Soo (GM). Each time we visit Bibibop it is always fresh food & delicious and the service is wonderful! Our service today was exceptional from Soo. She met all our needs and was very kind, and she took time to engage in conversation with us...which we enjoyed very much! May God bless and protect all of the staff working diligently at Bibibop during these challenging times.

The food was amazing and the staff was great. The cashier was very kind and waited patiently for us to pay since we were counting how many coins we had(which was a lot) and wished us a good evening . There was this one asian guy that was also patient and nice. The food is honestly the best asian bibimpap I’ve tried.

The app user experience could be improved. Each time I try to use the app by clicking on “Order” on the menu bar at the bottom of the screen, I receive the error message that there is no internet connection. However when I click on “more” and select “menu”, scroll down the page and select “order now”, I can create and place an order. Clearly there is no problem with the internet connection, there’s a problem with the functionality of the app. Please fix. Users should be able to select “order” from the app menu, not have 3 or more steps to navigate to place an order.

Healthy. I’ve been trying to make healthy choices when I eat out (meat and veggies) and downloaded the Bibibop app so that I could place an order. Much to my surprise, they gave me a free bowl for signing up. (Score!) I just wish the app took Apple Pay instead of putting in card info

App is very bad. I love BIBIBOP so I put up with it but it’s borderline unusable, they put a reload button at the top now so you can reload the page when it does funny things and you can no longer check out, add to cart, etc. scroll to a different area or section and your cart is gone and you gotta enter all your stuff, address, etc again lol. It is messy and buggy for sure. But I’ve gotten to enjoy some rewards I appreciate.

Diana. A little stingy with the protein(meat) - didn’t even give the full scoop. Should get a full scoop especially since the scoop itself is small ! Also, we bought 3 small bowels 2 were chicken and one was steak- they charged us for 2 steak. I did not go back in due to how busy they were.

Gluten free & Loving it!. It is so nice to find a Gluten Free restaurant! I am so excited - I’m going to tell all of my friends! The food is excellent! Very tasty and super good for you, too! I really enjoyed myself today! The people there are very nice, too! 😉💕

Good food and nice people. The food is really good and tasty. However, I got it to go. No napkins or utensils and since I was taking this to a location that didn’t have either, it made it impossible to eat. My fault as I assumed a “to go” would at least include a fork

Love the food, leave the app. Bibibop is a top 10 fast food joint for sure. I love their locations, their food options, the new meats they add occasionally. And the broccoli 😮‍💨😍 However this app has never worked for me. It's the buggiest food/ restaurant app I've actually ever used. It has terrible UI/UX; between the stuck screens with no way to get to another screen, having to delete and re-download the app just to make an order.... and then it crashes and loses my progress. I think this app needs a lot more effort and attention to detail from the developers and engineers

Great Healthy Food. This is my second or third time going to Bibibop. I recently was in the hospital and I am on a strict diet. One of my friends suggested eating at Bibibop. The food fits my diet plan perfectly. They have numerous foods that help to lower cholesterol, blood pressure and sugar. This is very important to many people and I would suggest the dine at Bibibop to help their health.

Good app, great food. As a Korean I’m a little offended that they offer cheese (and to a lesser extent potatoes) as a topping lol. But the food is so good and I appreciate that this is many people’s introduction to Korean cuisine. As far as the app goes it’s solid and works well with no bugs. I appreciate that they let you sign up with Apple

Order via app was not sent to the store.. My order was not sent to the store, even though I had been charged. And the points weren’t given to me.

Greatness. The food here is only matched by the people serving it. I come here way too often and have never had a bad meal. And the service is the best!

Rewards are decreased. I normally eat at Bipibop about 3 times a week. It’s good fresh food, and it’s right across the street. But it’s expensive (and the prices just went up). It’s $10 minimum for a tofu bowl, which means about $90 / month with my routine. However I could justify it a little because of the punch card, where every 8th meal was free. Now every 11th meal is half off. Plus I hate apps. Do I want another thing on my phone? No. I don’t. I don’t like cards in my wallet either, but before it was worth it because of the regularity of my visits. This is just a disappointing “feature” that doesn’t benefit me. I like the people who work there, so why would I order online?

Loving plant based options. I found out about Bibibop when researching healthier fast food options. I have not been disappointed! The sweet potatoe Japchae are so tasty!

Good food, bad app. It doesn't remember what location you click on when you go to start your order so you have to search again. It also doesn't remember i'm logged in when I go to pay so I have to sign in again. For example on the "profile" screen i'm logged in but when i click the little person icon on the "order" screen it says i'm not signed in. It's almost like the order screen is a website completely separate from the rest of the app. And if anything goes wrong along the way when filling your cart and paying you have to start the whole thing over. Like if your finger slips and you click the account button it erases everything even if you are mid check out. I've been trying to order for 15 minutes and might just give up. Please make it easier for me to eat your great food! Do user testing on the app!!!

First visit. Food is great. It’s kind a like an Asian chipotle. They have free soup but it was out and when I asked about it I was told we know. Place was cold so we left to eat our food at home. But again I like the food

Constantly Feezes. Been attempting to use this app for about 4mo the now. Each time I use it, it freezes at the recent order screen. I have to force close a good 3-4 times before being able to get to the checkout screen. Generally encounter an error with payment, have to close app yet again and start over. I eat at chipotle far more frequently because I don’t have 15min to mess with this app. iPhone 12 mini.

Great food, worthless App. This is nothing against the food. I’d recommend Bibibop to anybody. The app however, will not respond to any of the buttons I click no matter how many times I try closing out of it and reopening, or regardless of whether I try restarting my phone. Won’t work on my iPad, won’t work on my phone, horrible app. It needs serious improvements

App Issues. I have had this app for quite some time now with no problem and then 2 months ago it started acting up and I can't get the issue to clear. I have signed out/in, deleted and reinstalled it, I even messaged customer support and they were no help to me, just told me they were sorry and how I could see my previous order. That's great, now how about letting me see my current order since it says my cart is empty and then I add a bowl and it wants to charge me $30 and says I have 3 bowls in my cart but won't let me edit it. I don't know why it suddenly messed up but it is very disappointing because I can no longer order online with it which defeats the purpose of the convenience of the app.

Broken App. The food here is great, but my issue is that this app is almost always broken. It’s constantly missing ingredients from the options, even though they’re still available in store. I always have a hard time loading basically everything. The app always duplicates a bowl if I try to add a second one. Many other bugs present themselves randomly. Please fix your app

An eating experience like no other. Just the best Bibibop I’ve ever been to and it’s not close. Whole staff is so friendly and one of the better parts of my day.

Rewards are unmotivating. The location I would previously go to would give out punch cards and every 5th bowl was free. Then they increased it and every 8th bowl was free, which was fine. It was still worth it to go. Now, every 10-11 bowls I get is $5 off?? No thank you. A bowl is around $10 so spending around $100 just to get $5 off a bowl takes away the incentive.

Intuitive and anticipating. The BIBIBOP app was intuitive, user friendly, and anticipated my activities. It was obviously designed and developed by a talented professional team. Thanks for doing a great job! Jeff Winters

Love the food, hate the app. I went to open the app this weekend and it tells me I have to update with no way to bypass the option. In the App Store, the “update “ just spins. Been this way for 4+ days. I even tried uninstalling and installing again and no-go. (And it didn’t help that the location I tried to go to couldn’t accept cards, only cash, so without being able to order with the app, I had to take my business elsewhere!)

Treated like family. Every time I visit this location, I am always welcomed and treated as if I am special, especially by the manager. I stop by often, and the visit will change my attitude and make me engaged better in the day. Plus, I feel I am eating a healthy meal.

App doesn’t matter if you can’t checkout. Great restaurant and the app does a really good job of walking you through your order. However 3 separate times we have tried to order in the app and we cannot checkout. It just says unknown error. Does not matter if we try pickup or delivery, does not matter what store we choose.

Please Allow for Portion Control and “on the side”. App ok-it should allow for sauce on the side option. I only like a small amount of gochujang sauce on the side, not a huge sloppy portion on my bowl. Additionally, I like kimchi but not a lot-a portion control option would also be nice.

Really Poor App. The app is frustrating to use. It frequently freezes, when trying to place an order. Twice recently I received notifications that my card was charged, only to get to the store and they claim no order received. We frequently order food on apps and this is the WORST!

No knives. This was my first time here and I was very disappointed this store had no knives. I had throat cancer and 35 radiation treatments a year ago. I cant open my mouth very wide and it is difficult for me to swallow. I have to cut all my food, especially meat, up in small pieces. My food was very difficult to eat.

My new favorite place to eat!. When I first heard about BIBIBOP, I was expecting it to be something similar to Chipotle, which made me less than excited to try it. I decided to give them a chance anyways, and I’m SO glad that I did! Everything is always super fresh, and it’s obviously an added bonus that it’s gluten free! It’s so nice to have a healthy takeout option that’s affordable. Try it, you won’t be disappointed!

Extra broccoli. I don’t mind paying extra for the delicious broccoli but I would like to have at least a nice portion. Not just ca couple pieces smaller than my pinky. We drive an hour to get BiBiBop. We absolutely love it.

Pinecreat location. I was there again last night, and the staff was once again extremely courteous.

Great Customer Service!. I knew nothing about BIBIBOP until Ashley walked in our nutrition store and told me and a friend to come try it out. I’m not hooked I come at least 3 time a week. Ashley welcomes us with a big smile every time!

Rewards are good but online ordering is awful. I like the rewards program that goes along with the app, however online ordering is not functional because in-person orders are given much higher priority than online orders, and so it took over 30 minutes for my meal to come out. Not only that, but there was less food given in the bowl than usual. They also forgot parts of my order. I can’t say I’ll use online ordering ever again.

It’s ok.... I ordered food through the app many times and they forget to put the sauces in the bag almost every time. There is no way to let them know that I need extra stuff when I order it online which is annoying. Also, they give me rewards but often the app doesn’t let me use them and it’s so frustrating.

Food is 10 stars, app is 2. I can’t see past the first two weeks of the month to place an advance order on the app for tomorrow. When I tried to login in from the website I realized my email was masked somehow, so I couldn’t login. So I tried creating a new account and it told me I couldn’t because my number is in use already. Help! I just wanna order catering for 15 people for tomorrow night!

Easy to use. Would be even better if we could add payment options including gift cards to our account to save.

Yummmmm. Omg I eat on the good single an want a good fresh meal. I went to subway an the put my stuff in a bag an put in a microwave, just to tell u I left an have never been back. Don’t do this to my food !!!! I heard about this new place bibibop What is that ? You’ll love it !!! So I went in 2017 and I am a loyal customer since. APP CHARGES AND DOESNT DELIVER. I ordered through the app, I have been charged and a few minutes later they canceled the order saying the store is closed. It’s 5pm, I called the store and they close only at 8pm. So the store is not closed. They couldnt explain why the order was canceled and can not be delivered. Yet, I have been charged for the food and it will take 4 to 5 gays for me to be refunded. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 great customer service If I only had those $20 dollars to eat, I’d have to wait 5 days to be able to buy something else.

Add feature to upload gift cards to app!!!. I love ordering Bibibop through the app! It is extremely convenient and helps me stay safe and healthy because I don’t have to stand in line with all the other people. Bibibop is my favorite take out place so I asked for gift cards to eat there for my birthday and the holidays. I was so excited to receive gift cards but I can’t upload any of them to the app. I am very frustrated and I think it’s ridiculous that the app doesn’t have a feature to add gift cards. I will be happy to update my review to 5 stars when a gift card feature is added to the app. Thank you!!

Bibibop. I like bibibop because I liked everything like the eggs, noodles, potatoes, cheese, regular potatoes and spicy was delicious. The white rice was awesome! The spicy chicken was very delicious!

Gluten free heaven. BIBIBOP is the most delicious Asian cuisine that also happens to be gluten free. As a celiac, I am safe and satisfied every time I eat here. So grateful!

Great Food, App stinks.. Food took more than an hour to be prepared for many customers with online to-go orders and walk-up orders were always prioritized over online orders.
