Brentwood location. Employees allowed people to come in with their cups and use the ice and water. That is very unsanitary in the middle of a pandemic. The employees should have provided a cup and prepare the ice water for the non-paying customers. I understand we no longer have to use a man, but it was clear that the individuals were homeless. My sandwich was great but my fries were cold. I have never had any problems or food concerns with this Charlie’s. This is not a complaint it’s just a little customer advice

App picked a 250 mile away location and customer support wouldn’t help. Downloaded the app and typed in the city I wanted to order from. The app had my current location. It selected a location 250 miles away from me in a different state. This was my mistake for missing, but there was no notification or “are you sure” for placing an order 250 miles away for pickup ASAP. I called the customer service to try to cancel the order or move to a store near me and they said there was nothing they could do to help. I understand at the core it was my mistake, but I expected some guard rails or support or any type of help.

Clean grill it’s too dirty employees must wash hands and change their gloves on time. Employees need to wash your hands more periodically they touch the cash register they touch a lot of things and they don’t change their gloves we’re an epidemic we do not need to be catching any viruses because of lack of employees not train to change gloves or wash their hands

Not worth it.. Arrived at location, notified person that Acknowledged my arrival that I was there to pick up my order per the time on my receipt and waited 30 mins past the time my order was supposed to be ready to get my order. Had I not asked for one of my drink cups to have a drink while I waited for my food I wouldn’t have known it was sitting on a shelf getting cold. I waited whole the cashier took care of 3 customers then finally got my order and had to ask for the other drink cup. Fixed that drink and left. Got home 5 mins later. Food was unimpressive! Fries were limp mess of grease. Sandwiches were soggy and barely warm. Wings were over cooked and dried out. When spending almost $40 on a couple of sandwiches I would hope to really enjoy and be happy about the money spent. Won’t do it again.

Great customer service!!!!. I definitely had to leave a review for the great customer service I got from Julia and Brooke they are both so sweet and attentive I definitely will be coming back I wish we all got service like this everywhere you both stay amazing!!!!!😊🤗

Disgusting service during covid. On December 30, 2021 I Went to the Woodbridge mall location in NJ a few minutes ago around 730pm and received the most horrible service and treatment a paying customer could ever experience. The cashier was friendly however the cook/cleaner by the name efrain (unsure if the name is spelled correctly) was very nasty and rude to myself and also another customer that ordered before me. Our order was made incorrectly so we asked if it was possible to have the condiments they forgot to place on the sandwhich on the side. The employee at that time appeared irritated by us asking for extra ketchup and our missing condiments and took a heaping handful of ketchup packages and lunged it at us. We advised him that was very unnecessary and very rude and he started laughing. We at that time asked the cashier for his name which is how we discovered his name since we didn’t see a name tag on him. Secondly i am disgusted that our food was prepared by him without wearing a mask on top of him talking over our food and using the same hands we was cleaning and breaking down the equipment ( I’m assuming because they were closing soon) to handle our food! No way am i eating this food! This went right in the trash and i would never ever eat at this business again. Terrible since we spent nearly $60 for disgusting service.

Best Sandwiches Ever. I love eating from Charleys. You can choose all the toppings you like, or have it especially made your way. The bread is so good, fresh, and soft, that you could eat it without the meat and other toppings. The sandwiches are not greasy nor salty. In my opinion, it’s very healthy eating. I’m so glad they have reopened since the shut down from the Covid 19 Pandemic. You can bet, I’m going to be a regular again. If you haven’t tried them, you owe it to yourself to at least try them once. You will not be disappointed. The food is pricey, but you know what they say, you get what you pay for. Charley Philly Cheese Steaks are EXCELLENT and worth every penny!!!!!

Philly cheesesteak the best!. So many places have this on their menu but they don’t compare to the one I just had at Charley’s. It was one of the best I have had anywhere outside of Philadelphia. It was full of moist, tender and flavorful beef topped with melted cheese grilled onions and peppers. It will definitely be a weekly meal and a place I will tell others about. The service was speedy and the server very friendly! A place to go for Philly Cheesesteaks. While there try their strawberry lemonade. Delicious and refreshing! *️⃣*️⃣*️⃣*️⃣*️⃣

Yuhhhh. Love their gourmet ultimate fries. A lot of fries and toppings for only $3 and some change. Get em everytime I work at Cinnabon. Do I wish they gave a mall employee discount to all items on the menu and not just sandwiches? Yes, but it’s better than chipotle and Chick-fil-A who don’t give any mall employee discounts. 🙄😒 But great food love y’all ❤️❤️

Poor customer service. The app is not good its better to go and place an order yourself than use this app especially for delivery. There is no option to tell them that you never got you food (which I never got my food) I emailed both the restaurant and customer support and the emails magically vanished from my email called the restaurant they offered no support the app claims to deliver with door dash yet door dash doesn't have Charley's on it this app is all around trash and I still haven't gotten my food or money back.

For the app not the restaurant. So restaurant is 5 stars truly. App has disappointed me. If your logged out thats it, if you switch phones your done you have to start all over. Password recovery is a lie i had to sign up 3 time with the same email! It doesn’t actually keep information anywhere i guess. Imagine you use 100$ here and you get your 5$ rewards but if you have to switch phones or the update forces You to “log back in” its gone you have to use 100$ more at the restaurant for your 5$ rewards. The app was great until i couldn’t log back in 😢.

Delicious!. I’ve been coming to Walmart a long time and never had one of the cheesesteaks so yesterday April 10 I decided to give it a try and my husband’s sandwich and my sandwich was so delicious I’m back the next day to get four more sandwiches so we can have it two more times, and the speed that they put it together was amazing early anyway time I’ll give it a 12 out of 1 to 10!

Great Philly Cheese steak. Stoped by on my way home to pick up a sandwich. I ordered the Philly Cheese and was so surprised how awesome this sandwich tasted. I loved that it was toasted and just the right ratio of meat and provolone. I opted for peppers, onion and green peppers. I have to say it was one of the best I have tried. This was my first time trying this place but I will definitely be back. Lots of good sides on the menu and would love to try the wings. Very clean establishment and the staff was very friendly when I told her it was my first time. In and out in less than 5 minutes during lunch rush.

We split an extra large philly…. With fries and a drink it was just what we needed the other evening; as we sat down to enjoy our freshly made delicious hot dinner, I realized that it cost the same as dinner at McDonald’s! Plus we can pick it up after shopping at Crossings in Rocklin; definitely will be back

Severely disappointed, is not friendly with smaller screens.. I have an older iphone gen 8 (it still gets apple updates as of writing this) and the app is not compatible with smaller phone screens. The bottom image blocks the login/signup buttons and I am so disheartened! I wanted to sign up for rewards and start racking up points but this stupid png gatekeeps access to the app. It’s a simple fix (make the image smaller or auto-adjust to smaller screens) but I don’t think they’ll fix it, so I had to uninstall.

Great food and great employees!. Always have to stop when at Tower City. The employees are real to heart. They’re nice and if you start a conversation with them, you’ll enjoy the interaction. The food is of great quality and when you eat the sliced pickles, let me say no more! You got to love it and you better try it! It’s worth the trip! You can’t go wrong with ordering anything off the menu, even down to the real lemonade! WOW! You know what’s for lunch tomorrow!

Love Charlie’s Even More. Love Charley’s Philly Steak... usually I eat it only at the mall... However today I stumbled upon an actual Charley’s stand alone location!! Love the chill vibe, the place is super clean & the staff was super kind! Luvin the expanded menu options for sure!!! Just downloaded the app & I’m sure to be a frequent visitor! Thank you for delivering quality Subs & having a rewards program to incentivize. 💌🥖🍑

Bama Girl. I am new to the app and the food my sister was telling me how good it was. I love love the Philly steak. The service has been awesome. And I am excited about the app and earning more points. My husband and I are retired so we’re on a very limited income so this helps us to have a night out on a date without killing our pockets. Keep up the awesome work. We would love to see some types of discounts may be a military/senior citizen discount.

Not fresh food. I always click the no onions option but they always put onions in my Philly cheesesteak. And this means that the food is not fresh and most likely reheated and the workers just stand around and talk. And I ordered 2 packets of mayo and never got it so they don’t even pay attention they just put whatever they want to put in the bag. And sometimes they miss a cheesesteak from my order when I ordered 3 they only put 2 in the bag. Definitely never coming back!

Regular Ultimate Club - Meal…. THAT was THE best foodcourt meal that I’d had in ages. 👀 The sandwich was not only TASTY, DELICIOUS, it was PRETTY! 😍 And the ultimate fries were crazy-good! I ate until I was full and had enough to take home as leftovers. …They didn’t last long but they were available when my tummy was ready. Truly satisfied my tastebuds. “I’ll Be Back…”

Buggy, have given up and left the shop twice. Don’t get why people rate the app 5 stars because the food is good. Makes no sense. The app is full of bugs and in several places gets you stuck at a step past which you cannot progress. Change your password? Requires you confirm your tel #, but then says it’s been used already. Stuck. No way to call support, poorly tested. Issues with the $5 offer. Claim it as prompted and then when proceeding to complete an online order, it says it’s been used already. Sad.

Can’t get on new app. I recently received new Apple 13 phone. When I try to sign in to my account using my email address and password I get an error message saying my email address is already taken. I still receive email notification but can not get account. We love Charlie’s and eat there frequently but now I have rewards I can’t get to or gain more. Also, I can find no way for app support or contact anywhere. Not good

App doesn’t work. Don’t get me wrong, I love Charley’s and would love to use this app. However, it’s POORLY designed right from the start. Can’t tap login on my iPhone 8 because the decoration of the startup screen covers it. Then when I do log in, it doesn’t seem to work because nothing changes on the offer tab. Just says “log in or sign up to view offers” or something like that so it’s a never ending cycle of logging in for nothing whatsoever…

Do not use this app.. I ordered using the app almost a month ago and got delivery, two sub combos with add ons for the fries and drinks. I waited almost an hour for my food to arrive and when I opened the bag I saw I had been given someone else's much smaller order. This app makes getting a refund or even simply reaching customer service IMPOSSIBLE. I had to search online to find a way to contact customer service and even after I did I was told they could not get me a refund after A MONTH of waiting. I have simply been told they have "escalated the matter" I spent close to $40 to get a meal that was not given to me and have not had my money refunded since. Absolutely terrible app. If you want to order from here at least use Doordash so you can get your money back when they give you the wrong food.

Horrible Service At The Window. When placing an order they ask you to download the app to get $5 off. When you get to the window they’re quick to charge you and forget all about the discount. When you ask they catch an attitude, become rude and sarcastic! They don’t try to apologize or fix the issue they just ignore and close their window! Horrible service. Horrible people for a simple mistake that could’ve been fixed. But once again THAT’S WHY THEY WORK THERE!!!!

Awesome job. I came in today around 5pm the drive Thur way busy so I decided to go in! There was no need to go in because they were moving cars fast! I ordered and got my food quickly! Everything was right and delicious! The manger had everything running smoothly and very friendly talking to the crew in a positive way! It was so nice to have a wonderful experience! Thank you!

Poor payment. Any iOS app at this point needs to natively support Apple Pay because it’s integrated with your phone and makes it quick. This app not only makes you enter the credit card by punching in all the numbers individually which is a pain when you’re just trying to order but it doesn’t retain it so that you have to do that every single time you order. The term for this is barrier to entry and this app is worthless on this front. I would not keep using it because I don’t wanna enter my credit card every single time.

Great Food, Fantastic Staff. I’ve been here 3 times and it gets better every time. You could even eat in their bathroom, it’s that clean! And the staff is always accommodating and had a really pleasant attitude, I mentioned it to the manager and he asked me to put it in a review, I don’t review much but these guys are top shelf. I haven’t had the pizza or wings yet but the subs are great. You won’t regret stopping in here, I promise. Bo Smith

Can’t login. If you updated to version 1.5, don’t logout because you will not be able to log back in. It requires agreement to Terms and Services agreement to login or sign up but I couldn’t check the box for that. Restart the app or restart the iPhone didn’t help. This is so basic I wonder if the app is tested before posting an update. Can’t order anything now until that’s fixed. I’m not gonna order in person because I want to order ahead to skip the line. In the meantime I’ll buy something else to eat. There are other options in the mall. To app developers: please fix it ASAP.

Need more staff. The three girls were fast and polite and sweet but they were super busy and needed a hand to re-stock napkins. Also that would be better to have those $5 promotional cards by the register before we pay. Not by the pick up area which we already paid and getting $5 off is of no use. Thank you.

Delicious Food!. Our 1st time eating at Charley’s and everyone in my family agreed the food here is delicious! I liked my cali Philly and my oldest raved about Charley’s original. But he thought the lemonade was a little sweet, but I thought it was perfect—not too tart, not too sweet. Even my other son, the picky eater, liked his chicken cali ranch sandwich & fries. And the fries! This same kid, who loves French fries, loved them! It’s their crispi-ness that won us over (nothing worse than soggy, limp fries!). A plus is their rewards program that should entice customers coming back (including us!), if not for the great food, the chance for free food! We’re coming back, for sure!

Amazing place. It was my first time there. Pamela the cashier was amazing!! She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I had the jalapeño Philly with a side of mozzarella sticks and the Felix fries. The strawberry lemonade was great! I will definitely be coming back because the food and because of Pamela’s amazing customer service!! Way to keep your customers happy!

Great service. I just wanted to take a minute to share the example of excellent service I received at your east colonial dr location in Orlando. Antonio gave me excellent service today my food was hot and fresh. I like how he greets his customers when they walk thru the door. Keep up the good work Antonio.

Establishment is clean staff (Joel) is extremely helpful and nice I love when employees love their job they even helped me get a discount but the prices are fair we could eat here everyday thank you all so much for your service & the food is made to order so it’s always fresh

Tonya Rittenhouse. I go to the Charleys in the Tyson Corner mall cause I work in the mall myself. I have been going there three times a week for the last two months! They are all friendly and helpful if you have any questions. They messed up on my order once and they were sure to fix it right away! Things happen we all make mistakes. My food is always fresh and hot. Customer Service is wonderful! I would definitely recommend this place to anybody!!

App is awful. I love Charleys but the app is full of bugs. I’ve saved a favorite location yet every time I have to search and select. I’ve saved favorites but if you want to make a change to it you have to start over. There’s no option to edit like extra meat. Today there’s a coupon for 3 off extra meat or cheese but I had to cancel my order and start over because I couldn’t edit the favorite. Then when checking out neither the coupon nor the $5 reward would work. Well I didn’t really want extra meat but to fix it I had to start over. I’m on a quick break for lunch and I’ve already spent 15 minutes trying to get my order placed so I stayed with the extras instead of starting over. I’ve used the app many times (I can’t wait in line because of short lunch times) so it’s not a learning curve issue. I love the ability to order and skip the line and honestly if there were other options for other stores in the food court (on Sunday’s) I’d probably use them instead because the app is so problematic. The user testing needs to improve.

A warm welcome. Sarita gave amazing customer service. She noticed how confused we were. It was as our first visit to any Charleys. She asked if I’d downloaded the app and showed me how to use it. We ordered two Old School specials and a Chicken Philly. One of sandwiches had lettuce, tomato and mayo left off. I took it back in and she quickly and politely had it corrected as I requested. I asked to just give it to me in a side box. The sandwiches were good!

Worst experience ever. My order Number was # 58. This is the very first time I had ever stop here and needless to say the very last time. Anyway I waited fo my order almost 20 minutes. The are calling out numbers 59,60, 61,62 never did I hear them say my number 58 and so when I asked them. I was told we already gave that order to someone else. I’m like okay people make mistakes. Can you please make my order. My request was received by a young black woman. And for the record I’m black myself. But she was very rude and inconsiderate. And said you just going to have to wait because we called out your number. No apology. I was standing there the whole time listening for my number to be called. It never was. I downloaded their App to receive a $5 discount for nothing. Already I am receiving there spam. 30 minutes into this I just asked them to refund me. The lady shouted in a loud voice No Probably. Gimme your receipt and the card you paid with. Again no apology.

Great!. I love Charleys! Very tasty and pretty good prices! Love their everyday special! I recommend the chicken teriyaki very good! The app is great to use and the points really do help! They also have deals on the app :) God bless you all + this company! Jesus loves you all, Go to Him and seek after Him daily :) He’s coming and wants you to go with Him :) Accept Jesus (Romans 10:9-13) Share John 3:16 with others today! Bay Park Square. Charlie’s is my absolute favorite spot for a meal. Unfortunately, the last three times I have went to the Bay Park Square Mall location near my work, I have been so disappointed. I totally understand being short staffed but no one has a clue what is going on. It is extremely dirty on the countertops and the people that are working there are beyond rude. My steak sandwich was way over done and they were completely out of ketchup. I really hope this improves there. I heard others at the tables while they were eating complaining about the same things. Disappointing!!!!

Came 3 days ago & wasn’t served. I came in to the Charleys inside Walmart on Vance Jackson on Sunday the 3rd of September at approximately 9:50 pm, 10 minutes before closing I assumed, as it said on the store hours. The manager said they had already turned the stove off and couldn’t serve me even though they had 10 minutes left on the clock. We had a family tragedy and had to have a late dinner, I came in trying to order 6 combos and I had to take my business elsewhere. I’m not too familiar with the food industry but I thought it was the store owner that made the hours, not the employees.

I don’t know what happened. I downloaded this app, got a sandwich which tasted great! (Man now I’m craving another one). Then my phone starts tweaking REALLY bad!!! I was thinking I had to have a virus or been hacked! I went through all the motions of cleaning my phone to get rid of whatever it was and nothing changed. A friend said delete any apps you’ve recently installed. The only one in over a week was this one. I deleted it and now my phone is fine. I have no idea what happened, I’ll just have to get my sandwiches with you rewards ☹️

Excellent customer service. Imaria was our server when we went to the restaurant located inside Walmart off of 1604 & Nacogdoches Rd. She was amazing! She was very polite and bubbly. She was very efficient at her job and made sure we were completely satisfied with our order; and of course the food was fantastic. We were impressed! Great Job!

Unbelievable. An ubereats delivery person stole my order from the Brooklyn ny location in Brooklyn and he cancelled my order soon as he picked it up from the stores location. I called the Pennsylvania ave location & was told to inform ubereats & Uber did nothing even when i gave them my order ID number since i order the food through the Charley’s app! There is no way to report your food stolen or a problem with your order & my money is now down the drain because of the person who stole my food

Where are my points that makes a full $100. I used the app. Had 93 points, and spent $8. Should have been $100 of food at that point as I spent $8. I should have gotten a point with a $5 off coupon for next visit? So you spend $100 and don’t even get the $5 off? What a scam! I actually like the food. But I’m so turned off by the app. You get coupons for like spend $25 for a $5 off coupon. $10 off $100 order. But who spends that much money on fast food in one sitting? I won’t.

Order Cancelled and Charleys won’t refund my Money. I ordered through the Charley’s app that delivers through Uber Eats. The UE driver picked up the order, then cancelled my order. I received a message to contact the store, which I did and they told me I needed to contact UE. I did and UE would not help me. I tried calling the store back and they would not answer the phone. I’ve bought through the app before but this experience made me never want to use this app again. I didn’t get a refund and my $5 credit was not returned.

Grand opening- and still not good service. Bathrooms locked so customers can’t use for apparently no good reason. Waited 30 minutes for a small order only to find that they forgot that I was dining in and also made me the wrong sandwich. Was afraid to send back as I didn’t have any more time to waste. I watched as customers were told bathrooms out of order but watched as employees used each bathroom, flushed but did not wash hands before exiting! What a dirty place with rude employees who don’t speak English well and have filthy practices.

Missing sandwich. I’ve ordered from Charleys on three separate occasions. Twice through DoorDash app and once through the Charleys app. The problem is whenever my Oder is 6 to 8 sandwiches I end up getting short 1 sandwich when they make the delivery. Tonight is the second time my order ended up short during delivery. Still waiting to resolve the issue.

Terrible App. After filling out my name and other data and then listing my preferred location I tried (and failed) to place an order. Even though I was logged in, it required me to search through a long list of randomly sorted locations to find the one I wanted - even though I was a block away from my preferred location. Then after I entered the order it decided that it needed my contact data updated - while displaying all fields as blank. It then locked up and refused to accept any entry. We ate elsewhere.

Add a save card feature. I like the app and all the offers and deals that they offer. Only thing I would like to see added is the option to save a debit/credit card for future purchases makes it very convenient.

Great customer service. First time trying Charley’s on Ulmerton. I haven’t taken a bite of my Cheesesteak yet but I’m grateful for Ahmed who took the time to allow me to download the app and provide an amazing first experience. Leadership like that goes a long way!

Stingy/Don’t listen. I asked for extra veggies and they where going to give me a regular sandwich, I had to ask for them to add extra veggies when making the sandwich after I asked for it at the register. I also wanted to redeem my $3 reward which the manager said multiple times he couldn’t do at the register, but it clearly says on the app redeem at register. I am disgusted with this place specifically oak park mall in Overland Park ks.

Charlie’s amazing service. I know when I pull into the Bridgeview Charley’s location that my food is going to be amazing and the people are always always always polite and professional.

Great cheesesteak!. This was honestly our 1st time dining in a gas station, but we went here on a recommendation, & were not disappointed! We got the Philly cheesesteaks & fries, REAL FRIES, not frozen fake potatoes, & everything was delicious! We will definitely be back!

My first visit to Charlie’s Philly steak restaurants inside Walmart on the southside.. I ordered one any small chicken in Fries , and a milkshake, cookies and cream. Everything was hot and delicious. Couldn’t help myself to look at the sandwich and the fries. I really enjoyed it when I took my first bite ,” It really tasted wonderful. 😋👍🏻

Login issue with the app. The app definitely needs a better design. Why should I struggle with the login issue every time with a food ordering app? It should be as easy as possible. Listen, if I can see my profile, my history orders, my favorite places, it means I’ve already logged in. But how come I’m asked to login with user/password again every time before I can place an order? That’s ridiculous.

Neighborhood Charley’s. Food was good, service was great but only two people in and tables were dirty. Had to clean my own table and had tipped upon purchase. But, doesn’t seem like a constant thing and food and the service was nice so I can’t complain too much.

Charley’s. When me and my daughter walked in joel was very polite and friendly. He greeted us as wen approached and made sure our food was in and out.. Joel also held conversation with us till our food was done he did a great wonderful job god bless him…….

Great service and great food. Employees were so nice. They showed me how to get the coupon discount for my order and even how to get points for my order. Also, the food was great and it was no stretch whatsoever when I asked for ranch on my Philly. Great food, great service, five stars! I’ll be back!

Ok rewards, no special offers. And there’s one reallllllly stupid bad thing, u can’t order and pick up at the drive thru (even at a drive thru location) they make u come in or get curbside pickup, when I asked cashier why she looked like I asked a stupid question …ignored me and told me my total. If they get it together could be a great app

Lies and poor service. Charley’s has signs all over their storefront advertising $5 off your first order when you download their app. After 15 minutes of dealing with the app and not being offered the $5 off on my order, I asked the people working the counter to help. They said if it didn’t give it to me, I was out of luck. I feted the app, went across the food court and bought a gyro. After years of declining quality, this finally lost Charley’s a customer of 15+ years.

1st time. My husband picked up our two sandwiches and fries last night at 9:26. The mozzarella sticks were fantastic but EVERYTHING ELSE WAS AWFUL. The bread was so soggy that you couldn’t even pick it up. The fries were still cold on inside as they were not cooked all the way. My sandwich had a tablespoon of meat on it. It really was not a good look for our first time. Also we never eat out and as a family of five, that was a lot of money that we wasted. It’s really upsetting.

Amazing customer service and Food. I really appreciate the care and professionalism of all the employees. Asking if we need anything beyond our order. The food was so fresh and just what I needed. Excellent job!

Chicken wings. I purchase some chicken wings a few weeks ago for the very first time , My expectations was disappointing.. today I decided to try it again, the chickens was very good, tried the cheesy fries with jalapeños and that was also good .. I give it a 👍🏼 Thank you!!

Great app that doesn’t work. I think the app is al around pretty good. I absolutely love Charlie’s, but in the app it clearly states that order of $10+ has a cheaper delivery price of orders under $10. When I go to place my order, it always gives me the more expensive delivery charge even though my order is over $10. Because of this, I will not order using this app which in turn means I can’t eat from here making the app useless.

Session Expired?. Rewards are a nice thing to have, though it takes quite a while to save enough points to get anything substantial. I’ve noticed pretty regularly I have to log back in to the app. Not really sure what the point of the app is if the functionality isn’t much different from the mobile site.

Wonderful employee. We love to dine in in Charleys food court . We always love to have Brianne our Cashier, she reminded is to ise our apps coupon and see to it giving is good deal. Lunchtime, happiness. I love this Charlies location for my cheesesteaks. The staff is top notch polite. You’re pretty fast at getting your orders to you especially if you use the app. My go to is the chicken Philly and you can’t go wrong with a strawberry lemonade.

Best sandwiches in Crossgates Mall hands-down. Ordered four different sandwiches they got them all right it was delivered to my house and I don’t live close by everything is still fresh fries crispy have no complaints everything was perfect You guys did a great job.

Food is great! App is crap.. Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ App ⭐️ I like ordering online and picking up the food. So I downloaded the app, signed-up, and ordered 6 items-3 sandwiches, 2 fries and wings . Hit the checkout button and brings me to a "Edit Profile" screen but does not let me fill the info requested. Plus I already filled that info when I signed-up the day before. Tried it several times and it did not work for me. Waste of time!! So I drove to the restaurant and ordered. Food was ready in about 8 minutes. Cheesesteaks were delicious! Ordered Teriyaki wings but felt it was a li'l overcooked. Will drop by and order again. Just don't waste your time using the app.

Shockingly bad experience with app. The app is buggy and unreliable. I could not use any rewards offers. It offered $5 off on an order over $20, but told me my $28 order was invalid for the offer? It also wouldn’t let me apply any other rewards offers. The app also advertises the app within the app. The in store service is fine but this app has pushed me to spend my money somewhere more reliable.

Best service for having 2 in crew.. Being that there was 2 in this order, the order was not only delicious but fast. I’ve never been here but now that I know this place I’m going to bring all 6 of my kids and 2 grandbabies. Thank you for feeding me!!!!

Seems Decent. It seems ok but didn’t get to use it. Why make the customer go through the whole placing an order process only to find out at the end the order will not be accepted by the store? If the store is closed for mobile orders, lets the customer know at the start please.

Horrible business. They don’t answer the phones and online ordering doesn’t work, how the heck do you expect to make money running a business? They messed up on my order and the cook was rude and said it was my fault because everything’s cooked on the same grill. Horrible customer support and even corporate doesn’t respond to complaints or issues with franchise locations, I’ll never eat or give this horrible establishment any business again.

Mmm mmmm Good. I was so excited when I saw the sign informing the public that Charley’s was coming to our Walmart on EastChase. It’s now opened and I enjoyed my first cheesesteak sandwich a few minutes ago, mannn was it delicious. The staff was nice and friendly, and my cashier guided me through the app explaining how to get my points and all. I pray they do well, keep it clean, and have a staff that wants to work with the public and keep preparing delicious sandwiches. I will be returning!!!! Thanks for great service ❤️👏🏽🙏🏽

Port richey, FL charleys. Adel was very friendly and kind. It was our first time trying charleys in port richey. Everyone made sure we were well taken care of. If you download the App before you go they give you $5 off. I spent $1.60 on a cheesesteak and fries.

Cashier. Horrible horrible service I asked about the promotion posted on your restaurant “download the app and get a $5dlls off on a $15 purchase” the cashier was clueless and when I asked why the app didn’t give me the discount her answer was “sometimes you get it sometimes you don’t “. And when I made reference to the receipt saying the same thing her answer was “ok” and walked away. She clearly doesn’t care about customers or promotions, or her job.

Love Charley’s but the app, no so much. I tried ordering online today and when i got to the checkout to proceed with payment it says “online ordering unavailable”. This is probably the third time this has happened and these were only times i tried to order online. Does this app just straight up not work? The guy at the checkout had no idea either - i ended up just going in person with no rewards to use 👎🏼

Awesome Food. I first discovered Charley’s about a month ago. The food was delicious so i come back every 6 days. when i get back from my run. Go to Charley’s….. you won’t be disappointed.

Great shop Great manager. The gentleman that helps us. The manager of the store is fantastic. He’s always renters us and greats us with a smile and very talkative in a good way highly recommend it they cook it fresh right in front of you and to your specifics. I personally like no mushrooms, and they gladly do it.

Can’t log into my account on the app. Hi I have been using this app for years but I deleted it because it wasn’t working and when I tried to download and login it wouldn’t let me because the food images are blocking the buttons so I can’t login can you please fix this asap because now I can’t use my deals on anything

Family. Everyone in my family loves going to Charlie’s! It is always so special to be able to sit down with all 3 of my boys and have lunch seeing as we can’t do it very often and we never fight over where we are going to eat!!!

…….. I came here and got my sandwich pretty quick. Matthew was amazing. The only reason why I gave three stars was because his coworker was very rude. I walked up to the register and she just stayed. Quiet didn’t even greet me didn’t ask me anything. Just stared at me. Matthew was very very attentive and professional I appreciated his help, but the young lady that was working with him needs to learn customer service

Cashier help. I try to remember to scan my card but sometimes forget. I do key it in afterwards so no real harm done. Maybe the cashier could ask for it which would remind me?? Otherwise, the service here (and the food) is terrific!!!
