Unfriendly UI. Super confusing. Extreme effort required to slightly understand anything in this app

Awful Application. Constantly crashes when I try to enter my work, constantly slows down when I reopen the app (to the point that it leads back to crashing), constantly deletes my work, and constantly produces errors when I’ve done nothing wrong. Just an overall horrible application. I hope I never have to use this app again.

Worst software I’ve ever used in 22 years. I’ve been in IT for 22 years. I’ve never used an app so terrible in my life. There is FAR too much dependence on using the server to deliver information. If you have poor signal, the basic application won’t even load. THE APP SHOULD ALWAYS DISPLAY THE PAGES. The data is what is dependent on the server.

Microsoft. This app is horrible, unreliable and a total piece of junk.

Microsoft should be ashamed to have published this app.. Having to use this app in my day to day work is the hardest part of my job. This app actively fights you and prevents you from doing the work you need to preform. You can offline update and reconfigure this app before work, and with in a few hours of your work day the app already is having issues again and is requiring yet more maintenance. The app literally struggles to preform the most basic actions that it is programmed to preform. I cannot recommend AGAINST this app enough, please consider all other options before condemning your self and your employees to this app.

Awful Performance Very Poor. This app is terrible easily one of the worst apps I have ever used for work makes my day extremely long and hard the app continues to crash over and over again also they like to update this app very often and it seem’s like every update the app just gets worst and worst Im still wondering why the company I work for even still uses this app it is god awful seriously needs to be worked on

Worst app. Worst app doesn’t even load the next pages what a joke

Absolute garbage. This app is the worst, I am assuming the only reason my company is using it is because the person who wrote it or one of their investors works as a manager here. Hopefully someone will figure this out and let them go from the company.

Field service app. It’s garbage now…came out and worked well in the field but as it was updated for the office it’s turned into something you would throw into the trash. Wish we could choose what version we wanted to run as it’s no longer working and have to now email all data into the office by email. Might as well fill out a form on some sort of form and due with that. Corporate get ahold of the engineering on this and get it fixed

This app is a mess. Extremely temperamental to the point where I can’t complete certain work orders because it simply wont let me. Constantly goes offline, constantly kicked me out of work orders. Some serious repairs need to be made because I make my living using this app and it hinders any progress I try to make almost constantly. Please fix this buggy mess. I can’t believe Microsoft has their name attached to this.

Trash. I have to reinstall it every day

Frustrating. For the amount of money that has been invested into this app it is appalling that the app has as many issues as it does. Almost every time entry I have tried to submit has resulted in me having to redo it because the app freezes and loses all my progress before I even have a chance to save. I never write reviews, but I’m tired of wasting time because of developers not caring so I hope they recognize this review and are held accountable.

Very poor. This app deserves a 0. As a mobile service technician this app does us no good but turn us into secretaries. I tried both iPad and android and the only solution is restart and try again. They need to update and field test this before launching it out.

This app is falling many times a week. Not a good system

Microsoft needs to get it together. This app hasn’t been working correctly for weeks. Each new update is worse and end-users have to uninstall and reinstall each time to get timesheets to submit. This is ridiculous and a huge waste of time and resources. The whole benefit of this was to not have users need a laptop/desktop and then the app keeps not working. Very frustrating. Update: this continues to happen even after the 7/11/22 update.

How am I supposed to work?. It would be easier to hand write all my work orders. Edit: Still a horrible app. Have to re-download at least 3 times a week minimum… Edit: 2023 and still the worst app I have ever used

Garbage. We’ve never had full functionality and often we have no functionality.

Bad. Worst app I’ve ever used, hands down. Constantly redownloading because it won’t work.

Can’t log in. Set up a FS trial from MS but unable to select an instance from our tenant when trying to sign into this app

Very Poor Performance. This app is very poor performing. It rarely shows what has been assigned for the day correctly. The app has to constantly be reconfigured to change statuses and see edited bookings. For being a Microsoft product tied to a system that is supportive increase our efficiency, it’s incredibly disappointing. This app needs a lot better development so it runs seamlessly the end user. User acceptance is vital after all.

App is constantly getting “stuck”. I have to delete and reinstall this app a few times a month because it gets stuck loading, I have also been deleting and reassigning service visits from CRM to be able to open them. It could definitely be easier to navigate the system to enter hours and resources. I like that the jobs are easy to move and fall off immediately when closed, I also like the interactions feature which I use to log calls with the customer or any other relevant information.

Useless. If you’re stuck with this app, I apologize for the hours of your life you’ll spend trying to complete the simplest of tasks. If you implement this app for your business by choice, you are absolutely brain dead

Worst app ever. Terrible. Lags, glitch, freezes, kicks you out. Not every once and a while, every single time the app is opened. Only way to fix it is to delete the app, but when you do that all your data lost.

Horrible app. Do not use this app. We moved over to it from a different work order system and we were told it would be easier and better. 4 months in and saying we have gone backwards in the department is an understatement. Buggy, doesn’t load unless you have full service on your mobile device. So many steps to do the same things we use to do. I would highly recommend finding something else to use

The worst. If there was a way to give this app negative stars it would definitely be -5 stars. It looses data constantly it takes forever to upload the information if the data actually keeps the data associated to the equipment. At this point we’re going to be sitting in front of a screen re entering data that was previously connected.

Complete garbage-Glitches and terrible configuration. Get error messages when I sync, even with 4 bars of 5G. When working in a certain record and completing, it then kicks you all the way back to Home Screen and have to go through 4-6 more screens to get back to your record. Does not calculate dates for service intervals correctly. There is so much more, but I don’t have time. People doing this app are clueless to the needs of a service technician. Bottom line is: any data you are seeing can’t be trusted and you have to drill into each record to verify. If you are looking for a way to exasperate your employees, this is it.

Worst FastField app. Slow, many bugs, sometimes problems with sync. This applications created to make a field employee’s life simple to make a records and clock in and clock out. Adding your hours and other staff with this app gonna make you an additional work.

Worst app ever created. I need to use this app for my job. My whole team has their work schedule updates in real time which is the nature of our job. The changes are always delayed or don’t go through. All does not load properly, or does not update in real time. We all need to reconfigure every hour which is so inconvenient. The refresh button should be able to work accordingly. All of us mess up our work everyday due to the incompetence of this app. If I could give zero stars I would. Not happy jan….

Complete step backwards. Having come from the previous app, I can say that this current version is a major step backwards. Completing paperwork takes 2-3 times as long. Being unable to complete paperwork if I have no network connection. And the constant need to sync are all poor design decisions. I would recommend having this tested in a field(mobile environment) by the engineers, as they clearly have not done so. If this was my business I would cancel this management software and move to another provider.

Absolute trash. An embarrassment for Microsoft.. I’ve been deploying work management systems in the field since 2G arrived and I can honestly say this is the worst implementation of a field service application I have ever seen. I know that the app is built on a framework and it’s fully customisable but the default UI Is terrible. It’s like Microsoft has thrown the database into the air and fields have landed on the screen. Work management applications should be lean , process driven, only show you the information that you need to know when you need to know and where possible complete the data entry for you. Data entry should be a breeze,but unfortunately the Dynamics framework just makes the application clunky. Good luck to any enterprises trying to develop and deploy this app. You’ll need a team of developers to reengineer.
