Meets my needs. Great product! It was very reliable and served its purpose on my family’s RV beach vacation. Highly recommend it. Only things I’d change is remote connection capabilities when away from device. It’d be nice to control it from afar. Second thing is some sort of protective case or skin to prevent scratches on its outer shell. Especially on top of the Anker I can see tiny scratches that were created just by laying things on top.

We Love Our Anker Products!. The Powerhouse 767, Anker expansion battery and the portable solar panel does everything we need and more!! in fact they have performed much better then specs or advertising!

Works well. For the most part the app works well to control items login was a bit strange as one of the screens it kept asking me to go to forget my password. I reset thinking this as anker trying to keep me safe but after entering the new one it did it again. It was a loop. Just hit skip and you will be fine.

Solix F3800. Amazing product and app. Simple yet robust and effective. The f3800 is a great portable option that powers my house and my tailgates.

A Literal Powerhouse. I bought this unit to use at multi-day trade shows where the cost of using a power outlet is freakishly high thanks to the predatory hootel conference industry and labor unions. This can power two laptops, two 32” monitors, a tablet, a phone and two large LED lighting arrays for 10 hours, essentially the full day. It’s is also a great UPS when not pulling trade show duty. 2000Ah is larger than the UPS units from APC, which I also use. Did I mention it has wheels, and is a piece of cake to move around? Ever tried to move a 1500Wh UPS from room to room, or on a trip? Good luck with that. It also has a ton of ports outside of the AC outlets, which are expensive to operate compared to the DC circuits. I can plug both laptops in using USB-C outlets, as well as my phone, which I use for Internet rather than paying another $50-100 per day to the hotel. The whole thing plugs in to a wall outlet and changes to full in under 2 hours. Can not recommend highly enough.

No Brainer Set-up. Simple, no brainer set up. Truly rugged case. You Tube videos are very helpful, I knew all about operation before purchase, including capacity limitations. I’ll be using the RV plug to my compatible plug wired to my circuit breaker panel to power 120 volt breakers only. Safety cut-off installed to prevent power grid feedback, and will deactivate all 240 volt breakers. Depending upon speed of battery drain will determine if I’ll purchase expansion battery. Plan right now is to re-charge using my dual fuel 2000 watt inverter generator, and evaluate from there.

ANKER Fanboy? Yes!. The 767 Powerhouse is as fantastic a product as any of ANKER’s products. The unit is almost completely noiseless. Portable solar panels do a good job and are fairly easy to manage. The unit has worked flawlessly! I’ve had it for a bit over 8 months and I use it everyday.

Love the unit, hate the app. The device “disconnects” every day and the only way to turn it on is to plug in the charging cord. Very annoying. I will just use it without the app.

Works perfectly. This app is fantastic for using with the Anker powerhouse 767, extremely easy to use!! Love this app and the product!

Bluetooth. Trying to connect via Bluetooth to Solarbank E1600 - it finds it but will not connect. Useless so far.

Solix F2600. Great backup Solar Power System. Very pleased with the unit.

Anker 767 Portable Power Station 2048Wh.. 9/01/23 I just received my APPS, manual, cords, downloaded the iOS app, and connected it to my iPhone via Bluetooth. I’m now charging my PPS and it’s at 99%. I’m impressed so far with all of the above and how easy and accurate the app is to allow me to monitor my new Anker Solix 767 PPS.

Login using Google not avail on app. On the web I signed up using Google. The option to sign in with Google is not shown on the app. Only Sign in with Apple or Amazon.

Was a 5 star. This app was 5 starts and works really well but unfortunately they secretly took out a feature without saying why or putting it in the update note. There used to be a section within the app to check your batteries health and then they didn’t an update and took that section out for whatever reason. No mention of why or anything. Like they don’t want you to know the health of your battery for whatever reason. Everything else works fantastically and I love this app and Anker as a product. Just don’t like when gestures are removed without telling why or showing it in the update notes so you can decide if you want to update. If they update it and put that option back it’ll be a 5 star and I’ll come back and change my rating. But as of right now it’s a 3/3.5

So far temps have remained around +/- 5 to 7 degrees. I really like the Anker 50L. Does very well when both sides are the same temperature when inside my shop at 75 F (23.8 C) degrees). Sitting outside 88 F (31 C) set one side to 15 F (-9.4 C) and the other side set to 32-35F (0 C to 1.6 C) degrees. Does well and does use more battery. I purchased the 100 watt solar foldable panel with it and it keeps the battery charged and the freezer/cooler ice cold. Absolutely awesome. I do have a friend of mine withe the same model and he had to send his back. Temperatures were all over the place. So far I haven’t had trouble yet. Have a great day MW

Solix C1000… (Bushlabs). Clean and simple App. Using App after install, connected to Solix C1000 via WiFi and the App communicated with Anker to facilitate a “Firmware Update” right out-of-the-box. Now my freshly unpackaged Solar Generator is ready for use and completely up to date. Impressive..!

Makes you login every few days. Very annoying to have to login online every few days just to use the app. Generators could not be managed with the app since I was in an area without internet. That’s kinda why I needed this lithium battery back up in the first place. Seems like they don’t know what their product is actually used for

Good interface and good firmware update. Anker listens to users and update firmware. I especially like configurable AC charging speed and display auto off delay.

App w/ F1200 Bluetooth — Ussful & works as advertised!. Allows for power use monitoring by outlet group, toggling nearly all features on/off (lamp, outlet banks, display, etc), setting sleep timing, and choosing max recharge rate in 100W increments up to 1000W, useful for certain situations (recharging via generator/inverter). The F1200’s Bluetooth connection has been very reliable from my iPhone and just takes a few seconds to connect, works well from the next room over.

Unable to see how much power is being drawn. Can’t see that or graphs or time in use. I can only turn the powerhouse 767 on/off.

Works Great. I just received my Anker 767 I’m using it on a small travel trailer not going to have much solar input but I will be charging it with a larger generator right now it’s plugged into the camper everything in the camper works but the air conditioner I have the larger generator to run it so far I love it!!!!

Who da thought? An app for a cooler!!!. Phenomenal cooler made even better with an app to control it from a nice comfy camping chair by the fire!!! Anker, you’ve gone way above expectations!!! Dometic can’t touch your coolers with a 10 four pole!!

SOLIX F3800. WiFi configuration does not work for the F3800 in iOS. It works in android but please fix it for iOS!

App works well - small tweaks would be nice. Have have had zero issues using the app with my Everfrost cooler. To make it more useful, I would like to be able to change the timeframes on the battery input and output graphs (eg 6, 12, 24 hours). A temperature over time graph would be useful as well to monitor the cooler.

Could be better. Really needs a time of use option like ecoflow has. So I could use the battery during peak hours and it recharge itself on low costing energy times.

Simple App But Effective. The Anker App is simple in design and function. Easy to navigate, understand and quick to learn. Provides all of critical data info. The info needed, such as Inputs (AC, DC and Solar), Outputs via Individually controlled connection points. The battery battery bank charge level as well as remaining time left before depletion or fully charged. Wifi and Bluetooth are integrated and work well with our smart devices. All in all, I’m happy with this product and it’s App. You get what Anker says it will do. I trust this brand and would recommend this everyone.
