Wish you could add sleeps when not wearing socks. Love this app and device. Gives us piece of mind after having a nicu baby. I do with you could add sleep when not wearing a sock if naps are taken outside of the house etc.

Prefer over owlet sock. This sock is awesome. We have the owlet sock also but got this one because we have other eufy products and read great reviews about this sock. Why we prefer over owlet… 1. Connectivity more reliable- we have had it for a few weeks and no connection issues. We periodically have connection issues with the owlet. 2. Real time oxygen reading versus updating every 10 minutes. 3. The voice alerts versus just light and sound. 4. The cute baby image with the different stages of babies sleep.

Happy Customer. Well designed product with good battery life and range. Has functioned properly with few issues for two months now. Positioning the sock and sensor so that it works and isn’t overly tight on the infant is key and is easy after a few nights of getting used to it. The audible voice feedback is nice but the actual voice recordings are a bit strange (sounds a bit valley girl 😂). Overall good product, would recommend to any parent looking for some reassurance.

For my baby girl. I would like to say how accurate this monitor is at reading her heart rate, etc and how it eases my mind about how she is throughout the night. I’ve had the alert go off and it has saved her from her heart rate dropping too low. I love how easy the app is to control and how minor the sock is to how it affects her comfort zone. Overal 5/5 stars

Overall, a great product. My issue with this product is that there have been three instances where it slipped off my baby’s foot and I didn’t get notified for almost 3 minutes. Also, I allow it to fully charge but lately it will say 100% but then the percentage will drop to 48% so I’m not sure what the problem is.

The best. Always giving my mom brain peace of mind being able to see my baby breathing on the monitor and with the little sock I am able to see her heart rate and how well she’s sleeping. It’s beautiful.

Good. I really enjoy this sock. It gives peace of mind when baby is sleeping. I only wish you could get a report of the alerts you get and why.

Works well most of the time. Once in a while the camera has to be rebooted to work. Other than that, it’s just fine.

Great peace of mind. Overall super happy with the smart sock and app. Love the details about how she’s sleeping through the night as well as the details of her heart rate and oxygen. The sock stays nice and secure, haven’t had any problems with it coming off. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that it sometimes it won’t be able to get a reading if she’s too active and I think sometimes it registers her as awake even though she’s only in active sleep. Though probably tough to tell the difference from a motion and heart rate stand point.

Not accurate. Doesn’t always charge even though I place it on charger. Sometimes marks my baby awake for 2 hours when he slept for half the time. And sometimes randomly says my baby isn’t properly wearing sock when the sock is on the charger.

Just missing one thing. Love this sock for monitoring our baby! The only thing I wish it had was an alarm for oxygen saturation like it does for the heart rate.

Needs picture-in-picture support. This app would be way better with Picture in Picture support. An easy add to the app (as a developer) I’m on the fence with moving to another baby cam provider.

Love it!. I had the owlet and this is significantly better! Wish I switched sooner. Cry detection works and notifies my phone. I like how it records key crying events. Video quality is great. Love that you can adjust where the camera is pointing on the app (owlet you had to manually do it and it was annoying). App works on my phone and iPad. I can get the volume of the video to work and get the video to full screen mode on my phone all the time. Sometimes I can get the video full screen on my iPad but not always but it’s fine because I can still see my baby. Sometimes the volume doesn’t work on the iPad but if I just exit out of the app and reopen it it works again. It’s easy to manually install on the crib and bassinet. I moved it to different locations in the house depending on where baby sleeps.

No dark mode and iPad version. I like Eufy cams so I bought a baby monitor as well. Overall, I like the camera but the app doesn't have dark mode which is too bright during nights. Also, there is no iPad version unlike the eufy security app.

Peace of mind!. We are so glad to have the Eufy sock! We always have peace of mind when our little one is sleeping.

Ok app. I wish there was an ability to run the app in the background. Once you open another app it shuts down. The camera is decent quality. You get noise alerts (even when the app is closed) which is helpful. We have had it a few months and only had one short period where the camera wouldn’t not recognize our Wi-Fi, but eventually it updated and reset itself and we were able to use it again.

Cant see the reports. I’ve had the sleep sock for about 2 weeks. Worked really great for the most part until maybe 4 days ago. I cant view any of the sleep reports anymore. My baby wears the sock every night and for most naps. He’s definitely wearing it correctly as I have no issues gaining connection. Must be a bug in the app.

Typical Eufy. Only a company like Eufy could manage to cram so few features and so many bugs into so many different apps. Why wouldn’t you consolidate everything into an app for your customers? I have HomeBase with 2C cameras. I have a WiFi baby monitor. Why can’t I use a single app? It’s like the divisions of Eufy/Anker are entirely different companies.

Top 5 baby gift. Great product. Only better if it could remember wifi bc we travel with it. Have to re-enter wifi each time

Great product. We love this monitor, it gives us so much peace of mind but it has given my son heat rash on the top of his feet. Other than that it’s a fantastic product.

Love, but an alert for blood oxygen levels would be better. Love this monitor and gives my postpartum anxiety some relief and the ability to get a little sleep. The only thing that I would suggest is for an alert for Blood Oxygen levels. My 4 month old recently had the flu and I noticed that her oxygen levels were dropping really low at night but had no way of continuously monitoring unless I stared at the app all night which I did. 🥴

Fix this!. Not sure if there is a recent bug, I’ve had this since May and over the last month everyday the smart sock disconnects and won’t reconnect. I have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to work. My camera has done it twice as well. It’s really annoying because if it happens while we are sleeping I’m not going to be notified if something is wrong. Please fix it ASAP

Good camera, bad app. When I press the button to make the feed fullscreen, the app crashes my iPhone 12. I have to spend 2-3 minutes resetting my phone. This is extremely frustrating when I’m trying to check on a crying child.

Needs a night mode. I only looks at the app at night but it’s so bright it wakes everyone up

Love it overall but needs O2 alerts. I love this baby monitor and it is very accurate. I never have connection issues. The report in the morning is amazing. The only negative is that it is missing O2 alerts. It only has heart rate alerts. But it does monitor the O2 levels so adding these alerts should be simple.

So much peace of mind. Honestly one of the few MUCH needed things when having a baby. Only thing i wish it did was notify me on my phone when baby is waking up or is close to waking up. Other than that 100% recommend

Sock. I like it but I wish that it would alarm me if the baby’s oxygen level dropped as well. Other than that I think it’s good.

Must have!. Honestly the best thing and app ever. This has saved me from so many headaches and keeps this first time momma at ease.

Monitor. First, I would like to say how useful this app is. If I had to I would definitely by it again and recommend it to my friends. I use it to check my babies partial vitals anytime I’m concerned. I believe it could be better with a few improvements. For instance, it would be helpful if I could set the limits on the baby heart rate and oxygen saturation. The heart rate alarms when the HR drops to the 60s. This is way to low for a warning at 60 your baby is in real trouble. If the HR drops to 99 there should be an alarm. Also, the sock alarms occasionally when it is on appropriately. This could be alarming.

Love it!. This monitor helps me sleep better! If the baby’s oxygen levels go below a certain number it alerts you and tells you to check on your baby! And I am also able to share it with another person so they can also monitor the baby.

Notifications are broken. This app was great until the last update. Now, notifications are just numbered and don’t have any meaningful text. “Evt 14” means nothing to me. Please fix asap.

Does not work on iOS 12 anymore. App was working fine on my iphone 6 till last week. It is crashing after the latest update and I am not able to use the baby monitor on my phone.

Eufy camera and sock is amazing!. My son was born premature which caused him to be in the nicu and be on oxygen. He came home on oxygen. Before he got off oxygen we needed something to continue to monitor his oxygen intake along with his heart rate and this combo has been a life saver. The only reason why I gave it a 4 and not a full 5 star rating is because I wish it would notify you when the oxygen level drops like it does when the heart rate drops, temperature is below or above normal and crying. Besides that the camera has amazing quality and my son’s pediatrician is very impressed by the reading accuracy of the sock.

Works pretty good. I had a nephew that died of SIDS so I was really worried when I had a new baby boy. The device works great. It was great to track the baby’s sleep cycles over the days and weeks. It gives you a great pattern and expectations of when your baby sleeps but it helps you have peace of mind to sleep as well. There was a stage when the baby would bang his foot and the cap came off the top of the monitor. I did worry if he would get it and swallow. I was able to to superglue the cap and it never came off again. This happened around the 6-8 month period. There are rare occasions when the baby is wearing the monitor but due to the position of the foot the signal doesn’t get pick up by the base. Rare but does happen. Especially when he was closer to 1 year old. Other than that it’s been absolutely great. I would recommend to any parent.

Glitching. I been using your products for a few years now , and after a year or so, the systems started to glitch. I did everything on my end to make it stop but every so often it starts up again.

Problem fixed. Edit: thanks for fixing this! Recently this app asks for feedback EVERY time I open the app. STOP ASKING

Usually Great. Typically love the app and the sock but as of yesterday, the app won’t allow us to open the video monitors so we can’t see the baby if we’re in another room. Not sure if it’s an app issue but we tried to fix it on our end and no luck!

Well designed!. We’ve been using the Eufy smart sock and monitor for almost 8 months now. Very satisfied with the products and the app! The app is always receiving simple updates to improve the app. App is well designed and easy to use. So thankful for all this technology as a 1st time mom!

Amazing!. We love the Eufy and the Eufy app. Such a relief, we are able to actually sleep during her sleep times at night. We had the Owlet before, but this is honestly just as good for a smaller price.

The most recent "fixes" ruined the app. This app ran wonderfully on Mac M1s forever, now with the most recent update, it stopped working on Macs. The app already suffers from an easily solvable problem--the video cannot stay open while using other apps on the iPhone. Most other video apps allow for that feature. The solution, however, was easy enough. You could run the app on your Mac, and simply use your phone as you prefered. Indeed, the screen on the Mac is much bigger, so the 2K capabilities of the camera were really utilized. I hope your engineers will fix this asap, and get the app running on Mac M1s again, or get the video to work on the iPhone when using other apps. I'll gladly update my review to 5 stars again when that happens.

Love the concept but slow to display readings. Every night we have to restart and hard reset the sock and base before it will show the HR and BP numbers. It’s a 45 minute process every night, exhausting. The customer support was very helpful though and we are working on an exchange

Perfect for post NICU stay. We use this on our preemie son and it has been so relieving to be able to generally monitor and quantify his well being at home. There are a few bugs like the base disconnects from the network frequently which causes the sock to lose signal and stop reading. We have to reset the base to reboot essentially. The app also lags often or takes an extended time to display the readings. The sock is sensitive to movement so if he’s wiggling, it won’t read his vitals. However, overall it’s great for when he’s asleep, in his swing, or at night. It does a decent job tracking sleep but definitely has some discrepancies. Despite the issues, the data is fairly accurate.

This app needs dark mode. I’d give it five stars if the app had dark mode functionality. Until the developers add this I can’t support this more. This app is being used at night a lot and the glaring bright white app isn’t ideal.

Worth the money. The cost was hard to swallow at first. But it has given us a peace of mind when our child is asleep or if we’re in another room. I highly recommend this product.

Adding the blood oxygen monitoring makes this monitor awesome. I bought this system when it was just a heart rate monitor and detector. When they added the blood oxygen monitoring via firmware upgrade, this made a great productEven more amazing

Works good. Works good with no false alarms. Pulse ox gets way off if the foot monitor isn’t on perfectly so better readings would be nice. Also would like to see option to turn off/ control base monitor using the app.

Ok but No Alerts for Blood Oxygen Levels. I have the sleep socks for my twins and it monitors for both heart rate and blood oxygen. But it only alerts for abnormal heart rate and not blood oxygen. Otherwise it works great. App developer, please add this notification!

Overall good but could use improvements. Getting everything connected with home base and sock could be a smoother process.

Broken on latest update. Latest update broken on iPad mini 2 Edit: for those in my situation turn on RTSP in general settings > Storage. Then I use VLC network stream. You can’t control the position of the camera but at least you’ll still get a feed with audio

Great. Wife and I are both in fire and ems and we have not gotten a single false alarm. Sadly it has alerted us to tachycardia and brachycardia episodes and we are very pleased with the product!

Please avoid if you need your device to work as advertised. Very disappointing quality of hardware. The app user interface is rather clunky with a limited ability to manage privacy settings. A forced automatic update caused our 8 week old device to cease operating and the support team refused to answer even basic questions about support policies.

Good but a lot to improve. App takes a good few seconds to initiate live stream so if you are in a hurry to check your baby it’s frustrating. Notifications also takes several seconds to open and process the recording. Tilting and moving camera over the remote takes a while to respond, better be patient on that. It does miss baby crying a few times so you can’t rely 100% on notifications specially if you are too far from them and can’t hear them from another room. Definitely can’t rely neither on crying only notifications. There’s also a sort of a bug that it only notify loud noises when they apart from a few minutes between them, so if it notify first baby crying slowly increasing to louder it won’t notify again. So if you miss the first notification your baby will be left behind for several minutes. Would be great having an audio only access, showing graphical view of the noise on the room, so we could monitor with very low or no volume at all. I also wish I could change the notifications sound to make it more unique from others apps notifications. This is definitely a must.

No other app access. Not able to use other apps such as Spotify or audible to play in the background while watching the monitor

At peace. I enjoy this ! I tried other ones for the pass 5 months this one is the best

Quality!!. The products are high quality and the app matches this quality. Overall a really enjoyable app experience and great features that I use daily! Thank you for creating this for parents who need peace of mind!

Works fairly well. The odd false alarm but could be due to the sensor being dirty or slightly off. Other than that very accurate just gotta make sure it’s on right!

Decent enough app. Good app for people that are just buying this is a baby cam. It would be good to have an option to use all of these features into the main Eufy Security app so that you don’t have to open two apps to check on the home.

App is okay but…. The app is very good. It’ll would be great if the socks base (speaker) could alert when the baby is crying.

Does not work on iOS 12 anymore. App was working fine on my iphone 6 till last week. It is crashing after the latest update and I am not able to use the baby monitor on my phone.

Apple TV support. Please add Apple TV support. It would be wonderful to be able to see cam feed in the living room.

Unsatisfied. At first it was good but just after a week it wasn’t able to detect baby

Stopped working. Worked great until all of the sudden we can’t get sound notifications anymore. We tried a factory reset multiple times and reconfigured all notification settings in the app and on our phones…nothing works. Camera quality is good and we can watch the monitor but that’s it.

Great. Works well with babycam.

Garbage App. Can’t connect to my Eufy baby monitor. No QR code on the bottle of the cam to scan and doesn’t like the serial number I inputted that’s on the bottom of the camera. I’ve check things several times and I’m doing it all right. Camera and monitor are great on their own, thought it’d be nice to have the app as well. Guess not.

Love it. Lives up to its promises.

MFA Broken - App unusable. Not getting text code when I try to login. Can’t use the app at all anymore.

Barebones app— consistently wrong HR, wrong sleep calculations. I’ve been trialing this app with my newborn, and I’m pretty disappointed in this app and the hardware it connects to, the sleep sock, especially for the price. I consistently get CRITICAL ALERTs about critically low heart rate in the 60s, and when I check the HR manually with a stethoscope (I’m a nurse; nobody needs a stethoscope at home 😂) it’s double the stated HR in the 120s, 130s, and 140s. The first time I got a critical alert and I was freaking out because baby was 3 days old, when I tried to check and silence the alert I got the popup “are you enjoying this app? Rate now,” which is a completely inappropriate (and I would say potentially unsafe) moment to have a message like that. Another shortcoming of the data trends for HR and SpO2 that are collected and graphed out are that there are no markings on the graph, so you have no idea what the significance of the graph is. There is one horizontal line on the HR graph— is it for HR 100? The median HR? The mean HR? My setting for minimum HR? Nobody knows. Same goes for the SpO2 graph. Total sleep time is also incorrectly calculated. For instance, when I pick the baby up during the night too soothe or feed them, sometimes it registers as awake time, and sometimes it ends the current sleep period and then later when I lay the baby down, it starts another sleep period, as if it’s another day. So I have to do the math and add up all the different sleep periods overnight. Then for some reason it doesn’t record end-of-the-night sleeps at all, like from 6am on, even through the baby is wearing the monitor still while they finish the last night-routine sleep. This isn’t directly the app, but more related to the hardware, but it’s also super easy for the sock and monitor Bluetooth connection to disconnect from each other due to signal obstruction, like if I have baby’s feet under a pillow while I’m rocking them. When this happens, the alerts the app sends to my phone say “improper sock placement,” not “Bluetooth disconnected,” so if you weren’t thinking critically, you might decide to unswaddle your infant and wake them up to find the still sock perfectly placed. Not a good idea to wake a baby. It’s as if the software engineers don’t know anything about babies. Troubleshooting is also overly-simplified— it’s the same information that’s in the bare-bones manual and setup process. The troubleshooting doesn’t cover lots of scenarios, like what to do when the sock doesn’t record any data for no reason even though it’s properly placed and within range of the base station. Overall I feel the investment is hardly worthwhile. My wife likes it because she’s crazy anxious and she just watches the app constantly, but it’s kind of worthless for her too when there is no data in the app because the sock is “disconnected.”

S u c k s. Does not play live video on iPad

App crashes. App crashes after updates. iPad is now useless to check on my baby.

Keeps disconnecting. The first month was great now it disconnects every night

Peace of mind. Recommend for first time parents!

Limited and inconsistent. This app tells me that my baby had an abnormal heart rate but then won’t let me look at that historical data.

Not a thorough set up process. Got no warning that the maximum capacity for the sd card is 128gb. Waste of time now that I have to return the one I got and buy another

Best monitoring system. Gives us so much peace of mind with our little one. So happy we bought this

Won’t work with 2 cameras. Super disappointing that you’ll need 2 phones to use 2 baby monitors at the same time. Also, the app won’t run in the background, which means you can’t use those two phones for anything else while the baby monitors are on.

Skip the baby monitor - go for the classic security camera. This baby camera and app is 2x the cost of the standard eufy security camera and app, but the features don’t work. Noise detection doesn’t work. Temperature detection doesn’t work. Returned and bought the standard eufy security camera (and associated app) and it works perfectly. EufyCare shouldn’t have been launched in this state.

My firstborn. Being a new parents my wife and i have been “nervous” since we found out we were pregnant. We just wanted him to be as healthy as possible. Who wouldn’t? My wife was looking on Amazon for some baby heart monitors there are a couple different kinds. My mom decided to buy us as a gift the Eufy Baby Sock. The idea being that after he grows out of it we pass it along to the next brother or sister who has a baby and let them then use it. Having this sock has been the most relieving thing we’ve had to physically see , in front of us, in real time what his heart rate is at and what his blood oxygen level is at. This is a must buy for any new parents or a couple who’s having their second third forth etc child. You’ll sleep better at night knowing that if your baby’s heart rate goes below a certain preset number it’ll notify your phone and speak out loud to you from the home base. Thank you to whoever made this product so affordable. THIS IS A MUST BUY!!! (This is an honest review from a satisfied customer ,nobody from eufy baby paid me anything to share this) -that’s how confident in this sock i am-

Needs update. Needs update on wifi 5 GHz Wi-fi

Not impressed. First one they sent was broken. Got a replacement and it burns my sons foot.

Like it. I like the camera.

Not very iPad compatible. I’m sure a lot of people would like to use something like this with an iPad. I don’t see an iPad app and this app has some bug with being able to go into full screen mode on it. Can only get into it after fussing with the controls and them being unresponsive for a while. iPad support seems like it should be a no brainer and very aggravating that it’s not. Other than that works as expected. Good device controls.

Good camera, bad app. When I press the button to make the feed fullscreen, the app crashes my iPhone 12. I have to spend 2-3 minutes resetting my phone. This is extremely frustrating when I’m trying to check on a crying child.

Worst camera and app ever. Only works at best 10% of the time even while standing in the same room. Wish I had not purchased this brand of camera.

Very convenient…peace of mind. Buy it

Make alarm louder. If my kids heart rate is low or high I wanna know. Make the warning louder. More obnoxious. Non stop. Make it like an amber alert. Loud.

Won’t setup with camera we have. Downloaded the app and began to run through the setup. Went to enter serial number and it won’t take the serial associated with our camera. App doesn’t work at all

Excelente. Muy bueno para monitorear el corazón y oxígeno, lo recomiendo!

Won’t Set up. Went through prompts. Got to serial number won’t recognize serial number on the bottom of the camera. Disappointing

Very disappointed with Eufy app. App doesnt load at times. The notifications are also inaccurate. Many times the app sends notifications about temperature which is inaccurate.

Love it. I feel Masako is more accurate and user-friendly, in comparison to the owlet. It senses sleep with accuracy, even when rocking and allows you to set your limits whereas the.owlet and does not

This app needs dark mode. I’d give it five stars if the app had dark mode functionality. Until the developers add this I can’t support this more. This app is being used at night a lot and the glaring bright white app isn’t ideal.
