Great Service. Very good to understand the layout of the app and when it came to the food it was absolutely delicious!

“Free Jumbo Slice”. I downloaded the app. As advertised on their pamphlet in the store “free jumbo slice when you download the app”. I ask the guy and he says his store doesn’t offer that.... WHY IS IT ON THE MENU!?!

Hastily done!. For the most part all of the locations in the Chicagoland area do not accept mobile orders. Message in the inbox from two week ago States “mobile ordering is now available again, sorry for the inconvenience” yet it’s still not working. This app is not reflective of the product, as the pizza is great. It is however, reflective of the Administration and management. Why market a key feature (mobile ordering) then not ensure the feature functions correctly. Much more product would be sold if this app actually worked. No one wants to get on the phone with nervous staff who fills orders incorrectly.

Ordering Down. I’ve been trying to order to make use of my loyalty points and I keep getting an error message that app ordering is unavailable at all stores.

Unable to order. I’ve tried several times to order food through the app. Every time I try to order through the app it freezes .

3 orders in a week - zero rewards?. Between my family and my husband we have placed 3 orders in the last 7 days and while It has been well over 24 hours past each order we STILL have yet to get ANY rewards for them... Would be nice to actually be getting the rewards we earned 😑

Free Delivery?!. I have been using the app to place orders because of the advantage of free delivery but lately kept getting a weird error and unable to order. Today I was finally able to order and redeem a free pizza - one shocked I was charged a delivery fee called zone 1?! And two had to order something else because the 4.95 delivery fee or order was not more than $10...what?! What’s going on with the app? Thought it was free delivery if using the app and why did it not read I had place an order over $10 but redeem my reward? Getting frustrated😤

Love Slice Factory. Love Slice Factory from their service to the food. App is user friendly. Would be great if I was able to request no blu cheese on the salads. I really enjoy the salads.

Jairo Dominguez. First of all it didn’t let me sign in because I never got a confirmation email. Second not all the food is on the app. Gotta improve it ASAP.

Broken and missing advertised features. The app was advertised to me by pamphlet claiming a free pizza slice. No such thing exists and on top you can’t use any other promo code in the app. Terrible sizing for most of the screens. The account I made for the app doesn’t work for the online ordering. Armature work at its finest.

Useless. About as useful as their Facebook messenger that always ends with me having to call the location to even try to get the online offer honored. Just as that online checkout , the app does not accept your card and when it finally goes through they say they need more time for your order. Also forget the free slice that’s just their clickbait.

No Salad dressing options 🥗. Love this place, I order salads often but the newly updated app doesn’t allow for you to select which dressing you would like. Can it be added?? Thanks!

Super easy and super convenient to use.. After my first order, it now takes me 10 seconds to place my order. Very similar to Amazon re order experience. Give it a try

Horrible App. The app won’t let me add my Visa or MasterCard. I’ll just use another app for another place.

Not great at all. This is app doesn’t even work. Ordered from it plenty of times and the rewards do not work. Tried to change my password, literally, 20x and it doesn’t accept the match? Don’t advertise the app if it doesn’t work.

Rewards and great Pizza!. What’s not to like?!!

Theft. This app is garbage. They haven’t fixed it so I can do mobile orders, and on top of that whenever I try to place an order to check it says that there was an order processing or that it’s not available but they continue to take the money out of my card anyways. Pathetic thieves.
