Was excited at first. I thought this was going to be so great! I purchased the paid program, so I could caption a 7- minute video, and found the process pretty simple to use. But then I uploaded the video and got a black screen only— with subtitles. And this is not an update issue, because I just downloaded the newest version of the app tonight. I do intend to try it on another video, to see if this was a glitch.

Stacked subtitles. The app worked great except for when I exported the subtitles were stacked on top of each other and not disappearing. If this bug persists if definitely should be free to remove the watermark

Get Liro. Liro is way easier to use. Liro had troubled w a Portuguese video i tried but it did a good job w my Spanish video

Does not work for music videos. I thought it wasn’t working because I was trying add lyrics to my music video but the app keeps freezing and glitching. It literally doesn’t work and I already paid. The problems are reminding me of Android apps 🤖

It doesn’t work. It export the subtitles with black screen!!

Doesn’t work at all — don’t waste your money. Literally just doesn’t work. I keep trying to upload my video and it just takes me to the main page. Can’t even get my video into the app in order to create the subtitles. Just purchased the 65 minutes of subtitles credit and can’t use it, and there’s no customer service option for the app when it doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money.

Doesn’t work. Everytime I try to export a video it just says that my internet isn’t connected when in reality it is, it’s just the app itself, and there are lots of other bad reviews of this app and seeing how this app really is, I’m taking my business elsewhere

It’s ok. I created my video and exported it but the subtitles were stacked on top of each other to couldn’t read them. They weren’t like that in the preview (before exporting) so I don’t know what happened there.

I paid and doesn’t work. I got charged $4.99 my subscription id until june 15 and i wasn’t able to use anything “still have the water mark” and it doesn’t put any subtitles i have to do it manually, conclusion , you stole my money and you app doesn’t work! HORRIBLE APP I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Very easy and quick to use. The app works as described and very well at that. Just be sure to double check after the AI generates the subtitles to make sure basic things are right such as to and two being mixed Up. Recommend!!

fix this (quack)ing bug. So one day at night I was doing a captions for like Eminem’s fast part in godzilla, at first the lyrics were funny, but then like it got the right lyrics I was surprised, so today i was gonna like do one on rap god but it said “audio speakers dialog add” like you are so lazy, I don’t know the lyrics of the (quack)ing song! You (quack) fix it, I’m annoying, I’m ok with the (quack)ing watermark, but not the (quack)ing (quack) (quack) (quack)ing bug, I (quack)ing hate it.

Exported UPSIDE DOWN!!!. Omg thanks for wasting my time all that work correcting the errors to have it export upside down!!!!

Literally the worst app ever. It would not transcribe my video. Wouldn’t create the subtitles. Then I signed up since I thought maybe it was just a glitch. I kept trying to upload and create subtitles for my video, and it kept telling me there was an error. Meanwhile it kept deducting time from my credit.

Impressive!. I was impressed with how well the program picked up my voice. Great experience overall.

Can’t export the video. After paying for the watermark to be removed, I wasn’t able to export the video even though I granted access to my photos (like the pop message said). Also, I had to translate all the words since it didn’t even did that properly. Can someone please provide me with a refund.

Stinks. The captions weren’t that accurate and the it just stopped working one day. So annoying

Upset. The captions are there but it took away my video as the background. I just paid$5 and the captions are perfect but it took my video away and left me with just captions on a black screen. Very frustrating as this is the only app I was able to find that would generate English captions for Spanish audio and it does a great job doing it. I don’t know why it’s removing my video though. I tried to get app support but got a message that the server wasn’t working. Very bummed right now!

Fraud. I loved the 1 free 1 min video that I was able to do with this. Subscribed to the monthly for up to 20 minutes per month (seems low to me) but they never gave me my credits. Do not pay for this. It’s a scam.

Spending money on an app that doesn't work!. The app includes a major bug where randomly it won't allow it's users to upload and edit a video. Very painful.
