The Tip Feature is terrible. The tip feature is terrible. It will not let me go back to update and makes it easy to miss when placing an order.

Tips?. Don’t know how to add tip to order. Please advise.

E-gift cards. Difficult to up load e-gift card to existing acct. Would prefer to be able to open my acct & add $’s directly as ALL other accounts allow

Minor bug with the iOS app - link to the Facebook page is not working. Hello. There is a minor bug with app. The link in the app to Port City Java’s Facebook page doesn’t work. Please fix this, as Port City Java does have a legitimate Facebook page.

Rewards. I never get the slips so it’s impossible to fix the forgotten times I’ve done it I’m dealing with a very ill wife and we stop and get smoothies every day and you wouldn’t even give me $2.50 rewards credit when I spend a great deal of money so I don’t have a greater regard for your rewards program

If you’re addicted to PCJ, why don’t you have this app?. Literally worth it. Been waiting for years for this to happen. If you go everyday, then just download it. It’s so easy & you’re going to have your phone when you go in anyways.

East Coast Coffee. This is the best coffee on the entire East Coast !!! I’ve tried everything from Florida to Boston and there’s nothing that comes close to this Period !!!

New update. I’m highly upset that they changed the manual input for tips. Now you can only put up to a 20% tip in for the workers. I work for tips myself and I always take care of my people who take care of me. PCJ owner/operator please change this in the app back to manual input for tips or raise the percentage higher than 20. Love PCJ Porters Neck. The crew at PCJ is incredible. Most of the staff know me and they know the carpet that I select almost every morning so it is very nice just walking in. Olivia, the café manager is the best.

Better than their rivals app!. Easy to use and straight forward! Plus I love that there’s no ads or annoying messages I have to read to get rid of the red notification circles that come up on apps.

Front Street Review. As a neighbor to the shop, I have first hand experienced their consistency in service. Regardless of volume, each of my online orders are fulfilled with peak punctuation. Love PCJ. I love port city java especially the one on 17th st in Wilmington. They are so sweet and professional. And I order from them at least 3 times a day.

Wallet?. I can’t seem to get my cards added to Apple Wallet. Which is incredibly frustrating. Every time I try, I simply get an error stating to “try again later.”

Needed Apple Wallet Upgrade. This app would get five stars if I was able to use it with Apple wallet.

Delicious and convenient. I went into the store on front street in Wilmington NC this morning after running an errand to get medicine. For the first time I tried the English muffin sandwich, not knowing I had to add the meat, so I ended up with a egg and cheese sandwich, which is fine with me. But overall, it was a seamless experience. The sandwich was delicious and I can’t get enough of the blueberry wave smoothie. Mmm mmm too good! Will definitely be back for more port city Java, you can count on it!!!
