Awesome but…. I do wish i could customize the blta, my wife loves it but cant eat tomatoes. We end up picking it off so not a show stopper…just my only complaint. Not unique to the app either, the website is the same. The developer has responded with the basic instructions on how to remove tomatoes…a bit insulting as i understand HOW the app and website work…my point is they don’t.

Birthday. I love Red Robin and always have. I go there for my birthday every other year and I decided this year to get the app to sign up and receive a free burger. It is saying I am too young to get the birthday burger. Even though in the description of the app it says that you get a free birthday burger and the recommended age for the app is 4.

Hats off to the App designer!. Finally!! A food app that accounts for EVERYTHING in a special order!! And SO organized and easy to navigate! Love it! SO helpful for those of us with dietary restrictions and needs! This app developer needs to show other restaurants how to make a user friendly app that can cater to almost anything when ordering!!

Terrible Allergen Feature. It won’t let me order a mix of gluten free and non gluten free options. I either set it to order all gluten free or I set it for all non-allergen. It might be of interest to the makers of the app that often times all family members don’t share one allergy across the board. I have no interest in eating gluten free options, but I have a relative that is celiac and must eat this way or end up in the hospital. Maybe fix your allergy notification options as your current system is awful and makes this app completely useless to us.

Order by voice system. The last time I ordered over the phone I realized I was being handled by an automated system. I spoke what I wanted, answered simple questions, and the system walked me through the entire process including payment. I was completely impressed with how easy it was and the accuracy of the order. A+ rating.

Clunky and Doesn’t show rewards. Whoever works on the UI for RR has still not gotten it right. We love the restaurant and have been ordering in store and through the site for years now, but the website used to be clunky especially when the rewards used to not link with the site, now the same is happening in the app, we have a free birthday burger along with one burger and the site said if we joined the app we’d get another offer, well that’s not happening. When connecting our account to the app none of our rewards are showing and the site keeps saying ERROR- data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the right format.

Great Food, Flawed App. I really enjoy the food at Red Robin, but it is pointless to use the app if you have a rewards account. If you have awards available, and select them, they are never applied at checkout. The manager at my local Red Robin’s advised that not only is this an issue, but that reward points are not accumulated in your account, when ordering through the app (or online via website). I was advised to always call in my orders, provide the phone number linked to my account and let them know of any rewards that I wish to redeem. Consequently, the app is nothing more than a fancy menu lookup.

Wish I could get into this app. I downloaded this app, went to create an account, was told there was already an account linked to my phone number, but the ONLY way to get into my account it through an email that I no longer have access to. There is also no way to create a new account because the phone number is required and I keep getting the same message about already having an account and there is no avenue to contact support. Good luck everyone else.

Prefer this app over other delivery apps. I’ll start by saying I love Robins and never had an issue using the app. The biggest tip I have is the prices are usually lower using this app over the popular third party delivery apps. I usually compare prices before ordering (why spend more if you don’t have to?) and some are almost 15$ over the Robins price and that’s not including the fees at check out.

Great app. Great app experience and much better than web based ordering that I think was 3rd party from before. Love ability to change condiments and add sauces on the side. Also like that you feature and highlight the new limited time products. Great job!

Password Problems. I tried logging into the app using my web password, and it indicated wasn’t valid. I reset my password and completed that process successfully after finding the email in my spam folder. Tried to use it to login on the app, and it kept putting up the squares as it processed. Then the app removed the overlay with the squares and brightened the login screen with the word “Error” under the password. When it didn’t like the password, it gave more information. Started getting ready to go to Chik-fil-a instead but decided to give it one more chance on the web. Logged in fine with the same, new password and email address on the web. Placed order and enjoyed fish and chips. I still get “Error” every time I login on the app. Perhaps, it’s because my password is 24 characters long? Not too interested in troubleshooting further. Will use website or checkout another restaurant if more convenient.

One small glitch. First, I will start by say I like the idea of this app. Being able to pick and choose my preferences, add ketchup and mustard. No tomato no onion. Substitute brioche bun. BUT, I complete my order, I click “place order”, “confirm order” pops up. (Good idea, I make sure my burger is “my burger”. Click confirm, the app tells me my order will be ready for pickup at 11:30 tomorrow morning. I am placing the order at 7:30 at night. There is an “asap” button, I am not able to click it. Why would I place an order for a couple burgers and fries to be ready 20 HOURS from now? Please fix this glitch asap and not 20 months from now.

Additional Order Customization Requested. We use the app to decide what to order and it works mostly great for us. For burgers, I order at the restaurant lobby to get the burgers cooked as we prefer. The restaurant staff can select "some pink" on their order register. In the app, I do not see a way to do this. Please add burger cooking to the customization in the app. Thanks.

Quick and easy. I decided not to use my account because I didn’t have much time, therefore I went to as a guest. It was so easy. I just touched everything that I was interested in, next thing you know it popped up “pay”, I did that. That was easy. I set up a time to pick it up and I will go do that. I enjoyed this app.

Happy there is finally an app. Super excited to start using the app, except I couldn’t. Tried to check out and got a very generic error message. Only after trying the prior way of ordering online that it told me it couldn’t connect to the restaurant to place the order. Will try again another time.

Errors and lies. I do NOT have $10 in my account! You’re simply offering $10-off of $40+. That is a huge difference and a huge lie. You could have sold 3 of your ridiculously overpriced $16 burgers for a mere $3 off and MAYBE gotten some business, but no, you’re greedy. Meanwhile, the STEAKHOUSE NEXT DOOR has $10 burger combos that are far superior, so guess who gets my business. Why should I put up with your jenky, error-ridden app (can’t even start the app without some kind of error pop-up) for overpriced meh-burgers?

Super easy!. Ordering through the app was easy and we liked how every customization was thought of in advance for us to select. The packaging of the order was perfect and matched exactly what we ordered. Pick up was quick, food was hot, it was everything we could have asked for when ordering to go!

Can’t complete an order. Tried to use the app a couple of times now but everytime I entered everything up to the payment button and when it comes to placing the order, it’s not highlighted so I ended up calling the restaurant to order. It’s just so frustrating not sure what changed but it’s always failed. Hoping this will be fixed soon. Thank you.

Very good customer service. The attendant came over from her post to ask me if I needed assistance and then got someone to help me. The person in the back came out at was very helpful and provided great customer service. They should be commended.

Disappointing so far. I have been ordering food from Red Robin online with no problem for over a year. Yesterday I decided to download the app and use it to order our meal. When it came to the checking out, I tapped the checkout button and it just spun for ten minutes. I took a risk and and used the back arrow and tried again and still didn’t go through. I finally called the store to see if my order still may have gone through. It hadn’t, so I put in my order over the phone. So much time wasted on something that didn’t work. Wonder if it will work next time?

Over and above what I expected!. I had a great experience with my online order. Upon picking up my order, the manager asked if I’d like extra fries. I’ve never been asked that before, for a take out order. So, of course I said YES! I will definitely be ordering again from the Whittier store. Great customer service too! Thank you! I’ll be back!

Unusable, won’t save required profile fields. This application is impossible to use. During account creation, it requires you to select a favorite location. I do, and hit the ‘Complete Profile” button. The Complete Profile dialog closes, and then immediately reopens with no favorite location. Since the app refuses to save settings it requires, and won’t let you continue without those settings saved, the app is worthless unless you are looking to add a little more frustration to your day.

My fave restaurant and app. Not only is the app super easy to use, but it reminds you of offers you’re able to use and each order is incredibly accurate. I order from them often because of this!

Unable to order “some pink”; no way to give feedback. The customization to order a burger with “some pink” is now missing. When ordering it submits to the restaurant to the default “no pink”. Which will apparently mean to cook the burgers into dry, burnt, inedible hockey pucks. ☹️ Also wish there was a submit feedback in the app on how orders went. Without it, feels like Red Robin doesn’t actually care about quality or customer satisfaction once they have your money. Mistakes happen, everyone is trying their best, there should be a way to give feedback when this happens (or when great service happens as well!).

Why is there no way to choose burger temp?. There’s no way to request “some pink” like you do when ordering in the restaurant. The app defaults to well-done and my local restaurant seems to interpret that as “burnt.” It’s annoying to have to call the restaurant after placing an app order so they can tell the kitchen to make the burgers properly. Also, and I know this has nothing to do with the app itself, it’s disappointing that RR has removed their best burger (mad love) from the menu.

Really like the app. I love ordering from the Red Robin app. I always get what I want the way I want it. I’m always able to changes to my order never had a problem. It’s fast and easy. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

Not working for me!. I’ve had a Red Robin acct for years. Then recently downloaded the app because of the promises of free food. In the past I’ve always gone to my acct from the emails I get. And my rewards are always there. However, on the app, there are no rewards not even the free “buy one get one” with the app they are advertising. I’ve decided I probably won’t use the app as long as it doesn’t work. Hopefully it’ll Catch up soon!!!

Problems Logging In. I have had almost constant problems logging in. I get Error in red. My credentials are valid. I am successfully logging in from browsers. I use a VPN and initially I thought that is the problem. I was able to log in when I turned it off, but I was also able to log in a few times with the VPN by switching the connection until it worked. However, now I cannot log in even with the VPN turned off, and even when the VPN app has been removed from the phone. I have had email exchanges with customer service. The advice is wait for an app update and in the meantime use the browser. This is frustrating not having a clue about the cause of the issue. It seems random when in the rare case I am able to log in.

Probably best restaurant app?. Never seen another app allowing delivery services from within their own app. They still outsource to third party (Door Dash), however, the experience is so seamless that I find myself coming back simply due to the convenience.

Enjoy the food. Transition to delivery has hiccups.. We like a good veggie burger, and are so appreciative Red Robin added the Impossible as an option. The challenge: often my delivery order is wrong in some way (meat patty or French fries instead of onion rings, both of which are up-charges) and there’s no way to remedy it via the app. Always requires a call in and then pick up, on top of paying higher prices for the things that were wrong. Also-no more Roy Rogers can be ordered in the app? That’s sabotage!

Terrible app. App used to work well. Now it repeatedly says to reset PW yet when one tries, no reset link ever arrives to email (not even in junk folder). Many other dining choices in my community to waste any further time on a restaurant that publishes a buggy, non-functional app

Birthday coupon changed?. I was so excited for my free birthday meal this year it just turned my bday month and I went to use my coupon today only to see that it says now it’s dine-in only and you have to spend $5 to get the free meal? I am a single and lonely person that was looking forward to one free meal for my birthday I am so sad now i will not be going to sit alone for my not so free anymore meal.

20% Built-in Tip!? Smh. This app is sooo long overdue. But such a let down. I have no idea why it is rated so well as it has as many navigation issues as the website. Menus aren’t complete or consistent across locations (and it’s extensive and not just “supply issues”). And to top it off, our order came with a 20% built-in tip that we couldn’t override. I usually tip on takeout, but tips are based on good service…20% required tip for takeout service is ridiculous!!! Pay your people more and up the menu prices, don’t put in mandatory tipping.

Great app, but needs burger temp. The app is great! But what is really missing is a selection menu for burger temperature. In the restaurant you can order a burger mild with some pink, but there is no option for this in the app. Me and my wife love our burgers when they have a little pink in them. Please add this functionality!

Don’t use this if you have rewards. I can’t get this app to include my rewards when checking out. It says I have them available but will not adjust the price. Otherwise it’s easy to use.

Rewards. A birthday reward should be able to be used for a pick up a delivery or dine in. It should not just be used for dining. It’s supposed to be to celebrate the birthday month of the person. I think this should be changed as much as we spend at red Robin.

So easy and concise. Some apps and sites are so complicated and take forever. This was to the point. People want it and want if quick all still while signing up for rewards and entering bday. Excellent job. The layout was 10/10. Thank you.

Terrible app. Worst restaurant app I’ve ever used. Forced me to login with my web password, which I didn’t have. Password reset sends you to a website that’s not at the RedRobin domain so safari generated password isn’t saved in keychain to use in the app. So you get to do that twice. Once logged in my nearby Red Robin is listed, but only with a phone number. No online order button even though they take togo orders. No problem, I’ll just call in but I need a menu. No menu available for a call in only location. So I pick a different location that has a online orders button. I walk around asking my kids to give me their orders and entering a fuse order I can read off on the phone. Now to call them but wait, once I start an order there is no way to switch locations. Finally I just Google it and when I cell I get a robotic order taker. I start reading off my order but she doesn’t know what a Rookie Magic is or let me customize anything. She offers to switch me to a real person and I gladly accept. I get transferred back into their call tree asking me what I want. Where is my order now? I don’t know, I just hang up and go to Chilis. What ever happened to Red Robin? Does the C suite no longer care about service at all?

Great delivery. I order red Robin delivery all the time. They are the best packaged service out of several that I’ve tried from other restaurants. The food is hot, sometimes it needs a little warm up, but better than average. For the money I think this is the best option.

Red Robin experience. The customer service is always excellent!!!! The servers as all so friendly and helpful. Food is tops!!! Thanks you for making our eating experience an excellent one. Please stay safe during this awful pandemic. Thanks so much. The Groves Family

Don’t believe the new advert: free app with download. Got the advertisement of free app with download. Although I had steadily steered away from Red Robin due to other burger joints opening nearby the new sales pitch brought me back. Downloaded the app and……..nothing. Even worse, had bought 9 entrees prior and wouldn’t even recognize when I bought another (I wanted to buy two, nine free here). Red Robin got 2 burgers with no free appetizer out of me but it may be my last. Getting tired of their shady deals and marketing. Have buyer beware as, they may get you in but, orders afterward are going to be fraught with debate.

Great burgers! Great app!. I’ve just started coming to Red Robin. The food is very good, and the staff is always very friendly! Yeah, does equally good, though I wish they would include a feature allows you to choose how you would like your burgers cooked, for example, medium well, well done. Otherwse, it’s top shelf!!! Keep it up Red Robin!!!

Pick up order. I am so impressed with this Red Robin location. The process was super quick, and my food stayed warm even after I got home. The people working there were very welcoming and friendly. It tasted wonderful and I am very happy with my experience.

Problem with logging in. I love Red Robin, but this app is being bogus right now. Me and my wife have run into the same problem over and over: when we select our fav location and select our day of birth, literally one second after submitting, it pulls it up again and says it is required. WHAT’S GOING ON?? I want food!!!

Error on App. “Error The data couldnt be read because it is missing”. I downloaded this app for the first time yesterday and have not been able to access any rewards because of this error. I am not able to redeem my birthday reward which is two days because of this malfunctioning error. I only downloaded the app to access my rewards and I cannot.

Nicer Interface But We’re in 2022. Apple Pay is far more convenient and secure form of payment. I never have to worry about account maintenance – updating account numbers or using a different credit card, expiration dates, CVV, etc. – because all that is done within the Wallet app. Slick interface but useless for pick-up orders since I will not save a credit card for purchases using an iOS app. We came through a period of making everyone germophobes and we’re still using physical cards and cash to transact payments. Have merchants not learned anything? This app is writhe seamless nor convenient for this day and age.

Bug: can’t get kids item. I used to love ordering on the website and did it tonight to get something fast. Only took me over 30 minutes. Took me at least 10 min on the site to figure out how to log in. Then I had to reset my password (worked a few weeks ago) then I had no previous orders. Then I couldn’t add a kids item to my cart. I DL’d this app and still couldn’t add a kids item to the cart. “Error: please make a selection for ‘kids beverage’” I selected so many different beverages and combos both on the site and in app. Ended up doing it through Grubhub, where I can’t get extra fries or a bunch of other things. Please fix the kids add to cart. My girl loves those corn doggies.

App is horrible. Used the reward, but was still charged the full amount. The store gave me a receipt for the lower amount, but I was still charged full price. Did the contact us option on the app. Received a request for copies of my receipt-I sent it and silence for over a week. Reached out to them again and they gave me credit on the app—which I will never use again. Also, the order was wrong as the app did not recognize items I didn’t want on the sandwich. Deleting the app.

Terrible app since update. Let me start by saying, I love the app when it works! Smooth and easy, saving favorites and ordering. But it will not let me log in on the app. Says there’s something wrong, and to reset my password. So I did a few times until I realized it was the app, online it works! Can you fix this??

Unusable 🙁. Downloaded this app and spent a few minutes setting up profile to get free promo as advertised in store. However I got to a screen requiring selection of favorite location and birth month. When I select those, the screen goes away for a second but then comes right back to the same screen wanting that information. Every time. Could not get past that screen. Terrible experience.

This app need work. Love Red Robin but in my opinion this app needs some work done to it, I’d rather order by phone tbh. Tried to put an order through 3x on this app but it would not accept the full 6 digit zip code, only 5 digits. So the order didn’t go through each time and it was a complete waste of my time. The phone would have been faster. Please fix the zip code issue.

Can’t login. I’ve been trying to log in and it doesn’t work , this app sucks

App seriously backwards. Not allowing me to enter my payment. Simply made me waste my time at choosing the items and creating an account, entering payment Tried over and over. Doesn’t like something. It’s ok. Many other places don’t have the complications. Red Robin has always been a backwards app. Please fix to make it a present friendly one. Tired of fighting the eternal glitches.

No support for Amex cards or Canadian Postal Codes. It would be great if support for Amex card and Canadian postal codes were added to the payment options

Horrible experience. Can pick asap, can’t get free birthday burger, can use coupons. Can’t use Apple Pay. Also send useless texts. What’s the point of this??

Review. Can’t customize, there is no box where I can write “burger cut in half”

Needs Apple pay support. Great app and I like that you guys finally decided to get an app after all these years. Had no issues creating an account and logging in. I’d give it five stars if you added Apple Pay support. Not everyone wants to save their card info on the app.

Ok but. App is clean and very easy to use but when I placed a to go order I clicked a further location for someone to pick it up but when it placed it and clicked submit it changed to my nearest location without telling me so the person who was picking it up had to do a further drive than what was originally needed. Besides that it worked fine.

Never works.. This app never works for me. Either I get to the checkout point and it just keeps loading forever and never moves onto the next page or it won’t let me pick up at the desired time. However I can go to the website and order no problem. Not sure what the issue is but this app has been entirely useless for me.

Error with app. Can’t login into account. It’s been like this for months. Update: it now logs in after their most recent update.

Cannot even log in. Went to log into my app. Got a notification to reset my password. No worries, it’s been a while since I logged in. I reset my password. 6 TIMES!! Each time I reset, the log in page gave me the same notification to reset my password. Insane!! Guess I’ll go with local shop who’s small scale app actually allows me to use the app and allows me to give them my money.

Improved!. It is far better than it was before. It’s easy to understand and fast. Possibly one of the better apps for ordering food.

Missing an important item. The previous app was much better. This one does not allow for burger preference ( some pink or no pink ). My family prefers some pink other wish it tastes like gas. You need to put that option back ASAP.

Outstanding. Easy to order online!! Service inside is great. We go to the Tyrone store all the time and never have a problem. I wish all the Red Robin’s locations ran as well as the Tyrone location.

Error keeps popping up. It won’t confirm my number even tho I’ve done it probably more then 10 times now. I’ve restarted the app I’ve deleted it and re installed. Nothing will work it keeps popping up and it won’t let me claim my rewards and offers since my phone number isn’t verified. This is so very annoying I just want a burger:(

Great app- one major issue. There is no option to select the done-ness of your burger. Every time I order for delivery I have to call and let them know. There also no place to enter notes. If there were, I could put it there.

Latest update broken iPhone 11. I did a mass update on apps recently and this was one of them. I went to order through it yesterday and was presented with an impassable error that read "The data couldn't be read because it isn't in the correct format." Which effectively renders the app useless, please fix, I removed, rebooted and installed the current version from the App Store and get the same error. Thank you.

Takes me in a “reset password” circle. App used to work. Now I get an error message that says “ your password may not be recognized because we added new features like ordering this year. Just click “reset your password” to reset it…. Over and over again… I can sign in fine on the web site but the app isn’t working. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and it’s up to date. Please fix this.

Fix time. The app at the end kept telling me it was an hour and 20 min wait. Turns out it’s still on daylight savings time and it was only 20 min wait

I love the app. but no blue cheese crumbles option. :-(. I wish Red Robin had an option for blue cheese crumbles and not just blue cheese dressing. Lastly, I wish there was an option for how well you want your burger cooked. Other than that, this was an overall good experience. :-)

Stuck in a loop. The password that I use to login to Red Robin’s website in my browser does not work in the app. It tells to to reset my password due to security enhancements. I do so (in the app) and it still won’t let me in. I see that people have been complaining about for at least months. Clicking on support just takes me to the login page. Oh well, at least I can log in using a browser.

Kamryn F was excellent. First time using the app. Tried curbside What an awesome experience. Had a couple special requests for our curbside waiter Kamryn who was so accommodating. And with a smile too! Super friendly! Great job Kamryn F. Can’t wait to use this feature again!

Glitch ordering sandwich. I love the app. However, all of the “Sandwiches & More” menu selections are requiring me to order an additional “side” in order to add it to bag. This also happens on the on-line version but it’s easier to get around. Please fix. Thanks!

Feedback. When you select a category and want to ‘go’ back to the main menu there is no option to do so. Like a back arrow or the ‘menu’ option.

Requires profile which is broken. As the title says. After opening the app and logging in, it requires that you create a profile. When saving the profile it closes for half a second and re-opens empty as if it hasn’t saved anything. Been stuck in this loop for 10 minutes, no way to use the app. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it with no success

Horrific, error-ridden service. The app itself is fine. The service from our local Red Robin was beyond awful. After checking in, we waited half an hour for our food to be delivered to the car but nothing. I went in. It was sitting there, and the food was cold. When we got back home, there were multiple mistakes in the order and one missing item. Called the manager, who promised to credit my card. That was a lie.

Easy to use. Super satisfied with the app. I find it easier to navigate than the mobile site. I also enjoy the option to reorder past orders for quick ordering.

Logging in as a member makes ordering easier. When I use the app, it remembers where I ordered from and what my last orders were. This makes ordering items so easy!

Will not let me log in!. I’ve reset my password multiple times. Every time I attempt to log in it gives me a message saying that door to updates on the app to make ordering easier, I need to reset my password. After resetting my password at least five times, I still can’t log in. I’m not sure how that will make ordering any easier! Deleting this app.

Order to go. Quick and easy, however some of still prefer to pay cash…Js. RB is also working to make things better and reward worthy.

Nothing but Troubles. This is the most annoying app. It wouldn’t let me find/choose a location, even after putting in the exact address. (I enabled location and it still didn’t work. Wouldn’t find any locations.) Tried it on the computer and it wasn’t any better. Too many glitches to make this useful. Waste of time! Go back to the drawing board. Used to use their app all the time.

Better than online. First time using and it is far easier than using the website.

Doesn’t work. This app will absolutely not let me sign in. It keeps saying that my password isn’t valid even though it is so I did a new password and it keeps saying that one’s not valid even though it authorized me and said everything was fine I go to login and it says invalid so there’s no way to login Then you go to “app support“ and all it does is take it to their website to order food. Junk

Payment glitch. On my iPhone, I wasn’t able to use my credit card because the continue button is hidden half way across it. Would not let me push on it to make the purchase. I had to buy a gift card and use that instead.

Fast and easy and the pizza is good too.. Love the pizza and being able to order on the app. I order and by the time I’m there it’s ready togo. Leaving only 5 minutes away makes it the go to.

Good App. It was quick and easy. I didn't give it 5 stars since it doesn't have the option of apple pay or google pay which would be even easier

Worked good. This is my first time using the Red Robin app and it was straight forward, easy to navigate, and I liked the customization. I would have given it five stars had it had built in Apple Pay or PayPal options lie all my other apps.

Gift Card Issue. If you have an older gift card that doesn’t have a pin you have to go to the restaurant to place an order. This literally defeats the purpose of having the app to begin with. If the number is valid in theory and there obviously isn’t a pin to go with it, i should be able to add it in anyway.

Easier than the website. I’ve been hoping for an app and this did not disappoint. Easier to order than on the website. Good job!

Works great. Used it yesterday for the first time and was easy to use and I didn’t have to sign up for anything which is great! Everything was packaged well, and the food was yummy. Thanks Red Robin!

Excellent Service!. Dietary restrictions make ordering a challenge at many restaurants. The store manager, Darrell, came out and verified our order with a smile. Super, duper, over and above customer service!! Visit this Red Robin for a great experience.

Fix Your App. Ever since they did some “update” the location I go to cannot find my phone # in the system AND I got a new phone went to sign in and tells me they can’t log me in, to try and reset my password. I’ve reset it 3 times now AND still cannot get into my account. Highly annoying especially when my phone and log in was working just fine until this recent update in their system.

No line, no wait!. We love the convenience of ordering online and then picking it up after arranging our personal pick up time!

Fix the front door.. I love this restaurant but will you PLEASE fix the front door. The noise it makes when opening it unbearable and it’s been doing that 2 years. Fix it already! It’s embarrassing.

Lots of Custom Options. The app is one of the easiest to navigate and to customize my selections. Especially important being someone who’s trying to steer in favor of keto options.

Should be better. So excited that Red Robin now carries Donatos pizza! BUT……… You can’t order a large (14) pizza on the app! It only offers the 10! I tried calling to order my pizza for pickup last night, I get to a call center who tells me they can take my payment but not my rewards. Isn’t this Red Robin? So, they transfer me to the restaurant. I get the restaurant, they put me on hold, finally come to take my order, they can use my rewards, but can’t take payment over the phone? Isn’t this Red Robin? I was having a friend pick up the food since they live out by the restaurant, but NOTHING! Please fix the app so I can place an order, use my rewards AND pay online 🤦🏼‍♀️

Redeeming rewards thru app still doesn’t work. For several months tried to order thru RR app or on website. Still can not redeem rewards even when following directions word for word. Emailing RR support multiple times was useless. Only received copy of directions found in FAQS on RR website. Please fix it.

20% tip. The only problem I have with the app is that a takeout order defaults to a 20% tip that cannot be modified. As a result I opt to order via my laptop because the website has more functionality.

Way better than the website. This was a game changer compared to their website.

Are you kidding me?!. I can make literally ANY accommodations on your app. I had kids giving me the weirdest instructions for their burgers and sides and your app offered an option for every single one of them! Bravo! Well done! We love Red Robin!

Much Better. The latest update is great and what it should have been from the beginning. Ordering and customizing is much better.

More Work Required. Credit card entry needs to be programmed for efficiency. Need Apple Pay available. Need as soon as possible available as option. AND, I created an order and changed the location to the store nearest me, the app then asked me if I wanted to keep my order, when I selected yes it kept the former location, which I did not notice until after trying to pick up the order!!

Quick and very easy ordering. The app is easy and friendly to use. Highly recommended!

Terrible.. Won’t let me log in and when I try to reset my password nothing gets sent to my email. Don’t offer me a free burger for my birthday if I can’t even log in to redeem it.

Great app!. App is great! Customizations we’re easy to find and make, good pictures of the menu items. Only thing that would make it better is if we could use Apple Pay!
