App doesn’t work as intended. 90% of the time the app does not let me connect to the Camera to download videos. Plenty of similar reviews. I guess Tactacam doesn’t care about having a working product. Very frustrating. The whole reason I got the device was so I could avoid a computer.

FIX THE APP!!!!. Crashes every time I try to view videos. Based on past reviews, this has been an issue for quite awhile. FIX IT!!!! Very annoying.

App Crashes. The app will open, but as soon as I try to look at the videos I’ve taken it crashes.

Lousy. I would have known the app for the FishI was this lousy I would have never purchased the camera. TOTALLY useless not being able to down load the videos with the app. So now you have to have multiple SD cards and a computer to view the videos. DO NOT PURCHASE THE FISHI CAMERA.

Crashes constantly. App crashes constantly when trying to delete videos through the app. Connects to fish i lets everything load clicks photo/video loads for two seconds and then crashes. I have lost the ability to capture most of my big fish catches this year because i can’t delete videos to free up space on SD card.

Tactacam video. When trying to get your videos the app crashes!! Delete app and restart everything works for a second and then crashes again. If they don’t have a good app then the camera won’t be fun to use.

Always crashing. Don’t waste your time downloading this app. It crashes every time you try to view your videos!

App needs update for loop recording !!. The phone app works fine when you just use the video mode .. but when using the best feature of “loop mode “ it will cause the app to crash on iPhone when you go to access your videos. It’s like a data overload. I have found it work fine in (blue)video mode to access my recorder videos for most of my fishing trips but I may as well use your competitors action cams if I have to hit start and stop .. I am sending this review 2/12/2023. I have emailed Tactacam support and they advise they are looking into anUpdate for the app. But have no ideas on a time line …Since it’s bin a year from there last update hopefully they have not abandoned this camera. I myself will not buy another product from Tactacam if they cannot support there products software. They continue to sell this camera and there top tier New units for 2023 . But how can we commit when we have no developer support for basic software that is part of there top selling points to purchase there cameras. You guys have the outdoorsman best idea. Now back it up and keep updates coming for everything you continue to sell

App Didn't work. Can't view media or crashes. Can't "tag" video in loop mode. Only start record it stop record. App and camera are useless without these basic functions

Lousy app. The app worked the first couple of times but now it won’t download. Keeps crashing. A bad app takes all the joy out of using this camera.

Tactacam Fishi. I’ve owned the Fishi about a year now. I’ve never had a problem with it, it works flawlessly. The only complaint I have, is I wish it could use a much larger sd card, up to a 256gb - 512gb card! That way when I’m fishing a 3 day tournament, I don’t have to download and erase the sd card every night. I could wait till I get home to download and edit! The 64gb doesn’t cut it for a 3 day tournament, it’s the very reason I’m thinking about going to a go pro! The only reason I haven’t went go pro yet, is you have to pay for their app!🤷🏾‍♂️🎣🫡

Junk. App is a joke everytime you try viewing your videos the app crashes and you can’t watch your videos total waste of money if you can’t connect to the camera

Password. I never set up a password on my tactacam but it says I need one to use the app and that needs to get fixed

Tactacam apps are still don’t work. Very unfortunate tactacam hasn’t put any time into their apps. Their cameras are excellent, but if you can’t view what you’re shooting on the app so that you can adjust the camera. It’s a crapshoot on what you’re capturing. Had the same problem years ago with the regular tact, cam app and fishi app is no better

Won’t work. Cannot get it to open once connected to wifi. Fix this mistake please.
