Not working. Just downloaded and at the sign in it keeps spinning returning to the initial page.

Still problematic. Just like all the other reviews. You can’t get past the login, it just loops repeatedly.

Worst app ever!. Hardly ever works correctly. I can’t even log on right now after accurately entering authentication 4 different time!! How am I suppose to check my messages??

App doesn’t work. When you review the video it mentions the CBP app. However, you can’t get past accepting the terms and conditions. You cannot log in. I am removing from my phone as the App doesn’t work.

A joke. Doesn’t work. What a joke of an organization and app. Who runs this clown show? Oh that’s right it’s government funded and ran. Now it makes sense.

Login issues. I’m having the same issues as the other reviewer. Continued loop trying to login from the app to the website or however that works. I get good notifications, but can’t get to it-like seminars

In-Op. This site rarely work, continuously does not launch page and when it does just closes on its own.

Now showing. 1st let me say I don’t think this is the app that I need I was looking for the app that tells you what stage your application is in. This one does not tell you anything, that your trying to find out with out call bothering the agents.

Login Fail. I cannot login. It just keeps taking me back to the same screen over and over again (accept the terms, then back to login), round and round I go. Looking at the other reviews, this is been a problem for quite a while, and nobody seems to know about it or read these reviews. And of course, you certainly cannot contact anyone in the government to tell them about the problem. They remain unreachable in their ivory towers.

Jan 2024 still a Charlie Fox. It’s been 3 years and still can’t get past the logon deathloop. Been trying different things for a half hour, still no go.

Login. The app has a bug. You cannot log in.

Broken app. As many others are saying, it doesn’t log me in after it uses login.gov to authenticate me. It loops back to the Decline/Accept screen over and over. Worthless as currently released. Use a browser instead.

Cannot login. I click accept and it won’t do anything. Seems like a common issue several people are experiencing.

Unable to log in. I have an urgent matter. My beneficiary cannot access the CBP App since last week to confirm his passport and submit a picture. We’re stuck at log in. We get the code, we enter correct user Id and password, accept terms and conditions and nothing happens. Cannot move forward. He using the latest versions of the App. I tried on my IPhone, he tried on his Android phone. Nothing works. I have opened a ticket with web support and I have contacted USCIS both with no result. Someone please tell me an alternative way to access this App or some other App. I have tried everything including deleting the App and reinstalling it. What else can be done.

Can’t get past login. As many other reviews will tell you, this app is still currently broken. You accept the terms and then it tries to login and then back to the terms page. Please fix this app!

Cant log in. This app is awful. I’m preparing for my overseas trip, I thought I’d be prepared and download this app for convenience. It doesn’t even let you log in, after accepting their “terms” countless times. I’ll be deleting this app. It’s horrible.

Shame on CBP for giving us this app. It just doesn’t let you login. (1) They released this app to AppStore without doing any quality check at all. How incompetent of an organization you have to be to do that? (2) They are making absolutely any effort to fix this. I see users reported this many months ago. They don’t seem to care. How inconsiderate can organization has be to their users to pay no attention to user feedback? (3) Mobile pass was a privately developed application that worked perfectly well two years ago. What does CBP do? They disallowed it and all private apps? How poor planner an organization has to be to disallow something that is working only to replace it with completely broken app? (4) They spent our (tax payers) money to build this. How wasteful an organization has to be to do that?

Absolutely no functionality. Just installed it on iOS 17. It does nothing but freeze on the T&C page. If you hit “done,” it takes you back to the log in screen.
