Great for Beginners!. This app was a wonderful refresher on the basics of Java. I also learnt many things that I struggled with in my computer science especially regarding strings, array lists, and many other fundamental concepts needed to code Java. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn the basics of Java or need a refresher of this programming language.

Reorganized?. The free sample lesson seems to pick up in the middle of discussing classes, which I need as a rank beginner. It seems otherwise like a good value.

Amazing tool for practicing/reviewing Java. This app has all the fundamental topics in java and gives a thorough breakdown of each concept. If that wasn’t enough, there’s also way to practice the concepts learned by completing the problems and running them in the app itself!

saved me apcs. my computer science teacher mavid h dolmes is one of the worst for learning practical java. we had a test coning up on stuff i was completely unprepared for. but going over the lessons in the app got me a really good score. i would recommend any upcoming learner to use this app

Could you please introduce the zoom. Zoom in the app? Letters are too small and it’s hard to see them, I’ll appreciate it.

Practice Java on the go. I’m trying to Java and this app has been convenient for me when I want to practice Java . It’s not perfect , but it’s super convenient.

Description said all lessons free, but 3.99$.. Uh, not sure if its a glitch, i doubt it, but the first one was free, rest are locked for good until you pay 3.99$ Granted, its cheap, so 2 stars for being ad least cheap, but it literally says free.

No complains - Go for it. Lets face it...all coding apps now a days on app store are paid ones, this one is 5 bucks with tax (which is good since now coding apps are going by subscription which is insane!). This app is great especially for beginners. I am a CS student so I have some experience with Java already, and after finishing everything in this app I can say its good. Wish it had some more content tho, in the end it said their would be a Generics lesson which their isnt. But other than that I would totally recommend! Don't expect to become an expert with this app, cause it takes years to master any programming language. But you'll get a good understanding. So go ahead its only 5 dollars, no complaints here!

Junk. App crashed after I paid. It states I need internet, but I do have it. It is working for every other app. The developers link is broken and does not work. No way to contact developer to try to resolve the issue.

Run Time error … waste of money … scam. After I paid for the pro I worked for two days then now every time I try to run it says runtime error out of memory … stack and heap memory is full …..

Can’t run the code. Is a great app but I just can’t run the code, it always gives me error. How can I solve this problem and I know the code i wrote is not wrong.

Disappointed. Just got the app a well ago and now all it says when I open it “needs internet connection to function” how could I type this with no internet connection?!? I want my money back! Fix your app

Good app for coding. It’s a good app to teach you how to code. but I wish you could get it on Windows 10.

Ripoff. You get one lesson and then have to pay $3.99 for the rest. But there are only 10 single page lessons. The sandbox doesn’t even work with scanner either. Junk.

Seen better. Started ok the app. But after couple lessons the audio from videos disappeared.

Errors. This could be a great app but I keep getting errors when using the practice options. “Fatal error: runtime: out of memory” And this is only me running simple one line code. Not great after paying for it and has been like this for a few days. Shame as it would otherwise be a good app

Underrated. Very helpful and concise explanations. I enjoy how small important things are brought up, like spaces and why 10/2 is 2 instead of 2.5 for integer variable types. This app that no one knows about is helping me with Java better and I'm a beginner. I don't usually write reviews ever but I feel this app is overrated so. Thank you 🖤💻

Crappy. Here is my review of this. I’ve just started using this app and so far every time I enter code into the system and run it I get an error. The only upside is that I have my own computer so I can use that to write my code on. But since I paid the $3.99 I expected it to work properly. On the upside I do feel the lessons are easy to understand.

Worst app ever!. I moved on to lesson 2, learned, and practiced. Only when I did the practice it always said there was no output and no errors. I used the help thing and it was no help. I even copied stuff exactly the way it was written from the lesson into the thing and NOTHING! Complete waste.

Run Code Error. Tried out the very first practice, a simple “hello world” exercise. My code looks just like that in the “need help?” section, yet there’s a runtime:out of memory error??? I’m not going to purchase an app if the free part doesn’t even work.

Nice. it looks really pleasing to the eyes. Plus it explains exactly what to put in the terminal... im hoping to see the graphics and color upgrades

The explanation is okay not very detailed and runs a quick practice run for the lesson. Afterwards they charge $3.99 for the other lessons and a separate charge to use the playground or “sandbox” feature.

Two minutes wait or pay money. First lesson was not explained properly and yet asked to solve it

Bad. Barley any content, makes you pay for most lessons, will only let you run code ever 4 minutes so if you mess up the code you have to wait to run it again unless you pay.... terrible
