Mobile Passport Control App Reviews
Mobile Passport Control App Description & Overview
What is mobile passport control app? Mobile Passport Control (MPC) is an official application created by U.S. Customs and Border Protection that streamlines your CBP inspection process at select U.S. entry locations. Simply complete your travel information, answer CBP inspection questions, capture a photo of yourself and of each member of your group, and follow the instructions provided on your receipt.
Important Notes:
• MPC does not replace your passport; your passport will still be required for travel.
• MPC is only available at supported CBP entry locations.
• MPC is a voluntary program which can be used by U.S. Citizens, certain Canadian Citizen Visitors, Lawful Permanent Residents, and returning Visa Waiver Program applicants with an approved ESTA.
More information regarding eligibility and supported CBP entry locations can be found on our website: https://www.cbp.gov/travel/us-citizens/mobile-passport-control
MPC can be used in 6 simple steps:
1. Create a primary profile to save your travel documents and biographic information. You can add and save additional eligible people to the MPC app so that you can submit together from one device. Your information will be securely stored on your device to be used for future travel.
2. Select your CBP port of entry, terminal (if applicable), and add up to 11 additional members of your group to include in your submission.
3. Answer CBP inspection questions and certify the truthfulness and accuracy of your answers.
4. Upon arriving at your selected port of entry, tap the “Yes, Submit Now” button. You will be asked to capture a clear and unobstructed photo of yourself and of each other person that you included in your submission.
5. Once your submission is processed, CBP will send a virtual receipt back to your device. Follow the instructions on your receipt and be prepared to present your passport and other relevant travel documents.
6. The CBP Officer will complete the inspection. If further information is required, the CBP Officer will let you know. Please note: The CBP Officer may ask to capture an additional photo of you or your group members for verification.

Mobile Passport Control Comments & Reviews 2026
Hard to rate when I couldn’t use it. This app was promoted in Deltas app when I was checking in for my return flight from Paris today. I was excited to see how well it would work. I filled out all the info for my wife and I. We were ready when we arrived at immigration. I asked what line to go to for the app. I was told that no one in ATL F terminal was open to accept it. I was very frustrated to hear since Delta suggested I download and use the app for my arrival. I was stuck in the regular line. As for the App itself. I found it easy to use. Sometime soon I hope to try it.
App Crashes and Is Not Efficient. I tried to enter my traveler information several times. Every time I would try to submit my information, the app would crash and close. I tried downloading the app twice to no avail. Additionally, the setup and framework of the app was unnecessarily complicated and overly print rich, making it easy to miss critical information and make mistakes while using the app. I do not recommend this app at all —it proved to be completely inefficient and unusable.
The new Mobile Passport Control app is NOT good. It may be coincidence, but with the retirement of the Airside app, it seems that immigration control at fewer and fewer airports are processing the Mobile Passport Control receipt. Instead of getting the expedited service we users formerly received, we are being dumped into the same long lines all other travelers (many very unfamiliar with the basics) are using. The result is a very substandard experience and excessive processing time — hardly what we had grown to expect from the program when originally launched. At the very least, those airports that have removed the receipt scanners and don’t provide dedicated servicing for Mobile Passport should be removed from the “port of entry” list. Leaving them in there sets a false expectation that we will be able to use the app and get through quickly. Today I nearly missed a connection at O’Hare because the airport refuses to use the app (even though they show up on the list). It seems to be a locally-driven decision. Even better would be to mandate the use of the system at all major US gateway airports. It used to provide a useful alternative for those of us who travel frequently, but don’t live near a major airport where we can schedule a Global Entry interview (and go through that ponderous bureaucratic process). US CBP needs to make up their mind what their mobile strategy is… and then follow through with a consistent and convenient execution of that strategy!
Poor instructions. We were leaving Calgary, Canada flying to DFW. Our port of entry back into the US would be DFW, in our estimation. When we arrived at the Calgary airport the app said it we were too far from our port of entry for it to accept or submit our declaration form. As we were standing outside the Customs line, a helpful lady said we needed to list Calgary as our POE. So, we deleted DFW and added Calgary instead. The app said we were still too far from our POE. The lady then took my phone and app to a Customs officer and he couldn’t ascertain what went wrong either. We never could get this durn app to work after multiple deletes and retries. We waited and went thru the general Customs line…..that this app was supposed to circumvent.
Some issues but an overall win. There are some issues using the camera to add a person. One takes the photo, and the. It shows the fields to manually enter things anyway, with the scan a document option again) visible at the bottom if you scroll down. If one’s does junk through the redundant hoops however, it works quickly and nicely.
One of the best designed apps I’ve used in a while. Just used this while coming home from Germany, and was through the line in 5 minutes, including the photo step before getting in line. Just had to tell them what I was declaring since I said I had more than the duty free limit and I was done. I was surprised how well designed the app is, it feels like it’s just a system feature with how well it integrates with iOS design guidelines.
Enjoy while people dont know about it. Finding out about this app while its still somehow unknown is great. Used it for the first time this week while returning to the US through LAX and I was the only person in line. I was through customs in less than 30 seconds, faster than Global Entry, and all for free. Set up the app and your profile before you travel, then do your submission while you wait to deboard your flight. I’m sure eventually the line will get long as people discover the app but for now its fantastic. If your passport scans on egates then this app will work without issue.
Super fast custom clearance!. This is the first time we use the “mobile passport clearance” application to clear customs during our trip from Europe. It was easy to use and allow us to expedite entry into the United States. Only one person per family needs to install the MPC application in the celular to be able to use this process. The App allows you to scan the barcode of the passport to add all those who are traveling together, then answering a few questions and ready! If you have not tried it, please use it.
Fussy about where you submit. At a gas station near the Calgary airport I tried to submit. It said something like “are you really at the airport?” so I did not submit. Then I tried to submit while in the airport just before going through customs. It got stuck in a processing state. The airport was very uncrowded. I went in the ‘mobile passport control’ line. The CBP guy who dealt with me chided me for going in that line, since my submission had not gone through. There are often HUGE lines for people who did not use the MPC app, with a long wait, and I would have ‘budged’. In summary, I tried to use it once, and it didn’t work for me
Not intuitive. It appears the designer thought everyone knows exactly what they know. I can’t Assume anything on official documents so when I open this thing up it asks me to “Scan Document”. Ok. What document? Travel meaning Ticket? Meaning Passport? Meaning Green card? I guess Travel Document means something to you. To me it means boarding pass. Airline ticket. Passport. Etc. why not be clear? And what is commercial equipment? Do I have to Google the meaning to be sure I am answering correctly. I have a laptop. An iPad. A razor. This is all COMMERCIAL to me a retired old man. At least give me a ? to click and read what it means. Traveling overseas is pain enough sometimes, why can’t you be Intuitive to the average person?? Think who your audience is.
App is fine, customs is another story. I got this app and was excited to see if it helps with the long lines. We were on a plane with 383 other people, we were the 5th family in line at the MPC line…… this line shares with the flight crew AND Global Entry….. as more flights were landing, we were left waiting as other priorities came first. The regular line went through our entire plane and some of the 2nd flight before our turn. The employees helping with the line said it’s our fault for choosing the mobile option. The flight crew also said the regular line is always faster in their opinion. The app is fine and when the airport employees catch up…. It might work better. I won’t use the app again as we waited way to long.
MPC app -good but airport utilization is weak. The app is easy to use, but although MIA does have signage for it, the CBP here apparently does not (or does not always) utilize this app. All the CBP windows labeled as MPC were unmanned., and we were directed back into the regular line. When I reached the front and presented my MPC receipt to the CBP officer, they ignored it and instead processed me as a normal entry (passport, 6 questions, etc.) So, nice idea, and could help speed up lines, but MIA needs to improve organization to support this.
Mobile Entry Issue. I use mobile entry for my husband and I for a return trip from Cancun Mexico. Everything was filled out and confirmed, ready to be submitted along with the barcode. Upon entry, I was told that the barcode only would admit my husband. In reviewing the mobile entry ticket, I confirmed that there were two travelers, one of which was myself. Both of our pictures were submitted as well as confirmation that we were both traveling from Mexico. I was told that only my husband was listed on the mobile application and I would have to fill out a manual form and get out of line. After being stuck on the tarmac for three hours by American Airlines in Philadelphia, I thought that using the mobile entry would make things easier and it was very frustrating to be told that it was not accurate. I need to understand why the mobile entry ticket confirmed that there were two travelers, both my husband and myself and the agent told me that only my husband could use it for entry. the agent told me “I’m not trying to be a jerk” but you are not coming up on the barcode. My husband and I travel often and I thought this would be the way to go, however, after this incident, I’m very frustrated, especially when I have confirmation that we were both listed as travelers. My advice is to fill out the paper form as back up in case the same thing happens to you. Thank goodness there was another agent that spotted my frustration and intervened and helped me through because I was very close to breaking down in tears in frustration. I wish I would’ve gotten his badge number to submit a compliment.
Fast and Easy. I’ve only used the MPC app when entering the country at San Francisco Int’l Airport. But it’s been a breeze every time. Never more than 1-2 groups ahead of us in the MPC line and seems faster than the CLEAR lane. So long as you have internet service once you land (either thru your own phone data service or the airport’s WiFi), it will be quick and easy. If you have a short international flight back to the U.S., you can submit your info. before you even get on your flight. Your submission is valid for 4 hours. This app is a hidden gem. It’s free to use and I’m surprised more people aren’t using it. TSA pre-check isn’t as fast as it was before … and you have to pay for that. Maybe as people catch onto MPC, the time savings may not be worth it. Or maybe there will eventually be a fee to use MPC. But for now, it’s free gold.
This is better than the global entry App!. Can back from travel with my family and walked up to a line at immigration that would take us over an hour to get through. I noticed someone walking into the global entry line and asked her what the difference was. She lead me to this app and in less than 5 mins my family and I were all set and walking into the global entry line! Thank you for making the traveling process so much easier!
Best Time Saving app. This is the BEST little know app EVER that will save you time at the airport, and that’s coming from an airline employee of over 5 years. It was amazing the estimated wait time was almost 2 hours or more for the regular person who doesn’t have a Global Entry Number. That said when your traveling through an entry point city that the worlds largest airline uses as one of their international hubs and just want to get through the Customs and Border Protection line at the airport when entering These United States, you have go to download this app !!! You can choose to have it save your passport information, or you can have it rest each time your forms for entry expire, all you have to do is take a clear picture of yourself, and a picture of your passport and enter your flight information and then fill out the quick standard entry question, and then the app auto fills out the correct entry forms for you and your entire family who might be traveling with you. Then you pick up your checked baggage (if you have any), and lastly start looking for the signage for the line for electronic entry. I will say this global entry was way way longer then this apps line and that is supposed to be the timesavers line for frequent international travelers, and this app allowed us to even cut in front of them without having to pay for anything!!!
May save you a lot of time - or not.. Contrary to many 1* reviews the App is very easy to use. The only design defect is that you have to start at the “Begin Your Entry Process” screen, select “Airplane” or “Cruise Ship” - which does not matter at that point - and only than start adding travelers. Once that step is complete, you cancel the entry form, and the data will remains recorded in the App. Once you are about to arrive you go to that same “Begin Your Entry Process” screen, and on the next page select from those travelers profiles that you have already created. The actual experience at the airport may vary. In EWR in September there were clearly marked signs for MPC, however that was the same line as for the crew, which was actually a bit longer than the regular line. (Which was uncharacteristically short at the time.) In PHL in December the MPC line was “hidden in plain sight”: there was a huge sign, but it was different in style from all the other signs directing the traffic, and our family has missed it on the first pass. However going through that line saved us at least half an hour or more. At any event, with MPC there’s always an option to just use regular line if it looks shorter.
Interesting idea, but ineffective. I have tried to use this app a couple of times. The first time a year or so ago, I was unable to use it as it was asking for the arrivals terminal and gate. By the time I knew, I was at customs so just went through the normal process. The updated app seems to have dropped some of the questions about arrivals terminal so I thought I could use it before departure. I prefilled everything I could before leaving the hotel, then followed the instructions to submit at the airport. The airport had US customs and ag inspection, and we cleared both before the app finished submitting the declarations.
USA pre clearance. Thanks for this Application. We love that and this service save a lot of time before enter the USA . Everything is done with this Global entry App. It’s also save a time when you enter the pre clearance. Because when we use this service on phone by Application then we don’t need to go in regular lines . Just directly go in Global MPC side . Always this line have no Rush . I really thankful to Our Officer’s who do the Hard Work for us and Our Country. That’s why I give a 5 stars for this awesome service . So My Advice for everyone, just install this MPC Application on your phones and feel free do the Pre clearance from the eligible global locations…. Thanks again for this Application 🙏🏻
Dublin Airport. The app seemed To Work great. We submitted our form w Photos and got approved right away for our 10am flight to JFK. So we proceeded to US customs only to find out that the MPC line didn't open until 7:30am and we were there before 7am!?! So we went thru regular line. The agent did note we had MCP but it didn’t speed us thru. It did save me from having my photo taken again as I submitted one to MCP. Nowhere was it posted that they didn’t open until then. It would have been helpful to know that.
Best Return Ever!. I’ve traveled in and out of the country enough times to not enjoy it (I know it only takes one, but more than that) but after downloading this app I saw on TikTok and questioning the legitimacy, I’m so happy I did some more research and found it to be authentic! I flew through customs about as quickly as my wife went through Global Entry. I was going to sign up for Global Entry after this trip, but having the MPC app makes me feel like I don’t need it. We got through the line in less than 10 minutes. Previously, I’ve never gotten through in less than 45 and that’s if it wasn’t busy. Never going back!
Don't see value. First of all, I can't get the app icon to post on my opening page so have to go to App Store to find and load each time...a pain when your in a moving line. Secondly, you have to wait until you arrive the airport to check in, take your pic...a pain when you are in a moving line. Did not learn this until I was at the line entry point. Did it the night before thinking I was all set...NOT. Thirdly, if you get through immigration a little faster, it means you have to wait longer for your bags to come up. Could be valuable if you don't check bags. Found out the hard way MPC is NOT Global Entry. All in all, a very bad experience. There is a lot of work to to do to get this refined for a good customer experience.
A great app and facilitator for customs. The app was fantastic! I read everything, took my time to put the information in , was thrilled to be able to use it the first time at Atlanta airport customs— breezed through the QR view line, was almost at the window when: THE CUSTOMS AGENT IN STALL # 37, on Nov 8, 2023, at 6pm, stepped out of his stall and did NOT COME BACK!! We waited and waited; seeing others from our flight go through the regular line!!! Finally a security person opened the 38 lane and “I don’t have a scanner”, so all of the preparations was for nothing!! Well, guess I will have to go abroad again so I can use the app once again— maybe the next time I will be overjoyed!!
APP is great if you are allowed to use it as intended.. Submitted my form and was instructed by app to go to MPC line. At the Calgary International Airport (YYC), there were two lines after going through security. One to the left with a sign for MPC and one to the right with a sign for Nexus. I entered what I thought was the MPC line based on the signage. However this line was long and we found out after about 5 minutes of waiting that the MPC line was the line on the right side not the left as the signage suggested. CBP personnel (employee and manager) refused to let us move to the correct line even with proof of app showing I was registered to use the MPC line and other airport travelers similarly confused by which line was MPC. Their explanation was once we are in a line we could not leave it. So you are telling me that if I incorrectly go to the MPC line and I was not signed up for MPC, I would still get the benefit of being in the wrong line since I could not leave it? The staff was unreasonable, offered explanations that made little to no sense, and hesitant to accept the fact their signage was confusing to travelers. This app is meant to provide an expedited service to travelers coming into the US. The staff became an obstacle to providing this service. Luckily I got to the airport early enough to have time to wait in the long line (over an hour). Do better YYC CBP staff (the ones that failed to resolve the issue and see past the authority they are granted). Have not had any issue with this process at any other airport. App itself is excellent!!
Gets the Job Done, but overall CBP scanning workflow needs to improve. Mobile Passport is (in my opinion) still relatively unknown, so there is clearly an advantage for those who use it. I was able to skip the general CBP line and go straight to an agent's counter via the Mobile Passport line. The form itself is self-explanatory and easy to fill out. After submission you receive a barcode on the app to scan at the counter. This is where I suggest some improved functionality on the app. I was not able to tell whether my barcode had scanned so I held my phone against the scanner for a bit. (I did not see the scanner "blink" or hear any "blink" noise to suggest that it scanned.) The agent at my counter subsequently got in his feelings and became rude to me because I had accidentally scanned my barcode more than once. If it is that important for the barcode to be only scanned once, I would suggest including a confirmation message app-side when the barcode has been scanned OR at least a disclaimer message when presenting the barcode. This is pretty common for high-profile retail apps nowadays. As a proud American citizen returning home from abroad I expect a smoother experience especially when using a mobile app designed to be seamless.
OK, could use better in-app explanations. Mostly good, but a few things need work. When my phone was in airplane mode, the app said that the travel documents for everyone in the group were invalid. That was untrue. The problem was that the app requires Internet access to function. Once that access was available, the same travel documents were listed as valid. The error message does not reflect the actual issue, hence it is misleading. Lack of internet access does not invalidate a passport. At the end of submission, an unexplained error came up, saying that we could not continue. However, after acknowledging that, the submission in the app was allowed to proceed. Weird. The error message was cryptic and should be clearer and/or be fixed to not occur.
Saved an hour of standing in line. I was in Abu Dhabi and went for US pre-clearance. At the start they asked to get MPC. But I was apprehensive because it might take long time. They said I can connect to airport wifi and get MPC. The customs/immigration line was long. Around 150 people ahead of me. I ignored the call for MPC installation and stood in the line. Then again thought of trying it out as I was little tired from earlier flight. First I tried scanning Indian passport. But they didn’t have India in list of issuing countries. I lost hope if it would work. Then I got idea. May be Green card would work. Yes, it worked. I just broke the line and rushed back. Asked for MPC line and only 1 party ahead of me. I just said MPC and they took my photo. They didn’t ask for passport or green card. The officer said you are done. To my surprise, I asked: am I done. He said yeah. And just like that I saved my time and labor of standing in line. Kudos and shoutouts to MPC app dev team and Abu Dhabi TSA agents. Thanks.
so far we don’t know if this is going to help. The OCR optical character recognition is great. it’s not perfect. you do have to go through each field and check. The camera during pictures taken shows a different view of what’s displayed after you try to submit what was take. the top of the heads are cropped no matter what angle or how far back the person is. i’m taking the picture and over and over and over again and I can’t seem to get the top of the head and during the validation part. The staff at the airport are not clearly stating that you can go into a different line by using this app. the sign about this app doesn’t distinguish itself by name so basically uses the word mobile ambiguously. So basically we stood in this long line for nothing, and filled out the forms on this app for nothing as well.
Location requirement breaks the app in a lot of places. I’ve been in the terminal at the decision point between mobile passport line and normal line, in the app still tells me I’m too far away. What’s even more of an issue is that deep in the bowels of these government buildings, often the mobile reception is not great so your location data isn’t so precise. This requirement needs to be loosened up so that we can submit while on the taxiway. And why does it let me use the app in places when there isn’t support for it? LAX hasn’t supported this in years but you can certainly fill out your form, take pictures and then submit it. When everything works, it does save a little time over when the electronic kiosks are working. But i’ve water more time on when it doesn’t work than i’ve saved over 25-30 trips (I’m including the previous privatized version of the app with which I had more success).
Resident alien. I was more than willing to use the app . It is definitely a much needed option if a person has nothing to declare. However, I am a resident alien of US and when filling out the ?s and proceeding , there is no Option for returning Resident alien. The ground crew were very nice and the customs officer processed me in seconds. I might not be so lucky next time. It caused me a lot of tension because if I selected one of the two options , I would be lying about why I was coming back home. I didn’t want that on my INS record. Please add the option for citizens and legal residents to clear in fast pass.
Exceptionally well built app that’s so helpful!. The MPC app is extremely well built and clearly designed as a native iOS experience, using familiar components that make it feel so smooth. It does an excellent job guiding me through what would otherwise be a complex customs process, breaking everything into clear, easy-to-follow steps. The clean UI and thoughtful flow make the experience straightforward from start to finish, and it genuinely turns an often frustrating part of travel into something quick and painless.
A must use to skip the line at ATL airport!. This app is easy to use, streamlines the immigration process, and saves a ton of time! You literally skip the regular line and are out of there in minutes! I was traveling back from the Caribbean with my two daughters. While I was in flight, I added my two daughters’ and my passport information quickly by using the app’s scan feature for each traveler, which auto populates the passport info when you hold your passport in front of the camera of the phone. We each also took a selfie to accompany the passport information. As a final step, as soon as we landed, I filled out the required questionnaire by adding my arriving airport and terminal (in my case, ATL terminal E) and answering a few customs related questions. I then submitted the form, which generated a barcode receipt good for 4 hours. Only one form is required for all passengers traveling together, which is great! When we arrived at the immigration line, we went to the line that said mobile passport where the agent walked us straight to the front of the LONG line! No joke, our wait time was 5 minutes! Even my daughter commented, “Did we just skip the line?!” When we got to the window, the agent examined our passports, scanned our mobile passport barcode, and we were on our way! If your airport participates, save yourself time, and use this app! You will not regret it! It’s awesome! Just make sure not to submit the form until you land. If you want to get a head start, the app allows you to save the completed form and just hit submit when you are at the airport. I didn’t complete the form until we landed, so I submitted it right away, but it was so quick and easy, I was done by the time the plane taxied to the gate.
Saved my connection flight. Was on the worst passport check line, extremely disorganized and trying to pass through hundreds of people at a time, about to miss the last connection flight to go home. After my group of 4 saw others using this app, we quickly downloaded it and went through the process. It was quick and easy to fill out info. We were able to use it to skip the line and barely get through. This app is a must for avoiding lines
Pointless. The last two times I have tried to use this it was pointless. The first one, in Charlotte, the line using mobile passport was longer than the regular line. That was likely because the global entry people automatically got in front of single mobile passport line and the regular lines kept going through. So every time a new plane landed, a dozen or more people with global entry and airline employees went in front of the mobile passport line even though there were hundreds of MPC people in it. And the regular lines kept going with nobody getting in front of it Then, tonight, in Dallas, MPC was not an option. They only had 2 CBP lines total and no MPC lines available. What’s the point of having an app that we spend time putting our information in and taking photographs of us and then not having anybody using it at the airport?
Saved us hours!. Landed in IAD yesterday 4/1/22 and they held us on the transport bus for 10 minutes because the immigration hall was full. I would guess around a 2-3 hour wait. We joined the mobile queue with one person in front of us and were through in less than 5 minutes. I assume as the app gains popularity that the line will get longer, but at the time of writing I can’t emphasize how much better of an experience this was.
Used it once so far and it was awesome!. I used this last night at Logan Airport (Boston). I remembered I downloaded it the day before my return from London. I completed the form quickly and just left the page open on the submit form page. Upon landing I took the picture as required and hit submit form button. The lines at passport control were some of the longest I have seen at Logan. The MPC line, one couple in front of me. I was done in 5 minutes! Love it! So glad I decided to use it. I think I heard about it on a FB reel.
This is the droid you're looking for. If you've been using the Mobile Passport app and, like me, have seen it saying lately that it will no longer relay your information to U.S. Home Customs & Border Patrol (CBP), it's time to cancel your subscription to Mobile Passport, delete that app, and download this one. CBP MPC is the official and up-to-date replacement for the Mobile Passport app. And I'm not positive yet, but it's looking to me like this one doesn't even require a subscription to do what Mobile Passport did (and more, I think). The only thing I haven't figured out how to do in this app is to add my Known Traveler Number (KTN). I've submitted a question about that through the Customer Support menu item and will see what they say. And if you *haven't* been using the Mobile Passport app but are looking for an electronic repository for your passport and a paperless means of filling out the forms necessary for entry into the U.S. and/or Canada, this is the app you're looking for too. It's the official one, put out by the Department of Homeland Security and all that jazz, and not some third-party thing that adds an unnecessary link to the chain of communication. Enjoy. 🙂👍🏻
Seamless Travel. Great App and extremely convenient to use and save time for the immigration clearance The baggage information is quite a unique feature and extremely helpful If additional features like the airport map layout and the connecting flight information can be added then it will be a fantastic option for users who come on an international flight and have to connect on a domestic flight Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🙏🏼
Horrible customer service. Through all my travels.. I’ve Never had this type of experience before.. MPC mobile passport control from TORONTO was surprisingly horrible!! Denied access because I was already waiting in line for customs after realizing MPC was accessible here in #toronto . I filled out my form for the border check then proceeded to the seperate line after the APP said to proceed to the “MPC LINE” I was then then sent back to the other line becuase I filled out my form while I was waiting in the customs line. While waiting In Line the same employee that denied me entry granted another couple to fill out their MPC To enter the same line that I was denied. How reasonable is that? I then Realized when I asked to speak to a proper representative.. this person was NOT the person I should be talking to.. after watching how things were conducted this person was not in a position that handled the situation properly. Walked away mid conversation without resolving anything.. thank you! I understand now how not all Canadians are kind 👍🏽 #geran #vanessa #MPC #mobilepassportcontrol
Denver has stopped using this. The old mobile passport was awesome to save time coming in through customs at DIA, and I got this new version for the same easy pass to the front of the line - but apparently nowadays they’ve decided the app takes longer and DIA has abandoned using it. Unless you have global entry they make you wait with everyone else. Then when you do get to the agent they say the app is a mess and they are faster to check you through manually. Huge bummer. Uninstalling. And after the mess at DIA I likely will keep my travels within the U.S.! We got into Cancun faster (on a Friday afternoon) than we got back into DIA on a Thursday evening. It is just too hard with kids to deal with that after traveling from another country.
Hard to scan passport with iPad. The movement of the passport and the image on the screen on an iPad do not seem to be coordinated. I found it very difficult to place our passport image pages into the screen. Fortunately with multiple attempts the program seemed to acquire all the information that it needed. The information was correct. I could not verify the images and may have my wife’s Face ID for my information on our joint Mobile Passport Control record.
Great when they open it up- Useless when they don’t. Arrived in Miami this morning around 0450. Completed the Mobile App as did many many others ( you advertise to use it, so we do). All of us had connecting flights. Hurry to the US citizen line, and the mobile app lane is CLOSED. Asked one of the agents for the Mobile App line-stated it was closed. Over 100 people in line most with connecting flights. Only 3 agents working to process passengers. Multiple times the agent at the head of the line was told about the connecting flights. Let 1 guy go, but no others. Suddenly 9 people came from somewhere else and were able to jump the line! THE PROCESS WAS SO SLOW!! Many of us at the end missed flights. I have used it before and it was GREAT. Not today
LAX saver. I learned about this app on Instagram. When we arrived back home from our Europe vacation I figured let’s give it a try. I inputted all our passports 5 of us. Took pictures of our faces as soon as we landed. Walked to immigration. Asked an officer where do I go with mobile passport and walked us to the global entry line. Passed immigration so fast that I wasn’t sure what happened. I looked back and saw the big line that we skipped. When we arrived to baggage claim we were the only ones there and got our luggage and left. The rest of the passengers were still waiting on the immigration line to pass. This was so easy and amazing especially after a long day of flying and anxiously wanting to get back home.
Useless in Newark. I was a big supporter of Mobile Passport and was surprised when I found out that CBP MPC was now the official app to be used at U.S. Customs & Boarder Patrol. I downloaded the new app and entered the necessary information as required. Upon landing at Newark International Airport, I was disappointed to find out there was no longer a separate entry for CBP MPC customers that previously was available for Mobile Passport. So I am not sure what the benefits are to the new app and what services it provides? After waiting in line and showing the agent the information on the app, he actually got mad at me and said the app is “useless”. So the question I have is what advantages does this app have for international travelers? From practical experience, none!
Front in the line. In the past we used the Mobile Pass app but that has now been replaced with this one. It works basically the same. Scan your all of your family’s passports, take selfies, answer some questions and submit once you land. When you get to immigration, make sure you get in the mobile passport lane and you basically jump to the front. Not sure why more people don’t know about this app.
App assigns lane numbers that don’t even matter, as well as horrible assistance. After filling out the MPC, the app gives you a lane number to go through. After waiting in the front of the line for the MPC, we assumed that we had to walk to given lane since no one was really directing any of the lines. As we began walking, one of the workers told us to get back in line. When we asked if the lane numbers meant anything, she cut us off and sent us to a lane completely different from the one assigned. There was a lot of frustration with the app itself having useless information, as well as the horrible service from the workers we were trying to cooperate with. Excluding the lane numbers would have probably saved us from the stress of figuring out what to do for customs.
Absolutely useless app. I saw a sign advertised in this app as I arrived at JFK. I install the app photograph, my passport photograph myself, and filled out all the information, answering all the questions. Then I went and stood in line a passport control in the line that said mobile app. The line barely moved, and people who came in the same time as me in the general line, moved much faster and were out of the airport before I even got to the front of the mobile app line. When I got to the front the officer asked me all the same questions, took my picture, and when I asked him why I have to do that. If I use the mobile app, he said that he got snow information from the mobile app and he doesn’t know what it’s for.. So this app is utterly useless.
Time saver. We used this app when flying from Los Cabos to LAX, Tom Brady International Terminal. Very easy to enter your information before your trip and then when you land just answer the questions and take the photo. When we arrived to the custom the regular line was very long and the mobile passport line only had one family ahead of us. We went through customs in under 10 minutes. I highly recommend this app to anyone who doesn’t travel internationally often to do Global Entry.
Total waste at JFK. What is the use of this app at New York JFK airport, International terminal 7? It was completely useless and there were no short lines, the agent asked us everything that we already answered in the app, and he didn’t even want to see anything in the app. So I asked him what the purpose of the app wasn’t and he said they don’t use it. They were also severely understaffed with only total six agents, handling three international flights, with only three assigned to US citizens and three assigned to everybody else. We are US citizens and what they do at JFK is a total joke.
Perfection!. First off, read the description about the app carefully. You can’t submit your info until you arrive. You will still need to present your US passport to the CBP agent. The system works is you pay attention to details. Flew back to Dulles Airport from the Caribbean in June 2024 using the MPC app. Had initial issues with connecting to CBP server but it worked before we board the shuttle to the terminal. Hundreds of people in regular line. Less than 10 people in the MPC line! Out of the airport and in a taxi in less 45 minutes after landing.

Love this so easy. This app is great and stops the fossicking of pens making mistakes with crosses and just stopping general calamity in filling in forms and carting them about . Great work CBP !
Why use it when there is no lane open. App is a great idea. But “oh no sir, the lanes are closed “
This is slower than regular immigration.. This line in airport is slower than the regular non US citizen line. If in rush. Don’t use this. App is great. But within airport it’s useless.
Fastest I’ve ever cleared customs. Just do it!
Comment. Excellent and efficient way
Did not speed up entry to USA, in fact delayed us on initial entry.. Arriving in Houston Tx as our first entry to USA. It was not clear if our MPC was valid as we are foreign nationals. We got in a very long line after about 30mins an offical was near our part of the line. I asked him is MPC valid at the Houston, he informed me that we should go to another line around the corner about 150 meters away. We subsequently got into this line but noted that this line was not moving unlike the other much larger line we initially joined. It appeared there was only one manned booth signed as MPC. The line on the non MPC general entry, judging by what we could see at the barriers on the other side had apparently processed the part of the queue where we had been located initially. We estimated that it took us an extra 30mins than the general entry (without MPC). We were asked all the same information as we had provided to MPC. Our second entry to USA via Toronto following a trip to Canada was quicker than the first but we were again asked all the same questions as provided when completing MPC. In conclusion, MPC does not seem to provide any benefit above normal entry and can actually take longer. I cannot in good faith recommend it to anyone else as a time saving method. Kind regards Ian Garde
Great update. Such a better way for visa waiver holders to enter the USA
Needs a setup tutorial. The app asks you to set up N/A ID in iPhone settings. What is N/A ID? No explanation, no help, no tutorial, no idea what this is.
Very simple. Convenient and quick
Excellent time saver. This app really is a time/stress saver. Easy to manage and simple operation make USA entry really smooth.
Such ease. I would recommend using this app for submitting a declaration of arrival into USA. So easy
Doesn’t work at LAX. Keep getting SSL errors when connected to the LAX Mobile Passport network
Really impressive UI and well designed. UI was super impressive and smooth. App is just well made
Useless App for Foreign Visitors. Didn’t help to speed up entry process and instructions are not very clear. Probably this is only for US Citizens
Super useful - if eligible!. The app works well, though you may need to enter passport details rather than scan with the camera etc. Remember you need to submit on arrival, so sort out roaming first!
Awesome. Simple and effective
So simple. Well done I look forward to arriving at LAX

Director. I liked the service and speed
App shuts down when selecting location.. Specifically terminal selection. App immediately shuts down. Doesn’t work.
Easy. Easy to install and very quick and easy to fill out the application. I will be using it on February 25/2026
Absolutely must have. Top notch process download it
Works. Great app. Very well thought out and defined that makes uploading, filling information very easy for your next trip to the USA. I always use this prior to my US Travel so I don’t have to stand in line at the airport
I Love it. I this App, thank you for making life easier for Calgarians
Camera doesn’t work. Can’t use without photo
Does not work for TN visa even if choose travel for business. Does not work for TN visa even if choose travel for business
Won’t work 😵💫. I’ve downloaded app. Completed profile multiple times. It doesn’t save information.
Toronto Pearson Still Slow. We used the app to help us get through the customs line faster… unfortunately it seems like they only have one agent working for this line and a million others for the standard line. The standard line went by wayyy faster than ours. Waste of time.
Useless. Why does this app not have LaGuardia listed ?!
The scan glitches, unusable. At the airport, even got an agent to try to help, app is unusable.
Mobile Passport Control. Pretty Good!
Excellent. Easy to use
Simple and easy to understand. Simple and easy to understand.
App shuts down. My experience is that the app shuts down as soon as I press ‘save’ after entering new traveller information. It does not save the data entered. I attempted 3 times, once by entering the data manually rather than scanning my passport. I give up.
Very efficient and simple. Very pleased with the application.
No longer works. Apparently this app is no longer used at passport control
Smooth & Easy. Downloaded MPC app day prior, instructions easy, you can preload your profile info, Canadian passport, US clearance airport & date of travel ahead of time, then just tap submit when you arrive at airport (entry valid 4 hours) MPC lane @ Vancouver, only 1 traveller in front of me..2 minutes US Customs clearance. Impressive US CBP!
Garbage. Did not recognize the new Canadian passport
Submission. Efficient
App. Very easy app to use
Georgios. Great app love skipping all those Long Long lines!!!!! But setup everything before and Patrice using app and get to airport early, skip lines and relax before you fly
Facile d’utilisation. Très facile d’utilisation et c’est plus rapide pour les douanes!
Great app!. Love this idea of entering all info ahead of time.
Vs. Excellent well managed app
Camera not working on this app. Camera doesn’t work on iPhone 16 pro max
Soooo much better. Finally, welcome to Y2K
Excellent App. Every time I use this App I am amazed at it’s ease of use and above all how quick it gets you through customs.
Makes going into customs much faster. As per the title
Review. Very good app ! A little confusing getting to where I needed to be. But once found it was smooth and easy to use thanks!
Josie 2026. Love it
Easy to use. Easy to use
Value for Time. This is great tool for pre clearance and checking for US
Never worked. Terrible, erased and downloaded again, 3 separate trips, never worked
MPC. Good App
Useless in Canada. It not helps at all. Don’t even know why they set up the lane if the app is not working for the airport guys
Emily. This was such an easy process. It made everything so much better when traveling.
Download and save time. A great app saved me waiting in an endless line, too bad more authorities aren’t using it, keep it simple!!
App ok but need to know before hitting the line. The app itself works better than before…BUT…there’s no reminders at the airport until you hit the customs line, and they WILL NOT let you do a submission once you’re there. Too late, too bad so sad. 5 minutes on the app would save over an hour in line but you better do it before you’re anywhere near that line
Mrs. Maile
MPC. Excellent, great app to avoid long lines
Travel to US!. Easy and convenient
App didn’t work on latest iphone. Title
Unavailable at this time.. It says it is currently unavailable so why don’t you tell us that before we have to take photos and fill out the form.
Doesn’t work. Stuck at checking for location permissions
Delta Flight. Awesome
Mr. Great app,fast service
Crashing Every Time I Try To Add New Traveller. Every time I try to add a new traveller the app crashes. Please fix this! Really hoping to use it to have a quicker customs experience in a few days.

A bit confusing. Not bad ap but it’s not quite clear when inputting info for first time at the section where you declare if you’re at the airport or just pre-filling in info. And there’s no solid confirmation your data entry was taken. Also: auto scan of my passport said that it wasn’t a US passport, but finally grabbed it after 4 tries, and made some serious capture errors…
Time saver!. Intuitive, easy to use app. We preloaded our passport info before leaving the country on our trip. Once our plane landed back in the US, it was easy filling out the remaining information before we stepped off the plane. Just needed cell service.
Serious time zone bug. If the port of entry is in a different timezone than where passport info was uploaded to the app, the passenger birthdate and passport expiry date may change. I scanned my passport into the app in Taiwan and when I arrived in San Francisco (15 time zones earlier than Taiwan), the dates of birth and passport expiry were shifted one day earlier (and therefore incorrect and not matching my passport). Fortunately I caught and corrected the errors before submitting the form to CBP.
Pretty slick. Scanned all the passports for the family and did the customs form lickety split. Just waiting in line now, so that they can scan the info from my phone. The data has a 4-hour timeout, so I hope we don't get to see what happens if we hit the timeout!
What is the point?. Please excuse lain to me how this saved me a second of time. Needed to go through security even though we never left the secure area of the airport. Gentlemen at customs desk, asked the same questions, asked about how much merchandise we bought, took our pictures. Even though I had already answered that on the app. The location in Toronto airport is about half way back to MSP. Lots of extra walking. Extra security, that I’ve never had to do before. What’s the point? How did it save me time?
Really useful app. MPC is much better than the older “mobile passport” app - which forced a freemium model and kept erasing the passport details. I’m glad CBP took ownership of the app and made it truly free and useful - I travel a lot, and the app saves lots of time coming in - and is a much better alternative to Global Entry
Saved over an hour of time in ATL!. Not sure about other airports but Atlanta had a separate line for people using MPC app. We were able to skip the loooong line and literally waited about 5-10 minutes to get through customs. Will be using this app for all my out of country travel!!!!
First time. Went to all the trouble to download the APP, fill it out, sign in when arrive at YVR airport only to have the the CBP officer not use it as she didn’t have a reader. Under the circumstances I would not give the system a very good grade. The officer was astute enough to admonish us for stepping across the imaginary line before she gave us the okay. If there was a clear line of demarcation we would not have infringed on her space. So nice to be welcomed back into the country by someone who lives the power of their badge.
Longer Wait?. I don’t understand after submitting and we still had to wait just as long or even more so then standing in a regular crew-line? I and another flight crew thought this would be any shorter time waiting to clear customs but it was not?
KLHC-Nickname. I’m new to this but got everything ready and set through the app for MSP which is on the list as using it but it honestly changed nothing. The custom person didn’t even have a scanner. I like the idea but don’t know the use if there’s not even a separate line. They have global travelers kiosks but do not use. They won’t work for this app and is something different. And people just get pissy if you try to re-enter the line. Good idea just not sure it’s set up yet.
Love this Hidden Treasure. Me and Hubby used this for the first time at PHL airport and didn’t have the wait in any type of lines.. actually wayy shorter than the Global Entry line… we zoomed right through, grabbed our luggage and got through the officers in less than 15 mins after getting off of flight.
Doesn’t Work in Chicago. The aap seems to work well, scans passport easily and just answer a few questions. However, when we arrived at customs in ORD we found a line I would guess was approximately 1/4 mile long. It took over an hour to reach border patrol agent & another 20 minutes to clear agriculture agent. Even though ORD is listed in aap as an airport the accepts MPC we asked two employees about the aap who stated no we don’t use MPC asp.
Family Travel!. Great for families. Wish we had the ability enter all necessary data the day before traveling. Especially the picture process. The process becomes a little muffled for families who have to take multiple photos. It did help tremendously. I love it.
Great app, easy to use and efficient!. I was able to open the app and just finish the questions, take a photo and submit after landing during taxi. Used it for the first time and really enjoyed it. Thanks to the agency for putting together such a useful tool.
Glitchy at times. I’ve used mobile passport since it’s inception. Mainly being cheap as global entry has a fee attached. Mobile passport expedites me through customs pretty fast. Only problem I encounter on occasions is the app not working properly and on rare occasions causing me to hop on the general line for entry back home. Overall great app and it’s free. I will never stop using it. Well that is of course unless they charge lol.
App lost our data. I took the time to download and fill out the form on this app the night prior to our flight. When I arrived at the airport and was about to go through customs pre-clearance, I found that all the data—all the traveler information and the form I’d filled out last night—had completely vanished and the app was like new again. I ended up having to go through the normal line instead of the accelerated one. All the time I’d spent setting this up was useless.
App is fine, but entry was slow. The app tells you to take a photo of the cover of your passport, but it should say to take a photo of the inside package with your personal information and photo. Otherwise, the app was easy. BUT using it in LAX resulted in a very long wait time. It would have been quicker to just use the real passport alone.
Messes up the birthday. I started using the App in Qatar. Fairly easy UI and everything went smoothly. On landing in JFK, I submitted the form. Only then, I noticed that it had messed up my Son and my birthdates by one day. I guess a timezone glitch. Please fix this bug and test your app better. Otherwise, very convenient and easy to use!
Customs agents at JFK don’t use this app. While this app is great, the customs agents at JFK rarely respect the line of customers using it. Twice now they have had one agent working this line who has just up and left his post without saying anything, leaving everyone in line waiting 20-30 minutes with no explanation from anyone. Customs could be so much more efficient if you either automated this experience or respected this line of customers who are using the tools that are supposed to make this process more efficient.
Shorter line. We recently arrived at Dulles airport from London. I had filled out the form, relatively straightforward, and sent it when we arrived. Other than sending us to a shorter line I could not see that the app sped up the process. Our line did not move any faster than the other lines. I would use the app again, if only to get in a shorter line. But, if it doesn’t shorten the screening process, is it a useful tool?
Useless app in my case. It is no longer required to fill out a customs form at the Miami and Fort Lauderdale airports…nor use this app. I don’t know about other airports but in those two airports the immigration officers simply ask if you have anything to declare. They can also ask other questions. Many times they have given back my passport without even talking to me nor asking me any questions.
Very helpful after a very long flight to home. I found about it during the return flight & decided to give it a try. To my surprise there was a seperate line for Mobile Passport entry for this app’s users. I was done with immigration in fastest time ever!!
Fantastic. I took my first international trip in 10 years and someone recommended this app and I’m glad I listened. I had a 1 hr 20 minute layover in Atlanta and would have not made my connection had I not had this app. I went to the head of the line at immigration and it took me all of 20 seconds to be on my way.
Awful. Can’t understand the good reviews here. Didn’t save anytime whatsoever at JFK, in fact the regular line was moving quicker (and the global entry line was empty of course). When you get to the desk they still check your passport, it’s not as easy as showing the barcode. Maybe they need time to figure it out logistically and maybe it’s the fault of the airport but this was a complete waste of time that didn’t save any time. Took just over an hour to get through the passport line after a 7 hour flight: Fun.
Bad Experience. The app did not work well at all. Not formatted correctly for iPhone screen so buttons were off-screen. Tried multiple times to set up family members and had to make many attempts before finally getting pictures and info to save. Passport scans sometimes resulted in incorrect input (wrong passport number, birth date, etc). Finally got everything entered and awaited arrival. Upon arrival tried to submit the form and was prompted to take new pictures AGAIN. Gave up at that point.
Great App, Disappointing and Inconsistent Implementation. The app is great, but airports have different ways of implementing this system. Many like IAD are horrible at it because there’s no dedicated MPC line or inspection booth so you’re waiting in the long line as if you didn’t use the app so what’s the point of that? CBP needs to control the process flow, not the inconsistent airport personnel. Amusement park lines are better organized.
Pretty darn easy for a Govt. App. There’s no way this app was written by the US government. Just had to be out source to an external company. They did a fine job and made it easy to use, understand, and go step-by-step to complete the process. I’ll be using again
Takes more time than regular passport control line. The information in Dubai and on the plane said that using the MPC app would save time in passing through customs at Dulles Airport in Washington DC. This info was wrong. They only allocated one passport control person for everyone that used the MPC app, diplomats, and cabin crew. While regular passport control had more than eight windows open. It took us 2 hours to get through passport control with MPC. We will never use it again.
What’s the point. Why state that you offer a service if you don’t offer the service. There’s a reason why people join a service like MPC and there’s others who will pay for Global Entry and there’s those that won’t sign up for either. But you don’t stick those that sign up for MPC in the same lines as those that don’t sign up for anything. If I miss my connection flight to Ohare out of Dallas this is your fault and I expect to be comped for the hassle. This is uncalled for and ridiculous.
Bad App. Come on, get it to work guys! This app does not work on my Iphone 13max pro or my kids iphone 14 pro! Just says submission error! Deleted all travelers and tried. What a waste. There are other people in line with us who are having the same issue. The error is “Submission Error” proceed to the nearest CBP officer
Not user friendly. I have tried to use this app twice and both times it was a waste of my time. For example, at Dallas airport today I have registered 5 persons for use and no lines were open at airport even though app kept saying to proceed to a line. Unless it approves and customs use of this service improves I will never use it again. In fact I’m deleting it now and might consider it again in future if updates improve its usefulness at airports.
Whisked through Passport control, no lines. Love this app-in less than one month across two trips it has been a breeze to move through passport control while others waited on long lines. Wish more US airports offerrd it.
Made customs a lot faster. Wow! Took about 5 minutes to get through JFK customs. There were 10 or so people in front of me, compared to maybe 200 in the regular line. Was nice to be in the fast lane for once! Shout out to Delta for recommending this app when we were coming in for landing!
Expiration time. Like the app but filled it out in Auckland NZ after boarding plane, after completion found out it will expire in less than 4 hours , flight is 12 hrs. Maybe this should be mentioned prior to filling out form, will need to redo application after we land ?
Great option. While others waited in a large group we waited less than ten minutes and were done. It helped us make an earlier flight connection which would have been impossible if we had to wait in the larger group for a turn.
Disappointed. I spent a lot of time and energy downloading this app, reading all the instructions, taking pictures, uploading the documents and entering info in order to save time at the airport only to find out when going through US Customs that they are not accepting the mobile app at this time. There were no notifications or messages informing me about that through the app. Feels like a waste of my time. I wish I would have been notified beforehand.
Saved me hours at the airport. I’ve never written a review for an app before but this one deserves it - I downloaded and filed out the details while walking to customs and then breezed passed a line of 500+ people. I couldn’t believe it. Without this I would have missed my connecting flight. Also very user friendly.
ORD. The previous app worded well when the readers were working. This one seems to be the same thing but more user friendly. The Immigration officer stated they weren’t using it at Chicago. So he scanned all our passports then handed us a Customs form that he signed and stamped for the Customs officer. The Customs officer was good with the form from the other officer. If they ever get this working properly I will gladly use it and it will get 5 stars.
Missing Port of entry. Traveling back from Aruba a d decided to use MPC app. It’s worth its weight in gold because it’s easy, free, and lets you bypass long lines. However Aruba airport (AUA) was NOT listed in the port of entry dropdown. I then put Newark airport in order to complete the form. But the customs officer said that was incorrect and the form is void. He proceeded to manually process us. Please add Aruba in ports of entry to avoid unnecessary confusion.
Useful but confusing. So this is definitely a time saver but puts the user in the following hierarchy: crew, anyone with global entry (no matter when they join the line), then MPC folks. No one explains this. You just kind of have to figure it out when the line suddenly stops. Still faster than doing things totally analog. But prepare to wait.
It’s great if it works. We have used the app in the past without issue and saved TONS of time, but yesterday upon landing in IAH Houston, our submission was failing after repeated tries for all 3 in our party, but somehow 2 of 3 finally got it to work. We were fortunate the immigration officer took pity on our third traveler allowing him to pass with us. We tried cellular and WiFi. I contacted support, but they said they had no visibility into the errors which I find hard to believe at best (lack of knowledge for customer service) and poor programming at worst.
Not worth it. The department is disconnected.. I went through the effort to download the app, fill out all of my personal information to prepare to land in LAX after an international trip. The app worked fine, but when I got there, they had closed the counter that takes this pass. That was a waste of my time and I’m sorry I wasn’t enjoying my trip more rather than worrying about this. If you’re going to offer this, the counter needs to be staffed.
Love this app. So wonderful that this is an option. Love that you can quickly and easily enter information and answer questions and get through the line. Especially after a long trip and you just want to get home. Thanks for this creation!!
Failed to submit. All went well but it wouldn’t submit my form when I arrived at the airport in Toronto (YYZ). GPS knew I was in the right location. But at the submit stage it said I had to go to the CBP agent so I assume filling out the form was useless. Everything else worked great. Easy to add travelers and scan their passports for use again next time. One confusing thing was whether to include myself as a traveler. I couldn’t tell if it was implied that it included me or I needed to be explicitly on the list.
THIS is EXACTLY what was needed! KUDOS!. Only had an opportunity to use this once arriving from France to PHL. A few minutes to use and upon entry we were directed to a line of about 10 (mobile) folks while Global Entry passed us, BUT about 250 were in line and using Kiosks! Did I mention it’s FREE! WELL DONE FOLKS! Well done!
Date read from passport needs to be fixed. The app apparently gets confused by the time zone. The dates read from the passport (birthday, expiration date) are interpreted in the current time zone and can change depending on the time zone. This should be fixed .
Great App for Travelers. I recently used this app for the first time on arriving from an international flight. It worked perfectly. I was very impressed with the ease of use and the thoughtful design. The clear signage at the airport and the professionalism of CBP agents made everything very easy. Great job!
Currently Useless. The app allows you to fill in data. But once arriving at designated airport there wrre multiple errors preventing submission whether on cellular or wifi. Error message sstated to contact an agent. Once in front of a Custom agent the problem was explained to which he replied that he didn't need the app for processing. Without being able to use this the whole thing from beginning to end took only 2 minutes to clear customs. This app is currently junk. Perhaps updates will help
Works well. We have used it number of times when traveling as couple since my wife did not have Global Entry at the that time. Works really well but dependent on US customs having a lane open for it when is not always the case.
