100% you will be disappointed. I didn’t expect much as this was only $6 but the app had no labels on the buttons so you have no idea what your pressing. It connected one time, the alarm when off when the dog went into another room and then disconnected and never connected again. If I could rate 0 I would. Don’t waste your time buying this or using the app.

Worse than I expected!. This tag is absolutely usless. I set it up, got the chimes and then it dies. Morning but disconnect every 5 minutes. It also does. It track my cat. It tracks my phone, which is both disturbing and useless when I need to know where my cat is, not the phone in my freaking hand. Terrible. Don’t waste your time. You get what you pay for.

Very disappointed. Complete waste of money, and completely useless. All the time disconnecting even with my dog right next to me, and half of the functions are blank. Also very cheaply made, the back casing easily pops off during simple play time.

Waste of money. Mad I didn’t see the reviews until after getting it on my dogs collar. Waste of money and time.

App has no info just shows a map. The app is blank when you download it. The pamphlet says it will prompt me to set up but there’s literally nothing just blank screens . I can’t make any changes . Click the tab to look at the map and yeah it shows me where my dog is but that’s it. DO NOT BUY THIS not worth it

Don’t bother. The app is COMPLETELY void of any & all text. No pop up shows when you turn on the tracker. Waste of $3 for the tracking device.

Ehhh. It’s weird. It won’t load and very slow. Good thing I didn’t buy it😂 stole this tiny thing from Macys🤷🏽‍♀️ your welcome

Worst app ever. I bought this at walmart & it was the worst thing I’ve ever purchased. Half the app isnt even finished so you cant even see what the settings are. I didn’t even bother putting it on my dog. 0/10.

Return it !!!!. My dog is laying in front of me right now in my house and it says he is down the street. It alerts me about every 2 minutes and he has not moved. I do like the fact it has an alarm button so i can hear where my dog is at since he is deaf i can find him easier when it is dark outside but other than that it is useless. The gps tracking is trash. And the beeping freaks out my other dogs.

Shockingly Disappointed. I am at a loss why Apple would allow an app that contains no helpful information to the user and has blank content throughout…. I honestly thought my phone was crashing with such lack of function on this app! My pawnav tracker I just purchased is continuously beeping as a result my dog won’t even leave my side afraid of it! So, I went from my dog leaving the yard feeling the need to keep him safe with this tracker to now possibly him suffering a bladder infection because he’s too scared to leave my side to urinate. No customer service contact information came with the product -Poor product -poor app. Overall poor experience. Don’t buy!

Its prob too late by the time you see this.. Im sure you are here b/c of product purchase. Right? Well… What a waste of money. I’m surprised Apple even let this useless app through!!! Is there no quality control any more? It was simple enough to pair the app with the device. But thats about all you will be doing with this app. Why? Well, blank options and blank buttons and just about blank everything after pairing. This deserves a Negative 5 Stars! 4-5 years its been on here. What would S Jobs say?!

Waste of money and time. $4 on clearance was a waste of money. The app is a joke and useless.

What…. Was excited to get this, but the app is just blank.. as everyone else said, waste of $5. The map doesn’t even work, it tells on the package it will tell distance or something & it does nothing of the sort. Definitely would get a refund if I didn’t live a hour from the store.
