App is a fraud. The app doesn't remove photos at all. DO NOT pay for the premium feature. It doesn't work. This app is scam.

Purchased but ask me purchase again!!!!!. I purchased unlimited plan, it only with one day, and they ask me to make another purchase, I tried to contact them, there even don't have a contact email..... What can I do!

Don’t pay for the full service. I closed out of my account and then reopened it and it didn’t recognize that I made a purchase so I wasn’t able to delete multiple photos.

Don’t buy. Paid.. selected media, nothing deleted. Doing a charge back as we speak.

Scam. Paid the $4.99 for unlimited and nothing happened.

Don't get this app. This is a bad app, I got it and put my account and it got me kicked out and I can't get in no more, this page is bad and just get you hacked (don't get this app)

App is trash. What a waste of $4.99 the app does not work, it will delete 20 posts and stop.

It stopped working. I was enjoying the app as it was the only one I could find to remove followers. It worked perfectly for one day, and then stopped working. It just doesn’t remove any follower anymore. It shows the progress and then when you go check, you see that it didn’t remove any follower at all.

Doesn’t do what it says. I downloaded the app and paid the $5 to delete multiple likes that I made over time. It goes through the process of deleting the likes but doesn’t delete them. I paid for unlimited removals and it’s saying I can’t delete more than 8 and even those 8 won’t delete. Ugggg. I know Instagram has a 100 delete limits so I was hoping this app would help since I paid for unlimited deletes.

Not working. This app only works for a few minutes literally. Even after you purchase the unlimited package. I don’t recommend at all .

It works. Only app I’ve actually found that really mass archives IG posts for you.

Ok I try this app it’s good. For those who are having problems with ultimate purchase if you already bought ultimate purchase click on restore purchase it will fix it because at first I thought I got rob out 5$ but I click on restore purchase and it didn’t take other 5$ dollars it just fixed the problem and started clearing out stuff I wanted and you have to make sure you let app load everything you want remove or it not gonna work just make sure whatever number you selected Matches same number you selected or it not gonna work I’ve only use this app once get rid of 9k bot followers it took me 3 hours figure out what what was wrong with it this app is good but lil buggy but it got rid of my 9k bot followers

Crashes all the time. Just got this app, paid version, I have tried to use it 3 times. And it have crashed and close it self 2 out of 3 attempts. Not recommended. Regret paying for this.

A sham and I want my refund. I paid for the unlimited version for 4.99 and this app is a sham. It half works, I had 3,000 photos saying there were being dead deleted which took over 3 hours for nothing to be deleted. I’ve even tried doing smaller quantities like 100, 200 12 and 24 and it does not work out still it has been shutting down closing the app and worse thing of all is when I hit the contact us button it opens up in my email and the To: recipient box is empty. Refund me my money immediately!!!!

unfollow option. all this app does is erase the people who follow you. you can’t bulk unfollow the people you folllow. the only thing this app does is remove yo.

Nope. Does not work.. Worked one time. It seems you have to scroll through so all of your posts have loaded/shown, then wait for all of your posts to finish selecting before you hit the delete action. Then it runs. It is slow. But expected. It is doing a lot of actions on someone else's app. So that is fine. But run it two times and it starts to "not really do anything" while it pretends to finish the job. What happens is...it trips Instagram security and essentially the cleaner app cannot actually log in any more because it cannot enter the security code sent by Instagram. So it fails! But looks to us like it is working. Total fraud garbage. Ended up with my Insta account locked as a result. Jumping through hoops now trying to unlock it. DO NOT USE THIS

Waste of money to me too. It’s really bad app , selection must be tapping one by one ,and you can just remove followers not followings ,the app should be updated and if you make selecting like photos selecting by just scrolling you select all you want ,that would be better ,also there should be unfollowing too and specially unfollowing the accounts which haven’t followed my account means they’re not friends ,if you update this app and make it like i said it would be better otherwise it’s a waste of money

This app does not work!!. I purchased app to mass delete post, and not 1 post has been deleted. This is extremely frustrating. I’m at the point where I feel my only option is to permanently delete my IG account. Not sure why it’s so difficult to mass delete IG Post.

Waste of Money. I have paid for the unlimited version and I have continuously tried to do a mass delete and the posts are not deleting!!! This app worked fine when I first purchased it, now it’s like a waste of money because it never worked again after the first try. Update this app asap please, people are paying money for this and it feels like a rip off!!

WASTE OF TIME / MONEY / DONT EVEN DOWNLOAD. total waste. Won’t delete posts. Only lets you delete a few at a time otherwise you’re prompted to purchase unlimited for $4.99 or watch a video advertisement. I haven’t purchased the unlimited and I won’t. I guess the app creators don’t even have a way to be contacted for refunds. Take that into account if you’re interested… maybe just pass on this.
