App does its job ok. The music feature is heavily misrepresented however.. To all of those who were as confused as I was about the music feature, I spent a couple bucks to see what the issue is. The app ONLY connected to ITunes, not just downloaded music on Apple Music, regardless of the fact that the app asks for permission in Apple Music. Only iTunes songs will register with the app. The cinema feature is difficult to use but relatively reseeding rewarding once you get it to work. Beware, the app supercedes the controller for your LED lights which can be a pain.

My issue. The app is fine. But the lights are broken. Because when I put the second strip it broke one strip was white and the other one was yellow. The reason I made this review was to warn people that you should never buy these lights unless you’re going to only use the first strip.

Other Than Music, Good App. The music section doesn’t work at all and there’s no FAQ or guide on the app or on any website, or even in the manual that came with the lights on how to get it to work. Other than that, lights are beautiful, every other aspect of the app works fine. Get the app to support Apple Music and 5 stars will roll in

Very irritating. The app only connects to the lights during the day when I don’t use them. At night when I want to use them it doesn’t work. This product is perfect for anyone who wants adorn their home with low quality viral junk.

My review. I really had trouble connecting and it didn’t they were not turning on at all I give this 1 star it had an app and all and was cool at first but then all of a sudden it just stopped working I was super frustrated and disappointed because it wasn’t working.

Timer absolutely garbage. I have to reset the on/off timer almost weekly because it removes the set timer I’ve applied. What’s the point of having it if it just resets every week?? I thought they would fix it if it was a software error but it’s been doing it for over a year… so I guess they don’t care. It’s gotten so annoying I’m resorting to writing an App Store review 🥴

Works fine. So, I use it often! The features are really nice but the music thing and I can’t change the color on my other LED. Other than that, it’s a good app you should have.

Music. Honestly everything works great except the music :/ it doesn’t work for me at all and I can’t find any instruction or way to fix this everything else on the other hand is great although I wish you could add more custom scenes but that’s all really

Cool lights but…. app stopped working out of no where. Kinda irritating bc it was so convenient but whatever I guess right? At least I still have the remote 🤦🏻‍♀️

Pretty good, but the audio sync.... I honestly LOVE these lights in my room. They look great and I like how you can choose customs colors. But, there's only one thing that made me drop a star. The audio sync. It doesn't work to well if you want to use it. Me personally, I wouldn't use the audio sync. I just wanted to let you in on that.

😇. I love it but I used to use this so but I got different led lights and I use the app called Mohuan light or however u spell it and I’m trying to use Marvelight and connect to it but it’s not popping up on Marvelight and it says my led lights are connected to my Bluetooth and everything

Very bad bugs. This app was never bad it worked great for my LEDs but then suddenly I try to turn the light to blue it goes black, and when I spin the color wheel to blue it goes on red please fix this bug for me.

Lights not working. This isn’t really about the app but it’s about the product. My lights are really strange. Sometimes they are locked on green and sometimes they don’t even turn in. This happen when I plugged in my the second light strip. The entire first strip doesn’t even work anymore. Moral of the story. Get better lights that don’t break within the first 2 weeks or when you connect both strips. 0/5 stars if I could

The light app. This is a great app it is a free fun and colorful app it is also useful because if you lose the remote you can operate it from your device it also has timers and you can customize your light colors!!! That is a five star rating for me !

stoped working after one night. I have had my Led lights for ONE night and they stoped working. I did everything i could to try and get them to turn on agin but nothing worked. they have completely disconnected from my device and showing that’s it’s not available anymore. when i first got them, it was very easy to connect. expect for the music, you can’t play music on it. There is karaoke and that works but the songs don’t. I would gladly give a better rating, IF those problems where fixed.

Easy to use. I loved the app it is easy to use and connect and nice and simple

App works ok but. So the app for the most part works fine but I don’t like that I can’t choose any other music than iTunes which I don’t have. Also when I set the time for them to come on it just doesn’t work. They turn off at the time I set but won’t come on.

Wish the app had a ‘lock other users’ button. Share a room and bought these lights for the room. They work great, haven’t broken yet, I just hate that if two people have the app, it doesn’t allow someone else to touch the lights until the other person exits out of it. Recommend the lights but wish they updated the app and allowed the owner (me) to change the lights whenever.

App is good but possible bug?. I’ve been using this app for over a year and have had no issue, but just a few days ago my app suddenly started having issues connecting to the lights. Eventually my light strip just completely erased from the app, I’m unable to find the device at all. I’ve tried plugging the outlet elsewhere as well as restarting and reinstalling the app multiple times but no dice. My brother has the same light but his has been working fine. Is this a bug or a Bluetooth problem?

Could be perfect with easy changes.. Needs to be able to allow color changes while off and to turn on through brightness slider so that it doesn’t always turn on with the previous brightness and color(So if you had it at green full brightness when you last turned it off, it wouldn’t have to be green full brightness when you turn it back on). Also it needs an Apple Watch app as well so you can control through your watch. It would also be cool if there was widget or a control center button but I don’t know if apple allows apps to have control center buttons.

Led. While I was using the app I got it to work but I can’t even change non of the colors it only stays on red if I try to change it to blue it would turn off and not work I think I deserve a free one for the inconvenience get it fixed

How to Connect to Alexa?. The app is okay, works alright except it can take a few tries to connect. The issue I am running into is that there are NO clear instructions anywhere “app packaging, website, product description” to add the app as a smart device to Alexa, even though the product description says it is supported. If anyone has figured out how to do this, please let me know.

Super easy. I love being able to still use my lights after the fact i loose my remote because I always do. Sometimes it’s a little slow to connect but that’s not a biggy. I only have a problem the music sinc, I see a lot of others with the same problem, only two songs uploaded to the app even though I have a lot more than just that saved. If it get fixed I will be so happy to get more lights when I move, even though I will be getting them when I move anyways

No option on app anymore to sync to music. I bought light strips a month ago. They worked fine for a couple weeks. Now there is no option on the app to play music. Tried multiple times to get in touch with someone but no one will answer me as to how to fix the issue. I’ve done all the troubleshooting I can do. Very frustrating and a waste of money.

Worked amazing. This connected right away when I started this app it directly reviewed me to the color wheel and I tried moving it and it was crazy. My LED lights were so cool and I was fascinated then I tried the microphone and it was so cool because I could listen to my voice is with the LED light. It was when I was talking. I was moving the LED lights. This is honestly amazing up and trucks any camera color. The reviews may be bad, but I think that this was amazing app and it worked very well. It says that there was fix bugs. Now if you download the app, your LED lights will be connected right away if your Bluetooth on. I honestly think that this was a very and should have a good review instead of three stars.

My Point of view... Sadly This App is Not Helpful and not working; I tried to change to A certain Color and It changed to another Color…the color I selected was Purple and then It changed it to Red..

Bluetooth. Ok so yeah it’s good the first couple months but after like the six month, I went on the app and I tried to put my LED lights on cause I didn’t find my remote and it’s just said connect to the Bluetooth and it wouldn’t let me turn anything on and then I went to my settings to do my Bluetoothand it didn’t show up with anything and I’ve tried to redoing the app and it still won’t work so I don’t give this I would not recommend this app. Very frustrating…

Disappointed. I connected my iPhone to the app and it worked great for about a week. Now it shows my device isn’t connected. I checked everything, tried starting all over and I can’t get it to work from my phone anymore.

App doesn't work. The lights are fine and the app was working great for about 3 months, now the app is completely unusable because it says no device connected when the lights work with the remote. Seems like an easy fix but no one cares too.

Music Feature Is Practically Useless. Love the lights, they work great and the app is very helpful for when wanting to change the colors or scene. However, when it says it connects to your Apple Music and ITunes it only connects to iTunes. So, the music in your Apple Music library will not sync to the app. But, music downloaded on the iTunes Store app will. If the producers of the app could fix this I think it would be perfect. Thank you so much.

These lights are great!. So I just bought the lights and as soon as I opened the app I got connected so quick! The lights are so cool my whole family was amazed if you bought the lights for this website enjoy it but the reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the music I was excited about that but I couldn’t play it still you can use the microphone to give to the vibe enjoy it!

Y’all just made me break my ipad. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP!. Every time I get on the app to change my lights it tries to connect to two different lights (one of which doesnt even exist) or it will say its connected and completely not work. I saw a rating from a YEAR ago with the same problem so I really hope since that review didn’t help maybe this one will. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP.

Music. It does not work well I did everything just for it to not work but get this fixed and my 4 stars would be a 5 stars at least every thing else works fine

Sad honestly... Loved the lights so I recently bought two more sets to do my diy cloud wall and they worked great minus how fast they stop working. I chalked it up to maybe the lights burnt out( they shouldn’t.. ) and bought a replacement .. come to find out it was the plug, swapped that out and it worked fine for about another month and you guessed it!! It happened again. I’m beyond upset. I originally got them through Walmart online and they won’t refund me for the two faulty sets I’ve now been stuck with. Sad honestly.

Setup timer. The app works good the lights turn on command perfectly. One issue I have is that when I try to set up a timer for when it should turn on and off it doesn’t work. It works for like 1 day then it resets for the whole week. It’s pretty annoying to always turn it on manually everyday so I wanted to put a timer, but it doesn’t work at all.

Bluetooth Music settings. When I first had it I had synced up Bluetooth music lights but now it not working and i have to use the microphone to play music to make it work downside now it only flashing green and red not all colors and the app never got updated so this why I’m one staring it

Lights work, but won’t connect to Google Home. The app works if you are patient and are close enough to the lights. If you walk away into another room and come back you will lose connection to the lights. Then you will need to wait for them to connect again. I ran into a few app crashes and every time I try to connect to the google home application, I receive message “something went wrong, try again later.” If there is a resolution here, let me know. I’ve failed to find a resolution anywhere online.

Music section don’t work. I would give it a 5 stars but the music section of the app is not working with me but besides that it works wonderful

Scene mode. this is a great way for me to access my lights quickly. when i first tried to use scene mode it was working just well but then i tried to use it again and it just stayed on one color. i disconnected my lights and from bluetooth and nothing changed?!?

Works well!. This app works quite well! It’s easy to use and works well. The only thing that bums me out is the music feature doesn’t work well. You have to have downloaded music on your phone and even then it doesn’t work properly. I will gladly change to 5 stars if you can fix this issue

Smh. I really like this app the colors are amazing but the only issue is it no longer sync with my music and I do not know why I tried everything to see what the problem was but nothing worked .

The app won’t connect w. It’s been a year since I had this app and from the start it wasn’t even working right it told me that I needed to connect it to my Bluetooth but I Bluetooth was already on and it stays on so for it to just not load at all was really annoying I mean I did work for a while but then ( now ) it won’t load and honestly I would never buy from a company that used marvelight because it makes this way to difficult and and just stops working which is really not a good look if y’all want more reviews I suggest that u fix the app there is a few people that and say that y’all need to fix some stuff up and y’all have yet to do it I have y’all 2 stars because it worked for a while but other than that I will not be buying anything that includes marvel light this never should of happened

title. It will not let me connect to Bluetooth. It keeps on saying right device not found over and over and over again although I put it literally right next to the box music works fine and all that but I have to use the controller. I want custom colors it won’t let me connect to it. It keeps on just telling me that there is no device found all the way to Waterloo right next to the thing.

Nitpicky issue. Honestly, the app works great. It connected fast and was easy to navigate - aside from one feature; how to select music for the audio sync mode. It appears that there is no instruction on how to or there is no way to access additional music that is downloaded on my device. It has 2 songs that are selected from my personal library (when I have more) so I have to use the mic mode to get around this issue. However, the issue with that is that I have to constantly adjust the volume and mic sensitivity to make sure it matches up in some way. Will gladly switch my review to 5 stars if this issue is addressed and fixed because again, the app works great aside from this one feature that kind of ruins the experience.

won’t connect or even show up on app after IOS update.. I have IPhone 15 plus, previously used the X and if stopped working so I assumed I needed a new phone, but realized it’s because of the IOS update, doesn’t work with IOS 17.1 or even 16.7.2 ? I’m assuming it was changed during an iOS version before this because it wasn’t working for a while. I love these lights but I want to be able to use my phone when needed. Not just the remote. Please fix this.

Amazing. It’s a really good app for me to customize the Color’s but it says it’s Bluetooth and I want to play music on it for it to go along with it but I don’t know how to do it, otherwise amazing app!

After iOS 16.4.1 update, lost Bluetooth pairing. After updating iPhone 14 Pro Max to iOS 16.4.1 , I’ve lost pairing with both lights. I’ve tried rebooting iPhone, disconnected light strip usb power , any sequence in between to no avail. What turned out to by my favorite light turned out to be a failure in less than a year.. I had these lights and aligned my bedroom wall with it. Nightly, I would use this and it was my favorite set of lights I ever owned. The app is totally fine but I purchased the lights off Amazon and after only 6-8 months in less than a year it stopped working. The set comes with from Amazon and it’s not apple’s fault nor this app. The device it’s self stopped working and won’t even turn on at all from either the remote or app. I suggest not purchasing theses set of lights. I love it and the app gives you more customizable colors apart from the physical remote but the lights will die on you in less than a year. The app is 5 stars, yet the physical light device will get your hopes up that’ll you’ll have it for years to only to let you down researching why they stopped working within a few season after setting it up.

Music doesn’t work. I was really wanting LED lights that worked with Spotify and worked with any music so I saw these and thought they worked with music so I bought them and everything else works great but the music didn’t work unless you buy and download music. This was a big disappointment. I would recommend it if you don’t care about music but I did so I was so disappointed.

Question. How do I connect it to my phone it says it’s connected but it says it’s turned on but it shows no color and will not change

Uhm. The app is working perfectly but scene mode. When I got on the app scene mode just is a faint green color and the only one that works is custom so I’m confused.

Problem With Colors. Most colors work, but on colors like pink, it becomes red and blue is just nonexistent.

It’s great,but give us more apps to connect music to!!. So everything is great,literally best purchase possible but can we not have Apple Music just to play music from?? Like for an example Spotify, musi or like other music apps people love to use!! It would be great! I think it would be nice to because not everyone has Apple Music/iTunes .

don’t buy. thankfully i got these as a christmas gift so i didn’t waste any of my money. It took a while for them to turn on and once they did IT WAS SO DARK MY ROOM WASNT EVEN LIT UP. then i tried changing the colors IT COULDN'T EVEN CHANGE!!!!!!! THE ONLY THE COLOR IS REDD😭

not working. i cant connect my lights when i tap connect it loads but doesn’t connect the only reason i gave a 2 star is because the people who made this app have another app that works perfectly so i believe this is just an issue that needs to be fixed

Music issue. This app works great when using the light control, but when I went to the music I had no idea what to do there’s no instructions or anything to help me to get the music to sync with the lights. I would like if you could add some kind of instructions on how to use the music and if we could use apps like Spotify and Tidal because it is a pain to download songs on phones.

Please Add Spotify. I like the lights and the app so far but a majority of people use Spotify so can you add Spotify to the music controller please? Thank you!
