Great! but.... These lights are amazing! The turn on or off at a certain time is a super cool feature. The app is very easy to control and the lights are very neat. Super easy to set up and connect to my phone. Although, i do recommend making it easier to play music through the app. I have music downloaded from Apple Music onto my iphone and it would be so much easier if i could just do it through my phone. I understand if there is no way to do this but it’d be cool to look into to make the process much more easy and efficient. Overall though, amazing lights. i love them :)

My reveal about this app. I love this app amazingly better than the remote itself but there are some problems about the app for one about the music sync it doesn’t sync any of the songs even if you download them and it doesn’t select the songs that you want also the place where you go to style I wish there was more styles than just passing colors or strobe lightsAnd I wish you could dim the style as well so you don’t have to deal with just brightness

Mines broke? I think.. Was great at first and it worked perfectly but then today it was like every time I try to turn it on it goes back off like after it flashes and I’ve tried the RGB and I’ve tried the Music sync and nothing is like working every time I try it it just doesn’t come on and when I turn it off and turn it back on doesn’t work and I’m gonna try unplugging and plugging it now hopefully it works! Update. Deleted app and re-downloaded. Didn’t work. Unplugged. Didn’t work. After the re-download I tried using colors. ONLY GREEN WORKS. and I cant even turn the colors up LEGIT WTH. tell me how I am supposed to sleep with heccking GREEN it’s like Draco Malfoy has plucked my eyes out. I’m going to cry Legit THE FRIGGIN REMOTE THAT CANE WITH IT DIDNT EVEN WORK.

Horrible UI and Connecting issue. Bought an LED strip for my tv. Installed the app and was able to connect the light initially. But then that was it. Never could connect the strip again and it just stayed buffering in ‘My Device’ section. Couldn’t swipe and re-connect or establish a new connection with the device. It just stayed buffering. Tried turning off Bluetooth, didn’t work. Couldn’t even find the device strip in my Bluetooth connections to try and forget it. No avail. Really disappointing and seems to be no help online. A simple hard reset of the app and devices would probably help fix this, but there is no option. Even tried reinstalling the app multiple times. Doesn’t fix anything. Would not recommend. I would do more research on a better LED strip that DOESNT use Apollo. Horrible system

It is a awesome app and all but my brother has the same lights and app and I accidentally connected to his and he got all mad and said turn of you Bluetooth and so I did and the he connected to mine and I asked nicely form him to disconnect his and he said I can’t and I said then I’ll show you and he said no and I said well why can’t you just let me show you I disconnected from yours when you asked me so all I’m saying is please try and fix that issue of connecting to random lights. Other than all that it’s a good app!

Excellent!!!. These LED lights are perfect for my room! Even though it’s sort of low-priced they are amazing quality. The length is true to actual size. I love using the app it provides instead of the remote since you can use so much more colors and patterns. When you receive the box it is neatly packaged and it’s very easy to hook up. I was worried the lights would be complicated to hook up but instead it was simple and easy! I do recommend having a friend or family member help you put them up, I did them by myself and it took about 1 hour, if you did this with at least 1 helper you could get it within 30 minutes. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!

Good product. These lights are really good I do like the app feature but I dont like the way you mix colors, you also cant really mix colors. I wish they had a way to make custom colors on the remote, because if you go to TikTok or something and look up DIY LED colors, you won't be able to make any of them because of the way they made the DIY also you need a Mac book to hook up the music, so that part was real was not fun, but most of the colors are really pretty, if I had known that the remote didn't come with the custom color feature, then I probably won't have bought them, but they're still pretty good.

A hole new level. These led light are so cool 🤩They bring my room to a new level. I had my friends over yesterday and I put on the blue setting and everything in my room look neon it was so cool I love how the Apollo lighting appHas different controls it was daytime and I was trying to turn my LEDs on but it’s too bright I went onto the Apollo app and I got some brighter and I can see them it was so cool.! Overall you should definitely get these lights it comes with two 10 mStrips one was enough to fill my home room that’s 30 feet these lights have amazing colors and can fill for your room with just one strip and you can save the rest for you not for another time You should definitely get these lights.!!!

Meh. They are alright. I’ve had lights that could connect to Alexa that were pretty great but lost them when I moved. My girlfriend got these for me as a gift for the new house about two months ago. When they were working, they were fine. The functions seemed pretty limited compared to other light strips I’ve had. There’s no “Help” section in the app to troubleshoot problems. It only tells you how to use the app (which is pretty straightforward anyway). I’ve had issues where I turn them on and the brightness is reduced from what it normally was. Full bright wouldn’t be nearly as bright as it was, and I would get to about 25% brightness and the lights would already be completely dimmed. The most recent issue I have is that the lights won’t turn on from the app or by the remote. I’ve done all of the obvious troubleshooting. Phone and app software are up to date. I think this is a sign to get rid of them. Also, this is not a huge dealbreaker for me, but the guide packet, the app, and site I found for Apollo’s troubleshooting have so many grammatical errors and phrases that just make it seem like a young teen was trying to sound overly professional and use words that they didn’t need and didn’t understand. Again, I don’t think it’s a huge deal. It was just a red flag that tipped me off that this product might be a little janky.

How did this get a low ranking???!?!?!. Hey loves, I would just like to say that this app is a life saver! Why? Well, the small rectangle remote didn’t hold a lot of colors, but this app has a COLOR WHEEL which will lend you a variety of colors for where you want to put it. Yes, sometimes when you want a dark shade of let’s say pink it will turn to red if you want less lighting, but overall this app is great! A lot of times people make a big deal out of this small problem… when you can literally be anywhere in your house and anywhere outside or even in a different place or state or country, I’m pretty sure you know what I’m trying to say… but not only that the remote control needs close range to really change. Somebody reviewed this app 1 Star… I get if the color changes with how dark you put it but guys FAR RANGE!!! Plus, this app does a lot, at least rate it three of four when you already experienced it! You guys did a good job. :)

Amazing!!!. I love this app it makes it so much easy to change my lights color instead of getting up and changing it with the remote. Another reason i love the app is because i tend to lose things and i lost my remote once so far but found it but anyways, its nice to have the app because if i do finally lose my remote permanently then i can use my app instead. Also its nice to have it to because you can play music from the lights which is so nice because sometimes my speaker doesn't work so i can use my lights as a speaker for when i get bored!!! Over all i give it a 5 star because Its so amazing and i love it a lot! I do recommend the app.

Total waste of time.. So this is my first time getting LED lights that Synced with music. I bought the Tjoy brand and it said connect to bluetooth for the music so I connected and It still didn’t play. It would say it would be playing and then just sit there. I removed the app and reinstalled but this time it said it’s not able to get the music. It also told me to go look at the Music syncing app and it says I need a MAC BOOK. But as most false advertising it failed to mention that. The MAIN reason for me getting these was for syncing to music but the app doesn’t respond. I have an iphone and pay for Apple music. I also got a subscription to Itunes because it was the only other option but once again it didn’t work.

Why I thought it was 2 stars. ⚠️read before thinking about getting this⚠️ I wanted LED lights so bad for the longest time so my grandparents got me and my sidestep them for Christmas. I set mine up the day after, I had some difficult thins while I was setting them up but overall it was good. My sister hadn’t set hers up until a month ago and hers worked great but for some odd reason her phone was connecting to my and her LED light so every since I could not use my phone to work the LED lights I have the app and it’s honestly a waste of space, I barely ever have the LED lights on and my sister like the flashing rainbow setting so I constantly fight with her about it so if you are trying to get it for yourself I would say sure you should but it but if there is going to be more than one in the house DO NOT BUY Also I noticed a lot of glitching in the app and I don’t really get the music sync it has I haven’t figured it out since I got them which has been a year or so. I could buy better for cheaper so don’t buy these.

Great!. This is pretty good! The main thing I have problems with is the music it’s pretty hard to connect music and when u do I could have a seizure. I just don’t use this feature. Overall it’s a great app though. Everyone seems to be hating on it but their leaving the fact out that there is a COLOR WHEEL, like how cool is that. If you want to hate on the app just use the remote, leave the millions of colors to people who will actually like it and be happy about it. The thing with the remote it doesn’t have as many colors as the app. But overall I love this app, and I don’t know why so many people are mad or hating on it.

Good Product. The lights work good, I just bought them for my bed frame to get that floating look and they work amazing. The app has a color wheel and various options for your lights. The only thing wrong is the music. The music feature doesn’t work for me and on the guide you have to have a Mac to use it?? I bought the led lights and app for the music feature solely but I don’t have a Mac. And this is only for iPhone users (which I am) but I thought I could pull up music and it work fine? Don’t buy this if you want a music feature and don’t have a Mac. But the lights are great!

I THINK ITS BROKEN???. it was a perfect app for so long like sometimes the lights would be a bit finicky but i found out how to fix it. But today something i dont know how to fix happened i wake up and it would just go from off to flashing cyan which was weird since my lights are always on purple so i try to fix it i unplug it and everything and the app wasnt doing everything and so adventually i get it to fix and go back to purple so i try to get the brightness back up since i use my lights as my only light so i tried turning up the brightness and it would just go back to the cyan flashing???? When i have it on a chosen color it seems to be struglling to choose that color? And now i dont have my lights flashing cyan anymore but when ever i dim my lights they go to cyan and the lights do not "emit" the light more only where they are and make my room look compleetly black??

It’s a no for me!. I downloaded this app because I purchased the LED light strips from DayBetter and this app is good for remote control use and is hands down…. USELESS for the Music and Tape feature. For the music feature it will ask permission to access your Apple Music library for it NOT to play music no matter which song I choose. Now I was thinking that’s okay because 99.9% of apps run into that problem for copyright issues. So Im thinking it’s fine cause it also has the Tape feature that will hear the music and will be able to make the lights flicker to the beat of the music…. WRONG😂! The tape feature is hilarious so it has the sensitivity adjuster and you would think it would be for the mic and how well it picks up sound but nahhh the higher the sensitivity the more it blinks rapidly to nothing, like you make one loud sound and it starts blinking like crazy and then if you turn the sensitivity down and you make a loud sound it blinks after the fact! Oh and I would like to add the app doesn’t have a feature to import music but they do assume since you have an iPhone that you also have a Mac and can sync music to your iPhone. I much prefer the ZENGGE app which is better in every way and I’m determined to find away to someone connect my lights to any other app than this ONE.

Bluetooth Works , but could be better.. The app overall works just fine. The lights change colors via colorwheel or by preset colors. The audio change works, but being random on color and brightness by the sound, it's a little too sporadic to enjoy. You are better off using the rgb on a medium time setting. One feature that sounds really cool is the music link to lights. But that doesn't seem to work. There are songs that were pulled from my music library automatically (seven songs) that I didn't choose. If I hit play the "record" will rotate but it neither plays music nor does the progress bar move. Would like to see that fixed. The timing feature is nice for mornings waking up and having them turn on. Overall, the app is good, but the features they claims to offer don't always work.

Music. Hey i just wanted to ask a question for the music sync, what if I don't have an Mac computer to sync my music in? How can I still connect my music to my led lights? the lights are ok! Just be careful setting on strobe on your remote then going back to the app because the lights went crazy when i moved my phone up and down once and stopped at one color when I stopped moving. Id say they work pretty well but I just wish I knew a way to connect my music to led lights without having a mac computer! I would love to hear if you guys are working on it or have a solution for it! :)

PLEASE RESPOND. hi, i just recently set up my LEDs and they work fine, but i have some PROBLEMS with the app. First of all, i want to be able to “favorite” a color. I have one color in particular that i always create, but i can’t save it which would be much easier for me. Also, if you could make the color wheel have a “magnifying glass” so you can see the color you are picking better. I also would like it if i could save the name for my LEDs because i keep changing it to “MY ROOM” but it won’t stay, every time i get off wifi i have to rename my lights. PLEASE FIX THIS. I really do love my LEDs, they are amazing in my room, but please make some adjustments to the app. If i get a response i will change my rating, but for right now it will remain a 1 star. Yours truly ❤️

Not bad, can be better.. I was looking for a good affordable LED light strip that would give me the ambiance in my office that I wanted. Check! Done! The remote is great for in the fly color change, on/off, and the basics. Inside the iPhone app (Apollo) you have the basic and advanced options; still yet basic. I love the color wheel with the basic slide and the advanced color wheel where you can pick a slide dot within the advanced color wheel. I just wish there was an option to SAVE the color you pick and name that option. A really good product for iPhone users inside the app. Really good price for the product with the basic remote. 3-stars gives the app room for progress for better advanced settings.

Apollo Lighting. I think this app is really cool, the LED Lights will follow along to your voice or the sound of your music you play from there. The only thing I don’t like about the app is that you cannot mix colors, and I don’t think you can on the remote either because with my old LED Lights, they didn’t have an app (maybe they had an app) but I could mix colors on the remote but on this one you can’t. So I think that the only thing you could fix with this app is that it can mix colors. But besides that this app is amazing, and I don’t really use the remote not gonna lie because the app is just better in my opinion! 😄

Awesome- music tho. So I got 100 feet day better LED lights and they work perfectly fine but not many colors on the remote. I like these LED lights because I have two which is 50-60 ft. I think these lights are really cool but the music though. You need a lot to get the music like you need a Music app and you need a guide that you need to read and that’s boring. That’s the problem but still I I I think these LED lights are cool.I think they are cool because there’s two strips and it has the same plug and they have three chargers so we use the strips and we put them into separate chargers and anytime I put the Apollo Lighting or any time I use the remote for colors they come in to the same color as I put them in and that’s why I think they’re really really really cool and awesome just the music is not my favorite because you need an app and a lot to do with the app . !

Needs update please. I have used these lights for about a year now. I honestly like them a lot. They are great at night when you don’t exactly want the head light on but want to see around the room. They have not caused any issues with me. However I would like to see more updates come through the app. Such as picking out what colors I can pulsate between instead of being stuck between the premade colors of red and blue etc. it would be nice to be able to customize more than just picking out a solid color. Knowing that the lights can pulsate between red and blue or green and yellow. I feel as if the user should be able to customize it and pulsate or fade into the colors of their choice. The app is great otherwise and I honestly would recommend these lights as I had no physical issues with them falling or glitching.

Bluetooth connection constant issue / won’t connect at all. It just won’t connect. Don’t know how else to put it. I’m laying in bed I have tried a lot. Restarted iPhone, turning off/on Bluetooth. That again but waiting 60s then turning it on again. Force closed the app, deleted and reinstalled the app, force closed the app then uninstalled then turned off Bluetooth then turned off my phone for 5 minutes THEN turned it on and reenabled Bluetooth and reinstalled the app. Tried each one at least 5 times, still not connecting. The lights are currently on too which is even worse so I’m going to try and unplug them and plug it back in and try again. That made them connect so guess I’ll be doing that from now on. The lights are okay but if the app actually worked all the time with the color wheel it has (it’s okay too it interprets the color the best it can with the cheap lights), then maybe it would be a good product. But this isn’t a great product let alone a good product. Save your money unless you don’t mind wasting it.

They are ok not too bad but not great. The red blue and green are the only colors you can really see and they are really bright the other colors not that bright and can’t really distinguish what color it is. White looks blue. I don’t like that they don’t have a tracer that would be neat to see around the room. I really hate the most is that they don’t work with Alexa or Google that is very annoying, my fault I missed that when I ordered them. Very easy to put up, I am just not sure when I take them down how they will mess up cabinets and walls…yikes and I don’t know if can reuse them. Remote does not work far but luckily the app works great to turn on/off.

Apollo Lighting ,. This app is AWSOME for anyone who can spell or can use phones. I would recommend this for anybody who is old enough to read and able to spell already said that but I really recommend this app because it’s just really fun to use and it’s just there’s a lot you can do on it and I love LED lights they’re just very good lighting they work for a Videos photos they’re good lighting and turn the white, pink, red, whatever color you wants I love them. Have a good life

Overall good but one problem.. The lights are super easy to set up and turn on. They are super bright and vibrant and have some super cool settings. My biggest concern and inconvenience with the lights is the fact that they don’t have a true white! They have a blue-ish Hugh. I bought them specifically for closet lights so they could have a cool under glow. When I turned them on i realized that they were blue, and the white button was complete false advertising. I also wish there was an easier way to customize they types of colors that happen in the strobe as well as the other settings.

Love the lights and the app!!. hi so I bought these lights because the other brand I had didn’t have enough adhesive and they fell and were droopy, but these are really good. The app is not complicated at all the lights automatically connected when I plugged them in the shake mode is very cool you can change the color by shaking your phone this is worth what I payed for it in my opinion. The music option I already knew you would have to have iTunes because that’s what most led brands use. It did it with my last brand so it’s not much of a downside to me.

Working great so far ! But now !!!. So first off people are saying they can’t connect them or have to reconnect them I don’t get that but there are small little arrows one the tape and the box cord that have to be lined up or they won’t work ! Now my wife and I have had these for about a year now and I’ve found two sets of three lights that are going bad , let’s hope no more but other than that we’ve used them for lots of different times light night early morning and playing music with Bluetooth and from the app have all work good so far ! But !!! We haven’t used music with them sense the last update so let’s hope they still sync up

Customer service is GREAT!! 😌. They are a great company. I ordered the Led Lights and they came fast. I was in the process of putting them up and wanted to tested them they came on perfectly. I only had it on for about 10 seconds, because them being rolled up is a hazard, then I unplugged them. I put them up and tried to turn them on again and they didn’t work. So I texted the number on the box and they sent me some new ones within 3 days. Great customer service. Just gotta be patient

Really upsetting experience/app &remote don’t work. I have to say, I’m getting so frustrated with this app. I already bought the LED light and put them up. It took so much time, I don’t want to do it again. HOWEVER, every time I go to the app, it has disconnected from my led lights. It shows the disconnection, and will not reconnect no matter what I try. The app becomes completely useless (the remote NEVER worked, that was always useless, which is why the app is so important). I found that the ONLY way to get it connected is to delete the app, and re-download it. It has gotten to the point where every time I need to turn my lights on of off, I need to delete the app, re-download it, then repeat. It’s becoming a cycle that is DRIVING ME INSANE. It shouldn’t be this way. I’m honestly so upset with this choice of led lights. I wish I went with any other brand, one where the app doesn’t have these issues.

How does it have low reviews. I lost my remote when I was cleaning my room and i did not know what to do so I downloaded random apps led light apps some of them said I had to pay at least 8 up to 30 dollars but for this one all I had to do was connect to Bluetooth and I was able to change all of the colors, not a lot of colors to choose from but still very good app who every made this app I give them there’re props/flowers. I hope everybody uses this app.

lights. these lights are kind of crappy, i ordered them on prime day and they literally came broken, the little box that connects the outlet and the lights itself didn’t work, had to wait two extra weeks for a new box to come in… the app isn’t bad and easy to work but if you’re excited about the music feature, don’t be lol…. i literally read the manual as well with every review and instructions online and my music still would not play… i have apple music and some of my songs automatically connected and i was excited to click play to listen to some music and watch the lights go to the beat and all but that is not what i got… it won’t even play. the mic part, does not work either, it will not record anything and whatever noise that is being “recorded” just makes the lights strobe, nothing crazy or cool. i was extremely disappointed cause i thought it’d be nice to have when i have friends or family over but all in all, i would simply not recommend if you’re looking for cool lights, pay extra and get the more expensive lights that actually work…

Ghaj. It’s a good way to turn your LED lights on, but sometimes it won’t let mines turn on sometimes I have to turn off my phone and turn it back on so the app could work and then really doesn’t work it connects to other people LED lights other people can also control your LED lights if they’re connected to the other person so it’s really not the best especially that I have a sister who has LED lights as well she can basically control mines sometimes it doesn’t really work and since I started using this app the controller does not wanna work anymore.

yes.. okay so i’ve been wanting led lights for a while, they look so pretty in all of my friend’s rooms so i decided to buy 100ft ones. omg! the lights work great, the remote works but only sometimes though. WHICH IS WHY I LOVE THE APP! the app can makes me able to change the lights to literally WHATEVER color i want, mint green, light pink, orange, etc. the app can make me do whatever i want with the lights too! such as flashing colors, making it rainbow, there’s a bunch of choices. at first i was kind of upset because my remote came with only a few color options and it remote didn’t work very well but when i downloaded the app all my problems were fixed. i love these leds, they’re perfect :)

This app is so great so useful that whenever I’m downstairs and I don’t wanna go upstairs and turn off my ELD lights by my remote I use the app and it literally controls by one time and you get your ELD lights off literally the best and whenever I have a party with my friend with my friends or cousins I always turn them on and off by just using my tablet I don’t have to take the charger off or the plug thing off or take the remote for my closet it’s so easy.

Needs a few more features!!!!. We bought a set for my daughter and after a while I decided to get a few for my studio. THE PROBLEM: the app see her lights as well as mine and even if you unlink her set after a while it re links to hers just as hers app connects to my lights? Wish there were a way to have the app forget a set of light so it doesn’t reconnect to them unless you add them to your set. I have a few blue tooth bulbs that you have to sync to the app instead these just add all Bluetooth set to the app and doesn’t let you select which sets you want in your group. If there is a way I have not found it yet. Best I can go is 3 stars there is room for improvement with this product.

It’s good but a little bit of questioning. It was easy to connect, but when I go to Bluetooth, it won’t connect. I don’t see Apollo lighting. In the little booklet, it says “open the Apollo Lighting app. The app will connect the LED lights automatically” but it doesn’t work. It says “if you can’t connect the Bluetooth LED light strip please disconnect the power cord and Bluetooth receiver. Then reconnect. Please enter your phone setting again and connect the Bluetooth again please close the app then try to restart touch the on and off key” I did all of that again, but it didn’t work. I am very curious about why that won’t work but overall it’s a very good LED strip lights kit!

How do I Bluetooth?. So I now how to control everything I think 🤔 I just for what ever reason cannot Bluetooth and it says that I can Bluetooth but I don’t know how so can you like maybe 🤔 respond to this or something 🤷‍♀️? Bc I really want to Bluetooth to this so please respond to me and yea, other than that this app is amazing 🥲 😻 🤩 and I love it 🥰 but for what ever reason I can’t use the remote wich is wired but it’s what ever I’d rather have this app to use than the remote but I love 💗 💕 ❤️ this app it helps A LOT thank you 🙏 so much for making this app bye 👋

Control other people in the household lights. The app isn’t bad but I have a few issues. My sister & I have the same LED lights & we both have the app so whenever one of us is on the app trying to change the light color it always connects to the other persons light and control them. Even when we disconnect if wr change the color again it will connect to the other persons lights again causing me or her to not be able to control our lights on the app. I think y’all should create a feature where if someone else in the household have the exact same lights & the app you can remove access to their lights so everybody can have control of their own with no issues.

Thugs needed to be fixed. I think they are very cool, but I don’t like how in the app you can’t really mix the colors, like if you try to mix blue and pink you get purple but it’s only one shade so you can’t make it more pink of blue it will stay that one shade no matter what. Another thing I don’t like is that how when you make that color that you like darker it changes! Say you have purple it will go blue and maybe pink and I just don’t like that. Another thing is that with the music you have to download another thing, to do that. With the “tape” it doesn’t give you a warning about how it flashes lights super fast no matter what and that can be super bad even the song or sound that’s playing and every time I get a super bad headache so watch out for that. But over all it’s fun to experiment with and needs a lot of work done but maybe soon it will be fixed!

Love the 🌈✨. I love the several variation of colors and options to choose the colors, shades, and patterns (having the lights flash, strobe, fade, stay steady, etc). The remote makes it easy to switch up what you want but the app allows you to get more specific with the colors- and on the app you can set timers/alarms. Super fun and so cool! I do wish that with the alarms I could choose what the lights do (like in the morning having them flash fast and bright in the rainbow, but if I want it to turn on at night to have it turn on dimmer and steady in a calm yellow, etc. specify how they turn on and what they do. So far as I can tell they turn on based on whatever setting you had them on last)

Lack of features. In general the app does what you need it to do, but doesn’t do what you want it to do. The app gives you a color wheel, allows you to dim and brighten, set various color changing and flashing modes, set your lights on a timer and add multiple devices. These are great features, but there’s no automation. I don’t tend to use my lights often, not because I don’t like them, but because I forget about them and never bother to turn them on. One feature that I wish they had, is being able to set timers for specific colors and actions eg. (Monday 7am Red Fade in to stay solid). That automation would in grain your product into my daily life to where I’m using your light as an indicator for the time and day everyday, not to mention it’s much faster than checking my phone or watch so it’s much more efficient. Another feature that I’ve seen offered on smrtlite is; being able to set your lights color to your local temperature based on location. I would be able to use your lights in 3 practical ways (Time, Day and Temp) just by adding the ability to alter the color in your timer section and by adding location forecasts. All in all your product works for the purpose of led lights, but it could definitely be better and more practical for average daily life

Both lights. So basically both of the lights they are not having the same color and I tried to get it to work but it doesn’t so one right now I have one pink and one blue the controller works perfectly fine but theBoth of the lights don’t have the same color in one is darker and one is brighter and right now when is pink and the other one is blue but I’m trying to get both of them pink but for some reason on the second light that I hooked up it just wasn’t working as well like at all so I really hope you can fix that like for you could have two lights that are the same connection but it’s two different things but the same connection basically and I just really hope there’s an update for that!!!

led lights. i love the leds i can turn them on using the led remote and change the colors and everything, but i dont know how to connect my led lights to the app because everytime i open the app the only led i can connect to are my brothers leds since we have the same led brand. but his is in a seprate room. we have diffrent leds in general and i have no clue how to connect my leds to the app. Im really confused i tried searching it up to but nothing tells me how. so right now i cant usr my phone to change the color i have to use the remote which really does bother me because im lazy.

Wish my app worked. So when I first got my LED lights my app worked and I could use it whenever but my sister got LED lights too sometimes we’d control each other’s LEDs but we were overall fine. When I turned my Bluetooth off I didn’t think it would affect my app at all but when I turned it on my app wouldn’t work I couldn’t even see that matches to my LED lights. I kept on unplugging and plugging my LEDs and there was no match I even got to the stage were I had to re-download the app and yet it still didn’t work. I now have to use my remote and my remote does not have many options. So I hope soon you might recognize my comment and help me so my app works again thank you for your time and consideration.

Best app ever!!!. It helps so much, it took 1 week how to figure I out but that's only because I was busy and forgot to keep trying to figure it out. When I lost my romate it was ok because I have a app on my phone for it. I love it! I'm still trying to figure out the whole music thing though but I do know how to do style, tape, adjust, and timing. It makes my room look so cool, it takes a sec to figure out but when you do it worth it (also you might loose the romate like I did, so just in case you have back up. Great tool for my new lights!. It works great! I no longer need a silly remote to control my lights! And it has lots of cool patterns to use, and the lights themselves are nice and bright (with a cool brightness bar to lower or higher when needed) No problems with any of that! But I am having a lot of trouble with the music syncing part. All my music is synced onto my phone and the app seems to know my playlist, but the music itself will not play and I can’t figure out why that is. I push play and the record rotates like it’s playing but the song never plays almost like it’s just loading forever. 🫤

okay. advertises that you can sync music to the lights but to do so you need to use a mac book, which i don’t have. there are no non-mac book options. otherwise, lights are good and i like the ability to control from my phone. wish i could sync the music.

Awesome lights but has some problems. I love these lights! They are easy to put up and easy to turn on and off! But I was wondering how to use the Bluetooth. I bought these lights because I thought they could play music on them but after looking at the other reviews I don’t think they do play music on the lights. I was also kind of confused how to use the tape option. Very nice product though!

Randomly disconnects my lights?. I’ve had these lights for a while now, but they’re a bit problematic. First off, the color wheel is a bit inaccurate to the color displayed on the lights. For example, the red (unless in a specific small area) will almost always show pink. Next, every time I turn off my phone or just swipe out the app tab, it’ll disconnect my lights from the app and I’ll have to use the remote, which has less colors and features than the app. I’d rate it higher, but those are my problems.

Should’ve read the Reviews. I’d give this a zero but that isn’t allowed so I’m giving it a one. Why I’m writing such a bad review is because the Bluetooth is crap. It won’t connect to the strip lights no matter what I do. Sat here for almost an hour trying to figure out how to connect the dang thing. Second of all the app was the only choice because the barcode didn’t scan and said the website didn’t exist. So this was our only chance of getting it to work. I was super excited to use these but just ended up in the trash. Don’t download this app. It’s super crappy.

Connection feature. This app is definitely a great tool to turn your lights when u can use the remote that comes with lights, but the downside to it is that it connects to every other light strip that is part of the company without your permission. Once it connected you can press the chain to disconnect, but that’s only temporary. This is something I wish we can have control. But otherwise a very good tool for when your outside the house and you need to turn on the lights inside.

Most options not available and faulty. Some days when I wish to control my lights the app just straight up forgets the one strip light it’s connected to. The time settings are always needing resetting and the music sync doesn’t even work (not to mention not a lot of people use Apple Music anymore). The only good use of it is light patterns and more detailed colors that aren’t available on the remote that initially came with the product (if the app feels like remembering the lights) and overall I only use this app because the other lighting apps don’t connect to the strip lights at all.

Loose led. First of all these are really fragile and loose when your putting it on the walls. Here are my issues… first of all there’s two different colors in one strip,when I put blue it turns off and when I put white its this greenish yellowish colors, and i can only put it on green only and it’s so frustrating because the Bluetooth doesn’t even connect plus this is such a rip off and it’s barley sound proof and when I turn it to blue it turns the whole strip off or it puts some of the parts of the strips red and about 2 feet of it blue I have a huge problem with this and my sisters is working perfectly fine I have to return this plus I can’t make my own colors to

My opinion. This is the most useful app that I have ever had when I lose my remote I just grab my phone and change the colors or turn it down or turn my lights off whenever I need to if I’m in a rush I could just turn my lights off whenever I need to this is so useful think people need with a good benefit that you have LED lights

Something to add. Amazing app! Only thing is that I wish you could have presets for your lights. See, I have multiple strands of light for these in my room and their all put under the same group. It would save so much time if you could create color presets for groups instead of having to disconnect from one, make one a color, then disconnect from that one and change the other one. Just something to think about!

LED lights. I was reading through the rating and I found out that there’s are different colors but mine aren’t I had that problem but than u realized that the cord was plugged into the adapter upside down than they worked fine, I love the app, when I am upstairs in my house it makes it very easy to turn off the lights when I am not in here, or if u lose the remote. I love these lights!!!!

Amazing. I always found the included remote a pain to keep track of. So, when I lost it for good, I decided to download the app. First of all, the app has a simple and easy-to-understand display. The app even has a few more options than the remote, I believe. Second, I expected some complicated set-up, consisting of lots of frustration. But, to my surprise, my lights immediately connected the second I opened the app. Third, the app is loads more convenient than the remote. The remote was small and easy to slide away in a couch cushion. But, for most people, you constantly have your phone on you. In conclusion, I would easily reccomend this to anyone with these LED lights who also has a phone.

Apollo review. Apollo lightning is a wonderful app. You don’t have the risk of losing your remote it’s conveniently on your phone and it even has music. One thing that’s restrictive is that you have to have a MacBook to use the music portion. Another thing is that the lights have so many EXCEPT BLACK. The lights can’t be the same color on both strips, like teal. I was wondering in your next update you can add some of those. Thanks you

Apollo Lighting. So far it’s pretty cool, I was able to connect my Apple Music to them and these lights were easy and super fast to install, they light up great and connected to my Bluetooth perfectly. Lacking features. I got some LED light strips had an early Christmas present and was excited to see an app that can control the lights but some features were missing they have a brightness control but only for solid color, If you click pulse red/green it just goes to full bright which annoying. Other wise it okay the timer is also weird and needs to be reworked, and custom light chains should also be added but other wise it’s okay

Great string for a great price. I wasn’t expecting much due to the low price but I was happy starting with the installation, super easy to hang and the tape was sticky enough to hold without additional tape. The lights aré very easy to use and the color options are more than adequate. I actually ordered a second set. I haven’t used them with music yet but I am looking forward to it.

Flawed mechanics. I have two different devices in my home. One in my moms room and one in my room. I want to be able to control them separately but I can’t because this app is flawed. Everytime I want to just control my light strip I can’t because I automatically connect to the light strip in the other room as well. There should be a way for me to remove the other light strip from my devices or not connect to the other light strip. If that becomes implemented then I would have no issues with it. I was kinda excited to try it with the music but there is way too much that even goes into it.

Works and looks awesome except music sync. Really great, looks good and controls work perfect. Two rolls of 50 feet and all the things you need to put it up wherever you want. Easy to see why it’s Amazon’s No. 1 brand of LED’s, but hard to see an idea better than double sided tape to peel and stick the lights wherever. Only problem is that the music sync, which worked amazing in the end, is a lot of hassle to figure out and takes forever to set up. Really cool color wheel, though.

Pretty great. With the music specifically for Apple it only work an with the stuff you have bought and downloaded not just what you have on the subscription Apple Music but you can get around it by using the mic option. It would be really cool to see the music and mic sync to offer spefic colors to use. For example you could set up a color pallet for it to move between like all purples and blue, or have it sync to the pulse color option the app already has.

Ok. I think this app is good and it’s really interesting how you can control your LED lights with your phone me personally I think the tape mode is really fun because you can control it with your voice. The only thing I have to say about it that would be negative is it’s very confusing on how to play music on the LED lights so I think some of the modes and settings on this app should come with instructions because it’s very confusing other than that this app is very promising!

HELP. Ive had these lights for a few months now and I love them. They work great with the remote, however, I’ve been trying to get this stupid app to work and it won’t. When I open the app my phone freezes and it claims I need to turn on my Bluetooth (it’s always on). It continues to take me to settings to turn on my Bluetooth but it’s quite frustrating to turn on my Bluetooth again and again and it still won’t work. Please help!!

Broken. The lights are changing colors when my phone moving and I turn shake on and off, turned them off, unplugged them, turned off the power, disconnected! They are broken or this app is broken! I think it’s the app… the lights change with the phone’s movement.. I didn’t turn them off, and the lights just turned off? Is this normal? If so, I’m sorry for wasting your time and I just what to fix my lights!!! Although this app is pretty helpful because the remote won’t work… Sorry for a long review but I hope you have a good day! Controls all of our led lights. I’m giving it a five star so It could be at the top, but every time i want to change the color it changes my brother’s lights too. Every time I have to keep disconnecting his and it’s kinda getting annoying. If there was an option to delete someone else’s that would really help :) (also if there is a way to fix this please tell me)

The bugs. It’s an a amazing app and it works great but there can be probably where if u have another pare of light you can’t forgot the other light and every time you open the app and change the color it will be connected to the other lights and change the color on them as well and sometimes the lights will disconnect entirely and you can’t use the apps to change the color or turn the lights off but overall it’s a great app

Music. I have a lot of music on my phone, and tbh the app is nice but I would like to have all my music available for the app…not less than 50 of the songs, I have some softer music that I would love to try with the lights but all the music it has is from my rock playlis. I don’t know if it’s a problem on my end or in app development. There is also the little equalizer bars (I’m assuming)next to the back button for the music, opposite of the repeat/shuffle icon that doesn’t seem to work at all.

Music doesn’t work for me. I downloaded the app for my LED lights, and it worked until I got to the music feature, where it wouldn’t actually play the song and everytime I tried to move it to, for example, 5 seconds into the song, it would just go straight back to the beginning. Not to mention that I couldn’t even go to the next song. Everything else is fine, just the music part.. if anyone knows how to fix this

Music Issues. Lights are fine except for a couple ones that turn a different color than wtv you pick but you can’t choose the music and they js automatically pick 5 songs. You can’t replace the songs or add more and the instructions to manage music options are so out of date it’s embarrassing. I’m guessing the app developers just gave up on this a few years ago. I would buy different lights but these were the only ones long enough to fit my room. Please fix the music thing. Despite it being a straight bop, I can’t only vibe to just the Pokémon theme song and 4 other songs.

Love the app but…... I absolutely love these LED lights I have used them more than the actual light in my room. The only issue I have is the music the music asks for me to connect my phone to a MacBook but I don’t have one and that would take so much time and I’d have to sync music and stuff. It would be really cool to have it like dance to my favorite songs but it won’t work so if you’d fix that I would love the app even more. Thank you!

App is good but theres a PROBLEM... I like that theres an app, i didn't know there was one so thats good, i would say everything else is fine colors are nice but the thing with the lights is they make constant hissing noises and it hurts my ears. i would also like to mention my dog loves coming in my room a lot but because of the hissing he stopped coming because it also hurts his ears too. But really other than that the app is fun because you can make fun colors and customize them.

Amazing app!. I love LED lights, when my friend got them I was so jealous. Now I have some and I’m so happy!!!! This app works perfectly! Yes, the music is a problem but they will fix that one day. The remote doesn’t work that well for me, but the app does! I mean it has a color wheel! They’re so many color options on this app! This definitely deserves 5 starts! Amazing work!! 🤩🤩

Great lights but have one issue. Read!. This is a great app and it connects to your lights great but, I cannot have two different bluetooths connected at one time like I would have expected to... I wish there was a way for my lights to react to the sound of my Bluetooth speaker... instead, it only reacts if there’s music playing out of your phone... big bummer considering there’s other lights that do that. Other than that I dont really have a problem with it. I just hope that this problem can be changed 🙏

Love it but…. Reason why I said but was because when you try to custom the color, it’s not the same thing as what it shows. And please please please make it be able to become brighter I know where already can become brighter but it’s not as bright as the other ones please, please please make it brighter. and if the developer sees this, please write me back.

Save your money. Lights disconnect from the app randomly and since the remote doesn’t work. When the lights disconnect there’s literally no way of reconnecting them and you have to pray that they will one day reconnect. The website on the app page doesn’t even work so I couldn’t even write an email to ask how to fix the issue. Cheap lights so I guess it makes sense why they didn’t care about my concerns to give a valid website. Because of the random disconnecting I have to manually unplug my lights and they are now stuck on one color because the app refuses to stay consistent. Don’t waste your time with these

i cannot get the music for the life of me!. i love these lights so much they’re so cheap but they work better than any other led lights i’ve ever had! the only problem i have is the music. i have tried everything to get my music to work but it just won’t. i’ve deleted the app and redownloaded it, i’ve looked up videos, i’ve even (obviously) looked at how the app says to do it, which i can’t do because i don’t have a laptop, but like, the music shows up when you press the icon, there are songs i can play, it just won’t play. i can tap the play button a million times and it won’t work. and of course there’s the mic option and that works alright, but it’s listening to everything, so if there’s any noise other than music it’ll pick that up too

Connection problem. We have two sets of lights, one in the living room and one in my room, we each have the app, i had a problem that when i would change my light color, the other lights would also change color, i fixed that issue but whenever i close the app and open it again, it automatically connects to the lights in the living room and i have to manually disconnect it again.

Best thing ever. 1.You don’t even have to get up you can just turn on your phone and press the color and press the button boom you can sleep take a nap. 2.You can set a timer if your to lazy to turn it off like me then set a timer and it will go off so u don’t have to get up and turn it off It amazing to use you should get it it so good to use that u can be lazy all u went.

Apollo Lighting. You guys did a wonderful job with your app making it as easy as possible to get set up and enjoy such a wonderful set of LED lights. I do wish that I could help you guys with making the product more long lasting when it has to do with the effects of the environment. I have a couple really cheap ideas that would make this better than every other kit available!

Some minor issues. I love these lights the only issue i have is that my little sisters friend got the same ones as me a couple weeks after i got mine. We live in a duplex so we are really close to our neighbors, and now sometimes my phone won’t control my lights and when they do control my lights they also control hers. And hers sometimes control mine. I would not recommend these for siblings with close rooms!! But if your alone or are an only child there perfect!!

Used for almost a year.. I have three sets of these lights and I’ve never had any problems(minus the first set that didn’t work but I got a new set). They have worked well for me and I love the timer and auto features. I will say the music feature is useless and I’ve never got to work because of how many steps it takes to get started. I love them and would recommend.

Amazed!. I have no words……………. It. Was. Simply…………..Amazing!!!! I totally suggest it, the fact that u can control it from ur phone is the BOMB! If u r looking to buy LED lights for ur family or friends, these r the ones u should get. I got a different brand before and they were fine…but these r better! These are great lights but…. I absolutely love these lights!! I got them for Christmas and the set up was super easy! After set up you can download an app that’ll make everything super easy for you. My only issue is the music not working. It uploaded about 30 songs from my music library but every time I click to play them, it never starts. I’ve tried everything I think could work so if anybody has any tips that would be great.

Infuriating. As a college student living in a dorm, these are not what I would recommend first. The remote has to be at a specific angle in order to work. I end up fighting with random people switching colors back and forth. There are several people in my dorm that have these and it ends up linking them all to each other. But then my lights disappear so I’m not able to connect to it half of the time while I can connect to other people’s. It’s literally a war zone when changing colors or turning it on and off.

Ok app can use some updates.. Pretty basic app that does its job for someone who isn’t looking for anything fancy. Only big issue is that randomly the connection will disappear and by that I mean the Bluetooth connection somehow disabled and I can’t control the lights from my phone and can’t reconnect at all until it randomly connects the next day or if I’m lucky I just reinstall the app but that almost never works...please fix this.

Pros and cons abt this. I really really like this the led lights are awesome same with the app the only thing I do have to say is I wish we can just put a song and it will play in the leds and not to do the whole computer thing I haven’t been able to and I really want to but it’s not working out so I think it would be better to just connect it to the leds and put a song we want instead going on a computer. Great app! Just a few suggestions that could make it better!. This app is great and helps me control my lights and their colors. I think that this app could be a lot greater if you could put in RGB numbers and it would go to the color, that would give more people control over exactly what they want lighting to be. That’s all the feedback I have! Overall it’s a great app!

Can be better. The leds are amazing for their price and there is definitely enough for a bedroom. The app could be better. I can’t use the music feature because you need a Mac book and not everyone has that. Also I suggest putting red green and blue sliders to be able to make even better custom colors. Another thing is on the wheel the colors don’t match up. I love these so much but it can be better if you take review suggestions and put them in the app. Thank you.

Music doesn’t work unless you have a mac. So the LEDS work great. They’re vibrant and down right amazing. This app on the other hand not so much. Now there is nothing wrong with the controls. I can change the colors and rotation just fine. BUT….. you need a MacBook in order to use the music feature. Which is the main reason I bought these LEDS. But I found a loop. If you play music and use the “tape” feature the lights will kind of go with the music. Just don’t leave that screen or it’ll stop but you can leave the app. Hope this helps:/

Needs Improvements. I recently got the lights for my room, and as expected, they were great for their price. I love how they fit right in and the way they work. However, I would like it so that iTunes isn’t the only music supporter needed. If I want to sync my music, I would prefer to use other programs. Also, the color options are pretty basic. I’d love it if the app allowed it so that you can make palettes that allowed you to rotate with each color in the palette. By that I mean with effects such as Fade. Overall just a decent app for lights.

Unable to remove devices. This app is great, allowed you to control speed, tone, and allows you to use custom lighting. However, the only problem I have is being unable to remove over peoples devices. My siblings have the same branded led lights. When I connect the app, it also connects to their lights, and there’s no way to remove it. If I’m connected to their lights, they are unable to control their lights. (The lights can only be controlled by one phone). There’s no way to disconnect their lights from my device.

Love the lights but. I’ve had these lights since Christmas and they work really good and I love them but, I only have one issue that I’m unsure on how to fix so one of my led strips won’t turn on I’ve been messing with it 2 or 3 days now and I don’t know how to make it work again but I have figured out that it’s the thing that the led stripe connects to is the problem so I really hope y’all see this and can help me fix it

Spend a little more and use the Groove ones!!. First off their app is very basic and it has no real directions. It also has no phone number to call and speak to someone if you are having issues. One set works correctly the other one is on but it always says it’s disconnected and can’t get it to change or turn off . We’ve unplugged them, Re downloaded the app and nothing seems to work. Unfortunately these are the lights I used on my sons ceiling cloud. I should of listened to the person who posted the video about paying a little extra for better lights. I used Groove brand for the rest of my stuff. Such a bummer 😩
