Bad App. It took over 2 hours to complete with many (stops and do-overs). A little more explanation on each step would be helpful. The Homeland Security App was better!

Pre-check help. The representative that helped me was patient and extremely helpful. Was able to get my account updated and I was able to submit my application.

Waiting for my Nexus renewal card. I have been waiting for my Nexus card to be renewed for over 2 years. Desperately need it for travel.

Easy. The whole process was fairly easy

App Not loading. I’m not able to use the app (or website) at all right now.

Need to keep logging back again. The app provides no advantage over visiting the website. It doesn't store password or login id. It also doesn't allow for Face ID. At least my chrome browser stores my id and password

Bad App. Ask which countries you’ve visited, but the pick list doesn’t include many of the EU countries.

Travel. Didn’t know they had an app and it’s easy to navigate.

Ridiculous. Apparently, the government changed the website. When they transferred information from the old site to the new site, some of the information got messed up. I spent literally hours trying to find out why I could not complete the task even though everything said that the requirement successfully. In the end, it was because my first and middle name were put on the same block when the data was transferred. But, of course, there is no way to know that without spending hours and hours trying to find out what the glitch was. And forget trying to find a phone number or any FAQ that actually addressed the question.

Bad App. The website and app need a full redesign. They added passkey, which I set up and the app doesn’t understand once selected. My renewal kept telling me that something was missing and brought me to a screen with nothing missing. Simply had to click save again. Hire a real developer.

Ease of use:. My vision isn’t great, but the dark print and large font were very helpful—everything was quite clear. When I tried to do it on my laptop (a Mac Pro), using both Safari and Google Chrome, I had difficulties. Even after 2½ hours and using Help, I couldn’t get it done. However, using the app, I completed it in 15 minutes. I’m very pleased. Thank you.
