I love couch tomato - Please deliver to my address. I love the couch tomato and would order from here every night! Unfortunately I do not have time to pick up and my address 5 mins outside the boro is outside the delivery range on the app so I have to order thru doordash :(

My new fav app. Wow what a user friendly experience. Made me feel safe with socially distant procedures in place. Great app!

Poorly designed app, good try though. I’ve got my complaints about Couch Tomato’s new menu changes, but we’ll leave that alone for now. This app is awful to use. Rough on the eyes, confusing to try to craft my own salad/pizza. No place to order extras or side dressings. Very annoying that I can call to place a delivery order and pay cash when the driver arrives, but the app forces me to pay with a card. And if I wanted to call to read off my order to place over the phone, the “my order” tab doesn’t show the details of my pizza and salad to easily read off to them. Love you guys, been eating here for years and hope to continue to do so, but this app just isn’t doing it for me.

15% Service Fee. App adds a %15 service fee. I entered all my information, addresses, email, phone number, credit card number, address again (for the billing address) and after all that, it told me “guest checkout not available in this location” Well why the heck did you wait to tell me that till the end?? I picked up the phone, made a 45 second phone call, and saved 15%. (I tipped with cash of course, I’m not a monster)

Amazing salad. My first time trying the holy chipotle, and it was impeccable!!!

Good munch. Everything on the MENU is GOOD!!!

MS.. App. Is not good for older adults, a call in option would be much better. Should offer both!

Gluten Free Pizza. Best Gluten Free Pizza I’ve EVER had. That’s a very big statement! Must try!

Won’t accept addresses and won’t say why. Pretty much the title. Just use a delivery app.

Not good. App malfunctions, a lot of the features don’t work. I wasn’t able to order delivery or change the time for my pick up order.
