No sound on videos. I would like to use this app but it plays the videos with no sound. How can I edit the subtitles if I can’t hear the videos? I am not sure how to contact the developer about this.

Doesn’t work well. It takes triple the amount of time of the video to add the captions and then unable to get it to export. It gets to 90 some percent and then shut off

Bugs and VERY Slow. First off the app can barley run on its own and takes forever to load, constantly crashing. When I finish a project and I go to look at it, the app crashes over and over again. What a waste of 5 dollars just for me not be able to see my own projects. DO NOT DOWNLOAD

They steal your money. This app will steal your money. I was able to edit a few videos, but after renewing and paying the second time it says that I car 0 minutes remaining, and I just pay. It doesn’t give you any other option do to anything in the app. They just stole my money.

Inconsistent. I’ve been using the translator app for the last two months and the translation from Russian to English is sporadic and inconsistent at best. Words are often missed by the translator and very often a glitch causes the translator not to work at all. I’ve deleted the app and restarted it with the same problem. There’s no fix and I find that I’m paying for a monthly app that does not always work. This will be the last month I use this app because of how inconsistent and problematic it is. Improvements must be made!

Doesn’t Work. Paid for the premium subscription and Everytime I try to download the video with the subtitles it says export failed every single time. Waste of time and money!

Do not buy this app!. I had to manually correct every caption. I could have used a free one and gotten the same results. I tried one project and I am VERY disappointed. I would like to cancel but the website for support doesn’t direct you to help. I thought this would be easier than and transcribing, but that is exactly what I ended up doing.

Wow! Love the app!. However, how can’t I listen to it prior from exporting to the photo album? The “sink” of voice and translation doesn’t work 100% perfect. I need to make some editing myself. Please how can I listen to the video prior from exporting it? Thank you!

No longer works. Worked in the past and was amazing - recently renewed my subscription and the app does not work for autogenerating subtitles.

In it for the money. False sense of free freedom. Just when you put hours of work the work, they make you pay 3.99 to remove water mark.

The doesn't autotranslate. It stopped auto tea skating. What to do now?

App randomly stops working at least once a month. This app glitches at least once every billing cycle. When it glitches it will not create subtitles, making the app pointless. Customer care will sometimes reply in a timely manner, but I have currently been waiting for almost two weeks to hear back from the company about fixing this issue. So now I pay for an app that doesn’t work. Deleting my subscription and would not recommend this app.

Good but you may be forced to speak loudly. Good app, accurate subtitles. Although you may have to speak in an exaggerated manner so that the AI can properly pick up on what’s being said

Best app for captions on social media. Literally the easiest to use caption app that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Mixcaptions makes you pay for everything meanwhile in this app you get so much for free. BIGGEST FEATURE: Translations to different languages. Literally going to allow me to expand my business so much. Highly reccomended.

Info withheld in description. Only supports videos up to 20 minutes long and it does NOT explain that in the app description. Because of it, you end up signing up for the monthly subscription unaware that you may end up paying for something that may not be of use to you after all.

Subtitle. Need assistance and I'm not getting it ¿what's wrong? I'm paying for your application.

Doesn’t translate well. I tried using this app to translate a man speaking in Italian, and the translation was very bad. I finally deleted it and canceled my subscription.

Paying for Premium Getting Limited Minutes Instead. I am paying $5.49 monthly for the premium version, however, every time I use the app a message is displayed with a remaining minutes countdown. It now states that I only have 55 minutes remaining. Why is this happening if I’m paying the premium rate?.

Export errors. All my videos exported upside down, but with the subtitles right side up… unusable

Junk. This app is trash. It never works. You pay the money and then you can’t even use it. There is nothing redeeming about this app.

Can’t export. The app is great, surprising that translation is very accurate. But i can’t export my video to share, and settings are very limited. Don't know if i have to up grade my subscription or. Sad.

Useless. Don’t waste your money I think this app is fraud….

Great app, but.... Easy to use, fairly accurate in its automatic subtitles (and editing is easy). Since I tend to do short videos, the cost for additional minutes is reasonable. My biggest complaint is that you can’t delete projects! So I have this huge list of videos I’ve completed, that I’d love to get rid of, and there’s no way to do that.

Great app. Trash export. The subtitles are great but the app keeps crashing when I try to export. I’ve allowed access to all photos but it’s still not exporting

App is not working. First few minutes were great, once I purchased the app, it stopped generating translation. I tried to contact the developer via the app support, it's not working either.

No sound. Absolutely worthless! As soon as I paid for the app, it started uploading video with no sound for some reason… now I have to have a backup app for subtitles in case this one starts acting up, making it absolutely pointless to have this app in the first place… might as well go with a different app all the time

No sound!!!. At first try my video had sound but when I closed the app and reopened it, my video had no sound and I couldn’t be able to edit it. I searched everywhere to find an option to correct it but it was nothing there. It totally wasted my time.

Export stopped working. App is great when working…but I’ve just tried again and again to export a translated app that was upside down the first time. I went in and clicked the fix button and now … nothing will export. The App crashes each time I try to export. I’ve even wasted money downloading more minutes to try to do it over. I don’t see any way to email developer…I like the app…but it’s got bugs…

Did not translate properly!. On a foreign language music video, the translation was completely off! The subtitling in the original language was somewhat accurate but given that, I don’t understand how the translation was so wrong. I needed the app for the translation, so I could not use this app. Apple request for refund has been submitted.

Scam. They charge from me without translating my video I never recommend this App for anyone I contacted they nobody reply me or refund my time translate or my money don’t waste your time here .

Scam. The app crashes when I try to open my project, tried to reach out for help and it takes you to a spam page that asks you to download more apps

Completely inaccurate. Submitted a video in Spanish to be transcribed and translated into English and it did a very poor job of translating. I’d like a refund for my subscription if the team would get back to me please.

Exactly what I wanted! Impressed!. Took a chance on this app. And it delivered everything I needed. To make my videos. Wish I could delete projects I make, but for a free app, I am very impressed!

Very simple to use, but…. This is glitching on me day one and developer support seems non-existent. My subtitles are greying out on me, no matter what color I make them, they are illegible.

It’s not reliable. Great app when it works but has too many bugs. It crashes without saving the videos or when you try to add a text box to the video. I wish there was a support for this but that is also non existent. I can’t recommend this.

Not working now. I paid for the app and now I try to translate a video and it keeps uploading it never translates it. Before paying it was working very well so I decided to pay for more min and now I can not do anything I really like the app but now I can'.

No audio playback. Can’t adjust the subtitles because there is no audio playback. Plus, the timings can’t be adjusted precisely you got to fiddle with the timeline.

Great app until. It tells me I need “more minutes “ even when the video is only 4 seconds long.

Should be much better. Used it for 2 months. Last time did few long videos and didn’t download it. When opened it next day all subtitles were messy. 3 hours of work. And on my phone when I use this app I don’t have sound on video, so its really difficult to keep truck of translation.

Can’t choose purchase options. If you don’t upgrade, it deletes the sound from your video so you’re not able to add in subtitles manually. The only option is a monthly basis. It doesn’t give you the minutes option that the description says it offers. Other than those issues, it’s pretty user friendly and easy to edit.

I want a refund. I signed up for a month description because I need a 12 minute video translated, but less than 10% of the conversation showed up on the screen as closed captions. Things are incomplete or wrong. I’m super annoyed.

Good but. This is a good app, fair translation with minimal correction. What I would add is the option to customize the subtitles a little better to fit in a format that works for tiktok specially, you can’t resize or put the captions in a space you like, they tend to go too long and tiktok comments and like icons tend to go over the subtitles

Keeps crashing. I was so hopeful but this is not a good app :( The subtitles are not accurate, hard to edit, and the app keeps crashing!

Really?. When I go into the app and try to compress a video I made, it simply doesn’t do so and better yet it kicks me out of the app, making my video being subtitled impossible. Great job to the developers on that end!

App not working. I purchased the add and trying to translate a video and when I click on generate subtitles it won’t work. Am frustrated at this moment and don’t know what to do, if I can’t get any answers I need my money back.

Did not translate video. This app was great that it let me use a downloaded video, but it did not translate at all. Sad.

Ugh. Translations totally wrong

Very disappointed. Don’t download and don’t purchase a subscription. I am very sad and disappointed with this app. The translation is not complete and not right, even if it in its own language. It no longer work after I exported 3 videos. I can no longer use it, even if I just purchased it the same day, and it hasn’t been expired yet.

Wouldn’t export. Downloaded the app. The video I wanted transcribed was longer than the free three minutes you get per month, so I purchased a month subscription. Then, once everything was done it wouldn’t export from the app. I tried contacting app support and it took me someplace to apply for an Amazon job. Random.
