No way to “Select *All*” notifications and mark as seen.. I could have sworn there used to be a way to mark all notifications as seen across multiple days, without deleting them. There are multiple clips that I know are uninteresting or are just clips of *me* walking by. I have to go through each day one at a time and delete them. As soon as you open the app it clears the notifications badge on the icon but the next time you get even one the badge is back with an ever-increasing number. I can’t keep up.

App get stuck and phone can’t be used until camera unplugged. The very first time I downloaded the app a couple seconds later it locked up. I thought maybe it’s because it needed to be updated so I updated it and then what happened was that the app then not only got stuck, but kept my phone for being utilized for most five minutes no matter what I did I could not get it to reset the phone accidentally called 911. Trying to get my phone on.

Doesn't work on iOS 16. It won't install on iPhones running iOS 16.

Good product but can use a few updates. Love this product, but I wish it had an all delete button for the daily activities that are recorded that are unnecessary, so I could select the ones I don’t want and hit delete all instead of deleting one by one. The rotating feature is amazing I can see my entire room with it and I haven’t had the treats jam so my pets can keep on getting treats while I’m away. I love that I can keep an eye on them and make sure they are not getting into any trouble and if they are I can talk to them. The auto is very clear. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

Needs Small Tweaks & iPad App. iPhone app is pretty good. When it notifies me about a pet diary, it always says see what your “pup” has been up too. It’s a minor complaint, but I feel like the wording should be changed to from “pup” to “pet” because some of us use these for cats. Also a dedicated iPad specific app would be nice.

Doesn’t keep full screen. Jumps back to small screen any time you try to go full screen. Wrecks the experience

Crashes phone. About every third time I use the app it crashes my phone completely. Black screen, unusable for about 2-3 minutes.

App constantly crashes AND FREEZES PHONE. Somewhat mind blowing that the developers have decided to leave the app as is, despite all the existing negative feedback outlining the critical issues. In theory, very cool piece of equipment to keep an eye on your pet, software is pretty sad and they don’t seem to care. This is the first time I’ve had an app manage to crash my phone entirely, with a hard reset being the only way to get it working again.

Some features missing for the pro model. It would be nice to have multi pet profiles/diaries, so I know which dog or cat is in front of the camera with the notifications. Also, it would be nice to link it with Google Home so it’s with all my other smart eufy and home products. Another feature that would be nice. Is have the camera turn on when we are not home automatically. I understand there’s a scheduling feature, but it would be nice to have the camera turn on automatically while I’m not here.

Almost great. App just needs one thing in my opinion to be great. An option to turn off notifications when I’m home and/or near the camera. I get way too many unnecessary notifications.

Can’t connect to wifi. Don’t bother downloading this app or even buying a Eufy pet camera product. All 3 of ours fail to connect to any WiFi network in any location. Almost seems like they’re selling an expensive scam of a device.

50% Battery Drain. I opened the app 2 hours before I plugged my phone in for bed to check the camera. Got home and unplugged camera. Did not plug phone into charger because I had 80% battery life. I woke up to 23% battery life with Eufy using 50% with “background refresh”. Turn off background refresh.

Was I ever wrong about this app. :-(. Upon initial usage, I found the negative feedback regarding this app to be baseless. However, after using it along with the product for over a month, I must concur with those who gave the app a low rating. To be frank, the app simply does not work properly. And if the app doesn't work, neither does the camera. Occasionally, the app functions correctly, but most of the time it does not. When attempting to turn on the camera via the app's upper right-hand power button, the camera will not turn on after the first attempt. The second try may not work either. If I'm lucky, it will function on the third try. Then, if you want to activate the cameras inside the app, I push the "turn camera on" button. Sounds simple, right? Unfortunately, it is not. I have to try several times before it works, and even when it eventually indicates that the camera is on, the camera will still be off. The app is so terrible that sometimes I must navigate to the settings to turn the camera on. The settings show that the camera is on. It isn't. So I turn it off and then back on again. Despite checking the app and knowing the cameras are on, there is no activity in the app, which I have noticed hours later. My goodness. Talk about a mess. Given the horrible app, I think it was awful to release such an all-around poor product.

Better than other brands/ dog camera apps. We used to have Petcube which had soooo many glitches and slow connection. This app is 1000% better. I like that two users can view at same time. Camera quality is great. Very sensitive for noise, movement notifications which I appreciate but you can change the sensitivity. Sometimes it doesn’t detect barking but it will categorize it as “sound detected.” Camera has other features I haven’t used. I feel comfortable when I leave my dogs because I know I’ll get notifications ASAP and can connect quick and toss a treat if needed.

No notifications ios18. Getting no notifications after iOS 18 update. Please fix.

Crashes when transitioning to landscape view. Have latest iPhone 12 Pro Max software update, when you try to place view in landscape view, the app crashes and this time it crashed my phone, not sure why the app is this bad, only works good when you don’t mess with viewing functions.

the last update has caused constant crashes. pretty much smooth sailing for a year+ until the last update. app constantly crashes. camera feed won’t load. delays when sending treat. everything on a delay.

No funciona, Don’t Work its a horrible aplication. No funciona esta aplicación. Cuando abro la aplicación el teléfono automáticamente se congela y se apaga. Se tarda unos 10 minutos en volver a encender y cuando abres nuevamente la aplicación vuelve a pasar lo mismo. No sirve. Tienen que trabajar con esta aplicación. Es Dinero perdido.

No support for Apple Watch. It’s a shame they don’t support Apple Watch.

We love this camera. We love this camera and the app. Works flawlessly and our new puppy can hear us speak to him via the app. The video quality downloads to our phone via the app are great and so is the audio. Controlling the camera from the all is easy and intuitive. So glad we got this for our family.

Disappointed. I should have checked the reviews here… I was hoping this camera would be a reliable source for watching my dog but it’s only the second time I’m using it (test run) and it’s not able to play live video.

No iPad App?. Seriously, how hard would it be to develop a native iPad app?

Crashes my iPhone constantly. The product is good, but holy crap does it crash my iPhone a lot. The app will freeze your entire iPhone for 3 minutes or so. During which your iPhone will be unusable until it restarts. The time doesn’t even update on screen. If the app didn’t crash constantly it’d be 5 stars but in its current state it is unusable.

Will hard lock your phone, preventing even a reboot. This app was programmed by someone who has no business being a developer

Great App, Needs Dark Mode. Only thing keeping me from giving this 5 stars - this app desperately needs a dark mode option. When checking on my puppy in the middle of the night, I’m blinded by all the white in this app. Eufy’s other apps have dark mode so wondering why this one doesn’t??!!

Good but App Crashes Phone. I love that I can see my dog and talk to him but the app freezes and yesterday shut my phone completely off for 5 hours. I couldn’t even turn it off to reboot.

Cool. First use the App,so cool,I can attach my dog at office,some interesting point will generate as soon as the dog moving,I enjoy it.

Please help. I can’t get this app to work. I have the latest version and it worked while connecting to my camera today but now every time I open it it just force closes.

Awful everything. Hard to connect to cam on a regular basis. Gave notifications when first set up. Then stopped giving notifications. Settings don’t always save. Everything is slow and clunky. When it connects it seems ok, but this app is useless. New app was due October 30…. No idea where it is. Other Eufy products like security cams work so much better. Big let down.
