fine. the app works fine, lights r mid, not good but not bad. it goes smooth and i barely have any issues

LEDs. When I try to use this app with my leds I have to get close to the box in order for it to work. my old LEDs, I could change them from a different room

Doesn’t work. It is very sad to buy and the application does not work. I have tried to connect multiple times and the app does not show any changes. In addition, the lights come with a defect in some bulbs that turn out to be a different color than what you want!!!!

REDOWNLOAD THE APP IF IT DONT WORK!!. if it dont work redownload it and make sure the lights are plugged in the right way too! it worked for me so i assume it will work for everyone, hope it helped :)

It’s good. It’s better than others because you don’t have to pay for anything. It works good, I like it 👍

Not working. The remote doesnt work and when I use the app it says that the thing isn’t powered on so I press turn it on but it’s still off.

Don’t return them. Soo guys I see a lot of you saying that these lights don’t work well guess what I went through the same thing at first they did not work at all then a few days later only one half worked all you need to do is check your power and the reason why only one half worked is beca there is ops certain way you have to move the white cord in the one that does not work also make sure that you put each white cord in the rights leds I hope this helps🌚

Do not get the app. When you try turning on your led lights it comes on but when I got this app it never did so do not by led lights from this company

Let me add colors to as a favorite. Only downside is you can’t favorite colors everything else is good though

Led lights. My friend is downloading the app and changing the color do not recommend if u got a Freind who is smart like mine and knows to how to scan QR codes. I had to weight over the QR code with a sharpie but he can still download and change the light DO NOT recommend.

The colors getting mixed up. The application was perfect, until i turned on my lights and realized half of them are a completely different color than the others. Red, green, and yellow are all colors that work across the set, but if i put on blue, light blue, or magenta, the colors either turn off on half of it or they go to a different color. There’s no troubleshooting button (as afar as I’m concerned) so theirs no way for me to get answers or a way to fix them. Brand new.

Stop contacting. My led were connected perfectly until everything js won't connect

Worst LED lights DONT BUY. So I got them for my granddaughter and she loves them until they started flickering and going crazy I will never buy them again also when I was sleeping they turned on halfway and was flickering and they were not even plugged in

App doesn’t work. App doesn’t work. I downloaded the Joy Lights app (Allbest Home) but when I click to add a device, nothing shows up. I made sure my Bluetooth was on, and allowed all permissions of the app. The light strips work and I’m sitting right next to the product. The app doesn’t detect the lights.

THEY WORK JUST PLUG THEM IN RIGHT. GUYS DONT GET RID OF THEM! they do work you just have to make sure you plug in the white thingy right I thought they didn’t work then I seen another review saying to try and plug in the white adapter thing a different way by like turning it and making sure it’s in the right holes and IT WORKED

Suggestion. I love the app but I wish they had a button to where you can save a color because I have to memorize the color code and it’s very hard to get it to the same color.

Love these lights. I have no clue if this app only works for one brand of lights or if it works for more but I got my LEDs off Walmart and this app really works well. I love that it gives me more color options to choose from and I think the app works great.

Trash. I can’t even connect my led lights to it waste of money

This app does not work for me. Whenever I open the app a second later it automatically closes by itself. So this app doesn’t work for me

Great App for LEDs!. I love using this app for my LED lights! So far I’ve had no problems with this app. I highly recommend this app for anyone who has LEDs.

HOW DO U TURN IT ON?. I rated a five star rating so people can see this! I need to know how do i turn this my led lights on, i'm trying to pressing the turn on button but it's not working. And yes i got this from the led light plug in and i got this for christmas so i don't know what type of led lights they are! so please someone tell me how to turn them on

Keeps failing to connect. It keeps failing to connect to the light/phone I had to redownload this app 7 times and it has been less than a month since i got led strip lights

LED lights. If I could give it zero stars I would. These lights are no better than regular Christmas lights they only change to red and green. I realized this once I downloaded the app. This is so crazy, not worth the money at all. I’m so disappointed. I guess it’s all a scam to get you to download there app.

.. Everything works great until we get to Bluetooth, the amount of times I had to uninstall and reinstall is crazy, always because it says something like “allow app to use Bluetooth” when I already allowed Bluetooth access to the app, it’s always random whenever it happens, must be an app problem but besides that it’s great

Best fairy light app I’ve seen yet but theres one thing missing. Just recently downloaded this i use fairy lights in my car and these have the best customization features i have seen of any fairy lights i just wish for the music mode could have the option to customize which color to use and how bright I can make the lights when they sync to music and the same brightness option would go perfect with the different scene modes because I can customize the speed but i cant seem to change the brightness if I could be able to do that this app would be flawless

One thing. App works great and simple to use recommend. Just one thing is can you make it able to be used with the Apple shortcuts app. All I want out of it is to be able to set up a shortcut to shut off the lights not go into the app every time. That is about my only complaint with the app. Hope to see this soon.

Great! Love this app!. Joy Light is one of the best light apps I’ve ever used! The lights work great and it’s super easy to work and use. I love how you can adjust the brightness of the lights and I also really like how you can set a time for the lights to turn on. Great app and lights!

LED lights. Horrible product I do not recommend to anyone opened it up put it on the walls downloaded the app nothing worked didn’t even turn on. I do not recommend this product. I got both of my fingers while opening it up I would seriously rethink before buying this.

App issue. My lights were working perfectly fine and were connected with the app as of today November 9 2025 but when I got out the shower and attempted to cut the lights back on , the led lights would not turn on , I got out (swiped out ) of the app multiple times to see if that could solve the issue but that didn’t work, I the. Tried to delete the app and redownload it to see if that changes but the lights won’t cut on and on top of that I still can’t select to add my device back on to the app , not sure what’s going on but it’s frustrating

app sucks. this is horrible, it keeps doing this thing where i put up the brightness and it gets darker !?!? sometimes it’s been because of an update but now there’s no more update so what’s wrong? and other times it only works if i make the brightness go up by little percentages by little percentages. why is this sooooo bad it’s literally embarrassing. get better stat. when it works it works tho, i’ll give them that.
