Unable to login and no tech support. The app doesn’t allow users to get beyond the terms and conditions agreement. It just keeps looping back to the same agreement. Unable to submit a trouble ticket via their app.

Now showing. 1st let me say I don’t think this is the app that I need I was looking for the app that tells you what stage your application is in. This one does not tell you anything, that your trying to find out with out call bothering the agents.

Login issues. I’m having the same issues as the other reviewer. Continued loop trying to login from the app to the website or however that works. I get good notifications, but can’t get to it-like seminars

Can’t login. Will not let you login.

Shame on CBP for giving us this app. It just doesn’t let you login. (1) They released this app to AppStore without doing any quality check at all. How incompetent of an organization you have to be to do that? (2) They are making absolutely any effort to fix this. I see users reported this many months ago. They don’t seem to care. How inconsiderate can organization has be to their users to pay no attention to user feedback? (3) Mobile pass was a privately developed application that worked perfectly well two years ago. What does CBP do? They disallowed it and all private apps? How poor planner an organization has to be to disallow something that is working only to replace it with completely broken app? (4) They spent our (tax payers) money to build this. How wasteful an organization has to be to do that?

Doesn’t work on iPhone. The app does not work. You can login but then it just goes into a never-ending loop to accept the terms but it never gets you to go into the app.

A joke. Doesn’t work. What a joke of an organization and app. Who runs this clown show? Oh that’s right it’s government funded and ran. Now it makes sense.

Worst app ever!. Hardly ever works correctly. I can’t even log on right now after accurately entering authentication 4 different time!! How am I suppose to check my messages??

Broken. This app is completely broken and will not allow anyone to logon. How is this in the app store?? Hello Apple? Anyone there?

Can’t log in.. I have a notification but cannot log in. Why don’t they fix this issue so we can see the notification. Really annoying.

Just fix it already!. Just this app so we can log in.

What’s the point…. What is the point of this app? I have yet to be able to successfully log in.

Haven’t fixed login. They haven’t fixed the login as of Oct 2024.

Broken app. They tell u to download it then it doesn’t work is so pointless

Jan 2024 still a Charlie Fox. It’s been 3 years and still can’t get past the logon deathloop. Been trying different things for a half hour, still no go.

Cannot login. I click accept and it won’t do anything. Seems like a common issue several people are experiencing.

Can’t accept Terms and Conditions. Downloaded app. Tried to login. Wanted to authenticate me against my login.gov account (which is current). Jumped through the authentication hoops and it just stays at the T&C screen waiting for me to Accept (or Decline)… again. Tried again. Same thing. Deleted app and reinstalled. Same thing. Login.gov shows that it’s connected to the myCBP app. It just doesn’t work. Can only use as Guest.

Biggest mistake ever. To even make this app.

Broken app. As many others are saying, it doesn’t log me in after it uses login.gov to authenticate me. It loops back to the Decline/Accept screen over and over. Worthless as currently released. Use a browser instead.

App doesn’t work. When you review the video it mentions the CBP app. However, you can’t get past accepting the terms and conditions. You cannot log in. I am removing from my phone as the App doesn’t work.

Can’t get past login. As many other reviews will tell you, this app is still currently broken. You accept the terms and then it tries to login and then back to the terms page. Please fix this app!

Not working. Just downloaded and at the sign in it keeps spinning returning to the initial page.

Login Fail. I cannot login. It just keeps taking me back to the same screen over and over again (accept the terms, then back to login), round and round I go. Looking at the other reviews, this is been a problem for quite a while, and nobody seems to know about it or read these reviews. And of course, you certainly cannot contact anyone in the government to tell them about the problem. They remain unreachable in their ivory towers.

Absolutely no functionality. Just installed it on iOS 17. It does nothing but freeze on the T&C page. If you hit “done,” it takes you back to the log in screen.

In-Op. This site rarely work, continuously does not launch page and when it does just closes on its own.

Unable to log in. I have an urgent matter. My beneficiary cannot access the CBP App since last week to confirm his passport and submit a picture. We’re stuck at log in. We get the code, we enter correct user Id and password, accept terms and conditions and nothing happens. Cannot move forward. He using the latest versions of the App. I tried on my IPhone, he tried on his Android phone. Nothing works. I have opened a ticket with web support and I have contacted USCIS both with no result. Someone please tell me an alternative way to access this App or some other App. I have tried everything including deleting the App and reinstalling it. What else can be done.

Broken. This app has been broken forever, it just keeps reverting to login, even though you logged in? Worthless

Cant log in. This app is awful. I’m preparing for my overseas trip, I thought I’d be prepared and download this app for convenience. It doesn’t even let you log in, after accepting their “terms” countless times. I’ll be deleting this app. It’s horrible.
