What is going on. There are no instructions on what to do or what the game even is, I can’t get past the first part because nothing happens when I press anywhere

Awful. I’m sorry maybe it’s just me but I find this game to b completely boring and just plain dumb. No offense. I thought this would b some cute fun adventure game and it was so not.

this game forever shaped my sense of humor. i was incredibly pleased to find this game randomly in the app store after searching for it for a very long time. i remember it vividly from my childhood- it holds up very well. beautiful quality graphics, good puzzles, nice ambient interesting music. really cool, thank you for remastering it.

visually captivating quick game. its a click through problem solving game that, from start to finish, takes about 10 minutes to complete.

Pretty good. Ive played creaks, and machinarium a couple years ago and apparently they were made by the same people so I decided to check out there other games. To be honest the samorost games are pretty good. The first samorost game is kinda like a demo for the other games. Don’t believe people who gave this game a bad rating, its not our fault that their bad at the game. I only gave it four stars because of how short it is but i understand it was made in 2003 and probably was just made for fun

Cute little game. Cute little game, reminiscent of The Manhole or Cosmic Osmo. Very, very short but Fun while it lasted.

Brings back good memories. I remember playing this when I was like 7 not knowing what I was doing but I was so hooked for some reason. I’ve been trying to find this for years and now I’ve finallly found it 😍

a truly incredible game. this game my sister introduced me to but she introduced the third one. I fell in love so I bought the pack of them as well as other games from this creator. I have never had a more relaxing beautiful game. If this game could be real life I would pay the world to be in it. It’s such a amazing cute beautiful game and I have probably downloaded it more that 12 times. 11/10 please get its so worth it💖

Therapeutic, relaxing and fun. I love it, the game isn't so long and it's very fun to play... let's you problem solve and observe everything around.

Cute game. Some of it is just repeated tapping of the same objects, but not hard to figure out the rest. Just a bit too short. Was hoping for more of a challenge, but cute game nonetheless.

Beautiful imagery and nature connections. I love the imagery and connections with nature in the Samarost games. The trees, moss, fauna and other flora are so beautifully colorful and textured. They remind us of the importance and peace of being outside in the forest, but in an adventure game setting. Creativity/artistry 10/10.

A strange game…. …

I wanted to like it. I’ve seen this game from time to time and always wondered about it. It looked so interesting and was rated so highly. So I finally decided to download it. I watched the intro, waited for it to begin. I got to the first place where apparently you start the game. A man smoking, little creatures all around. I tapped here and there since there was no clue about where to start. One creature moved, then moved back. The man smoked. That was it. I tapped and tapped all over the place and nothing happened. I know some people enjoy games that give you no information or instruction. I’m not one of those people.

Loved it, but too short. I loved this game just as much as machinarium, another game by Amanita, but it's a ten minute game. five star if it was longer, but it's still fun, and i love the graphics!

Midnight Adventure. Took me around 10 minutes to 20 minutes to complete. I really enjoyed this game and it was a nice short lived puzzle to play while in bed!

Very.... Different. I really like the style of this game. It may be short, but makes up for the lack of content with the abstract visuals. I've had dreams of stuff like this before, and this perfectly invisions those into a playable game. If you're free for 10 minutes and looking for a different game, I strongly reccomend you give this game a shot.

Love Amanita Design!. I’m picky about games, and these guys don’t disappoint. I loved Machinarium and Botanicula, and I finally got around to Samorost 1 (updated recently, btw). True to their style, it has gorgeously atmospheric music, beautiful backgrounds with their signature collage of nature and steampunk, adorable characters, and a whimsical game play that requires a creative, open mind. It makes me laugh! Now onto Samorost 2 and 3!

Amazing must play. I love this game, it is an amazing story/puzzle game I can’t really complain about the length of the game because it’s a remaster so it’s not the developers fault but I loved it. The game gives me vibes from other games I’ve played the music is amazing. The animation and characters are so unique. It’s a true gem.

Short , simple but fun. I never heard of this game before but since it had great ratings I had to try it. I found it quite frustrating at first since I didn’t have a clue what to do, but once I figure out the working man screen, the rest kinda fell into place. Lol. Wish it longer, but then I came here to write this review I noticed that there ARE more parts (2 & 3), so I guess I’m going to have to buy part 2 now. Lol

Short but fun. Samorost 1 is a very nice 6 level game for anyone who wants to be entertained for about 20 minutes. I ended up getting 2&3 and finishing those. The games get bigger as they go.

Cute. But short

Nostalgic. I remember when I first played this game when it was released. The gameplay experience, indie animation and the music was memorable. I loved the Samorost 2 as well.

Strange. I was not expecting it to be that short, finished it in like 15 minutes. Would have liked it to be longer. Very unique animation style, reminds me of a collage, cute.

Not bad. I think this is a good game because, I thought that the characters were cute (e.g disco squirrel and Mrs smoking man), the graphics weren’t to bad, and I liked the creativity of it. I only gave it a four star rating because it is very short! Four or five little scenes and boom, you’re done! Also, there are other games though so I mustn’t be too harsh. At the end of the game it shows you the credits and then resets the game so that you can start again. Overall I think this is a good game! Warm regards, Caitlin G Age 10

A bit to short. I liked the puzzles but wasn’t it a bit to short? I deleted the game straight after I had finished it. Hopefully Samorost 2 will be better.

Cute and Short.. Enjoyable game with easy to medium difficulty puzzles. Interesting, engaging scenery and fun sound effects. Short- feels like a "light" version playable in around 1 hour. Replayed it in less than 15 mins. Deducted 1 star for being too short.
