Way too short....should be free. Would have been fun, if it lasted more than 10 minutes. Waste of money. You should refund everyone who purchased this game, if you can call it that.

Don’t buy into the bad reviews. Yes, the game is short, but the rest is on par with their other releases in terms of creativity, difficulty and game play. If you’re a fan of Sam3 or Machinarium, you’ll love this game. It’s certainly worth 99 cents.

Great if no bugs and glitches. Yes, it’s not your regular amanita long games; but the creativity and artistry is as beautiful and amazing, and with a touch of humor. To Amanita: please update the game for all ipads; still lots of bugs and frozen little guy who would not move

Samorost 2. Just played game and like many have said it is really a short game.The game is also very enjoyable. That aside if paying only $3.00 for 30 min. of fun goes towards more games from this dev, then I’m all in.

Glitchy on iOS. Well done game like other Amanita games but very glitchy on iPad. Game hangs up, a feature won’t work and you have to go back through a previous and repeat to unlock it. Very annoying.

Short ?!!. Its fun game but its too short! I finished it in less than 1 hour !!

Glitches. I’m a big fan of Amanita games, so I was pretty excited to see Samorost 2. But it is so glitchy I can’t play it on my iPhone. The little hero is difficult to move and currently he is stuck in the gourd in the second scene. I cannot get him to move at all. So disappointed.

Another great game.... ...from a great group of developers. Ashamed some people are to cheap to enjoy it. Devs have to make a living too.

Love these games.. but. Hundred stars for a fresh and much needed maturing of what games could be. Not sure if it's a new ios bug bit Sam2 is stuck at the second screen. He can't move out of the hut. Update, it's Not a bug. LoL just my deficient skills. I love these folks! The change from 2 to 3 is a delight. Great work!

Games without gore...please make more!. I love the Amanita games because they are charming, intelligent and just plain fun. Games like Samorost and Botanicula have a non-gruesome and fanciful appeal to both kid/ parent teams and seniors just looking for some humorous brain stimulation. It seems that 98% of escape puzzle games are aimed at adolescent males, offering up either violent action or demonic forces. I am NOT an adolescent or arrested development male, but I DO have both dollars and time to spend, and can’t wait for the next idea spinning out of Amanita. What IS next, team?

You can’t get a more beautiful game at this price!. The low rating of this game is totally undeserved and utterly unfair. It’s short, fine, but priced at 1$ is definitely a steal. If you then add that it has wonderful graphics, funny characters, humorous storyline and challenging tasks to accomplish, you can’t give it less than five stars. Kudos to the developers for the hard work and the excellent result!

I love these guys so much. Yes, this is a pretty short game. BUT the level of creativity and charm that goes into their games. People complain when they spend a few dollars on a game - but it’s nothing! Think about the number of hours that go into making something like this. Machinarium, Botanicula, and Samarost 3 are some of the best and most delightful games I’ve ever played. And they make me smile! How many games can do that? We live in such a jaded world. It’s lovely to see this kind of ingenuity and ingenuousness. I’m ok spending a few dollars to live in Amanita’s playful imagination even briefly.

Extremely short game. Game was fun and I liked the puzzles, but I played through the whole thing in under an hour

To short for the $!. We have all waited a long time for another version of this game and for it to be something that I can finish the same day I download it! Hope they plan on releasing more chapters for free!

Big disappointment !!!. Loved the first one as it had no glitches. Was really excited when I saw this one at the App Store. But sadly, I deleted it 2 minutes after downloading and I want my money back. The gnome doesn’t even move after the landing in first scene. Regardless where I clicked and what I tried, it just wouldn’t move. To developers: you think perhaps ironing out bugs would make sense before selling an unplayable game? No?

Love !. I really enjoyed this game. The art, the sweet storyline, and characters are amazing. Great job ! Those complaining, should be ashamed, if you want longer version pay and play all the chapters. Won’t cost you more than buying a $6.99 boring point and click game or the purchases you make on “free 2 play” for obtaining coins or hints… 😂..

An attempt, with dog assist, to dismount the parachute can only be tried once.. Yup, if you don’t get it right the first time, fergetaboutit. Same w the bugs in tat panel. It’s a once only deal.

I like the first game. The first game was longer. I still enjoyed the second part but it’s way too short, almost feels like a demo version. Otherwise I would give a 5 star.

Save your money - SUPER short game. Like other reviewers, this is a fun game. I played the third game first and thought I would give the second one a try. While it is a fun game, you can beat the entire thing in about 30 minutes. I was expecting something much longer. Really disappointed. I think $1.99 MAYBE. But $2.99 feels like a bit of a rip off for a game that lasts 30 minutes.

Error in iOS version. In the last scene with the old man a red error bar appears once you fill the spaceship with gas. Game locks at this point. Hope you can find a fix or else it was for nothing...even though it was a short game. We love all amanita games and never encountered an error before.

Um... what?. That’s the whole game??? Really? Basically, someone takes his dog, then he gets his dog back, and then he goes home. That’s the game. It took me about 30 minutes to finish.

Love this. I loved Machinarium and this one is just as unique but a little short

Gem. I played this online in the early-mid 2000’s and spent hours trying to figure out this unique little game series. This many years later it is still impressive graphics, fun unique. Took me long enough to find out what it was called again! Pretty sure this game also is what introduced little me to the polyphonic spree back then 😊 Well done so glad to see it in App Store.

Short but sweet. As a huge fan of this developers games, in particular Samarost 3 I was excited to play another in the series. While very short, compared to the 3rd one and some of their other games, it is still visually magnificent and has the kooky, enthralling gameplay. Really keen for a Botanicula sequel!

Sucks on iPhone. The game is impossible to play on iPhone. Touch features too sensitive. I imagine it would be way better on iPad or Mac.

Gorgeous game before bedtime. This “game”? is gorgeous! reminds me of the little prince, but is kinda hard to play in iphone :S you really really need to foucus

Not good. Bought this game because Apple featured it. No guide, no instructions, no clue as to what I’m supposed to do.

Not great with iPad. The controllers don’t always work with iPad. It got to the point where nothing was being detected. Total ripoff!!

Eh. I don’t recommend this game. I recommend Samorost 3 instead. This game was way too short a puzzle game compared to the other Amanita games.

For a game. Samorost 2 l think suggests the building of a motorcycle…the game is a really good adventure

Great but too short. The storyline, characters, visuals and music are very nice. The game is very short however compared to Machinarium and Botanicula. A nice diversion but it only took me 60 to 90 or so minutes to play.
