Awesome. The capability of this device is beyond what I ever thought. The transfer from the grid to the F3800 is not even noticeable. You don’t need a power failure to benefit from this device. Buy energy at off peak hours and use the battery to run your house when the grid charges are higher. I definitely got more than I expected. Thank you Anker Solix!!!

Meets my needs. Great product! It was very reliable and served its purpose on my family’s RV beach vacation. Highly recommend it. Only things I’d change is remote connection capabilities when away from device. It’d be nice to control it from afar. Second thing is some sort of protective case or skin to prevent scratches on its outer shell. Especially on top of the Anker I can see tiny scratches that were created just by laying things on top.

Works Great. I just received my Anker 767 I’m using it on a small travel trailer not going to have much solar input but I will be charging it with a larger generator right now it’s plugged into the camper everything in the camper works but the air conditioner I have the larger generator to run it so far I love it!!!!

Love it!. No longer just a charger port. Its a part of the aesthetic. Love the ability to have full control of charging schedule. Well built and solid with a good weight- Wont slip off the desk accidentally like most other charger ports.

Must Register. This apps requires you to register for no reason. There’s absolutely no reason to have to sign up for an account to use this app. Why can’t we just buy a product that isn’t trying to steal our personal information. Hot garbage. Just make an app that works as intended. Stop trying to take users information to sell to third party marketing. It basically makes this app NOT FREE.

App works well - small tweaks would be nice. Have have had zero issues using the app with my Everfrost cooler. To make it more useful, I would like to be able to change the timeframes on the battery input and output graphs (eg 6, 12, 24 hours). A temperature over time graph would be useful as well to monitor the cooler.

A National Treasure. Love the battery ! It allows me to power up my devices for so many hours of story sequel writing ... as I camp thru out our national park system! Now I can redraw the map on the back of the Declaration of you know what! Great battery and great customer service !

Nice App. Easy to use app. I wish I could view more detail about power output and input from the device. Would be nice to be able to see if over a certain amount of time

Solix C1000. I just received my C1000 yesterday. I plugged it in to top it off. The next morning I tried it with my Kurig and it handled it with no problem. The app works great via Bluetooth and WiFi. Just to check things out, I was able to check the status and turn on the light when I was 50 miles away via WiFi.

Solix C1000… (Bushlabs). Clean and simple App. Using App after install, connected to Solix C1000 via WiFi and the App communicated with Anker to facilitate a “Firmware Update” right out-of-the-box. Now my freshly unpackaged Solar Generator is ready for use and completely up to date. Impressive..!

ANKER Fanboy? Yes!. The 767 Powerhouse is as fantastic a product as any of ANKER’s products. The unit is almost completely noiseless. Portable solar panels do a good job and are fairly easy to manage. The unit has worked flawlessly! I’ve had it for a bit over 8 months and I use it everyday.

Always works and is ready. Seems like everything I purchased from Anker small or large, from a small wall charger to a solar unit is just built to the hilt and always ready to go. This company knows how to build uber reliable components and innovates w features and reliability across all lines of manufacturing. I’m a customer for life

So far temps have remained around +/- 5 to 7 degrees. I really like the Anker 50L. Does very well when both sides are the same temperature when inside my shop at 75 F (23.8 C) degrees). Sitting outside 88 F (31 C) set one side to 15 F (-9.4 C) and the other side set to 32-35F (0 C to 1.6 C) degrees. Does well and does use more battery. I purchased the 100 watt solar foldable panel with it and it keeps the battery charged and the freezer/cooler ice cold. Absolutely awesome. I do have a friend of mine withe the same model and he had to send his back. Temperatures were all over the place. So far I haven’t had trouble yet. Have a great day MW

Love the battery, app is a bit limited?. Battery aside which is great, the app doesn’t make any charts available for the solix so I could see how good (or poorly) my solar panels are going over a nice chart. Another really great function I would love to have is that the app could notify you when your low battery, or have an option to have the AC auto turn off when a certain preset is met. (We turn off the AC power and only have the fridge and USB ports running after 15%) thanks!

Easy to use. The app is easy to use and enables extra functions not available on the device itself. However, there is currently no dark mode that I can find and it does need one.

Simple and easy to use app! Needs work!. App widgets will make this app 5-Stars. Viewing my Prime’s battery status, at a glance, would do wonders. Notifications panel is useless as it doesn’t actually push to the native notifications list of the phone. You have to physically open the app to even know if you have a notification.

Great Battery. This is a great battery, but wish has a feature that can send out preset low capacity warning via WiFi or blue tooth 0r it has feature to receiving or use cell phone’s hotspot to send warning message out

240 Backup. Using as my backup for well water. Tested by using it while watering my garden. Worked perfectly and am thinking of getting an expansion battery and using as primary power next spring for watering my lawn and garden

Great backup power in a smaller size. Easy to setup and manage. Many power output options for inside and out of the house applications.

The Best. I use this everyday for my in house fan as well charge all my devices ! One of the best units on the market! Would recommend to anyone for home use or recreational!

Fun. Provide fast, informative information- probably more than I would ever use. Amazed at how simple, easy, and intuitive this app is to set up and use.

Hurricane Emergency Electricity Solution. Our Anker Solix C1000 is extremely well made, has great capacity and is easy to control using the Anker app. We feel that this device will be extremely valuable during the Florida hurricane season!

Great products, but the app is not perfect. I have the F3800 and C1000, and like the app for the monitoring. My problem with the app is, it logs me out of my account every week or two. Now I work in IT, I get security. My password is written down, but for some reason Anker thinks it’s incorrect (three times now). So now I have to press “forgot password” every time it logs me out. Driving me NUTS! The other is a feature request, but the reason this is another star loss is that I tried requesting the feature on the Anker website and gave feedback. But the fully automated bots answering support think every message is a trouble call, not a request or idea. So I am not loving “support” and dread I may need it and not get a person some day. So I will leave my request here. Request is: LFP batteries don’t love to be stored for a while at 100%, that is a fact. I know it’s not going to break it, but why can’t we set a charge limit of 50%, or 80%? That way I don’t have to watch the charge status closely to get it to 50% for long storage, or 80% for “I don’t need it yet, but I could soon”. My F3800 is for emergency power, so it gets stored most of it’s life. When I go past 80% accidentally, now I have to connect the TV or Fridge to get it down where I want it. Should be easy-ish to add and could extend our investment.

Better than expected. Honestly the best app experience. Anker not only haas the manuals, automatic updates and etc, but very easy and simple layouts than even a 5 year old could understand. The only thing I don’t like about the app is that I wish more anker products could be added.

Awesome Anker 27,650m/ah 250W PowerBank Charger 👍. I couldn’t be happier with my 27,650m/Ah 250W Prime Power bank. It simply works as promised and I have multiple devices I charge it with. Yes, it is heavy compared to others but it works flawlessly and the Anker iOS app is a really nice touch to monitor your charges. The best of the best Power bank charges for serious and demanding users. 👍

Good app, needs a key improvement. I just connected it to my vehicle’s WiFi today, when I got home and turned off the vehicle, it didn’t reconnect to my home WiFi. This flaw needs to be corrected for me to rate it a 4 or higher. Otherwise, in general, the app seems quite resilient and intuitive.

It’s just ok. It shows a small graph that only shows instantaneous power usage. I would like that graph to be able to expand so I can see average power consumption over a duration. This would give me a better idea of how much battery usage things that run intermittently like a refrigerator or actually using. It also does not show amps it only shows watts having that option would be a plus Basically, all the Appia to do is turn the light on and off and turn the outlets on and off that’s it

Awesome App but missing home notifications. I am very happy with my Anker solix F3800 And the home power panel etc. I would love if when we get an outage the app would notify that the grid is down and we are on battery backup power. Please add this!

Simple App But Effective. The Anker App is simple in design and function. Easy to navigate, understand and quick to learn. Provides all of critical data info. The info needed, such as Inputs (AC, DC and Solar), Outputs via Individually controlled connection points. The battery battery bank charge level as well as remaining time left before depletion or fully charged. Wifi and Bluetooth are integrated and work well with our smart devices. All in all, I’m happy with this product and it’s App. You get what Anker says it will do. I trust this brand and would recommend this everyone.

Retired. I have have a Gold Zero (GZ)for many years now and it is just fine. The Anker has turned it up a notch though. Monitoring app. is wonderful, and easy to install and work. Fits well with my dometic i55 refrigerator. Monitor both units with phone at the same time. The Lithium iron phosphate battery on Anker charges much faster than lithium on GZ. Usage has small type in screen, Hard to read without reader glasses. It’s ok. If it holds up like the GZ I will be very pleased. Far more superior unit than the GZ. Ran the dometic overnight in 4runner with top of refrigerator open to check for long slow draw. Anker went from 100% to 80%. Did not heat up or go to safe mode. Overall if you are going out on extended stays this will do just fine. Awesome pricing.

Not cheap but nothing good is. I had/have an older powerbank of theirs and several wall chargers. All rugged, all still serving me well. I’m now upgrading hdwe to mostly usb-c and their large tsa compliant powerbank with the optional base works well at my desk and for travel. I am becoming a fanboy i guess. And i paid for this stuff - not compensated, not an influencer :-).

Works well. For the most part the app works well to control items login was a bit strange as one of the screens it kept asking me to go to forget my password. I reset thinking this as anker trying to keep me safe but after entering the new one it did it again. It was a loop. Just hit skip and you will be fine.

Anker Works. Hurricane Beryl had us put our new Anker 767 to the test. Working great to power fridge and fans through most of the night; recharging during the day with our gasoline generator. Recharge time was good and it holds power for a long long time. I love the app for Bluetooth control.

Abysmal App for EverFrost 40. This app borders on utterly useless for controlling the Anker EverFrost 40. When I power up the cooler and try to connect the app: - I have to manually enter my email address and password. It doesn’t even prompt me with my saved login credentials from Apple Keychain. - After logging in, the cooler I have used and connected to the app dozens of times does not appear. The app cannot find it. I have to manually search for and choose my specific product and connect it. - The app is now connected to my cooler and functions - but wait! As soon as I am out of BT range, the app loses its connection and asks me to reconnect it by tapping a button in the app. It does not auto-reconnect as any other paired BT device would. - The above happens EVERY TIME I WANT TO POWER UP MY COOLER AND CONNECT THE APP. The engineers who developed this embarrassingly poor app should be ashamed to associate themselves with it. Given its high rating by others, I can only assume that it actually works for other Anker products - but it certainly does not for the EverFrost. Nice product testing, guys. 🙄

No Brainer Set-up. Simple, no brainer set up. Truly rugged case. You Tube videos are very helpful, I knew all about operation before purchase, including capacity limitations. I’ll be using the RV plug to my compatible plug wired to my circuit breaker panel to power 120 volt breakers only. Safety cut-off installed to prevent power grid feedback, and will deactivate all 240 volt breakers. Depending upon speed of battery drain will determine if I’ll purchase expansion battery. Plan right now is to re-charge using my dual fuel 2000 watt inverter generator, and evaluate from there.

Best in class. I am a downhill mountain bike photographer, and I have yet to find devices that work as well as Anker. these products are Lifesavers as well as money makers don’t miss out or go with any other brand trust me lol

App w/ F1200 Bluetooth — Ussful & works as advertised!. Allows for power use monitoring by outlet group, toggling nearly all features on/off (lamp, outlet banks, display, etc), setting sleep timing, and choosing max recharge rate in 100W increments up to 1000W, useful for certain situations (recharging via generator/inverter). The F1200’s Bluetooth connection has been very reliable from my iPhone and just takes a few seconds to connect, works well from the next room over.

Great Portable Backup. We did a LOT of research before purchasing this product. It seemed to be the most bang for the buck, and we took advantage of a Prime Day sale to get it, and the 400W solar panel. We live in the countryside, and though not “off-grid”, we do lose power from time to time, though usually only for 1-4 hours. The last time our car was trapped in the garage and we needed to leave. This unit will allow us to power the garage doors, as well as small critical loads in an outage, like our refrigerators and freezer for short periods. For longer periods we have a gas/propane generator. We plan to upgrade the later to the Anker F3800 in the future, with dedicated solar panels. Very pleased with the build quality, features and silence of the F2000. We’re pleased to have an alternative backup system for outages and something that can run our truck camper when boondocking away from shore-power.

Anker Solix DC300. The unit and the app are just what I wanted. I can’t think of a way to improve it practically. I am totally pleased with it and it's functionality. I will probably buy two more. Thanks Anker!

Great App!. I like connectivity and using this app to see the status of my power bank. I even used it camping this weekend with my Solix. It would be nice to be able to order products thru the Anker store on this app. Just a thought. 😉

Anker Prime PoweBank A1340. GET YOU SOME OF THIS! Great portable charger with max 250W ultra-fast charger with 27,65mAh capacity. It can fully charge iPad M4 and iPhone 14 with a little bit left over for a partial charge for ear buds. Power status, amount remaining and charging to devices can be displayed to a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth. It has 3 ports, a single USB-A and two USB-C connections. You can charge the A1340 using 1 of the 2 USB-C ports with a cable or using wireless charging using the Anker PowerBase via a magnetic connection between the PowerBase and the PoweBank A1340. It is one of the best available given its tech specifications and charging flexibility. Look for sales of Anker products, I found it on sale right on the Anker website for about $70 off with free shipping. A discount makes the A1340 a cost effective power solution. NOTE: You don’t need to buy the PowerBase because the A1340 is able to be charged using one of the C ports on the A1340.

Good, but could be better. Bit slow to respond to signals, realtime changes of solar input shown on my SolarEdge and huge spikes in usage from my tankless water heater don’t show in this app for minutes, sometimes not at all. Inputting rate schedules & pricing somewhat tedious.

Easy. Easy to use and just workers I wish it would let me set a time to turn on a/c or d/c ports and I hope with a update. Also wished they’d let you use other second batteries from like the c1000 with the f2600 as other companies do. I know it’s just software.

Was a 5 star. This app was 5 starts and works really well but unfortunately they secretly took out a feature without saying why or putting it in the update note. There used to be a section within the app to check your batteries health and then they didn’t an update and took that section out for whatever reason. No mention of why or anything. Like they don’t want you to know the health of your battery for whatever reason. Everything else works fantastically and I love this app and Anker as a product. Just don’t like when gestures are removed without telling why or showing it in the update notes so you can decide if you want to update. If they update it and put that option back it’ll be a 5 star and I’ll come back and change my rating. But as of right now it’s a 3/3.5

Could be better. Really needs a time of use option like ecoflow has. So I could use the battery during peak hours and it recharge itself on low costing energy times.

Great Power Station. It sure handled my needs during a Power Failure. I was able to use all 6 AC outlets plus charge my phone and iPad. When the power came back on I still had 32% battery life left.

Almost perfect. Needs update.. The app is really user-friendly and has a great design to it, the only thing I wish was different is the device colors. I ordered the Anker prime power bank in rose gold. But on the app it shows the black model and that kinda bugs me. It’s not a huge deal but it would definitely put the icing on the cake for an almost perfect company. Also, can you release an update for the Anker Prime Power Bank that allows the Bluetooth to stay on until turned off. The Bluetooth on the power bank turns off automatically sooner than I would like. It would be a huge improvement for the power bank. Thank you Anker, for great products and customer service.

Needs more features. This app works well but it’s lacking some features that might interest others like solar input volts/amps, more overload info, and being optimized for iPad since it runs the version for iPhone so that means it currently has black bars.

Excellent App-well integrated into iOS. Duplicates all of the control panel features as well as adding more that are only in the app (such as watts used for charging). It has a good native iOS look and feel, is organized well and is easy to use and very stable.

Would be a five star if the app. Loaded faster and we were given an option to disable the startup animation for the app. I would like for the app to just open and immediately go to my list for my device without wasting my time. Other than that, the app is detailed and functions perfectly but the delay with that is why I’m giving it three stars. Video games with intro splash I want an option to skip them.

Great App / Great Products. The Anker Prime Charger 250 is one of the best products I own. It is the perfect set up for charging all of my drone gear and work equipment. Overall the app and the products are second to none. I highly recommend the products and the app.

EXCELLENT CHARGING STATION. Among all the charging stations I have purchased, this one stands out. It allows me to monitor real-time charging wattage and offers numerous customizable features to suit your preferences. Moreover, it effectively eliminates cable clutter on my desk. I highly recommend it.

Minimum W. am using the app with the Anker Prime 160W Charger. The app works well, but I strongly request the addition of a manual minimum charging wattage option, such as 2W or 5W. Being able to manually limit the charging power for small devices would greatly improve usability and would be expected for a premium product. Please consider adding this feature in a future update.

Useful, flexible app. I’m pleased with how useful and robust the app is. Once you play around with the settings of your devices, you can create and set of rules and restrictions for all you Anker generators.

Untested Junko App. Why won’t this app work without internet connectivity? I was camping remotely and could not use it. That is very, very lame. Also, reconnection with the Anker device needs a LOT of engineering work. I can see the Solix advertising over BLE and connect to it with a scanner app, but this app is puzzled and cannot see it. I know BLE over iOS is challenging so you need to find better developers. And better QA; this app should never have been released.

App doesn’t work with iOS password autofill.. The anker service wants you to sign up to the web account - but it gets on the way of making that feasible. In the all, the signup email and password fields refuse to trigger and accept input from the password app autofill system. I’m not typing that stuff by hand. So no anker account.

fair app, bad ui. anker PLEASE redesign your UI. i currently have an anker solix c800 plus and an ecoflow river 3 plus. when i downloaded ecoflow’s app, i was genuinely a little surprised at how clean and sleek ecoflow’s interfaces were compared to anker’s current interfaces. anker is a little overdue for a UI overhaul, it seems. it would also definitely be nice to have a dark mode so that i don’t flashbang myself every time i open the app.

Works great. We absolutely love this product. We’ve placed it in our family room, and it enables simultaneous charging for multiple devices. My wife uses the hair dryer without any issues. 5 stars

Simple, useful. Using it for the 250W Prime charger, nice app, simple to use, very intuitive, I guess I’ve found my charging ecosystem. I have a bunch of other Anker chargers, but this is the first smart one. Next up, Solar backups!

Data collection is required to use the app. I have to give the app one star (although if I had an option for no stars - that would my rating) as it holds you hostage and will not work unless you agree to data collection. I am sick and tired of manufacturers making money off my data or worse yet profiling me usage, spending habits… We all need to tell them this is NOT ok. I will be returning my unit for a competitor’s product.

Needs Multi Device Support. Won’t let me be logged into multiple devices. And annoying with some devices it tries to connect via WiFi first, the Bluetooth. So have to get a failed connection via WiFi, in order to try to connect via Bluetooth.

Product. App is amazing tons of customization items and really makes it feel like a complete charging unit with customizing options to make it feel more than just a plug-n-charge device.

App well thought out. The app gives full control of my C1000 and I really can’t think of anything to add. It works via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth with my device so frankly not sure what to improve. I’ll keep buying Anker products.

Great app but with an annoying drawback. This would be a 5 star review if not for the annoying tendency of the app to sign you out of your account if you happen to use a different device. And it won’t automatically remember the password. It’s a Bluetooth monitoring app Anker. Not the software for a security system guarding a gold vault. There’s no reason to make it this inconvenient.

Needs a improvements (firmware). F1500: If I connect it to Bluetooth while away from home (driving), it doesn’t reconnect to WiFi when I get back home. In fact, manually connecting it to WiFi is slow and doesn’t seem to work consistently. GaNPrime: after updating the firmware today I noticed that it thinks it is January 1st, not December 31st. There doesn’t seem to be any way to adjust the time or time zone.

Does what it needs, well. Very surprised how easy the app and Anker Solix are able to be pared and setup. The app is straight forward easy and comprehensive enough to easily control and manage all you need.

ANKER Fanboy? Yes!. The 767 Powerhouse is as fantastic a product as any of ANKER’s products. The unit is almost completely noiseless. Portable solar panels do a good job and are fairly easy to manage. The unit has worked flawlessly! I’ve had it for a bit over 8 months and I use it everyday.

Great Battery. This is a great battery, but wish has a feature that can send out preset low capacity warning via WiFi or blue tooth 0r it has feature to receiving or use cell phone’s hotspot to send warning message out

Should be 0 stars. Had this power station an app for going on two years have had nothing but issues with the every update brings something new it won’t do constantly disconnects even when you have the app open and looking at it will not stay connected to Wi-Fi to where it can be controlled remotely constantly have to reset the box to be able to connect and whenever you do the state of charge changes Will probably go with an Eco flow next time

F3000 User Manual Missing. Glad to see that with the recent update the fix the remaining time not showing after a firmware update to an additional battery. But disappointed that the app still doesn’t have the User Manual for the F3000. I know how to use pretty much everything, it it would be nice to have to use manual for reference when using solar panels and restriction of the low voltage and high voltage solar input ports. I previously had rated it 3 stars and raised it to 4 after the Time Remaining fix. Add the F3000 User Manual and I will raise it to 5 stars.

Love it!. No longer just a charger port. Its a part of the aesthetic. Love the ability to have full control of charging schedule. Well built and solid with a good weight- Wont slip off the desk accidentally like most other charger ports.

Good, but could be better. Bit slow to respond to signals, realtime changes of solar input shown on my SolarEdge and huge spikes in usage from my tankless water heater don’t show in this app for minutes, sometimes not at all. Inputting rate schedules & pricing somewhat tedious.

Needs more features. This app works well but it’s lacking some features that might interest others like solar input volts/amps, more overload info, and being optimized for iPad since it runs the version for iPhone so that means it currently has black bars.

Issues with Firmware Update on Powerbank. Every once in a while, the app will get confused about what firmware is on the 26K 300W Powerbank and gets stuck in a loop thinking the update didn’t go through. I have to delete the device from the app and add it once again almost every other update. Fixing this would bring this app to 5 stars.

Pretty convenient. You always have your phone near by and now you have your power bank info in the palm of your hands. Can’t find it no problem you can activate a chime on the bank via the app to find it . Way to step it up Anker

So far so good. The Smart panel seems to be catching up on all the Firmware as there are a lot of them since I had it installed. Looking forward to the savings we will get from peak shaving 😎

Anker Works. Hurricane Beryl had us put our new Anker 767 to the test. Working great to power fridge and fans through most of the night; recharging during the day with our gasoline generator. Recharge time was good and it holds power for a long long time. I love the app for Bluetooth control.

App works well - small tweaks would be nice. Have have had zero issues using the app with my Everfrost cooler. To make it more useful, I would like to be able to change the timeframes on the battery input and output graphs (eg 6, 12, 24 hours). A temperature over time graph would be useful as well to monitor the cooler.

Great app. I love the app and it’s capabilities but the only change I would suggest is the ability to remotely turn off the charging so you can remotely turn on the unit for power.

“Your session has expired” every time I use the app. Why must I have to log in to access my devices? Oh wait, I know why: so their marketing nerds can track our use of the app and our devices. Well, I HATE it! If you’re not going to get rid of the requirement to log in, then at least make the authentication tokens permanent — I should only ever log in ONE TIME and be “authenticated” forever.

Great app!. I love that this app gives me real time data on my power consumption and charging information as well. I’ve been loving my new Anker charger as well. Very well built, and the app works flawlessly.

Great app. Needs more features.. Need a live activity to see battery in real time on my Lock Screen. A widget for the home screen would be a nice touch as well. App works well but need those new iOS features to feel state-of-the-art.

Time of Use. Happy to see time of use options added when I got my Solix C2000x. Wish you could adjust by day if the week. Weekends and holidays are all off-peak with utility company. Would also love some kind of history graph feature to better understand use after the fact

Improvements needed for F3800. Overall the app is OK, but there are significant improvements that could be made. I would love the opportunity to track my historical solar production. The app is very limited in that regard, nonexistent historical data. Next, activating the EV charging mode (ground-neutral bonding) from the app is missing, this would be a nice option to have so I can activate it remotely. And finally, a huge wishlist item is an open API that we can use to integrate Anker SOLIX power stations into Home Assistant. That would give us historical data, and hopefully more nerdy stats to geek out over, which I’m sure your customer base would greatly appreciate.

Elegant and works great!. If you’re looking for something sturdy in the couch or for your desktop that looks classy this is the charger station that you need. Check it out. You won’t be sorry.

Easy to use power station. Love it. Simple to use and it works with all my devices including with my MacBook Pro. The app make it easy to check on my devices or set specific charging times for each devices. Love it.

Great All Around Charging Solution. Great little powerhouse that allows me to not only charge every type of device but allows me control of how I want to charge them. Very solid construction and even serves as a desk clock to boot.

A National Treasure. Love the battery ! It allows me to power up my devices for so many hours of story sequel writing ... as I camp thru out our national park system! Now I can redraw the map on the back of the Declaration of you know what! Great battery and great customer service !
