashing bugs but HAVE NOT fixed the load times. This is a great game with the worst load times since Sonic 2006.

Absolutely garbage. Initial download took 15 minutes. After a short tutorial, another download of 15 minutes. Immediately uninstalled. I have better things to spend my time on than downloads.

Impressed. The graphics looks really well for a mobile game , The combat system WOW! And overall it’s actually really fun, and the cut scenes are enjoyable to watch aswell, really good game like REALLY GOOD!

Why you like this game?. The property is the only thing to draw ppl to this game. Aside from that the outfit customization is awesome! The game is a terribly bland RPG following the story with paywalls galore. Daily dungeon, special events? Spend all your gems. Incredibly monetized game that is sooo against free players but if you got a fat wallet go for it and enjoy.

Error problems. The game crash on me

Konami and Mobile Games. Seems like this is another step in Konami’s attempt to make their mobile games large capital makers from whales. After the recent Yu-Gi-Oh game putting cards/decks behind paywalls with poor in-game currency attainment for F2P players, this is another chain in the link that is the trend of mobile gaming sadly. Konami is following suite and showing they’re not here to be innovative with their popular titles, just here to make their bottom line so they can get certain people their yearly bonus. What’s crazy is the base game is kind of fun and if you enjoy Edens Zero, you’ll stick around for familiar characters and stories. However, the mission passes and events are severely lacking for a F2P and in good conscious I cannot give whale-watchers much more than a few stars. Not only is it unstable (the amount of crashes trying to advance quests is ridiculous) but it feels pretty shallow and even crafting/leveling equipment heavily favors those who use real money for in-game currency. As previously noted, the AI is pretty buggy and will take you straight to the boss on auto if the mission objective is simply to go to the boss, making the grinding (which is needed past the current content for special events and arena) completely on the player and their actual time on devices, which, given that we’re in an age of auto battlers, seems strange to be so wonky comparatively. I want to enjoy it and like it fully, but sadly, I can’t even after the time I’ve given it.

Loading. The game looks good the fighting is good. But the game has terrible connection problems. After every mission it freezes during every load screen then I have to restart the game. That happened so many times now I cant even get past the intro loading screen. Please fix.
